Pluto in Capricorn: Dictators and Post Liberals

Much is explained concerning current affairs and authoritarian saboteurs in an informative article in The Dispatch: Post Liberalism. And as astrologers know, and fabled astrologer Reinhold Ebertin confirms, Pluto in Saturn-ruled Capricorn is The Dictator placement so it's no comfort that transit Pluto Rx left Aquarius and stepped a claw back into Capricorn on Sunday September 1, 2024, with Capricorn being the sign of government, law, business, investment, leadership - and (a potential for) world government.

Significantly, September 1, 2024 also timed a New Moon @11Vir04 at 9:58 pm ET, plus, it was Labor Day 2024 in the US which signaled the official beginning of Campaign 2024.

So for curiosity's sake, below you see a DC Horoscope of the very first moment (according to my SolarFireGold v9.27 software) that Pluto backed into Capricorn @29:59:59 at 7:57:26 pm edt on September 1st. For obvious reasons, the horoscope is set for Washington DC and shows subversive Neptune rising in 1st house at a critical 29th degree of shady Pisces, sign of the ocean, other bodies of water, marine creatures - and the Blue Tsunami of voters needed for best results on November 5th:

Meanwhile, transit Neptune remains conjoined with fixed star Scheat which suggests such events as weather disasters, drownings, or erosion. We've seen such events featured in the news with Scheat known as a star of misfortune when configured with malefic planets.

Then Jupiter, planet of codified religion, rules the chart's Ascendant (what?) and Midheaven (why?) as authoritative Saturn in Pisces rises - not the best placement for old man Saturn, planet of legalities, limits, blockages, restriction, responsibility, and authenticity. A potential for conflicts with opponents also applies to this placement, a clear reference to Campaign 2024 and the upcoming Harris-Trump Debate scheduled for September 10th, assuming that the old man shows up.

Must The Roman Empire Come Again?

Actually, the Roman Empire never ended, but morphed into the Catholic Church and remains submerged within the darkened chambers of Vatican City (horoscope linked, below). Despising America's Enlightenment principles, it's the religious rule of government model the saboteurs and seditionists are attempting to establish in the US. We experienced this negative energy on one level via their "anti-woke" campaign.

Then as Campaign 2024 trundles along and with US Election 2024 approaching, there's a lifelong predatory criminal running to stay out of prison who aspires to be dictator of America - in essence, a "divine-right" monarch, untouchable by law, and intending to restore a new, or perhaps an old, monarchy as in Europe (for background see The Dispatch linked, above) - and in total defiance of the Magna Carta, the scaffold of civilization.

Yet co-dictatorship with The Vatican must be part of their longed-for theocratic agenda of authoritarianism with enforced worhip on Sunday a major objective of their dream of "world government." Perhaps you've heard that when enforced observance on Sunday is implemented, it's the "mark of the beast" appearing to oppress and control. For it's all about timing, as you know.

2 Horoscopes: Trump w RFK Jr

Now that spoiler candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr (aka, "Bob" or "Bobbie") has joined Trump's 2024 Campaign, we should probably take a look at a bi-wheel of their natal charts to check for planetary contacts between them.

The obvious one is JFK Jr's Jupiter Rx @17Gem20 conjunct Trump's 10th house Uranus 17Gem53, his guiding planet of chaos, disruption, and radical action due to its oriental position (last to rise before his Gemini Sun).

Other planetary links between them are shown in the Cancer/Capricorn and Leo areas of the Zodiac including RFK Jr's Pluto Rx @24Leo24 conjunct DJT's rising Mars (see planetary pairs, below). Perhaps the bi-wheel of their natal charts may be worth keeping around as we careen toward the November 5th Election, or maybe not. Their union may, in part, depend on how jealous running mate JD Vance becomes. But don't even think about a menage a trois!

Potentials of their Planetary Pairs (R. Ebertin):

Jupiter-Uranus: fortune hunters; adventurers; organizers; zealots with one-sided views; religious or philosophial conflicts; a lucky chance.

Year 2024 in a Cosmic Nutshell

The easiest way to view an entire year - namely Year 2024 - is to post for you two dual images showing Year 2024 at a glance:

1. Spring Equinox 2024 (lower left) with 2. Summer Solstice 2024 (upper right) followed by 3. Autumn Equinox 2024 (lower left) and 4. Winter Solstice 2024 (upper right).

