Karmic Saturn: Planet of Authority and Accountability

While combing through SO'W this morning looking for a different topic than what I found, a post displaying the Pentagon's 1942 horoscope surrounded by the 12 North Solar Eclipse Horoscope of January 15, 2010, turned out to be interesting, even useful to today's news events. Not just because this week's public discourse includes the query: were Pentagon officials involved in or complicit with Trump's January 6, 2021 coup attempt against the US government?
But the post is interesting also because the 12 North Eclipse of 2010 occurred @25Cap01 within the sensitized degree zone of governmental Capricorn which has seen karmic planets Saturn and Pluto working it over pretty good by transit of late. And as you know, the two planets even met on January 12, 2020 @22Cap46 to begin a new 33-year cycle of their harsh, compressive energies. Plus, the later degrees of the Cancer-Capricorn axis can have a tendency to treat people as objects (if such influences are unmitigated by other factors), and this is besides the sign's obvious implications in the realms of government, law, and business - some positive, some negative.
Then there's the handy switcheroo manipulated under the FDR administration when US Inaugurations were shifted from the first week in March, to the 20th of January (or other, when the 20th falls on Sunday), effective as of 1937, the change which placed Saturn-ruled Capricorn at Midheaven, the Goal Point of our inaugural charts and presidencies. Of course, included is US 1776 Pluto, and this signals the authoritarian democracy vs fascism dictatorship issues coming to a head in 2022 with America's first-ever Pluto Return, exact three times this very year beginning in February.
Meanwhile, our opportunity to vote in the 2022 Midterms comes in November when we'll attempt to choose what kind of government we want despite thugs and ruffians of a Trumpian persuasion, and the massive, nationwide cheating and rigging campaign that the GOP must perpetrate in order to shove through their anti-societal candidates.
Now commentators have identified the year 2009 as the beginning of anti-government racist organizations such as militia groups and the 'tea party', activated by the 2009 Inauguration of Barack Obama whose natal Saturn in Capricorn wasn't despotic enough for them, nor was he Caucasian enough.
So in closing, the Neptune-Pluto global criminal network, termed by some, The Octopus, appears in the Pentagon 1942 post linked, above, so do check it out if you dare!
Here's a blast from the past, a 1912 cartoon warning against the banker-supported Aldrich Plan which opened the gate for the creation of the Federal Reserve Bank of the United States, a central bank such as President Andrew Jackson was so determined to root out of the American system for he recognized them for the illuminized government take-over artists they were.
As you know, the Bankers' Panic of 1907 was used as the justification (cover) for setting up a central bank the likes of which have orchestrated financial booms, bubbles, busts, and crashes ever since. Pluto/Chiron = plutocrats, their agents, and other oppressors
In America then as now, when you set your eye on inhabiting the Oval Office, you must play ball with the big boys of the Pluto/Chiron persuasion. In fact, in the January 20, 2009 Inauguration Horsocope, the transiting midpoint of Pluto and Chiron sits precsely upon the MC, the Goal/Aspiration point of the chart.
Later on, after you accept Pluto/Chiron's abundant gifts for doing their bidding, you may suffer a measure of remorse for accepting their backing for the piper's tune becomes shriller than promised, the dance more frantic, and the required task more distasteful than initially expected.
Here's what Freemason Woodrow Wilson said after he'd allowed America to be snookered into creating a royalist, plutonian, oligarchic Federal Reserve Bank, a private enterprise that runs the US government yet is not a federal institution at all.

Just a heads-up for all appreciate an overview of current societal conditions as seen through the lens of planetary cycles and explained with a global perspective by mundane astrologer Theodore White. His October 2011 Forecast includes financial information and is accessible here.

Yet I suppose the old adage, 'If it ain't broke don't fix it' might apply if the breaking--and the people's suffering which results--weren't being perpetrated on purpose by plutonian operatives of a global crime syndicate, The Octopus, as NY Mayor John F. Hylan once termed it because its tentacles reached into every institution and agency--and in 2011, the corruption and its 'reach' are even deeper.
How Soon We Forget--At Our Peril, Turns Out
John Hylan once informed the American people that:
"The real menace of our Republic is the invisible government which like a giant octopus sprawls its slimy legs over our cities states and nation. At the head is a small group of banking houses generally referred to as 'international bankers.' This little coterie...run our government for their own selfish ends. It operates under cover of a self-created screen...[and] seizes...our executive officers...legislative bodies...schools...courts...newspapers and every agency created for the public protection."

