Recently when we Moon Tracked the Hamburg G-20 Summit through Friday and Saturday July 7th and 8th, the face-to-face between Mr. Trump and Mr. Putin was being billed as a "sidelines" meeting (tryst, I call it) but since then their face off has been characterized as an official meeting which should mean that there will be others in the room to record it. If so, that remains to be seen.
Well, here's a very brief BBC News segment reporting that German Chancellor Angela Merkel is "very angry" with Donald Trump for withdrawing the US from the global climate change agreement, noting that Trump is in process of withdrawing America from her global leadership role (one of the things I suspect he was placed in the Oval Office to do), and calling tomorrow's Trump-Putin face off "the prize fight of this summit."
Easy-to-Read Trump Will Meet a Savvy Putin
So how well do you think Trump vs Putin up close and personal can possibly go? An amateur Mars-rising-with Regulus ego against a first class player (who also sports a massive ego), both below-the-belt fighters who fancy themselves as strongmen capable of ruling the world? Both nations' current activities in Syria will allegedly be a topic of discussion between the leaders of the two meddling countries itching for a world war, it seems--a world war begun with meddling in the cradle of civilization, where else? Apparently, the 'East vs West' conflagration includes America against Mr. Putin's Russia with the Chinese government peeking around their fluttering fans at Trump and North Korea.
Maybe Mr. Trump will thank (while failing to criticize) the underhanded oligarch who helped install him in the White House.

Quite a while ago I posted on another blog the horoscope of America's very first Inauguration of George Washington, an event held on April 30, 1789 at 12:45 pm LMT on Wall Street, New York City. Patriot George Washington Not the Only Quirky Rebel Around Here!
Now since the quirky rebel Uranian Mr. Trump, the gold-loving brander-in-chief, tends to make light of the US presidency in the view of many people (he dabbles), why not engage in a quirky consideration of the 1789 Inauguration horoscope blended with the chart of Inauguration 2017--just to see what the resulting Composite/Davison relationship chart tells us about George and Donald and the American people? Perhaps an interesting topic will arise! And so it does, as you see in the chart, below.
But if you, dear reader, are sensitive to such lighthearted shenanigans (such as utilizing Astrology as a tool for speculation--and on Independence Day no less!), you are hereby cautioned to stop reading here. Seriously. Stop.
For the rest of us celebrators, below is a view of the 1789 + 2017 Composite/Davison horoscope with way too many factors penned on (as usual) so please enlarge the image if you wish to read my notes. Penned around the chart are some US natal planets (green), some of Trump's natal planets (yellow orange), and a few current 2017 transits (also in green). Chart-ruler Jupiter is robed in blue (no application), rising Uranus, planet of Technology, radical reforms, upheaval, and shock, is lavender.
Mystical Neptune-and-Pluto are both turquoise, US natal Mars is between them in red, the trio's midpoint picture added which also involves Trump's natal Sun @22Gemini, and the Sun Pisces-Moon Virgo opposition is marked in yellow while the 'brave new world'opposition of Uranus and Neptune (one at Cardinal World Point 00Cancer) are lavender and turquoise, respectively, and reminds us of oh-so-rationalglobal government and the chaos deemed necessary in order to force authoritarism into place:
As for the Mysticism pair, Neptune and Pluto, please note that George Washington and many other presidents were Freemasons and therefore of a mystical bent. My suspicion is that Mr. Trump is a Mason and/or Illuminati adherent as well, especially considering all those hand symbols he constantly throws out during speeches--such as his odd Inaugural Address promoting a dark dystopian view of America. (See George W. sporting his Masonic apron and symbols, sidebar->).
So one factor always interesting when two charts are blended (averaged) is the resulting mid-point date - here between April 30, 1789 + January 20, 2017 the date is May 13, 1903 so right away we both think of our 26th President Theodore Roosevelt (October 27, 1858--January 6, 1919), in office from September 14, 1901 to March 4, 1909. In May 1903, On This Day lists him engaged in his anti-trust-busting campaign but can his campaign relate to our speculative topic here? Apparently so since nowadays multiple corporations are busy forming monopolies, regardless of the affect on our nation's economy and people. Any US presidency is a mere part of a process or a cycle, after all, and in 2017 We The People have reached where we are, here and now, with all that has gone before part of our national DNA. Not that 'government by consent of the governed' is followed anymore by current oligarchs but we retain the right to redress of our grievances, don't we?
