As you know, the 1st Oath was taken by a popular fellow, General George Washington, and his Oath-taking on that day creates our nation's archetypal model for the US Presidency. Here you see the 1st Oath Horoscope set for 2:00 pm LMT (historical record) with Virgo rising, Gemini at Midheaven, both ruled by Mercury, planet of oaths and those who take them - here in pioneering Aries; several of President Joe Biden's natal placements are penned around the chart, such as 1789 North Node @28Scorpio pointing directly toward Biden's natal Venus-Sun:
Sun @10Tau46 (9th house), the leader, has been under the influence of the 6 North Solar Eclipse since April 2022 (@10Tau28) yet 6 North themes are in process of waning as the 6 South Eclipse @2Scorpio (October 25, 2022) takes over and a forceful power grab for control intensifies. Meanwhile, 1789 Inauguration's Prenatal Solar Eclipse (@6Sag15) fell into the 7 North Saros Series with themes of 'deep passion long-hidden; lust' (B. Brady) to which I've been compelled to add "blood lust" due to 7 North's repetition in April 2023 and because of the current crop of saboteurs and faithless traitors desperate to coup the US government and enforce authoritarianism and Utopian zealotry upon the American people, thus deleting George Washington's democratic Republic from the world stage of leadership. Or so they wish.
(By 'Utopian zealotry', I refer to their determination to rid America of the rule of law so that a free-for-all cowboy-style 'Old West' manner of living (dying) is established, brutal and cruel, with everyone "locked and loaded" for a shoot out.) Have you ever noticed that the NRA Horoscope of 1871 contains a Mars-Saturn Conjunction in Capricorn, the 'death axis' pair of planets? So many profits to be made by promoting death!
As for eclipses and the US presidency, we know that all eclipses act as Uranian 'wild cards of the Universe' and 'cosmic blinks' which suggests the unpredictability of their effects. Disruption we know, change of course may be forthcoming, perhaps even Earth shifts or weather events, yet sometimes the themes of a particular series don't have as strong an effect upon circumstances as the fact that an eclipse manifests upon a certain planet, star, or point in a horoscope. Naturally, total eclipses are the strongest actors and in similar fashion to planet Uranus, eclipses may act early, on time, late, or never with a multitude of factors mitigating and/or supporting their energies and power.
That said, I suspect that most SO'W readers would agree that 6 North themes (ex: 'relationship to authority figures') have affected the US presidency, a role which, at this time, happens to be inhabited by Joseph R. Biden. And I'll simply say that his maturity and experience have been appreciated after our country's previous roller coaster ride of misrule and criminality led by the orange scofflaw.
So hopefully, this post and horoscope are useful to you, dear reader, and that you will join me in my plan to Vote Blue in November 2022 and 2024 so that our democratic Republic can weather the current political and ideological storms brought by fascist/nazi types of violent criminals. Because the world has tried that barbaric form of government during the 1920s to 1940s decades and found it sorely lacking. What say we not try it again.

Readers of SO'W will remember the astrological portents of all 1 North solar eclipses and 1 North's *themes (listed, below) because we've previously discussed a few of the significant historical events which have occurred under the influence of this series in that cyclic history-rhymes sort of way which (Uranian) 'wild card' eclipses tend to provide via disruption and sudden changes in the course of earthly events. 'Cosmic blinks' as they're sometimes called. Revelations may also appear, sometimes leading to scandals and crises for the naughtier among us. For politicians? Oh yes, most definitely for politicians.
Why 'The Mother of All Eclipses'? Because it's the One North, numero uno!
The initial 1 North Eclipse occurred on January 4, 1639 @13Cap48 (opposite what would become America's Sun on July 4, 1776), a year during which several significant Events Transpired in locations such as early Virginia and Connecticut. Note that all subsequent 1 North eclipses in their particular signs should be viewed through a Capricorn or Saturnian lens; one way to do this is bwo the angular relationship between their signs (ex: 2017's Leo inconjunct 1639's Capricorn with Sun-Saturn flavors).
Now in our era, 1 North eclipses have manifested in the years:

May 27, 2020: With the significant month of June just around the corner here is a round-up of information concerning June's Lunar and Solar Eclipses, plus, a link to a few details on America's 'birthday' Lunar Eclipse of July 5, 2020. No telling what secrets, leaks, and inconvenient facts will be revealed and which may lead to scandal during our Summer of Eclipses but we can be quite assured that disruption is on the calendar and changes of direction are due whether sought or not.
1. Excerpt from a previous post: "Lunar Eclipse June 5 @15Sag34 - this one will be personal for America if a late afternoon natal horoscope is used for it perfects near US natal Ascendant in Sagittarius (July 4, 1776 Philadelphia, PA) and is rising in 1st house." In addition, this Lunar Eclipse 'eclipses' the Moon of the US Judicial System which may or may not be worrisome for the people of the United States (Moon = the people; horoscopes shown).
2. On June 21, 2020 comes Summer 2020's sandwich filling in the form of the Summer Solstice Solar Eclipse. In Moon-ruled Cancer a Solar Eclipse tends the Collective toward extreme emotions and/or the urge to hide away like a crab in its shell! Occurring upon a Cardinal World Point of manifestation of global events, the Family of Mankind will experience a cosmic blink from above. That the ongoing pandemic will somehow be involved goes without saying - either positively, negatively, or a mixture of both.
3. Then comes Independence Day 2020 and a Capricorn Lunar Eclipse which directly involves America's natal Sun (POTUS) in Cancer from July 4, 1776. Will the eclipse activate the fixed star that our Sun conjoined in 1776? Possibly. If so this would be Sirius, the scorcher, so this will be a Lunar Eclipse worth keeping our patriotic eyes upon.

May 13, 2020: As you know, any solar or lunar eclipse may act as a 'wild card' or 'cosmic blink' that disrupts events, lives, and/or circumstances much as quirky planet Uranus can do, and karmic changes of direction are typical results. Uncovering secrets, inconvenient facts, and/or scandals may also occur around the time of an eclipse - or earlier, later, or never - also much as Uranus can do. Of course, eclipse effects depend on where in one's horoscope an eclipse falls with outcomes usually manifesting within the house (department of life) along with any aspects made by an eclipse to our natal placements.
So checking cosmic happenings for December 2020, we find that Trump's natal (Total) Lunar Eclipse @23Sag04 will be 'eclipsed' (conjoined) by the 4 South Solar Eclipse of December 14, 2020 which suggests, among other things, the potential for some sort of culmination or completion--probably in his relationships (Sun-Moon). Synchronistically, we should also note that the 4 South Eclipse in December will 'eclipse' his Inauguration 2017's Saturn, planet of responsibility, accountability, reliability, integrity, and realism - and his natal Moon and South Node.
That's a boat load of karma coming for Donald Trump but let's not gloat just yet. Things could turn out peachy for him given all the foreign and domestic aid he receives, plus, where Trump goes so goes America. Because We The People are players in this cosmic card game, too. And although karmic progress is always a possibility around eclipse time, positive traits of the eclipse sign must be the objectives to express. In the case of Jupiter-ruled Sagittarius, the primary themes are truth seeking and upholding moral and ethical principles. Well, we know this doesn't pertain to con man Trump (who may still be around in December 2020!) so let's add here the negative possibilities for a solar eclipse in Sagittarius which will relate to society in general along with Trump, his Republican enablers, donors, comrades, and supporters:
Negative Connotations of a Sagittarius Solar Eclipse: moral principles may be incorrect which results in misplaced idealism or misguided beliefs so that karmic endeavors are ineffective and can magnify problems rather than solve them. Indulging in exaggeration misses the mark or falls short of objectives while false optimism causes karmic conditions to be underestimated and thus ineffectively or wrongly dealt with, neglected, or ignored. Therefore, true progress will be lacking, illusory, or temporary at best.
And as we know, for Donald Trump appearances are everything.

So if you enlarge the image and read my scribbled notes, here's the 4 South Solar Eclipse Horoscope of December 14, 2020 set for Washington DC and snugged around the Inauguration 2017 Horoscope which shows the eclipse of 2017 Saturn in the financial 8th house and 2020 Mars conjunct 2017 Uranus (nontraditional or radical methods and/or danger of explosion in the 12th house of Politics, Large Institutions, Behind-the-Scenes, and Karma--yet another Trump hissy fit?):
Adding 2017 Saturn to December's 4 South eclipse energies, on a negative level we find people such as free loaders, deadbeats, and those who prefer to shirk responsibility while casting blame on others. Meanwhile, their hard-to-break personal habits interfere with what could be karmic progress along with a failure to take problems and obligations seriously. Related is the fact that Trump was born with a Moon-Saturn inconjunct showing an undercurrent of guilt and nit-pickiness in his emotional reactions to others (exs: reporters! Democrats like Schiff, Schumer, Pelosi!) as he continually projects blame upon anyone but himself for deeply emotional and neurotic reasons. And as we've learned in excruciating detail, his is a personality completely unsuitable for the Office of President of the United States of America.
So tell me: what cosmic card do you think Trump will draw in December 2020?
Of Cosmic Blinks, Wild Cards, and Secret Plans Uncovered

