Monday's New Moon falls in Washington's 8th house with Venus 11Sco01 and Mercury 1Sag13 - '1Sag' = "A Grand Army of the Republic Campfire" in the Sabian Symbols.

ASC '26Pis' = "A New Moon that Divides Its influence." Well, that's appropriate for a New Moon chart, isn't it? Moon is VOC once Luna leaves her conj with the Sun.

Pluto, the actor I consider to be co-ruler of this New Moon in Scorpio, is nearing Midheaven - Pluto 1Cap45, Mc 27Sag26. Mc has two midpoint pictures upon it with the Public Sector as outlet for energy expression in the larger world...

Here is a dual wheel of both parties' Secondary Progressions set for today, Oct 31, 2009, at noon edt in Washington, DC.

Important midpoint pictures have been written on the charts as equations and will be discussed below.

Both parties - and I sound as if I think there's much difference in them other than their styles of fulfilling ego needs to be Number One in Charge - have Sec Sun in Sagittarius, sign of The Seeker: Dems with Sec Sun 26Sag02 conj Sec MC (the Goal), and Rs with (Cadent) Sec Sun 16Sag54 conjunct Sec Venus 15Sag54, a conj of self-satisfaction which is able to morph into whatever the current situation or present company expects in order to be better appreciated.

A few asteroids have been included here which relate to mysticism and the supernatural because the planets indicate it: one indication is the Ds' Sec Venus/Chiron opposition - magickal satanist Aleister Crowley has this aspect natally.

Rs have Sec Sun nearing Sec Pan, associated with the ancient mystical sign of Capricorn (mer-goat), and the Goat of Mendes which is associated with the layout of Washington, DC and DC's Freemasonic Temple of the Scottish Rite. So let's first discuss the Sec chart of the Numero Uno Democrats (Hour of Jupiter), now placed at the helm by the powers-behind-the-throne which are primarily represented by Saturn/Neptune (secret or invisible government), and by Pluto, a manipulator described by Reinhold Ebertin in his 'The Combination of Stellar Influences' as:

Principle: Force majeure or providence, invisible forces or powers.

(As you know, the 'Eye of Providence' (aka the Eye of Horus) is the capstone on the pyramid of power on US money and elsewhere.)

Sociological Correspondences for Pluto: persons who exercise a magical influence over the masses such as propagandists, actors, public speakers, and politicians.

Psychological Correspondences: the will or wish to exercise power; ruthless frankness; the urge to influence the masses; undertanding the masses; propagandistic objectives; ruthless coercion; inclination to incite; a fanatical zeal to state one's own doctrinal principles; to agitate.

In the Ds' Sec chart we see that Venus, planet of values, relationships, and smaller amounts of money equals two midpoints: Saturn/Neptune and Moon/Mercury so we have these pictures which may or may not apply. See what you think:

Sat/Nep = Venus: feebleness; lack of initiative; longing for attention; lacking popularity; appreciated more by senior people.

Moon/Mercury = Venus: a sense of beauty; art appreciation. (Nice, but not very political. I include it because it expands the Venusian influence and may involve appreciation of the ancient mysteries' symbolism and logos; Moon/Mercury together = perception; thinking influenced by feeling; an active mind; good judgment.)

Ds' Sun/Moon midpoint 18Cap45 in 11th house of Groups, Association, Hopes and Wishes is at the POLITICAL POWER degree (18Cap) of the NWO-flavored Uranus/Neptune conjs of 1993. This may indicate Ds' connections to UK leadership and goals - see the Sabian Symbol for '18Cap' - "The Union Jack..."

With Dems now acting as the ones in charge, Sun at MC makes sense, yet Fixed Star Acumen is there at MC, too: keywords: enduring attacks which weaken. We're certainly seeing that with the health care stand-off and other attacks from opponents upon the party's actions and principles - and the president.

If we round off Sec Mercury's position we also have '18Cap' conj the Sec 11th cusp as Mercury has recently been 'taken' into the more visible 10th house of Public Status and Career. Sec Sun/Moon phase is now at Crescent stage of crisis-handling (45 degr 25.)

ASC 21Pis13, ruled by Jupiter and co-ruled by Neptune, two planets whose combination indicates speculation and grandiose schemes; 1st house Sec Midas 29Pis51 conj Aries Point. Sec Neptune 1Sco25 conjs the UN's natal Sun which is also the natal Sun of the NWO (birthday Oct 24 in both cases. Is Sec Neptune veiling these links?)