Okay, so techie futurist Uranus, quirky planet of new thoughts and methods, radical politics, startling reforms, shocks and chaos rises in the Comp/Dav chart of May 13, 1903 bringing the need for anti-trust-busting with it. What else? Well, any of Teddy R's Progressive Movement policies may be spotlighted here (and require protection in 2017) along with his vast Jupiterian personality and style of leadership fairly similar in some respects to Mr. Trump's.
Now remember that our study is only speculative yet another chart factor we may wish to consider is the Pisces Sun (POTUS; leadership) opposing the Virgo Moon (We The People) and what this implied in 1903, yes, but what it may also imply for societal conditions in 2017.
How do you read the Sun-Moon opposition? I read it as vague, secretive, mysterious leaders (Sun in Pisces) promoting, allowing, and/or using misconceptions, misunderstandings, distraction, confusion, and deceit to affect current conditions and to hide sneaky legislation that most of us will loathe when we find out about it. The people (Moon) are critical and nervous (Virgo) because leadership (Sun) hides (Pisces) its true motives while propagandizing, weaponizing, privatizing and monetizing everything they can get their greedy little claws on. Scandals, leaks, cover-ups, step-downs, pay-offs, and favors abound while leaders make impossible demands without caring how the consequences will affect We The People (ex: Trumpcare passage).
The negative conditions and chaos thus created can be overcome but it won't be easy.
For you know that a regressive Donald Trump Hearts President Andrew Jackson whose natal Sun-Moon blend is the very Pisces-Virgo polarity revealed in the 1913 horoscope! How crazy is that?
Solar goals hidden beneath Piscean shade, in Politics a corrupt picture that is astrologically supported in 2017 by the fact that transit Neptune (today @14Pisces), planet of fraud, loss, disappointment, and dissolution now surrounds in mystery and obfuscation US progressed Sun (POTUS) indicating a period when a public image can be deceitful, secretive, crime-ridden, scandal-prone, and/or eroded. So! What else has our speculative chart investigation with Uranus rising revealed? Transit Saturn in Sagittarius is on course to visit this Uranus (25Sag29) denoting a period of limitation of freedom and resistance to unorthodox ideas which may be rejected as structure and tradition are called for. Initial delays are frustrating but better planning and organization may eventually carry the day--such as with Trump's 'travel ban' against Muslims being reworked and its provisions partially allowed by a SCOTUS decision recently.
We also see that instead of pro-society progressive reforms Mr. Trump and his Goldman-Sachs minions and regressive bigoted operatives and amateurs in the White House are mooning us with Uranian chaos, shock, and disruption. Universal Basic Income - Why It Should Be Embraced

Similar to gay marriage 10 years ago, one of the ideas that is slowly building steam today is that of a Universal Basic Income for everyone. What is Universal Basic Income? It is an unconditional fixed amount of money, similar to Social Security, but given to everyone in the country. It is an idea praised by people on the left because it combats economic inequality, and praised by Libertarians because it grants freedom from being a wage slave to the state, yet not embraced by people on the right because it's "socialist" and enables people to be lazy. That being said, here are eight reasons why Universal Basic Income should be embraced, and eventually be reality:
Freedom - In order to survive comfortably in today's society, you have to work for an average of 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, for around 40 years before retirement, which is a nice way of saying "you're too old to produce for us, so here's a fixed amount every month because you're not useful anymore". Life should be more than being away from your family 5 days a week in order to survive. A work/life balance is extremely important, yet many, if not most, don't have that. Universal Basic Income would allow for a balance between work and family life and give people the freedom to be what they want to be without struggling for survival.
Wage Increases - With a Universal Basic Income, employers would need to implement higher wages in order for employees to feel justified in working for that company or business. If everybody got $5,000 a month, which would equal $60,000 a year, unconditionally (if they save a certain amount every month, they could live extremely comfortably), they wouldn't HAVE to keep working at a job that is unsatisfying if they don't need to.