Although two 'wild card'/'cosmic blink' eclipses will soon manifest--one Solar, then a Lunar, both in July--someone has scheduled a G20 Summit within the timeframe of their influential vibrations. Known for revealing secrets and other hidden things, eclipses tend to stir up events in that Uranian way with sudden disruption and interruption while inconveniently exposing scandals and other tidbits best kept hidden. Revealing or not, complete changes of direction may result and we might even say that via eclipses, God blinks at mankind's antics--or, with a cosmic gotcha!, does He sometimes wink?
The 2019 G20 Osaka Summit is scheduled for June 28 and 29, 2019 in Osaka, Japan to be chaired by PM Shinzo Abe. One must assume that Donald Trump will blow in to the proceedings like a hot breeze with his usual chaos-creating demeanor and without participating as any previous US president would do.
The founding of Japan dates back to February 11, 660 BC and there are at least three modern horoscopes for the country. One chart you may wish to view is set for May 3, 1947 Tokyo when their post-war constitution went into effect (The Book of World Horoscopes, Campion, chart #172; ASC 18Leo57, MC 12Tau37 conjunct Sun 11Tau50, Moon 17Lib09 conjunct Trump's natal stationary Jupiter 17:27).Now as you know, Trump is a brazen boundary-breaker, a condition well-described by his stationing Jupiter which turned Direct @17Lib27:07 a mere 3 hours 11 minutes after his birth (June 14, 1946 10:54 am Queens, NY). Plus, his natal Jupiter is also prominent because it conjoins two asteroids: Astraea (an archetype of justice!!) and Osiris. And as you know, fairness is a major concern of expansive Jupiter when in Libra, sign of Partnerships, and Trump's transactional nature stems in part from this placement with the natal sign of Jupiter revealing how one relates to other people--in his case, it's Aries-Libra's Me vs You axis.
As for the G20 Osaka Summit 2019, the background cosmic atmosphere can be described in part by the event's Prenatal Solar Eclipse ('PE') in the 2 South Saros Series which perfected on January 5, 2019 (est) @15Cap25 with a theme of 'joining unusual groups and gaining a great deal'. Yes, the G20 is a group yet considering this event when 'world leaders' get together for secret conferences to discuss the rest of us, my suspicion is that the summit may fall more under the auspices of the upcoming 3 North Solar Eclipse of July 2, 2019 @10Can37 for June 28 and 29 are certainly within the two-week range of influence prior to the perfection of the 3N eclipse. And its themes definitely relate directly to America for its degree falls between our national Jupiter (5Can56) and Sun (13:19) with business-oriented, Moon-ruled Cancer a sign of tribalism, protectionism, security needs, patriotism, and the Homeland. Plus, it may very well be that masses of refugees seeking homes are on the 2019 G20 agenda. Unhelpfully, transit Jupiter (the financier and the politician) remains retrograde until August 11, 2019 in its own sign of Sagittarius, sign of the foreigner and the immigrant.
That difficult events have occurred in the past under 3 North eclipse vibes cannot be denied but hopefully our world will not veer too far astray (or toward a deceptively 'trumped up' war with Iran) under 3 North themes as 'world leaders' (aka, figureheads) meet in Osaka, Japan, knock heads together, arrogantly plan our futures, discuss financial arrangements, and drink toasts to what they consider their 'success'...during the last week of June 2019.