Sec Mercury and Sec Pluto are out-of-bounds from the earthly plane so who knows what they're actually up to in private. They're working on their own from the other planetary energies of the chart and probably working together. (Mercury/Pluto = propaganda; wielding influence; sharp criticism; cunning; crafty subtlety.)

At MC is the mystical, supernatural Neptune/Pluto midpoint so we have:

Nep/Plu = MC: mystical peculiarities; profit through the occult or the spiritual; high and purified soul life.

Nep/Pluto = Sun: impressionability; sensitivity; creative enterprise; possible 'drain on the system' through over-indulgence; rationalization reigns over realism. (I emphasize 'drain on the system' since we know they do it regularly and because it relates to the Solar Eclipse season we're in: July 21, 2009's 'systems fail; new ideas and methods needed to deal with events' - Brady's 'Predictive Astrology.')

Nep/Pluto also relates to resources such as oil, gas, and anything underground, and to the Robber Baron class.

Also at MC are two fortunate, successful money-related midpoints:

Venus/Jupiter = MC: wonderment at feelings os success; gladness.

Ven/Jup = Sun: being popular, well-appreciated, and successful; life advancement; good will.

Mars/Jupiter = MC: love of enterprise; ability to make fortunate arrangements; the excitement of being 'on top'; opportunities for success.

Mars/Jup = Sun: organizational talent; leadership; success. (Tyl; Ebertin.)

Authoritative Saturn 25Ari25 Rx is in 1st house which is better for ruling than the Rs' Sec Saturn in 12th house @ 12Gem01 Rx - both are emphasized by their Rx condition which indicates some weakness, or perhaps a Father Complex; Rs' Saturn is setting - conj Desc in the US natal chart (Sibly), another indication of the GOP's 2nd position in Washington. And as you see, the Rs' Sec Sun opposed Sec Saturn in the last 4 or 5 years which played into the 2nd term of Bush being more problematic for them than his 1st term due to Saturn's restrictive, tamping down qualities - and heralded their subsequent losses at the ballot box as their 'shine' (Sun) dimmed (Saturn.)

But back to the Ds:

The Dems' Sec Jupiter is happy in Scorpio (and in 8th h) where Jupiter fulfills his biggest large-scale enterprises. A Scorpionic Jupiter has occult interests, too, and 8th house is the house of The Occult. In Scorpio, Jupiter likes to acquire secret info about the affairs of others - well, who doesn't in Washington, right? I've said before here that if it weren't for blackmail as a tactic, the federal government would have to shut down.

Another thing about a Scorpionic Jupiter is a tendency to be uncompromising about principles and religious or philosophical beliefs which makes for powerful, bitter enemies. (Ronald Reagan has a Scorpionic Jupiter in his natal chart.)

The Harveys give the sometimes impractical, out-of-touch, crusading Sun Sag/Moon AQ blend's 'Image for Integration' as: 'On a tour of primitive lands, a university professor goes through a tribal initiation and becomes a blood brother of the chief.' More mysticism a-hoof?

Now what about the Rs' Sec Progressions?

ASC 1Can53 with tr Pluto at Desc; Hour of an out-of-bounds (OOBs) Mars; chart-ruler Moon 8Leo36, approaching the R Party's natal Mercury; the Moon seeks support, approval, recognition and applause in Leo; Sun/Venus conj in Cadent 6th house where they're not as strong as the GOP could want; mystical Pan near the Sun as noted above.

At MC (The Goal) sits nebulous, mystical, yet often deception, self-deluded Neptune, the hiding-in-plain-sight combo, and I suspect the majority of Americans who prefer the R Party think they're seeing spirituality and religion with this Neptune at the most visible point of the chart rather than the goat-footed mysticism it implies; 'deceptions or illusions about religion' are possible.

Ebertin gives Neptune/MC as: putting on an act; the supernatural; insecurity; uncertainty (how to shove themselves 'back on top'?); a devotion to far-reaching objectives that are hard to bring to realization; peculiar ideas; investigating the unconscious or the supernatural.

Sociological Correspondences of Neptune/MC: people with utopian ideas; crooks and swindlers; 'men of big talk, no action'; weaklings.

(Wonder if our rank and file conservatives see the oppressive midpoint of class warfare, racism, corporatism, fascism, gender bias, and other such heavy-handed delights: Pluto/Chiron = MC...?) 'Crooks an swindlers' indeed; are these 'far-reaching objectives' of the NWO agenda?

