Astrology of the Baltic Summit April 3, 2018

On April 3, 2018, the White House is scheduled to host a Baltic Summit with the leaders of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania in attendance. The Summit is meant to, "focus on how best to strengthen our security, business, trade, energy, and cultural partnerships," although with Mr. Trump presiding, any measure of focus on serious topics may turn out to be a vain expectation on both our parts.

Trump the Teuton?

Now if we look to Campion's The Book of World Horoscopes for founding/independence horoscopes of the three countries, we find charts in abundance due to off-on-again invasions and occupations through the years by the USSR/Russia and sometimes by Germany. Actually the independence chart of Latvia (#187) is interesting as the first of four charts for Latvia, originally ruled by Teutonic Knights in the 13th century. For on November 18, 1918 (12:00 Z01 -1:36) in Riga, the rising degree was 15Cap51 which will receive a Solar Eclipse on January 6, 2019 @15Capricorn in the 2 South Saros Series--theme: involvement with unusual groups and gaining a great deal by such involvement (Brady). Solar Eclipses in Saturn-ruled Capricorn (sign of government, law, and business) are handled best when relationships to authority figures, responsibilities, reliability, authenticity, honesty, and serious attitudes are valued and upheld. In general, eclipses are perfect watershed moments for achieving karmic progress and when conservative Capricorn is involved in the 'cosmic blink' solar picture, selfishness and overindulgence must be overcome by self-discipline in order to achieve good results. Yes, I know--what are the odds for positive improvement when it's quirky contrarian Donald 'kingpin' Trump we're talking about!

Then will 2018's Baltic Summit include an offer of group membership, perhaps of a trading kind? As you know, Trump has disdained NATO and Putin is no fan of the organization so what's the story there? Is another Baltic war on a warmonger's political agenda? Perhaps, since one sign may be found in Latvia's May 4, 1990 chart (#189) for US natal Neptune in Virgo rises at Ascendant (24Vir17) which places America's problematic, misguided "fog of war" Mars-Neptune square upon Latvian chart angles with our warrior Mars conjunct Latvia's Midheaven, the Goal Point. What am I implying? I don't know what I'm implying other than perhaps hidden messages meant for Russia's Putin may be involved via the Summit. The three nations are in Russia's sphere of influence, after all. Or should I say, grasp?

Please note that I typed this post based on astrology charts, was about to publish it, then thought to google 'Putin and Latvia' and found this: How World War III Could Begin in Latvia. Ugh.

Plus, it seems that cosmic synchronicity of the wound or wounded healer is at work here for April 3, 2018 marks the first of three Chiron Return/s for (1918) Latvia at a critical-crisis 29th degree (natal Chiron @29Pis11 Rx) with the second conjunction exact on October 14, 2018 and the third and final on February 1, 2019 about one month into the 2 South Solar Eclipse season that conjoins (or 'eclipses') Latvia's 1918 Ascendant. And of course, we've discussed before '30Pisces' and its Sabian Symbol, "The Great Stone Face" which could apply to both Trump and Putin, and perhaps to the visages of the Baltic nations' leaders as well.

Baltic Summit Summary

Naturally, there are links and such to Estonia's four horoscopes and to Lithuania's charts, too, but this is meant to be a post, not a book, so for now I'll simply add a few general observations concerning the planetary transits of April 3, 2018. It is to be hoped that a coiffed Donald Trump will be up and at 'em by 10:00 am, so looking at a horoscope set for 10:00 am edt White House on April 3, 2018, we find 15Gem44 rising which brings up Trump's natal Uranus-NN-Sun trio, with his oriental, chaotic Uranus in the lead and acting as his 'guiding planet' as always. Did he prepare for the Summit? Probably not. Will he read prepared statements at some point? Who knows. Will diplomatic beans be spilled or leaked? No surprise, if so.

Mercurial as Trump is, transit Mercury @11Aries is a retrograde chart-ruler that morning (delays, disagreements, rescheduling?) and is at an apt degree in the Sabian Symbols...'11Aries' = "The Ruler of a Nation." Of course, besides Trump there are three other rulers in attendance for this particular performance of Washington Political Theater but we know who will hog center stage. For Mercury's symbol Dane Rudhyar gives explanation: "At this ego level, laws and the restrictive power of a police force are dominant features." Hmm...sounds weightier than trade deals and cultural exchanges--and more along the lines of security issues, right? Rudhyar's Keywords may enlighten: "CENTRALIZATION OF POWER" and this is manifested as "the personal will to control reactions...", something dictators like to do, and media control or limitation may certainly be a feature of this picture. For one thing, chart-ruler Mercury, planet of meetings and summits (and the Sun = the leader) applies to squares with the transiting Mars-Saturn duo which perfected at 11:44 am edt--the day before (April 2, 2018) @8Cap57. And one of the promises of combined Mars-Saturn energies is that 'all will-directed activity meets with complete resistance' (Ebertin) so that frustration, even destruction or failure, may result. Then is April 3, 2018 a good time to hold a Summit of any kind? Well, if it were me I'd have scheduled the Summit after the duo's delaying, stalemate energies separated and Mars moved ahead of Saturn but of course no one asked! That is, unless certain actors have vested interests in the Summit's failure.

