New Millennium 2 South Eclipse repeats Jan 5, 2019

As we've previously discussed, on January 5, 2019, the Prenatal Solar Eclipse of the New Millennium in the 2 South Saros Series repeats @15Cap25 as you see in the bi-wheel charts, below, with Capricorn the sign of government, law, and business. Additional notes are penned around the charts including natal placements of Donald Trump (in lavender-pink), plus, some of the primary transits coming soon to the New Millennium chart (in blue). 2019 Saturn and Pluto tend to bring instability to finances, politics, and the social order and are prominent, and the January 5, 2019 Solar Eclipse Ascendant (28Leo08) set for DC conjuncts the natal Ascendant of Mr. Trump which personalizes the eclipse for him. Plus, 2001 Saturn @24Tau34 Rx sits atop the natal Midheaven (Aspirations; Goals) of Trump along with furious Algol of Medusa fame. Please check the notes on the bottom of the chart for upcoming Jupiter and Saturn transits which begin on January 10, 2019 with Jupiter to Pluto which suggests large-scale projects (border fencing?), and increased power, money, and control for plutocrats if for no one else:

Also noted on the chart (in orange) is the disruptive 'wild card' Solar Eclipse @10Can36 which perfects in the 3 North Saros Series on July 2, 2019, something of an early "birthday gift" for America and falling between US natal Jupiter (5:56) and Sun (13:19) with natal Venus of evaluations and values (3Cancer) nearby. 3 North preceded the Crash of 1929, the attacks of 9/11/01 and, in 1983, links to Reagan's 'trickle down economics' scam from which the American people continue to suffer.

Around the 8th cusp of $hared Resources, Credit, Debt, Insurance, Corporatism, and Transformation, quirky Uranus is poised to turn Direct, then careen into Taurus and the 8th house (May 19, 2019) from where it opposes 2001 Mars (in 2nd hou$e), and squares 2001 Neptune (which happened to conjoin US natal South Node in 2001). None of this sounds good, I agree, but we can hope that perhaps the New Millennium Horoscope will prove to be completely useless for looking ahead.

And of course Technology planet Uranus opposing Mars, planet of action and motivation, may describe rebellions, separations, disruptive, rash, or erratic actions to be taken, and unexpected dangers that may occur such as cyber intrusions (hacking, theft) against financial and/or other institutions (ex: continued massive data breaches as we have had with Equifax and Marriott). Squaring networking Neptune, transit Uranus suggests internet disconnections via mysterious entities or enemies, and the possibility of societal unrest especially in relation to civil rights. Reality continues to be under siege along with the promotion of idealistic or faulty notions.

As for current societal conditions, the break up of huge monopolies is long overdue in America for they keep wages down and stifle innovation, among other ills. Can transit Uranus in money sign Taurus catalyze such major changes from the 8th house of the 2001 chart? Well, one thing we know--that with Uranus all results tend to be totally unpredictable and we never know when or if they will strike at all!

Death Horoscope of George Washington Dec 14, 1799

Astro-Notes on the Death of George Washington with Eclipses of Influence

If you wish, view the natal horoscope of George Washington, Rodden Rating: AA; born February 22, 1732 (NS) 10:00 am LMT Colonial Beach, Virginia; ASC 18Tau28 ('19Taurus': "A Newly Formed Continent"); MC 29Cap34 ('30Cap' = "A Secret Business Conference" and natal IC (Roots) '30Cancer' = "A Daughter of the American Revolution.")

Below is my proposed Death Horoscope for George Washington set for a speculative time of 10:12 pm LMT, Mount Vernon, Virginia on December 14, 1799 after supervising his estate on a cold, snowy day (Dec 12), eating dinner still wearing his wet clothes, and riding out again the next day (Dec 13). Historical records give his time of death between 10 and 11 pm on the evening of December 14 and I'm using 10:12 pm because of the several Angular planets in the chart, both transit and natal (natal placements are in blue around the chart; also note that the difficult Saturn-Uranus midpoint rises at 10:12 pm = mourning and bereavement. Please enlarge the image to read my study notes which include the Prenatal Solar Eclipse of his death, plus, the even closer to the event Lunar Eclipse @20Taurus (sign of the throat) which hit Washington's natal ASC-DESC axis on November 12, 1799; (ASCendant = the physical body.) Themes of Washington's 4 North Prenatal Solar Eclipse ('PE") are penned on, lower right in orange, along with the date and degree of the next 4 North eclipse at Summer Solstice 2020 @00Cancer, a major cosmic event (to be posted on later).

