Tragically, Where Trump Goes, So Goes America

May 6, 2020: Some readers of Stars Over Washington are familiar with the many fusses posted here by yours truly concerning the (s)election in 2016 of a presidential contender born under the auspices of a deceitful, cunning, sneaky, error-prone, refuses-to-listen Mercury-Neptune square - by name, one Donald Trump. But if you, dear reader, are not familiar, for you I shall add again that we could have had a lady president born with a studious, sober, rational Mercury-Saturn square but forces both domestic and foreign worked against our country to undermine her, promote him - and thus to plunder and sabotage America.

So here we are in 2020 still mired within Trump's fantasy world of dread and horror for us, vast profits and undeserved status for him. Appearances are everything to Trump The Superficial (for as you know, the emperor has no clothes except for the 'empty suit' he wears while playing the role of POTUS on TV) and I believe that the following quote from Reinhold Ebertin's The Combination of Stellar Influences speaks in part of the tale of our woe made worse by the charade of his White House (p)residency:

"Sociological Correspondence: Actors, deceitful people, liars."

Footnote: "Under Sociological Correspondence of Mercury/Neptune one should add "so-called saints," i.e., people who are found under this combination sometimes appear in every way perfect, they appear to have no faults until one day it is discovered they are almost the reverse of what they appeared to be. This is sometimes the case with actors who have to wear a mask which is not in accord with their personality, or in the case of diplomats who play a part in the course of their work and say something different from what they think. In these cases this describes the work they do."

So although this mere reality TV host fancies himself a great thespian (and some of his fans are determined to remain fooled by his act) you'll recognize the saintly "appears in every way perfect" and "appear to have no faults" descriptions as one of the many fantasies Trump tries to foist upon the public with his absurd claim that he "never makes mistakes" which mocks all reality and helps to make him - and the United States of America - laughing stocks upon the world stage.

Basically, Mercury = thought processes, the mind, ideas, communications, trickery; Neptune = lies, fraud, deceit, corruption, erosion, sabotage, mistakes, errors, misjudgments, misconceptions, failure, loss, disappointment, dreams, ideals, inspiration.

A List of Planets' Meanings in Political Astrology

Here's an updated list with the meanings of planets in Political Astrology, a branch of Mundane Astrology. Now these are the meanings that I tend to use; no doubt others could add more or subtract a few:

Sun: supreme authority such as US President ('POTUS'), Prime Minister, Chancellor, CEO, leadership. (Solar eclipses hitting a Mundane Sun may denote the death or displacement of a head of state, national character and identity, major events, disruption or a turning point for government in the eclipse year and suggesting a new direction.)

Moon: the populace, We The People (USA), the popular mood, national security needs, basic necessities, women's issues, health, agriculture, nurturing, our daily rounds, the general emotional weather and/or societal trends.

Mercury: news media and the press, blogs and bloggers, oration-speeches/speakers-writers, messages, communications, and announcements, spreading of propaganda, negotiations, contracts, treaties and pacts, changes, votes-voters-ballots, literature, information, intell, spies, all schooling up to higher educational levels (Jupiter), the post office, thinking and planning, opinion polls, transportation (air+), sales, commerce, trade. As usual, young people in general, students and teachers are included where applicable, plus, medical research and doctors may also be represented by Mercury.

Venus: females, evaluations, smaller amounts of money, currency, relationships, partnerships, unions, diplomacy or diplomatic gestures, perspective; if afflicted: disease, arrogance, vengeance, defeat in war, anger, envy, possessiveness, and/or jealousy.

Mars: males between ages 25--35 or so, military and police forces, violence, criminals, war, industrial concerns, arsonists, sports figures, fighters, aggressors and combatants no matter the gender; combined with Uranus, Mars may cause explosions, terrorism, attacks, gun violence, operations; with Neptune, treachery, misguided motivations and/or actions, divisive elements in society, activists, protests or strikes (participants thereof), the fog of war, infections and epidemics.

Uranus: revolution, revolt, riots, protests, or strikes,reactive politics and politicians, progressive or radical movements, disruptive reforms, riots, counter-cultures; physical power such as electrical and nuclear, new technology, innovation; genius or sudden insight; the future; novelties; erratic persons; Uranus is also The Witness, The Awakener, the sky god; with Neptune: The 'Enlightened Ones' determined to establish a New Order to replace the Old, aka, a 'new world order' or the long-planned 'one world government'.

