Spring Equinox 2024: Moon-Pluto

This post is a second look at the Spring Equinox 2024 Horoscope, again set for Washington DC. Unlisted is the Vertex ('VX') of fated encounters which falls at a Cardinal World Point of Manifestation: 00Can11 in the 8th house of the chart which qualifies as a cosmic time link with the 4 North Solar Eclipse @00Can21 on June 21, 2020 with themes of "restriction; restraint; illusion; separation; misjudging strength or the situation' (B. Brady).

Obviously, year 2020 is prominent for America in particular because it ended with the 4 South Electoral College Vote Eclipse of December 14, 2020 @23Sagittarius (near Trump's natal Moon/SN) with its "strong emotions over finances and/or relationships; sudden urge to end unions; blocked emotions; sense of fatedness; events beyond control; avoid rash action" (paraphrasing B.Brady). And as we know, these frustrated energies gave rise to "The Big Lie."

So as you see for year 2024, there's a prominent, emotional Moon-Pluto opposition (astro-notes penned on the chart, upper center) with Pluto @1AQ39 in 3rd house leading a BOWL shape (advocating for a cause along with Altair, the eagle star of empire) while combative Mars @27AQ46 conjuncts the IC of Domestic Scene and suggesting the quarrels, anger, and a potential for violent acts which Campaign 2024 could bring - but no one needs Astrology to tell them these possibilities:

Now for astrologers who use a late afternoon horoscope for America (July 4, 1776), Mars @26AQ46 conjuncts US Moon in late Aquarius which adds another level of belligerence and aggression to the Spring 2024 Moon-Pluto picture. Plus, as you know, a Spring Equinox Horoscope may be utilized for an entire year but also for a quarter of a year with the Summer Solstice 2024 Horoscope "taking over" in June. Yet obviously, an overview of both charts, plus, Autumn EQ and Winter Solstice will provide the broadest picture of an entire year into the next.

As an example, society has continued to operate under the auspices of the Winter Solstice 2023 Horoscope since last December and will continue to do so until the above March 19th horoscope "takes over" the reins, so to speak. Well, planetary positions do morph into one another don't they, as round and round they go, cycles within cycles.

Then last but not least, the above foundational position of warrior planet Mars diametrically opposes the natal Mars @26Leo46 and rising of Mr. Trump and reveals a year of hitting his head against a brick wall (due to irrational/unreasonable desires, as echoed above in my the Moon-Pluto opposition notes), with his ideas, plans, and aggressive actions meeting the equally determined forces arrayed against him.

And all under the influence of the 7 South Solar Eclipse which manifested on October 14, 2023 @21Lib07 with themes of "crisis," or, "a huge obstacle suddenly clears" with everything seeming to "move at great speed" (B. Brady) - and in Libra, the sign of the Scales of Justice.

As most Americans know, the framework of the US Constitution (horoscope shown in bi-wheel form) was built upon the constitutional government of the Iroquois Confederacy (5 Nations +1). Taken as a sign, a Total Solar Eclipse @5Vir22:26 of August 22, 1042 marked the beginning of the Iroquois Confederacy at what is now Victor, New York. Perhaps I'm only now realizing the significance of the eclipse after the Full Moon of February 24, 2024 @5Vir23 (DC Horoscope shown) cast a bright spotlight upon my natal Saturn, a bit of a workaholic when in Virgo.

Then within the sphere of what I term a cosmic time link, this suggests that the 10 North themes manifesting on August 22, 1142 are now activated by degree in relation to constitutional and governmental concerns of our day. 10N themes are penned on the chart, and Sabian Symbols for "6 Virgo" and "6 Pisces" are listed:

So with the US Constitution involved, the SCOTUS bench, now ruminating on significant concerns affecting the future of American democracy, has a role to play and may be influenced by 10 North themes running in the background of current events. Perhaps it's an insignificant cosmic time link or echo when the Full Moon of June 14, 2022 @23Sag25 culminates directly upon the December 14, 2020 Solar Eclipse in the difficult 4 South Saros Series (23Sag08) with its themes of 'strong emotions over money and/or relationships, sudden desire to finish a relationship', and 'frustration, and blocked emotions - avoid rash actions' (B. Brady). Naturally, you'll recognize the 2020 4 South as the Electoral College Vote Eclipse (DC Horoscope shown), and perhaps we can agree that rash actions were not avoided by certain malcontents.

