June 12, 2018: now that Mr. Trump's unorthodox favoritism toward China, Russia, and North Korea has become clearer and his staged tariff tussle with our neighboring ally Canada is on everyone's mind, here are two sets of data for founding horoscopes of Canada, plus, additional info; all details are taken from Nicholas Campion's The Book of World Horoscopes:

Newfoundland was discovered June 24, 1497, the island was formally annexed in 1583 and was a British colony until March 31, 1949 when it became the 10th province of the Dominion of Canada. Other dates and historical details are given but suffice it to say that two founding horoscopes are shown:

#050 Canada-Dominion July 1, 1867 00:00 LMT Ottawa: ASC 16Ari54 Neptune 15Ari00; MC 8Cap04/IC 8Can04 conjunct 4th house Sun 8Can51 (both precisely conjunct the natal Mercury 8:51 of Donald Trump!) as is Canada's natal Uranus 8Can36. Note that Trump is also a Sun-Uranus entity. Campion quotes, "The New York Times of 2 July reported that 1 July 'has given birth to a new infant, the Dominion of Canada.'"

Quebec: first permanent European settlement north of Virginia (exact hour unknown)

#51 Canada-Quebec July 3, 1608 NS 'noon' Quebec, QU (settlement founded by Champlain); ASC 8Lib55 (square Trump's natal Mercury, conjunct his natal Neptune so there's Trump's fantasy-prone, indiscreet Mercury-Neptune square on display); MC 11Can00 conjunct Sun 11Can46 and Mercury 7Can46 (conjunct Trump natal Mercury 8:51); Quebec "was taken by the British on 13 September 1759." The two Mercuries conjunct in Moon-ruled Cancer spotlight PM Trudeau's remarks after Trump left the G7 Summit and Trump's grumpy reply in which both Mercuries expressed protectionism (Cancer) on behalf of each man's country (Cancer, sign of patriotism), and of course, one of the multiple roles of astrological Mercury is 'the trader' and one of the traits of Cancer is shrewd business ac'umen. Duplicity is also a function of Mercury and one of the signs it rules, Gemini.

G7 'Darling' Trudeau Hurt Trump's Feelings

As for the natal horoscope of Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, he was born on December 25, 1971 at 9:27 pm est Ottawa, Ontario (RR: A). Have a peek at his chart and the successful Kite pattern therein if you wish (Saturn at MC is the tail) and you'll see that his wounding of Mr. Trump's tender pride was quite easy--for Trudeau's natal Jupiter @21Sag opposes Trump's natal Sun @22Gemini. This also means that Trudeau's n Jupiter conjoins Trump's emotionally tender Moon-South Node conjunction which may have given Trump pleasant vibes at first (21Sag), followed by Trudeau's patriotic diss at the end (22Gem).

So basically, Donald Trump always has to be 'the star of the show'--the most famous person in the room--wherever he goes and apparently was hurt by Trudeau's warmer reception at the Summit. Plus, you probably noticed how Trump blew in late for breakfast like the prima donna he is. Or maybe gender equality simply wasn't Donald's cup of diet soda so he wanted to express disdain or disagreement with the topic of the breakfast.

Now another factor involved with the newly turbulent US-Canada tariff tussle (trade war?) may be Trudeau's natal Uranus @17Libra57 conjunct Trump's natal Jupiter (17:27) which is strong in his chart and psyche for it is, as you know, stationing and soon turned Direct once little baby Donnie screamed his first scream. This planetary combination suggests foreign travel in order to attend the G7 Summit and the shock (Uranus) to finances (Jupiter) Trump felt (or said he felt) which suddenly sent him off toward what he thought would be 'greener pastures' (Jupiter-Uranus) of doing Putin's bidding by meeting with Kim Jong Un and setting the stage for the 'freeing' of the Korean Peninsula from US troops stationed there since the Korean War, and thus giving a green light to China, one of Trump's handlers and commercial partners--seen by Trump's natal Moon @22Sag = "A Chinese Laundry." And then there continue to be ethical concerns over daughter Ivanka's trademarks recently green lighted in China. Mmm hmm. Once such shady activities were called conflicts of interest. Now they're called Trump in the White House.

