Riots, protests, and violence from Uranus-Pluto square energies are occurring worldwide, as astrologers expected, and no less so than in American cities such as New York where police officers are abusing power and injuring peaceful, inconvenient demonstrators on orders, no doubt, to protect the status quo of corporate interests.

We may never know if 'black shirts' are involved (political agents planted to trigger police brutality toward peaceful protesters and make a movement 'look bad') on this the First Anniversary of Occupy Wall Street (Sept 17, 2011) but depending on how neocon Romney operatives inspired by such characters as Karl Rove spin the current mayhem against Occupiers and President Obama's re-election campaign, it may eventually become transparent that someone is in Mitt's woodpile and trying to score points for his deservedly-desperate presidential aspirations.

Astrologically, we may take the 2010 conjunction to the Aries Point (00Ari00, a World Point of Manifestation) by political revolutionary and rebel Uranus in Mars-ruled Aries as zealots and radical 'Utopians', as Reinhold Ebertin describes in his book The Combination of Stellar Influences. And, of course, Uranus remains in one sign of the Zodiac for approximately seven years. Perhaps you'll agree that this astro-description covers folks of the Tea Party Movement (co-opted by corporate interests such as the Koch Brothers--'blind zealots'), and simultaneously the Occupy Movement. One group wants genuine and beneficial change for society, and the other is faking it on that score and is determined to implement and shove dire conditions, austerity, misery, and an Ayn-Randesque "survival of the fittest" government that rides roughshod over the lives of all non-wealthy American people--particularly the weak, elderly, ill, and poor among us. And the austerity would affect rank and file Tea Party members, too--now won't they be surprised if their favorite radical Utopians get their sinister way?

So! November 6th soon cometh--which America do You prefer to live in?

*Interesting that tomorrow's first anniversary of Occupy Wall Street--September 17--is also the anniversary of the US Congress--September 17, 1787...creaking along with very poor aprroval ratings and under constant threat at 225 years old. And non-amusingly for those of us who prefer a sovereign, intact United States of America and working, honorable Congress, we can use the one-year-for-one-degree method for insight into the present condition of Congress: 225 years = 225 degrees = 7 signs (7 x 30) + 15 degrees = '15 Scorpio' (= year 2012) which in Sabian Symbols is quite descriptive of the negative, shadow side of how most of Congress behaves itself these days:

"Children Playing Around Five Mounds of Sand" (the wrong thing to build any House upon): "NAIVETE...neg: wholly purposeless ineptitude."

Plus, 15 Scorpio is the Eagle Point! Sounds more like the ethereal phoenix some have always claimed represents our nation rather than the Eagle. Guess the fire the ancient phoenix myth requires--so that a 'New Order' can spring from the Old--is part of the Republican Party's Austerity Plan for America a la the Romney-Ryan ticket. For after all, Pluto-Chiron's Statism + Corporatism = Fascism, said Mussolini.

But, sigh...it's painful to type it but President Obama is under the sway of Pluto-Chiron and its Plutocrat warmongers, too. Exs: 1. As the second issue of Stars Over Washingotn Monthly is being typed, my natal Mercury in Capricorn is naturally busy studying many political horoscopes and keeping up as best I can during this fast-paced period with all the Politics I can manage to watch, read, and consider--all provinces of Mercury.

Election Day 2012 (November 6) with its Mercury Station Retrograde has been noted here on this blog and well-analyzed by many other astrologers for we all see trouble ahead with astrological Mercury so intimately connected to such things as voting, decisions, communications, thinking processes, considerations, ideas, plans, agreements, and voting machines which can be tampered with. Even in the fairest of elections, it is, after all, he who counts the votes who determines the winner.

Yes, Mercury in his trickster guise is obviously desperate to win the race and is definitely up to something, can you feel it in the air? The wings on his sandals flutter wildly in the political breeze and Mercury's wing'ed helmet is strapped tightly in place for the climb!

As previously noted, Mercury's Rx Station on Election Day 2012 falls at 4Sag18, directly opposing President Obama's natal Moon 3Gem21 (in natal 4th house) and I have made suggestions in previous posts of what this and other astrological factors on that day may indicate for the president's re-election bid and have rather mildly asserted that the outcome for Mr. Obama doesn't look as good as I personally might prefer (common-gooder and populist as I am. No plutocrat-lovers around here!)