And so it seems curious to me that at MC on April 3, 2018 at 10:00 am edt White House, we find '23Aquarius', a degree which always reminds me of Russia because of its totem animal: '23AQ"..."A Big Bear Sitting Down and Waving All its Paws...DISCIPLESHIP." So riddle me this: is the Baltic Summit being held for Putin's sake and/or at his direction? And/or will it include a plea from three small nations asking for protection from Russia's well-known territorial desires and underhanded machinations? Perhaps we'll know soon who is the disciple and who the master in the US-Russia relationship because from this distance (down in Georgia USA), it certainly looks as if Mr. Putin is the one doing all the instructing.

Trump and Mercer and the 2018 Summer Eclipses

March 25, 2018: With communicator Mercury now retrograde, a review of videos on the topic of svengali-esque Trump-funder and social recluse Robert 'Bob' Mercer (Renaissance Technologies) and/or daughter Rebekah is actually quite easy to accomplish these days especially since the Cambridge Analytica scandal surfaced into mainstream awareness (and Mercer's funding of it, Breitbart News, Bannon, Conway, Cruz, Trump, etc.)

In one such video posted to YouTube on October 24, 2017, Seth Myers, in one of his The Check In segments, discusses Mercer and his far-right government-hating agenda, and more. Billionaire Mercer's aim is to reduce the US government to the size of a pinhead and he wants "it all to fall down" which perked up my ears since Robert Mercer's Prenatal Solar Eclipse in the 2 New North Saros Series repeats on August 11, 2018 @18Leo41 as The Tower Solar Eclipse for its themes of 'collapse of an existing structure or lifestyle' and the 'rebuilding that begins once the dust settles' (paraphrasing Brady's Predictive Astrology.)

What we can't know ahead of time is whether 'the tower that collapses' refers to the Washington establishment, Trump--his towers and administration, a Wall Street casino crash (where Mercer has worked as a hedge fund manager), the Mercer-Bannon-Trump campaign to destroy our nation, or all such possibilities during the season of influence of the 2 New North eclipse. It seems that all these potential scenarios have been set up by one group of actors or another but which one or ones will be triggered into reality by external events in the form of planetary transits and progressions? Will outcomes be determined by which event occurs first and either swoops the others along or perhaps makes any one of the possibilities moot?

Summer 2018: Eclipse Time Links May Be Activated

My previous thoughts before today have been that The Tower Solar Eclipse relates closely to financial events, in part because of certain US economic conditions brewing in recent years (exs: 2017's massive GOP tax cuts for the wealthy, and Trump's ill-considered trade wars), plus, because of two eclipse-related conditions--that Donald Trump's PE (2 Old North) repeats on July 13, 2018 @20Can41 (chart w details will soon be posted here--stay tuned) and the initial manifestation of Robert Mercer's PE (2 New North) which first manifested on June 17, 1928 @26Gemini during the run-up period prior to the Crash of 1929 (aka, 'Black Tuesday'--a noon horoscope is shown with destructive if wealthy Pluto @20Cancer where Trump's July 13, 2018 Solar Eclipse @20Can41 will 'hit' and thus will be made stronger as it activates the difficult fixed star Castor, one of the dark-light Gemini Twins with potentials for: sudden fame or loss, murder, crippling of limbs, and/or mental illness (A. Louis). Of course, Castor and his twin, Pollux, are also creative stars particularly in the form of writing so journalistic input such as publishing about the potentials just listed will surely be a factor.

Now it's true that both Summer 2018 Solar Eclipses are partial and so are not as strongly influential upon events or people as they could be. However, between them a Total Lunar Eclipse occurs and perhaps that is where most of the secrets lie--and will be revealed. Below is the DC horoscope of the Lunar eclipse of July 27, 2018 @4AQ44 (near US natal SN) with my usual messy notes penned on. The chart is packed full of details with potentials for: strong emotions (furious outbursts), challenges to authority (Trump, Mueller, Putin, or other?), rash actions, even violent measures which, if taken, will result in severe karmic consequences. As you see marked in blue is Mercury Rx, unaspected, and ruler of 7th and 10th houses. Mercury unaspected suggests someone Mercurial who's isolated and/or hyperactive (Mercurial Trump the tweeter? Don jr in hiding?) and it looks as if retaliation is upcoming (trade wars?) via asteroid Tisiphone conjunct North Node.