Yet we must always remember that the Political Theater we're constantly treated to is only a facade or mirage intended for public consumption which is one reason Political Astrology can be fascinating because it looks behind the velvet curtain to what lurks in the wings.

Below is an excerpt from a previous post which concerns Donald Trump and the lingering 19 North Solar Eclipse of September 1, 2016 @9Virgo with transit Neptune in Pisces opposing, veiling, and confusing. This is the Prenatal Solar Eclipse (PE) of both the 2016 Election and Inauguration 2017 and involves the basic themes we've been plagued by ever since: 'realism; coming down to earth; becoming aware of an old situation and seeing it for what it is rather than what (we) thought it was; a constructive time for tackling the truth' (Brady's Predictive Astrology):

Excerpt: "19N's degree (9Virgo) squares US natal Uranus 8Gem55 and opposes US natal Ceres and our Pluto-Chiron midpoint (8Pisces.) Will the themes of the eclipse block or merely be triggered? Note that the 19 North Eclipse of 2016 also squared the 2 Old North Prenatal Solar Eclipse degree of Donald Trump (9Gemini) which repeats @21Cancer on July 12, 2018 with 'glum' themes of 'unfortunate news' and 'separations' (Brady). In 'real time' transit Neptune @9/10Pisces opposed the 2016 Eclipse (9Virgo) while squaring Trump's PE (9Gemini) - so that warring Antares @9Sag completes a difficult Cosmic Grand Cross. A Mutable Grand Cross (or Square) reveals unstable conditions of indecision, anxiety, and mentally running in circles. Bil Tierney says its conditions are like "a windmill in a windstorm" which is one way of describing the 'presidency' of Donald Trump. Nervous strain and exhaustion are the predictable results and those who lack conviction and/or fail to uphold higher principles are spotlighted and challenged. The saving grace is that many people may become more discriminating and aware during this time.

Now why does the 19 North Eclipse of 2016 'linger' with us? Because its descriptive themes continue to influence both the 2016 'Election' of Donald Trump, his tenure in the White House, and his January 20, 2017 'Inauguration' as engineered by Vladimir Putin and other foreign and domestic operatives so that those events and conditions 'linger' and bedevil America in the form of congenital liar Donald Trump, who prefers and supports dictator Putin instead of America's traditional allies.

Plus, transiting gaseous giant Neptune floating through its own sign of shady, secretive Pisces continues on its own to bring lies, deceit, betrayal, propaganda, paranoia, fear, contagion, water damages, loss, disappointment, and fraud to the American people as oceanic Neptune washes over the globe. 2016 Neptune opposing the 19 North eclipse (9 Pisces vs 9 Virgo across the victim-savior axis) continues to bode ill for it has obfuscated and muddled the forces of truth and realism embedded within the 19 North eclipse so that we continue to suffer under the influence of Trump's "fake news" propaganda and the support of his lies and deceit from the Republican Party, members of which must be mightily compromised by foreign governments with information hanging over their heads--and large amounts of money lining their pockets. Trump knows all of this which is why he could insult and destroy the campaigns of other 2016 candidates and why he can continue to oppose the Republicans in Congress and fail to uphold the traditional party platform. We could even say that Putin 'has Trump's back'.

Meeting in Canada: Canada's Trudeau Says Nyet to Russia's Return

So now with this weekend's G7 Summit in Canada which is said to be more of a G6 +1 due to the threat of America being kicked out (as was Russia for 'annexing' the Crimea!) since Trump played his usual isolationist role of 'odd man out' in Canada and the other nations say they can vote without the US, there seems to be an obvious campaign to establish a 'new world order' of strong-armed dictators (which is being reported or suggested now by journalists and pundits--any of whom may be part of The Agenda). So in spite of what Canadian PM Justin Trudeau says now, this means that a global overthrow is happening right before our eyes and the entire world is about to change in a big way. Will it be authoritarian and draconian 'just like Putin would do'? At this unstable point, it would seem so.

