Purposes of the G20 Summit April 2009

The New American has an article by William F. Jasper concerning the upcoming G20 Summit in London which declares its intent.

The G20 Push to 'Supersize' the IMF contains links to several recent articles about the many shout-outs for the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to become an international Federal Reserve System - such as UK PM Gordon Brown's call before a joint session of the US Congress on March 4, 2009 to inflate the power of the IMF.

This is the global economy 'solution' they want the world to plead for based on their manufactured econo-crisis of 2008-09 and beyond.

And in case you missed it, here's a post from Sept 2008 on the 13-step pyramid of power shown on the back of America's Great Seal with the all-seeing-eye at apex (viewable on the back of a dollar bill) representing the IMF which has its baleful eye on you, me, and our bank accounts.

If the G20 power-mongers have their way, the IMF's transcendence over all may signify the obverse of the Great Seal becoming our guide into the rest of the 21st century...the better to see you with, m'dear, for it will be 'unconscious' no more.

Washington DC a 'New Rome'? Altair the Eagle says, Yes

In my last post I wondered aloud if the world is any better off because the British Empire morphed into the American Empire. World populations still groan in pain under imperialistic oppression no matter its national origins or current moniker. And my deepest suspicion is that US-Brit political relations show a joining of empires more than is usually admitted in public although some inner conflicts between factions on each side of the Atlantic and ego games for control are in evidence.

Yet no real rift between us exists when it comes to global conquest.

In fact, puppet master Pluto of secret hand fame rises with Fixed Star Altair each March. The keywords for Altair (alpha Aquila) are: boldness and determination; exploration (Brady.)

So each US Inauguration Day since 1937, the Sun (leader) conjoins Altair at 00AQ+, and on January 20, 2009, Mercury Rx joined in on that degree. Oath-taking Mercury's Rx condition resulted, as you know, in President Obama's taking a second Oath of Office due to Justice Roberts' flubbing (Mercury) when administering #1.

It seems no accident to me that during FDR's administration the date for US presidential inaugurations was changed from early March (usually the 3rd or 4th) to January 20 - after all, to paraphrase FDR's famous quote: Nothing in politics happens by accident; if it happens you can be sure it was meant to happen.

Freemason F. D. Roosevelt would have known about the astrological differences of the date switch which was done purposefully. (Teddy R. was also an initiated Freemason.)

(FDR's admission about politics under girds many of my snarly remarks on this and other blogs concerning Politics as practiced in Washington, DC and the loss of hearing on Capitol Hill when it comes to the voices and preferences of we-the-people. Consider me permanently in a snit of miffdom over Washington politicians' sorriness and the ordinary US citizen's deplorable lack of representation.)

And since I've been intending for years now to post a dual view of FDR's Inaugurations 1933 and 1937, I shall do so below. Hopefully you can read the basic chart details by clicking to enlarge the image. Note the change of ASC degree and Sun degree and the changing Fixed Stars they highlight - 1933 vs 1937...the changes are no accident, as FDR might say (notwithstanding the thin justifications given for the date switch at the time. As you know, Freemasonry is big on Fixed Stars and on using Electional Astrology to time events such as cornerstone layings, speeches, wars, presidential inaugurations, etc.)

Now astrologers, hip to the use of the Roman symbolism of The Eagle as America's totem, often note the connection with the mystical sign of Scorpio and its eagle, scorpion, and phoenix archetypes representing various levels of evolution.

This may be one reason not to automatically jettison the use of the speculative Scorpio Rising chart as a natal horoscope for the US, imho, though I agree that a Sag Ascendant with Jupiter ruling has much merit given our nation's traditional optimism, expansion urges, and constant search for wealth and resources (even though they may belong to someone else.)

The US natal horoscope I'm using is set for July 4, 1776 6:30 pm LMT Philadelphia, PA: ASC 29SAg43...'30Sag' = "The Pope Blessing the Faithful" which as you see describes another link between Washington, DC and Rome. And yes, there is a particular astrological reason I'm using the 6:30 pm chart which does just barely keep Jupiter as chart-ruler while having a crisis-ridden 29th degree on the ASC-DESC axis. You may have noticed that if America doesn't have a crisis situation or enemy to deal with, she always manages to find a few and make some others.

Then there's the much-touted "Manifest Destiny" which is one of Jupiter's calling cards, too, with its embedded superiority complex allegedly allowing our nation to do as it pleases, no matter the consequences, and against all odds - Jupiter's lucky chance/risk-taking function in play as we brazenly invade other nations.

My feeling is that the American War Machine's insistence on promoting endless war has been a dire result of that particularly American vision of US presidents and those who install them for world domination purposes, with terms such as New World, New Atlantis, one-world-government, New Order of the Ages, and the supposedly mild 'New Age' and 'Aquarian Age' as euphemisms for the New World Order of totalitarianism.

Plus, you don't get to be #1 in the Oval Office (egg-shaped = Venus, our Inaugural chart-ruler since 1937, hence the ruler of the Office of the President) without adhering to the Utopian vision which in the New Millennium is revealing its intended global reach and its true motivations. Did you really think as president that Barack Obama would or could be any different?

"Every day in every way I am getting better and better." (The Jupiter Mantra of Emile Coue.) That's until you've over-extended yourself and you're not.

Yes, even our national 'pursuit of happiness' falls under jolly Jupiter's sphere of influence - and US n Jupiter conjuncts n Venus closely (happiness and felicity!) and conjuncts n Sun by 7 degrees (ego inflation.) US n Mercury Rx is also in home-oriented Cancer so we tend to think and speak that way as well; our Mercury/Pluto opposition indicates plutonic control and manipulation of our thinking and communication functions...Pluto's propaganda has been used against us since our nation's founding or before.

I say 'before' because our national Mercury/Pluto cycle began with their conjunction on January 18, 1776 @ 26Cap32, our modern-day Inaugural Midheaven degree. The transiting and oppressive Pluto/Chiron midpoint conjoined the Jan 20, 2009 MC, and off and on goes ahead into Aquarius to conjunct US Inaugural Sun, the President!

This relates to the vision of the Pilgrims and to the floating capstone on the back of America's Great Seal and the US dollar bill with its Eye of Providence in place of a monarchical Sun emblem. Now it's fairly unusual that I copy/paste another's text to such a degree as I am about to do with the info I've just found. You'll find a link to the text at the end of the author's text for your convenience.

George Washington envisioned a wooded area alongside the Potomac River as the new federal city. The highest hill in the area, Jenkins Heights, was then owned by Daniel Carroll. In 1663, the owner of this land had been Francis Pope. Pope's name for the high hill was "Rome", and he called the nearby waterway "the Tiber." [1]

Ancient Rome was a mere city which conquered the world. Although it apparently declined and fell, some say it did not fall but changed its form into the Roman Catholic Church and still dominates the world. Echoing this idea, science fiction writer Philip K. Dick theorized an enormous false memory imposed upon all humanity in which the last 2000 years of "history" never happened. According to Dick, author of the VALIS trilogy, we have been brainwashed by the Roman Empire to think we are living in what is really a totally false world. [2]

Another wrinkle may be found in the Sabian Symbol for our presidential Sun @ '1AQ', as of 1937: "An Old Adobe Mission" = keyword: DURABILITY...

positive manifestation: effective breadth of vision and a respect-compelling depth of character;

neg/unconscious/shadow side: lack of ambition and blind adherence to superficialities. (Marc Edmund Jones.)

Dane Rudhyar gives '1AQ' as THE CONCRETIZATION OF AN IDEAL and says it 'implies the "immortalization" of an individual within a great collective and cultural enterprise.'

The enterprise is a Utopian, secular America and the helming of it and the 'immortalization of an individual' relates to the presidential cult of personality we've been conditioned to be so fond of as the land of Sun (leader) worship, with revolutionary Uranus, the planet of individuality and independence, closely identified with our original patriot cause.

This word picture relates on a deeper level to Hermeticist and Dominican monk Tommaso Campanella (1568 - 1639) and his novel City of the Sun which tells of a Utopian society of 'Solarians' where all goods are held in common - including women who are not allowed to hold leadership positions. This is a form of theocracy that sets up an "ideal Solar civilization" and I have to say that America is the model vehicle for this so-called Utopia so far. Prior to 1776, Campanella's novel and its Solar ideas were well known to those who seeded the founding of the New World. Old world kings ruled under the symbol of the life-giving Sun.

Here I refer you to the excellent book The Secret History of the West by Nicholas Hagger from which I quote; paperback, page 224 details Freemasonry and (Sir) Francis Bacon's influence upon our founding:

"At Bacon's instigation towards the end of the 16th century distinguished people who were not builders were admitted into the fraternity (often to help with funding) and were called "Accepted" Masons. They received the secret universal knowledge of the oneness and brotherhood of mankind and the Secret Doctrine of the Ages that America would become a Utopian New Atlantis and create a better world in which humanity would be deified. In this paradise, men would follow a religion of reason and become gods and work for a universal world republic that would replicate the Utopian conditions in Atlantis throughout the world. Meanwhile the secret knowledge would be passed on from generation to generation in the Freemason's Temple."