Plus, 'uptopian ideas' is highlighted above because I believe this relates to the founding of America spurred by the esoteric ideas of Sir Francis Bacon with Atlantis as the 'new world' - meant to be the old world's cash-cow and vehicle for world domination. And though it seems we got a little uppity along the way, Utopians are still pulling strings from behind the curtain, imo. This is undergirded by transiting Saturn/Uranus' current opposition as: 'old vs new.'

Now Ebertin gives the combo of Saturn/Pluto energies as: hard labor; cruelty. And we know it relates to violence and possibly to mass murder (such as during their opposition on 9/11/01 across the US natal ASC/DESC axis of the 'Sibly' chart.)

The Nodal axis of Destiny (including 'destiny of the masses') in the Rs' Sec chart has Saturn/Pluto conj NN...

Sat/Plu = NN: misery of the masses; common suffering shared with others.

This mdpt picture in the GOP's Sec chart does nothing to dispel my constant memory that it was 8 years of GOP rule under Bush-Cheney that broke and raided the US treasury and has led directly to the 2008 financial crisis (engineered on purpose as I believe it was), and to the suffering which war and loss entail. The 9/11 attacks are part of the 'bankrupt' timeline as its ripples fan out today.

So thanks, neocons of the Republican Party, she types with scorn a-dripping over the keyboard.

However! Ebertin also gives Saturn/Pluto as 'adepts; magicians' which brings again mystical correspondences into the deal along with the occult talents of whoever is guiding these varmints and heisters in their strategies. He also gives the controlling Sat/Plu combo as 'silent activity' and 'martyrdom.'

Yes, sometimes the Rs are up, sometimes it's the Ds, but the real cuprits remain in control.

Ah yes, reactionaries. Saturn/Pluto people tend toward purely egoistic aims and use force to get what they want. My belief is that this relates to the attacks of 9/11 and the neocons' and zionists' desire for 'a new Pearl Harbor' meant to take the US into endless war while bankrupting the American people. And as you know, the plan is working famously for them - many of us are ruined while they're wealthier than ever and can easily relocate from America to the next happenin' place, even if it's a space station above our heads.

Of oil pipelines and Jupiter/Neptune conjunctions

Bill Sardi is asking if a long-hoped-for oil pipeline in Afghanistan is what's really going on with US war escalation there.

On Feb 12, 1998, UNOCAL's vp of international relations, John J. Marcesa, testified to Congress on a proposed pipeline through Central Asia, on the lack of human and women's rights under the Taliban regime, and how the oil and gas reserves in the region might shape US foreign policy.

Even the elusive Osama bin Laden was mentioned by inference, not by name, so the question begs: was the 1998 testimony a ploy to put this information into the congressional record to support future warmongering?

1998 was the year that corruption charges were brought against Benazir Bhutto in Pakistan, and oddly enough, Pakistan's The Crescent Group was (is?) in a multi-national consortium with UNOCAL along with Russia's Gazprom, plus, Japan, Korea, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, and the government of Turkmenistan.

Also in 1998: President Bill Clinton presented a balanced budget - first one since 1969; impeachment attempts against Clinton began; US gov vs Bill Gates/MS for monopolizing; the central bank in Japan was raided and financial scandals mounted; President Boris Yeltsin dismissed all 29 of his ministers in a major power play; India and Pakistan both detonated nuclear weapons.

Oh, something else for 1998 that I almost forgot: US and UK naval forces threatened to bomb Iraq if Saddam Hussein didn't comply with weapons inspectors.

Astrologically in 1998, Neptune finally left staid Capricorn and entered boundary-breaking Aquarius where progressive, quirky Uranus already played with computers and such - and the information revolution was on.

I know of no Great Conjunctions of outer planets (plus Jupiter or Saturn, the societal planets) for 1998, but on Jan 9, 1997 at 27Cap09, a Great Conjunction between the inflationary, speculative pairing of Jupiter/Neptune took place upon US natal Pluto, and we're still suffering under its effects as global wheeler-dealers continue their plans for imperialist expansion and resource-plundering as mentioned in the above-linked article with 1998's congressional testimony part of the set-up and the attacks of 9/11 the major triggering event, as it turned out. On Wednesday, Oct 21, 2009, engineer and former NASA executive Dwain Deets will give a multi-media presentation on behalf of 900+ architects and engineers concerning evidence of explosive demolition at all three World Trade Center buildings on Sept 11, 2001.