Neptune: the urge to merge, the Divine Source, the arts, glamour, the media, the masses, hope, idealism, covert actions, saboteurs, secrets, spying or other networks, secrets and leaks, socialism; hospitals, charitable institutions; the Navy or Marines. If afflicted: fraud, crime, scandal, deception, illusions, falsehoods, internet scams; undermining circumstances and those who cause them, brewing and alcohol, drugs; chemicals, oil, gas, water, footwear, oceans; with Pluto, Neptune = the Robber Baron class of the 1800s, resource plunderers, Organized Crime, mobsterism, the mafia.

Pluto: financial and/or political power, factions, oligarchies, Plutocracy, big business, nuclear energy, mines and tunnels, the Dragon Guarding the Riches; if afflicted: the criminal underworld, death, catastrophe, dictators, thieves and spies; Global Crime Syndicate/s; criminal detectives, spies, surveillance, hidden power/s behind 'the throne', The Pope, assassins, saboteurs, secretive men in invisible cloaks of power, death, transformation, regeneration, the occult and other hidden things and people.

Note that besides Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto can be karmic, too!

Current Conditions and The Tower Solar Eclipse

Societies on the Edge as 'Cosmic Blink'/'Wild Card' Eclipses Run in the Background

As you know, not all solar eclipses bring negative themes to events but all can disrupt society and our lives in a manner similar to the erratic planet of rebellion, Uranus--even those containing positive themes. Naturally, other planetary factors are always involved as well and are part of every eclipse picture and influence. Typically we may look at historical events during the year that a particular eclipse occurs for clues about its potential influences and the change of direction that often ensues in some area of our lives.

Current Karmic Conditions of Contagion, Collapse, and Traumatic Transformation

In a previous SO'W post we discussed The Tower Solar Eclipse which perfected @18Leo41 on August 11, 2018 in the 2 New North Saros Series. By degree The Tower Eclipse of 2018 activated the August 11, 1999 'King of Alarm' Eclipse of Nostradamus fame, one of the signposts that announced the coming of the New Millennium, when the 'winds of war and strife' were set loose upon the Earth. If you wish, follow the link for a view of the August 2018 2 New North Solar Eclipse Horoscope which is set for Washington DC. For as you may already be aware, 2 New North themes mimic Tarot card #16 pictured, above, and involve 'complete collapse of lifestyles and plans', 'loss', and 'rebuilding starts after the dust has cleared' (Brady). Does this describe America's and the world's current condition?

For comparison, an example of a 2 New North Solar Eclipse is the one that manifested in 1964 (@17 Cancer) as the Prenatal Eclipse ('PE') of the ill-considered, deceitful, racketeering Vietnam War. Loss of lives and lifestyles in Vietnam and for the US and its alliances, plus, loss of funds from America's National Treasury are merely some of its 'collapsing' effects. But of course, war profiteers made out like the bandits they always are, no matter the costs to others.

Then for 'traumatic transformation' we have the current influences of the December 26, 2019 Solar Eclipse @4Cap06 in the 3 South Saros Series which is the one we're mired in at the moment with its effects lasting at least until (two weeks before) the next solar eclipse at Summer Solstice 2020.

So this is my fuss for this evening: that a re-consideration of The Tower Solar Eclipse of 2018 in light of current collapsing conditions seems appropriate to me, if not to you, so I'm adding the above link to my previous post in case a reader wishes to check out the August 11, 2018 Horoscope.

As for financial implications of collapse, it seems to be a given. For the initial manifestation of a 2 New North Solar Eclipse perfected on June 17, 1928 @26Gem21 with money planet Jupiter @2Tau42--a degree and planet that wild card Uranus has bumped into off and on of late which suggests a period of potentials such as: careening down an unexpected path, independent education or studying in isolation, and lifestyles and/or political affiliations being emphasized and which may be under re-consideration. Perhaps at the voting booth?

National Nurses Day 2020: Florence Nightingale

In 2020 Her Lamp Burns Brightly

May 12, 2020 is the 200th birthday of Florence Nightingale, founder of the nursing profession as we know it today. Born May 12, 1820 in Florence, Italy, she served selflessly during the Crimean War (1854--1856) and became known as The Lady With the Lamp. By her constant insistence on hygienic practices such as hand washing as she cared for wounded soldiers, the war's death rate was reduced from 42% to 2%. If this isn't a lesson for our virus-ridden times, I don't know what is!