Note that human beings are to stand in God's place in this society. Or so they think. Yet in the 1790s, its chaotic principles of 'reason' didn't work so well in France, did they? I think our Thomas Jefferson just fanned himself in his grave.

Bacon, Hagger notes, is considered the founder of English Freemasonry and of the Rosicrucian Order; a Rosicrucian code decipher was found in the effects of Thomas Jefferson after his demise. Hagger also states that Bacon believed that English colonization of the New World would result in the New Atlantis as a Utopian society.

And Washington DC remains the legendary 'Shining City on a Hill' for Ronald Reagan and Bush Sr said so as have others. Senator Ted Kennedy made this statement during the confirmation hearings for John Roberts:

"From the start, America was summoned to be a shining city on a hill. But each generation must keep building that city."

"Summoned"? How very esoteric of him! And one assumes that Justice Roberts is part of the vision's implementation and wouldn't sit where he sits if he weren't.

Actually, 'Shining City on a Hill' is one of John Winthrop's ideas, a Pilgrims' vision (if you click, be aware that some propaganda may apply on the site.)

Well, after all my grousing today I shall merely suggest that the current condition of the United States of America either confirms or denies the intelligence and the prudence of such a far-seeing endeavor especially now that Jupiter the General is leading the way, ignoring national borders and sovereignties, and bankrupting our nation while we-the-people's needs are considered 'too costly' by our Jupiterian Capitol Hill crew. (The Bush-Cheney-Obama TARP money was surreptitiously sent to foreign banks, remember.)

So congratulations! For if you've slogged through and read this far you now know much of what I think about these topics. But what do you think?

The Prenatal Solar Eclipse of America's Pluto Return/s

This Solar Eclipse falls into the 5 New South Saros Series with themes of benefits and peak experiences and its initial manifestation perfected on June 15, 1787 @24Gem20, near the New Moon degree (25:07) of the Uranian Mr. Trump's 'escalator announcement' of his presidential bid in June 2015. It is also the degree of the 1781 discovery of planet Uranus (24Gem27). Will the senior Mr. Trump still be around in 2021 or 2022? We'll see for it may depend on how many cheeseburgers and greasy chicken thighs he scarfs down between now and then (I'm not wishin' I'm just sayin').

Now the US natal chart here is the one I usually tend to favor because it places Cardinal World Points on the MC and IC angles of the chart along with two applicable Sabian Symbols. '1 Aries' = IC, the Foundation of the Matter) = "A Woman Rises Out of Water, a Seal Is Embracing Her" (Jones) which to me sounds like the New Atlantis as America, a 'her', across the sea from England--and America's Great Seal intended to certify official documents and based on Weishaupt's Illuminati Seal design of May 1, 1776. This, plus the natal horoscope's Ascendant degree/s ('12Sag' and '13 Sag'--see chart, lower left) suggests our nation on various levels--one of which is its Freemasonic birth of an idea/ideal that is the Founders' 'New Atlantis' in which men are capable of enlightened self-government for as Thomas Jefferson asserted,

"I have no fear that the result of our experiment will be that men may be trusted to govern themselves." (TJ July 2, 1787.) Do you think that remains the case in 2018 much less by 2021/22? If not, it's primarily due to infiltrators that have infested our country for decades now and their devilish, undermining machinations which are really paying off as they planned long ago. (See my 2005 description of Stars Over Washington under the title, above!)

Some well known historic events that are associated with the Mercury-Pluto duo include: Apollo 11 Moon Landing, Alaskan Earthquake, FDR's first election, East Coast Power Blackout, and Bolsheviks take power (Midpoints: Unleashing the Power of the Planets, Michael Munkasey).

Note: Now I'm using the 5 New South Eclipse as the PE of America's Pluto Return phase in general, plus, its degree conjoins our nation's July 4, 1776 natal Ascendant in Sagittarius (late afternoon charts). However, two other Solar Eclipses perfect in year 2022 with themes that are notably plutonic and I intend to cover them in a different post as soon as I can get to it. And so as creepy Pluto in Capricorn (planet of the Underworld, secret manipulators, hidden wealth, sneaky stealth, death, sex, research and investigation, transformation and regeneration) continues plodding toward his natal degree (27Cap33) and reprises his opposition to US natal Mercury (24Can11: '25Cancer' = "A Man Wrapped in an Invisible Mantle of Power") off and on along the way, we can see in the above Eclipse chart some of the general cosmic background influences upon the first-time-ever phase of our exact Pluto Return/s--three in number. Our Pluto Return phase will activate America's surveillance pair of planets ('total awareness' aka, Big Brother) with the duo's (continued!) propensity toward secrets, gathering of information (intelligence activities), top secret communications, security clearances, self-destructive impulses in business operations, political talk of abrupt changes and reforms, breakdowns in road networks, paranoia about secrets or scandals and the leaking or disclosure of them, ruthless behavior, obsessions, eroticism, news about space exploration, orbital weapons, and/or toxins, and the need to control other people (Munkasey) when it's actually The Manipulators who need controlling.

POTUS Sun 2017 Conjunct Icarus

Speculative Horoscope: The Discovery of Icarus June 27, 1949; exact hour unknown; Palomar Observatory California discovered by *Walter Baade. Timing the chart for 10:03:19 pm pst shows asteroid Icarus @11Sag29 Rx precisely conjunct Midheaven (11:29), the Goal Point of any horoscope.

Listed are Carelli's symbol for '11 Sagittarius' (he doesn't round up as in Sabian Symbols) - "An Ape Riding a Wolf" and the Jones version of the Sabian Symbol for '12 Sagittarius' - "A Flag That Turns Into an Eagle That Crows" which of course is a possible picture of America's natal Ascendant in the late afternoon charts on July 4, 1776 Philadelphia, PA. Of course, an eagle is a typical symbol for America (on the Great Seal, etc) and we're accustomed to much crowing over the US flag.

The discovery horoscope of Icarus is currently signiffficant because during Inauguration 2017 as Trump took the Oath of Office, the POTUS Sun (00AQ49) was unaspected (which we have discussed previously as a self-interested leader focused on his own importance and holding himself in high regard--Tierney) but conjunct asteroid Icarus. Therefore, I am relating this horoscope of Icarus to the current occupant now sitting in the Oval Office and note that he is a Jupiterian figure blended with chaotic Uranian and Mercurial trickster-esque tendencies.

As you see, expansive planet Jupiter Rx (weakened) is at a critical 29th degree in 12th house of Politics and Karma and is the handle of a Sling shape which knits together two hemispheres of the chart. As handle, Jupiter's expansive energies are the focus although its expansive activities are partially held in check when in Saturn-ruled Capricorn, the sign of law, government, and business. A Moon-Jupiter opposition suggests emotional vulnerability, lack of a sense of self-worth, the need for expert advice (seldom taken), and a tendency to give others who may not deserve it the benefit of the doubt. Jupiter quincunx reforming Uranus suggests unrealistic expectations which Mr. Trump apparently possessed before stepping into the Oval Office--one example being how "easy" he thought presidentin' would be. Who knew chairing America could be so complicated?

Now I won't fuss on about the POTUS Sun-Icarus conjunction (in force as long as Trump's term goes on) but here are the comments I added to the Icarus horoscope when I first set it up. You may find this of interest now that Mr. Trump's administration has had time to show purposeful disfunction, the sabotage of various government agencies, and his tendency to act alone and seldom in accord with others (unaspected Sun, isolated in the 10th house of the Inauguration 2017 horoscope)--and noting that Icarus didn't listen to his father's admonition, flew too high, subsequently fell, and drowned in a Neptunian sea:

'New Insights into Astrology' page 196 by Nona Gwynn Press (see my Amazon review!); Icarus discovered by Walter Baade on June 27, 1949; in Greek Mythology, Icarus was the son of master craftsman Daedalus and Naucrate, a Cretan slave. Daedalus constructed the labyrinth on Crete where the Minotaur was kept. King Minos imprisoned Daedalus and Icarus in the labyrinth, Daedalus made wings of feathers and wax, and Icarus, ignoring his father's warning, flew too close to the sun, the wings melted, and predictable results occurred.

The orbit of Icarus is between the Sun and Jupiter and it crosses the orbits of Mercury, Venus, the Earth, and Mars. Only comets go closer to the Sun. Icarus (#1566) contains the restlessness of Mercury, the sensuousness of Venus, the earthiness of Earth, and the self-assertiveness of Mars. Zane Stein gives Icarus a feeling of restriction, unrestrained exhilaration at escape which may be followed by a fall. House position shows where risks are taken (10th), and the practice of Politics is associated with Icarus via its 'rise and fall' nature. Assassination is also related to Icarus including character assassination (of Trump, now underway).