As Above, So Below

For astrologers who use the generational planets, the shift of disruptive, separative reformer Uranus into Venus-ruled Taurus is a descriptive part of this political and societal picture. (See Uranus into Taurus which includes Trump's natal chart with the Uranus into Taurus chart of May 15, 2018 surrounding it--and shows the New Moon @24Taurus which perfected upon Trump's natal Midheaven and thus activated malevolent star, Algol.) The New Moon in mid-May marked a new cycle of activity in Trump's career and public reputation on the world stage (MC) with evil Medusa overseeing.

For as you've heard, Trump Wants Russia Back in the G7 (just like Putin would do!) which would make it G8 again after President Obama championed the effort to jettison Russia from the group for its strong-armed tactics. Will the Trump-Putin team may get their way? Well, curiously the 2 South Solar Eclipse of early January 2019 reveals an interesting theme in light of this desire of Putin and his puppet Trump--'joining unusual groups and gaining a great deal from the involvement' (paraphrasing Brady)!

Stealthy Pluto Creeps into His Own!

Is a great philosopher turning over in his grave at the news? It is reported that Plato's mythical Ring of Gyges is no longer a myth but reality.

On an astrological level, we have sneaky spy, saboteur, and assassin Pluto continuing its plod through Saturn-ruled Capricorn and approaching America's first-ever Pluto Return in 2022, and now years of research and development are reported to have come to fruition. This draconian scientific breakthrough sounds like worsening levels of mayhem and destruction to me but perhaps you disagree: Quantum Stealth Invisibility Cloak, From Canada's Hyperstealth Biotechnology, Gets Pentagon Backing. Well, of course it's backed by America's Death Star Pentagon, invested in no doubt. After all, the degree of US natal Mercury (July 4, 1776) has a revealing Sabian Symbol full of Pluto's influence: "A Man Wrapped in an Invisible Mantle of Power" (Jones)...and US Mercury in Cancer opposes natal Pluto in Capricorn across the security axis. Creepy.

Plus, the troubling effects of a US Pluto Return are heightened by the fact that by degree, transit Pluto will first oppose US natal Mercury @24Cancer+, a time of mental manipulation, transformation in our ways of thinking (already on Science's accomplished list), and the misuse and abuse of knowledge, secrets, and confidential information. Transit Pluto will be within a 5-degree orb of opposition to US natal Mercury as soon as March 2017, denoting mind control projects, total awareness technologies, and the evolution of propaganda methods. These Pluto transits wildly activate America's natal Mercury-Pluto opposition which has always intruded upon We the People! Unintended consequence or not, this entire Pluto power grab should be a real boost for the criminal underworld--and it has nuclear implications as well.

Meanwhile, Plato's question in The Republic (Book 2), Would people act morally if their actions were undetectable and unaccountable? is automatically answered since acting morally is no consideration for the hidden hand of cave dweller Pluto in governmental Capricorn. Curious that news of Pentagon backing for this project of immoral proportions is revealed under the current Saturn (government, law, business)/Neptune (hidden, secret, invisible) square from seeker Sagittarius to secretive Pisces. Telling, I would say.

So even if a cloak of invisibility 'revolutionizes' the military industrial complex (the war waging industry), it seems an illegitimate way to conduct business. But if announcing 'the cloak' is meant to increase the level of fear, anxiety, and paranoia in the world it's perfect for that along with creating unfair advantage and thus such gains create massive amounts of negative *karma. And now, with draconian flourish, the dream of a Ring of Gyges finally comes to life...ready to steal lives and other treasures without being seen or suspected while acting as an agent of the Deep State. Oh Canada.

Levels of nuclear radiation from the meltdown at Fukushima Japan continue to be misreported. Leuren Moret has testified in a court case concerning the 'nuclear genocide' of babies and children in Japan, Canada, and the US (including Philadelphia), with a call for wider evacuations in Japan.

