Answer: Off the charts, it seems. One of the oddest 'QAnon' theories of late is noted in a January 2021 article published on vice dot com that: Donald Trump will be sworn in as the 19th president of the United States on March 4, 2021. Might a peek at a speculative (fantasy-based from agent orange's Mercury-Neptune square of deception and misperception) "Shadow Inauguration Horoscope" interest you? Me, too. Besides, everyone is quite familiar by now with agent orange's fantasy-based Mercury-Neptune square of deception and misperception that inspires and generates his tiresome spinning of tall tales and his lamentable inability to deal with, or hear, the truth.

As for setting up a horoscope, the problem is, I've found no hour or location for the proposed ego-laced event so I've set the following March 4, 2021 Horoscopes for 12:00 pm in Mar-A-Lago, Florida (upper right) and Washington DC (lower left) for your viewing pleasure. These locations at noon give us some indication of the March 4th cosmic weather if (or not!) such an event takes place at all. My notes are penned on the image but I'll add a few Sun Pisces-Moon Scorpio details below the image because they seem in my opinion to fit the man and the day's conditions quite well.

Mar-A-Lago vs Washington DC

You'll note that in DC the chart-ruler is the Scorpio Moon (changes; publicity) while in Florida it's oath-taking Mercury (also changes, and transactions). As you see, Mercury conjuncts wide-girthed Jupiter at the "A Man Unmasked" degree denoting far-reaching plans of a legal nature (9th house). Plus, Venus and Saturn - together a dissatisfied pair - are the only planets that change houses between the two locations.

With Mars rising in his natal chart, Trump is often associated with planet Mars, and here in 12th house, we have a cosmic picture of a man who deeply feels the erosion of his personal power. Plus, contentious warrior Mars conjuncts fixed star Alcyone which gives him something to cry about. However, for Trump, we should probably add whine to the star's to-do list.

Meanwhile, the Scorpio Moon tilts the rim of a BOWL shape of planets suggesting a self-contained personality focused on ambition and career (10th house is inside the BOWL). People advocating for a cause or a mission may also be indicated although they're working with limited experience of the world.

But note the Syzygy Moon @8Vir57 (the Full Moon of February 27th - disrupts and reveals like a Lunar Eclipse) at the IC (Basis of the Matter) in Washington which, by degree, re-activates the 19 North Solar Eclipse of September 1, 2016 @9Vir21 - the Prenatal Eclipse of Election 2016 and of Inauguration 2017. Cosmically imprinted upon his White House tenure, 19 North themes have remained applicable during the 'Trump era' (which he seeks to expand) and perhaps you remember them: "realism; coming down to earth; becoming aware of an old situation and seeing it for what it really is; a good time for tackling the truth" (paraphrasing Brady's Predictive Astrology) #ad. Perhaps you also remember that transit Neptune, planet of deception, fraud, and grand schemes, opposed the 19 North Eclipse and has managed to muddy every issue possible with lies and fantasies while sojourning in the mid-degrees of Pisces where masking Neptune resides in the Republican Party founding horoscope/s of 1854.

And so in 2021, members of the Republican Party continue ill-advised attempts to "vouch" for arch deceiver and saboteur extraordinaire Donald Trump, no matter what it costs the people of the United States of America.

Now here are dual horoscopes for March 4, 2021's proposed "Shadow Inauguration" of the reviled con man with mobster ties, Donald Trump, an albatross around America's neck if there ever was one:

Now the Double Water blend of Sun Pisces-Moon Scorpio (vibes of Jupiter-Neptune and Mars-Pluto) describes an emotionally biased, intensely subjective combination of conscious and unconscious energies. Scathingly critical, this blend suggests those who are ruled by their emotions, opinions, and convictions (if only!), and tend to feel right at home in the underworld. Stubborn and cantankerous, this brooding combo denotes those with vivid imaginations and a dominating personality which relies on sensationalism. Using any manipulation necessary in order to gain and grasp the reins of power, Sun Pisces-Moon Scorpio types can be strong in adversity, intensely intuitive, prejudiced, and irrationally suspicious.