*German astronomer Walter Baade (1893--1960) worked in the US from 1931 to 1960 and with fellow astronomer Fritz Zwicky coined the terms "supernova" and "neutron star." A total of ten asteroids were discovered including Icarus, as noted above, and Hidalgo (#944) which were known as minor planets but are now called Centaurs of which Chiron is most notable.

US Mercury '25Can': "A Man Wrapped in an Invisible Mantle of Power"

Given my real world schedule, it would be an impossible task to provide in this post a list of current links to articles, videos, and interviews concerning the NSA/PRISM/data-mining/Snowden issues now dominating the 24/7 cycle of the news, and I trust you may find them for yourself as you wish. In fact, such news would be difficult for anyone to miss these days unless they inhabit an underground cave with no Internet connection or phone signal.

And as I always wonder, what should we be attending to when the circus masters of the media say, Look Here, American public! What's going on in an opposite direction that the powers-that-be want us to ignore?

Leaving that question aside for the moment, I wish to further mention notes on America's natal Mercury Rx (July 4, 1776 @24Can11 = '25Cancer') and its Sabian Symbol as given by both Marc Edmund Jones and Dane Rudhyar. Their word pictures for '25 Cancer' vary slightly and does the Solar Fire symbol used in the title of this post.

"25Can" (MEJ): "A dark shadow or mantle thrown suddenly over the right shoulder"...DESTINY. Positive expression: some dramatic manifestation of genius vital to the general welfare of man; Negative (shadow side--jc): a tendency to unwarranted presumption if not outright megalomania."

(Note the use of "unwarranted presumption" similar to warrantless wiretaps.)

Here's Baraka!

Now let's consider the entire interpretation by Dane Rudhyar for '25Can' = "A Will-Full Man Is Overshadowed By a Descent of Superior Power."

"We are dealing here with a man who uses his will and positive imagination in facing life's problems. To him comes a pentecostal descent of power. He receives the "mantle of power," the grace (baraka in *Sufi philosophy) or the Providential assistance which can make him a true leader in his culture.

In this fifth symbol we witness a more transcendent expression of "success." It is not merely external success (as given by society to its prima donnas), but a spiritual response, a sign of inner and uncommon ENDOWMENT."

Naturally, with the symbol's "Providential assistance" we are reminded of the Founding Fathers' use of Illuminati symbols upon America's Great Seal, symbols which were placed on the dollar bill under the Franklin Roosevelt administration (he, a Freemason as were many Founding Fathers including numero uno President George Washington)--the pyramid with the floating capstone and the Eye of Providence (or of Horus) that we now know symbolizes total and complete surveillance of the American people and of the entire globe.

E pluribus unum indeed.

Though to be fair, similar symbols had been used by other secret societies besides the Illuminati (May 1, 1776) yet infiltration of other societies has been an oft-used tactic to direct and maintain control over events and outcomes. I believe we see that this is same tactic now used by anti-government types who've infiltrated the US Congress in order to collapse the US government and cull the people in Darwin-esque fashion.

Yes, America's natal Mercury (Rx: inward spying!) is opposed by powerful Pluto Rx in Capricorn, sign of government, law, business (and Saturnian control and restriction) and has been addressed here many times, plus, Pluto's legendary Cape of Invisibility is certainly a large part of our spying picture of manipulation, oppression, and secrecy. When born or founded with a Mercury-Pluto opposition dangerous secrets are dealt with and are sometimes used against opponents when blackmail is deemed a necessary tactic.

*Now Sufi philosophy's concept of the perfect man in some ways seems to tally with Adam Weishaupt's Illuminati theory that man can through reason perfect himself and is in no need of rules, government, religion, etc.

And of course, 'reason' points to The Enlightenment era (the 'Age of Reason') and its planetary significator, the Uranus-Neptune duo. And since I've typed much on SO'W about this combo and its effects that work against society's best interests--meeting in Great Conjunction @'18Cap' as they did three times in 1993 and creating what I at least use as a natal horoscope of the modern-day 'new world order' that now spies on us--I shall add little to the wordage today--except to remind us all of the Sabian Symbol for '18Cap' of Uranus-Neptune since it touches upon the topic of this post:

"The Union Jack Flies From a British Warship"...POLITICAL POWER, its values and its dangers. Keywords: The protection afforded to individuals and groups by powerful institutions in charge of maintaining order." (DR.)

Positive: the self's ever-widening spread of interest in its insatiable desire to leave some permanent imprint of itself on everything it touches; Negative" (shadow side--jc): "smug or strong-armed paternalism." (MEJ.)

Uranus (progress; technological advances; Science; genius) and Neptune (surveillance, masks, veils, secrecy; the masses; the media) joined forces in 1993 with presidents Bush Sr and Bill Clinton handing them the wrenches with which to destroy the American public's right to personal privacy and thereby fatally wounding our democracy.

Washington DC Horoscope of Inauguration 2017

For Inauguration 2017 (January 20, noon EST, Capitol Building), the American people may expect a horoscope and planets that look like this:

Providing the cosmic conditions for the 2017 Oath of Office and the 4-year term of the next president is a 5th house Solar Eclipse @9Virgo and if you're curious, here is a previous post concerning this 19 North Solar Eclipse which describes background influences for both Election 2016 in November and Inauguration 2017 in January. According to 19 North it's time to 'tackle the truth' though with our nation's capital city running on lies and deceit we must wonder how politicians will deal with such a frightful experience of the truth getting out. Unless, that is, the presidential victor is one of 'the outsiders' like Trump or Sanders. For my dime I prefer plain speaking Bernie Sanders over showman Donald Trump whose Mercury-Neptune distortions of facts and indiscretion are well known now in April 2016. Plus, Mr. Trump may not make it beyond the RNC 2016 nominating process so we'll see if any other truth tellers come forth for consideration in July and on November 8, 2016. After all, there will be a Capricorn Full Moon during RNC 2016 so facts and secret information may be cast into the public spotlight, and very inconveniently for some.

Another caution in the truth-telling department is that deceptive Neptune @10Pisces is the chart's and the inauguration's final dispositor--everything comes back to Neptune which is not a stable planet--strong and contagious in its own sign--on which to pin our hopes for increased realism and truth. Actually, stark Saturn favors realism, truth, and accountability and there he is in the 8th house of Corporatism near the political asteroid Juno. Conservative Saturn can be quite doubtful and doubt-provoking when in Sagittarius (sign of the truth seeker!) and often describes those with a strong sense of justice, prudence, and possessing legal talents. Will this be enough to satisfy the impetus of the 19 North Solar Eclipse?

Looking back, 19 North is the Pre-Natal Eclipse Series of America's Great Seal (June 20, 1782), the Republican Party (July 6, 1854), and Inauguration 1981 of Ronald Reagan. Quite a trio! And not necessarily a trio of realism and tru...you know.

So as you see in the horoscope, the Oath of Office will be taken during an active Hour of Mars, and there's a Bowl shape to the planets with the 6th house Jupiter in Libra in the lead. This shows a Jupiterian person who advocates for a cause, deals with needs, and is challenged by the empty area of the chart--here, it's Taurus through Virgo which includes America's natal Uranus and Mars in Gemini, our Venus, Jupiter, Sun, and Mercury in Cancer, and our natal Neptune in Virgo (sign of The Worker and Critic.) A major agenda has the next president but don't they all? Yet we know that global government types bedevil the American people who prefer the nation-state we're accustomed to! It's a long process forcing something upon people who say, No Thank You, and the Hegelian Dialect has been one of their favorite methods as the power elite 'solve' the very problems they themselves created and engineered.

As for Jupiter in Libra, we know that this placement denotes a strong sense of justice and fair play. An example is Mr. Trump whose natal Jupiter in Libra is quick to shout, "it's not fair!" when things aren't going his way. So we may be tempted to prognosticate Mr. Trump as our next president due to his Jupiter Return/s (17Lib27 Rx) which manifest three times: December 4, 2016, April 13, 2017 (Rx), and August 4, 2017. This should be a time of rewards for him.

However, there are other transits causing frustration such as disruptive, rebellious Uranus in Aries opposing Trump's natal Jupiter (a money planet that also relates to thespians and politicians--his Gemini Sun is an actor and a juggler.) Plus, there's a square from transit Pluto in Capricorn to his natal Jupiter. This imposing square denotes that his exaggerations of self-importance bring obstacles to his political aims and are not favored by those with more power and influence. In short, the ongoing Uranus-Pluto square in Cardinal signs has engaged his Jupiter off and on so I'm guessing it's the dynamic T-Square the trio forms which played a part in encouraging him to (finally) make a run for the presidency.

