Princess Diana's land mines work has always seemed to me enough reason for certain entities to assassinate her and as the lady says in the video, above, Diana was about to begin humanitarian work concerning the plight of the Palestinian people.

However, recently I have come across another theory: that the real target was Dodi al Fayed--having to do with arms deals and Saudi Arabia which wouldn't surprise me in the least. Apparently both Diana and Dodi had multiple enemies willing to 'take them out' by whatever means necessary. At the time of their tragic deaths, a major transit of Neptune @27Cap was threatening an erosion or dissolution of power in the US as the nebulous, fraudulent planet insinuated itself via conjunction with America's natal Pluto Rx @27Cap33.

This erosion (which probably included monetary power with wealthy Pluto affected) was not being achieved by anarchy but by more subtle methods such as treachery, poison, contagion, or even religious and/or psychic and occult powers. (The suspicious alcohol blood level of the car's driver could be indicated here.) I remember how tears flowed in this country and across the globe over the untimely death of the Princess of Hearts just when she had finally found 'true' love! Or the illusion of it. And with Neptune to US Pluto, the melancholy tragedy was a perfect opportunity for religious leaders to appear all over TV multiple times over the next year or so.

Even now, I wonder: can any American deny that the United States of America is an 'assassination nation'? And this is Not how the Founders designed our Republic to be!

With the equinox Sun @00Lib00:00 and Moon @24Cap29 (in 2nd and 5th houses, respectively) we find the moment of Autumn 2015 begins during an Hour of warrior Mars with Mars @28Leo54 rising, Ascendant 27Leo55, royal star Regulus @00Vir in tow. Plus, expansive Jupiter @9Vir15 in 1st house provides what we may hope is protection in what looks to be difficult circumstances this Fall season. For only 10 days earlier, a Solar Eclipse perfected @20Virgo and as most people know, Washington DC is heavily imprinted with the stars of constellation Virgo, the Virgin.

And of course, as the 6th sign, Virgo is naturally identified with the 6th house of Work (employment), Service (military, police, civil, domestic), Health, and our Daily Schedules. Autumn Equinox Sun, North Node (Future Direction), and communicating/trading Mercury @14Lib08 Rx spotlights for the country the National Treasury, owned as it is, by the Federal Reserve System of worldwide central banks. Saturn, in its retrograde process, has turned Direct and again reached 00Sag23--here, in 4th house of Domestic Scene across the Security axis of the 4/10. At "1Sag", Saturn (lawmakers, government, business) keys the "A Grand Army of the Republic Campfire" degree in the Sabian Symbols, and in the Angular 4th house, hints at Saturnian events or tasks during the first of Autumn 2015 but also at the end of the season as Winter approaches.

Chart-Related Astro-Notes Concerning Autumn Equinox 2015

A prime factor in our consideration of Autumn Equinox 2015 is chart-ruler Sun (ASC 27Leo55) (the focus of an equinox horoscope) in the 2nd house of the National Treasury and Values. The Sun applies to a sextile (60 degr; 0A23) with 4th house Saturn denoting that opportunities will be presented for maturity and good planning to pay off, productivity to increase, and those with expertise to garner new clients while others are invited to lecture or consult. Though some advantage may be given to careers in 4th-house/Saturnian fields such as mining, real estate, geographical re-location (immigration? deportation?), genealogy, ecology, psychology, history, government, law, and business management or leadership, these opportunities generally apply to all professions and are particularly useful for those who are well prepared to accept such offers as they arise. As you know, authoritative Saturn rewards hard work and perseverance!

America's Natal Horoscope Affected on the World Stage

As you see, activist Mars (the warrior) is rising @28Leo54 and conjoins the natal Mars and Ascendant of real estate mogul Donald Trump, a 2016 candidate. But this article isn't about Donald Trump so let's not discuss his campaign here! Except to say that his popularity may still be in effect for Autumn since the Libra Sun, Capricorn Moon (the public), and Leo Ascendant and Mars are in a beneficial Cardinal Grand Trine which affects Trump's natal Mars-Ascendant-Regulus! A caution for Mr. Trump may be that royal star Regulus @00Virgo has a limitation--a 'success if revenge is avoided' command but what are the chances when he verbally attacks his attackers on a regular basis?

So as you see, Saturn @00Sag23 again triggers the "A Grand Army of the Republic Campfire" degree in Sabian Symbols but there is warrior Mars with *Regulus square Saturn (1A28) which denotes quite a trio of archetypal energies. Mars square Saturn indicates that lack of preparation and organization will cause delays or setbacks with someone's authority being challenged and links to the 6th house of the Military, Police, Civil Services, and Employment. And with 6th cusp having a critical-crisis 29th degree upon it in Washington DC, (same opposite with the karmic 12th cusp = 29Cancer), we may expect issues of bad timing to be part of a frustrating, stop-and-go Mars-Saturn picture.