Sea-ruler and dissolver, watery toxic Neptune has been washing over and over US natal Moon (we-the-people), and US Secondary Progressed Moon recently conjoined Sec Neptune so a shipload of wobbly conditions arrived in the people's harbor (Moon); Neptune also signifies the masses.)
Fraud is one of Neptune's faces as well with men hiding behind masks all around us, in every institution like the tentacle of a sinister, globe-throttling octopus. This octopus has engineered and plotted until our national Boxcar of Abundance has careened off the rails by the machinations of a clawful of Bolsheviks (and other factions clambering for control of the micrpohone) as history repeats on several levels.
Fortunately for us, this script of treachery and gangsterism (Pluto/Chiron) may be described (translated) for a different understanding since Astrology brings in the element of Time and so gives a fuller picture especially when planetary archetypes are factored in. Shall we indulge?
My guess is that 2010's Solar Eclipses - operative about 18.6 years ago (and 18.6 years prior to that, etc, and due to their Saros Series repeating approximately every 19 years like Great Cosmic Clockwork) - is trying to tell us of similar societal themes, some of which really need closure on an honest footing - from the year 1992 - January 4, 1992, to be precise; Solar Eclipse 13Cap51 in the 12 North (12N) Series:
sudden opportunities come along to accept greater responsibilities, most likely due to another person's inability to carry on; events may be difficult but results are good for self-esteem and harmony. (paraphrasing Brady's Predictive Astrology.)
This is the one I cheekily called the New President Eclipse since it occurred Jan 26, 2010, only 6 days into the Obama administration's taking over the helm and he obviously took on responsibilities: Dubya couldn't run a 3rd time and McCain was too old, Palin too inexperienced.
So if we cast our minds and Kindles back to 1992 for the issues and concerns of that era, we're seeing repeating themes turning up on our plates and in the news in 2010. The power elite agenda from 1992 is still on the boil and their To-Do List shortens. Or maybe that's a Done-Done List - or will be soon for they've convinced themselves they cannot fail with their oh-so-attractive goose-stepping style. Puh!
Anyway, prior to the 1993 Great Conjunction/s of Uranus/Neptune, the illuminated pair, 1992 saw a rigidly Fixed Saturn/Pluto square (Saturn AQ, Pluto Sco) which the world has similarly groaned beneath in 2010 (Saturn Lib, Pluto Cap); Queen Elizabeth called 1992 her "annus horribilis" for what one assumes relates to three out of four marriages of her children ending in divorce along with the Windsor Castle fire.
(You'll find that the video of George Bush Sr announcing the New World Order is re-embedded below because 1991 ushered in 1992. There's some discrepancy concerning the date so I'm not certain Bush gave the address onSeptember 11, 1991 or not though much has been made of its foreshadowing of September 11, 2001. Whether it was on Sept 11, 1991 or around that time, the NWO shout-out to the future sounds chilling enough coming from those dead, wonky eyes and Republican neocon war profiteering mouth.)
As you know, when using Political Astrology's magnifying lens to look at squirmy Politics, I like to consider the presidencies of the years in question; of course some years are transition years and two presidents (1992) baton-pass during that 'peaceful transition of power' pap they feed us, and on some level, I suppose you could say it's correct as far as it goes. Of course, assassinations are special cases that skew the schedule (or do they? For NWO purposes, I think they're meant to put things back on track!)
How would you like to be put into the Oval Office by people so powerful and ruthless, they 'take you out' if you don't follow their script? Nor would I.
Yes, despite pompous presidential inaugurations in DC, throwing a fancy ceremony is no guarantee that anything substantive has changed or will change in US policy, foreign or domestic...as long as the one world government script is being followed there's only one outcome the win-at-any-costers will countenance. Trampling those who dare stand in their way is of no moment to this gaggle of globalist psychopaths.
So! Check out events of 1992 as a mate for 2010's proceedings if you dare. Bill Clinton's dance card was full then and outgoing prez Bush Sr was a player being a former CIA Director and NWO president. Of course, Poppy's televised upchuck at a 1992 state dinner in Japan is on every one's favorites list on YouTube circa 2010.
2010 Solar Eclipse #2
The second Solar Eclipse of 2010 is the one we're basking in now (to the extent that some can and their homes aren't being washed away by larger forces such as mortgage fraud, systemic robogate, or a tsunami) - the 12 South which manifested on July 11, 2010 @ 19Can24 conjunct Fixed Star Castor which can bring loss as well as murder, and yet it's a star of writers like Danny Casolaro who was born with his Mercury (writers, journalists, reporters, speakers, traders) conjoining Castor's degree. Here's a link to a video concerning the Casolaro murder about which Bush Sr and Bill Clinton should have been grilled.