Now as you know, a Spring Equinbox Horoscope (aka, Aries Ingress) actually symbolizes an entire year and may be consulted as such via transits, directions, and progressions. So for Year 2024, here's a link to a previous post displaying the Spring Equinox 2024 Horoscope set for Washington DC with gracious plenty astro-notes included.

Year 2024 Begins and Proceeds

Our year began with me-first Mars at 27AQ46 conjunct our July 4, 1776 Moon (We the People) suggesting a restless American populace as targets. Furthermore, Mars opposes a certain candidate's natal Mars rising in Leo along with royal Regulus, the "success if revenge is avoided" star. A Mars-oppo-Mars transit shows the folks who are diametrically opposed to old Mars in Leo. In this case, I'd say those folks are a majority of the American people who want America to move on from old grudges and malicious plans for revenge. In fact, some may call it Tr*mp fatigue.

So as you know, 2024 is proving to be an intensely emotional Moon-Pluto kind of year and with Election 2024 on November 5th (an event which falls within the purview of Autumn Equinox 2024) the year (and campaign) additionally becomes a Mars-Pluto opposition affair of forceful competition for power - and ends with Winter Solstice 2024's Moon-Saturn opposition which emphasizes the proper carrying out of responsibilities and "the call to duty" (A. Oken).

These energies sound appropriate for a presidential campaign especially since the oppression of individual rights is also an issue as we enter 2025. Clearly, one 2024 candidate offers oppression, dystopia, and morbidity, while the other candidate offers freedom, progress, and opportunity! The choice seems a no-brainer to me because I'll choose life over death every time - and democracy over fascism.

Meanwhile, it's only the soon-forming Autumn Equinox 2024 Horoscope that isn't ruled by aggressive Mars via the three charts' Scorpio Ascendants but by Venus instead, ruler of Libra, sign of the Scales of Justice. And as you see, Venus is at 29 Libra, a critical 29th degree, rises in the chart's 1st house, and could very well symbolize VP Kamala Harris, former AG and prosecutor. However, a Venus-Pluto square indicates obstacles on the path of Autumn Equinox 2024 Venus, obstacles through her opponents' circulating rumors which will likely involve financial and/or sexual matters.

Now disagree if you wish, but my suspicion is that the Venus-Pluto square reveals the political assaults coming against candidate Harris in the 2024 Campaign which, as political commentator David Feldman and others point out, is about to turn really really ugly.

Pluto-to-South-Node 2027-2028: A New Age

Symbol: The Cosmic or Orphic Egg

Earlier in 2024, we discussed when Pluto conjuncts US 1776 South Node @6AQ35. Even with planet Pluto's plodding orbit of about 248 years, this conjunction has previously occurred since July 4, 1776: 5 times in 1781 and 1782. In our day, we can expect another 5 conjunctions exact on March 18, 2027, June 30, 2027, January 21, 2028, September 19, 2028, and November 16, 2028.

Follow the above link to view a bi-wheel of the March 18, 2027 Pluto-SN conjunction (inner) surrounded by the final November 16, 2028 conjunction. Transit Pluto goes out-of-bounds of the Earthly plane at some point which to me suggests even more distant, detached conditions of those who meddle in and manipulate America's business. And considering sneaky Pluto's habit of hoarding extreme wealth in hidden places, financial dealings are certain to be part of the bigger picture. That's reptilian Pluto the Dragon - and the reptile wrapped around the Cosmic Egg appears to signify the undulating Nodal Axis. We are, in effect, surrounded by reptile-brained individuals.

When Pluto and South Node Connect

A Pluto-South-Node pairing marks a period of resentment and misunderstanding, a time when the wills of powerful Plutonian figures - manipulating from a safe, distant ivory tower location - are out-of-tune with the will of the population. This has been the case already, of course, but the timing of their coming together brings in America's original South Node dependencies and talents in the realms of Aquarian humanitarian/enlightenment principles and impulses - now on someone's drawing board for a major overhaul.

Because as you know in 2024, fascist saboteurs and white power radicals are attempting to force enlightened views and aspirations out of the public discourse, and ban them from our consciousness (book banning and burning). After all, stealthy Pluto is about regeneration, transformation, destruction, and purification. And that is what book burners, "religious" types, and political opportunists consider themselves doing: purifying American society, shown in part by their ridiculous "anti-woke" campaign.