But on a more karmic note of reaping what's been sown, transit North Node ('NN", the head of the dragon; future direction; fated encounters) @1Lib00 Rx is listed on the chart, bottom left, for it conjoins America's natal Midheaven ('MC' = Goals, Public Status; the most visible point) in the 5:09/10 pm LMT 'Sibly' chart, July 4, 1776), as is transit Sisyphus (determination to succeed), and political asteroid, Juno @2Lib16, also in transit. These degrees are near the US natal Saturn-Neptune midpoint (3 Libra) which highlights the Socialism-Communism-Capitalist debates ongoing in the public discourse along with the elderly, weak, ill population of this country and whether America intends to be compassionate toward her non-rich citizens, or takes more austere measures in order to weed them out of the herd. You know--the Ayn Rand/Darwin model of "survival of the fittest" where "useless eaters" need not apply. This may also be seen with the tail of the dragon (SN) at IC (endings; The Drain), which lends 'support' to current immigration-deportation debates. Perhaps it's obvious that the current political campaign season with its issues and talking points are depicted here. Be that as it may, NN to MC and SN to IC favors the career sector over the domestic scene where restrictive Saturn lends heaviness.

Pisces on 8th Cu$p (Jupiter-Neptune) with a Jupiter-Neptune Opposition

On the financial level, there's the MC with the May 28, 2000 Great Conjunction of societal planets Jupiter and Saturn (23Taurus) upon it and with their dynamic square phase occurring off and on (Jupiter and Saturn are not actually square in this chart.) However, expansive Jupiter and restrictive Saturn are intimately involved with Financial Cycles but also with Government concerns--the pair is our exalted 'checks and balances' planets even though the concept has been seriously undermined in recent decades. (I primarily time such dissolution by the Wilson's signing of the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 but perhaps you time it otherwise for many other events have marked America's downward spiral via sabotage.)

For me this triggers unpleasant memories of their three conjunctions all through 2009 at or around 27 Aquarius, the position of US natal Moon (We the People) when the public was ensnared with a glamorous rock star dream of Obamian 'hope' and 'change' we could 'believe in'. Much was fretted about this here on SO'W and elsewhere concerning the dreamy, unrealistic midpoint picture of Jupiter-Neptune = US natal Moon which, I alleged, imprinted its energies upon the entire presidency of Barack Obama with 'speculators, wastrels, spendthrift' vibes as the National Treasury was robbed for the sake of corporate bail outs (TARP, etc), the Fed printed more funny money, and years of Wall Street greed resulted in mortgage defaults, evictions, and pension thefts that beggared many of the American people and undermined the US economy.

DC Horoscope: Sept 27, 2015 Lunar Eclipse 4Ari40

The excellent Earth and Sky website has lots of information on the Lunar Eclipse of September 27-28, 2015 including viewing details for this Harvest Moon so called because it's the closest Full Moon to Autumn Equinox 2015, traditionally a season of crop harvesting. This prominent Lunar Eclipse pairs with the September 13, 2015 Solar Eclipse @20Vir10 in the 18 North Saros Series (tap or click to view the eclipse horoscope, or see it below.)

Adding to its cosmic significance, the September 2015 Lunar Eclipse, a Super Moon (Nolle), is the fourth in a series of what some believe are prophetic Blood Moons and is, as you know, a Total Lunar Eclipse @4Aries40 in the Tropical Zodiac opposing the Sun @4Libra40. Perfection occurs at 10:50:29 pm EDT in Washington DC, an Hour of Venus (22Leo10) with Venus acting as lead planet in a Locomotive pattern. This is the high-powered executive determined on success and we may expect with the ongoing presidential campaign that this may represent one of the 2016 feminine candidates--Hillary Clinton or Carly Fiorina (assuming that neither lady has dropped out by September!), or alternately, Venus may describe someone or a group of someones who worships 'the goddess' such as the ones found all over Washington DC...in a word, pagans.

As you see amidst all my astro-notes scribbled on the September 27th chart, the Ascendant @23Gem03 brings US natal Mars in rising position which means our national Mars-Neptune square is in play with its misguided motivations, misdirected energy, and 'fog of war' implications that buttress a 6th house (Military and Police Service) Saturn, a karmic planet, at a military degree (1Sag). Also rising are two fixed stars, Capella and Phact with the Moon-Jupiter midpoint also rising.

Also expressing at an Angle, the MC (the Why? Point of Aspiration) is the restless Uranus-Pluto midpoint which brings in the social movements of the 1960s when the two generational planets met in Great Conjunction in mid-Virgo. Midpoint picture details relating to Politics are found below.

Something I may have neglected to mention in previous posts about the September 13th Solar Eclipse @20Vir10 is that it conjoins the degree of the American Revolution's Neptune (20Vir23 Rx) in 6th house, another reference to military and police matters and to the very foundation of our country. As you know, astrological Neptune tends to bring in potentials for deception, delusion, fraud, criminality, drugs, wrong perceptions, dissolution, contagion, and/or grand idealism. (American Revolution April 19, 1775 5:00 am LMT Lexington, Massachusetts--see sidebar for a link to the horoscope with a few details.)