February 19, 2019: POTUS and a Full Moon with Lots of Stars

If the Trump administration remains in the White House until February 2019 as I suppose it will, the Full Moon horoscope of February 19, 2019 seems significant to me for multiple reasons: royal star Regulus @00Vir05 ('the king' or 'the kingmaker') will be reflected and revealed by the light of the Full Moon along with the natal Ascendant (29Leo) of Donald Trump. Note that prominent New and Full Moons sometimes act in Uranian fashion as if they are 'wild card' eclipses, and fixed stars express or are activated via eclipses (Ovason).
Alcyone rises at the moment the Full Moon perfects (10:53:29 am est) at the location of the White House, with the star's key phrase, "something to cry about." Plus, Trump's natal MC (25Taurus) with furious Algol upon it (and Nancy Pelsoi's natal Mars!) has just risen and languishes in the 12th house of Politics and Karma. The Sun-Moon midpoint (00Sag42) sets upon the Descendant along with asteroid Kassandra, key phrase: "a prophetess telling the truth but no one believes her" which may suggest someone's testimony in the Mueller investigation or to Congress. As you know, Lying vs Truth is such a problem for Mr. Trump and his associates with so many activities to cover up. (Confession: I still wonder if there's a love child behind Trump's curtain!)
Also of interest in the Full Moon chart is the Mercury-Neptune conjunction in mid-Pisces, sign of secrecy, for it conjoins fixed star Achernar, key phrases: crisis at the end of the river and risk of rapid endings. This conjunction is particularly notable since Trump's natal Mercury-Neptune square has always given him much to lie and leak about and has provided our nation with a fantasy-prone, indiscreet, unreliable, unable-to-learn, emotionally immature man playing the role of US president. As you see, this conjunction falls in the 11th house of Groups and Associations. And legal eagle planet Saturn @16Cap53 (conjunct steady, strong Rukbat = Mr. Mueller?) has just conjoined the January 2019 Solar Eclipse @15Cap25 (which conjoins the 9th cusp of this chart) in the 2 South Saros Series--theme: 'joining a new group and gaining a great deal by it' (Brady). In a previous post I related this eclipse theme to the new members of the 116th Congress which seems appropriate, agreed? Perhaps Mr. Trump will soon join a new group!
Now notice in the center of the chart I've penned an 'Image for Integration' for the practical Water-Earth Sun Pisces-Moon Virgo combination: "Small events bring enormous consequences" (Sun Sign-Moon Sign, by Charles and Suzi Harvey). Another 'Image' for this combo: "Faith and reason shake hands." (btw, this is the natal personality blend of Senator Ted Kennedy.)
Well, there are several other chart factors worth noting here and many of my study notes are penned upon the chart if you don't mind enlarging the image to read them. See if you agree that the February 19, 2019 Full Moon may represent a significant signpost on the Path of Donald Trump with Full Moons the phase of culmination, fulfillment, awareness, and relationships (or perhaps the ending of them) - perfecting as the Full Moon does upon Trump's natal Ascendant, replete with several activated stars--plus, a Thor's Hammer pattern with its midpoint picture notated on the right side of chart:
Of course, perhaps I fret over nothing for a Full Moon conjunct Trump's natal Ascendant could simply indicate a larger, more revealing publicity event than unusual. But really now, how is that even possible?
Wild Card Uranus Returns to Its 'Wild Card' Solar Eclipse Degree of August 2018: Eclipses Are aka 'Wild Cards of the Universe' and 'Cosmic Blinks'

Now you might think the following cosmic event pictured in a DC Horoscope, below, is insignificant and perhaps you're correct. You may also believe that once a new solar eclipse manifests, all previous eclipses are no longer subject to activation, whether the eclipses were Total or not. There we disagree.
So in consideration of the crisis-ridden political climate in America these days as led by chaotic Uranian Trump, and the themes of the August 11, 2018 Solar Eclipse @18Leo41 which is also known as 'The Tower Eclipse' for its karmic collapsing/rebuilding energies in similar fashion to the planet of disruption and chaos, Uranus (Donald Trump's guiding planet in his natal horoscope) here is Uranus conjunct the Sun on April 23, 2019 as it returns to its partile degree of 2Tau33 in 'The Tower Eclipse' horoscope of 2018:
Most of my notes are penned upon the chart so please enlarge the image for better viewing as you wish--although I should point out a few factors: that the transiting Mars-Uranus midpoint sits upon the natal MC of Donald Trump along with enraged star Algol of Medusa fame and this suggests that any, all, or none of the potentials you see penned inside the horoscope may express--plus, transit Mars will soon hit Trump's natal Uranus (17Gemini) in his 10th house of Career and Public Status and this will activate what could be an especially explosive or dangerous period for him; also note that chart-ruler Venus makes no application (other than her conjunction with Chiron), and the chart's BOWL shape is led by an 8th house Moon in Sagittarius (Moon = women and children; the public; Sag is the sign of foreigners and immigrants).
Plus, it's impossible to ignore the cluster f**k at Midheaven with Saturn in Nodal Degree (doubly karmic, or fated) and conjoining South Node, a Saturnian point of separation (see chart notes). Plus, there's power-mad Pluto nearby as the two heavy-weights prepare for their rendezvous on January 12, 2020 @22Cap46 (see link, below) which conjoins the natal Vertex ('VX') of Mr. Trump. Some of Big T's natal placements surround the chart and are highlighted in lavender pink, a perfect shade for cowardly bullies, don't you think?