This blend is shared natally by author John Steinbeck, and in their book Sun Sign-Moon Sign, the Harveys suggest a couple of 'Images for Integration', one of which (you may agree) closely applies to the grudge-holding fellow with the pathetically huge ego:

February 9, 2021: US Senate vs Donald Trump

February 5, 2021: According to The Independent, the US Senate convenes for Trump's Senate Impeachment Trial "around midday" on Tuesday February 9, 2021. Whether senators will convict and/or vote to deny the insurrectionist the ability to run for office in future is anyone's guess at this point. However, a peek at a 12:00 noon est horoscope set for Capitol Hill, February 9, 2021 may be of interest to some while annoying to others who favored Trump's authoritarian coup attempt against the US government on January 6, 2021. Basic chart notes are penned on:

As you see, chart-ruler Mercury @18AQ39 is retrograde which hopefully only shows that this is the US Senate's second go-round trying to hold Trump accountable for his actions but if we look ahead to Mercury's movements in relation to this chart, we find The Messenger planet turning Direct on February 20th @11AQ01 so Jupiter @12AQ07 will again be conjoined suggesting an expansion of discussions or plans, news about legal issues, and/or the involvement of religious figures in the situation. However, Jupiter is also the broadcaster, politician, General, guru, big banker, and corporatist or CEO. Obviously, the roles of journalists, reporters, and talking heads will be on display (MC) through the entire process, plus, Mercury's Rx condition as chart-ruler can also denote delays and other obstacles gumming up the works - and results may not turn out as expected (see Uranus rising, below).

For clues about how things will proceed, let's consider the three applying aspects of Mercury:

1. Square Mars (1A23) suggests incorrect information or directions, frustration, provoked anger, strong opinions or quarrels. 2. Conjunct Jupiter (6A32) is noted, above; 3. Conjunct Venus (8A29) suggests that advice or ideas concerning legal matters, joint ventures, and cooperation, plus, contract negotiations, and/or discussions about common goals with allies are apt to occur. Gossip is also a possibility.

Now here are a few more chart factors of note:

ASC 8Gem28 = US natal Uranus (unexpected or unusual events, disruptions, chaos, and/or coping ability - our totem planet of rebellion and anarchy, here representing the January 6th upheaval), and the Moon-Pluto Conjunction @25Cap16/29 in the 9th house of Legal Affairs. Therefore, a consideration of the potentials of the intense Moon-Pluto duo is in order:

"Thesis: The people's opinion about subjects like crime, war, or internal secrecy; the role of women in controlling self-destructive impulses; popular promises in appeals to the people.

Antithesis: Encourages violence or crime; people become doubtful about how to exert the proper controls on criminal or terrorist elements; obsessions which bring a misuse of the resources available for country or business." (Midpoints: Unleashing the Power of the Planets, Munkasey). #ad

Reinhold Ebertin adds, "The pursuit of selected objectives with fanatical zeal and with subsequent attainment without regard for other people; violent outbursts of feeling, inner shocks or emotional upheavals." Noel Tyl seconds the potential for "zeal" and adds, "One-sided emotional intensity and exaggerated new plans." The zealous energies are further emphasized by Moon-Pluto conjunct the Inauguration 2021 Midheaven; add the energies of US natal Pluto and we have "the need to fight whatever evils there are" (Munkasey).

Now besides the fact that the asteroid of Justice Astraea @20Sag43 conjuncts Trump's natal Moon-SN conjunction (7th house; justice for past actions?), we may also wish to consider a few midpoint pictures which may or may not apply to February 9th conditions (I'll leave it up to you to decide, dear reader); for these only Tyl is consulted for the sake of brevity:

Mercury-Jupiter = MC ('The Goal'): "successful planning; looking for the best side of things to come about."

Neptune-Pluto = Sun: "rationalization reigns over realism."

Mercury-Pluto = Saturn: "insistence on point of view; driven by fear of failure; needing control; unrelenting demands."

Pluto-MC = Saturn: "potential scandal; major business reversal; the conspicuous threat of loss; hard, hard work; circumstances of death, bereavement."

Mercury-Saturn = Jupiter: "logic and reasoning."

Moon-Mercury = Saturn: "solving problems to grow in wisdom; depression if the tide has turned."

UPDATE February 7, 2021: A new wrinkle to the proceedings has been added by Trump attorney Schoen who wrote a letter to Senate leaders requesting that the Trump Impeachment trial be "suspended at 5:24 pm on Friday if it had not yet concluded" because he, being Jewish, observes the Sabbath. As long as the trial begins as noted, above, such a suspension only gives the Astrology of the matter a second horoscope, a bookend in time even if only temporary, to investigate! And of course Trump always loves any delay he can get. And curiously, advancing the chart to February 12, 2021 Capitol Hill to 5:24 pm est shows Mars and Uranus in Taurus bracketing the Midheaven (14Tau38). 2021 Solar and Lunar Eclipses Repeat from 1931

February 4, 2021: During his Live broadcast today, and speaking of the 'Republican Party', Thom Hartmann stated that,"--what we're seeing, much as in Germany in 1931, is a major political party turning fascist."