Mars = fever and infection (with Neptune = infectious disease)

Closer than the eclipses to the evening of his death was his then-in-force Mars Return of January 5, 1798 with transit Pluto square natal Mars (details in the center of chart), plus, his next Mars Return (23Sco13) which perfected on December 15, 1799--the day after his death; Mars at the IC (endings) is highlighted in lavender-pink, and along with contagious Neptune and wounding Chiron, present a trio of infection and disease made much worse by the three attending doctors (Chiron):

ASC 3Vir14 makes Mercury chart-ruler yet with no Ptolemaic application, this denotes the importance of Mercury's sign, Saturn-ruled Capricorn, and house placement (5th h of Risk-Taking). It's an Hour of feverish Mars yet instead of reading Washington's Death Horoscope in the usual way, I shall use Ebertin's The Combination of Stellar Influences and the biological correspondences it provides for the planetary pairs present in the horoscope. The biology of the pairs will be added to medical notes taken from 10 facts about the horrific death of George Washington, plus, another excellent source on the topic: PBS NewsHour's July 4, 2011 article The 9 Deadly Diseases That Plagued George Washington all through his life. Among them are diphtheria (throat, breathing), tuberculosis (lungs), malaria, dysentery (bowels), quincy (tonsillitis), pneumonia (lungs), smallpox (age 19), and carbuncle, a growth on his face (was it cancererous? no one seems certain.)

My idea is that after his cold, calamitous 5-hours-long ride in snow, hail, and high winds on December 12, 1799, the return of one or more of these chronic infections may have played a part in his suffering (or been a prime cause) during his final days--diphtheria in particular since its symptoms resonate with his condition as he took ill (see below).

Add to his weakened constitution the ineptitude of the physicians who attended him and debated how to treat him which included certain awful "remedies" of the era such as bloodletting. Over 10 to 12 hours they removed approximately 35% of the blood from his system which naturally left his immune system weaker than before, created a 'water-blood imbalance' and possibly brought or worsened bladder issues (Moon-Saturn) which could have resulted in shock during his final hours of "calm." Shock would have contributed to or caused his subsequent death. And the Mercury-Saturn pair suggests inhibited speech which his throat condition certainly provided. His last words? "Tis well," murmured to his personal secretary, Tobias Lear.

During Washington's later hours of misery, the application of Spanish Fly (Cantharides--a powder made from the dead bodies of a certain beetle, a known toxin) was a major medical misstep for its application to his throat, the source of his complaints, caused blistering, diarrhea, and kidney inflammation which only increased his agony. This hideous powder was a "false remedy" (Jupiter-Neptune) and did not remove poisons from his system, as apparently they'd hoped.

Now the symptoms of George Washington once he took to his sickbed were as follows: a terribly sore throat, trouble swallowing, difficulty speaking, convulsions, distress, expectoration of phlegm, and bouts of suffocation (which followed his gargling of vinegar and sage tea, if not before). Note that diphtheria symptoms include an extremely sore throat and a pseudo-membrane at the back of the throat which can cause suffocation. Also note that a tracheotomy to ease his labored breathing was suggested but since it was a new procedure, it was not employed. Diphtheria also releases a toxin into the bloodstream that damages the heart - was his heart previously damaged? (Saturn-Uranus = heart blockage; Rising = mourning and bereavement--opposite Pluto = major harm, and a tremendous fear of loss).

Now as you know, Virgo-Pisces is the victim-savior axis (6/12) and it rises and sets in the horoscope (ASC '4Virgo' = "A Colored Child Playing with White Children"...freedom for Washington's slaves was part of his Will which he wrote himself on July 9th--however, Martha freed them all sooner than he'd specified--good on her).

As you see, 1799 Uranus, planet of shocks, is in Virgo (bowels) and is apex planet of a T-Square between Sun and Jupiter = a sudden turn. Expansive Jupiter Rx @26Gemini conjoins Washington's natal South Node, a Saturnian point of separation--similar to 1799 Uranus in Virgo opposing GW's natal Venus (critical @29Pisces) = separation from a female or females, broken relationships. Plus, rising in 1st house is Uranus conjunct Saturn-Neptune, the pair of 'weakness and sickness' - triggered by Uranus = 'sudden illness'. GW's first natal planet to rise in the Death Horoscope is his 6th house (Health) Jupiter in Venus-ruled Libra, sign of balance. Perhaps the Venus-Jupiter pair hints at over-rich or sugary foods and/or possibly diabetes.