As gold hits a record high today, Oct 14, 2009, I continue to wonder where the gold stored in a cellar vault at the WTC now resides...I read that it was moved just before Sept 11, but have not found verification of it yet.

It's been many moons since I lived in Washington, DC (during Watergate) so when I hear whistleblower Sibel Edmonds discussing bribery, blackmail, and infiltration in the halls of Congress, it sounds like the DC I once knew - a beautiful, deeply flawed city!

The video is part 1 of 5, and is time-stamped "Aug 8, 2009 10:38:53" with 8Lib01 Ascending - so today the Sun 7Lib+ is conjunct and shining a spotlight on her deposition (ASC) - Moon 25AQ51 (a woman; the public) conjs deposition's Neptune as she reflects deception including in the media (Neptune) - and today's Mercury 21Vir43 (which turned Direct yesterday) conjs deposition's Saturn 20Vir10...'serious meetings and discussions.'

On August 8, 2009, deposition's Sun 16Leo11 was conjoined with asteroid Kassandra, keywords:a prophetess telling the truth no one believes; well perhaps not believed by the mainstream, but some of us have believed Ms. Edmonds all along.

The chart of the deposition contains a Mutable T-Square between a Moon/Saturn opposition pointing to apex Mars 18Gem51 (Mars nearing a US Mars Return) in 9th house of Foreign Lands; paraphrasing Bil Tierney in his excellent book, Dynamics of Aspect Analysis, apex Mars in a Mutable T-Square indicates a Mars-type person who must focus to direct diffuse energies; if well-managed, apex Mars (in Mutable T-SQ) is a pioneer who can assemble dynamic energies with practical versatility; good planning assures effective, contructive outcomes, and acting straightforwardly either invigorates others or repels them.

Properly managed, Mars' impulse to act is balanced with an awareness of the consequences of (his/her) actions, and new beginnings are possible.

Moon/Saturn indicates the restricted and/or lonely woman, but also ambition and strategy for seeking recognition; with Mars: self-control to the point of torment, and the desire (Mars) to overcome difficulties the restriction causes.

Well, after being gagged in 2002 by a US government trying to cover its warmongering New World Order promoting patootie, Ms. Edmonds deserves a new beginning, imo.

Yet America may be too far gone and brazenly sold out to have more than sad regrets suffered by a scammed populace whose apathy is one of its few justifications for allowing Congress to become the scandalous cesspool it's become.

But please don't let my grousings about my favorite city I've ever lived in stop you from watching the deposition video - pass it on where and to whom you can, for if you're anything like me, America is, as always, your only nag in the race.

Sibel Edmonds interview: those who played roles in 9/11

Being busy of late with various art projects, this Sept 21 interview with whistleblower Sibel Edmonds almost escaped my radar but thanks to a watchful reader, I've now caught up with her astonishing revelations concerning the attacks of 9/11 and the roles of Douglas Feith, Richard Perle, and Paul Wolfowitz among other actors of treasonous proportions.

You'll note the reference to '4 months before 9/11' which implicates the Solar Eclipse Series prior to that of the attacks themselves which fell into the 3 North Series: 'over-excessive, news that involves young people or that transforms a situation; info causes obsessive worry; large plans are wanted to be undertaken, but don't get carried away.' (Paraphrasing Brady's Predictive Astrology.)

The American military did get carried away by warmongers and liars - to Iraq to break the country in two, with the UK taking the south, the US the north. Turkey's role is detailed in the article above as well, so please check it out since the 2002 gag order issued against Ms. Edmonds by then-Attorney General John Ashcroft is now lifted. You won't like what you read, but I recommend you read it anyway.

As you know, the 3N Series occurred @ 00Cancer, a World Point where big events transpire, but '4 months before 9/11' falls earlier into the 2 South Series @ 4Cap14 where Pluto will be visiting before we know it. Pluto 00Cap+ now opposes 9/11's PE as the Edmonds interview is uncovered and spread.

2S is the PE Series of Bush's first illegal, ill-fated, misguided, fraudulent term. (Just so you know where I stand on the varmints of 2000 and 2001 and always remembering SCOTUS and Justice Renquist's intimate roles in our election scam. And still, the US nervily pontificates on elections' legitimacy abroad!)

Actually Pluto's orb when transiting may be considered to be 5 degrees on each side of a particular degree, so perhaps plutonic delving is already occurring as he is now in orb of 4Cap14...