Remaining stationary (seemingly at standstill) all of November 6 until 6:03:47 pm est (as per SolarFire Gold v8) when the Speedy One reverses gear is a sign of strength for the celestial body I tend to call the Tofu Planet because Mercury tends to pick up the flavors of whatever planet or planets in a horoscope it contacts. A Jack-n-Jill of all trades is The Youthful planet, servant to the gods, messenger, and bringer of Good (or sometimes bad) News.

But with Political Astrology, placing all threads into a clearer astro-tapestry without going nutzoid is a complex task to be sure and few do it better than The Daykeeper Journal's Alex Miller who includes in his articles additional information on Black Holes, centaurs, and other objects that reflect psychological facets from within the Collective Unconscious as they orbit in space, and embody our archetypal traits while transiting various degrees of the Zodiac. These then contact the planets we're so accustomed to considering in chart analyses and provide fuller, deeper indications, amplifications, and support for what the horoscope already tells us. Then the Law of Three becomes a multitude of portents for those who use extra bodies in chart interpretations so that readers may benefit from the added details supplied by an expert astrologer such as Alex Miller.

And yet! If you've been keeping up with current events the last few weeks and you're like me, it's a bit difficult at this late stage in the race to understand what could possibly go wrong for the president on November 6 considering Mitt Romney's lowering approval ratings, his recent blunders, and his tone-deaf, precipitous, callous, and incorrect accusations about the president's handling of the tragic US embassy attacks of September 10, the amaturish and inciting 'film', and the other discordant notes issuing from the Romney-Ryan camp--including their survival-of-the-fittest Ayn-Randish world view of hardship and misery for the masses.

Or they could simmer down (she typed optimistically.) But even with current real-world events which are well-described by the ongoing Uranus-Pluto square of conflict, protests, and mayhem, the Astrology of Election Day 2012 may turn out to astound us all by showing a preview of what extreme wealth and the use of nasty political tricks can do for a takes-himself-too-seriously, overly self-conscious Republican candidate--a most wishy-washy, mysterious, and mystical Pisces--whose deepest fears are failure and suffering any loss of his shadily-gained financial status--especially through something as common and 'beneath him' as paying his fair share of income taxes which would set a good example for other tophats and bolster the nation from whose capitalist financial system Mr. Romney has benefited tremendously all his life.

So can astrological portents be 'wrong'? No, only misread by finite minds. For as the complexity of the language of Astrology (and Political Astrology at that!) seeks to describe and explain the intricacies and myriad experiences of Life on Earth, it is naturally subject to interpretation by 'only' human beings who, in common with everyone else, can often be incorrect in their assumptions and limited by personal viewpoints unless and until they are well-inspired by higher forces. I certainly count myself well within the limited category in particular considering the populist slant I use so frequently on this, my personal weblog of peeking at Politics through the lens of Astrology.

However, you'll perhaps agree that some chart factors fairly scream out from a horoscope, don't they? And in the end, I believe that Mercury's Station Rx on Election Day 2012 will be one of those screamers for it will not turn Direct and release us from our expectant condition until about the time the Voting Planet performs a Station Direct on November 26, 2012 @18Sco10, then moves forward past its Shadow Degree (4Sag18) in mid-December, 2012 when we may hope soon after that our election trevails will end and clear victories, presidential and congressional, are announced.

On November 6, 2012, all slices of Washington DC's political pie are up for grabs! So for all our sakes, please make certain that on Election Day 2012 you'll be one of the bakers in America's kitchen.

9.13.12 The Fed announces under Thor's Hammer

A horosocope set for September 13, 2012 at 2:15 pm edt (the Fed's usual announcement hour after meetings) in Washington DC shows a planetary pattern called 'Thor's Hammer' or 'Fist of God' involving the difficult, ongoing Uranus-Pluto square aimed at the Moon 21Leo23 in 8th house of Shared Resources and Transformation. Since the Moon signifies The People in Mundane Astrology and this Moon position basically opposes US natal Moon in Aquarius (We the People), I assume Thor's Hammer is aimed at the American people. Which may not be a bad thing considering.

If the Fed announces quantitative easing #3 in order to "shore up" EU conditions --the euro is getting a boost today, I hear--and if they prop up mortgage-backed securities in the US in order to aid our still-languishing housing market, the US economy may actually show more improvement than it lately has. Then I could gladly file today's Fed announcement of plans for future growth in SO'W's Whoopee! Department.

