Here's an Odd Question for the Readers of Stars Over Washington

Dear Reader: are you in the mood to check out a video showing the weird Satanic Ceremony held in Switzerland circa 2017 with devilish goat heads and other symbols of evil 'celebrating' the Gotthard Base Tunnel, now the world's longest railway tunnel which opened on June 1, 2016?

(Note that the overly sensitive reader may do better to avoid watching the video.)

Now admitttedly I possess no German or related language skills so should I assume that "gotthard" = goat head? Maybe. But it all seems that an inordinate amount of choreographed dancing, strangely expressive acrobatics, gibberish singing, and zombie-like marching were used for a 'tribute' to a tunnel through the Alps, significant and useful as the tunnel is for the countries thus linked.

Meanwhile, with the entire Earth now locked in a cosmic battle between good and evil, I must also ask: how and where did the organizers of the ceremony find so many people (mostly young folk) willing to particpate, rehearse, and perform a horrific ritual to what appears to be an honoring of satanic forces? For if the ceremony's goal wasn't meant to display worship of 'the dark one' it certainly appears that way. Plus, the complexity of the performances had to have taken hundreds if not thousands of hours to rehearse to reach the level of perfection seen in the video linked, above.

But naturally rehearsals were made easier if students of dance - and/or satanist cult members - were recruited.

A Video Note: To be fair, the video was posted on the BulletBarry YouTube channel and if you watch until the end (18M 49S) you'll find him disclaiming the intentions of the ceremony but to me there is no disclaimer or argument that can make the symbolic ceremony "okay." After all, people who represent symbols know what they're expressing or they'd use other methods and symbols to make their point. So does the ceremony suggest that the tunnel was dug by evil forces? This you must decide for yourself! And as always dear reader, disagree as you wish, but there it is. jc

Moon-Tracking the G7 Summit August 24--26, 2019

August 22, 2019: From August 24 to August 26, 2019, the 45th annual G7 Summit will be held in Biarritz, France and hosted by France's Emmanuel Macron.

As The Hill reports, Trump and UK's Boris Johnson to meet on sidelines of G-7 Summit for breakfast Sunday morning. Problem child Trump is also said to be meeting with other leaders while there assuming he doesn't wander off in a daze or insult his way out the door before this year's summit sans Russia ends. Besides playing G7 host this year, France's Emmanuel Macron may be the one to take the reins of global leadership at least until America's former top spot is permanently filled--or perhaps until a new competent US president with a less-addled brain and beliefs in government and civilization takes over the Oval Office on January 20, 2021. We can dream, right?

G7 Summit 2019's Cosmic Weather: Sun Virgo-Moon Gemini then Cancer

Looking at a horoscope set for Biarritz, France August 24, 2019 (8:00 am CEDT) we find Mercury-ruled Virgo rising with a full 12th house of Behind-the-Scenes activities including Politics and Secret Deals. Regulus is spotlighted by the Sun 00Vir48 suggesting that the caution of royal Regulus is present: success if revenge is avoided; otherwise all that has been gained will be taken away. Sun also conjoins asteroid Juno which is associated with politics and with nation-states (which may contain a nationalist flavor if negatively utilized). Also in the 12th house group are Venus and Mars both at 4 Virgo and rounded up for a Sabian Symbol we find, "A Colored Child Playing with White Children." Now I don't pretend to know if this picture refers to a particular attendee or attendees but I do know it's the degree and symbol of Trump's Secondary Progressed ('SP') New Moon which perfects on September 16, 2019.

So the summit opens with Sun Virgo-Moon Gemini, a rational, productive Earth-Air combo of energies suggesting those who are reasonable, refined, shrewd, logical, and lovers of words. Plus, some may be pranksters with great mental dexterity and a flair for communication. This blend is shared by John Buchan, aka, Lord Tweedsmuir, who has famously informed us that, "An atheist is a man who has no invisible means of support." So what do we know of Lord Tweedsmuir? For one thing, he authored *The Thirty-Nine Steps! Do you suppose there any atheists at G7 2019? No surprise, if so. And certainly counterespionage, spying, or similar themes may be present especially since sabotaging America seems to be an ongoing activity these days for meddlers both foreign and domestic.