Then via the draconian Project 2025 agenda, they intend to purify the US government of anyone who disagrees with, or stands in the way of, their tyrannical plans for complete control. Could this be more unAmerican? No. It could not. Our traditional principles are under siege by global forces and thugs, and you know who the moblike figurehead leading the gang of saboteurs is. He even has a shady sidekick now.

Pluto in Aquarius: the US Constitution and Bill of Rights

By the time of the US Constitution (September 17, 1787; Campion #377), Pluto had crept on to 16AQ02, and for the Bill of Rights (created/approved September 25, 1789; ratified December 15 1791, in order to amend the Constitution), transit Pluto Rx was out-of-bounds @14AQ05, then @16AQ11 - and opposite Uranus Rx in Leo which suggests the elevated consciousness and inventiveness of those able to respond to such high-minded energies.

Now in closing, perhaps the rounded-up degree (7AQ) of the modern-day conjunctions' Sabian Symbol informs us: "EMERGENCE OF GLOBAL MAN for the New Age" (D. Rudhyar); the ancient symbolism is the Cosmic Egg (aka, the Orphic Egg shown above) and speaks of mutants and a fresh projection of the creative Spirit that emanates from the cosmic or planetary Whole, and not from any local culture and racial tradition (An Astrological Mandala, D.R. #ad). So, a Universal symbol then which sounds much more like the Harris-Walz ticket than the anti-women bullies of the GOP!

So for realistic examples of the egg symbol in Washington DC, we think of the Oval Office and Ellipse Park, for which Pierre L'Enfant drew up the plans for the oval-shaped park - in 1791. Then as you know, the Ellipse was the location of Trump's so-called "Stop the Steal" rally on January 6, 2021 ('J6'), defiling it with his seditious rotten-egg energies - just like Putin would do!

Therefore, in the spirit of history rhymes, and knowing that the American Revolution lasted from 1775 to 1783, you may wish to check out US Events of 1781 and/or US Events of 1782. Because learning from the past is always necessary for best results.

Harris-Walz CNN interview: A Horoscope

At 9:00 pm ET on Thursday August 29, 2024, CNN is set to air their first joint TV interview since DNC 2024 with candidates VP Kamala Harris and her running mate, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz. If this event airs as announced, below you see a Horoscope of the interview set for Atlanta, Georgia. The pair of Democratic candidates are currently on a two-day bus tour through Georgia culminating in the beautiful city of Savannah.

An abundance of astro-notes are penned on the chart for curious readers like you, followed by the same horoscope, unmarked; of note is chart/interview ruler Jupiter which makes no applying aspects and this emphasizes Jupiter @18Gem47 in the 3rd house of Communications. Plus, VP Harris' natal ASC-North Node ('NN') conjunction is snugged between interview Jupiter and Mars and this creates a midpoint picture highlighted in yellow with potentials listed, bottom right corner:

Can Election 2024 Venus symbolize Kamala Harris?

With Election 2024's Venus in Sagittarius, it appears that a rival will be victorious over the Democratic incumbent if we follow the Venus Cycle implications from years past. There have been exceptions, however, but we may not have to depend on such randomness in order to suspect that Lady Venus on November 5, 2024, traveling in the 22-24-degree range of Sagittarius, could be pointing toward VP Kamala Harris as the winning candidate who challenges the "incumbent."

So here's a dual chart image displaying Election Day 2024 planets at 8:00 am ET and 8:00 pm ET, set for the White House and showing Venus @22Sag33 and 23Sag09; each degree's Sabian Symbol is penned on, as are the two symbols for voting planet Mercury:

And yes, everyone knows that a lot can happen between now and November 5th, events which could affect election outcomes by shifting voters' minds, and some folks are suggesting a "September Surpise" may be perpetrated in an attempt to sway the minds of voters, in September rather than what has become the usual "October Surprise" of past elections.

Therefore, this consideration of the planet of attraction's historical role in the US Election Cycle (4 years/8 years like Venus) may be merely a whimsical exercise for entertainent purposes only.

What I'm trying to say is that the incumbent that Sagittarian Venus must beat on November 5, 2024 could be Donald Trump instead of President Biden since Donald pretends to have beem president all along, delusion-promoting radical as he is. He himself has added this fantasy to his status as the current 2024 president. That Venus is a lady, as is VP Harris, is an obvious link between them and only adds its oomph to some very basic symbolism on Election Day.