As you see, it's an Hour of changeable Mercury Rx with chart-ruler Jupiter in Scorpio making only one Ptolemaic applying aspect, a trine to Neptune Rx in its own sign of shady Pisces. This applying aspect denotes that tricky conditions will continue or worsen, illusions and delusions will continue to abound, disguises are worn or attempted, and/or someone benefits from a run of 'dumb luck'. What I didn't add on the chart is the typical Jupiter-Neptune speculation which implicates the stock market and the usual tendencies toward over-promises, grand gestures, bubbles, and/or get-rich-quick and other schemes. Caution is advised! This eclipse affects the 2/8 money axis which can also tag sexual, corporate, or other antics now ripe for spotlights and the revelations uncovered by the 2018 Summer Eclipses.

Now attractive Venus at Midheaven suggests that critical perspectives and more modest values may be desired yet with US natal Neptune (22Vir25) at Lunar Eclipse Midheaven, the deluded/deluding conditions mentioned above may be already in play and too ingrained for much improvement from valuable Venus (possible currency wars too?). Of course, the exalted position in the chart of Venus in Mercury-ruled Virgo, sign of the virgin, may also be pointing directly toward Trump's ongoing scandals with the ladies--or perhaps another public figure's sexy behavior or finances will become public fodder for the media (MC). Either way, legalities will ensue with Venus in 9th house and more indictments or trials may occur. We should also note that 22Virgo+ is the degree of golfer Donald Trump's natal 2nd cusp, a money house--and he does love to spend (waste) large amounts of taxpayer money on vacation get-aways.

Then cosmically speaking, there's the 'natal echo' in the chart via one of Trump's natal midpoint pictures repeated here by transit--marked in orange, upper right, and posited in 2nd house is Mars-Saturn = Pluto: rage, fury, destruction, bodily harm--and what there was no space to write--brutality, all potentials compliments of Reinhold Ebertin

The last chart factor I want to mention in the Lunar Eclipse chart is a dynamic T-Square between the challenge-prone Sun-Mars opposition and quirky Uranus in money sign Taurus (in 5th house of Speculation) which forms a midpoint picture of potentials for: premature action, rash behavior, over-taxing of strength, sudden events, new conditions, and/or military call-up as in times of war--or in times when an Oval Office occupant needs more 'soldiers' in the war he wages on whomever or whatever gets in his way. And synchronistically enough, the July 27, 2018 Lunar Eclipse @4AQ44 falls within Mr. Trump's natal 6th house of Military, Police, and Civil Service.

The Horoscope on Washington DC's Einstein Statue

His Jupiterian Sun Pisces-Moon Sagittarius personality blend identifies him as a philosopher and "a nature mystic with inner vision" (Harveys) which you may agree describes him very well. Rising is 11Can38 with goddess star SIRIUS (@12:25 in 1879) which makes the Moon his chart-ruler, and as such, Luna makes only one applying aspect in his birth chart: a trine with Venus (2A27) in Aries which accounts for some of Einstein's attractiveness to women, his harmonious, friendly personality (except possibly to his long-suffering wife and children--Albert really should've behaved much better there), and his popularity and talent for public relations.

Yet this post isn't about Albert, the genius, it's about one of Washington DC's most interesting horoscopes upon the statue of Albert Einstein at the corner of 22nd Street and Constitution Avenue outside the *National Academy of Sciences building which has him in bronze and sitting with his foot resting on the Bootes constellation shown in a Zodiac full of stars, planets, asteroids, and quasars. Some attempt will be made herein to make sense of this cosmic horoscope set for the moment of the monument's dedication ceremony at noon, an astrologically elected hour, on April 22, 1979. The statue was created by the famous sculptor Robert Berks (1922--2011) who came up with glyphs for the quasars since there were few or none in the olden days of 1979. Actually, Einstein's resting foot reminds me of constellation Orion's royal star Rigel (Orion's left toe) with pinioned birds underfoot which represent subjects under the pharoah's protection and to whom Orion brings civilization and education (Brady's Fixed Stars). Unfortunately for the world, the work of Einstein helped provide us with civilization-destroying atomic energy which shows how satanic actors tend to pervert what could have been positive knowledge into something extremely negative--the abomination of desolation, thanks to death-worshipers. Of course, you're familiar with Einstein's letter to FDR dated August 2, 1939 warning of the Third Reich's development of the atomic bomb, a letter which subsequently spurred the US into developing a bomb of its own instead of stopping such devilish work as Einstein had hoped. If only! But I digress only slightly for here is the Einstein Statue's Horoscope for your consideration--your on-topic comments are welcome:

Now as you see, the 1979 chart shows Chiron @8Tau53--and Einstein's natal Chiron in 11th house is @5Tau32 conjunct his Neptune (7Tau52) suggesting a Seeker on a Quest who unconsciously expresses powerful psychic and emotional energies as a vehicle for self-transformation (Nolle)--mystical! Also his Chiron trines electrical Uranus (@1Vir17 Rx in 3rd house) which helped him excite public attention but may also figure in on some very deep level to uranium and its role in the regrettable development of the atomic bomb. So we see that in 1979, Einstein was in process of a Chiron Return which would have activated both his natal aspects. Actually transit Chiron returned five times to his natal Chiron degree on: July 17, 1977, August 31, 1977 (Rx), April 29, 1978, December 13, 1978 (Rx), and February 16, 1979--just prior to the dedication of this statue. (And as you know, 1977 is the Discovery Year of Chiron @3Tau07.)

Now here is a list of the Horoscope's featured constellations and their major stars which Robert Berks immortalized on his Einstein Centennial Monument in Washington DC (my apology for not listing the quasars--they're fascinating but I have yet to use them in horoscopes):

Sirius (Canis Major), Procyon (Canus Minor), Betelgeuse and Rigel (Orion), Pollux (Gemini), Aldebaran (Taurus), Capella (Auriga), Deneb (Cygnus), Wega/Vega (Lyra), Fomalhaut (Piscis Austrinus). Other constellations represented are Draco the Dragon and Hercules.

As for constellation Bootes (the hunter and herdsman turned farmer, and a son of Zeus), its Alpha star is bright Arcturus, the pathfinder who teaches and shows the way forward. The fact that Einstein's foot is 'stepping out' resonates in the sense of one who leads the world into new ideas and ways of thinking which he certainly did. In fact, the 'papers' on his lap display in bronze his most famous formula, e = mc2. And yes, we've met Arcturus multiple times in SO'W posts as the Federal Triangle's cosmic representative for the White House...for even mystical Albert knew that, As Above, So Below !

Further Castings Have Occurred!

Two additional versions of sculptor Robert Berks' Einstein Statue exist. A 12-foot version was cast to celebrate the New Millennium, resides at the Israel Academy of Science and Humanities in Jerusalem, and was dedicated in December 1999. The 'star chart' under Einstein's feet commemorate their precise positions at the founding of the State of Israel (horoscope shown). Note that Israel's natal Sun in Taurus conjoins Einstein's natal Pluto and both receive the New Moon @24Tau36 on May 15, 2018 which also happens to conjunct the natal Midheaven and Phaethon of Donald Trump...Israel's 70-year fig tree prophecy is involved. Also note that in the 1979 horoscope shown above, Trump's natal Pluto @10Leo02 chillingly rises--and 1979 Pluto @17Lib26 Rx conjoins his natal Jupiter (17Lib27) which was Station Direct at his birth on June 14, 1946.

Another 12-foot statue was cast in 2002, loaned to the American Museum of Natural History for their comprehensive, year-long Einstein exhibition, and later purchased for display on the campus of Georgia Tech in Atlanta, Georgia with the monument's 'star chart' set for the night sky of December 10, 1948, the date of the signing of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights which is intended to be a vision for the future. *Founded on March 3, 1863, the National Academy of Sciences describes itself as "a private, non-profit society of distinguished scholars" and its website announces the 155th Annual Meeting to be held Saturday April 28 through Tuesday May 1, 2018. During the Wilson administration, the NAS's mission was expanded to serve the US government in such matters as military preparedness and to provide advice to the government "whenever called upon" for which no compensation from the government is received.

The Progressed New Moons of Trump and Bolton

Below is a dual image of the Secondary Progressed (SP) New Moons of both Donald Trump (lower left) and John Bolton (upper right). Trump SP New Moon we've discussed here previously and since Trump's natal chart is apparently accurately timed (birth data, below), the date of Trump's SP New Moon is assumed to be accurate.

John Bolton's lack of a correct birth time is more problematic when attempting to assess his progressed planets--the SP New Moon you see here issues from a 'noon' natal horoscope--and the SP New Moon's degree for Mr. Bolton is the same (8AQ52) for all three 'natal' charts I've progressed for this post--setting his natal chart for 12:00 am gives an SP New Moon on October 16, 2018 while 11:59 pm gives October 17, 2017. As noted, a natal chart set for 12:00 noon results in an SP New Moon on April 16, 2018, as you see. And since Mr. Bolton is scheduled to take over the position of National Security Adviser for Donald Trump on April 9, 2018 (last I heard), I'm choosing the 12:00 pm natal chart to calculate Bolton's SP New Moon, symbolically the beginning of a new cycle of life as will be his new White House job (if nothing goes wrong):

As you know, the timing of an SP New Moon denotes that one has been living previously within a darkened Balsamic Lunar Phase of endings, partings, and things going bump in the night, and may time a period when secrets abound. A good example of this phase and its effects is Donald Trump who was 'elected' during the phase and began his White House tenure under it. Balsamic phases are not favored periods during which to begin a new phase of life or a new project or job as we've seen with the many departures and endings of his alliances and relationships since he entered Politics. It's also a period of life when someone cannot carry on and another must take the reins in one's stead. If this can be applied to a previous president's term ending and a new fellow moving in, then there we go--Trump in the White House.