Full Moons Can Behave Like Lunar Eclipses, New Moons Like Solar Eclipses: Mix with the Karmic Nodal Axis!

So for your consideration, below is a messily notated DC Horoscope of the Full Moon of June 14, 2022 (inner chart - to emphasize the Full Moon's house cusps) with the earlier occurring 4 South Eclipse of December 14, 2020 surrounding it (outer) which could represent a culmination or fulfillment of some kind in relation to the 2020 Electoral College Vote for Joe Biden, and the sore loser's Big Lie which has been used ever since to sabotage America, gaslight the American public, and undermine our election process.

Notably, there's a powerful midpoint picture which stands out because all or some of its potentials apply, and it involves the organized crime duo of Neptune and Pluto along with the North Node of public contact:

When Jupiter reaches Shadow Degree January 2022

Update Sunday October 17, 2021: A look back about 12 years ago when transit Jupiter was @2Pis11:03 on January 27, 2010 (12:21:13 pm est) may be informative. Rising 29Tau27 with 2022 North Node @00Gem31 rising there; MC @7AQ43 (The Goal Point), is 2021 Saturn's favorite spot in the Zodiac to tarry these days. Meanwhile, 2010 Jupiter @2Pis11:03 is fresh off his Great Conjunction/s with dreamy Neptune (3 times in 2009 in the range of 24-27AQ), there's a difficult Saturn-Pluto square (0A14), but the breakthrough pair Jupiter and Uranus have yet to conjunct at Aries Point in June. Additionally, an unaspected 2010 Uranus @24Pis01 (of spurtlike activity) is where the 2022 Jupiter-Neptune Conjunction takes place = 'decisions based on odd or unusual theories' (our current condition thanks to bad faith actors, aka, saboteurs). Plus, Moon @2Can01 opposes Pluto (4Cap13) and forms a dynamic T-Square with 5th house Saturn Rx @4Lib28 suggesting 'realism concerning gloomy thoughts, constraining forces', and 'pressure to regroup forces and plan anew' (Tyl). The Prenatal Solar Eclipse series is the 12 North which speaks of 'accepting new responsibilities and commitments' (B. Brady) via the Solar Eclipse of January 15, 2010 @25Capricorn which is, as you well know, a highly sensitized area of the Zodiac these days and is very near US 1776 Pluto which returns to natal degree multiple times in 2022, a major first-ever transit.

Of course, you'll recognize the 2010 time period as an Obama administration year in which 'Obamacare' (ACA) was successfully passed in March but as a cosmic time link, the T-Square also involves the orange menace (or blighter as I often think of him) because 2010 Saturn conjuncts his natal 2nd house Neptune so that other potentials are suggested by the intense Moon-Pluto opposition of 2010 such as 'seeking miracles as rescue from immediate problems' and a 'lack of emotional clarity' (Munkasey). And while he probably sought miracles in 2010 with the Saturn-to-Neptune "grim face of a reality" transit in effect, he certainly excels with his ridiculous notions and fantasies now.

Friday October 15, 2021: Below is the DC Horoscope showing the moment on January 8, 2022 that transit Jupiter reaches, then surpasses, his own 'Shadow Degree' of 2Pis11:03 (10:12:31 pm est Washington DC with fixed star Denebola rising (to go against society; out of the mainstream). As you can see, starry Bellatrix (success through the shadow) sparkles at Midheaven (MC = The Goal/Aspirations/Public Status). But the fly in this Jupiterian ointment is the Mutable Grand Cross (highlighted in lavender) formed with the Ascendant and MC - but there are US natal Neptune conjunct ASC, and US natal Mars conjunct MC - making America's problematic square visible to the world, and is perhaps a suggestion of the US acting on the World Stage:

Now as we see, transit Neptune @20Pisces49 remains in process of opposing US Neptune in Virgo (sign of health) with racial and other persecutions denoted along with a clash of ideals - while this Mars @18Sag54 (conjunct IC) soon opposes US natal Mars (22Gemini), a 'head-against-brick-wall' transit. Thus the 2022 Mars-Neptune square activates or triggers the energies of America's natal Mars-Neptune square of misdirected actions and confused motivations with its tragic 'fog of war' implications. However, positively inspired action is certainly a potential but only if reality is directly and honestly faced (see chart-ruler Mercury's applying aspects, lower left corner).

