On the Fear of Ann Coulter and Donald Trump

Perhaps you've read the excellent column by astrologer Lynn Hayes concerning a certain political flame thrower so happy to be 'in the news' again for her advice to Donald Trump on shutting down the government (December 22, 2018 midnight est for 35 days) and her critiques of Trump that apparently led to his declaration of a national emergency which he announced from the White House Rose Garden today as away to extort billions of dollars of taxpayer money for a dubious "wall" to keep out the marauding hordes Trump fears. Now I ask you, how can circumventing Congress be anything but a power grab by the Executive Branch of government?

Disagree if you must but do check out Ann Coulter's Poisonous Rage where Lynn discusses Coulter's pile-up in Sagittarius of her Sun, Mercury, Venus, and Mars (Sun conjunct Mars: Miss Independent) and the shadow side of Sag which, according to Dr. Liz Greene, "The Sag is often frightened of making any commitment to the tangible world, because then he'd have to face not only the limitations of form but also the fact that his potential genius might not be quite so boundless and cosmic as he thinks it is." (My italics.) Commitment, tangible, limitations, form--all Saturn's words.

Of course, this fear relates to the ruler-ship of Sagittarius by Jupiter, the planet of boundlessness, expansion, and unlimited potential, plus, the sign's Fire element with Fire's 'dark side' of deep depression when things don't turn out to be as grand as was optimistically expected. Note that with his natal Moon and South Node of the Moon in Sagittarius, Donald Trump suffers from such 'vast optimism vs deep pessimism' issues himself. However, the pair are reported presently to be on the outs beginning with the ill-advised Trump Shutdown--or is their tiff only political theater? If genuine, Trump and Coulter may just be too much alike to get along for the long term especially considering the tendencies of Sag toward self-righteousness and the constant judgment of others, and neither have empathy for other human beings who are treated as if they're only screens upon which Coulter and Trump project their lives of fame and fortune--with the two of them playing 'starring' roles.

Yet astrologically there is one factor between them that's similar yet different: Trump was born with Pluto unaspected while Ms. Coulter was born with Saturn unaspected which emphasizes the distinct possibility of her sashaying through life completely conscience-free. Both conditions are problematic, of course, and few can handle them in a positive way yet we all must choose how we use the planetary energies we were born with. How do you think the two of them are doing so far?

For more on Saturn unaspected you may wish to see my previous post on Justice Neil Gorsuch who shares this problematic condition of 'the loner without a conscience'. Wonder if free-floating fear or anxiety is a feature of an unaspected Saturn, one of the planets known for its 'fear factor'--along with Underworld Pluto, planet of sabotage and creepiness.

Blog Note: yes, relocation is this weekend so Monday will be the start of my 'settling in' week and asap I'll be blogging at you from downtown Raleigh, North Carolina! Wish you were here (to help me unpack!!) jc

Astro-Note: Ann Hart Coulter born December 8, 1961 NYC, hour unknown; Donald Trump June 14, 1946 10:54 am est Queens, NY.

Alex Jones decodes The Dark Night Rises (video 6.22.12)

Pre-July 20, 2012, here's Alex Jones on June 22, 2012 decoding the propaganda and subliminal messages (Jupiter-Neptune) in the new Batman film, The Dark Night Rises which include getting us accustomed to state terrorism and its dark handmaidens:

You know I was hoping that the current Cardinal T-Square pattern between the explosive Mars-Uranus opposition which points to power-mad criminal Pluto ('the dark night') wouldn't act out blatantly as its energy obviously did in Aurora, Colorado.

But it has..."intervention of the big shock; force." The shooter craves notoriety which is one reason why news outlets should cease their constant coverage of the tragedy--which would also show respect for the families, friends, and witnesses most directly affected.

And yes, I studied the horoscope of the shootings and the natal chart of the perpetrator but couldn't manage an article quite so soon (and may never do.) However, if you're interested in understanding the astro-dynamics, expert astrologer Lynn Hayes has published The Astrology of the Aurora Shooting.