Now let's also consider what chart-ruler Mercury, planet of meetings, summits, reports, negotiations, and planning, is up to on August 24--an inconjunct with powerful Pluto. This hints that adjustments are needed obviously and someone is obsessed with their thoughts and plans--thoughts that may be outmoded and/or dogmatic. Under this aspect, communications tend to be oppressive and intimidating toward others and intellectual insecurity can cause problems in communications of the persuasive variety. A compulsive talker or two demands to be heard and propaganda must be broadly spread to the group. Pluto's extreme wealth and underworld connections add heaviness, even a creepiness, to the uncompromising atmosphere of August 24 as the G7 Summit proceeds.

But as the Cosmos would have it, during the proceedings Luna leaves Gemini on August 25 at 11:05 pm and floats into her own sign of Cancer which shifts the atmosphere of the summit to a more pragmatic, creative Earth-Water blend of Sun Virgo-Moon Cancer. This shift could be significant particularly since 00Cancer00 is a Cardinal World Point of Manifestation, plus, the heavy-weight duo of Saturn and Pluto sit atop the Midheaven (The Goal Point; Aspirations) at that exact minute (11:05 pm) in that location with a line-up most folks would wish to avoid: Pluto Rx at critical degree (20Cap), Midheaven, South-Node (the Saturnian, separative 'tail of the dragon'), and Saturn Rx. Triple karma! Is there something here about dealing with the effects of these harsh, limiting, constraining energies rearing their heads as they do periodically--or, is it about using them to restrict and oppress others? We must be on guard!

Yet in addition, with Sun Virgo-Moon Cancer a more domestic vibe may be felt along with intuition and a tendency toward self-reflection. Quick wit and charisma are in evidence, plus, practicality via Virgo and a deep concern for others via Cancer although a streak of suspicion may turn up at some point. This is a sociable blend of energies with which to end the summit (martini in hand?) and it is also found in the natal chart of outlaw Jesse James (who stole to fund the secret Golden Circle of white supremacists of his day) and, more positively, is the natal blend of author, muckraker, and Pulitzer Prize winner Upton Sinclair so let's close with one of Sinclair's more famous quotes--a question really,

"Is it altogether a Utopian dream, that once in history, a ruling class might be willing to make the great surrender, and permit social change to come about without hatred, turmoil, and waste of human life?"

Tragically in 2019, the answer must be that when trouble-maker/muckraker Donald Trump is involved, hatred, turmoil, and waste of life are always on his menu--somewhere between the big bucket of fried chicken and the most beautiful piece of chocolate cake you've ever seen.

April 15, 2019: Saturn and Pluto to France's Ascendant

In 2015 the September 21, 1792 horoscope of France was published here with a few notes penned on the chart. Have a peek if you wish for its Ascendant (the French Republic itself) @25Cap33 is disturbingly near the current positions of the difficult karmic duo, Saturn and Pluto ('turmoil in any rigid or older structures; lengthy consideration of methods or removal or destruction'; conjunct ASC: 'concentration upon important matters which lie before you; an environment which gives you the impression of silent power or continuing influence'--Munkasey). Silent power and influence of the Vatican? Wealthy international bankers and societal tinkerers? Grand Orient movers and shakers? All of the above? To Saturn-Pluto = ASC, Ebertin adds potentials for: 'being placed in cumbersome and difficult circumstances; separation, mourning and bereavement'.

Another coming-from-the-outside transit is France's 1792 Saturn @00Tau55 receiving multiple visits of late from transit Uranus, planet of sudden shocks, disruption, chaos, separation, and potential explosions. This old vs new transit suggests the alteration of traditional structures but without destroying them altogether which is the case with yesterday's tragic burning of Notre Dame Cathedral left a shell of its former glory, for centuries a marvel of Western architecture. Now this fire is a sad example of what most rational people would call a true national emergency.

Yet happily its valuable artworks are to be sent to the Louvre as donations pour in and rebuilding is promised.

And most fortunate of all, no lives were lost in the fire and for this we may be grateful as hearts around the world go out to the good people of France who now have a tragically wounded heart smoldering in the center of Paris.

Apr 23, 2018: Trump-Macron Dinner at Mount Vernon

This evening at Mount Vernon, Virginia, George Washington's famous residence where he once hosted Frenchmen at dinner, Donald Trump will curtsy to tradition by hosting the current President of France, Emmanuel Macron. Now I have no exact hour for when dinner will be served but a horoscope set for 9:00 pm edt seems about right--at least the hour will arrive during the soup course or later.