Growth Of Technology - With cars that drive themselves in the works, it is very likely that technology, mainly in the form of robots and computerized machines, will be doing the jobs that humans have done (Pluto will enter Aquarius, the sign of technology, in early 2023). With humans being replaced by machines, there won't be enough jobs for everyone, hence why Universal Basic Income will soon need to be reality.
The Old Ways Are Outdated - With the US Pluto return coming up in 2022, then Pluto entering Aquarius, a sign that represents individuality and freedom, systems that suppress those qualities simply won't cut it anymore. At the time of the Pluto return, the oldest Neptune in Aquarius natives will be 24 years old, and the oldest Pluto in Sagittarius (another sign that is about freedom) natives will be 27 years old. These people will demand freedom from oppressive systems, just like how us Pluto in Scorpio natives (the oldest being 38 years old at the time of the Pluto return) demand the truth.
Fewer Programs - With everybody of working age having a Universal Basic Income, the rest of the safety net programs wouldn't have to exist outside of Medicare, which should be free for everyone (the doctors and nurses would all have Universal Basic Income, and would be getting higher wages for their services, so they'd be compensated very well). One program and one fixed wage for everyone would mean A LOT more simplicity.
Less Class Warfare - Right now, the middle class is declining rapidly, as a result of the wealth of select billionaires (Koch Brothers, Bill Gates, Warren Buffett, George Soros, Walton Family, etc.) ballooning to a point where they can purchase every property in certain cities, which results in an extremely large poor and working class. This is an issue that needs correction, and needs to never happen again when it is fixed, and Universal Basic Income will prevent that from happening.
Less Crime - It's a fact that most crime occurs in low income neighborhoods. With everybody 18 and over having Universal Basic Income, low income neighborhoods will become high income neighborhoods, which will heavily reduce crime in those neighborhoods, making the people in those neighborhoods feel safer.
Better Working Conditions - With a Universal Basic Income for everyone, working conditions would need to be improved in order for people to justifiably work at places that historically have poor working conditions.
Because of these reasons, the positives far outweigh the negatives in regards to Universal Basic Income, which is why it needs to be implemented sooner rather than later, regardless of the fear of it from conservatives due to its being a "socialist" policy. The needs of humanity as a whole trump the need for some to have a higher status than others, which is another result of the divide and conquer scheme.

G-20 Summit 2017 Hamburg, Germany: a Saturn-Moon-Pluto Affair

On the eve of the Hamburg G-20 here's a July 6th Update to the following post which begins here:
Welcome to Hell: Hamburg Girds for G-20 Protests using razor wire at police headquarters in northern Hamburg; violent protests are expected. Apparently, Donald Trump will attend with threatened steel tariffs up his sleeve and who knows what else. War, refugees, immigration, travel bans, and finances will surely be some of the topics when on July 7-8, 2017, the city of Hamburg, birth place of German Chancellor Angela Merkel hosts a large G-20 Summit of world 'leaders' so let's nose in and Moon-track the secretive proceedings, shall we?
For tracking purposes I'm first setting two horoscopes for 12:00 am CEDT July 7 and 11:59 pm CEDT July 8 (to make certain all planetary potentials are accounted for), and we see the Moon ranging from 20Sag12 and applying to a meeting with Saturn (22Sag58 Rx), then she floats on toward powerful Pluto (18Cap09 Rx) which Luna @14Cap05 does not actually conjoin by 11:59 pm July 8 (unless there's an additional off-the-record meeting 'on the sidelines', as they say--perhaps a face-to-face Trump-Putin tryst?) In addition, someone in leadership is feeling quite 'on the hook' and burdened by responsibilities to others (ex: social welfare programs) as seen viaJupiter (funding; generosity; benefits) inconjunct ideological Neptune of the masses, both planets resonating at 14 degrees.
This is a case of the Moon's *Translation of Light from Saturn to Pluto, the planetary pair of hard work, hardship, cruelty, and brutality so at some point, a midpoint picture forms of Saturn-Pluto = Moon with potentials for: working with strong women; inconsistent achievements or efforts; loss; cold feelings; tragic destinies especially for women; giving up giving; and/or, renunciation. See the Timeline, below, for the precise moment the midpoint picture perfects.