And of course, facing Saturnian reality is only possible with Joe Biden in the White House and was never even considered by the orange menace (the great privaricator, the grand fantacist), then or now. Crazily, as I type his acolytes and financial enablers continue to advance his outright lies while making underhanded arrangements to steal elections in 2022 and 2024, because cheating is the only way the GOP can 'win'.

Even so, with his very survival at stake, reckon the orange menace cavorts upon The Edge of Petrified Forest? Well deserved if so, yet extreme caution is necessary since everyone knows that snakes are most dangerous when cornered:

So with stationing Jupiter @3Pisces ("A Petrified Forest" = 'SURVIVAL'), Jupiter in the above chart may represent on one level the Jupiterian Tr*mp fighting for his life. And as you see, Jupiter is posited in the 6th house of Military, Police, and Civil Service, plus, Health and Employment, so Yes, a weakening of someone's health may be indicated with contagious Neptune in 6th house, too.

More positively, the Covid situation in the US and across the globe will hopefully improve in 2022 as protective Jupiter moves ahead beginning in January, and/or political impasses may begin to resolve more beneficially in the US, or at least ease in some way or other. After all, Year 2022 starts under the cosmic imprint of the 5 South Solar Eclipse of December 4, 2021 @12Sag22 and with its joyful theme of benefits seems a positive way to start. And basically, once Jupiter turns Direct many projects can move ahead as 2022 proceeds. Also note the strong Venus-Sun-Pluto trio at 5th cusp of Risk-Taking with the predictive Syzygy Moon (last lunation prior, and was the first of 2021 on January 13th) of Joe Biden's Inauguration 2021 also conjoining the 5th cusp. Prominently, the 2021 Capricorn lunation @23Cap13 conjoined Inauguration 2021's Midheaven suggesting a seeding of new plans by the Biden administration.

Jupiter of Multiple Talents

Of course, gaseous Jupiter is also a corporate indicator as well and he loves the freedom to range beyond limitations and boundaries, but I don't care to guess at this early date what may improve for the corporate class unless we're talking about pro-democracy CEOs who pay their taxes and favor improvements within US society for the American people (often their customers! For after all, when the US government provides resources for the American people, We The People spend it back into the economy which aids the common good).

Now Jupiter may also represent bankers, financiers, investors, economists, military Generals, broadcasters, propagandists, professors, foreigners, and/or public relations gurus.

And we also know that generous Jupiter expands or increases everything he touches, positively or negatively, and sadly on June 24, 2021, with Jupiter at Station degree and apex planet of the difficult Saturn-Neptune midpoint (deceptive practices), Florida's Surfside Condominium Collapsed killing 98 people.

So whether or not the Jupiter at Station you see in the January 22nd chart signifies the wide-girthed orange menace, the functions of mundane Jupiter in Pisces will be set free at last and will move forward on many levels and in many realms of life since the Great Benefic turned retrograde on June 20, 2021 @2Pis11:03, the day of Summer Solstice 2021 (DC Horoscope shown: Jupiter at Station rises in DC!). Meanwhile, Washington's financial stalemates and heated legislative conflicts broiled on Jupiterian Capitol Hill, and it was a record-hot summer of heat waves in the US of A.

But wait! Mundane Jupiter the Hierphant can be religious yet he often wears a political cap so the planet 'entering fresh territory' in January 2022 will hopefully be helpful as the 2022 Midterms approach (day of a Lunar Eclipse!). Or at least, campaign donations will be huge - the same as they ever were.