Being a bit rushed today I haven't time to type much concerning this dinner or Trump's first State Dinner tomorrow night at the White House (no Democrats allowed! Mr. Trump fears criticism) but there is one interesting Mercurial midpoint picture now in force which relates to meetings, talks, discussion, messages, and negotiations--tr Mercury @7Ari46 is apex planet of the transiting Uranus-Neptune midpoint. If you follow such topics as The Enlightenment or the Age of Reason, and the 'new world order' currently in process of being set up, you may recall a certain horoscope previously published here as a foundation chart for the modern 'new world order' set for the last of three exact conjunctions of Uranus and Neptune which perfected all through year 1993. You may also note that under Trump tr Pluto recently reached the conjunction's degree (18 Capricorn = POLITICAL POWER and strong-armed paternalism) and activated the potential of 'the big picture must be followed, very little option to do otherwise' (Tyl). This is the sort of imperative under which current politicians and their wealthy backers operate, the yoke they wear that keeps US politicians from 'doing the people's business' as We The People pay them to do. It's 'The Great Chess Game' of global take-over, devilishly inspired.

So here's a list of possible results from this midpoint picture which prefects just as Macron visits America to discuss such topics as surveillance, security, terrorism, wars, financial or currency matters, trade, the 5G lockdown (aka, the 'NWO' and its total awareness intrusions), political reforms, drug and other trafficking, and/or other enlightened subjects. A combination of Tyl, Munkasey, and Ebertin are used and as always, any, all, or none may apply:

Plus, if you view the natal horoscope of Emmanuel Macron (December 21, 1977 10:40 am MET Amiens, France; RR: AA) you'll see that Macron's Venus @21Sag47 conjoins the natal South-Node-Moon conjunction of Donald Trump. This connection may indicate a pleasant contact between the two men but the presence of Trump's South Node, a Saturnian indicator, suggests separation at some point--or it possibly reveals a family link between them and/or points toward the 'intimate' dinner the Trumps and Macrons enjoyed at the Eiffel Tower last year!

Horoscopes: Syria w Trump Strikes Syria April 13, 2018

April 13 into 14, 2018: the following post is one I'd hoped never to type. Tragically, it must be done tonight thanks to Trump and the Pentagon Generals and their continual urge to topple the East. This is a rushed effort for studying, scanning, saving, and posting horoscopes takes time and time is fleeting. So first, here's a bi-wheel of what's going on as Washington and friends show their true and warring colors.

My Latin days are far behind me but I do remember that in olden times the Roman army had sense enough not to wage war when Jupiter the General was retrograde as it is now. Tonight, according to news reports, at 9:00 pm EDT, Donald Trump announced that the US, UK, and France had launched missile strikes on chemical facilities in Syria. You know the pretext and are aware that earlier, UK PM Teresa May and others trumped up the case for their warring actions as a 'deterrent' against further chemical attacks by Syrian leader Bashir Assad who took over the government at dawn on November 13, 1970. In the bi-wheel charts shown below, Syria's 1970 'coup chart' has tonight's Trump announcement (timed for 9:00 pm EDT) which is set for the White House though perhaps Mr. Trump was speaking from elsewhere. In that case, the 9:00 pm chart may be considered symbolic.

Now I realize other locations or time zones may apply more accurately as far as the attacks themselves but these charts are the best I have at the moment. And yes, they are marked up in my usual scribbly fashion but I'm in mourning over the crusader mentality of the West and have had presentiments already due to the 70-year Fig Tree Prophecy related to the State of Israel and its potential fulfillment in mid-May 2018...soon. Suffice to say, that 2018 Jupiter Rx in this conflagration opposes 1970 Moon and Saturn in Taurus so, besides Jupiter being weak via retrogression, failure is very much an option (Trump was given multiple options, I heard, by the generals--which is the theme of the current Solar Eclipse of February 2018 @27Aquarius (conjunct US natal Moon, We The People)...1 South: "flooded with options and ideas" (Brady). Plus, as you see, the 1 North Solar Eclipse @29Leo visible across America in August 2017 hit Syria's Midheaven in this chart, and activated the cautions of royal Regulus (success if revenge is avoided)--and there's Donald trump's natal Ascendant in the middle of it all. (My suspicion is that attacking Syria is one of the things Trump agreed he would do if allowed to take over the Oval Office, but maybe that's only me.)

So with 2018 Jupiter opposing Syria's natal Saturn, bending or neglecting rules won't work and challenges to authority are not favored. Of course, Trump and General Mattis say that regime change is not the goal of these strikes. Well, I imagine they consider it a process for Syria has proven a hard nut to crack for the global corporatists who are animated by the satanic destructive force that's loose upon the Earth. We see this force within the brutal Saturn-Mars-Pluto trio of assault and violence along with the suffering, contamination, and poison (gas) used to justify the perpetration of more violence.