Rupert Murdoch v Pluto; Sean Hoare found dead 7.18.11

A Busy Weekend for the Murdoch Empire as Pluto Exacts His Due

by Jude Cowell

Breaking News: at 10:40 am today (7.18.11) London police were called to the address of a former News of the World reporter Sean Hoare found mysteriously dead which is said by officials to be "unexplained but not suspicious". What??? A suicide? Well, with Pluto on the scene and such high stakes, perhaps other participants in the Murdoch phone hacking probe should think seriously about watching their backs.

My original post begins here:

In the past powerful, publishing Pluto has been a close friend of Rupert Murdoch, but these days? Not so much. Media baron Rupert Murdoch's phone hacking and police bribery troubles aren't over and a new round of ills may issue from Murdoch's and son's appearances before the UK Parliament this week.

Also to be questioned by Parliament will be Murdoch's protege Rebekah Brooks who was arrested by London police over the weekend after volunteering to speak with investigators--apparently her arrest was a big surprise since her willing if strategic offer to give information did not head off an arrest.

Yes, the distraction from this story, important though it is, promises to be long lasting and contentious. In fact, one of the subtitles on Mr. Murdoch's Wikipedia page lists the 'News International phone hacking scandals' as "2006 - ___ " for no one knows where it will end or how many careers will be destroyed in the process. UK Met police officials have begun resigning, too, as BBC News reports.

In Australia, it is reported that NewsCorp shareholders have called for Murdoch to step down from his position. Ouch.

And today, whistleblower Sean Hoare has turned up mysteriously dead!

Yes, transiting Pluto through structural Capricorn does tend to take down leaders as we've seen across the globe of late - in the East and in the West! One of the scandal-related resignations has dragged UK PM David Cameron into the muck and it will be interesting to hear what Ms. Brooks has to say about David Cameron and Number 10 Downing Street when she's questioned.

Will truth be told or suppressed?

Meanwhile, on this side of the pond, the Murdoch-owned Wall Street Journal is hoping to deflect criticism of Mr. Murdoch by leveling charges against the Guardian (which originally broke the story of NewsCorp's habit of phone-hacking) and the BBC. No conflict of interest there, right?

Well, if you hanker for some Astrology on the matter, do check out Lynn Hayes' analysis of Mr. Murdoch's Mars-Saturn opposition and more, plus, Darkstar Astrology provides astrological insights such as: transformative Pluto crossed Rupert Murdoch's natal Ascendant last November.

In addition, the influences of the 'double eclipses' we're under now (June 1, 2011 @ 11Gem02 and July 1, 2011 @ 9Can12, a rare event) are leading to revelations galore as many cover-ups are in process of being uncovered. Of course, Gemini is the sign of The News, reporters, and communications! The June eclipse @ 11Gem02 triggered his natal Mercury/Neptune midpoint (actors, deceitful people, liars - Ebertin) so we have:

Natal Mercury/Neptune = Sun: being deceived; impressionability; feelings of completion as dreams materialize (oops! jc); evaluation of hunches.

N Mercury/Neptune = Moon: opening receptivity to channeling information from non-physical sources (such as from other peoples' private cell phone calls? jc); a misguided imagination; a deceived or deception woman. (Ebertin; Munkasey.)

And the current Solar Eclipse @ 9Can12 is 'eclipsing' Murdoch's natal Jupiter with his company's stock prices falling!

In spite of it all, I shall not spend much time astrologically on this success-at-any-cost FOX News magnate (and Cato Institute board member) except to give a little info on his Pre-Natal Eclipse (PE), and the Sabian Symbol for his Sun in Pisces.

Australian media mogul Rupert Murdoch was born on March 11, 1931 during the 4 South Saros Series with the eclipse prior to his birth occurring on October 21, 1930 @ '28 Libra'.