In Canada, they're attempting to blame the spike in infant mortality rates on unsafe sleeping practices! That's a real pretzel twist for officials who assume that Canadians have no common sense whatsoever---or it's simply a desperate patootie-covering measure until they can come up with something better to hide the nuclear truth.

Canada's first-ever home-soil Gold for her Jupiter Return!

Hearing that Canada won her first-ever Gold Medal on home soil yesterday at the Vancouver Olympics spurred me to pull out Canada's natal chart (July 1, 1867 12:05 pm LMT Ottawa; source: astrologer Rab Wilkie) to see what's happening overhead and there it was: Thursday Feb 18, 2010 marks the nations's *Jupiter Return to 7Pis30!

Canada's natal Jupiter is posited in 5th house of Creative Pursuits, Risk-Taking, Gambling, and Children, and with ongoing transits like the lovely Venus-to-Jupiter, Jupiter-to-Jupiter, and, in about 6 days, Sun-to-Jupiter, the 2010 Winter Olympics have some happy times in store for Canadians after the Games got off to such a rocky start.

Also affecting Canada's natal placements now: transit Uranus (surprises!) conjoining her Chiron 26Pis38 in 6th house, a sudden, disruptive transit which may describe on one level the wound (Chiron) of the unfortunate competitor who lost his life just prior to the opening of the 2010 Winter Games.

A happy time overshadowed, yes, yet who can deny that Gold Medals are nice to have for displaying upon a nations' mantle, eh?

Looking ahead at Saturn's future course, a transit to natal Ascendant 7Lib58 is on the way when responsibility and accountability issues come to the fore along with some sort of loss if Saturn's lessons are not heeded (ex: Hurricane Katrina occurred during the time of George Bush's Saturn-to-ASC transit; he didn't handle that responsibility well and refused to admit accountability for that or for much else.) For Canada, Saturn-to-ASC will occur only once on or about Oct 2, 2010 (perhaps indicating the reality of what a financial boondoggle having the Olympics can be and its restrictive results on taxpayers' wallets? Canada's natal Saturn 17Sco46 is posited in n 2nd house opposing n Pluto 15Tau46 in 8th house - both Money houses.)

And in early October 2010, Saturn will square Canada's natal planets in early Cancer: Moon 6Can32, Uranus (OOBs in 9th house), and Sun 9Can20, then will square Midheaven 9Can41 - all difficult energies full of obstacles (Saturn); but there's more...

After Saturn lumbers into Canada's natal 1st house, the old taskmaster will eventually oppose natal Neptune 15Ari00 (7th house) and will do so three times - on or about: Dec 5, 2010, Mar 20, 2011 (Rx), and August 30, 2011. Similar in nature to America's recent transit of Saturn-conjunct-n-Neptune, this is another signature of a deluge of cold water drenching false illusions and yet obstacles are put in the way of learning the truth. Financial speculation under this transit is a very bad idea, and hidden agendas full of fear-mongering can confuse everything.

Well, don't they always?

Circumstances feel paralyzed under such a depressive Saturnian transit to Neptune so do take your good times while ye may, Oh Canada! And prepare ahead for soon-to-come leaner times than you've known in quite a while.

Oh listen to me! Advising Canada to do something that nary a soul in America listened to in 2001 when I first started grousing online about America's coming **bankruptcy and my then-fellow Fraysters on Slate poo-pooed my 'daftness' with things like, "America is too big and too rich to ever go bankrupt!"

And yet 'ever' did come, didn't it? Funny how multi-national corporations are deemed by 'experts' to be 'too big to fail'...but as we see, America is not.

*A 'Jupiter Return' is aka a 'Jupiter Reward Cycle' and comes round about every 12 years.