Yet transit Venus approaches Syria's natal Taurus Moon suggesting that Assad's popularity has increased or will increase in spite or because of the attacks from the West, and with natal Saturn receiving attention from Venus as well, we see that order and tradition are among the things valued by the people of Syria (yes, there are various groups across a large country so traditions vary as well). Then with transit Jupiter and Venus opposing one another across the intense Taurus-Scorpio axis as the strikes occur, we may expect this misadventure of Trump's to be disappointing with efforts falling flat or missing their mark. Excesses that everyone would prefer to forget may occur and promises of cooperation can soon evaporate unless other chart factors and conditions interpose with positive energies.

Yet how 'positive' can any war be? They're all racketeering along with the grasping of power and plundering of resources. Plus, Donald Trump wants the world to stop talking about Comey, Putin, Cohen, Manafort, and his own antics--and stop reading that bestselling book! (Tonight's announcement shows an Ascending degree of '11Scorpio' = "A Drowning Man Rescued"--hi there, Mr. Trump! Also note the midpoint picture penned on the right : Sun-Neptune = Mercury (Rx--same old, same old lies) = false logic and deceit (Munkasey adds 'ritual ceremony' which I say is sacrifice in war). Some say the chemical attack in Syria allegedly committed by Assad was a 'false flag op' to bilk Americans and others in the West into supporting--and fighting--a war in Syria with Iran in their sights as well. What do you think?

So! With Jupiter the General retrograde, war in Syria, along with the rest of the Middle East that America broke, continues to be a bottomless money pit just as it was when Dubya Bush, Cheney, and the Pentagon invaded Iraq in 2003 after Afghanistan in 2001. Flimsy pretexts are ginned up all around again! And of course, this is all part of a process, we know, for Syria is one of the 'dominoes' intended to fall--and religions are intended to fight each other to the death as planned by the zealots manipulating the world into catastrophic war. Fall, that is, if America doesn't fall first.

A Curious Synchronicity: Summer 2010 and the War of 1812

With today being July 4th I've been reading about the War of 1812 which I know very little about. Fought between American patriots and British forces, the Royal Navy, and certain Native American tribes wanting a federation of their own (with British encouragement in order to limit US expansion), the War began on June 18, 1812 and ended by Britain and American signing the Treaty of Ghent. It was events of this war that inspired Francis Scott Key to pen The Star Spangled Banner, our national anthem.

And what is the curious synchronicity between the War of 1812 and the summer of 2010? Perhaps you remember another act of British aggression that occurred in Summer 2010--the Deepwater Horzozon Oil "Spill" in the Gulf of Mexico which we lay at the feet of the British Petroleum Oil Company. Or should I say, the BP Corporation? Here's my original post on BP's oil disaster which includes the Independence horoscope of Mexico and the horoscope of the Deepwater Horizon Oil Fiasco itself with power asteroid Hidalgo rising.

Both events, the start of the War on June 18, 1812 and the massive 2010 oil leak (in which Halliburton also played a major role) that attacked the US coastline occurred under the influence of Solar Eclipses in the 12 South Saros Series.

And so the theme of 12 South applies to the War of 1812 of British aggression and the BP oil attack of 2010--the first event involved France, the second involved Mexico: long term draining issues at first seem worse then suddenly clear with successful outcomes. (Brady's Predictive Astrology.) In 1812, 12S fell @22Pisces which suggests sea and naval action; in 2010 12S fell @19Cancer, another watery, oceanic hint plus 19 Cancer+ rounded up hits a difficult fixed star, Castor with its potentials for murder, loss, and/or the crippling of limbs (A. Louis). BP cut corners and people died, if you remember. And of course, the financial issue of trade lies beneath both events.

So it seems that yours truly is on Britain's case this Independence Day! And here I'm fussing against The Empire in spite of the genealogy research I've done lately into my own English roots. Could it be I fight against myself?

G-8 Summit in France: Pisces into Aries 5.26.11

Having checked out several sites concerning the current G-8 Summit being held in Deauville, France, I'm settling on Oxfam International for news about and out of this gathering of top leaders. Most of the other sites contain a lot of bosh and what have turned out to be broken promises with the usual patootie-covering spin attached.

As Oxfam says, They've got a lot of explaining to do.

Not a lot of Astrology time is available to me today but let's take a quick peek at the Sun-Moon blends for May 26 and May 27 (Friday) to snag a hint of the general flavor of this time during which the G-8 nations have chosen to meet. (Actually meetings began earlier in May 2011 concerning drug trafficking, for one.)