Otherwise, the constant hints or threats of VP Mike Pence taking over the POTUS helm could be part of this Dark of the Moon time which will symbolically come to a close on September 16, 2019 with Trump's SP New Moon @3Virgo12. Of course, with SP New Moons, it takes time before the new life phase and its new themes become apparent to the individual as the lunar light symbolically brightens toward the culmination of an SP Full Moon.

Sabian Symbols Are Informative for Lunar Phase Degrees

Rounded up, the Sabian Symbol for Trump's SP New Moon '4Virgo' seems applicable to his concerns: "A Colored Child Playing with White Children." Now this doesn't mean that Trump is a colored child (though he behaves like a pouting little man-baby) but it does reveal a particular issue he must deal with at this time of life, and of course, the suggestion of racism and bigotry tend to be on his menu. The Keyword for '4Virgo' is: INTIMACY...and its negative expression = lack of capacity for psychological adjustment. I think most if not all people have given up hope that Trump can or will choose to change his behavior to any appreciable amount.

As for Mr. Bolton (whenever his SP New Moon perfects), his SP New Moon's rounded-up degree is '9AQ": "A Flag Turned Into an Eagle.". The Keyword for '9AQ" is: DRAMATIZATION...negative expression = vindictive pride. For Mr. Bolton, the Balsamic Lunar Phase holds true since he's stepping into the White House position left open by Trump's recent ouster of General McMaster (though I must confess that 'vindictive pride' sounds very much like Donald Trump's behavior). Plus, that Bolton may also be in a Balsamic Phase bodes ill for his new position lasting.

Planetary Shapes Also Inform

A further comparison may be made via the shapes of the planets in the SP charts: Trump's SP planets form a BUNDLE denoting an opportunist and archetypal dictator with narrow interests, one who can build the small into the great (which includes a tendency to turn mountains into molehills--and to build towers, one supposes). Supporting the Balsamic endings vibe is Trump's SP Saturn conjunct SP Midheaven which can be a potential marker for a fall from grace if conditions are right and other chart factors and transits concur. There certainly are those working against him to facilitate such an outcome to Trump's political career.

(Note that the natal chart of Benito Mussolini contains a BUNDLE shape of the archetypal dictator--at least, that's how Benny chose to use those particular energies.)

John Bolton's SP New Moon is a different tale for his SP planets form a SEESAW shape denoting one who constantly weighs pros vs cons, works mentally within polarities, and sees the world as full of conflicts. Bolton's natal Mars-Uranus opposition supports such a world view but unfortunately it does so on a grand and explosive scale and may be used by Mr. Trump to 'justify' war maneuvers and further power and territory grabs.

March 23, 1919: Mussolini's Fascist Party (an Eclipse Timeline)

March 23, 2018: 99 years ago today, Italian dictator Benito Mussolini founded the ring-wing Fascist Party as 'Fasci di Combattimento' ('Fighting Bands') based on the struggles of 19th century Italian peasants. Advocates of Italian nationalism and wearing black shirts as uniforms, Mussolini began a campaign of terror and intimidation against his leftist opponents.

Last 17 South: Spring Equinox 2015 @29Pisces (conjunct Cardinal World Point 00Aries00) and PE of Trump's POTUS bid announcement in June 2015; next 17 South: 2033.

Besides the disruptive actions and nationalist rhetoric of Donald Trump, it's no wonder that a 'history rhymes' time link between Trump, Mussolini, and Hitler has been effortlessly easy for most people to realize whether they wanted to or not.

And to me it seems that the one useful thing Mussolini provided the world is a clear equation which keeps on giving--in our day through the machinations of Donald J. Trump and his wealthy corporate backers and political operatives:

Corporatism + Statism = Fascism.

And I suppose that since the above Solar Eclipses repeated during the tenure of the more popular and more like-able Barack Obama (2009, 2012, 2015) we must toss his presidential actions and rhetoric into the same barrel with Mussolini-Hitler-Trump. For after all, that's what America's much-touted 'pass the baton' really means--the same old empire-building regime and agenda merely with a new hand on the White House helm. And tragically for the entire world, that's how the 'death star' Pentagon's US war machine bombs on and pilfers all our money and resources.