And with Jupiter now @15Gem40 and soon in process of a retrograde period, the Great Benefic has and will conjoin the Fed's natal Saturn 13Gem21 Rx indicating some lifting of restrictions and burdens. Of course, you know that transit Pluto in early Capricorn the last two years has conjoined the Fed's natal Sun 1Cap17 while simultaneously opposing the Fed's natal Pluto 00Can05 Rx creating a titanic and global struggle for power and control. We see hints of this in the ongoing problems in the European Community (EU) which adversely affects the economy across the pond (US) and its tentacled connection to our financial system from the City of London and other financial capitals of international banking houses which rule governments more fully than most people care to admit.

The Fed's natal Mars-Neptune conjunction in Cancer (both planets Rx) actually opposes US natal Pluto 27Cap33 Rx which forms a midpoint picture--Mars-Neptune = Pluto: tendency to cause damage brutally to others or to suffer likewise (Ebertin) which relates to the Fed's origins in secret in November 1910 (Jekyll Island, GA) and its aftermath as the privately-owned Federal Reserve Bank became law on December 23, 1913--shoved through Congress though most legislators had already left Washington for the hoildays. A secretive bunch of banking cabalists are they.

And by the way: today's Sun (@21Vir21 at 2:15 pm) conjoins Fixed Star Denebola: 'to go against society' which also relates to a doltish US Congress set to pass a stop-gap measure this afternoon to keep the government funded for another 6 months. Joy. But that's if they can put aside playing Politics along enough with America now under threat of another credit downgrade, thanks mostly to a jackassian GOP.

As for the Fed, QE3 may or may not make much difference to their shaping of a "stronger" US economy. (" " from Bernanke's statement after their recent Jackson Hole WY cabal--his statement was not recorded but partially quoted on NPR. December 23, 1913 12:07:10 pm est (Sun @MC, Pluto @IC) Capitol Building Washington DC; as you see, in 2013 the Fed will be 100 years old. That's a century of throttling of the US government by a private group of international banking houses for they are the varmints who set up the entity and so happily forced America under the thumb of a global Central Bank--at last, a coup for Alexander Hamilton! And that with the collusion of most of the US Congress of 1913, and with the help of Presidents Taft (1910) and Wilson (1913.)

Also in 2013, the Fed's second round of Chiron Returns begin and it's a three-fer (natal Chiron 10Pis56) which are exact on:

Astro-Note: On October 4, 2012 Jupiter will Station Retrograde @16Gem23 at approximately 9:18 am edt (in 8th house, Washington DC) with the Sun @11Lib43 and 3 days from shining on US natal Saturn, a time of serious circumstances and a particularly important meeting for President Obama. As you know, Oct 4 is the day after the first Obama-Romney debate in Denver, Colorado.

Plus, the Oct 4 Moon @00Gem45 reflects the prior (PE) Solar Eclipse of May 20, 2012 @00Gem20 along with the influences of the Fixed Star Alcyone 00Gem00, one of the Seven Sisters, or the Weepers. Well, the US Congress has returned to Washington today to that Masonic temple on The Hill and has threatened to do a smidgeon of business such as applying itself to a stop-gap budget this afternoon to keep the place open and what passes for functioning. Or not.

Sun and Moon Tracking September 10--14, 2012

Perhaps a brief consideration of this week's personality blends of Sun and Moon, plus a few key factors, will give us hints of the flavors we may expect to encounter during week as Congress purports to get something done on Capitol Hill.

Naturally the key combo of the week is the blend of today, Sept 10th, which at noon finds: Sun 18Vir20 conjunct Mercury 18:27 in 10th house of Public Status/Career @ '19Vir" = "A Swimming Race" which might obviously refer to Campaign 2012; Moon 11Can44 in 8th house of Shared Resources, Debt, and Credit = '12Can' = "A Chinese Woman Nursing a Baby with a Message," a Sabian Symbol which can't help but remind us of America's biggest creditor, China. Are our congressional members taking orders from abroad? From more locations than one, I suspect.

Now Sun Vir-Moon Can is an interesting and practical Earth-Water blend of familial energies which concern nurturance and is shared natally by John Locke (the 'Father of Classical Liberalism') and author Upton Sinclair. This post will close with quotes from each, below, to further describe the week.