May 26, 2011: Sun in early Gemini (communications; sharing ideas; lots of schmoozing) and Moon in Pisces (one half of the victim/savior axis, confused or confusing, hidden) shows a chameleon, versatile quality and a dreamy 'blowing with the wind' tendency. Worry about what's already been said may be prevalent with this Air-Water blend yet the public may never know about it given the group's closed-to-the-press directive.

This is an adventurous and very self-aware combination of double Mutable (changeable, unstable) energies which is impressionable, sensitive, and open to new ideas. Group coordination is highlighted and though concentration may be weak, someone may actually stand up to defend the underdogs among us! But lack of boundaries is a problem (open to new ideas) so approaching topics on a superficial level may be the easiest way to deal with the day's issues.

Interestingly, the Sun Gem-Moon Pisces is shared natally by Blackwater's (Xe's? or whatever name his mercenary band uses now) Erik Prince so I wonder if he is in attendance. It is also found in the natal horoscope of Allen Ginsberg and novelist Arnold Bennett who famously informed us that,

"Journalists say a thing that they know isn't true, in the hope that if they keep on saying it long enough it will be true."

Now that's a perfect quote to describe mainstream media "reporting" on such secretive, chaos-dealing groups of world 'leaders' and puppets, don't you think?

Luna Changes Her Tune

Now early on Friday morning (around 1:38 am local time, France), the Moon reaches Aries Point (a World Point of Manifestation; Recognition; Fame) which changes the vibes to an Air-Fire Sun Gem-Moon Aries blend which remains in effect into Saturday. Yes, Mars-ruled Aries (god of war) changes the tone of the proceedings quite a bit into a stronger Mutable-Cardinal (planning; taking initiative action.)

Sun Gem-Moon Ari has a clearer vibe than Friday's Piscean dreaminess but with Sun in communicative Gemini, the discussions can become argumentative, and persuasion in the theme. This a forceful, decisive, impatient blend of a race car driver! An essentially self-centered and intense willpower rules the crowd and Thursday's sensitivity to the needs of others melts away on behalf of wit, satire, and pointed words.

In fact, the 24-hour news cycle was invented by this type of personality which describes the formidable lawyer, politician, broadcaster, writer, and debater. Thoughts are put out for review but never true feelings; empathy is often missing within a pugnacious, rough-shod approach, and convictions are delivered with much enthusiasm as conversations are monopolized with a persuasive power and a strong measure of egotism.

No fools of lesser minds are suffered with Sun in intellectual Gemini and Moon in pioneering Aries!

This blend is shared natally by King Albert II of Belgium, and, oddly enough by journalist and broadcaster, the mild-seeming Bill Moyers. It is also found in the natal chart of actor Robert Morley who instructively proposed,

"Show me a man who enjoyed his schooldays and I will show you a bully and a bore."

I suspect there may be more than one bully on the scene so outcomes may come down to who can out-bully the other and sway the rest.

Now I don't know if you're expecting magical improvements for our global ills to issue forth from this year's G-8 Summit but it seems to me that these are some of the very same syndicate criminals who engineered the financial and social chaos to begin with. Yet even the power elite and their puppets sometimes experience the unexpectedness of unintended consequences which must then be dealt with for they are not the masters of karma they believe themselves to be.

No earthly mortals exist outside the reap what you sow natural law of our universe - aka, karma - so when it comes to politics and social engineering, my tendency is to wait for the pudding to set. For if the G-8 Summit ends and policies change and are implemented in the real world, the proof of any culpability they may deserve will be shown by what happens because of their top-down policies which harm and hinder rather than help populations.

A Higher Power Exists

And of course, we have not one but two Solar Eclipses coming up and eclipses are the 'wild cards' of the universe; they can affect conditions either positively or negatively. Both eclipses trigger planets in the US natal horoscope of 1776.

Koch memo leak: 'change balance of power' parrots 1.4.11 Solar Eclipse

Sometimes a news event or phrase in the news perfectly parrots an astrological indicator such as this:

Think Progress — which should be called Think Soros because it is funded by George Soros — has released a private correspondence sent out by Charles Koch of Koch Industries. The memo has the itinerary of a *private meeting to be held at an exclusive hotel in Aspen attached.

In the memo, Koch says his group of neocons and RINOs plan to “change the balance of power in Congress this November.” In other words, give power back to a Republican-dominated set of globalists and statists who hope to come out the winners in the perpetual game of musical chairs as the corrupt Mafioso government continues its slow motion Titanic routine to the bottom.