Now George Washington suffered with bloody dysentery and debilitating abdominal pains off and on during his lifetime and who can deny that the torturous 'treatments' he received during his final days, including at least one enema, were nauseating and obviously could make most any chronic condition worsen. Few men could withstand it!

Plus, the T-Square's Sun-Jupiter opposition is interesting for biologically the pair suggests 'tissue elements of the organs, particularly the glands, regenerative functions of the blood' (unless it's been pilfered via a wrong diagnosis (Jupiter-Neptune); plus, Sun-Jupiter is 'particularly important for the restoration of health'. Yet tragically with so many forces against him and medical knowledge lacking, it looks as if the sterile (Step-?) Father of Our Country didn't stand a chance of restoring his health. And priding himself on his Capricorn habit of punctuality (Moon @16Capricorn, a reigning need via Saturn, ruler and keeper of Time) he just had to eat dinner in wet clothes. And what did he eat for dinner? No idea but I do know that the Sun-Jupiter pair can also point toward 'illness through the wrong nutrition' with corpulence as one result. The Jupiter-Uranus pair also applies to our topic for its biological influences suggest: 'the organic rhythm of life; peristalsis of the intestines; convulsive fits; colic with no time limit; magnifying or exaggerating everything; zealous representation of one-sided views'--and 'a turn of destiny'.

Now there are other health indicators of disease in Washington's Death Horoscope such as a semi-square between Jupiter-Saturn ('chronic disease; an organic defect (e.g. tubercular cavity in the lungs); gall and liver functions'. So since GW contracted tuberculosis during an island trip with his brother who wanted to recuperate from TB, his lungs probably didn't aid him during his last-ever throat infection which could have triggered a relapse of diphtheria or other infection/s. Even the Venus-Saturn square is problematic for biologically this pair can represent such conditions as 'glandular malfunction' or 'atrophy', 'swollen glands', 'goiter', and/or 'pulmonary emphysema'. And we should include Sun-Saturn (sesqui-square, a health indicator) for the pair suggests potentials for: 'cell death; rheumatism, hereditary afflictions, and/or arterial sclerosis'.

Whew! There are more health indicators in the chart worth mentioning but that's gracious plenty for one post--and we have only to read about them, not have them greatly magnified by incompetent, ill-informed physicians who were concerned about being blamed (just like doctors nowadays). So my kudos go to any reader who made it to the end of this astro-consideration of the Death of George Washington. And...

Of interest financially is Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi's natal Jupiter @18Aries opposing Trump's natal Jupiter @18Libra in rising and setting positions in the chart (denoting their wall-funding stand-off most likely along with the Trump Shutdown, and then $ome), plus, the fact that a 3 North Solar Eclipse @18Taurus preceded the 1929 'Black Tuesday' Crash, with acquisitive Taurus, sign of money, growth, and possessions, snorting like the 'Bull of Wall Street' and an apt symbol of Wall Street greed and gold-worshiping.

Is There a Silver Lining for Trump in 2019?

December 22, 2019: with Christmas prep in full swing and out-of-town guests expected soon, plus, the fact that multiple major events will transpire between now and September, I shall venture a peek at the September 28, 2019 New Moon Horoscope set for the Capitol Building, Washington DC. Many of my thoughts on this significant New Moon in relation to Donald Trump are penned upon the chart if you don't mind enlarging the image to read them but below are a few chart details that stand out to me.

The New Moon @5Lib20 (9th house) conjoins the natal 2nd house Neptune (5Lib55) of Mr. Trump who, one assumes, may still inhabit the Oval Office in September 2019. Seeds are being planted which may blossom around the time of the next Full Moon of October 13, 2019 @20Ari14, a critical-crisis degree. Other potentials in the New Moon chart include a 'silver lining' (Jupiter-n Uranus = tr Neptune) or one who is guided by 'false perceptions' which Big T certainly is, and of course, both potentials can apply.

Asteroid Nemesis (divine retribution; the unbeatable foe) conjoins Trump's natal Ascendant in 8th house, and rising at the New Moon is transit Saturn conjunct South Node, a doubly karmic indicator of reaping what was sown in the past--perhaps that's a depressive cosmic indicator for our sabotaged America.