So the current July 11, 2010 Solar Eclipse is in the 12 South Series: successful outcomes to long term worries; a worrying or draining issue will at first seem worse, then clear.
In late June-early July, I used the flavor of 12S to give me hope prior to BP's current capping of the Deepwater Horizon well, and sure enough, they managed it four days after 12S occurred. Plus, 12S will be the PE of the 2010 November midterms so perhaps the alleged rout of Capitol Hill Democrats won't be as massive as polls now seem to indicate.
Now I'll leave you with an ugly video which has been posted here before. Bush Sr's confidence about NWO-implementation is stark as we consider how well the march toward global fascism has so far succeeded since the attacks of 9/11/01 with Financial Collapse 2008 serving as an integral part of their one world government plan.
In his book *The Secret History of the West, Nicholas Hagger says that the term 'new world order' was first used in the modern media by Nelson Rockefeller on **July 26, 1968, when he asserted that he would "work toward international creation of 'a new world order.'"
(The term) 'was widely used following the collapse of the Berlin Wall in 1989' (Reagan.) 'President George Bush used the term several times before the Gulf War; for instance, "Out of these troubled times...a New World Order can emerge" ('Sept 11, 1991' as displayed in the video below ~ although this precise date is disputed, particularly as noted in this text of Bush Sr's speech to a Joint Session of Congress, Sept 11, 1990, not '1991'; notice in the text he refers to their "fifth objective, 'a new world order.'" jc.)
'And the term has been much-used following the terrorists attacks on New York's Twin Towers and Washington's Pentagon on September 11, 2001, and in association with President George W. Bush's ensuing war in Afghanistan. A new world arrangement is taking place.
The New World Order has frequently been associated with American world dominance and increasing powers of the UN. Essentially is is the creation of a world revolution to form a United States of the World. A world revolution cannot happen everywhere simultaneously; it is by its very nature piecemeal, involving component revolutions in specific local places, now here, not there.'
Hopefully, I am not quoting too much text from Mr. Hagger's book for my intention is to say that the more people reading his books, the better.
In Hagger's next paragraph he goes on to say that 'the immediate roots of the New World' is what he calls a "Syndicate of banking and governing families seeking to control the world's oil, in which the European Rothschilds and American Rockefellers were principal influences,' and that they have had 'a dynastic drive for a one-world regime ever since 1900. 'The drive has been linked with Templar Grand Orient Freemasonry.' (My caps.)
He then questions whether separate revolutions of the last 550 years are linked in some way, and offers the reader other intriguing posers. In his Introduction, Mr. Hagger states that, 'The roots of the New World Order can be found in the dismantling of the old Catholic Europe, and it is to the Reformation and its effects on the Elizabethan world that we must first look, a revolution that influenced Utopians for the next 550 years.' (Remember Rumsfeld's "that's old Europe" brou-ha-ha?)
We're bedeviled by Utopians! So. How 'utopian' does it feel to lose your job and watch your kids go without basic necessities? Now don't you think that if Congress cared a fig they would've avoided plopping us into this broiling stew to begin with? Government is the problem, all right, but not for the reasons government disingenuously cites.
Of course, I have more questions on the topic of the NWO and the chaotic messes the world has been mired in since the 'New Millennium' reared its Nostradamic head:
Are Pentagon-labelled "insurgents" of the Middle East, in their haphazardly violent way, fighting on the correct side of the resource-pillaging Syndicate because they are fighting its establishment as a one-world-government? Is The Octopus, the network of world crime families, actually as against me/my kith and kin (and you, dear reader) just as much as they are against those who stand in their oil-grabbing and plundering way in the Middle East and elsewhere?
Is installing a 'new world order' fair justification for invading Iraq and anywhere else the White House and Pentagon cast a raptor's eye upon? Are you enjoying the 'financial collapse of 2008' as a way of ushering in the economic chaos that is an integral part of the singular money system by which they will manipulate the world's trade, commerce, and basic needs such as food and water?
Are you ready for your day and manner of worship to be dictated to you?