Paraphrasing Ms. Brady again on 2S which manifested on Dec 25, 2000: 'unusual groups and one's involvement in them and the feeling that one may gain a great deal with such involvement.'

*PE = Pre-Natal Eclipse Series, the eclipse season during which a person, entity, or event are born. Every 18.6 years a repeat of a Solar Eclipse in a Series manifests bringing with it the same issues and casting similar shadows upon current events; some Series have a more negative flavor than others and a South Series Eclipse may carry more of an unconscious quality with them. 'Old behaviors' may be relied upon.

So every 18.6 years, one is provided with a chance to deal more effectively with these issues through more mature consideration, developed talents, and initiative which one could not have possessed in infancy. But the chance also exists to deal in a negative, unconscious way - one more reason to be aware of one's natal chart!

Aspects from natal planets to an Eclipse degree show where one might receive aid through positive aspects such as sextiles (60 degr), trines (120 degr), and sometimes conjunctions (0 degr); more challenging aspects such as squares, semisquares, sesquisquares, oppositions, inconjuncts, or quindecuiles, indicate where blockages may exist either from the environment or from within, mentally and/or emotionally.

My observances with eclipses seem to indicate, however, that oppositions, as aspects of awareness, may actually be one of the most helpful of all aspects since opposite degrees can operate as Illumination Points where unconscious motivations lurk. But then, of course, one must be willing to take the awareness ball and run with it.

As for governments, they aren't known for admitting or honestly dealing with much of anything, for honesty could interfere with 'winning' the next election.

Poverty in US way up, Power Elite doing just fine

On September 10, 2009, the US Census Bureau released the latest figures for poverty rates in America which now affect one in eight Americans.

Our plutocrats-in-charge, the grossly wealthy and morally deformed power elite, remain unmoved as their NWO plans steamroll along.

And it continues to amaze me that so few people in this country see a connection!

On Jan 1, 2006, with Astrology as a lens and intuition my guide, I was blogging like the dissenting gnat I am here on SO'W and fussing about upcoming Soup Lines Across America. Was I wrong? Well, I wanted to be, yet felt a sinking feeling that I was not.

Please check out a bit of (Freemason) President Franklin D. Roosevelt's Jan 20, 1937 Inaugural Address where he defines the test of our progress, the dynamics of which I assert were of no concern to George Bush or to other US oligarchs.

So Bush's financial crisis of 2007/2008 expectably occurred, ostensibly giving states and the federal government many excuses for cutting back on public services just when they're needed most; now we see where Republican policies have led - to lukewarm bowls of Sole of Shoe Soup for many Americans, if they can get them.

A Saturn/Neptune quincunx and Financial Crisis 2008

In July 2009 I made an attempt to relate the cycle of Saturn and Neptune to the 2007-2008 financial crisis, and to my own general misgivings about the original and current forms of our US government.

And Saturn's 'cold water' end-of-August conjunction with US natal Neptune @ 22Virgo25, the 'grim reality' transit, has added to the general feelings of gloom in the collective. Reality is having to be faced, and it had better be! If only we could get all our Washington politicians to come clean so we could deal, right?

Well, the quincunx (inconjunct), an aspect of 150 degrees, is difficult to deal with at the best of times, which financially we may say these are not. Saturn is form, Neptune is formlessness, and their inconjunct adds to the diffulties as the irreconcilable must be reconciled.

Yet fulfilling social obligations and/or doing social work for the common good are two of the aspect's most positive manifestations, so with today being the 8th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, it's most apt that a drive is on for the newly established 911 Day of Service and Remembrance. This links 9/11 with the 2003 Iraq War response (misguided though it may have been) when Saturn and Neptune were last inconjunct (2003/04.)

That today's Sept 11 observances in Pennsylvania, New York, and DC fall just hours prior to the perfecting of another Saturn/Neptune quincunx seems synchronistically appropriate, doesn't it?

And most fortuitously for both of us, a brilliant article has been published concerning the transiting Saturn/Neptune quincunx and its part in our economic woes, just in time for the aspect's perfection tomorrow, Sept 12, 2009, with Saturn in Virgo, Neptune in Aquarius.

Today's 8th anniversary of 9/11 attacks and the Initiate

First let me express my heartfelt condolences to all the family members and friends of those whose lives were so callously extinguished in the attacks of 9/11/01, and provide a link to the newly created National Day of Service and Remembrance website.