And there's powerful manipulator Pluto with his 'hidden wealth' following at a critical-crisis degree (20Cap). Pluto in 1st house = large-scale events that no one person can control.

Naturally, this difficult Saturn-SN-Pluto trio in 1st house conjures an image of the January 12, 2020 Saturn-Pluto Conjunction which will conjunct the natal Vertex of Donald Trump with fated undertones which may denote a meeting with karma and/or may also suggest his release from presidential responsibilities with little if any damage--through resignation, impeachment, indictment, and/or an ill-deserved pardon for his crimes. Or is death suggested by Saturn-Pluto = natal Vertex? Well, that's for a Higher Authority to decide, not this lowly novice astrologer!

Other notables are the September 28, 2019 transits shown in the chart which conjoin or oppose the natal planets of Mr. Trump whose natal placements are highlighted in lavender pink, outer. Besides New Moon conjunct his natal 2nd house Neptune (a new cycle of shady finances or a financial revelation hidden until the next Full Moon?), natal Jupiter and his guiding planet, Uranus, are triggered by transit Venus (17Lib38) to Jupiter (exaggeration, overindulgence, or the 'good life' calling) and transit Jupiter opposing natal Uranus (exact 3 times in 2019: February 1, June 23, and September 28, as you see--a transit of sudden changes in career, routine, and/or relationships, a longing for greener pastures or golf courses, and nervous feelings as responsibilities and other people present obstacles, limitations, and restrictions.)

As you see, transit North Node @13Can53 conjoins the US natal Sun and suggests the US presidency in the spotlight, plus, 7th house can indicate open enemies which many folks believe can describe Donald Trump. Still, 7th house is the house of Partners and Relationships as well so we'll see if the conjunction denotes significant meetings with POTUS. Then there's US natal Jupiter (5Can56) setting on the New Moon's Descendant (in DC) with Jupiter's Sabian Symbol of "Game Birds Feathering Their Nests," which has always been a pretty good description of Washington politicians in general, don't you think?

Two other difficult 2019 transits for Mr. Trump (not shown in this New Moon chart) which I want to mention are the three times that transit Saturn @17Cap55 will square Trump's natal Jupiter, so strong via its Stationary condition as part of his Neptune-Chiron-Jupiter trio of speculation and grand schemes. This square denotes potentials for that 'down on his luck' feeling (such a martyr!) as Big T's goals and dreams are challenged or limited by responsibilities and/or by authorities--perhaps, legal eagle Saturn will finally demand accountability if he (Mr. Mueller) hasn't already! The three exact 'hits' perfect all through 2019 on: February 25, July 6, and November 25, 2019.

And we mustn't forget the ego-deflation of transit Jupiter opposing Trump's natal Sun (@22Gem55 in natal 10th house of Career and Public Status) three times in 2019 on March 11, May 11, and October 29. Problems include overreach, depleted finances, and others who steer him in the wrong direction (as Fox News heads already do). Opposing forces restrict and principles are compromised (if he held any) during 2019.

Of course, other important transits will affect Donald Trump's natal chart during 2019, some positive, some negative, but they must be for another post or two. Hopefully, you'll stay tuned for them and for other posts to be published as soon as my schedule allows including 2019 eclipse details. Gemini Sun William Barr: Trump's Attorney General?

Americans Have Drunk at This Barr Before

Time, as they say, is precious and yours truly never relishes spending hours on a Political Astrology topic or event which may or may not come to pass, or may turn out to be moot. However, since Trump will be Trump, here goes: William Barr held the position of US Attorney General under GHWB (1991-1993--Bush Sr lost re-election) and various other governmental posts in the past as well as overseeing the investigation of the December 21, 1988 terrorist bombing of Pan Am Flight 103 over Lockerbie, Scotland. Today is the disaster's 30th anniversary and my heart goes out to the family and friends of its victims and to the good people of Scotland, one of my ancestral homes.

Said to be the front-runner for Trump's new AG post who will 'oversee' (aka, sabotage) the Mueller investigation into Donald Trump and his 2016 campaign, Mr. Barr wrote a memo on June 8, 2018 which was copied to acting AG Rod Rosenstein in which Barr dissed the Mueller investigation, supported Trump's firing of FBI Director James Comey, and, like Matt Whitaker's antics to impress Trump, reads like a job application full of Barr's personal views. Yet the Republican Mr. Rosenstein seems to have confidence that the Republican Mr. Barr's June 8th dissing against Mr. Mueller's work won't present a problem to Barr's senate confirmation or to his holding of the AG post. That's if Barr is confirmed as US AG, hence my fuss about spending time on Bill Barr's astrological credentials.