In relation to the rise of fascist militias under figurehead Tr*mp and their goal of seizing power, seen by all on January 6, 2021, the following are lists of the Solar and Lunar Eclipses of 1931 (top) and those of 2021 (bottom) in the 5 North and 5 South families of eclipses with basic themes of the Solar Eclipses added (top):

Now it's true that the themes of 5 North and 5 South sound quite mild but they are still disruptive 'wild cards of the Universe' in that Uranian way of all eclipses, with the power to reveal inconvenient secrets or facts that change directions of events and contain the possibility of scandal and disgrace.

Solar Eclipses in both the 5 North and 5 South Saros Series also occurred in the years 1913 (@16Ari/6Lib), 1949 (@8Tau/28Lib), 1967 (@18Tau/9Sco), 1985 (@29Tau/20Sco), 2003 (@9Gem/1Sag), (2021), and 2029 (@00Can/23Sag).

Jupiter-Pluto: The Plutocrat Pair

Historical events during these '5 North/5 South' years may serve as clues for potential events of 2021 into 2022. Also note that year 2021 holds no Great Conjunctions but 1931 was the year of a mighty Jupiter-Pluto Conjunction on May 27, 1931 @19Can16 (goosed by the Total Lunar Eclipse of May 26, 2021?) as was year 2020 when Jupiter met Pluto three times: April 5, June 30, and November 12 in the sensitized degree range of 22 to 25 Capricorn and therefore conjunct US Inaugural Midheaven ('MC' @26/27Cap).

Jupiter to MC says that good fortune without accountability can be easily lost; Pluto to MC suggests the attainment of power but with regret if others are allowed to make decisions (which to me is a hint that wealthy manipulators, domestic and foreign, must not be allowed to take over and direct the presidential agenda. A vain hope?).

As we see from her Wikipedia bio, Sidney Powell was born on May 2, 1955 in Durham, North Carolina (hour unknown) so a 'noon' natal chart has been placed in my files. Check the following horoscope, upper right, for a few of her natal details and note that one of her natal midpoint pictures (not dependent upon her time of birth) also appears, below, in the Prenatal Solar Eclipse Horoscope into which she was born, the 11 North @2Cap58 - Pluto-NN = Neptune, and in the Eclipse chart the "tiger by the tail" duo of Pluto and North Node rise at Ascendant with Neptune; suggested are: "success via lies and fraud" (Ebertin) and "sense of suspicion in associations" (Tyl):

As you see, Uranus Rx @26Can35 (opposite US natal Pluto Rx) leads a Locomotive shape of planets, ruthlessly determined on success via Uranus, planet of chaos, rebellion, and disruption. Cancer is the sign of Home but also of tribalism, nationalism, patriotism, self-protection, and subjectivity. Suggested is a period when political and social power shifts occur, plus, generational conflicts.

Also opposing US natal Pluto Rx is Jupiter Rx @27Can38 indicating a time when power and success are seductive traps and tend to be grossly overrated and mismanaged. Glowing offers are made that promise influence or oppportunities to manipulate conditions to personal advantage, plus, a contest of wills is suggested. Taxes, debts, and inheritance issues are not favored.

January 28, 2021: During Election Year 2016, a post and horoscope were published to my Two Hours blog entitled A Georgia Guidestones Horoscope and the Hopi Prophecy of a New Age. The ceremonial unveiling of the Guidestones was held in the morning of March 20, 1980. In lieu of an exact hour, the horoscope is set for 11:00 am est with Moon @21Gem48 rising opposite transit Neptune @22Sag40. This suggests that the proceedings were tinged with Moon-Neptune vibrations, a mystical, delusional influence which can deeply stir feelings and disturbances from within the Collective Unconscious. Additionlly, the Gemini Moon conjuncts US natal Mars in Gemini while Neptune @22Sag40 squares US natal Neptune (22Vir25), opposes US natal Mars, and receives a visit from 1980 Saturn Rx @22Vir58.

Now as you know, Saturn-to-Neptune is the grim face of reality transit that can also bring disillusionment, a sense of unreality, and/or financial troubles with it. Such conditions can be recognized in the "trickle down" "supply side" Reaganomics policies which began implementation during his presidency (Inauguration January 20, 1981 - by trickery).