(Jupiter-Uranus = Pluto contains potentials for: far-seeing creative activities; a change of fortune; tremendous drive to success; great gains. On its own the Jupiter-Uranus pair indicates optimism and lucky breaks--but can also involve conflicts, holding one-sided views, and a lack of compromise--Ebertin; Tyl.)

So let's not redecorate the Oval Office in gold gilt just yet! For on the cosmic agenda in 2017 Mr. Trump will experience difficult transits to his natal Sun-Moon opposition: truth-bringer Saturn will conjoin natal Moon @21Sag and oppose his natal Sun @22Gemini during his three-fer Jupiter Return. Ouch! These are periods when one's ego, integrity, leadership, and generosity are challenged by those with more power and seniority, and feelings of emotional deprivation and loss bring worries, depression, and a potential for illness. Now some pundits say that Donald Trump doesn't actually want the job of president and with this doubly difficult transit coming it seems to me that if he's (s)elected, the restrictions of living in the White House and the rigors of the job itself will be greatly disappointing for his nibs--in part, thanks to old man Saturn affecting his natal Full Moon. Personal relationships and family may be affected as well and it will take other more positive planetary input to relieve these stresses along with a letup of Saturnian energies thanks to retrograde periods which will allow some respite.

Now I didn't intend to type this much about one 2016 candidate but there it is. I compose at-keyboard so I'll not delete my Trump remarks now. However, we should consider the applying aspects of chart-ruler Venus @17Pisces, a critical degree, in the wishful 11th house of Groups and Alliances (where 'she' usually is at inauguration time: money/relationship planet Venus is exalted in Pisces, as you know.) There are two Ptolemaic aspects made by Venus in the horoscope that give hints as to how the 4-year presidential term will proceed:

First, Venus squares restrictive Saturn (5A46) which is in a Money House, the 8th, as noted above. This suggests difficulties in cooperative endeavors and in gaining favor and/or material assets, and a preference for isolation instead of attending social events. Legal matters, debates, and taking on responsibilities may not bring satisfying results, or the costs may simply be too high. Rough sailing? Yes, but things can still work out okay in the end especially for the win-win class of power elites.

Next, Venus conjoins Mars (6A37), a transit denoting joint efforts with partners and/or allies are pleasant as is travel--perhaps Air Force One is suggested since luxury travel is indicated and a meeting is in the cards. Is this a lady (Venus) president meeting with the guys? Perhaps. A reporter (perhaps Robert Costas on MSNBC?) said this week that Wall Street titans "are not afraid of what Hillary will do" if she's elected, whereas Bernie Sanders--well, that's a candidate of a different stripe all together, isn't it?!

Today is Bill of Rights Day in America for the Bill of Rights, the 'foundation of our liberty' was ratified 223 years ago on December 15, 1791.

In the heavens, this day is marked (or honored?) by the sixth of seven exact squares between the radical and rebellious combination of Uranus (America's totem planet of revolution) and ancient Pluto, planet of entrenched power, wealth, control, and manipulation--also known as The Pope, the assassin, and the saboteur. And you don't have to use Astrology to see the titanic, generational struggle for power going on now across the globe via civil rights protests and the challenges between political factions within the US government.

One of our nation's founders, Thomas Paine, believed that all monarchies were illegitimate and it saddens me that apathetic voters in November 2014 have allowed the new Congress of 2015 to welcome entrenched monarchistic forces of the power elite class--which includes monarchists--to take over the rule of our government leaving no room for the American people. The Uranus-Pluto motto of the day--I Can't Breathe applies to this case as well for We the People may find ourselves as a class devoid of breathe well before 2015 ends. I hope I'm wrong, but there it is--disagree if you will but I expect the machinations of Congress to take our collective breath away with its brutal draconian measures.

At 12:14 am ET today, Uranus in Mars-ruled Aries (anarchists, zealots, Utopians) and Pluto in Saturn-ruled Capricorn (dictators) squared one another at critical degrees of the two Cardinal (active, initiating) signs. The seventh and last of their dynamic squares will occur at 10:54 pm ET on March 16, 2015 (not on March 17, as previously stated.)

Additionally, transit Uranus in Aries has moved into orb of opposition to US natal Saturn, planet of government, law, and business, and signifying the lawmakers of Congress among others. This is an indicator of a 'new order (Uranus) supplanting the 'old order' (Saturn, the status quo', the Establishment), another factor clearly demonstrated by ongoing Capitol Hill dramas and the grandstanding of zealous gasbag wrench-throwers such as Mr. Cruz.

So given the current shaking of the 'foundation of our liberty' on this Bill of Rights Day 2014, we shall see what the "party of the rich man" (as Harry Truman plainly called them), the Republican Party--along with an out-of-bounds Supreme Court, a complicit Democratic Party, the White House, and all their happy little backers with anti-democratic foreign allegiances--have in store for our seemingly 'free society'.

And all their shady plans may crescendo at the 2016 presidential election during which yet another of the Bush Crime Family may be encrowned within the Venusian Oval Office and under orders to do the will of 'New World Order' global bosses of a satanic-luciferian nature, usually identified as the Bavarian Illuminati (officially formed on May 1, 1776) with its eye-over-pyramid symbol placed in full view upon the US dollar bill (by Illuminati agent, FDR) and glaringly used as a symbol on America's Great Seal.

Will the Global Crime Syndicate Have its Way?

The ancient plan of Francis Bacon ('The New Atlantis") and others, promoted in the 1800s by Albert Pike (the only Confederate General with a statue in Washington DC, his body entombed in a vault a few blocks from the White House) marches on toward Global Government and they want us to believe this is inevitable. And considering that the American populace, weakened in so many ways, shows such apathy and a willful lack of awareness of what these zealots and crooks are perpetrating upon America and the world through their 'Total Awareness' program, it may be that inevitability is a pretty good bet.

Eclipses, Truth Tackling, Congress, and the FBI

With Director James Comey and the FBI under something of a congressional microscope these days it seems the still-current September 1, 2016 Solar Eclipse @9Vir21 has been very active within the Collective in more ways than one. Its 'truth tackling' theme is operative though the American people may wonder if such a noble quest is in need of cleansing since transiting Neptune @10Pisces (planet of deceit, disguise, and dissolution) opposes the eclipse and muddies issues via distraction, insinuation, and outright lies. Subterfuge, spying, sabotage, and hacking are on various agendas these days and the perpetrators are not all based in the USA. And if the undermining of yet another of America's institutions (ex: the FBI) is one of their objectives, the plan is working quite well for public scrutiny is more scathing than what congress members are fitfully dishing out.

And as Hillary met with the FBI last year concerning her emails, I wondered if the 19 North Solar Eclipse would manifest early. (Tap or click and you'll find a link to a post concerning the FBI natal chart and the 19 North eclipse with its 'realism' and 'truth' themes which are background influences in force until the next Solar Eclipse on February 26, 2017--or within two weeks prior to that date; there is also a Lunar Eclipse @22Leo due on February 10th which we must soon discuss).

All this to say that the current Virgo Solar Eclipse (Virgo, sign of discrimination, purification, and criticism) in the 19 North Saros Series resonates strongly with the Comey-directed agency since 19 North is the Prenatal Eclipse of the FBI which was created on July 26, 1908. Nowhere can I locate an exact or approximate hour the agency came into force so noon on that date (Washington, DC) is used to set up a natal horoscope for our domestic spies. Formed during a Uranus-Neptune opposition, the agency formed during a period when one ideology was replacing another and I think most historians would agree that major shifts in our nation's goals and direction took place during the first years of the 20th century. Example: President Wilson campaigned on a 'peace platform' yet secretly pledged America into World War I, the 'war to end all wars' which, as we now know, was actually the war to start all wars, as planned by the racketeering big bankers of the day.

Note that the 'Federal Reserve Bank' of the US was secretly created during those years in order to force its credit and usury systems upon the US government and the American people--once the Panic of 1907 was engineered to make such a change seem necessary to the public.

Now there's that pesky 19 North again--helping us see things as they really are rather than what we previously thought they were! Apparently, 19 North is a handy lens of clarity through which to see through propaganda and how the American people have so often been duped into accepting banker-engineered wars and now, a presidential campaign and 'election' full of lies, fraud, innuendo, and--as it now seems--interference by foreign governments. Yes, opposing Neptune in its own sign of Pisces is at work dissolving the US election system and the government that goes with it.

And I don't know about you but personally I'm tired of the media-fueled 'debate' of distraction from real issues over why Hillary Clinton lost the 2016 election. She lost because the Electoral College selected Donald Trump to play a presidential role he's ill suited for in spite of the populist campaign promises he had, and has, little if any intention of fulfilling. So thanks for nothin', Federal Bureau of Investigation, your "cabal within" played a large part in the current political drama with Neptunian flair and ideological zeal in the ongoing plan to take over America and rule the world. After all, 2017's transit Pluto @18Capricorn = 1993's Uranus-Neptune conjunction/s: *the big picture demands a certain course of action, very little option to do otherwise.