September 27, 2015: Two Tails Swiping

Now in the Lunar Eclipse chart shown above, karma (reaping what's been sown) abounds for the Saturnian South Node of the Moon (SN), aka, the Tail of the Dragon, has company--Deneb Kaitos, a star in constellation Cetus, the Whale or Sea Monster. Deneb Kaitos is in the Tail of the Whale so that's a lot of swiping having to do with Collective issues from the past bubbling up from the Great Unconscious. These previously mishandled issues will likely be visible on the world stage (10th house) and specifically relate to America with natal IC (July 4, 1776 5:09 pm LMT-->IC = 4th house = Domestic Scene, Roots) at Aries Point (00Ari, a Cardinal point of global manifestation and prominence.)

So besides America's ongoing military and police concerns and problems, it seems that more catastrophes involving water are on the Autumn agenda along with an urge to say what needs to be said--perhaps spurred on the political level by 'truth teller' Donald Trump who apparently has no filter on his unconscious mind from where thoughts go straight to voice. Yes, discussion of financial matters are affected by wealth-hoarding Pluto @12Cap58 in 7th house of Partnerships but near enough to the corporate 8th cusp to manipulate from his ongoing power-challenging opposition to US natal Sun (leadership; the president.) Slow-plodding Pluto is also a karmic planet and is associated with the Collective Unconscious and with Plutocracy as well. Whatever the Underworld One is up to here, the US National Treasury is involved across the 2/8 axis with star-goddess SIRIUS (14Can17; the scorcher) conjunct the National Treasury 2nd cusp opposing Pluto and positioned amidst America's natal Venus, Jupiter, and Sun, we expect restriction in financial areas (8th cusp in Capricorn, Pluto manipulation.) On the financial level, this is an astrological description of the Income Inequality stand-off now in the news with plutocratic Pluto refusing to give up any of his vast treasure, stolen as it may be!

Then at the Head of the Dragon (NN), the other end of the Nodal axis that I fussed about above, is of course the Node, Sun, Mercury Rx and US natal MC. Mercury, the ruler of the Lunar Eclipse chart, conjoins fixed star Diadem, the crown that comes with a high price.

Now there are several other chart factors worth noting such as warrior Mars and expansive Jupiter in 4th house of Real Estate--and royal star Regulus at IC. (Regulus = the Capitol Building = Congress--success if revenge is avoided--Brady.) However, I'd be surprised if any reader has made it this far, so let's add only a few more details about the Lunar Eclipse chart...

Chart-Ruler Aspects = How Things Will Proceed...Haltingly!

Two applying major aspects are made by chart-ruler Mercury because of its retrograde condition which in itself implies delays and other glitches in Mercurial matters (1st and 4th house cusps) so apparently things will proceed and be expressed but under difficult conditions if they are not completely stymied. Experience shows that the US Congress is predictably implicated in the delays, stalemates, and a possible government shutdown over abortion issues. Internet security issues and criminal data collection may also be implicated by Mercury, planet of sight and hearing.

So due to Mercury's retrogradation, we might say that there are major applying aspects: Mercury conjoins Sun (5A13) and opposes Moon (5A13). Transit Mercury's Direct Station the second week of October 2015 occurs @00Libra conjunct the karmic NN by transit and 'passing' the Sept 27th Lunar Eclipse Sun and Moon degrees along the path. Mercury to Sun at US natal MC relates to impressive ideas communicated and to travel, a potential reference to Air Force One and/or other luxury means of travel. Mercury opposite Moon (the public) denotes changes of heart, words not acceptable to the public mood, conflicting schedules and agendas, and/or blocked progress. Campaign 2016 issues are also implicated with a Moon-Mercury opposition.

But wait! If you consider an inconjunct (quincunx; 150 degrees) to be a major aspect as some astrologers do, let's consider Mercury inconjunct that shady 10th house Neptune we talked about before. Actually, this aspect perfects (2A12) before Mercury's influence on the Lunar Eclipse (Full Moon) manifests. (If you were rooting for the Mercury-Pluto square, it's waning in late September but once Mercury turns direct, the square becomes exact during the third week of October 2015.) This Mercury-Pluto intensity may relate on one level to the ongoing investigation of Hillary Clinton's handling of emails and any national security secrets they may or may not contain. Obviously, the FBI here is sleuth Pluto and Mercury is the planet of communications--together they indicate dealing with secrets and surveillance matters. Obviously, the Republican Party is in the mix as well as they prosecute their usual inflated anti-Clinton overreach against a political opponent.

So what about 5th house Mercury inconjunct Neptune?, asked the one reader who got this far (impressive!)

Naturally there is a need for adjustment inherent in any inconjunction and naturally any contact between Mercury and Neptune brings irrational content and misconception into the picture along with a 'mesmerizing speaker' potential (Munkasey) such as political candidates who spout dreamy, impractical campaign promises they never intend to keep--if elected! With the Mercury-Neptune inconjunct, we again find scheduling delays blended with a nebulous grasp of facts. This is the "well, at least I tried" aspect so the endings of certain political campaigns are due especially with such a large field of political gamblers (Mercury in the risk-taking 5th h).

Mercury-Neptune says that crushing disappointment follows for some unless quick and efficient adjustments are made.