Why, there's even a 1 North Reaganomics Eclipse to mark the GOP's delusional, corrupt policies under which we continue to struggle! And you'll remember that a nation-splitting solar eclipse in the 1 North Saros Series repeated on August 21, 2017 (Tr*mp's first year) as The Great American Eclipse, with the word "great" a part of the main Tr*mp campaign slogan. So basically, America's natal Mars-Neptune square, famous for its tendency toward misdirected motivations/activities and 'fog of war' potentials, was activated by the transits we see in the Georgia Guidestones Horoscope. Now it's only my personal opinion but you'll see penned at the bottom of the chart a notation that the 11:00 am Midheaven @5Pis35 on March 22, 1980 in Elbert County, Georgia points toward the Fascism Rising Solar Eclipse of 1933 (@5Pis28) in the 7 North Saros Series. Notes on America's Powell Chart for US Independence

January 27, 2021: As you know there are several possible founding horoscopes for America and all contain significant information about the era and its milestone events especially if studied as parts of a process. Jurisdictional Astrology addresses the three moments of origin involved in the founding of towns, cities, states, and countries: the moment of intent (decision to form), of first action (de facto), and legal incorporation (de jure).

The US Powell Horoscope of July 1, 1776 (7:09 pm LMT Philadelphia, PA) is based on the notes of participants such as John Adams and the moment of intent (first vote for independence) which is highly significant in regard to the founding of our nation.

Therefore, recommended is an awesome presentation by astrologer Gary Lorentzen concerning the Powell Chart for U.S. Independence for those who haven't checked it out previously. When Astrology combines with History, brilliance and deeper understanding result!

As for differences between the oft-used July 4,1776 chart/s and the Powell Chart of July 1, 1776, obviously there are a few. With Luna being the fastest moving cosmic body, the Moon on July 1, 1776 at 7:09 pm LMT clocks in @15Cap16 rather than Luna's usual Aquarius position of humanitarianism that most of us are accustomed to. The July 1st Sun @10Can32 (conjunct Sirius) gives America a Sun Cancer-Moon Capricorn blend and adds a Moon-Saturn square to our usual Sun-Saturn square (which improved as it matured). Formed, in fact, is a T-Square of Sun-Moon = Saturn influences that include potentials for: 'depression, repression, separation from the community, illness, divorce, renunciation, loneliness, relationship difficulties between the sexes, illness, joint or shared suffering, a weakened system', and, on a more positive note, a talent for 'addressing problems' (Ebertin; Tyl).

On another level, this dynamic T-Square describes the legislative body and laws (Saturn) that restrict (square) leadership (Sun) and We the People (Moon). Well, they do, don't they? Note that one thing the January 6th attempted coup would have effected was to end control and oversight of the president by the US Congress thus 'freeing' the Executive Branch from annoying restrictions, legislative and otherwise. In other words, we'd be stuck with the implementation of an authoritarian monarchy headed by one narcisistic despot. You-know-who. And he's still scheming against democracy from his golf club in Florida.

Karmic Saturn and the US Powell Horoscope

Now rather than the usual Jupiter-ruled sign of Sagittarius rising, the US Powell Horoscope shows 6Cap07 rising at 7:09 pm LMT - rising with fixed star Facies with the star's keywords that may give anyone pause: ruthlessness or the victim. My first thought about Facies rising is that it resonates with America's tendency to create opponents and enemies even where none exist, and Facies energy apparently adds fuel to what has become our nation's constant determination to fight perpetual war for global dominance (while neglecting the needs of We The People). Facies has a victim-savior quality (Virgo-Pisces) and here it expresses on the Cancer-Capricorn axis of Security concerns. One thinks of 'Homeland Security' as an ambitious model of Cancer-Capricorn energies.

Then Saturn as chart-ruler makes only one applying aspect: Saturn trine Uranus (5A57) which gives the US a bridge between generations where both past and present values can be melded so that a joining of historical perspective within the context of the present moment is successfully affected (Oken). In other words, inventiveness is added to common sense. However, as you know, the US and the world now labor under the difficult, rigid rays of a transiting Saturn-Uranus square (Aquarius SQ Taurus) with its rebellion against authority, law-unto-ourselves vibes. That America's natal Mars is retrograde by progression (in both our July 1st and July 4th progressed charts) adds to our problems with many of our males (Mars), military and otherwise, turning their aggressive energies inward (Rx) toward We The People. Unfortunately, the Rx of normally outgoing Mars constitutes a weakening influence for the next few decades. Our natal Mars in Gemini was mobile and ready for action while progressed Mars in Libra is about depending on feelings, emotions, and moods to lead the action. Unfortunately, Mars-rising Tr*mp was able to use this weakened condition for the purpose of expanding his power with his natal Jupiter conjunct US progressed Mars Rx (both @18Libra). Even a certain Libran laziness may be noted in some cases (his!) and in some circumstances - and yet we know that the Aries-Libra axis relates to diplomacy and to war. Meanwhile, Mars Rx inclinations toward gullibility and susceptibility to being led express willingly via Tr*mp's adoring fanatics and operatives.