Overthrowing US more successful for Rutherford Hayes

September 29, 2021: Below is Thom Hartmann in a segment from his broadcast posted to YouTube yesterday (9.28.21) in which he discusses the Federalist Society's John Eastman memo (link to text, below) which laid out the Federalist-backed plan for crazed Tru*mp to seize the presidency and remain in power ad nauseum come January 20, 2021.

Thom notes similarities between the 2020 Election and the controversial election of Republican Rutherford B. Hayes who was aided in seizing the power of the presidency by 'win at any cost' enablers. If curious, you'll find a link below to a previous posting of the Hayes Inauguration Horoscope in which a cosmic time link turns up between then and now!

Because as you'll see, the Prenatal Solar Eclipse of the Hayes Inauguration fell into the 4 South Saros Series and a 4 South eclipse repeated on December 14, 2020 - the very day of the Electoral College Vote Count which, as it turned out on January 6 (7), 2021, was won by Joe Biden, a life-threatening outcome of disaster for you-know-who.

And that particular 2020 Electoral College Vote Count, as you know, led to the very vote counting and certification event in Congress that Tr*mp's 1/6 mob attack ("Stop the Steal") was intended to delay for a few hours so that, as Kraken Powell asserts, Justice Samuel Alito could allegedly intervene and, in time, insert his anti-American judgment to make Tr*mp president for life with the help of VP Pence, of course. But Mike Pence balked, as you know, when advised that his ceremonial VP-ship didn't possess the power for such power-grabbing tomfoolery.

And, similar to 1877, we should mention that the December 14, 2020 4 South Eclipse is the Prenatal Solar Eclipse ('PE') of Inauguration 2021 and would have been its PE, no matter who was inaugurated. The 4 South eclipse themes of 'strong emotions over money and relationships' with 'a desire to suddenly end relationships' (B. Brady) would have influenced events in one way or another. For example, it was Tr*mp's relationship with the White House that ended - and ours with him. But he's rather like the rubbish boyfriend who just keeps calling, isn't he? No, the mobster hasn't give up and his neo-n*zi comrades, foreign enablers, and the anti-American corporatists who fund the global authoritarian movement are regrouping their forces for their next planned onslaught against America. For as you know, the years 2022, 2023, and 2024 are naturally the key time frames for their next power-seizing attempts prior to Inauguration 2025 (horoscope shown - assuming there is an inauguration).

Solar Eclipse April 2022 and the Marseillaise Trio

Beware: The Mars-Jupiter-Neptune Trio from 1792 Soon Repeats

For astrologers, key dates in the History of the French Revolution reveal intriguing planetary alignments with the Marseillaise Trio of Mars, Jupiter, and Nepune prominent and coming to represent extreme violence such as stormings, breaches, and mob riots against established authority. Note that when the Storming of the Tuileries palace occurred on August 10, 1792, the planetary Trio was aligned in late Libra, sign of balance and justice, as the populace demanded an end to the French monarchy of King Louis XVI and proceeded to dethrone the king. But why mention this historically significant planetary alignment now?

Because a heads-up may be in order for unfortunately, the Marseillaise Trio will form in 'marching order' once again and can be seen in the Horoscope of the April 30, 2022 Solar Eclipse in the 6 North Saros Series (shown below) and ranging from 23Pisces to 1 Aries with globally significant Aries Point included, one of the four Cardinal World Points of manifestation. Here, Venus is among the Trio which will tighten on May 18, 2022 when Mars and Neptune conjunct @24Pis59:35 and Jupiter inches slightly into Aries (1:22).

Initial 6 North Eclipse of May 15, 0850 (28Taurus) Repeats on April 30, 2022

May 15th, the 'Ides of May', is a significant date in history and marks the Roman Festival of Mercury, aka, Mercuralia, when merchants honored Mercury and prayed for profit and the ability to continue cheating customers. And as you know, messenger god Mercury is called Hermes in Greek mythology and is well known for her/his commerce, trading, communication, teaching, tricksterism, thieving, and other talents and skills. Interestingly, Mercury rules both the Ascendant and Midheaven of the April 30, 2022 eclipse chart and @00Gem48, conjuncts Alcyone with its keyphrase, 'something to cry about'. Or, perhaps Mercury conjunct Alcyone will simply bring rain a bunch!