The initial (very first) eclipse in this Series manifested on March 19, 1624 (NS) @
'29Pis'--basically conjunct the Aries Point of Fame and Recognition. Pluto in 1624 was @ 14Tau45, the degree of US Inaugural Ascendants each January 20th of our presidential inaugurations at noon since 1937--the Oath of Office. Perhaps this will turn out to be significant for the White House, perhaps not. I refer not just to Obama administration but to that of George Bush under whose terms much of the phone hacking occurred.)

From Brady's Predictive Astrology, we find that the flavor of 4S is quite difficult: very strong emotions concerning relationships and finances; anger, lust; there's a sense of fatedness as individuals are caught up in relationship events beyond their control (I bet Rupert hates that! jc); potentially there's a sudden desire to end relationships; emotions are blocked or frustrated; real action should be avoided until events settle down.

Well, events are not settling down and seem to be escalating with FOX News phone hacking possible. If there's a bigger agenda here for someone behind the scenes of this scandal, it makes me wonder just who wants to take down the media organization and politically infused empire of Rupert Murdoch. It should be instructive to see who or which groups ultimately benefit from his empire's demise, the reports of which for now may be overly exaggerated.

Now for Mr. Murdoch's natal Sun @ '21Pisces' with a most interesting Sabian Symbol in light of his known dealings with China. Of note is a 2008 article concerning Murdoch's 'shattered dreams' dealings with the Communist country.

Natal Sun @ '21 Pisces' = "A Little White Lamb, a Child, and a Chinese Servant."

Such is the solar essence of Mr. Rupert Murdoch.

Modern manifestations of Solar Eclipses in the 4S Series: 1912, 1930 (his PE), 1948, 1966, 1984, 2002 (@ '12Sag'--"A Flag That Turns into an Eagle That Crows"--conjoins US natal ASC in the Sibly chart, and conjuncts the degree of the Great Conjunction of Pluto and Chiron--plutocrats; plutocracy; oppression--in 1999); next eclipse in the 4S Series will be in 2020.

SuperMoon or Full? March 19, 2011 lunation in Virgo

If you're contemplating upon the Full Moon of Saturday March 19, 2011 @28Vir48 and the fact that it qualifies as a 'SuperMoon', as the phenomenon was titled by astrologer Richard Nolle in 1979, then you'll want to read the list (1954 - 2036) provided of natural disasters which have occurred within 3 days of a SuperMoon.

Now Astronomy does not concur on the subject of influence upon the Earth's weather systems even though simple New and Full Moons have been admitted to cause high and low tidal changes - well, even your Aunt Granny Fanny knows that. In Astrology, the Moon is said to rule the Unconscious, the physical body, and tells us about Mom's side of the family (along with our reigning needs.) And we know that the menstrual cycle of females is based on the lunar month because ideally, 'falling off the roof' (or, a 'visit from Aunt Flo') normally comes about every 28 - 31 days for a human being of the feminine persuasion...a Moon cycle.

But the idea that a Moon's perigee (closest approach to Earth) or apogee (farthest) could affect earthly weather conditions and thereby cause harmful storm systems, earthquakes, or volcanoes? Quelle Impossible! (That last was typed with a very bad French accent, as you can tell!)

Astronomers refer to the SuperMoon phenomenon as a perigee-syzygy being the cusses that they are (kidding!) As for weather effects, Saturday's SuperMoon is in Virgo which is an Earth sign; Moon rules the ocean bwo Cancer, the Crab: will part of Japan sink like Atlantis allegedly did after abuse, misuse, and/or overuse of power, as the myth goes?)

Well, personally I lean toward Mr. Nolle's argument: that extreme Supermoons tend to bring dangerous weather events somewhere in the world within 3 days after exactitude, as if we need an extra catastrophe right now. Hopefully the world will avoid turbulent weather though I have no real inclination to sleuth into which locations are most geo-stressed at the moment.

(Plus, transit Uranus to Aries Point and at zero declination - with its quirky, wild card, out-of-the-blue energies being affected by instigator Mars - has been gracious plenty for me to ponder in recent weeks.)

