Dual Images: 8 North Solar Eclipse April 8, 2024; natal chart of Robert F. Kennedy Jr set for a suggested birth hour of 5:32 pm:

Recently we considered the natal horoscope of 2024 candidate RFK Jr and the 8 North Great American Eclipse of April 8, 2024, another Total solar eclipse that will be visible across the US as was the Great American Eclipse of August 21, 2017 in the 1 North Saros Series - in fact, their paths will cross in the center of the country in an X marks the spot pattern.

You remember how the 1 North in 2017 landed directly upon Herr Trump's natal Ascendant (@29Leo conjunct Regulus) with Mars rising. As things have turned out, this cosmic synchronicity is what a total eclipse in centuries past was considered to be: a bad omen.

As for the presidential bid of Robert F. Kennedy Jr, transit Pluto (wealth, stealth, power, control, manipulation, transformation) is retrograde today @27Cap53 where Mr. Underworld continues aiding and/or abetting Mr. Kennedy's natal Sun and Mercury (27-30Cap), and of course 27Cap+ is the position in Capricorn of America's 1776 Pluto so Mr. Kennedy has that connection of power that is at least partially related to the assassinations of his father and uncle as they served America. Notably, one of Pluto's many roles is the assassin.

Now I don't know about you, but it seems amazing to me that Robert Jr would dare enter US politics at the highest level - unless he has the 'highest level' of protection or is promised such, and I don't mean US Secret Service agents.

And so the current transit of Pluto marks a time of Sun-Pluto and Mercury-Pluto energies for RFK Jr, energies with potentials for power-craving, convincing oration, fraudulent representation, exhibitionism, demagoguery, and/or zealotry (R. Ebertin). Any, all, or none may apply.

Then with his natal Chiron and Venus-North-Node conjunction in Capricorn already visited by Pluto (22-25Cap), it's proving to be an extended period of Plutonian influences for him. In fact, major ego expansion may be one result, with identity change a possibility. A secret handshake with Plutocracy (Pluto-Chiron) could have occurred as well which to me suggests major campaign funding from the transnational crowd of societal meddlers.

Yet despite it all, we know that transit Pluto soon creeps out of Capricorn and lumbers into Aquarius for a years-long stay, so its powerful influences on Capricorn planets, permanent as they are, will begin to wane.

Transit Pluto in Election Year 2024

When we discussed the transit of heavyweight if subversive planet Pluto to 00AQ00 in 2023 and into 2024, midpoint picture potentials were included due to the Jupiter-Saturn Conjunction of 2020 @00AQ29 and its transformative meeting with transit Pluto. These energies will intensify all through 2024 leading up to Inauguration 2025 as transit Pluto reaches 00AQ29 and a midpoint picture perfects between the karmic trio of Jupiter-Saturn = Pluto.

The Plutonian midpoint picture becomes exact on:

1. February 4, 2024; 2. August 8, 2024; and 3. December 11, 2024, with the November 5, 2024 Election sandwiched between numbers 2 and 3. Of course, we can expect that it will be at least December 2024 before elections results are known and there are no certainties about the outcome of the 2024 Electoral College Vote, a tradition that Trump and comrades diluted along with the entire election process itself, as ordered from abroad.

Then as we know, every Jupiter-Saturn Conjunction marks a new social order beginning of approximately 20-years' duration. Actually, the entire election year in the US will be cosmically imprinted by these energies, along with the April 2024 Conjunction of Jupiter and Uranus, and the third of three Great American Eclipses, also in April (see links, below). (Please note that not all lunations and other cosmic events of 2024 can be listed in one post.)

Meanwhile, here you see a bi-wheel of the 2020 Jupiter-Saturn Conjunction (inner) and, because it occurs prior to Election 2024 in November, the chart of the second direct transit of Pluto (August 8, 2024) surrounds the 2020 Conjunction. Plus, here are previously published details if you're curious.