Now in the US, Monday May 4th begins the annual National Nurses Week and Wednesday May 6th is the main day of celebration. Many businesses are already engaging in discounts and give-aways to health care workers but this week many others will join the cause in tribute to our heroic nurses, first responders, and other service workers. Here's a brief Video Tribute to Nurses, practitioners of "the gentle art of caring." Actually the entire month of May 2020 will be devoted to those devoted to caring despite the danger of contagion.

Florence Nightingale: Hygeia Conjunct Isis!

We find the lady's reputation for strict hygiene and gentle health care within the Hygeia archetype combined with her goddess-like fame of the Isis archetype, both placed @12Cancer on May 12, 1820. And if we consult the Sabian Symbols we find that the positive expression of '12 Cancer' fits her well: "a gift for bringing the more Godlike resources or superior powers of self to a point of real community service"! And of course, Moon-ruled Cancer is the sign of The Mother and thus of nurturance, care, and self-sacrifice.

If you wish, have a look at Florence Nightingale's Natal Horoscope (RR:DD) and you'll see her New Moon personality, a practical double Earth blend of Sun Taurus-Moon Taurus which inspired her toward an unflappable calmness, a supportive demeanor, and a desire to change the world so strong that she could deny her own feelings and needs. And perhaps you'll agree that it's significant that her Sun @22Taurus and Moon @24Taurus conjoined Vesta, asteroid and archetype of dedicated service.

Living in the here-and-now, her double Taurus personality blend wanted to lay foundations, define things, and get down to basics. Stable and sane, Lady Nightingale was a rock of support and reliability for her patients and probably came to be treated as an Atlas figure. Consistently neglecting her own needs and typical of this blend, Florence Nightingale retreated into illness and spent the last five decades of her life as an invalid due to a fever contracted during the war. Tragedy then, tragedy now for some of our modern-day health care workers are themselves contracting the current contagion from the patients they tend and treat with dedication. You know of the tragedies so I won't list them here.

Nightingale's inherent desire for order demanded that she attempt to keep the dark side of life under control and most would admit that with such talents, she was more successful than anyone else could have been. Passing away on August 13, 1910 in London, The Lady with the Lamp fell asleep around noon and left this mortal coil at 2:30 pm LMT with Sun in Leo, Moon in health-related Scorpio, blend of a hard worker and natural leader. Tellingly, the Moon and South Node were conjunct, a lunar timing device on that day and a cosmic picture of separation from Mother. At her death, health asteroid Aesculapia @27Cap20 Rx was in process of returning to her natal Aesculapia position of 29Cap04 and, being retrograde, perhaps already had. Also at her hour of death, a midpoint picture had formed of illness and loss of health: Sun-Saturn = Pluto.

And so in 1910 the realism and practical skills of Florence Nightingale were laid to rest, may she R.I.P.

Yet now in 2020 we have major reasons to celebrate her life and achievements for they live on in the daily rounds and tasks of our nurses and other workers in hospitals across the land - and for their selfless service and care it's impossible to thank them enough.

This meager post is meant as my small tribute to every one of them and to their example, The Lady With the Lamp whose caring light continues to burn so brightly.

The modern founding Horoscope of Australia that I use comes from Nicholas Campion's The Book of World Horoscopes, chart #013, based on the continent's British colonization which began on January 26, 1788 Sydney "around dawn" (5:21 LMT):

Ascendant 6AQ00; Sun 5AQ36; Moon 13Vir05 (Virgo, sign of Health). One chart factor particularly of interest in light of current events and contagion is Australia's Mercury @23Cap48 which received the harsh, fanatical energies of the January 12, 2020 Saturn-Pluto Conjunction, a planetary pair with a potential for "mass murder." Adding Australia's Mercury to Saturn-Pluto suggests potential pictures of 'a desire to solve difficult problems, an urge to do research work, mental shrewdness toward efforts to meet goals, deep study, and/or stark realism' (Ebertin, Tyl, Munkasey).

Australia's Air-Earth Sun AQ-Moon Virgo blend of conscious and unconscious energies tends toward rationality, detailed research--medical or otherwise--and toward doing what needs to be done.

So apparently that's what they did.