Besides, my friend Theodore White has just published info on recent and upcoming upheavals within our Moon-ruled atmosphere for I know he's been busy creating an overview of certain astro-weather conditions and global outcomes which we're all now dealing with on one level or another. The recent Cardinal Grand Cross is addressed as well, plus, Theo has included an article on facing current challenges authored by the excellent Lynn Hayes, and something by yours truly.

And in case you missed it, here's a link to a previous post Pegasus and the Virgo Full Moon of 3.19.11 with an image of the SuperMoon horoscope.

All in all, Saturday's Full Moon of Super proportions promises to be a gorgeously bright and glorious sight at which to marvel if no clouds block our views. Astrological exactitude occurs @ 2:10 pm edt, Washington DC, but by evening it should still be beautiful as it rises.

And whether visible to our physical eyes or not, we'll all know that on March 19, 2011, the mysterious Moon is glowing and sailing beyond us as Luna performs another monthly round as our heavenly lantern to light humanity's path.

Julian Assange birthdate surfaces on Interpol

Check out Lynn Hayes' post concerning WikiLeaks' primary info leaker Julian Assange.

Most helpfully for astrologers worldwide, Interpol has published Mr. Assange's birth date: July 3, 1971 Townsville, Australia.

This reluctant astrologer will have a peek at his solar (sunrise) and/or noon chart/s if you will! Or even if you won't. And please take a moment to answer the poll, upper right, concerning Mr. Assange.

Can't wait till the promised bank records are spilled open to view, can you? Plus, I wonder if anyone has ever asked his teachers back in Australia if he was ever known as a tattletale in school? ;p

UPDATE Dec 1, 2010: you may wish to read the comments below this post concerning the natal horoscope of Julian Assange and add your own thoughts as you wish!

3 years in, econo-crash continues (video)

Fed up with the fairy tale that our economy is in recovery - that this a a Summer of Recovery? Yes, I wish the tale were true, too, but Gerald Celente disagrees. August 2010 is the 3rd anniversary of the US financial collapse and 3 years in, we're still being fed pablum, bromides, slogans, and lies while many Americans eat gruel for their one meal a day. American children go to bed hungry while endless war continues to be funded.

There are forces in the world that decided on America's demise and as long as plutocrats rule we'll stay on a downward course with little if any correction. We'll continue to hear finagled stats and numbers that promote political aims but which give only lip service to easing the suffering across this land.

Billionaires are banding together to donate half their fortunes with much of the funds going to benefit other nations even though doing business in America is what made it possible for many of them to profit so abundantly. Everyone is supposed to say, Ahhh, how sweet of 'em, while their tax situations benefit handsomely from their calculated largess.

Gerald Celente says our schools and government look backward, not forward. Remember how much was made about Ben Bernanke's input because he's a Great Depression expert? At the time, I thought that could also work against us - he knows the financial crash drill, the ins and outs of how to collapse the US economy. He of the Fed also knows that he who prints the money rules the government.

Okay, I'll hush now. But please watch the 6-min-31-sec video even though it isn't fairy-tale-like. In it, Mr. Celente provides another dose of reality which the transit of Saturn to US natal Neptune (grim reality or making dreams real - guess which one for the American people) in August-September 2009 should have made clear before now like a huge splash of cold water (politicians' lies notwithstanding.)

Actually, perhaps it did and is probably one of the many reasons Americans have little confidence in the US government right now: with the so-called American Dream squashed and shown to be a Big Lie, we've seen the government's true oligarchic, plutocratic face that cares only for the rich, and its face is much uglier than we first imagined.

Hermesia looks backward and forward simultaneously which is the best way to figure out the present.

Plus, be sure to check out Lynn Hayes' excellent article from 2009 concerning Financial Collapse 2008 and the futurist predictions of Gerald Celente: Revolution or Renaissance?

Fretting over the July 11 Solar Eclipse? Then read this!

Expert astrologer Lynn Hayes has published 10 Reasons Not to Worry about the July 11, 2010 Eclipse which comes in timely fashion, just as a few readers of this blog are fretting (after reading this blog.)