Of note is that the deadline for resolving election disputes is set for December 10, 2024 (one day prior to December 11th!), and the meeting of the electors is scheduled for December 16, 2024; as in 2021, congressional certification of Electors' votes is intended to be held on January 6, 2025:

Potentials of Jupiter-Saturn = Pluto: intense business activity; a total reversal to previously made plans; extreme changes (M. Munkasey); violent changes; immense effort; separation; restriction (R. Additionally, the 2020 Jupiter-Saturn Conjunction landed upon US Inaugural Sun (Trump in Dec 2020) with potentials for: 'boasting a lot; increased self-pride; inconstancy; moodiness (disturbed liver function); change of residence; taking destiny in one's own (tiny) hands; major changes according to plan, or if nothing is prepared, having to make the best of things' (Munkasey; Ebertin; Tyl).

Jupiter Expansion-Saturn Restriction in Politics

Now as you know, Jupiter and Saturn are often used to signify America's two political parties although the symbolism tends to alternate, depending on which party is actng the Santa Claus role of generosity (Jupiter), and which tries to limit, restrict, and hold them back (Saturn) - or simply ends or seeks to end, benefits for regular folk. Generally, it seems to me that these are permanent assignations since the Democratic Party is more motherly and protective (as is democracy!) with a big tent for all, while the economic royalists of the Republican Party are more "fatherly" and conservative - with conditions (as in, conditional love).

The party's 'conditions' these days include a huge taboo for GOP politicians who dare "reach across the aisle." Why, that coud lead to improvements in society - the opposite of what Republicans want for the American people, so cooperation is a no-no. Right now, even the NYSE has its panties in a bunch because employment in the US is way up, thanks to President Biden, and finagling a financial crash is what the GOP needs in time to skew Election 2024 toward the fasc*st GOP.

Because it isn't as if Republicans can win elections by promoting aloud their Saturnian policies of austerity and loss. Yet some folks are catching on and my hope is that all voters will realize that voting for more of the extremist GOP's "trickle down" economics is self-destructive and harmful for our families and our nation.

Of course, by tradition the checks'n'balances of the Jupiter-Saturn duo kept the US government simmering along on a more or less even keel but the GOP is working harder than ever to keep the imbalance going, and worsening. They can't even run the House of Representatives without shutting down the government, leaving the House leaderless, and causing the US a credit downgrade (they hope). Maga-types are not politicians, they're chaos agents parroting their Uranian idol Trump.

Astrologically, this points toward rebellious anarchist Uranus lurching this way and that, ruling on a whim and a notion, with major disruption, even revolution, the goal. To Uranus add the Neptune-Pluto duo of underworld crime and we have precisely the crooks and circumstances we see before our very eyes and in our court rooms.

As for the (purposefully) leaderless House of Representatives, if Trump steps in "temporarily" as Speaker, his 10th house Uranus in chatty Gemini, duplicitous and transactional as it may be, will only cause more chaos which, after all, is Trump's way of doing business. But it's probably all talk though since Trump has endorsed loose cannon Jim Jordan for the Speaker position. Or perhaps Steve Scalise will grab the gavel! We'll have to see how things go next week as the maga/freedom caucus performers continue their clown show. And we'll see if secret-seller Trump, agent orange as I've called him for years, is brave enough to set a toe back in Washington DC without fear of being detained as the traitor he is. So if he shows up, will the District be big enough for agent orange and Jack Smith?

On October 8, 2023, a Mars-Pluto square forms from 27Libra (conjunct South Node) to 27Capricorn (our US 1776 Pluto position) so it's basically a Mars Square Pluto transit of anger, jealousy, and revenge. Today's ousting of Kevin McCarthy as Speaker of the House is a good example of these angry, vengeful energies as are Trump's ugly remarks against those seeking to hold him accountable - including NY Judge Arthur Engoron who's "deciding the fate of Trump's business empire" while Trump keeps grousing and prevaricating outside the courtroom!