An Astrological Comparison of Donald Trump and John Bolton

As you've heard, neocon warhawk John Bolton is Trump's designated National Security Adviser now that General McMaster has been ousted from the White House. Let's take a look at the aspects between Trump and Bolton in the synastry grid, below. Since Bolton's birth hour is so far unknown, a speculative 'noon' hour is used--his Sun and Moon remained in their signs the whole day through--Sun Scorpio and Moon Cancer, Double Water (see his personality blend notes, below):

Across are the planets of Donald Trump (June 14, 1946 10:54 am Queens, NY with his Mars 26Leo rising with royal Regulus). Down are the noon planets of John Bolton (November 20, 1948 'noon' Baltimore, Maryland). Marked in Red are the aspects likely to cause the most conflict between them (squares and oppositions). I would consider the Trump Mars square Bolton Sun the most challenging aspect, dynamic though it is. Note that Bolton was born with a disassociate conjunction between Mars in Sagittarius and Jupiter @1Cap05 which is opposed by chaos-creator Uranus Rx @29Gem44, a critical-crisis 29th degree of impatience, and conjunct a Cardinal World Point (00Cancer). His Jupiter in Capricorn opposes Trump's Mercury in Cancer, also a challenging aspect (beliefs vs thinking) which hints at misunderstandings and differences of opinion. Their association begins with a bang but may end in acrimony as so many of Trump's relationships do but these two 'warriors' are rather a lot alike which can make things even worse after a time of working together. Plus, Mr. Bolton's natal Saturn in Virgo does tend to be the critic and, as we know, Mr. Trump's overly sensitive ego cannot tolerate criticism.

In his natal chart, John Bolton's Sun in late Scorpio conjoins his Chiron denoting a deep wound to his sense of self or personality probably via father during Bolton's childhood. However, Sun-Chiron does give him a sense of having a mission in life, Scorpionic as it is. And with Trump's shaky Gemini personality in need of constant approval, their relationship may be fraught with egocentric demands between them which spill over onto others. Yet war, strife, and conflict seem to be both men's aims in life (Mars trine Mars in Fire signs) though their perspectives differ (Venus SQ Venus) and we see that in Bolton's noon chart, Midheaven, the Goal Point, is @1Sag = "A Grand Army of the Republic Campfire." Well, he has certainly demonstrated previously his grand ideas and plans to further the American Empire no matter how many innocent people must be bombed (of course, that's my opinion of him--disagree as you wish). There are, however, some beneficial aspects between them (sextiles, trines, possibly conjunctions) but since we're talking about that 'organized system of hatreds', Politics, we'll consider the negative ones in this post.

Now Bolton's explosive Mars-Uranus opposition is a primary motivator in his psyche and identifies his leaning toward reactionary politics and revolution, spurred by his opposition to the status quo. It also suggests that he is drawn to criminals and criminal activity, and possesses a volcanic temper. If any of this suggests Donald Trump, then we agree. For one thing, both men were born under a BOWL shape of planets led by quirky, quixotic Uranus in changeable Gemini. Add to Bolton a Jupiter-Uranus opposition as well and we have a neocon with dogmatic beliefs, a tendency toward adventurism, exploration, and erratic action. His Mercury-Pluto square suggests cruel and/or blunt speech and an obsessive personality who listens very little to others--again, like Donald Trump.

Yet perhaps that's a difference between them--Bolton may actually hold beliefs while Trump's 'beliefs' change with the last person's opinion he heard expressed. Or will this be a huge war hawking ruh-roh as Trump listens to Bolton and attacks Iran? My suspicion is that their partnership will allow two bad actors to scheme together toward global conflagration, as directed by their hidden masters. But hopefully, that's just me fretting--and perhaps their love won't last!

John Bolton's Double-Water Personality Blend

With his watery Sun Scorpio-Moon Cancer personality blend, John Bolton is deeply fond of 'the good ole days' and with this position in the White House those days may have come again--for him. But everyone else--watch out! Bolton is shrewd, perceptive (smarter than Donald Trump), and secretive as only Scorpio can be. A strong sense of duty may motivate him but going by subjective hunches are already in Uranian Trump's wheel house. Mr. Bolton better not show up Mr. Trump! Bolton has a strong sense of himself while Trump does not and both are very ego-sensitive and impulsive as they tend to give objectivity a pass. Still, Bolton's Jupiter-Saturn trine denotes common sense which Trump has so little of. Actually, both men tend to let negative emotions consume them as we see from Trump's obsessive tweets.

John Bolton's Prenatal Solar Eclipse occurred on November 1, 1948 @8Sco43 in the 4 South Saros Series with themes of: strong emotional feelings in relation to money and/or relationships; anger, lust; relationship events seem fated and are beyond personal control; a sudden desire to finish relationships; emotions are blocked or checked which creates much frustration; avoid rash actions until things settle down (paraphrasing Brady's Predictive Astrology; my italics.) 4 South last manifested on December 4, 2002 in the lead-up to the ill-advised, preemptive Iraq War that Bolton helped engineer and promote. 4 South next occurs on December 14, 2020 @23Sag08--less than 2 degrees from the natal Moon of Donald Trump and opposing his natal Gemini Sun--and not far from Bolton's natal Mars @25Sag--planet of war and conflict.