DC Horoscope: FEMA with April 2020 planets

April 24, 2020: Below is the 'noon' Horoscope of FEMA, the Federal Emergency Management Agency created April 1, 1979 when President Jimmy Carter signed the government department into being. Surrounding the chart and highlighted in blue are today's transiting planets (noon edt), plus, a few of Trump's natal planets such as his 11th house Saturn in Cancer rising on FEMA's 'noon' Ascendant followed by his natal Venus.

The current off-on conjunction of Jupiter and Pluto in Capricorn conjoins the noon chart's Descendant, and FEMA's Pluto Rx @18Lib02 conjoins Trump's natal 2nd house Jupiter Stationary. Rounding up the degree of their Jupiter-Pluto pairing, we have: "19libra" = "A Gang of Robbers in Hiding" which in my opinion relates to the current banditry of N-95 masks and other medical supplies ordered by certain states but "seized" by FEMA (and/or other entities) on behalf of Trump's purloined stash (some say, intended for red states only and/or for selling to foreign buyers--creating profit for Trump?):

Anyway, be that as it may or may not be, publishing the FEMA Horoscope here makes the (noon) chart available online in case anyone wants to utilize it or follow transits or progressions in the future that affect its planets. Plus, you see the Water Grand Trine which adds a protective vibe to the agency along with protective Jupiter exalted in Moon-ruled Cancer but at a critical 29th degree ("30Cancer" = "A Daughter of the American Revolution") and straining to enter Leo.

And note that the melancholy Moon-Saturn midpoint conjoins the noon Ascendant suggesting 'meetings with sick or depressed people' (Ebertin). Of course, this FEMA does, or is supposed to do.

Well, my work here is almost done but I should add that there are two factors I neglected to pen upon the chart:

FEMA's Syzygy Moon, New Moon @6Ari50--where 2020 Chiron, the wounded healer, now traverses (conjunct the 'noon' MC)--and FEMA's Prenatal Eclipse ('PE') in the 17 South Saros Series which perfected on February 26, 1979 @7Pis29--opposite karmic Saturn, planet of authority, responsibility, hard work, and loss. Themes of 17 South eclipses: 'good news concerning relationships; sudden success with group matters' (Brady).

Perhaps you remember that a 17 South Solar Eclipse last manifested on March 20, 2015 @29Pisces - another 29th degree - and although 17 South themes sound rather nice, at Spring Equinox 2015 it eclipsed, and its positive themes were interfered with, by a difficult fixed star, Scheat, which is known primarily for its negative potentials of 'misfortune, suffering, suicide, murder, imprisonment, and/or "malevolence of a sublime scope"' (A. Louis).

And the March 20, 2015 Solar Eclipse which triggered "malevolence of a sublime scope"? It's the Prenatal Eclipse of Trump's June 16, 2015 "prez bid" New Moon @25Gemini of malevolence which perfected the very morning the propagandist, with his natal Mars in Leo opposing US natal Moon (We The People--and our Aquarian Moon opposing his Mars), descended the Trump Tower escalator to perform his political charade for a paid-to-be-there audience.

This fellow exists deep in the realms of malevolence! So Let's Never Forget that Trump was born under the cruel influence of a malignant midpoint picture--Mars-Saturn = Pluto with potentials for: "brutality; the rage or fury of destruction; intervening of a higher power; bodily injury or harm; murder, death of many people" (R. Ebertin).

And - more's the pity - the greedy geezer is now in charge of FEMA.

DC Horoscope: Full Moon @17Sco20 May 7, 2020 6:45:06 am edt Washington DC in 6th house/Sun in 12th house; Hour of Jupiter; ASC 29Tau15; Midheaven ('MC') 7AQ34; Mars (26AQ) conjunct US natal Moon (26/27AQ) and opposing the natal Mars (26Leo) of Donald Trump - with the Saturn-Neptune midpoint complicating matters (see chart, upper right).

Chart-ruler Venus in 1st house makes no applying Ptolemaic aspects to other planets but, due to retrogradation, won't conjoin the North Node until early August (see lower left); however, Venus conjoins US natal Mars in Gemini suggesting some measure of cooperation.