Must Be the Eclipse Season of The Witch Hunt

Then six days after the exact square, a 7 South Solar Eclipse arrives. This post concerns these forceful, angry energies of jealousy and revenge, and spotlights a cosmic time link or two:

The 'ring of fire' Solar Eclipse which manifests on October 14, 2023 @21Libra falls within the 7 South Saros Series, and when we want more details about any solar eclipse we can consider the initial eclipse that opened the Series (family) which, in this case, occurred on June 22, 1248 at 2:04:12 pm LMT @8Cancer. Shown below is the 1248 eclipse horoscope set for then-nonexistent Washington DC because the federal city's location upon the Earth was in existence, and because the chart has to be set for somewhere.

For historical context see 1248, a year of Emperors, Kings, Popes, Cathedrals, Knights Templar, and the Seventh Crusade (1248--1254). Meanwhile in 2023, the US is encumbered with a Catholic-infused Supreme Court behaving like kings, taking away rights, and forcing an extreme agenda on the American people. And some of them are supremely bribe-able!

Cyclical Eclipses Are Reliable 'Cosmic Time Links'

An advantage to the method of gaining more details is that the current eclipse in Venus-ruled Libra may be scrutinized through the lens of the sign its ruler of its initial eclipse, and for 7 South, that's Moon-ruled Cancer. Now if you're reading this post, I doubt that Libran and Cancerian traits need listing in this post, so let's skip to the dual horoscopes shown, below:

As you see, 7 South Themes are penned on the image along with several other of my study notes including planetary aspects to both eclipses. So it's the Mars-Pluto square from the initial eclipse that gives the 2023 eclipse its 'power, anger, force' vibes and as the Cosmos would have it, a real time Mars-Pluto square influences the 7 South Eclipse Horoscope of October 14, 2023. It's as if the Universe is trying to tell us something by way of a wild card "cosmic blink" eclipse. This is not unusual if only humanity would listen. Obviously, karma is involved in the realm of "reaping what was sown" for repetition of eclipses in their series give humaity opportunities to deal with issues in more positive ways that lead to better outcomes.

Aries-Libra Axis: Conflict vs Cooperation

Now for more historical context, here's a view of the 7 South Solar Eclipse of August 21, 1933 a watershed year in the US (FDR) and in Europe (Herr Adolf who tried his brutality here but was rebuffed). I believe that the fact that a 7 South eclipse manifested in a Nazi-infested year is a major part of the "something" the Universe is trying to tell us - to warn us about, and you've noticed that "August 21st" is the same date of our Great American Eclipse of August 21, 2017 conjunct royal star Regulus.

This creates a cosmic time link between the themes from the 2017 solar eclipse in the 1 North Saros Series, and adds 1 North influences to the themes of 7 South; both are in Leo so Leonine traits of leadership are spotlighted such as pride, vanity, grandstanding, and pomposity, difficult traits the US continues to deal with as we ride the Trump Train. 2017 to 2021, then 2022, 2023, and so on::

Oct 2023: Updating the NWO Horoscope

Astro-Notes re: One World Government

Way back in December 2014, a Modern NWO Horoscope was published to SO'W with details. Dated October 24, 1993 and based on the third of three Uranus-Neptune Conjunctions @18Capricorn, the third Conjunction occurred within the 13 South Saros Series of May 21, 1993 @00Gem31 with potentials for 'constitutional crisis' (what the enemies of a democratic America need to proceed with their global agenda), and 'sinister energies' as they 'strive for group endeavors, either positively or negatively' (Predictive Astrology, B. Brady #ad).

As you see by its 00Gemini degree, the eclipse joined forces with a fixed star, Alcyone (Eta Tauri, brightest of the Pleiades; keywords: 'something to cry about'; mystical but judgmental'). Alcyone's conjunction with the solar eclipse ramped up the misfortune level to potentials for facial injuries, imprisonment, disgrace, and/or an evil disposition which naturally adds fuel to 13 South's sinister energies.

A 13 South solar eclipse last manifested in 2011, and the next will occur in 2029.