Sun Vir-Moon Leo hints at strong intellect, nobility, and discretion; it has an elegant cast to it thanks to royal Leo though a self-pitying vanity or conceit may be noticed. Its 'Images of Integration' are:

This is the natal blend of former senator and President Lyndon B. Johnson and we can only wish we had someone of his legislative (arm-twisting) calilber in the Senate now to put so-called 'Tea Party' members in their places so that actual governing might occur.

This is a conscientious combo so perhaps the alarmingly few congressmembers who are there to accomplish something decent on behalf of the American people will speak up during this brief pre-election session of Congress, or at least during the upcoming lame duck session.

Well, that's two days, Monday and Friday, with references to nutrition and nurturance with a doctor and an old lady in between. Hmm. Let's end with the quotes as promised, above:

And as I always answer to no one in particular: yes, it is altogether a Utopian dream because the ruling class gives up nothing of what it has taken from those it considers to be beneath it--Until we unite and stop the ridiculous 'partisan' bickering with which they keep us divided and conquered--long enough on November 6th to kick out those who've caused the mind-numbing gridlock on Capitol Hill since 2010 and send candidate Mitt 'Wall Street' Romney and his prissily dancing horses back from whence they came.

The Fed's 'Quantitative Easing' of Inflationary Jupiter-Neptune

If you've visited SO'W before you know this dissenting American blogger has done quite a bit of grousing over Fed actions and its shady beginnings, and no less so now. Even just yesterday I blogged about the planetary imprint or signature which seals its meanings and themes into the Obama administration and which will affect his legacy as president (Jan 20, 2009 until noon of January 21, 2013.)

Yet if Mr. Obama is re-elected, the Jupiter-Neptune combo of energies will continue in the background of his second term. Expansive Jupiter and merging Neptune will meet next in 2022 @23Pis59 conj NYSE's natal *MC 23Pis21); or, if another man is selected for Oval Office duty in 2012, Jupiter-Neptune will flavor events, plans, grand schemes, religious flowerings, and more with major associated events and circumstances timed by the pair's aspects to one another as they circle in their orbits--as seen from Earth. Either way, controlling the inflationary qualities of the pair won't be easy and may not be possible, even if that is the Fed's true motivation.

Happily I find that Omid Malekan has updated his video library since I visited so I chose two of my favorites concerning the Fed and "the Ben Bernank", as he's called therein. If clear explanations are your preference and Financial Collapse 2007/08 remains an issue for you and yours, check out the two videos and think of how secretive the what-became-known-as the Fed's planning session on Jekyll Island, Georgia was in 1910 and how the White House and the US Congress colluded with NY bankers and politicians to morph a utopian take-over fantasy into political and legal reality through the creation of the US Federal Reserve Bank set up by an Act of Congress.

And of course for something that unpopular, the culprits sneakily pushed through the legislation on December 23, 1913 when Capitol Hill's Christmas recess had begun and many chambers, halls, and seats were empty of anyone who might've objected to forming a central bank a la Alexander Hamilton-style. For if we're talking Jupiter-Neptune, we're talking visionaries and scoundrels out for their main chance and successfully linking treasuries of the US with that of Britain (City of London) in spite of all the fighting and sacrifices our ancestors did to free us from the grip of the British Empire. Shams and Mystery Plays!

As the video reminds us, the Fed has been wrong about everything from the start and maintains plenty of air with which to blow things up: the Fed wants an inflated economy that continues giving Goldman-Sachs all advantages and leads to a global financial collapse when they're good'n'ready.

Guess it probably should go without saying that the New York Stock Exchange was formed (by a small group, again) on May 17, 1792 under the auspices of a previous Great Conjunction of Jupiter and Neptune in Libra in 4th house, both retrograde in late degrees, a section of the Zodiac where Saturn has lumbered recently (on his way to Scorpio):

Last evening at DNC 2012 in Charlotte, NC, President Barack Obama accepted his party's nomination for president. During his address he mentioned the Big Banks that all but collapsed the US economy in 2007/08. Now, with the stock market doubled under Mr. Obama, Wall Street has not given its old fraudster ways which was expectable since the speculator-wastrel-fraudster pair, Jupiter and Neptune of Grand Schemes and Visions, met in Great Conjunction three times during the president's first year in office (2009) and will forever be the planetary imprint describing the tenure of the Obama administration Jan 2009--Jan 2013.