Cosmic Weather of June 8, 2018: (Air-Fire) Sun Gemini-Moon Aries: shared by Robert Morley whose famous quote may just apply to both Barr and Trump, "Show me a man who enjoyed his schooldays and I will show you a bully and a bore." This blend of energies reveals potentials for egotism, riding roughshod over others, a sense of partiality, the tendency to monopolize conversations, and people who are insensitive to the feelings of others. Its Image for Integration may describe both men as well: "A nimble-footed street fighter dodges his way to victory over all comers" (Sun Sign-Moon Sign, the Harveys). Additionally, on that day the Sun-Uranus midpoint electrified Mr. Trump's natal Midheaven (MC = the Goal or Aspiration) which formed a midpoint picture of 'reformers with far-reaching plans' and 'hopeful triumph for the ego' (Ebertin; Tyl)

So here are a few astro-notes concerning William Barr, born on May 23, 1950 in New York City, NY, hour unknown. A 'noon' horoscope shows his Sun in early Gemini and Moon in mid-Leo, an Air-Fire 'live wire' personality blend of energies showing him to be an 'ideas man' and a natural communicator. Since Mr. Barr shares this natal blend with poet Walt Whitman, perhaps a quote from the bard also applies to Bill Barr as we know it does to Big T, "I celebrate myself; I sing myself." Although not by degree, Barr and Trump do share the 'live wire' Air-Fire combo although, as you know, Sun-Gemini Trump's natal Moon is in Sagittarius rather than Leo. A possibility is that they and their inborn egotism will be too much alike to get along for the duration since both love to take center stage. Quarrels are a certainty if not at first, then later on as Barr works with chaos-lover Trump.

Bill Barr's Planetary Aspects

Mr. Barr has revealed that he would accept the Trump AG job (if confirmed) out of a 'sense of duty' and this is supported by his conservative-leaning Jupiter-Saturn opposition across the victim-savior Virgo-Pisces axis. Of course, Jupiter's expansion principle vs Saturn's restriction principle keeps our Solar System's planets in their courses, and in Political Astrology, we expect in America that Jupiter-Saturn 'checks and balances' will be the objective of every government official, with the sorry exception of Donald Trump and his cult followers and enablers.

Now on a personal level, a Jupiter-Saturn opposition suggests inner moral conflicts, plus, relationship problems, yet maturity (he's a senior) usually improves such difficulties. However, Barr's Venus-Neptune opposition implies clandestine romances and secret loves which further complicate his personal relationships. Technology is vastly intrusive since he played the AG role, so we'll see if anything scandalous turns up, perhaps during or around the time of his confirmation hearing, assuming it's held.

As for a legal career, his Jupiter-Uranus trine is fortunate for it gives Barr a keen sense of judgment and an ability to apply his intuition in practical matters while possibly being a genius in some sphere of life. (imho, let his genius be The Law and not 'Trump's law' invented so that autocrat Donald can perpetrate whatever he likes and get away with it.) Of course, such alleged 'genius' may play a crucial role in the matter of Mr. Mueller continuing his investigation into Trump's activities, unimpeded by an AG of any stripe or bias. Once Mr. Barr knows all details of the matter, we'll see what 'his genius' asserts then.

Now there are other beneficial trines within Barr's natal horoscope but one aspect that stands out to me in relation to his proposed AG position is a Mercury-Pluto square, an aspect that tends toward negative traits such as sarcasm and criticism of others, and aids him to understand the weak points of vulnerability in other people. It also suggests deep-rooted neuroses (an overpowering father? see his PE, below) yet a Mercury-Saturn trine hopefully mitigates these negative traits somewhat (in public at least!) and provides Mr. Barr with a measure of common sense and a good head for business (he left his positions at Verizon Communications in 2008).