So below is a freshly marked, time-corrected NWO Horoscope which may be enlarged for better viewing if you like. Around the chart and highlighted in blue are today's transiting planets with transit Saturn Rx prominently crossing and recrossing the early Pisces Ascendant, and transit Mars nearing October 1993's 9th house Jupiter in Libra; Venus @10Libra leads a BOWL shape of planets and will be eclipsed on October 2, 2024 by an 8 South Solar Eclipse (@10Libra) with themes of 'separation, loss,' and possible 'injury'; therefore, money, evaluations, perspectives, and relationships may be involved:

In addition, we should add a few details concerning the Uranus-Neptune duo of energies. I believe it's no coincidence that extremist Republicans have attempted to make being what they call woke "a thing" (a negative thing!) since the primary principle of Uranus-Neptune according to Reinhold Ebertin is, "Elimination of the waking consciousness."

Ebertin then cites potentials for 'inner vision, inner illumination, enlightenment, inspiration, idealism, interest in spiritual subjects, mysticism,' and 'art'. Obviously, these are potentials that Republican politicians don't want us to engage in or be aware of (they're civilizing!), for they prefer us to be unconscious of inconvenient circumstances, conditions, and the plights of others - because then improvements may be necessary! In other words, Republican saboteurs don't want us to have nice things.

Meanwhile, the total Great American Eclipse of April 8, 2024 (the third of 3) contains Uranus-Neptune enlightenment vibes, 'great ideas, and visions' so we'll see who manages to remain asleep under those inspirational influences! After all, everyone must awaken from deep sleep at some time or another.

Uranus-Neptune: A Stellar Pedigree

Basically, I'd say that since Uranus and Neptune conjoined during the European Enlightenment of the 18th century, and because America is founded upon Enlightenment principles, these are some of the concepts that extremist Republicans don't want the American people to be mindful of, for then, comparing our traditional freedom and equality aspirations with the zealots' global take-over plan of fascist totalitarianism determined to implement a feudal system in America, makes for a very bad look for the GOP saboteurs of democracy.

Baseless Impeachment Undermines US Authority, says Saturn

Enemies of America Busier Than Ever

When the Impeachment of President William J. Clinton took place on December 19, 1998, House Speaker Newt Gingrich and his Republican comrades thought they were destroying the Democratic presidency of the 42nd President of the United States. Two articles of impeachment were entered: lying under oath (about an illicit sexual affair!) and obstruction of justice (aka, standing in the way of his Republican opponents' goal of removing him from the White House).

Yet with 'Bill' a highly popular president, the American people were having none of it so Republican machinations against Mr. Clinton, unsubstantially based to begin with, didn't turn out to be as harmful as they'd intended. Hillary had outed the "vast right-wing conspiracy" but it needed more practice to achieve its anti-societal aims. However, certain results did occur, and of these I fuss today!

Fuss because the Clinton impeachment campaign (and his unsavory behavior - but no "high crimes") undermined the reputation and authority of America and of the US Presidency around the world by the late 1990s and into the New Millennium. With the weakness of the Republican impeachment argument against President Clinton, the GOP went a-searching for justification just as they've attempted in 2023 - and have become laughingstocks.

A Tarnished Political Party - But Which One?

Back then, America's authority and reputation were tarnished by zealous Republican anarchists - just as the GOP-MAGA zealots try to do now against Democratic President Biden via his son, Hunter. And during both periods of time (1995/96 and 2023), GOP efforts to shutdown the government while they stew in tantrum mode occurred (more damage) and are occurring in order to make their Democratic rival for the White House 'look bad' at the 2024 election. Radical reactionary GOP-ers are really quite predictable, aren't they? No good policies from them for the American people, only malicious obstructionism and spiteful schemes of sabotage (exs: J6; government shutdown; Project 2025).

President Clinton's second Inauguration occurred January 20, 1997, and 1998 was also a very eventful year as US SP Saturn was getting underway in backward, inwardly turned motion; therefore presidential authority had subtly shifted and was not as 'looked up to' as our exalted Saturn had been. After all, an impeached president isn't a 'good look' for a boastful America, leader of the free world, as we styled ourselves. Of course, symbolically, US Saturn had progressed from Libra into Scorpio some time back but that's beyond the scope of this post. The point here is that by progression, US Saturn stood still in a manner of speaking, on January 4, 1997, changing direction - and that particular point in time is what you see in the horoscope, below, with a real time transit chart underneath showing Saturn conjunct Aries Point +1 degree:

And below are the planets at 9:09 am EST on January 4, 1997 Washington DC ('Trs' = transits), 16 days prior to Bill Clinton's second Inauguration. Wonder if Bill ever thanked the Republicans for re-electing him!