Here you see the 7:00 am CST chart of tomorrow's Super Tuesday primaries set for St. Louis, Missouri, chosen for its bellweather state status.

When set for Washingotn DC, the MC (Aspirations; Goal) is 00Sag09 and if we round up for the Sabian Symbol degree for DC, and round down for St.Louis, we get "1Sag", the "Grand Army of the Republic campfire" degree. I just wanted to get that mention out of the way at the start.

Rising is 13AQ27 in St. Louis--in DC it's 10AQ46, conj Dick Cheney's natal Sun.

But for brevity's sake, let's focus on the St. Louis chart you see here for planetary positions are the same as for DC, cusps are in slightly different degrees.

Chart-ruler Saturn (Dem Party) is Rx in 7th house of partnerships--and is conj Barack Obama's natal Pluto 6Vir58--this describes his recent endorsements by key Democrats--Saturn (authority; control) conj Pluto (power potential.) However, when a chart-ruler is Rx, there are usually delays involved esp when it's Saturn, planet of delay, frustration, and inhibition.

This reminds me of Harry Truman's appeal to a young John Kennedy to "wait", the video of which was shown this past Sunday on Meet the Press. Yet Ted Kennedy and crew seem to be saying the opposite to Obama, don't they? Probably because they think the Senator can inspire the populace to (re) gain the White House for the D-Party by a 'landslide' which can't be denied if it happens.


Saturn makes only one applying aspect in the chart--a trine to Pluto. That will help the outcome for the Democrats, and Pluto has a link with the public--the masses, the collective unconscious. But Pluto also signifies the power-behind-the-throne plutocrats.

Realistically I've accepted the idea that no one can be US president without the blessing and annointing of these shadowy types--have you? Sadly I must say that an Obama 'landslide' may not turn out as we hope for the sake of the common good, for plutocrats of today are the antithesis of the concept. Visiting more wars upon the world which thus create chaos is part of their world domination plans, m'peops. And so the chaos creators tinker with our lives.

John McCain is obviously part of this world view, and H. Clinton is as well, imho, in spite of what she now says about ending the Iraq occupation...it's only campaign rhetoric. Please don't be duped--uless you really want Bill and the Clinton can of worms back in the White House.

Super Tuesday's Moon (the people or the public; publicity) is in 12th house, out-of-bounds, and unaspected and void-of-course (voc--no applying major aspects), but that's not all--Super Tuesday is John McCain's Lunar Return (7:38 am in St. Louis.) Perhaps some of the public who have left McCain will be returning to support his dreams of occupying the White House. The entire chart looks to me to be a more-war vs stop-illegally-occupying-Iraq-asap contest.

(12th house has connections to Politics, and it's the behind-the-scenes, karmic house where McCain's Moon Return is now occurring--natally it's affecting his 4/10 axis of Career.)

So the Moon's position is opposing McCain's n Pluto 27Can00, thus triggering his natal Moon-Pluto opposition, and points out his emphasis on more war in the Middle East which is "okay" by him.

In fact, the transiting South Node (SN) will be conjuncting McCain's natal line-up of Mars, Pluto, and eventually his MC...Mars/SN, Pluto/SN are both indicators of war and violence, so we can take him at his word on that. This transit begins in Dec 2008with Mars, early Sept 2009 for Pluto, and April 2010 for McCain's MC.

Tr SN to MC, however, is not good for one's public standing in the world so if McCain becomes US rep in the world as our leader, our lowered reputation in the world will be assuredly reduced. How much lower can America go? With McCain we will be certain to find out.

Natally, McCain's Moon/Pluto opposition relates to his POW status and treatment, and indicates one who has trouble dealing with the public--yet with a job that necessitates it. There is a tendency to become involved with dubious characters, and a demanding nature which is easily hurt if rebuffed.

A spirit of revenge is likely and there is a lot of unconscious anger in this placement--anger which is seldom consciously recognized. Publicly he plays the mild card well, but is known for other traits in private...aka a politician.

Back to the chart:

With wounded Chiron 15AQ50 rising in the Super Tuesday chart, bad weather and computer issues may be bring problems, and Sun 16AQ06 is just before the "Unmasking Eclipse" of Feb 7, which makes this a dark-of-the-moon Balsamic chart, the endings and partings phase which may describe candidates leaving the field (although Super Tuesday was not originally intended as simply a weeding out stage but more to give southern states greater say in the election process) so we may see campaign staff saying adios instead.

Many shenanigans may take place under cover of the darkened Moon, and if you click-to-enlarge the chart, you'll see asteroid Minerva at MC. Minerva is the name of the Hegel Society's Journal, and Minerva archetypally represents one's need to be accomplished.

Will Romney's plea to Huckabee to skedaddle bear fruit? But Huckabee is hoppin' mad at the suggestion, it seems, and determined to stay in the race. We'll see.

As for Hillary and Barack, there are factors of interest--Hillary's natal Jupiter 00Sag37 (she voted for the war--"1Sag", as mentioned above) is conj the 7:00 am MC. Seems money-bags Jupiter is helping her in her continuation of the Bush-Clinton-Bush-Clinton program. Of course, Jupiter is also related to ideals, philosophy, and aspirations and having Jupiter in Sagittarius is so expanisve it's difficult to describe in a few words.

Will the good fortune of Jupiter reward Sen Clinton's ambitions? Or merely highlight her rubber-stamping war votes?

Mars' recent Direct Station is ongoing amd the warrior planet is at his Station degree Tuesday and very strong. Mars to Clinton's natal Uranus is very energizing, has associations with computers (men using computers? hacking?), and may indicate danger in the environment.

Senator Obama's Nodal Half-Return is inevidence now, a time of broken relationships if they are weak already, but relationships may be strenthened now if they are useful for one's purposes.

His natal Jupiter 00AQ56 is conj the Inaugural 2009's Sun and Mercury, with 09's Mercury opposite natal Mercury in Leo. Sun is the leader in a national chart, of course, so Obama's Jupiter in AQ is a good portent of his presidency.

(However, here are a couple of odd notes: in the Inauguration 2009 chart set for noon, Capitol Building, Jupiter at 3AQ+ is conj a certain personal name asteroid...Bill. And Jan 2009's Jupiter 3AQ+ is a Jupiter Return for old Adam Weishaupt, founder of the Bavarian sect of the Illuminati--and possibly the "mystery man" who gave America the design for her Great Seal.)

Super Tuesday's tr North Node points to a link with publicity (NN of the Moon) and is conj US natal Moon (the people), so voter turn out should be good and results will be closely followed (at least by those who aren't being seriously inhibited by bad weather.) This may indicate a woman's destined meeting with the public--in a word, Hillary.

19 North Eclipse affects 2016/17 Election/Inauguration as with Reagan and Clinton

Will the September Solar Eclipse Jiggle Our National Truth-o-Meter in 2016/2017?

In the past, the Solar Eclipse Saros Series 19 North has been influential in US Presidential elections and inaugurations with its noble themes of 'coming down to earth, realism, and a constructive time for tackling the truth' (Brady). In addition, any eclipse, solar or lunar, can inspire the uncovering of truths and secrets long kept hidden with a cosmic peep-eye! quality that may be very inconvenient for miscreants and 'evil-doers'. 19 North (19N) repeats on September 1, 2016 and is the 'Pre-Natal Eclipse' Saros Series of Election Day 2016 in November and Inauguration 2017 in January.

For background, the initial eclipse of the 19N series began on July 5, 1331 (OS) @20Cancer and will end on August 10, 2575. This puts a lunar Cancerian lens over what will be a Virgoan eclipse on September 1st (@9Virgo). Oddly enough, both July 5th and August 10th are dates that are involved in US history since some US Solar Returns occur not on July 4th but on July 5th (SR = Sun to its position on July 4, 1776, our national birthday), and August 10th is thought by some to be an important esoteric date because the Sun as viewed from the Capitol Building sets over the western end of Pennsylvania Avenue as devised by District architect, Pierre Charles L'Enfant (Ovason). At least, that's a cosmic event that L'Enfant planned for the Federal City. (Sun in Mundane Astrology = the leader, leadership, or, the president.)

If you're curious, here are Timelines of Events for 1980 and 1998. See if you can spot any eclipse-inspired 'truth tackling' events in 1998 such as President Bill Clinton testifying on tape to his inappropriate affair with White House intern Monica Lewinsky (August 19), the US embassy bombings in retaliation (taking revenge) against al-Qaeda camps in Afghanistan and in Sudan, and Scott Ritter's resignation from UNSCOM as he asserted that, "Iraq retains the capability to launch chemical strike" (August 26). Was Mr. Ritter tackling a truth that Washington politicians wanted to keep hidden? Note that the 19N eclipse occurred in the midst of these events on August 22, 1998 @29Leo conjoining royal star Regulus (keywords: success if revenge is avoided--otherwise, all that was gained will be lost--Brady).