Plus, we all know of Trump's mocking habit of casting other people in the role as "other" if they're not in his pocket or if they oppose or criticize him - and Kamala Harris' parents were both immigrants to the US, so the 8:00 am EST symbol of Venus is "Immigrants Entering a New country" (penned on the chart - and conjunct the feminine Moon!). Then by 8:00 pm Venus has moved on to: "23 Sagittarius" = "A BLUE Bird Standing at the Door of the House" (my CAPS) so we'll know at some point whether candidate VP Harris is symbolized by Election Day 2024 Venus or not, and whether Democrats regain the House of Representatives.

Battling Symbols of the Past

Symbolism in 1935: Germany and America

Way back in the year 1935, two countries adopted significant visual symbols or logos which were polar opposites of one another in meaning.

In Germany, the ancient Swastika symbol was adopted for the Nazi Party flag, while in America, President Franklin Roosevelt approved America's Great Seal for placement on the US Dollar Bill. Of course these days, We the People seldom give the symbolism of the 13-step pyramid of power and Eye of Horus a moment of thought, and as our card-carrying society proceeds, we may rarely see or handle a paper dollar bill.

Now, due to my usual interest in Eclipse energies and themes that run in the background of society during any given time period we wish to consider, here's a List of Eclipses of 1935 with their Themes penned on. We should note that Eclipses in these Saros Series repeat in 2025 into 2026:

Project 2025 Ideas Have Failed Before!

An op-ed in the L.A. Times by Joel Edward Goza concerns The ideas in Project 2025? Reagan tried them, and the nation suffered. Now SO'W is no stranger to complaining about the Reagan presidency and the "Decade of Greed" that he and his cronies promoted and used to their advantage.

An example is our discussion of the Reaganomics Eclipse of 1981: A Turning Point for America (chart shown, below). For as Mr. Goza mentions, Ronald Reagan signed his first budget on August 13, 1981, just after the 1 North Reaganomics Eclipse manifested on July 30, 1981 @7Leo51 with themes that include: "information is distorted and possibly false" (B. Brady).

And as The Cosmos would have it, 1 North also happens to be the Saros Series of the Total "Mother of All Eclipses" of August 11, 1999 @18Leo21, the one that Nostradamus pointed toward from centuries ago with its difficult Fixed Grand Cross at the mid-degrees of the Fixed signs (Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, Aquarius). These degrees are described in The Book of Revelation by the oxen-lion-eagle-angel points, for the reader who may be interested in Biblical prophecy.

So below is an image of the 1 North Reaganomics Eclipse of July 30, 1981 @7Leo51 set for the White House, Washington DC. Yes, the chart is overloaded with my study notes, but I'm showing it to you anyway. As you see, Mr. Reagans's first natal planet to rise is his Saturn @00Tau49, and his natal Midheaven of Goals and Public Status is crowned by the Eclipse's Pluto @21Libra, planet of power, Plutocracy, and extreme wealth. Meanwhile, 3rd house Mars @8Can34 leads a Locomotive shape of ruthless determination to further his interests, having recently visited US 1776 Jupiter at the "Game Birds Feathering Their Nests" degree:

Then considering the relationships, alleged or genuine, between Mr. Reagan and members of the evangelical community of his day, we might expect that they must have recognized the Eclipse-Scriptural connection (being Bible readers and all - and the Reagans used Astrology) and would naturally want to treat its energies carefully for best results in aid of the common good. But did they? Well, my guess is no, unless financial chicanery is a plus in society. Instead, suffering and tragedy followed for the American people, and the US is only now turning from Neoliberalism's bogus "trickle-down theory" of Reaganomics, thanks to President Biden. It's been 40 years of mistakes, and about time!

Now in closing, there's an example of a well known tragic event that was manipulated to occur under the influence of a 1 North Eclipse: the Assassination of President John F. Kennedy. The 1 North Eclipse of 1963 manifested in late Cancer opposite US 1776 Pluto (Rx @27Cap33) which implicates the murder of our popular president via a reversion in US society to Plutonian primal violence and animalism - which is precisely what the Project 2025 purge agenda intends to perpetrate if it can successfully manipulate Election 2024.