Mea culpa, no doubt, for obviously I have yet to make it clear that comparing an eclipse chart to one's own natal chart is a horse of a different color from the articles I publish here concerning the unsavory political realm using the lens of Astrology to peek under the hood of Politics. The squirmin' vermin underneath need as much light shed upon them as possible, right?

Therefore, you should know that my eclipse posts are always written on a symbolic level (whether a Solar Eclipse is Total or not, sans eclipse path considerations, etc) with special attention paid to an eclipse's degree, sign, aspects, and the house polarity as they affect national charts which are most often set for Washington, DC.

(Hence the title, Stars Over Washington! And not, Stars Over Your Aunt Myrtle.)

That a SO'W analysis would affect you on a personal level by way of your birth chart is seldom applicable (other than your considerations of how Politics interferes in your life - and Politics doesn't wait for eclipses to monkey around with us, as we all know.)

So if you're feeling at all anxious over the July 11 Solar Eclipse in Cancer, or even if you're not, do calmly check out Lynn's post for it is highly recommended!

On NPR now is an announcement that the Obama administration is improving the medical situation for our soldiers with traumatic brain injuries with new rules going into effect next week. So kudos to President Obama, it's about time!

Mars squares Pluto April 27, 2009

From the first 2 to 3 degrees of Cardinal signs Aries (Mars) and Capricorn (Pluto) comes a transit that's hard for the collective to ignore: Mars square Pluto, an aspect that packs power and zeal into its suitcase of tricks, and even vengeful-when-scorned Venus is watching nearby.

My advice? Let the excellent Lynn Hayes explain all about it and follow the comments after her article for more info on this dynamic duo about to 'square off' with one another.

Reinhold Ebertin, in his book The Combination of Stellar Influences, gives Mars-Pluto when working together as: superhuman power; force; brutality.

Here are the correspondences as listed:

Psychological + - the ability to demonstrate extraordinary force and vigour; great self-confidence; great ambition; the obsession to work without any break. (That last may be meant for 'focused' bloggers of great intensity.)

negative expression: attainment of one's own objectives by means of ruthlessness to others; cruelty.

Biological - the replacement of natural organs and functions by artificial substitutes such as limbs, dentures; skull.

Sociological - piece-workers being paid for overtime work; great people in the sphere of sport; people disabled in war.

Probable manifestations + - attainment of success through excessive effort.

negative expression - the tendency to proceed in a brutal manner; the misfortune of having to suffer violent assaults, injuries.

Well, I don't like typing this info in, you know, but we may as well be aware of what Mars/Pluto's explosive energies are capable of effecting.

So let's create as many good things as we can and send out positive vibes into the environment ~ the universe ~ to offset the actions of those who are determined to be sociopathic chaos-creators toward society.

For my part this evening, I've been publishing new art images in one of my gallery collections, Cosmic Persona Designs for those of the 17+ persuasion. And you know something? It's only Art!

That Feeling of Fate

Surfing so that you don't have to, I've come upon another well-written article by astrologer Lynn Hayes who opens up the astrology of the natal chart when interpreted with the progressed chart for you--their uses and differences, with her Musings on Fate and the Progressed Chart.

As Lynn explains so well, we're fated to express our natal charts.

Yet much may be gleaned from knowing our progressed charts--how we've evolved and what our natal tendencies have led to. Yes, the information found in a progressed chart is invaluable to the seeker.

Bravo, Lynn!

surrounded by enemies?

Lynn Hayes at the excellent Astro-Dynamics has posted a perfect quote for our times from Henry Wadsworth Longfellow which makes a point that anyone with a conscience easily undertands.

That's a great Thought for the Day (the year and for the Millenium) Lynn, thanks!

Yet it's the conscience-free psychopaths who plague the world. And they don't give a hoot about emotional intelligence which they also lack.

And did you know that Mr.A. Cat wrote a fresh political limerick this morning? It's called Bossy Kitten's Lament and he penned it before he heard of Georgia's George W. Bush Avenue!