In 1929, the 'little guy' working man (woman) who had been snookered into investing his life savings with Wall Street, was wiped out along with middle men who may just as well have jumped out of The Windows Of Wall Street for fear of prosecution for fraud and racketeering than for the loss of wealth which accompanied the exposure of their weaknesses, warts and all.

The Crash of 1929 was the raising and dashing of a multitude of hopes: for a funded retirement, college monies for a child, a first house - you name it, Wall Street gentry and their buds dashed it and walked away more flush than before.
Yes, you know it, you love it: it's an international Octopus with its life-squelching tentacles around the throat of humanity. Just say, No! to its further encroachments today.
Oh dear. I just ideologically joined some of the town hall protesters with their righteous questions shouted to a shove-it-through congressional team of on-the-take heisters and shysters. Well, that's just great.

Nuclear weapons expert Dr. David Kelly did not kill himself just after his role was revealed concerning the UK's 'sexed up' intell designed to scam the British people into war with Iraq in spite of experts like Dr. Kelly saying there were no WMDs.
(There weren't. Even a few neocons will admit it now that it's too late.)
Thirteen UK doctors are now speaking out on behalf of an inquest...fine, if it's not simply a whitewash committee set up to lay suspicions, if not the victim, to rest.
Although I spent quite a few hours studying charts for Dr. Kelly and his July 17, 2003 'suicide' at the time, the only place on SO'W I mentioned Dr. Kelly's assassination was in October 2007 along with other mysterious deaths of a political persuasion.
Kelly had told someone that he would probably end up dead in the woods. (He did. He bled out from a slashed wrist, they say.)
Perhaps our former VP and his reputed 'death squad' can shed some light on the case of Dr. David Kelly who dealt with politicians and their backers, people who would do anything to promote their main cause and protect their elite positions.
And just like writer Danny Casolaro, assassinated during the last manifestation of the 11 South Solar Eclipse Series in 1991 - which repeats on July 21, 2009 at '29Cancer' - Dr. Kelly was writing a book, which would have to have been a very telling book, one suspects.
Wonder if Dr. Kelly's notes mysteriously disappeared just after his death as did Danny Casolaro's notes on what he called The Octopus, the world crime syndicate whose tentacles now throttle the entire globe?
With Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke testifying on Capitol Hill today, I've taken a meander down SO'W's Memory Lane for Bernanke posts and found 11 of them.
Here are two which will remind you, among other things, of the August 1, 2008 Solar Eclipse (10 South) which is the Pre-Natal Eclipse Series of the New York Stock Exhange (into which the NYSE was born 1792) and thus is very telling for how things have proceeded within the US financial system since the current manufactured collapse:
NYSE and its Solar Eclipse Series 2008 was written before the financial collapse of summer 2008 and contains many details of a financial nature which Astrology describes quite well (I may not, but Astrology does.)
So if you're tempted to think that astrological cycles have nothing to do with financial cycles, perhaps it's time to change your mind!
Then there's Hylan, Bernanke, and the Fed which quotes past NY Mayor John Hylan concerning the "small group of banking houses" being the head of the "invisible government which like a giant octopus" has invaded local and federal governments of the US of A. Only in the New Millennium - more completely, as planned.