Tragically for the American people and the rest of the world, US politicians take revenge all too well, don't they? And usually they deny that revenge is the motivation.

Plus, as previously discussed, Regulus in the original grid for DC represents the US Congress with Arcturus (a different approach; patience brings success) standing for the White House, and Spica (the spike; victory; good fortune) as the Washington Monument, our phallic symbol of the Executive Branch. Disturbingly, Donald Trump was born with warrior planet Mars in Leo (super-sensitive ego!) and kingmaker Regulus rising. Speaking of taking revenge, Mr. Trump does like to hit back when others attack him (aren't 'nice' to him!) and being a 'loser' is, he thinks, only for other people, not himself. However, Regulus rising might one day disagree and deal him a losing hand.

So now once again we face the 19 North 'tackling the truth' eclipse and we know that being realistic, honest, and admitting the truth are seldom part of Politics or in the play book of Washington DC politicians particularly when elections are at stake so it will be interesting to see how truths are bent and surprises are sprung against the cosmic imperative of the September 1, 2016 Solar Eclipse @9Virgo in the 19 North Saros Series as Election Day 2016 approaches and the Inauguration 2017 Oath of Office is taken--usually with a presidential hand placed upon--of all things--a Bible!

Astrology of Reagan's First Inauguration 1981

The text of Ronald Reagan's First Inaugural Address of Jan 20, 1981 attests that his was the first inaugural ceremony to be held on the West Front of the Capitol Building; thus Mr. Reagan was facing the Washington Monument and the Jefferson and Lincoln Memorials, as he notes in his address.

And yes, I believe that he was standing on their and others' "shoulders" as he said, but he was also looking into the distance while mentioning the Potomac River and Arlington National Cemetery with its simple crosses and Stars of David. Here is an example of a man speaking publicly in two realms at once (maybe more.) His 'code words' warmed the hearts of the religious folk who did so much to elect him and were so totally charmed and thrilled with him as president, yet Illuminati references are sprinkled throughout the speeches of his administration.

As I continue studying this chart and the Reagan years, I expect more of such references to become clear now that the NWO has its ugly head stuck out for all to see. Finding that more and more people (finally) see the trajectory of this one-world-government swill (which began way before Reagan's presidency) makes freebie blogging less of a time-waster in my book of working on behalf of the collective.

Well, Justice Warren Burger presided that 1981 day at noon, and five minutes after not being president anymore - which means 12:05 pm est - a secret service agent whispered in former President Carter's ear that the US hostages in Tehran had been released. This dirty-tricks episode finagled by the GOP and CIA to undermine the Democrats is perhaps one of the more visible examples of political cynicism and lowness ever recorded.

The CIA longed to cover up their previous meddlings and mayhems, of course, and the Rs were intent upon the presidency - a majority was gained for them in the Senate in 1980. And they desperately wanted to cover up their collusion with the CIA and certain Iranian officials in Tehran. The American people's concerns factored in not at all - and being honest with the people? Fugeddabowdit.

Below you see an image of the horoscope of the 1st Inauguration of Ronald Reagan with notations added, click to enlarge. Outside the chart and highlighted in green are Mr. Reagan's natal placements; a few US natal placements are added as well. (Ex: US natal Mercury Rx at Ic, as it is now but the Ic is a degree later these days. This places US natal Pluto at Midheaven, the Goal Point of any chart.

So we might wish to extend this picture to all US inaugurations since the switch to Jan 20 in 1933...Mercury/Pluto = ASC: exercising influence upon many people; intellectual domination of one's environment. - Tyl; Ebertin.) We may say that the switch for FDR's put our nation's natal Mercury/Pluo opposition from 1776 front and center with its persuasive speaking and writing; propaganda; crafty subtlety; the spirit of opposition; premature action vibes. (Ebertin.)

As you see, RR's inauguration in 1981 was a Mars-to-natal-Sun transit for the Gipper, among other things. His 'coronation' occurred during a Saturn (control; authority) Hour; the rising degree at noon of Jan 20 was a smidge earlier back then, thanks to precession, so it's at 13Tau47, conjunct Chiron 13:24 Rx ('crisis in values'); natal Moon and n North Node (NN) are rising indicating the successful candidate's fame, prominence, and popularity with the public bwo Hollywood, the Screen Actors' Guild, and the governorship of California. His 'good fortune' at being selected is indicated by NN - and Moon - in 1st house.

(And of course, 'guilds' conjure the image of Freemason lodges which began, unless I am mistaken, as guilds.) The Part of Brethren is rising, too, and I couldn't resist adding that little 'secret society' nugget for you.

Natal Moon/NN rising puts his natal Jupiter/SN on the Descendant, of course, and I've covered a good bit of that in my June 30 post about Reagan's Jupiter Return as he signed the Garn-St Germain Act and opened the deregulation door back in 1982. This is my "I knew it was You, Reagan" article.


1981's Sun 00AQ34 is where the Sun was on Jan 20, 2009 - and is where the transiting NN is this very day, but in 1981 no planets were in close conjunction with the Sun ('the leader'); however, Mercury 13AQ32 is conj South Node (SN) indicating thinking that's ahead or behind its time, a sense of isolation in one's thinking, planning, or communicating - others may take credit for one's ideas, plus, personal timing could be better with Mercury/SN. (But Reagan had astrologers to aid him with timing issues!)

Mars-to-n-Sun gives a surge of vitality (although RR's future health problems may be foreshadowed by Chiron conj ASC); enthusiastic endorsements come easily with this transit, courage shows and one demonstrates one's integrity and principles. Competitive situations come along and one is up for them - this would be in effect for the duration of his presidency, or at least for his first term, if you prefer.

(I tend to read presidential two-termers' inaugural charts as the 1st one representing the entire enchilada and the first 4 years, with the 2nd inaugural chart as the halfway mark, yet specific to the last 4 years. FDR's charts are of a different dynamic, of course, and more complex.)

The Iranian hostage crisis may also be indicated by Chiron Rx conj ASC.

1981's Uranus 29Sco17 in 7th house of Partnerships was conjoined by our Inaugural Moon (We-The-People) on Jan 20, 2009, which qualifies as a Moon-to-Uranus transit, indicating emotional upheavals and changing domestic lifestyles. Losing one's home and economic status can come under that category, and its dire consequences for our domestic concerns are signified by a crisis 29th degree, too...

'30Sco': "A Halloween Jester" (Iranian hostages freed as if on Reagan's watch, etc)...the Jones' Sabian Symbols gives this degree as having contempt for established values (see: Chiron conj ASC, above.)

Uranus opposite Midas Rx

Well, gold-hoarding Midas surely was rising back in 1981, and we know that the Decade of Greed - the 1980s - helped set the stage for our current circumstances. Guess Reagan really did stand on the shoulders of giants, didn't he?

All US presidents do, as the baton is passed and our much-touted 'Manifest Destiny' is further promoted. America's Great Seal has been turned over with Mr. Obama's selection (aka, 'election'), with its reverse now representing this nation...the all-seeing eye of Horus as the capstone upon the pyramid of power.

Current transits are not entered on the Inaugural chart below, but it's interesting to note that transformative, destructuring Pluto conjoined 1981's Neptune 23Sag44 in 8th house off and on in 2005, crossed RR's natal ASC 27Sag16 in 2007 (Pluto has been in orb of these positions for the last few years actually), and the Dragon now pauses upon 1981's Minerva 00Cap35...and will conjunct and hang about with RR's natal Mars 3Sag59 beginning before the end of 2010.

A Discordant Message from Chief Nativist Donald Trump

In American Politics, Nativism is a pro-Anglo-Saxon, anti-immigration ideology in which the wages of 'less well paid natives' are believed to be lowered by immigrants who take jobs of our citizens by willingly working for much less pay. Jettison the inherent bigotry and resultant hatred of 'new comers' and such a point of view seems logical, right? It is, after all, a large part of what Globalism is all about.

Where I can't seem to find a shred of logic is in the nativism of 2016 candidate Donald Trump who bounces merrily along on a Republican bigotry ticket of nativism while espousing such rhetoric as American "wages are too high"! If you tout how immigrants lower the wages of American workers, why promise to lower working class wages if elected? Whaa-a-a?

Is Mr. Trump's unconscious,unfiltered Mercury-Neptune square once again blurting indiscreetly? Or did he simply mean that wages are already "too high" for a minimum wage increase so it's status quo (or lower) for wages during a Trump administration?