Could This Be The Cosmic Blink Anti-Trumpers Are Waiting For?
As you see in the above horoscope set for the White House on January 21, 2019, a Total Lunar Eclipse @00Leo51 will 'eclipse' our US POTUS Sun (Inaugural Sun @00AQ49 on January 20, 2017 = Trump playing president) and transit Saturn, legal eagle, time keeper, and karmic lesson-bringer, will oppose US natal Sun (13Cancer 19 on July 4, 1776) bringing restriction and possibly an ending to some if not all of Trump's Oval Office role playing as America's commander-in-chief, a job he was ill-prepared for but that was the point for those who placed him in that particular position. For all those who placed Trump in charge had to know of his unstable, substandard, know-nothing, compromised, corrupt condition beforehand but they socked it to America anyway. That he was highly suggestible and didn't ask any questions made him the malleable choice especially after being 'groomed' for years to play the role he'd always coveted anyway. Gemini the thespian!
Now it's true that the previous Solar Eclipse @18Leo41 occurred on August 11, 2018 as 'The Tower' Eclipse for its theme of collapse of plans and lifestyles, then rebuild once the dust settles. It's also true that The Great American Eclipse @29Leo (August 21, 2017), a Total eclipse that split America into two halves, North and South, landed by degree directly upon the natal Ascendant of Mr. Trump and activated royal star Regulus and his rising Mars--and you'll remember how he famously took off the safety glasses and looked directly into the eclipse while it was happening like a total buffoon--blindness is said to threaten at a future date). Such a golden Apollo! (Well, if 10:54 am really is his birth time he was born with asteroid Apollo rising.)
Now both solar eclipses affected--affect--him, yes, so the Lunar Eclipse shown above could very well be a third-times-the-charm direct hit to Donald Trump via his role-playing as POTUS or it could be simply a blow to the US presidency itself, its power and authority and not the ending of the amoral Mr. Trump as we've come to know and dislike him. Note that the eclipse perfects only hours after Inauguration 2017's Solar Return 2019 occurs (exact on January 20, 2019 at 11:36:15 pm est with ASC 17Lib57 thus bringing up Trump's 2nd house Stationary Jupiter - exact to the degree plus 30m--17Leo27).