So Sun Gemini-Moon Leo describes 'the eternal child' (like man-baby Trump) with fantasies of royal blood and a flair for self-dramatization. Barr, like Trump, is a natural salesperson (ex: his June 8th memo?) who won't compromise on important issues (ruh-roh for Trump patronage!) and has a strong need for flattery (just like you-know-who). Bill Barr is a haughty, stubborn individualist so clashes with a similar Donald Trump may be expected. Both pursue plans fanatically (Barr's Mercury-Pluto = Uranus in self-protective Cancer, sign of tribalism, nationalism, and patriotism) and both men seem to be on the same page as far as the legality of Trump's executive power overreach and an alleged ability to float 'above the law.' This combo's 'Image for Integration': "A king holds court and surprises his audience by joining the mandolin player in a duet of song and story" (Sun Sign-Moon Sign.) You note the "king" and the word "court" which loudly echo Trump's natal chart with royal Regulus, the king or kingmaker, rising with his me-first Mars in royal Leo. Yet we must remember the caution attached to Regulus: that if revenge is not avoided, all that has been gained will be taken away (Brady).

The Prenatal Eclipse ('PE") of William Barr

Mr. Barr's PE occurred on March 18, 1950 @27Pis27 in the 6 North Saros Series. 6N Themes: relationships to authority figures, a need to take responsibility and control and to accept commitments due to another person's unreliability (or via the inability to be confirmed by the US Senate: Matt Whitaker). A 6 North Solar Eclipse last manifested on April 19, 2004 @30Aries, a degree area now activated off and on by transit Uranus; a 6N eclipse next occurs on April 30, 2022 @10Taurus.

The Long Shadow of Neptune in Pisces

On December 17, 2018, former FBI director James Comey delivered bracing remarks concerning the failure of Republicans to stand up and speak the truth, and their role in the undermining of the rule of law in this country by supporting Donald Trump with nary a murmur of dissent. Undermining Neptune at work!

Following this came former Republican congressman David Jolly's recent comments to Brian Williams on his The 11th Hour program who stated that, "History's going to cast a long shadow over Republicans..." for their weakness and lack of upstanding behavior during this time of American crisis. So here again is the horoscope of the fifth of five Returns of Neptune to its shady position (14Pis01) in the 1854 founding chart of the Republican Party, details following:

GOP Neptune Return #5 December 29, 2018 5:45:09 am cst Ripon, WI; Neptune returns for the fifth and final time to the exact position it held on March 20, 1854. In Ripon the MC = 5Lib49 conjunct the natal Neptune of Donald Trump, his natal Chiron, then natal Jupiter Stationary @18Libra; rising in Ripon is 13Sag24. However, as an update, please note that the following details concern this chart relocated to Washington DC and is composed with the advantage of hindsight from my original post: Hour of the Moon (changes, fluctuations, publicity) which leads a Locomotive shape of planets (ruthless determination toward success) from the 9th house (Philosophy; Legal Matters; Foreign Lands). Is this leading Moon the America public? Or is this Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi? Or even Trump with his lunar issues? Perhaps all three? Surely it doesn't denote Putin and his undermining minions!

Whatever the lunar case, the natal Moon-South-Node conjunction of Donald Trump rises (21--23Sag) with his quirky, chaos-loving Uranus-North-Node-Sun trio setting; ASC 26Sag58 makes Jupiter chart-ruler and Jupiter @11Sag14 in DC (conjunct US natal ASC 12Sag) is in the 12th house of Politics, Karma, and Self-Undoing. Chart-ruler Jupiter applies only once--to a square with the GOP's Neptune which is posited in the 2nd house of Values yet conjoins the 3rd cusp of Communications (14Pis12) in the Placidus House System. Republicans expressing Jupiter-square-Neptune values are they?

Well, a Jupiter-Neptune square (ruler and sub-ruler of secretive Pisces) identifies the current delusions, illusions, pretense, deceptions, inflation, speculation, schemes, disguises, sabotage, propaganda, and fraud ongoing from and by the Republican Party and its under-fire leader, Trump. The square also points to the disappointment and losses of society via the GOP-Trump-Putin campaign to undermine the US government. My feeling is that whatever happens to Donald Trump resulting from his legal troubles, saboteur Putin has 'won' in his take-down of America--and mitigating the damage is what most American must hope for along with the rebuilding of our institutions which must occur once the dust settles. Best outcome from this saga is that America will emerge stronger than before! Of course, undermining of structures is an effect of the current Solar Eclipse, 'The Tower Eclipse' @18Leo41, which perfected on August 11, 2018 with themes of collapse and rebuild (Brady).