However, 40 years have passed since the Decade of Greed and We the People are "on to them." And so I ask you, dear reader, have the correct lessons been learned?

"The Happy Warriors" of 2024 and 1924

To Counter Dystopian Darkness

As the world knows by now, DNC 2024 was harmonious and lyrical, and can be said to represent the opposite of the DNC of one hundred years ago, a contentious mess in 1924 held at New York's Madison Square Garden. DNC 1924 took an astounding 103 ballots before nominees John W. Davis (WVA) and Charles W. Bryan (NB) were selected.

So if you have a chance check out Wikipedia's DNC 1924 page, or watch Sean Munger's presentation, 1924: The Fascinating Forgotten Election (recommended, if you have the time, or watch in increments - it won't return to 00:00 so you may have to 'rewind'). Obviously, one reason that few if any voters nowadays remember the Democratic nominees of 1924 is because they lost the election to Republican Calvin Coolidge.

Meanwhile, there's an interesting cosmic time link between DNCs 1924 and 2024 and that's the label of "The Happy Warrior" mentioned by FDR in a speech promoting NY Governor Al Smith as such. The concept is based upon William Wordsworth's poem, "Character of The Happy Warrior" (written in 1806 after the death of the heroic Lord Nelson, published in 1807), with generosity of spirit one of the primary character traits lauded in the poem.

Necessarily, such a trait of kindness disqualifies from the presidency any of the fascist-leaning, dark-vision-promoters of the GOP, a sour-faced, seditious bunch of radical regressives, as you know - irrationally banging their heads against a 19th century brick wall, neuroses on display. There's no such thing as time travel so they're determined to destroy our country to remodel it in Herr Adolf's dark, brutal image - to which I say, We're Not Going Back. Besides, my uncles didn't fight Nazis in WWII only for America to succumb to violent madness and sadistic cruelty now - by electing it!

Now since 1924, the "Happy Warrior" label has been applied to other politicians as well such as Barack Obama who then applied it to his VP Joe Biden - and in 2024 it has been applied to VP candidate Tim Walz. This resonates with what some folks have seen as a similarity between the DNC 2024 nomination of the Harris-Walz ticket compared favorably with the DNC 2008 nomination of Barack Obama and VP Joe Biden. In fact, while commenting on DNC 2024, MSNBC program host Lawrence O'Donnell related a story about once being asked if he wanted to meet the "female Barack Obama." Two guesses as to who this was and the first one doesn't count! Clue: in 2008 she knocked on doors for the Obama campaign - and her initials are KH.

So! Perhaps it's elusive but the main point of this post is that Happy Warrior leaders suit the Spirit of America that a large majority of citizens prefer over the death and destruction of Tr*mp's Project 2025 purging agenda. Therefore, a Vote Blue tsunami is necessary for Harris-Walz and for all down-ballot candidates on November 5th so that the Democratic Senate is retained, and the House of Representatives can be wrested from the seditious hands of Maga saboteurs who grabbed control at Midterms 2022 while brandishing their AR-15s.

VP Harris Accepts Under a YOD Pattern of Karmic Opportunity and a Special Task

At DNC 2024 Chicago last evening, VP Kamala Harris accepted the Democratic Party's presidential nomination at 10:45 pm ET (via my cell phone timestamp as she spoke the words). For your consideration, here's a marked-up Horoscope of that momentous event that I'm labeling, "Kamala Harris Accepts!":

As we know, YOD patterns tend to involve issues of proper timing, and in this case, timing is emphasized by two sextiled bases: Neptune-Pluto and Neptune-Midheaven ('MC', the Goal Point), both pointing toward apex Sun @00Vir30 - conjunct royal Regulus, the king-maker star (queen-maker!) with the star's caution of: success if revenge is avoided; otherwise, all gains will be taken away. This must apply to a Kamala Harris presidency, yes, but since the star rises in the natal chart of Mr. Trump along with this aggressive Mars, the star's caution against his vengeful personality remains operative - and his promise of "so much winning" hasn't turned out quite as he intended. So as most folks realize, cheating is his path to "victory" in November.

All this causes me to wonder: can a President Harris act as an agent of Regulus? After all, the 2024 Election has shaped up to be a case of prosecutor vs perpetrator! For as she's asserted, she "knows his type."