Of course, there are other chart factors (and using planets as actors in the drama) that we can mention such as the energetic Sun-Mars conjunction in Cancer during the G-20 but which won't actually perfect until July 27th @4Leo12:29 at 2:57 am CEDT Hamburg with an unaspected Neptune Rx (spasmodic or uncertain effects, or its energy switches off temporarily--yet genius within very private ideals may be express).
Plus, the Sun-Mars conjunction chart hosts a Mutable T-Square of Venus-Saturn = Moon @21Virgo--conjunct Denebola (to go against society) which may cause the Moon (the people) to attempt reprogramming negative subconscious conditioning, to focus on self-protective measures, or, to waiver, contradict, or rationalize feelings when dealing with emotional conflict; superficial responses may result (and politicians are really good at those, as you've noticed).
As for the Moon (publicity; the public; emotional mood which goes from Jupiterian to Saturnian), Moon-Saturn vibes suggest strategy, ambition, direction, and self-control while a Moon-Pluto combination denotes such things as emotional shocks or upheavals, managing or coping with public relations, extreme emotions, popular promises that appeal to the public (propaganda), criminal activity, how to exert control over criminal or terrorist elements, and/or obsessive misuse of resources and the people's opinion about it (Munkasey; Ebertin; Cowell).
These are a few of the more hidden concerns of world 'leaders' at the moment and from studying the July 7th and 8th charts I shall assume that pep talks about how to carry out draconian globalist 'reforms' without feeling or showing any true concern for how they actually affect the people they harm may be on the menu. This reminds me of the Bohemian Grove's 'cremation of care' ritual which I have asserted in previous posts is for just such a purpose--harm your 'underlings' while keeping a straight face--relax, you're in the boat of good fortune, don't worry about what happens to 'them'. Which reminds me of the Koch-GOP-Trump 'healthcare' plan which masks massive tax breaks for the wealthy class.
You may disagree and perhaps I digress but I don't think so. Anyway, let's get on with the G-20 2017 Timeline:
July 7: 12:00 am CEDT Hamburg - Moon @20Sag12 approaches Saturn Rx @22Sag58 ('23Sag': "Immigrants Entering a New Country");
July 7: 5:33:44 am CEDT Hamburg - Moon conjunct Saturn Rx @22Sag57:55;
July 7: 7:44:28 pm CEDT Hamburg - Moon to Cardinal World Point 00Cap00:00; perhaps a symbol suggesting events of and after Winter Solstice 2017;
July 8: 6:53 am CEDT Hamburg - Saturn-Pluto = Moon @5Cap32 (as noted, above).
July 8: 11:59 pm CEDT Hamburg - Moon reaches 14Cap05 after opposing US natal Sun (POTUS) suggesting culmination, fulfillment, or some sort of impasse.
Then on Sunday July 9 is the Full Moon @17Cap09 conjunct powerful Pluto opposite the energetic Sun and Mars, a worrisome and forceful picture. Is the public enraged by the actions of leadership? Trump and Putin pulled a slick one over Russia's election meddling in the US and want us all to 'let bygones by bygones' and 'move on' but not so fast, fellas!
In the US the Full Moon perfects at 12:07 am edt and the Moon-Pluto conjunction occurs about two hours later at 2:06 am. Hot Mars and cold Saturn perfect their inconjunction (quincunx) at 6:09 am, the Moon precisely opposes Mars at 11:40 am and makes her last aspect of the day (becoming void of course until entering Aquarius on Monday at 1:35 am) by squaring ever-quirky Uranus on Sunday at 10:12 pm edt.
With Mars and Pluto in opposition it's wise to take care on Sunday, keep below the radar, and be ready for a Sun-Pluto opposition on Monday, exact at 12:35 am. This power-filled aspect falls across the security-minded Cancer-Capricorn axis--especially because America's Sun and Pluto are quindecile (165 degr) and obsessed with power, control, and surveillance. Perhaps we should beware the tweets...and be aware of the 'fake news' traps now hitting media outlets for the purpose of discrediting them.