May 2020 Jupiter Direct Stations on US Pluto: nwo

April 20, 2020: Below is the DC Horoscope of the moment on May 14, 2020 that transit Jupiter @27Cap14:25 Stations Direct upon US natal Pluto (@27Cap33 Rx natal 2nd hou$e of the National Treasury) with implications of a 'new world order' now forced into place and the additional gaining of power.

According to Reinhold Ebertin, on May 14th Trump will be "acting under the influence of others, showing weakness, and laying himself open to being led astray or corrupted" (Sun = Neptune-ASC). Yes, this has already been the case for years, I know! For one thing, he owes China, and China owns the debt of the US. Precisely what the Founders warned against.

Remember in October 2018 when Trump issued his first Emergency Alert via FEMA to the cell phone users of America? My suspicion is that we'll be hearing alarming messages again through the same channel. The 'new world order' ('NWO') aka, One World Government, has long been a subject of complaint on Stars Over Washington yet the following video contains particularly sensitive topics so a Warning Advisory is necessary. Why so sensitive? Because it asserts that Trump is no longer playing president because Someone Else is in charge--guess who?

Note that on March 13, 2020, Trump declared that the Covid-19 outbreak "constitutes a national emergency, beginning March 1, 2020". According to the video above this is when Trump gave over control of the US to FEMA and is no longer acting as president.

Astrologically, the change of rulership on March 1st falls under the sway of the February 23rd New Moon @4Pis29 (America's Progressed Sun degree in December 2008--our Progressed Full Moon when the US had reached into the world as far as she could go) while Trump's March 13th declaration came after the culminating 'Super' Full Moon of March 9, 2020 @19Vir37. And of course, Virgo-Pisces polarity is the victim-savior axis with all earthly and cosmic events so far this year falling under the auspices of the 3 South Solar Eclipse of December 26, 2019 (4Cap06) with its 'traumatic transformation through news received or short journeys undertaken; sudden endings of relationships' vibes (Brady).

Then there was the March 24, 2020 New Moon @4Ari12 which culminated with the Full Moon of April 7th/8th @18Lib44 and directly spotlighted Trump's 2nd hou$e Jupiter @17Lib27. Next up will be the April 23rd New Moon @3Tau24 conjunct the Discovery of Chiron degree.

April 2020: Will Trump Pardon Roger Stone?

April 19, 2020: One of the few topics of the week that does not directly involve coronavirus or Covid-19 and valiant efforts to treat the illness is, Will Donald Trump pardon his longtime pal and culprit-in-arms Roger Stone so that The Halloween Jester's prison sentence is lifted from his nattily dressed shoulders?

With our prison system rife with the contagion, Trump may use the coronavirus as justification for relieving Mr. Stone of the necessity to serve his sentence for as Stone told Tucker Carlson on his Friday night program (April 17th), With coronavirus my jail time is essentially a death sentence, something that could be said of all prison sentences for the foreseeable future, at least in the United States.

Thing is, Roger Stone is one of those well-connected fellows who know too much and that 'too much' happens to concern the mobbed-up miscreant Donald Trump. Yet there are more obvious political issues involved for Trump, such as his electability and the slight chance that a pardon for Roger could 'turn off' some voters who favor a second term for Herr Spanky. But I ask you: since when has Trump acted with careful deliberation of the ultimate consequences of his preferred actions? After all, in the realms of chaos and erratic behavior, Trump's Uranus in duplicitous Gemini is not only quirky and impulsive--it's oriental in his natal chart and as such acts as his guiding planet!

Of course, home detention may be a possibility for the convicted Roger Stone (with the aid of Cover-Up-General Bill Barr) and if so, Stone will become like (most of) the rest of us: isolated in sequestration, aka, social distancing, aka, sheltering in place. Actually, for myself I prefer to call it artisting-in-residence especially when I'm sitting at my drafting table facing a blank sheet of paper!

But from the looks of this developing situation, it would seem more appropriate for Roger Stone to call house detention a new lease on life.

Trump says US Presidential Authority is "Total"!

Perhaps it was only intended to be a distraction from criticism, but on Monday April 13, 2020 at 6:58 pm edt, Donald Trump asserted that, "The authority of the President of the United States is total." My suspicion is that this is a flag he ran up the American flagpole to see who would salute. But naturally, people in their right minds know that Trump's attempt to project power and persuasion with a statement drenched by his desire for monarchical rule of America is totally false. Monarchy is, of course, exactly what our ancestors sacrificed, fought, and died for in order to reject such a form of government in this, the 'New World'. This compels me once again to my conjecture that Trump has no Revolutionary War ancestors. And it shows. Well, perhaps he can claim one of the defeated Hessians!