As you know, when Jupiter and Neptune met in 2009 their conjunction directly hit America's natal Moon in Aquarius (We the People) compelling us with the desire to dream and providing little sense of reality about events that were happening, may of which related to our then-new 'dreamboat' president whose natal Mars (desire; energy; action) is concealed and glamorized by US natal Neptune @23 Virgo. Also, related to Financial Collapse 2008 and specifically to the Fed, is Jupiter and Pluto closing 2007 with their Great Conjunction of December 11, 2007 which timed many events and financial circumstances of which the public was then unaware.

There are no Great Conjunctions of primary planets until Big Year 2020--then it's Jupiter-Saturn, Jupiter-Pluto, and Saturn-Pluto--so each planetary pair's or trio's flavor relates back to their last Great Conjunction/s until then; of course their cycles include sextiles, squares, trines, and oppositions between them which lead up to 2020 as they mark periods of ease or obstruction accordingly.

Now in a previous SO'W post concerning the president's acceptance speech at DNC 2012 last evening, I mentioned the current Sun-Jupiter square for its tendency to inspire over-promising and while last night's DNC address was wonderful and shiny for several reasons, my fret is: Here We Go Again--especially since Republicans have no intention of cooperating with, and will everything they can to obstruct, a second-term President Obama. And that's a very good reason why Democratic candidates must be successful in their bids on November 6th to gain seats in the House and Senate!That, and the expectable appointing of fresh SCOTUS judges in the near future.

The Morning After the Party

So with the Jupiter-Neptune cycle lasting approximately thirteen years, on this morning after President Obama thrilled excited crowds in Charlotte, TV watchers at home, and many of the DNC 2012 commentators, too, I find myself pining for a re-consideration of even more Truth about Financial Crash 2008 (or, The Bush Depression as I often term it) than any DNC speaker provided for the crisis plagues us still while providing for the Democratic Party handy justification for re-electing Mr. Obama who, it is true, cannot clear up the GOP's eight years of financial heisting and flummery in only a four-year term--especially if financial reforms fall short as they have.

Yes, I shall vote for Mr. Obama again for look at what the powers-that-be give us as his opposition: Misogynist Neanderthal Theocratic Jacka**es! Why, it's almost as if the GOP wants to lose in 2012, isn't it? So with my vote I shall retain the Hope that guilty banksters will at some point receive what ought to be comin' to 'em which would give the US financial system a great boost once the dust settles and the rot is scooped out.

Of course, you know that a Romney presidency would get banksters completely off the hook for their crimes and would remove any legal fetters upon them whatesoever. What fetters they now have or would have under the Mittster have so far not despoiled their greedy, pretty little minds. Subliminal Message: as we've experienced through the decades, using 'trickle down economics' only works for those at the top of the pyramid of power, not for the American people as a whole. A Romney-Ryan administration would feed banksters here and abroad our remaining crumbs and prevent us from investing in America and our children's futures!

2012 Nominations: Romney = Moon-Neptune, Obama = Moon/SN

Since in America the astrological Moon signifies We the People, the public, and publicity and is an excellent timer of human activity, let's consider the Moon-Neptune combo of August 30, 2012 under which Mitt Romney accepted his party's nomination for president along with tonight's lunar portents as President Obama accepts the Democratic nomination of his party in Charlotte, NC. Both Neptune and the Nodes relate to public contacts/encounters and, the masses and media.

Mitt Romney's Moon-Neptune conjunction in early Pisces is supported by his progressions for SP Moon at SP MC is opposed by his SP Neptune and I blogged last week about this synchronicity--that the Mormon hierarchy is at the base of his aspiration to be president (SP Moon = MC @'11Aries" = "The President of the Country") though I may not have mentionedclearly enough that Neptune's relationship to falsehoods, fraud, lies, and deceit are found in many news reports, blogs, articles, and fact-checkers' conclusions concerning RNC 2012 which spouted little reality or truth as it attempted to frame issues and present a one-sided picture of the president's term in office.

So what about tonight's DNC event? Is a Moon/South Node (of the Moon) combination a beneficial imprint under which the president will accept his party's nomination?

As you know, the SN of any planet has a Saturnian quality indicating such things as separation, isolation, and the past--so will the American people prefer to separate themselves from President Obama in November 2012--to"break up" with him, as Republicans now advise? If the approval shown during Bill Clinton's exalted nomination of Barack Obama last evening--and the excited reception of other excellent speakers such as Senate candidate Elizabeth Warren and activist for women's rights Sandra Fluke--are indications, then We the People already have our presidential dance partner for January 2013, thanks, and he does not fly a Cayman Islands flag on his luxury yacht nor does he dance with horses!