Here, a personal note: my fervent hope is that our nation's 1776 Saturn-Uranus trine is helping mitigate the hate-filled, violent influences of the current old-order-to-new-order square which will eventually fade by late 2022! For if a Saturn-Uranus trine represents The Establishment and reason, may it continue to be so. Not that America can't or shouldn't change or update but I imagine that my Revolutionary ancestors would greatly appreciate their sacrifices not being in vain due to a draconian change of government to the monarchic authoritarianism they fought against. With our 1776 trine, our nation can successfully change and reform herself but we must fight against negative interference from inside and out. For as you know, America was set up to do just that. Then another feature in the US Powell Chart is its aspirational Midheaven @29Lib56; rounding up the degree to '30Libra' we have "Three Mounds of Knowledge on a Philosopher's Head." My first thought: Newton, Bacon, and Locke: a trinity of idols of The Enlightenment, aka, the Age of Reason - rather than being guided by out-of-control emotions such as those displayed by the Tr*mp Mob on January 6th.

So let's close with a consideration of the US Powell Chart's practical Water-Earth Sun Cancer-Moon Capricorn blend of conscious and unconscious energies. A dutiful, shrewd, responsible blend, Sun Can-Moon Cap contains strong family values and suggests a strong worldly father (Cancer, sign of nationalism, pariotism, and tribalism) plus a good, caring, reliable, and ambitious for her children mother (Capricorn). Even while quietly looking out for Number One, a hard bargain is often driven in the marketplace, and respect on the global stage results. An instinct for leadership is in evidence with this blend, organizational talents are obvious, but with a deep need for authority and control.

January 25, 2021: Here's a lightly edited (for clarity) excerpt written in 2016 which concerns the frothy planetary pair of Jupiter and Neptune and their Great Conjunction/s of 2009:

"Now those readers who were reading Stars Over Washington in 2009 and before know that I have typed a large amount of words concerning Jupiter and Neptune as a pair of energies that represent potentials for 'the grand spirit, visions, big promises, flowery religious sentiments, subversion, surveillance, get-rich-quick schemes, fraud, waste, speculation, hypocrisy (Ebertin)--and irresponsible, abusive, or reckless financial mismanagement. Political conflicts are also within the realms of Jupiter-Neptune (ex: Republicans vowing failure for President Obama since Day One). Such readers may be familiar with astrological principles and if so, they have not missed the significant synchronicity of the three 2009 conjunctions of Jupiter and Neptune perfecting upon the US Moon in late Aquarius as seen on July 4, 1776: mundane US Moon = We the People.

The blend of this grand influence of the societal planet of expansion (Jupiter) and urge-to-merge Neptune (often a leader in fraud, falsehood, deception, smoke screens, masks, veils, loss, failure, theft, dissolution, contagion, mysticism, crime, and planet of The Masses, The Media, and propaganda) induced us in 2009+ to be exploited by our dreaminess, by falling into a swoon, having little sense of reality, becoming involved in speculation and fraud, losing ourselves in plans which brought waste, loss, and instability for a majority of the public (ex: the housing crisis). That America's natal Neptune @22Virgo conjunct fixed star Denebola (to go against society) obscures Barack Obama's natal Mars @22Virgo allowed the effective use of Jupiter-Neptune = natal Moon; meanwhile, those who were aware of the significance of such cosmic occurrences noticed that they timed and chimed with our newly elected "rock star" president (Mars-Neptune). This also relates to McConnell casting Neptunian shade over President Obama's natal Mars (motive, energy, action) to undermine him as every opportunity."

And with nebulous Neptune, as with Saturn, Uranus, and Pluto, the seductive, deceptive influences were karmic or fated for the American people (US Moon). And actually, those same influences have been operative through the hypnotic appeal of Donald Trump - for those who have been susceptible to his "charms." He's a real pied piper, y'know? However, the fumes of 2009's Jupiter-Neptune = Moon energies will dissipate by the next Jupiter-Neptune Conjunction of April 12, 2022 yet some effects may linger in the breeze since the 2022 conjunction perfects in mystical, shady, secretive, and perhaps compassionate Pisces, ruled, and some would say, co-ruled, by Neptune.