And as we look toward August 2017 we find the last of a three-fer Jupiter Return for Mr. Trump on August 4th (which began in 2016), the Lunar Eclipse of August 7th @15AQ25 which 'eclipses' Chancellor Merkel's natal Moon (see her chart, linked above), the August 21, 2017 Great American Eclipse @29Leo. August 20th brings Saturn to Trump's natal Moon but then on August 25th Saturn's Direct Station @21Sag10 again conjoins Mr. Trump's natal Moon-South Node conjunction, and finally Trump's Mars Return perfects on August 31st, a two-year cycle of energy and new activities or projects.
*Translation of Light refers to a planet (here the Moon) conveying influence as it separates from aspect with one planet and applies to another so that some of the first planet's influence is imparted to the second planet by a translation of light. Here, the Moon symbolizes a person or idea that will "bring about a settlement". Whether the outcome will be fortunate is determined by the aspect and the nature of the planets involved in the translation. Saturn-Moon-Pluto may not be as fortunate a trio as we could wish (Encyclopedia of Astrology, Nicholas DeVore.)
Significant to the study of any solar eclipse horoscope is the initial eclipse that began the particular Saros Series and since the August 21, 2017 Solar Eclipse is of the 1 North Series, I'm posting both the initial eclipse (January 4, 1639 @13Cap48) set for "Washington DC" (although the city was not yet built) and for comparison's sake, the horoscope of The Great American Eclipse of August 21, 2017 which manifests @29Leo:

Republicans Again Target Medicare-Medicaid as the Heavens Blink

The LBJ Library website has details on the signing of the 1965 Medicare Amendment to the Social Security Act on July 30, 1965 in Independence, Missouri at the Truman Library. The Amendment also established Medicaid and in January 1966, President Johnson returned to the Truman Library and presented Harry and Bess Truman with the very first Medicare cards. The website includes black and white footage of the events (audio may be partial).
An Astro-Focus on Medicare-Medicaid's Mercury @29Leo (noon chart)
Chart, below: July 30, 1965 'noon' CST Independence, Missouri; Hour of Mars; Bucket handle = Saturn Rx in compassionate Pisces; Mercury strains (29 degr) to join the Virgo line-up of Venus, Moon (1Vir56--16:47), Uranus, and Pluto; Mercury @29Leo conjoins royal Regulus. However, the Rodden Rating of LBJ's natal data is C (accuracy in question) and gives him an Ascendant of 26Leo57, the position of Trump's natal Mars rising and basically the same ASC-DESC (Leo-AQ) and MC-IC (Tau-Sco) as Donald Trump (with LBJ's natal Moon @9Vir52). Obviously, with Leo ascending LBJ's natal chart would be ruled by the Sun in Virgo rather than Mercury in Virgo as my Solar Fire v9 software gives. But however we look at him, that's a bunch of Virgo and July 30, 1965 also shows a bunch of Virgo with the first of three Great Conjunction/s of Uranus and Pluto perfecting on October 9, 1965 @17Vir10 (2. April 4, 1966 @16Vir28; 3. June 30, 1966 @16Vir06).
An operative 'societal' midpoint picture of the day denotes the planet of signings, amendments, bills, speeches, agreements, trading, negotiations and such, Mercury @29Leo58, as apex of the Neptune-North Node midpoint which tends toward quite negative qualities such as: a lack of communal spirit, antisocial behavior and/or exploitation (Ebertin). This would likely be financial and political exploitation, one must assume, since Washington DC and Wall Street thrive on exploitative practices.
Then with 1965 Mercury as apex planet of the Neptune-NN midpoint there were potentials for any, all, or none of: false expectations, unreliability, being let down by occurrences, secret arrangements made with others and/or deceit (Ebertin/Tyl) as President Johnson added to the benefits that FDR's New Deal programs had provided. Now in 2017, Lyndon Johnson's Great Society is again under siege by opponents of the conservative persuasion. Yet many Americans would prefer that Mr. Trump's 'Make America Great Again' slogan and actions uphold LBJ's Great Society programs rather than undermine them against the wishes of the majority.