Recently we discussed here the Full Moon of November 23, 2018 @00Gem52 conjunct weeping Alcyone of the Pleiades constellation. For those who keep up with solar eclipses, it comes as no surprise that the November 23rd lunation of 2018 spotlights or re-activates a previous Solar Eclipse by degree (00Gemini), an eclipse which manifested during the watershed year of 2012 and this suggests a return to certain topics of that time. Therefore, the themes of said eclipse may also come into play again for they have continued 'running in the background' all along with Collective implications (plus, another previous solar eclipse from a different Saros Series may be triggered as well--see below). And perhaps you agree that New and Full Moons can sometimes 'behave' much as an eclipse would do--New Moons in similar fashion to Solar Eclipses, Full Moons like Lunar Eclipses with their more unconscious potential for total awareness. Such catalyzing action and the changes they portend would depend, of course, on an eclipse activating the horoscopes of individuals through which history is made.
Yet all eclipses are "wild cards of the Universe" with their disruptive, sometimes shocking abilities for sudden changes of direction similar to planet Uranus and they may also be termed 'cosmic blinks' for light on Earth is temporarily removed or reduced by a Higher Power.
The Solar Eclipse set to be re-activated by the November 23rd Full Moon occurred on May 20, 2012 in the 14 South Saros Series @00Gemini - conjunct, as noted, Alcyone, keywords: 'something to cry about'. Adding to this complexity is the fact that the May 2012 and November 2018 lunations @00Gemini may also re-activate another prominent Solar Eclipse in the 13 South Saros Series which occurred @1Gemini in 1993. All this said, the themes of 13 South and 14 South are handily listed, below, and please note that 1993 is the year of the Great Conjunction/s of Enlightenment-New World Order planets, Uranus and Neptune:
Potentials for 13 South May 21, 1993 (1Gemini) themes: 'conflicts, wars, constitutional crisis' (now, compliments of Trump), 'striving for group endeavors in positive or negative fashion', 'expansive energy under which lies a more sinister flavor', 'an urge to expand but his contains frustration, inhibitions, loss, or separation' (all themes from Brady's Predictive Astrology). And note that a 13 South Solar Eclipse also manifested in 2011, next in 2029.
Now as you know, Uranus conjoined Neptune three times in 1993 @18Capricorn and with 2017/2018 Pluto, planet of the Underworld, coming along in an activating fashion, so that a midpoint picture forms: 'the big picture must be followed, very little option to do otherwise' (Tyl) which I've always thought sounds like the mobster's ultimatum, the 'offer that can't be refused'. Do US congress members, particularly of the GOP persuasion, hear such a sinister ultimatum whispered in their compromised ears? Perhaps you agree that thuggish Mr. Trump is implicated, not the least because the Sabian Symbol for '18Capricorn' is POLITICAL POWER with its negative expression: 'smug or strong-armed paternalism' which of course echoes the potential for Trumpian authoritarianism on the rise (across the globe, actually, but my focus is America, my only nag in the race). This above all is the reason the Trump regime is unwanted and constantly criticized by those of us who prefer America as a democratic Republic over his style of vicious, sinister, self-glorifying paternalism.
Potentials for 14 South May 20, 2012 (00Gemini) themes: 'periods of hard work then success', 'Mercury-Pluto content' (contained in 14 South's initial eclipse @11Scorpio in year 984 OS) suggests that 'an obsessive idea will finally be accepted' which then leads to the 'promised success of Jupiter', 'pushing for acceptance of ideas or methodolgies' (or authoritarian ideologies? jc) 'as this eclipse can bring the long awaited breakthrough'. Of course, Mercury-Pluto suggests America's natal opposition between them (1776) and the potential for total surveillance which we now find lurking within AI which IS the 'New World Order', aka, 'the Matrix'. And btw, the NWO's Sun @1Scorpio was recently highlighted by the Full Moon of October 24, 2018 (1Tau13), the Syzygy Moon of the 2018 Midterm Elections. Synchronicity!
Now the next 14 South eclipse occurs in 2030, plus, 14 South also manifested on May 10, 1994 @20Taurus, the year that presented us with government shutdowns and the so-called Gingrich Revolution when Newt and the GOP took control of the House against democrat Bill Clinton and 'eclipsed' William Jefferson Clinton's natal Taurus Moon.

By now you've heard that the accuser of SCOTUS nominee Brett Kavanaugh, Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, has called for an FBI investigation into the alleged assault at a party in Summer 1982 and while this may seem to discount yesterday's post of the September 24, 2018 horoscope of what was characterized initially as the day of the dueling testimonies of Kavanaugh vs Ford--and a huge hiccup for Donald Trump in the flow of his preferred judge's confirmation process--it doesn't negate the horoscope at all since whatever events occur on Monday on Capitol Hill will be found reflected by the planets shown in the day's horoscope set for that location.
Perhaps more importantly, the notes in yesterday's post concerning 'The Tower' Eclipse now in force in the 2 New North Saros Series and the synchronicity of a previous 2 New North Solar Eclipse manifesting on July 20, 1982 cannot be dismissed for the two eclipses represent cosmic time links describing the 'background noise' between 1982 and 2018 and call to mind the unpredictable Uranian nature of all eclipses which, acting as 'wild cards of the Universe', tend to reveal what was hidden, however inconvenient or scandalous the uncovering may be for the individuals who are directly involved.