April-May 2022 Solar and Lunar Eclipses

So yesterday when we discussed some prominent Karmic Planets That Block President Biden's Plans into 2022 I hadn't yet thought much about the first Solar Eclipse of 2022 occurring April 30th @10Taurus28 in the 6 North Saros Series and what changes and disruptions its 'wild card' Uranian energies could bring to the White House and to the US government. Adding to this is erratic Uranus @14Tau32, the degree of America's Inaugural Ascendant every four years and spotlighting fixed star Menkar with its 'victim of the unconscious' implications and link to Jonah and The Whale (saying what must be said, as presidents with bully pulpits do).

Since 6 North themes involve 'relationships to authority figures' and 'taking control and responsibility' we must, however reluctantly, consider the April 30, 2022 Solar Eclipse (DC horoscope, below), plus, the accompanying May 16, 2022 Lunar Eclipse in Scorpio (not shown - and perfects within a day of May 15th depending on your location and time zone). As you know, accompanying Lunar Eclipses reveal clues concerning societal reactions to their related Solar Eclipses (these across the Taurus-Scorpio axis). And as you see, the Solar Eclipse's 3rd cusp @25Sco36 (when set for DC) points toward the May 16, 2022 Lunar Eclipse which may actually signify the Full Moon referred to in the Symbol for the Venus-Jupiter Conjunction @28Pisces (6th house; wealthy people) - which in turn relates to the symbol for the Solar Eclipse itself ("11Taurus") via the concept of Gardening Under the Full Moon, at the culmination stage of plans seeded at the previous New Moon.

Note: Sabian Symbols supply additional information for those who use them and several are penned upon the chart.

So besides the 'take control' energies contained within 6 North themes (see the top of the chart for the rest), the Symbols identify gardening, care, development, and cultivation as additional underlying potentials of both April/May 2022 eclipses, plus, Taurus is the sign of growth. And in a flurry of synchronicity, a cosmic time link exists between this Solar Eclipse's Syzygy Moon (the previous lunation) - also a Full Moon which perfects on April 16, 2022 @26Lib46 with its degree spotlighting the 1792 Marseillaise Trio. As you see, the April Full Moon in Libra conjuncts the 2nd cusp of the eclipse chart implying revelations concerning finances and/or values:

6 North Solar Eclipse April 30, 2022 4:27:55 pm EDT White House, Washington, DC: Hour of Jupiter (conjunct Venus--two money planets); Mutable/Earth; a Bundle shape of planets suggesting a concentration of 'take-over energies' which resonates with the themes of 6 North eclipses; quirky Uranus nearby emphasizes karmic debts and resources, and solar eclipses in the 8th house link the past, present, and future, and are particularly karmic. Manifesting in Venus-ruled Taurus, the Taurean traits of endurance and reliability are required for best results (R. Lineman) concerning events brought by the eclipse. (I suspect you know what this eclipse may refer to without my having to type it, dear reader, for I do not want to do that in case it attracts the loss or dethroning of a leader via illness or unreliability.)

Now in closing, here are three midpoint pictures an their potential expressions from the above chart: *Pluto-NN (North Node) = Neptune: 'success attained through lies and fraud; disadvantages and losses'; Mercury-Pluto = Venus = Jupiter: 'propaganda; persuasion; crooks and swindlers'; and, Mercury-Uranus = NN: 'surprising news; turns or changes; cooperation' (Ebertin).

Plus, penned on the chart, lower left, you see the only applying Ptolemaic (major) aspect made by chart-ruler/Midheaven ruler Mercury - a sextile to Venus (2A52) indicating opportunities for diplomacy and for forming alliances. My first thought? That Venus might very well signify VP Kamala Harris.