Either way, the bully candidate's nativism ploy is championed by power elites to persuade voters to vote Republican on November 8, 2016 - and that's millions of US voters who usually sit out elections for several reasons, not the least of which is the long-growing feeling (knowledge, actually) that our votes 'don't count' (assuming that at some earlier point in US history they did). US presidents are selected by elite committee, I've complained here for over a decade, and elsewhere online. And we can call them super delegates, the electoral college, what-evs...that lesser of two evils feeling never leaves us.

Did you notice when 2008 candidate Hillary Clinton was directed to be patient and stand down in favor of Barack Obama when the two candidates secretly attended the Chantilly, Virginia meeting in June 2008 of the Bilderberg Club? Is that why Bilderberg member VP Joe Biden has stated that Hillary will be elected in 2016--to fulfill a promise that 2016 is her turn to be president? If so, will this symbolize the reversal of America's Great Seal to the obverse side with the 'pyramid of power'?

Will women voters be the deciding factor in November 2016 as many political pundits are predicting?

Since Congress is on break now, my blogging schedule is lighter than usual. However, at 3:00 pm est today, President Obama holds a press conference (his first in about 3 months) with '2Sag' rising which places Jupiterian issues of finance and investment on the front burner along with military concerns. The Sabian Symbol for '2Sag' = "The Ocean Covered with Whitecaps" which naturally reminds us both of the White House, Capitol Hill, etc, and may result in questions about foreign policy and the tense US-Russian relationship. The keyword for '2Sag' = IRREPRESSIBILITY and its positive expression is: "an indomitable resourcefulness and a naive delight in the problems of everyday living; negative: pointless irritability and nervous self-exhaustion." (Jones.)

Well, POTUS and family are about to leave for Martha's Vineyard to relax for a week, then he comes back to DC for the Obama v Republicans fiscal stalemates of Autumn 2013. Oh joy, it's another round of Political Theater for the American people who deserve much better than these sorry jokers, many of whom probably cheated their way to office in the first place.

Horoscope: American Presidency, George Washington Sworn In

There is a crisis pattern formed, a YOD (Finger of God) which indicates a special purpose or task, a crisis, crossroads, and/or a spirtual opportunity which gives this picture: Saturn/Mc = Neptune: one’s position is vague; a lack of clarity; feeling fears; peculiar circumstances; disappointment (Tyl; Ebertin.)

Now you wouldn’t think so, would you? Of course, Neptune was yet to be discovered. Outer planets are brought into our collective consciousness upon their discoveries when we are ready to ingest their concepts and manifestations for as with the Scriptures, we must be ready for light before it is given.

Well, I won’t wax upon idealistic Neptune’s divine nature here, or its links to creative realms, for you may certainly Google your way easily into the Neptunian territories of American life if you so desire. Plus, Neptune's association with The Masses, The Media, and propaganda is well known.

And you see that America’s natal Neptune of 1776 is conjunct this chart’s 2nd cusp of Values, Earning Ability, and the National Treasury. Americans do love to make money through creative pursuits including Neptunian film, theater, and music-–and spend money on entertainment, too.

One of the more interesting features I found in studying this chart which stands for the US Presidency itself because it is the first Oath (even the time here is verified through historical record though technically there were other 'presidents' before George) is the placement of Chiron @18Gem17 in 10th house of Public Status in the world.

As you know, the asteroid/planetoid/comet Chiron (the Wounded Healer) was discovered by astronomer Charles Kowal on Nov 1, 1977 @3Tau08 Rx; Chiron returns to Discovery degree in the years 2027-28–-it’s a three-fer due to retrogradation.

So what’s the deal with a visible-to-the-world Chiron in 10th house?

Using Barbara Hand Clow’s book on Chiron, we find that the crisis with a 10th house Chiron is over manifesting one’s true purpose on Earth.

You are aware, of course, of the ongoing debate over America’s ‘Manifest Destiny’ which is her providential mission set in motion by her Founders and certain others, and which has reached the crisis stage in the New Millennium as our opinions on the ‘how and why’ are split in two.

Because of George Washington’s well-documented membership in the Freemason brotherhood and perhaps in other secret societies as well, the Great Seal’s mysterious rider who magically showed up at Thomas Jefferson’s house with the Seal’s design, and a few other indications that our Founders were in on the ruse of masking (yet passing on) the mission, it may be assumed that a secret destiny is afoot even as I type, for Chiron in 10th house is very quixotic.

(“–as I type” is an example of Chiron’s be-here-NOW influence!)

And with 10th house’s association with authority (natural house of Capricorn, ruled by Saturn), a 10th house Chiron relates to a ‘mantle of power’ which looms large as a daunting undertaking for one man…a mere president.

From studying Washington’s natal chart, I believe he was as unconsciously arrogant as the next president, yet it is said that he refused to be king and settled for the title of president with a built in time limit. Good idea–-use ‘em, then retire ‘em, is always the best course.

Now with Gemini being the sign of communication, oration, writing, and the Eternal Youth archetype (America’s obsession with youth is quite tedious–Chiron is the “blindspot”), we know that mass consciousness is part of the presidential package–and Chiron in Gemini is highly attuned to it. The Geminian crisis here is to find new ways of integration and perception; the keyword is: awareness–-awareness that thinking creates reality. This Chiron is meant to learn how We-the-People think in order to change our mental realities, a concept that Science is just now catching up with.

Scripturally speaking it reminds me of, “As a man thinks, so he becomes.”

Moon is in Cancer, sign of Home and Domestic Scene. Most Americans seem to forget that there’s anywhere else in the world-–a love of home is typical, but we revel in things which are as American as apple pie. This brings in appetite and the nurturing qualities of Cancer along with comfort foods such as apple pie!

This Saturnian Hour, which was chosen for the American Presidency to be born, is perfect for exercising authority, management, and control; and with a Leo Ascendant, sign of the natural ruler–but also the sign of monarchy–the philosophical 9th house Sun in Taurus is the chart-ruler. Taurus relates to Freemasonry as the sign of the architect and builder. “I preserve,” says Taurus.

However, responsible, authoritative Saturn is Watery in mystical Pisces, a placement given by Ebertin as: self-sacrificing, modest, and struggling with opponents. This is an interesting sign for Saturn who is actually a master of disguise (was Washington really the leader of the country? Or was Britain and its banking system actually in charge as it is now?), and as Liz Greene says in her book, Saturn: A New Look at an Old Devil, “No event or mundane circumstance can occur without having first been set in motion by an idea, charged with emotion, and then manifested as action.”

It is my contention that as the “Father of Our Country,” this Piscean Saturn perfectly describes George Washington, the mystical Freemason and archetypal significator of the Presidency of the United Sates of America, a nation based on the Utopian ideal of Atlantis, charged with much revolutionary feeling, and manifesting in action toward her destiny...whatever it may ultimately turn out to be.

Oct 19, 2016: the 'Mars-Pluto Debate' of Clinton and Trump

As Election Day 2016 (November 8th) creeps up on us, one more 'debate' is set to take place Wednesday October 19, 2016 between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump in Las Vegas, Nevada (9:00 pm edt). Astrologically, it would be easy to suggest that Mars represents Mr. Trump with his Mars rising along with royal Regulus in egoistic Leo while powerful Pluto represents power player Hillary Clinton who is supported by big banks including the transnational banking syndicate now strangling the world.

And perhaps on some level things are that simple though I hasten to add that Mr. Trump is under the sway, or perhaps thumb, of the foreign banks he has habitually borrowed millions of dollars from. So who can say which planet signifies which candidate? Do they alternate on various levels or at different times? Meanwhile, some folks could say that what amounts to a political scare tactic--the Trump campaign--is being performed for a wider purpose than for Trump to sell books and scam money. It has been to persuade voters toward Mrs. Clinton, a candidate who would have had to limp to Election Day 2016 were it not for the huge, abominable circus act put on by Mr. Trump since June 2015.

Now, dear reader, I don't know where you stand on such issues especially since Stars Over Washington (11 years old this very day!) seldom receives comments or queries on the topics and viewpoints published here. Therefore, the Mars-Pluto encounter shall be allowed to debate for itself on Wednesday evening as Mars, planet of aggression, quarrels, and desire (and still OOBs), conjoins creepy Pluto (aka, Hades, kidnapping god of The Underworld), the puppeteer planet of power grabs, secret manipulation, and the dragon that guards hidden wealth @16 Capricorn.

Plus, as you know, the combo of Mars-Pluto, the 'might makes right' duo, is forceful to the point of brutality, assaults and attacks, chaos, mayhem...and rape. Ask Pluto's victim Persephone about such caddish behavior if you require a refresher concerning the myth. Or maybe it will suffice if Mr. Trump tells us more about his magnetic attraction to beautiful women and how he inappropriately and lustfully reacts very much like Hades toward Persephone.