Occurring after what's being called The Great American Eclipse of August 2017 which 'splits' our nation from coast to coast, the 2018 Solar Eclipses fall into the 1 South, 2 (New) North, and 2 Old North Saros Series and, based on the Nodal cycle of 18.6 years, are repeats of the eclipses of year 2000 in the same signs (AQ, Cancer, Leo) but at different degrees. In addition, the year 2000 brought a fourth Solar Eclipse in the 2 South Series which manifested on Christmas Day @4Capricorn. This go-round, 2 South will repeat on January 6, 2019 @15Capricorn with themes of suddenly finding a new group to join and expecting great gains from such group involvement (Brady).
Since history tends to rhyme if not repeat, deeper insights into the 2018 Solar Eclipses may be attained by considering the historical events that occurred in the years that their initial eclipses began:
1 South occurred @1Vir15 on August 24, 1729 (ends September 22, 2973); 2 (Old) North began @5Can49 on June 24, 792 (OS) (ends July 23, 2036); 2 New North began June 17, 1928 @26Gem21 (ends July 16, 3172) and not only relates to the NYSE and finances but through the influence of its theme of collapse is understandably called, The Tower. Of course, the WTC Twin Towers were already brought down on September 11, 2001 but we now have NYC's Trump Tower (and various other Trumpish structures across the globe) to concern us in more ways than one. Significantly, 2 Old North is the Prenatal Eclipse series of Mr. Donald Trump and in 1946, his year of birth, eclipsed America's natal Uranus @9Gemini--our totem planet of war and revolt.
However, please note that "The Tower" Solar Eclipse of July 31, 2000 (which repeats on August 11, 2018 @18Leo41) was actually not the Prenatal Eclipse (PE) of the 9/11 attacks as we might expect. The PE of 9/11/01 was the 3 North which manifested prominently at Summer Solstice 2001 (June 21) upon the Cardinal World Point of 00Cancer, the stargate degree. And with glaring synchronicity as humanity entered the New Millennium, the winds of war and strife had already been let loose as described by the August 11, 1999 Solar Eclipse in the 1 North series, the 'Mother of All Eclipses' that Nostradamus warned us about so many moons ago with its Fixed Grand Cross of Oxen-Lion-Eagle-Angel (mid-degrees of Taurus-Leo-Scorpio-Aquarius) which may be found prophetically described in the Book of Revelation.

September 2016 begins on the 1st of the month with a Solar Eclipse @9Virgo21 uncovering what may be stark facts and secrets and this provides constructive conditions conducive to a tackling of the truth. (Brady)
Two weeks and a day later, a Lunar Eclipse @24Pisces manifests and further spotlights the Virgo-Pisces polarity of the victim-savior axis. Naturally, Mercury (Virgo) and Jupiter (co-ruled by Neptune if we wish to call it so since we are typing about larger trends in society). The transiting Neptune-South Node covers much intrigue, loss, propaganda, and crime (with a Neptune-Saturn flavor) but the period will pass although its effects will last a while until they fade and dissolve.
19 North: The Virgo Solar Eclipse of September 1, 2016
With this particular 19N Solar Eclipse, a Virgo filter allows the sign's energies to express in such a way that discrimination, discernment, purity, and a sense of duty are sought, engaged, or, in some cases, neglected. As an Earth sign, Virgo indicates physical demands of some kind are presented or called for. Keen observance and deep perception are best utilized wherever possible while the 19 North themes are in effect if forward progress is to be made--themes of realism and constructively tackling the truth. Harvest is a word often associated with (goddess) Virgo and there is actually a *karmic asset here if things are kept in perspective for too much criticism, degradation, (--"that's disgusting!," says Mr. Trump quite often); plus, neglect of health, and/or overuse of restraint when action is called for may interfere with progress.
Note that Virgo health connotations also involve Genetics, DNA, Family Roots, and Genealogy Research into them. Those like yours truly with a current Saturn transit to natal 4th house may be involved in such an investigation as I type!
The September 16th Lunar Eclipse in Pisces suggests the primary reactions and instincts of the Collective concerning events and conditions that the Solar Eclipse has wrought. Compassion, confusion, infection, mystification, denial, and other Piscean characteristics will come up for air as a result of the Virgo Solar Eclipse which, as it happens, is the Pre-Natal Saros series of both Election Day 2016 and Inauguration 2017 so that eclipse themes will apply to both events and have actually begun to express early in tandem with the current 18 South Solar Eclipse which perfected on March 9, 2016 @18Pis55 and includes themes of separation, endings, and partings--yet new situations may lead to positive results so that all may turn out in the end (paraphrasing Predictive Astrology, Brady).