With the world oil supply under threat of disruption by a ginned up case for war against Iran thanks to the renegade Trump gang, I took a look back at an excerpt from a previous post (linked below) concerning the Arab Oil Embargo of October 17, 1973 which includes the founding data for OPEC; note the organization's stated goal:

Now the Washington DC Horoscope of the Arab Oil Embargo of 1973 is remarkable not the least because of its interlaced YODs of crises, turning points, and karmic opportunities. And as you know, both Neptune and Pluto are associated with oil and other such resources while on a different level, watery Neptune represents oceans and seas. Astrological Pluto may operate as an assassin, a hidden actor or cause, or a saboteur, and together, Neptune-Pluto as a pair relates to organized crime syndicates, subterfuge, mysticism (and the supernatural).

So if we compare the planets of the 1973 Oil Embargo with current planets and events (as 'guided' by Trump, Pompeo, and probably by war hawk Bolton--plus, pal Putin, or even Britain--is this oily scheme why his nibs visited the Queen recently?) we may wish to consider one of the 1973 chart's YOD patterns in particular--the YOD with the Neptune-Pluto sextile at its base. For in the 1973 chart, this oily YOD points toward warrior-activist Mars Rx @4Tau09 (in 7th house at sunrise edt, Washington DC) with the trio's midpoint picture potentials consisting of: succumbing to external powers, being used as a tool for other people's interests, lack of energy (Ebertin); added compulsion to to use violence to achieve aims (Munkasey); rejection of actions due to misunderstandings (Tyl). To that last I would add: because very few people believe Washington's lies-into-war anymore.

Now the 2019 potentials have been activated by transit Uranus in early Taurus for the quirky disruptive planet of chaos has come along to 'replace' Mars in the above equation so we have such possibilities as: unusual means to escape from or change reality (Uranus is fantasist Trump's guiding planet because it is oriental in his natal chart), impersonal attitudes about any destructive or antisocial activities (Munkasey); making waves to get to shore, possibly aberrant behavior, disruption to gain recognition (of the need for war with Iran?), courage (or fools rush in!?), and/or adventurous ego thrust (as always with Big T's huge ego); flair for the unusual, adventurous, mystical, supernatural, and/or peculiar discoveries (Ebertin).

But perhaps a more basic planetary echo and cosmic time link from the oil crisis of 1973 has to be that 2019 Uranus the rebel conjoins 1973 Mars, a planetary tango which suggests explosive possibilities (as already seen via the two Japanese oil tankers) and the dangerous conditions the world now faces on behalf of someone - most likely a group of weapon-forging Vulcan-esque someones - who intend to benefit from the waging of war and strife and who are aided and abetted by religious fanatics who arrogantly assume that they know what's best for the entire planet.

Astrology of an American Constitutional Crisis

May 9, 2019: The Trump-GOP Alliance Sparks a Constitutional Crisis

Once Trump was installed in the Oval Office by shady operators both foreign and domestic, we discussed the symbolic Progressed New Moon of the US Constitution. Today many voices call constitutional crisis which is precisely one of the things Trump and his backers had in mind all along, as previously stated multiple times here on Stars Over Washington and elsewhere across the interwebs. This very day Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi agrees that such a crisis is, in fact, the case due to Trump's refusal to honor his Oath of Office.

And with the secreted Mueller Report as sketchy justification for GOP action and non-action (ex: Trump's assertion of executive privilege to stop various testimonies), such a crisis is in plain view for all but the most ardent Trump worshipers who apparently are fans of sabotaging our nation's three co-equal branches of government meant to keep an eye on each other as the Founders intended. And it seems that weakening the US Constitution and our Congress are 'necessary' steps on Trump's and the GOP's rocky road to authoritarian dictatorship--with a GOP-packed SCOTUS depended upon to further their draconic aims. Even powerful Pluto 'agrees' as he creeps through Saturn-ruled Capricorn on his way toward America's first-ever Pluto Return/s in 2022 for Pluto in Capricorn suggests "the dictator" according to Reinhold Ebertin.

One of the anti-constitutional arrows in the GOP quiver is to call for a Constitutional Convention so that saboteurs can tinker away on the document and undermine its concepts which for over two centuries have made America 'great'. How ironic for MAGA heads, isn't it? But if or when Trump's remaining dupes ever realize his true aims, it will be too late for America.