With today being the 8th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, President Obama has called for renewed resolve for chasing the perpetrators.

Wonder if he includes the attacks' enablers (and possibly their co-perpetrators) in America within his resolve? If so, he wouldn't have far to chase, imo.

Astrologically speaking we know that today the Sun has returned to its '19Virgo' degree as on the morning of Sept 11, 2001, and is in conjunction with depressive, realistic loss-bringer, Saturn, planet of accountability. Sun = the leader in a national chart so we hear the president's shout-out to find those accountable.

But I don't think he actually means all of them, do you?

You know what hay is always made of the US' "peaceful transfer of power" during our Inaugural times, so I believe that "in the beginning" and the rest may be interpreted as referring to the founding of America and the succession of power through the presidential line, which, if you think as I do, means that though the face in the Oval Office changes, the original intent and the ultimate mission of our invisible plutocracy (publicly centered in that Freemasonic White Lodge we call "the White House'), remain the same through "the baton-passing" of January 20 @ noon in Washington, DC.

And the secret message from the old president to the new - the one left in the drawer of the Resolute Desk which we-the-people are never privy to - must be some very fine occult reading for the new "Initiate."

In his book *The Secret History of the West, Nicholas Hagger says that the term 'new world order' was first used in the modern media by Nelson Rockefeller on **July 26, 1968, when he asserted that he would "work toward international creation of 'a new world order.'"

In Hagger's next paragraph he goes on to say that 'the immediate roots of the New World' is what he calls a "Syndicate of banking and governing families seeking to control the world's oil, in which the European Rothschilds and American Rockefellers were principal influences,' and that they have had 'a dynastic drive for a one-world regime ever since 1900. 'The drive has been linked with Templar Grand Orient Freemasonry.' (My caps.)

He then questions whether separate revolutions of the last 550 years are linked in some way, and offers the reader other intriguing posers. In his Introduction, Mr. Hagger states that, 'The roots of the New World Order can be found in the dismantling of the old Catholic Europe, and it is to the Reformation and its effects on the Elizabethan world that we must first look, a revolution that influenced Utopians for the next 550 years.' (Remember Rumsfeld's "that's old Europe" brou-ha-ha?)

We're bedeviled by Utopians! So. How 'utopian' does it feel to lose your job and watch your kids go without basic necessities? Now don't you think that if Congress cared a fig they would've avoided plopping us into this broiling stew to begin with? Government is the problem, all right, but not for the reasons government disingenuously cites.

Of course, I have more questions on the topic of the NWO and the chaotic messes the world has been mired in since the 'New Millennium' reared its Nostradamic head:

Are Pentagon-labelled "insurgents" of the Middle East, in their haphazardly violent way, fighting on the correct side of the resource-pillaging Syndicate because they are fighting its establishment as a one-world-government? Is The Octopus, the network of world crime families, actually as against me/my kith and kin (and you, dear reader) just as much as they are against those who stand in their oil-grabbing and plundering way in the Middle East and elsewhere?

Is installing a 'new world order' fair justification for invading Iraq and anywhere else the White House and Pentagon cast a raptor's eye upon? Are you enjoying the 'financial collapse of 2008' as a way of ushering in the economic chaos that is an integral part of the singular money system by which they will manipulate the world's trade, commerce, and basic needs such as food and water?

Are you ready for your day and manner of worship to be dictated to you?

The Life of Nostradamus + 1999's King of Alarm Eclipse

It is my opinion that the world hasn't been the same since the Solar Eclipse of August 11, 1999 with its stressful Grand Cross hung upon the mid-degrees of the Fixed signs of Taurus (ox), Leo (lion), Scorpio (eagle), and Aquarius (angel), and that this relates to Revelation's prophecy of the angels letting go the winds of war and strife.

Now you don't have to agree with my Biblical view of the Eclipse, but you can't deny that the world is experiencing increasing numbers of wars and strife, can you?

This difficult Solar Eclipse in the 1 North Series was predicted hundreds of years ago by physician, seer, and astrologer Michel de Nostradame, known in modern times as Nostradamus, and it has a few nicknames you've heard before: the Mother of All Eclipses, King of Alarm Eclipse, King of Terror Eclipse, and Nostradamus' Eclipse. Some have said (astrologer Nicholas Campion, if memory serves) that there is a difficult financial component to the Eclipse as well.