Now a Moon/SN conjunction does have a Moon-Saturn tone, yes, but it can also be a 'direction-strategy-ambition' marker (Tyl), plus, it shows one who must achieve without cooperation from others (such as that of obstructionist Tea Party members of the House and GOP leaders determined to undermine yet another Democratic president--Rs really are sore losers, aren't they?) Plus, when well-managed, Moon/SN denotes one who is capable of well-planned, concentrated, disciplined efforts. And just like Mr. Clinton last evening, this describes someone I have in mind: President Barack Obama. To paraphrase Mr. Clinton last night, no president including himself could clear up the 8-year economic mess left by Republicans in only four years.

Now Moon/SN also indicates bad timing and separative circumstances of a karmic nature so I'm seeing this duo--which conjoins and stimulates the May 20, 2012 Solar Eclipse 00Gem20 conjunct Alcyone ('something to cry about'; lots of rain; exile; evacuation)--as a picture of the president's acceptance speech tonight being held at the smaller venue of the TIME-Warner Cable arena due to expected thunderstorms around Charlotte which would possibly necessitate a huge and difficult evacuation unless moved indoors, for the venue change will bump thousands of audience members off the attendance list and make them a little grumpy, I imagine.

And thanks to America's ridiculously over-done, clownishly irrational security measures--even though it may be raining like the dickens tonight...no umbrellas allowed.

Yet we'll ALL be super-grumpy if President Obama is re-elected and Republicans continue their self-serving no-compromise act of non-governing in what I think is an attempt to collapse America:

The Taurean Moon of Bill Clinton at DNC 2012

Since this is the closest hint I can find concerning former President Bill Clinton's nomination of President Barack Obama for a second term tonight in Charlotte, NC I set up a horoscope for 10:30 pm edt and found the Moon 17Tau21 rising (ASC 17:08), a handy way for on-the-payroll astrologers to time an important even that requires major publicity. We saw the 5-6-degreed Taurus Moon rising last evening at DNC 2012 as well (previous post) which hinted at the evening's themes of Home, Family, Nurturance, Security, Military Families' Needs, Gardening, etc, and spotlighting First Lady Michelle Obama.

But tonight, it's Bill Clinton's turn to shine, though on behalf of Mr. Obama, and he will with his sensual Taurus Moon @20Tau18 in natal 8th house of Shared Resources, Big Business, and High Finance. (His natal MC--The Goal--conjoins US natal Jupiter 5Can56 (July 4, 1776) with the Sabian Symbol for '6Can' being descriptive of Washington then and now: "Game Birds Feathering Their Nests."

with his natal Moon exalted in Taurus and ruled by lovely Venus, Mr. Clinton's Taurean Moon gives him a placid emotional nature--though he's perhaps a bit on the stubborn side emotionally--and lots of common sense for handling finances; it's also known as the 'green thumb' position (Sakoian) which I find amusing because of his habit of pointing his thumb at audiences and TV cameras during speeches. Wonder if he'll do so tonight?

Now in Charlotte, the Moon rises around 10:30 pm edt this evening which according to the article linked above is just about when The Man From Hope will be speaking or will be about to begin his remarks (after the address of Elizabeth Warren who, being a woman, is also signified by tonight's rising Moon in Taurus, a money sign. This blogger wishes her well in her Senate bid. The American people need her advocacy on our behalf.) The Roll Call vote for Obama'as nomination is set for about 11:00 pm so Clinton's speech should wind up by or just before then yet as we know from experience, the DNC 2012 program may run long with Bill about the place.

As for Bill Clinton's Lunar Return during DNC 2012, it perfects in Charlotte on Thursday September 6, 2012 @4:27:37 am edt--with Barack Obama's natal Sun in Leo rising!--yet Luna has sailed past a beneficial trine with the Sun 14Vir09 (6S09); this Lunar Return horoscope shows some health concerns (as does his recent Solar Return and transits) with two minor appying aspects--semi-square Uranus and sesqui-square Pluto

so hopefully Bill won't be partying all night long! One would have to check all his Lunar Returns for the year for more conclusive health information along with transits, progressions, his Venus Return since Venus is his natal chart-ruler (ASC 5Lib30, and his current Mars Return as well.