And so, the squeaky wheel that is Stars Over Washington is compelled to present yet another posting of the US Constitution Horoscope set for September 17, 1787 4:00 pm LMT (approved and signed) Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Highlighted in green around the chart are scribbled today's planets -- as you see, transit Mars now conjoins US Constitution's ('USC') Jupiter (25Gem22) denoting the energetic pursuit of goals, tr Mars also squares USC's Sun (24Vir49 conjunct 1787 Nemesis) activating an urge to fight, and tr Uranus sextiles USC's Mars (3Can05) which calls out those with iron wills for a period of problem-solving. Sorely needed in the most positive way possible.

In USC's Secondary Progressions (not shown) we find a YOD pattern of crisis, a turning point, and karmic opportunity with a Neptune-North-Node sextile at base which points toward USC's progressed ('SP') Venus which happens to conjunct US natal Moon (We The People; @27AQ). On its own, the Neptune-NN pair itself indicates such things as cheaters and other anti-social elements in society along with a lack of community or team spirit and if we add SP Venus as apex of the YOD, plus, our natal Moon and we read the result as a midpoint picture, we have potentials for: wrong liaisons, unfaithfulness (ex: treason), misconceptions about certain relationships, disappointments, and a lack of community spirit, according to Ebertin.

As for a constitutional crisis (and the timing thereof) we may look toward a 'cosmic time link' Solar Eclipse which counts as the Prenatal Solar Eclipse in the US Constitution's Secondary Progressed chart timed for the moment the document entered its symbolic 3rd Quarter phase (the 'crisis in consciousness' stage) on February 28, 2017, just after Trump's Oath of Office was taken (apparently with his fingers crossed behind his back). USC's SP 3rd Quarter Moon @12Sag22 squared its SP Sun 12Pis22. In real time, this Solar Eclipse manifested on January 9, 1777 @19Cap50 in the 13 South Saros Series with themes of: constitutional crisis and striving for group endeavors either positively or negatively (Brady). A 13 South eclipse last occurred in 2011 and will next occur in 2029.

Naturally, during the American Revolution, several historical events took place in 1777 under the Saturnian rays of the 13 South Solar Eclipse in Capricorn (19Cap50--where transit Saturn today, and recently Pluto, have trod) and you may wish to check out the year's Wiki page for a list. A few such events include January 2, the second Battle of Trenton (Washington repulsed a British attack), January 3, the Battle of Princeton (Washington defeated Cornwallis), January 15, Vermont declares independence from New York and becomes the Vermont Republic until 1791 when it became the 14th state, June 13, Marquis de Lafayette lands near Charleston, SC to help train the Continental Army (Thanks, France!), and significantly, November 15, 1777 when the Articles of Confederation and Perpetual Union were debated and approved, ratified on March 1, 1781--then replaced on March 4, 1789 by the current US Constitution, the one we'd better be determined to hold on to lest Trump chew it up and swallow it down.

Solar Eclipse Notes on Trump's Current Saturn Return

As you know, Saturn, planet of authority, responsibility, control, conservatism, authoritarianism, and karma, maintains an orbital period of approximately 29 years. Therefore, a 'Saturn Return' cycle occurs for all living individuals around that schedule based on the birth position of the planet. This also applies to Mr. Donald "Authoritarian" Trump, whose natal Saturn (June 14, 1946) @23Cancer48 is in his 11th house of Alliances, Groups, Wishes, and Hopes. His having older friends or those with authority and/or experience is typical of an 11th house Saturn though Saturn in Cancer is in the sign of its detriment and thus may not express as effectively as he would like.

Saturn: Is Trump's Rise to Power Somehow Involved?

Mr. Trump's natal Venus @25Can44 conjoins natal Saturn (1S56) suggesting that he really does value loyalty, a sense of justice and fair play (aided by his 2nd house stationary direct Jupiter in Venus-ruled Libra--"it's not fair!"), but can also denote discontent, disappointment, and separation in relationships. Astrological Saturn also represents distrust, eccentricity (aided by his oriental planet, radical Uranus in Gemini). Loss of confidence in self or others, and a suspicious and skeptical nature may also be described by a Venus-Saturn conjunction in emotional, tribal Cancer along with his internal issues of self-confidence and self-esteem which seems quite shaky considering all the wild boasting he feels he must constantly do (to convince himself?)