Koch plans to “activate citizens,” that is to say convince them to vote for Republicans and trademark Tea Party operatives who buy into the neocon philosophy.

The hand of the neocons weighs heavily on this invitation only, media excluded event. Charles Krauthammer will dispense his wisdom — something you can get for nothing on Fox News any day of the week — and so will stand-up comic Glenn Beck and broker-dealer Peter Schiff.

Astrology Describes 'The Balance of Power'

What perked up my antennae in the above memo is its parroting of Celeste Teal's title for the January 4, 2011 Solar Eclipse at the crisis or critical degree of 13Cap38: "The Balance of Power" which, as previously noted, opposes US natal Sun in Cancer (the leader or leadership.)

Now you see my emphasis added above to the Koch-neocon group's goal to "change the balance of power in Congress this November" and there are many Americans who may consider this to be a fabulous idea - after all, we've voted to do it before when the ruling party acts too big for its britches or is inadequate, or more corrupt than usual. (I shall remind you that GOP politicians were once deemed 'more corrupt than usual' by the American people not so very long ago. Wonder how Capitol Hill's purported 'ethics seminars' worked out? Ah, for the days of Jack Abramoff, 'The Godfather' Tom DeLay, Newt Gingrich, and the boys. Puh! The Family indeed...bwo Sicily. Interestingly, asteroid Cupido in Astrology signifies The Family, The Syndicate, and/or Corporations.)

According to Teal's book Eclipses, the critical degree of the January 4, 2011 Eclipse indicates a potential for a 'central event having wide-ranging impact' - could this be the November 2010 midterms and a Republican take-over of the House? (Get ready for SS cuts and/or privatization if you, dear voter, fall for GOP and Tea Party rhetoric. Don't know about you, but I paid 100% of those 'benefits' into the SS system for over 30 years and I'd like them all back please.)

Earning power, expenditures, trade, and labor restrictions are also highlighted by the January 2011 eclipse.

The January 4th eclipse also shows a 'turbulent spirit against those in high places' thanks in part to its nearness to Fixed Star, Manubrium (flaring heat.) Opposition to America's natal Sun gives President Obama 'potentially powerful opposition to overcome' which portends congressional battles, gridlocks, filibusters, and attempts at repealing Dem legislation. Obstacles to further legislation is on the GOP agenda as well, so if an unusually bilious amount of contentiousness on Capitol Hill is what you want - rather than dealing with the American public's immediate and dire concerns - vote GOP on November 2, 2010. That will show Mr. Obama we don't know how to vote for our own best interests! Won't he be sorry! (Here's where a font for sarcasm would come in handy.)

Of course, my more basic opinion is that the plutocratic and elite ruling class (Pluto/Chiron, Sun/Pluto, Jupiter/Pluto, etc) of royals and Luciferians has been waging class warfare upon we-the-people for decades with the only real difference being which power players call the shots in their mad drive to be the crowing roosters at the top as they shill for a One World Government (NWO.)

The US natal Pluto/Chiron in Pisces conjoins our nation's natal Ceres (security and food issues and thus they oppress us with fear-as-tactic (loss of security), and with health-weakening by food additives, mercury poisoning, chemicals in plastics, and such. Now as you know, 'absolute power corrupts absolutely' and that certainly must include our raunchy sell-out-America band of Rs and Ds - and anyone else who thinks to take charge of this huge enterprise of a cash cow and international police force that we sentimentally like to call the United States of America...for at least a little while longer.

Just back from France, Mr.A.Cat has had me publish his latest limerick at Lim's Limericks concerning the UMP Party's Nicolas Sarkozy and his presidential victory Sunday.

At Lim's you'll find a link to an article on the ongoing riots, car burnings, window smashings, and arrests bedeviling the French nation. It's not certain that Sarkozy's expressed admiration for George Bush will be doing him a world o'good as he attempts to manifest his reformist tendencies upon France with her sluggish economy and large immigrant populations.

And where has Sarkozy been during the riots? Resting on a yacht in the Mediterranean. Sluggish economy indeed. Wonder whose name is on the yacht's title?

He's partying on down, I imagine, while Paris burns. The similaries between Bush, Sarkozy, and Nero I shall barely mention...esp with the incendiary Mars/Uranus snugged around NN...hyperexcitability; an excited demonstration shown to others; the execution of extraordinary and unusual enterprises.

Of course, Sunday's election occurred under this influence as well...and how do they count their votes so quickly in France when we can barely count ours at all?