YOD patterns suggest potentials for: karmic opportunity, a special task, crisis (ex: the threat of the P-2025 agenda), a turning point or a crossroads. This, America certainly has reached, as you may agree. Plus, Bil Tierney adds, "A turn of destiny." For VP Harris, and for our democratic Republic, if we can keep it.

Inauguration 2025's Jupiter

Yes, I'm looking forward to tonight's DNC speech by VP nominee, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz (introduced by his football team, I heard!), but on a slightly different topic, you see below a bi-wheel of the Inauguration 2025 Horoscope (inner; 01/20/25) surrounded by the natal horoscope of VP Kamala Harris (10/20/64) who will accept the presidential nomination of the Democratic Party this Thursday night (8/22) at DNC 2024 Chicago.

The spotlight in this post is on the Inaugural 2025 position of Jupiter Rx @12Gemini and its Sabian Symbol. Three versions of this degree's Symbol (12Gem) and their corresponding Illumination Points opposite (12Sag) are listed below the bi-wheel. A few additional asto-notes are penned on the image along with the dates of transit Jupiter's Retrograde/Direct path into 2025.

Unsurprisingly, the planet's retrograde condition suggests that withholding funds by opponents is likely over the four-year presidential term coming up - made less of an obstacle if Democrats hold the Senate and regain the House this November. Meanwhile, another hostage-style government shutdown by Republicans may be in the offing around October 1, 2024 (date of the Walz-Vance Debate - see link, below), about one week before Jupiter appears from Earth to pause @21Gem20:15. As you know, shutdowns never work out well for the GOP so they become head-against-brickwall exercises of irrationality and their obsessive neurosis.

Now Jupiter @22Gemini is actually a Jupiter-to-US-1776-Mars transit of "making waves effectively" (N. Tyl) while Jupiter simultaneously squares US 1776 Neptune. This reveals grand idealism but with a potential for scandal (spun or genuine). Helpfully, a break in the nick of time might turn up, yet an important caution is to avoid gullibility when dealing with harsh circumstances (A. Oken).

Facing Reality

For we know that the glorious campaign promises and proposals we're hearing from the Harris-Walz Campaign are a balm for We the People's ears and minds, yet pro-democracy plans will struggle to become reality to any great degree without a Democratic trifecta of all three branches of government - therfore, we must Vote Blue down ballot on November 5th to uplift democracy over the brutal fascism of neo-nazism now marching around the globe - and coming for our children as thugs did in 1926.

Previously, the 8 South Eclipse of October 2, 2024 has appeared here on SO'W because it's the Solar Eclipse with influence upon Election 2024 and Inauguration 2025. 8 South themes include loss, separation, sad partings, possible physical injury due to overstrain - undertaking strenuous physical activity is ill-advised (paraphrasing B. Brady). So the question becomes, what could we be talking about in 2024 into 2025?

Historical Events Rhyme as Eclipse Themes Repeat

One way to snag a few clues about 8 South's potential future events in 2024 into 2025 is to look at past occurrences of an 8 South Eclipse and the events that occurred under their influences. Perhaps the last 8 South is a good place to begin which is the 8 South of September 22, 2006 @29Vir20:06, a critical-crisis 29th degree of rash energy. And as we can see, the 8 South Eclipse of 2006 perfected the day prior to Autumn Equinox 2006, aka, the 2006 Libra Ingress. This cosmic marker in time added to the 2006 Eclipse's significance.

Note that additional clues can be found in the Lunar Eclipse Horoscope (not shown) of September 7, 2006 @15Pisces, a degree that has been activated in 2024 by various planets including Saturn. As for tonight's DNC 2024 opening in Chicago, this is the degree of VP Kamala Harris' natal 10th house Chiron in Pisces - and Saturn is the planet of authority and responsibility as President Biden speaks tonight and turns over the leadership of the Democratic Party - to VP Kamala Harris.

We should add that the ill-advised Bush-Cheney Iraq War lasted from March 20, 2003 until December 18, 2011 but its consideration is way beyond the scope of this post as are the war's difficult loss-filled events therein.

And so from September 2006 on, consider the 2006 Events in the US which include the launch of Twitter (a "public square" social platform which is pretty much lost to us already unless you're neo-nazi inclined), and ending with the execution of Iraq's dictator, Saddam Hussein, on December 30, 2006.