We also see the eclipse's influence via yesterday's court ruling against the Trump 'charity' Foundation now collapsing under the weight of its own illegal funny business as the judge ordered it to dissolve a la Neptune and distribute its remaining funds to actual charities. As you know, the gentle side of Neptune approves of and promotes compassion but in Trump's case, the enforced kind must suffice.

Now as you know, this first-ever Neptune Return of the Republican Party has been ongoing since 2017 but the horoscope above shows Neptune's last exact conjunction, as noted, which repeats its natal aspects of 1854 and reflects the planet's fraudulent, undermining, disappointing qualities affecting society and which now "cast a long shadow" over the Party of Trump, as Mr. Jolly says of history. ('Jolly' suggests a Jupiterian figure!)

And the Sabian Symbol for the GOP's natal Neptune in shady Pisces, now activated under a bright spotlight? "A Lady in Fox Fur"...'negative expression: "amoral opportunism"' (Jones), a trait which Donald Trump, operating from the Oval Office, now shows he shares with Republican Party members on Capitol Hill. Yes, Neptune's mask has slipped! But will we hear about it on Fox 'News'? Lately it seems that's a 'maybe'.

Oh and btw: in DC Trump's natal Jupiter conjoins the Midheaven (18Libra) (the most visible point in a chart) which denotes their shared value of pursuing financial and political gains above all else. And there's the natal Jupiter of Nancy Pelosi (18Aries) at the IC, The Basis, of the chart just in time for her gaveling-in on January 3, 2019 as she and Trump face off on Jupiterian issues such as budgets, deficits, and border wall building.

2019 Pluto Returns to its FBI-Cohen Raid position

When transit Pluto returns to its position in the April 9, 2018 FBI-Cohen Raid horoscope (21Cap14), the planet of the Underworld, aka, the 'god of Hades', will reinvigorate its aspects to other planets in the original April 9, 2018 chart.

This may be significant or may form a Timeline of sorts yet its importance partially depends on subsequent events which will continue to issue from the early morning raid/s on the office, hotel room, and home of Trump's former lawyer and 'fixer' Michael Cohen, recently tried and sentenced to three years in prison for his criminal activities--some perpetrated on behalf of Boss Trump. Therefore, we may wish to list the dates of Pluto's Returns to the chart which you see, below, and add a consideration of the three major aspects of Pluto in the FBI-Cohen Raid horoscope for these powerful energies will be re-activated on some level during the time period beginning on April 9, 2018.

Note that the usual associations and realms of astrological Pluto are involved: secrets, surveillance, wealth, hidden things, destruction, criminal activity, mobsterism, gangsterism, racketeering, corruption, theft, sabotage, isolation, psychotic or obsessive behavior, strong-arming, blackmail, kidnapping, manipulation, oppression, plutocracy, and with potentials for sexual liaisons, rape, and/or primal violence.

Pluto Returns to 21Cap14 4x: Once in 2018, Three Times in 2019

1. FBI-Cohen Raid April 9, 2018 5:07 am edt Manhattan, NY with powerful, usually unconsciously motivated Pluto is Direct @21Cap14 in the 11th house of Groups and Associations across the 5/11 self-will axis. Sneaky fraudster Neptune in Pisces rises and Trump's natal Moon-SN conjunction is in full view at Midheaven (MC 21Sag07) opposing his natal Uranus-NN-Sun trio at the Foundation/Basis Point (IC) of the chart (and of the raid). If memory serves, there was concern around the time that evidence (papers, emails, recordings, etc) would be or were being destroyed unless the raid was given the green light by a judge, as it legally was.

2. May 5, 2018 Rx (in May 2018 certain associates of Roger Stone were receiving subpoenaes);

3. January 20, 2019 (Trump Inauguration Solar Return 2019 - the raid's Pluto conjuncts IC!);

4. August 11, 2019 Rx (the 1st anniversary of 'The Tower' Solar Eclipse of 2018 under which 'cosmic blink' influence I now type);

5. November 22, 2019 (the 56th anniversary of the JFK assassination).

The Three Major Aspects of Pluto in the FBI-Cohen Raid Horoscope with Potentials:

1. Jupiter sextile Pluto (0A30): digging deeper for the truth; a desire to undo lies; suggests those with an ability to recognize people who will be loyal in a crisis (Epstein); people who resent the imposition of rules, regulations, laws; a talent for psychological warfare; people who have to face their losses alone and/or who develop enemies who sabotage them via rumor, gossip, misinformation; one who feels vulnerable and insists on micro-managing; ambitious developers of large-scale projects; plutocrats. Well, there's a partial cosmic picture of Pluto's ongoing condition as part of the Mueller investigation into potential criminal activities of Donald Trump, family, and associates both foreign and domestic via catalyst Pluto's powerful influence which threatens to extend its creepiness through year 2019.