In closing, I should gingerly mention what you may be able to read at the bottom of the synastry grid--that John Bolton's Syzygy Moon, a Full Moon @24Tau19, conjoins the natal Midheaven of Donald Trump (24Tau18--and his Phaethon) and both will receive a New Moon @24Tau36 on May 15, 2018 which is scarily tied in with the 70-year Fig Tree Prophecy of Israel. My apologies, gentle reader, if this offends you, but I just thought you might care to know if you don't--that it's late days for Planet Earth. Can you feel it?

The Washington Monument: Center of Political Power?

In fact, the Monument marks the spot on earth where the power of these legends-in-their-own-minds is centered and politically that's Washington DC (for the moment, at least). Of course, obelisks also stand in various places across the globe such as London and New York where they mark the secretive organization's centers of financial power.

Now these mystical tidbits and many more were well known to America's Founding Freemasons, some of whom were also Rosicrucians and/or Illuminatists, and some were members of whatever other knowledge-is-power esoteric, satanic, and/or Utopian groups were around during the 18th century for occultism didn't wear the stain upon it then that it wears today. Yet the groups still exist in one form or another and perhaps you've noticed that in the last few years we've seen a preponderance of their machinations speeding up via infiltration as attacks from within and without American society become more brazen--especially since transit Uranus left mystical Pisces in late May 2010 and entered Mars-ruled Aries (crossing Cardinal World Point 00Aries00) and bringing along disruptive Uranian tendencies that inspire actions by anarchists, fanatics, blind zealots, dream enthusiasts, radical reformers, Utopianians--as the great Reinhold Ebertin informs us about Uranus in Aries in his book The Combination of Stellar Influences (I'm not making this stuff up, y'know!).

Actually, we discussed such topics in early 2015 concerning New York City's three obelisks and the prophetic Belt Stars of Orion. This was back when Scott Wolter's America Unearthed was airing on TV. Of course, that post was written prior to the political elevation of amateur Donald Trump, Uranian extraordinaire and a man on a mission. That his aims differ from Illuminati goals is not proven to me though some folk may feel differently especially if they fell for Mr. Trump's 'drain the swamp' rhetoric. Personally, I see Trump's disruptive, chaotic way of doing things part of 'the big picture', the 'Grand Plan' that's been Washington DC's blueprint all along, thanks to Utopians like Bacon and others who envisioned America as the New Atlantis.

For as you know, the whimsical if Freemasonic Mr. Trump's 10th house Uranus in Gemini is his oriental planet (last to rise before natal Sun) and as such, the planet of chaos and sudden shocks is his guiding planet. It seems tragically chilling, doesn't it? Especially for those of us who prefer a sovereign America with much less satanism, thank you very much. Still, Trump has his marching orders with his quixotic notions, lack of political knowledge and skill, and poor behavior as cover for what he's instructed to perpetrate. Tattered cover, if you ask me, but there that's the set-up for their 'great design'.

In The Cycle with Trump's Purposefully Chaotic Leadership (Even If He Is a Big Dummy)

So this is as good a time as any to remind you that transit Pluto, planet of destruction, the Criminal Underworld, hidden wealth, and transformation, has been activating 1993's Great Conjunction degree of the Illuminati-Enlightenment pair of planets, Uranus and Neptune (18Capricorn) and thereby creating a disturbing midpoint picture--activated under the quirky, bigoted leadership of Uranian Donald Trump...the big picture demands a certain course of action which must be followed, very little option to do otherwise (Tyl). Yes, bribery, threats, intimidation, and blackmail are only some of the tactics used to keep politicians and others in line and marching forward. Maybe we should ask Trump and Putin about the effectiveness of such draconian tactics some time.

Well, it's a tiresome reminder, I know, but to yours truly, the Uranus-Neptune-Pluto midpoint picture and the timing thereof makes Trump's 'election' and his odd behavior and fawning toward Putin and other totalitarian dictators easier to understand--as orders from on high. After all, Pluto in Capricorn is 'the dictator' and the element of timing is extremely pivotal to the plans of transnational social tinkerers who think they know best how to rule the world. These are obviously the sort of reptile-brained degenerates the world is oppressed by as their control grid tightens upon us all. In Politics and Business we can even say that the reptiles act under the guise of Pluto-Chiron plutocrats and use dividing tactics such as primal violence, racism, Capitalism, Socialism, corporatism, and other anti-societal -isms too numerous to mention here. By their lousy anti-democratic fruits we know them. And it certainly isn't written in stone that America necessarily has to provide the top leader of the global government-new order the chaos-creators are in process of setting up (1776--2025 or so?). (Though Trump probably assumes the top dog position will be his--at his age!!)