Well, considering the attacks of 9/11/01 on the World Trade Center and the gold in the Tower's basement along with Deustche Bank's offices there (and other financial institutions, if memory serves), a financial component seems probable since that's what has been rapidly changing for the worse in the New Millennium (except for the power elite - they're cornering the world's wealth. UCLA geography Professor Thomas Gillespie may have ferreted out the location of Osama bin Laden's 'hidey hole' based on scientific considerations.

Current Jupiter-Neptune cycle began Jan 9, 1007; 6:21 am est, White House, Washington DC, at 27Cap09...conj US natal Pluto...the three planets are so close they may be read as three midpoint pictures...see if these pictures sound familiar a la 2008:

Isis: *42nd asteroid discovered, orbital period 3.8.years; named after the Egyptian goddess; initially a fertility divinity but in later mystery religions Isis became a goddess of wisdom (maybe she had learned a thing or two by then); her primary myth concerns the dismemberment of her husband Osiris, whom she reconstructed.

According to Lang-Wescott, Isis represents sibling relationships, and efforts to put people or things back together again from fragmented or scattered locations (perhaps Humpty Dumpty should've hired her.)

Keyword: collate. Which helps when you're acting as a conduit--and your privatized government is supposedly engaged in reconstruction of the country it broke tore up.

Lehman gives Isis and Osiris as relating to the balance of masc-fem and left brain-right brain hemispheres. Thus, androgyny is one of Isis' issues.

The heliocentric North Node of Isis is appr 25 Gemini, conjunct the Discovery Degree of radical rebel Uranus, btw.

But basically, we know Isis as the Egyptian goddess of the Moon. And Washington, London, and Cairo are linked bwo Egyptian mystery schools and teachings--there's DC's Masonic temple and other architectural evidence of Sacred Geometry--and at least 9 Founding Fathers are known to have been Masons, and/or Rosicrucians, and perhaps...the dreaded Illuminati.

So maybe Isis does have an honored seat at the table in Washington. Maybe I wasn't kidding.

These "world servers"--one-world-government types have pre-1933 plans which are mimicking Hitler's rise-to-power tactics so closely, that it's astounding the MSM ignores the you-know-what out of it.

And if what 'they' say is true--and going by all accounts it is--Grandpa Prescott's support of nazism a la 1930s is in process of being realized in the person of our archetypal father, the 'president' and CEO shoved down our gobs by a Supreme Court primarily composed of illuminated individuals of the highest order.

UN Official Calls for Study of Neocons' Role in 9/11 10 Apr 2008

A new UN Human Rights Council official assigned to monitor Israel [Richard Falk, Milbank professor of international law emeritus at Princeton University] is calling for an official commission to study the role neoconservatives may have played in the Sept 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.

The narrative that the attacks from 2001 were a "false flag" operation is a recurring theme in the literature challenging the consensus conspiracy theory that 19 al-Qaeda hijackers flew commercial jets into the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. False flag refers to espionage or covert actions taken by one government made to seem like the work of another.

The false flag thesis has it that the Bush administration is somehow responsible for the September 11 attacks as a pretext for the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. [And so much more! See: CLG 9/11 Exposition Zone.]#

And this is what I posted two years ago on April 10, 2006 about Cheney's Secondary Progressed chart set for the morning of 9/11/01 (chart's image included): Pluto/Chiron = Mc, a sight which may be difficult to believe until you see it--

--that the duo of plutocracy, corporatism, racism including white supremacy, violence, oppression, and primal power and the abuse of it--the Pluto/Chiron midpoint--is smack dab at Midheaven for Mr. Cheney on that morning his airplane games were interfering with our military's ability to protect the American People.

Whether someone told someone else that NORAD would be unstable or unavailable that morning, or whether it was all planned to let through the airplanes as a "second Pearl Harbor" false flag op, it amounts to the same thing--crooks in the White House and Pentagon.

Needless to say, I was glad to see LegitGov's article on the UN official calling for an investigation (a lone voice?), but little practical improvements ever result from political 'probes' and they're often simply smokescreens for the evil-doers among us.

Secrets stay hidden and culprits go on acting against society's best interests and by holding "investigations" certain actors seem to be 'doing something' about the problem under discussion.

So in this sense, I agree with Hillary--talking isn't doing. It's WHAT she'll do to nurture the NWO seeds she helped plant into the New Millenium that concerns me, not that she can or can't 'do' the job on "day one" or on any other day.