The Lunar and Solar Eclipses of 2019 with Themes.

January 21, 2019: a Lunar Eclipse 'eclipses' US POTUS Sun and simultaneously 2 of Trump's natal 12th house midpoints will be 'eclipsed'...significant karma surrounds Inauguration 2017's second anniversary.

February 2019 Full Moon conjuncts Royal Regulus and Trump's natal Ascendant.

Some 2019 Transits Affecting Donald Trump Jr plus, his upcoming Mars Return.

April 2019: 'Wild Card' Uranus activates 'The Tower' Eclipse.

Horoscopes: Yemen - North and South

Dual image: Yemen North (lower left; September 27, 1962 '12:00 pm BAT -3:00' Sanaa' Yemen; Campion chart #392) and Yemen South (upper right; November 29, 1967 3:00 pm BAT = "end of British rule"; Aden, Yemen; Campion chart #393).

The horoscope of Yemen South is currently more activated of the two and is accurately timed so today's transits (Dec 14, 2018 est) are penned around the chart. Most notable is that Yemen's natal Mars @28Cap11 in 10th house is in process of being squared by transit Uranus @28Ari49 with both planets and their square having links to war, revolt, destruction, violence, explosions (bombs), injuries, and danger.

Another current indicator of war and violence is the transit South Node, a Saturnian point of restriction and loss (aka, 'the tail of the dragon') now swiping across Yemen South's natal Mars in Capricorn.

Then both charts reveal crisis-ridden YOD patterns within them. North's apex planet of its YOD is Jupiter Rx in Pisces, a compassionate sign for Jupiter yet as apex planet this denotes expectations that tend to fall short of their promised potential due to poor judgement, procrastination, and/or over-reach and this brings fateful consequences. In South's chart, we see 12th house Saturn Rx in early Aries (where transit Chiron is scheduled to visit later on) as apex of the YOD which doubles the karmic potential of the YOD and suggests an inherent ambition, plus, a destiny replete with determination, commitment and resolve if the energies are correctly faced and handled. Obviously, maturity and social responsibility must be part of apex Saturn's demanding imperatives and periods of Yemen South's Saturn Returns would be times when YOD conditions would be most in force with many lessons to learn. South's last/current Saturn Return was a three-fer: 1. June 3, 1996; 2. September 3, 1996; 3. February 21, 1997 - all when Bill Clinton was inhabiting the White House. South's next Saturn Return will perfect on April 2, 2026.

So as you see, transit Pluto @20Capricorn+ (a critical-crisis degree) is about to cross Yemen's Midheaven (21Cap10) with transit Saturn close behind. In fact, the two karmic planets' Great Conjunction takes places January 12, 2020 @22Cap46 (see link, below) and will form a midpoint picture of potentials for Yemen: Saturn-Pluto = natal MC: desire to rise from difficult circumstances through the application of tenacity and endurance; severity; one-sidedness; self-sacrifice; asceticism (Ebertin).

And perhaps you've noticed that Yemen's Mars @28Capricorn conjoins the power-mad, manipulative natal Pluto of the United States (27Cap33 Rx). We can see this planetary connection in such inconvenient-for-the-Pentagon facts as Shrapnel in Yemen ties US bombs to civilian deaths, a massive cosmic peep-eye for we Americans who are usually the last to know what the Pentagon is actually up to abroad.

So what if anything is Washington doing about our complicity in these tragic, heart-wrenching war crimes in Yemen? Well, the US Senate voted to end our nation's involvement in the war at least in part but the vote is probably merely a symbolic gesture especially with Mr. Trump unlikely to sign on to the idea of putting an end to the bombing of Yemeni women and children. After all, Big T likes to cage children, we know - and he remains a supporter of the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia in spite of the Saudi-ordered assassination of Trump-critic and Washington Post journalist, Jamal Khashoggi. Of course, big money, pay-offs, and favors are involved, a probability which neatly sums up the entire situation for the superficial Donald Trump who prefers to do just like his mentor Putin would do.

Wouldn't it be wild and crazy if Melania turns out to be asset Trump's handler?