**One factor that caused me then to think of America's bankruptcy: 9/11/01's Moon at '28 Gemini' = "BANKRUPTCY", and Moon in a mundane chart = the people; therefore, I continue to believe that the attacks of 9/11 on the commercial World Trade Center are part of someone's plan to bring America to her knees and bankrupt the people (which was put in motion years ago by corporations and their enablers, Congress, as our jobs were first being outsourced overseas. Who couldn't see where that would eventually lead? And tax cuts for corporations are never passed on to the people in the form of jobs creation so I wish the GOP would stop pretending that they are.)

Another factor is Nostradamus' King of Terror (or 'Alarm') Solar Eclipse of August 11, 1999 which capped off the old century and which has a financial flavor to it. The Eclipse chart contains a rigid Fixed Grand Cross that bedevils us still as transits to the 1999 Eclipse chart mark time on the Great Cosmic Clock, so naturally the prophetic Book of Revelation comes to mind for its vision of Oxen (Tau), Lion (Leo), Eagle (Sco), and Angel (AQ) so elegantly pinpointed by August 11, 1999's Grand Cross planets in mid-degrees of these Fixed signs.

Bush, Harper, Calderone Summit

Bush Seeks to Boost Canada, Mexico Ties at a 2-day summit in Montebello, Quebec, today and Tuesday as these midpoint pictures form the background of the week:

Saturn/Uranus = Mars (conj asteroid Midas): tremendous upheaval possible through rebellion, overstrain, calamity, or anxiety about how things will get on; challenges leading to a fight (Tyl): injury; accident; deprivation of freedom; the wrong use of extraordinary energy (Ebertin.)

The pairing of Saturn (structure; form; old; the past) with Uranus (rebellion; disruption; shock; progress; the new) is always indicative of the tension and stress between old vs new which may lead to conflict and sometimes to violence, and there's an intervention in one's destiny flavor. Instigator and activist Mars has been mightily busy of late, hasn't he?

And with Mars at 6-8 Gemini this month puts me in mind of the last Great Conjunction/s of Neptune/Pluto, the Robber Baron team of the late 1890s...

3. Apr 30, 1892 7Gem42

This is when the real exploitation of natural resources and the oppression of the masses got its modern beginning not they hadn't before, of course. The Neptune/Pluto cycle lasts appr 492 years, and they are now in the septile phase (51:26 degr) of their slow dance. Sad to say, the other difficult midpoint picture ongoing is explosive in the extreme:

Mars/Pluto = Uranus: tremendous energy; dangerous sense of attack; chip on the shoulder; fight first, talk later (Tyl); cruelty; violence; brutality; sudden disasters of great consequence (Ebertin.)

Weather-related catastrophes are included in these pictures, and the Saturn/Uranus/Mars combo certainly relates to mining collapses all over the globe from Utah to China, and to airplane explosions in Japan, etc. Boeing planes have been grounded there for inspections as an unaspected Uranus 'runs away' with current energies--yet Uranus is the focal planet in the Mars/Pluto midpoint picture, and is associated with electromagnetic weaponry, lightening, technology, and creative genius.

May the shuttle Endeavor's early return escape the violent influences of Hurricane Dean and of instigators of all stripes.


But back to Canada's 2-day summit:

Protesters have been out since yesterday prior to Bush's arrival for some Canadians see this 'partnership' as a threat to Canadian sovereignty being led by the US.

Agreed, but in this case it takes three to tango, my Canadian friends, for No Borders are respected by Chiron-Uranus Types in Government.

With PM Stephen Harper and Mexican president Felipe Calderon categorized as "conservatives" and "free trade advocates" (supposedly more so than their recent predecessors) it seems the North American Union globalist plans are grinding along nicely and with better shills now in place.

Imho, the clearest view of this devilish dissolving of the three nations is to be found at Patrick Wood's The August Review.

And it's not a pretty picture no matter how it's propagandistically framed...the class warfare of plutocratic Chiron-Pluto never is.

US Army denies free speech--in Canada!

Public forums denied on upcoming SPP Summit because reality was about to get a little too close for comfort for Bush and the other North American Union types!

And if you saw Bush's strident performance from the new press room this morning, you know reality is still several continents away from Mr. George W. Bush.