So given Saturn's 29-year cycle, a Saturn Return horoscope is 'good for' nearly three decades and with transit Saturn now in Sagittarius, it's been since 2004 and 2005 that Mr. Trump's Saturn returned to its natal position of 1946. Actually, his last and current Saturn Return is a three-fer and became exact on: September 4, 2004, January 14, 2005, and May 24, 2005 which suggests that perhaps the lessons of Saturn (maturity, patience, perseverance, responsibility, etc) needed to be hammered into that noggin of his more than once. Be that as it may, We the People are now dealing with such issues expressing (or not) within the White House administration of Donald J. Trump, authoritarian-in-chief, and man-child with a super sensitive ego.

On a more positive note, his natal Saturn is direct, not retrograde, so Dad must have been there for him in important ways. Perhaps Mom provided more of his emotional issues since his Moon conjoins the separative South Node of the Moon in Sagittarius (some weakening of the mother-son bond?) and his Mutable Full Moon (Sun Gem-Moon Sag) denotes some type of opposition, dissension, or a stand-off between parents which may have resulted in a splitting of Trump's internal male-female principles (animus-anima). Certainly he has demonstrated rather odd issues with women many times over and makes it known that he values beauty most highly (to the point of goddess worship?) and there is his Saturn (father), in detriment in Moon-ruled Cancer--and natal Moon inconjuncts Saturn (2A36) which hints of his underlying feelings of inferiority and an unconscious susceptibility to flattery (which I believe Mr. Putin and others easily exploit).

So perhaps it's obvious that older (wiser?), more mature, experienced, established people aided this fellow in taking on the responsibility of running the country (to the extent that a 'president' ever does anymore) and yet to post here on all three Saturn Return horoscopes would soon turn this meager post into a book--for some of us, a book of Saturnian sorrows. So let's merely consider the three Solar Eclipse Saros Series in which each of the dates of Mr. Trump's three returns fell into for a general guide to the background influences and themes concerning his planet of the authority he now exercises. Note that at his advanced age, this may be his last Saturn Return unless he lives to be almost 90 years old--but I wouldn't bet against it!

1. Saturn Return September 4, 2004: influenced by the Solar Eclipse of April 19, 2004 @29Ari49, a critical 29th degree, in the 6 North Saros Series; themes concern one's relationship to authority and father figures, and a need to take control; commitments are presented.

2. Saturn Return January 14, 2005: influenced by the eclipse of October 14, 2004 @21Lib05 (on and near where transit Jupiter now visits) in the 6 South series with themes of being forceful and taking power, manic energy, great force within relationships, sudden events, and exerting a huge effort in a group activity.

3. Saturn Return May 24, 2005: influenced by the eclipse of April 8, 2005 @19Ari05 in the 7 North Saros Series with themes of a long hidden and deep passion or lust that suddenly surfaces and takes people by surprise. Note that all three eclipses are in the Aries-Libra war-diplomacy and relationship polarity.

Sounds 'rise to power/take control' enough for me. And of course there is much more that could be written or said about such a Saturnian topic and I have faith that you, dear reader, can say it, if you wish. But for the sake of brevity, let's only add two factors: that 2004 and 2005 fell under the sway of neocon president George Bush (and the Vulcan warmongers are baaack under Trump) who, with his father, helped implement a 'new world order' as did Hitler; and: the third eclipse in the 7 North series is the very same Prenatal Eclipse series of Hitler's Reichstag Fire (horoscope shown of the false flag op that led to his 'rise to power') which reveals a cosmic time link between the eclipse themes influencing 1933, 2005, and a certain vain man's 'rise to power' in 2016/2017 with his 'patriotism' and 'nationalism' slogans blazing (natal Mercury in Cancer) and the bigoted alt-right movement by his side.