And although orbiting centaur Chiron has since bustled ahead of slower moving dwarf planet Pluto, we remain ensnared within the current Pluto-Chiron cycle which began at their Great Conjunction of December 30, 1999 @12Sagittarius (rounded up). For those who use a late afternoon natal chart for America (July 4, 1776) this conjunction (11Sag22) perfected upon US natal Ascendant...'12Sag' = "A Flag Turned into an Eagle That Crows." And no one has to guess which nation the 'eagle' represents in our day or which national flag is depicted in the well-timed symbol of the plutonian conjunction which helped usher in the much-touted New Millennium. Of course the 'crowing' is, in part, the illegal, preemptive, unconstitutional 2003 invasion of the Middle East with the WTC attacks of 9/11 as pretext. How threadbare Washington's alleged justifications have become! How craftily they stirred the hornet's nest! How the blow back of violence affects the entire world now! Yet oppressive Pluto-Chiron approves on behalf of the so-called New World Order (its October 24, 1993 horoscope shown).

And though Pluto remains in Capricorn until 2023, passing over US natal Pluto Rx along the way, soon a new energy shift within the Pluto-Chiron relationship begins with Chiron to Aries Point for the first exact conjunction occurs April 17, 2018. And soon a different shift occurs when quirky Uranus enters Taurus May 15, 2018. Back to Washington DC's Starry Significance

Now speaking of stars and the founding of the District of Columbia (an archetypal Venusian goddess), we've also discussed previously L'Enfant's original plan for the Federal Triangle and how our three primary buildings represent on earth three particular stars overhead--the Capitol Building = Regulus, the White House = Arcturus, and the Washington Monument = Spica, the Spike. Plus, DC's obelisk (George's phallic Monument) points upwards toward another star that we seldom hear about these days--Porrima, a star of fertility and prophecy (George is said to have had a visionary mystical streak himself). Yet the obelisk's spotlight on Porrima has always struck me as somewhat odd since Freemason George Washington could father no natural children (due to a case of smallpox as a teen?) yet his public image has been carefully crafted through the years as The Father of Our Country. Okay, on a symbolic level he was. And perhaps the more prominent role of Porrima in our 'future' times of Now is prophecy, particularly that found in Scripture: Signs in the Sky: Prophecy and Israel's Fig Tree Prophecy. Trump scooted things along by announcing the relocation of the US embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, an announcement which further stirred up turmoil in the Middle East. He is, after all, the announcer-in-chief with starry Alhena (to have a mission) conjunct his natal Mercury, planet of announcements, messages, deals, commerce, and magic tricks.

For Donald Trump is the announcer in the White House now just in time to aid and abet Israel's Scriptural Fig Tree Prophecy (linked above).

Bannon's Psychological Warfare: Cambridge Analytica

Monday March 19, 2018: Anyone who wonders at the astounding "win" of Donald Trump in the November 2016 Presidential Election must also wonder, how many ways Trump and his minions used to cheat their way into the White House. That's my personal opinion which you, dear reader, may or may not share but that's okay because this is America where citizens have the right to their own opinions and where dissent is considered patriotic especially if it's based on concern for the common good.

So is it time for yours truly once again to abandon my Facebook account? Well, it's tempting for several reasons but also because alarm bells should have loudly sounded for Facebook staff when data miner Cambridge Analytica spirited away the personal information of 60 million or more FB users for the purposes of skewing the 2016 election (and who knows what else). Trump and company are the sort of people who will do anything to 'win' and we all know how important 'winning' is to Mr. Trump who simply cannot stomach 'losers'. We also know how important his image is to him so apparently looking as if you won an election qualifies him to boast and beat his chest over what appears to be the truth even when it's false. Yes, it's lies and illusions as Trump's natal Mercury-Neptune square just keeps on giving!

A peek at Trump's current progressed aspects reveals a Moon-Pluto conjunction (12Leo+) in SP 10th house and his fear of secrets being uncovered is one thing real about him these days as evidenced by his panicked tweets. Well, it's understandable for Moon-Pluto denotes panic and paranoia--and a potential for illegitimate children which may be one secret he desperately wants to keep hidden (if one or more children exist).

As for Steve Bannon, his steering of Cambridge Analytica reveals one of the primary factors in his relationship with Donald Trump and Bannon;s touted role in the 'election' of Trump. Then on December 15, 2017, the Wall Street Journal informed us that Mueller Sought Emails of Trump Campaign Data Firm...Cambridge Analytica. Excellent.