And so as you might expect, my streak of Saturnian Astrology just had to peek at a horoscope set for the time and date in Washington DC.

In the horoscope we find US natal Saturn exalted in Libra and rising on the Ascendant along with Trump's natal 2nd hou$e Neptune-Chiron-Jupiter trio of planets. Since our Trump nightmare began, I've been wondering when his grand dreams-speculating-inflationary-hypocritical-scandal-prone pair of Jupiter-Neptune would make itself even more prominent in our lives.

Consider the following in light of his offensive assertion of absolute power (which corrupts absolutely):

Jupiter-Neptune = ASC: 'living in a world lighted by personal imagination and an emotionally rationalized agenda; speculation'. With US natal Saturn: 'lack of confidence; experiencing the consequences issuing from false hopes; plans which come to nothing; disappointment; losses'.

Plus, with expansive Jupiter and powerful Pluto aligned (with two more exact conjunctions to go for this duo of Plutocracy) we might wish to consider their potentials as apex planets within a midpoint picture that formed on April 13:

A Brief Look at the Aries Total Eclipse of April 2024

In the years 1878 and 2017, America experienced what many call 'Great American Eclipses'. You'll remember the eclipse of August 21, 2017 @29Leo and its path of visibility stretching across America from Oregon to South Carolina--and Trump removing his safety glasses to stare directly up at the Eclipse which did, after all, conjoin his natal Ascendant and Mars rising. Is it my imagination or is Trump's right eye is looking a bit weak lately? As you'll see on the eclipse horoscope, below, 'blind spot' Chiron is conjoined (or 'eclipsed') by the April 2024 Solar Eclipse--and eclipses are often known as "cosmic blinks"! Plus, in Astrology Chiron is also known as the wounded healer, The Key, and the Christ archetype; there are several other health indications in the horoscope if one enlarges the image and reads them.

So the third Total 'Great American' Solar Eclipse, visible in the US (see link, below), manifests on April 8, 2024 @19Aries in the 8 North Saros Series. An interesting fact is that the 2024 eclipse path of totality will intersect with the path of the August 2017 eclipse at Makanda, Illinois, plus, other cities will be involved as well and are handily listed here. Funny that a Great American Eclipse 2017 Horoscope happened to be published on SO'W in 2017 set for--Makanda, Illinois and Mercury was Rx then, too, but in its own sign of Virgo.

Although Symbolic There's Another Cosmic Event in 2024

Penned on the chart above is America's Progressed New Moon ('SP'--in blue) which symbolically perfects on March 25, 2024 @19Pis26 and in April is conjoined by the eclipse's Saturn-Neptune and Mars-Neptune midpoints. As you know, Saturn-Neptune is the "illness axis" and can be a marker for Socialism (and for invisible government) while Mars-Neptune tends toward infections, epidemics, or even help at the right time! (Ebertin).

And perhaps it's worth noting that prior to our SP New Moon in Pisces, America enters the symbolic Balsamic phase on November 28, 2020, the risky 'dark of the Moon' period (similar to entering a dark tunnel) when anything can happen and with SP Moon @1AQ07 conjunct our SP Pluto @29Cap27 and SP Icarus. This is also conjunct US Inaugural Sun--assuming there's a US president by then. Yes, medical breakthroughs could be forthcoming (if not before! plus, Jupiter and Uranus conjunct @21Tau50 on April 20/21 depending on your time zone = lucky break!) for the Great American Eclipse of 2024 falls into the 8 North Saros Series with themes of: 'flashes of genius; visions; intuitive leaps, insights, inventiveness' (Brady's Predictive Astrology). Inventiveness gains some support from the intellectually flexible, technology-savvy Mercury-Uranus midpoint atop the eclipse's Midheaven ('MC' @7Tau59--conjunct two fixed stars: danger-prone Hamal and Schedir the Queen). Mercury-Uranus at MC suggests professional folk such as physicists, mathematicians, cosmobiologists, researchers, and inventors who are able to think about a matter keenly and engage in a swift course of action.

Of course, Mercury-Uranus-MC may also indicate those who spout propaganda during emergencies. But we're suffering that already, am I right?