Saturn Rx Energy: Washington a Law Unto Itself?

So given the importance of karmic planet Saturn when it comes to authority, accountability, reputation, authenticity, limitation, consolidation, and other things such as government, law, and business, America's 1776 Saturn, exalted in Libra, sign of the Scales of Justice, suggests that the US system of justice has also been affected by Saturn retrograde by progression and, symbolically, no longer in Libra. Plus, Saturn represents the safety urge and with its energies turned inward toward isolationism, little if any concern may be shown toward the consequences of America's actions which are often taken independently. On some levels, SP Saturn Rx reminds me of an unaspected Saturn, capable of acting without conscience in a lawless manner, never mind the collateral damage.

Now if any of these Saturnian shifts and conditions suggest to you the feeling that many Americans have noticed in recent years - that our national leadership, and others in authority (CEOs, etc), act as if they're above the law, domestically and in the world, while wearing a mantle of authenticity - then sorrowfully, dear reader, I must say that you and I appear to be on the same page.

And so! In November 2024, let's not further lower the US presidential office and America's standing in the world by allowing a convicted criminal and fraudster to take the helm of the Oval Office, agreed?

The Personality Blend of Cassidy Hutchinson

Born December 12,1996 in Pennnington, New Jersey (hour unknown; 12:00 pm is used in the following charts, birth data from her book, Enough #ad), Cassidy Hutchinson's Sun in Sagittarius and Moon in Capricorn (for the entire 24-hour of her birth day) gives her a Fire-Earth personality blend influenced by Jupiter (Sag) and Saturn (Cap). This expansion-restriction planetary duo and the sign of Capricorn relate to government, law, and business, and together they signify the 'checks and balances' tradition of the US government (now under attack by the anti-governing GOP).

GOP's Biden Impeachment Inquiry Opens

Chaired by Republican Rep. Jim Jordan, the GOP (maga) inquiry into impeaching President Joe Biden opened this morning at 10:00 am edt. Actually, Trump's handmaidens are on a fishing expedition to 'catch' Joe Biden by linking him to his son Hunter's activities, in hopes of making Trump look better to voters. So far, no equivalency has been found between decades-long public servant Biden and insurrectionist Trump. And you know, Joe came out of retirement to help us with this fascism thing but extremist Republicans don't like it.

Blue Saturn, karmic planet of law and order

So! Below you see a bi-wheel of the Republican Party Horoscope (inner) set for March 20, 1854 6:30 pm LMT Ripon, WI, and (outer) today's 10:00 am EDT chart set for Septmber 28, 2023 with 10Sco06 rising ("11 Scorpio": "A Drowning Man Rescued"). Wonder who ordered this fishing expedition hoping to be rescued from his troubles? Well, Scorpio is the sign of detectives and investigations, with Mars its ruler, and Pluto its sub-ruler.

As you see, the Mars inconjunct Uranus is listed on the chart since Mars rules the inquiry itself with Plutonian influences of power, control, and manipulation in his back pocket. Meanwhile, a 4th house Pluto @27Cap55 Rx remains within orb of America's first-ever Pluto Return and had conjoined 1854 Jupiter 5 times from 2019 into 2020 during the Trump years. Here, Pluto squares North Node of public contact which suggests the revolutionary reforms now in play which challenge The Establishment (Saturn).

But my primary focus is on today's Saturn Rx @1Pis36 which conjuncts 1854 Venus while opposing 1854 Mars. In other words, transit Saturn is activating the Republican Party's quarrelsome Venus-Mars opposition (see lower right corner for details). And there's today's Venus atop the chart with her Leonine pride and her tendencies toward jealousy and greed when she's been scorned (aka, not voted for!)