Additionally, the intense pair of Mars and Pluto prominent on October 19th (in the sign of government, law, and business, Capricorn--the 'old goat') may also indicate that war veterans and/or disabled people may be mentioned during the debate which to some of us, oddly enough, includes the unprepared draft dodger, Donald Trump himself. Perhaps his previous mocking of a disabled reporter at one of his rallies will come up. What a man child! Or, at least, he plays one on TV.

And yet this election remains a 'granny vs grampy' affair with an alleged Global Government fighter on one fist and a shill for the New World Order on the other. Not much of a choice, is it? But I believe this has been the global corporate plan all along--to ruin our election process for good--and if their secret 'trade' deals are shoved into place (as they soon will be due to our own apathy), 2016 will be the end of our democracy and the last US presidential election the American public will ever have to groan through as US sovereignty is tossed into the dust bin of history and corporatism finally takes over the US Government completely.

If this turns out to be the case, will it matter very much who's playing mouthpiece in the White House when America's Great Seal turns over? Maybe, but I know whose voice overly grates upon the ear to be withstood for four long years.

Now if you've already consulted the Sabian Symbol for the Mars-Pluto conjunction degree of 16 Capricorn, you know that it pertains to the "maintenance of a healthy society" (Rudhyar). Sounds good but let us also consult Adriano Carelli's The 360 Degrees of the Zodiac:

16 Capricorn: "A man riding a reinless horse."

This degree and symbol, Carelli says, can produce "The Anointed One" and can indicate "faraway travels and independence." That's the positive side; the negative side points toward "sensuality" of a "carefree epicurean forgetful of the morrow," and "sportsmanship (that) will lead to horse racing.."...in other words, a reckless gambler which is how this particular Child of the Revolution must feel on behalf of our country if I should dare to vote for wrestling promoter Donald Trump.

And with that in mind, it seems that holding the last of the Clinton-Trump debates in risk-it-all Las Vegas suddenly makes some sort of perverted sense.

Glenn Beck's Freemasonry/Skull and Bones emblems

Glenn Beck Shouts-Out in Code to Somebody, But Who?

April 8, 2011: Prison Planet reports on soon-departing propagandist Glenn Beck wearing emblems of secret societies: Freemasonry, and Skull and Bones.

Mr. Beck has gone on air sporting a Masonic patch with '1681' on it, an apparent reference to William Penn's founding of Philadelphia, as noted in the article. Freemasonry has always been well-ensconced there along with Sionist Rosicrucianism.

Now I know that many of our past and present representatives in Congress have been and are Freemasons as were many of our Founding Fathers. The US Capitol Building is one great big Masonic symbol frozen in architecture for those who have eyes to see. And who can miss the fact that 16th Street in DC is home of the Temple of Scottish Rite?

Even our exalted White House is actually a Masonic White Lodge whose cornerstone was laid by Masons on October 13, 1792 (and not on October 12th as most sources cite.) The brass cornerstone plate is still there. The October 13, 1792 ceremony is said to commemorate the first 'Friday the 13th' in honor of Oct 13, 1307, the day the King of France rid himself of the Knights Templar. Masonic Sacred Geometry: a Higher Practice of Astrology?

Nowadays, we may perhaps consider Washington DC to be a "New Rome" and most everyone is aware that the whole corporate venture called America was CEO'd by our first president George Washington, a Grand Master for whom our nation's capital city was named. So what's up with Glenn Beck sassily sporting Freemasonry symbols in public and on air?

Has he perhaps said and shown too much of an Illuminati-hijacked agenda? Or is Beck's soon-departure from the FOX network on a daily basis merely a sign of his lessening influence among the masses on behalf of the one-world-government agenda?

You know the agenda I refer to: the one that is in process of ruining our nation, all other nations, our lives and health, and the future of our children...the Utopian agenda bent on creating chaos and a return of the Noble Savage - sans all institutionalized government and social systems.

Does any of this sound a mite familiar based on Washington DC's current antics meant to dismantle the US government, Medicare, and any other component of our social contract thereby leaving us to survive - or not - in the jungle? Is it population control writ large? Well, remember that our 'two-party' political system is an illusion to keep we-the-people divided, conquered, quiet, at each others' throats, and largely unaware of what they're really up to for they're all in on the plot together with a few *rare exceptions!

All logic tossed out the window, there are factions in the US determined to topple our republic and one of their tactics is to pile responsibility for current, dire financial straights onto the "backs of the poor" with President Obama at the helm and, one must assume, complicit in a radical and daft recipe for systemic collapse.

("We will bury you", pronounced Soviet leader Nikita Kruschev to America during my childhood. Thanks for that memory, Nikki. But you're just another in a long line of jackassian politicians in my book.)


Well, Ray McGovern's article Obama on the Backs of the Poor from August 3, 2011 is worth a second look if you've had a first--or is a not-to-be-missed if you did. Apparently daftness and perfidy masquerading as recklessness rules Washington Politics more than ever though I will not give passes for those who mismanage by design. To paraphrase Max Igan, US government officials and workers are in breach of contract as our employees if they don't effectively do the jobs that come with their positions.

As one-world-government types like to parrot loudly: rule of law! --which should effectively include lawmakers, their minions, staffs, operatives, and all bureaucrats.

A difference though is that the VP and President are not actually elected by the people but by the squirrelly electoral college of muckedy mucks. Perhaps one of the big 'secrets' of America's 'invisible' government from founding times is that the aristocrats won the lotto and most of the spoils which often accrued and accrue from the labor of working men and women.

My, how we haven't spiritually progressed as factions work tirelessly to make providing for the 'general welfare' a thing of the past--it's been made to seem "too expensive" to waste money on the poor and disadvantaged. Has compassion become old-fashioned in America? Then we-the-people must lift it up!


A Quote from Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr

Growing up within an hour or so from the reverend's home church in Atlanta, Ga, I remember hearing his voice and words on radio, TV, and in the news. As noted in the article above, *Rev. Martin Luther King Jr in a 1950s era speech said this:

"A nation or civilization that continues to produce soft-minded men purchases its own spiritual death on an installment plan."

For me this follows Biblical examples of consumption of rich foods (and in our cases, foods contaminated with toxins and re-engineered with frankensteinian intent--some would cry, "eugenics" or "guinea-pig-ism") causing physical and mental weakness rather than imparting strength as nutritious food should do, and causing a constant undermining of health on many levels and during all decades of our lives.

*On using a quote from Dr. King on SO'W, it's happened before yet I admit to reading some information recently on his alleged connections to communist groups or individuals--but i am not convinced. For given the blatant hounding of the popular leader who could sway the masses, awaken our Higher Natures, and beneficially affect our social order in the process, his opponents' assertions about him are difficult to trust. And as Dr. King's Chiron-in-Pisces pastorship began meshing issues of Civil Rights, Workers' Rights, and the Peace Movement under his revival tent, he was then seen as a dangerous man by certain 'special' interests having a larger agenda to force one-world-government--the one we now see being implemented more openly than before as their trap is almost set.

And it was as President that George H. W. Bush first publicly intoned the term "new world order" in speeches along with a chilling promise (aka, threat) that the shadowy 'they' will be successful imposing a totalitarian, Saturnian-Neptunian system over the entire globe and over what they are determined will be a surveillance-police state-America risen from the ashes, the Illuminati's spying all-seeing-eye over the 13-step pyramid's missing capstone on the never-officially used and masonic- symbol-ridden reverse side of America's Great Seal.

Saturn (government; systems; restrictions) with Neptune (secret; veils; the masses; the media; paranoia) denotes 'secret' or 'invisible' 'government' which shows in America's natal chart/s of July 4, 1776 with Saturn @ 14Lib48, and Neptune @ 22Vir25 (conjoined with the natal Mars of Barack Obama.) In our oft-utilized natal chart set for 5:10 pm LMT, we see the midpoint of the Secret Government pair @ 3Lib37--close enough in orb to the New Moon of September 27, 2011 @ 4Lib00 to indicate a 'new cycle of activity' beginning in relation to America's secret or invisible government plans and policies.

Of late. transit Uranus in early Aries ('Utopians' according to Ebertin) has been triggering or catalyzing the midpoint of US natal Saturn/Neptune...n Sat/Nep = tr Uranus: sudden weaknesses emerge; excitability; irritability; peculiar inclinations; upsets cause illness; inner unrest (of a people or a nation.) (R. Ebertin; any, all, or none may apply.)

Of course, to reach the Sept 27 New Moon we must first enter and navigate the 3-day period of the Dark Moon when hidden things go bump in the night and society's infestations of satanic forces opportunistically act with even more impunity. Sudden emergence of financial weaknesses cannot be ruled out, as we've already seen of late. Plus, the Saturn-Neptune pair of energies also carries a 'materialism v idealism' connotation.

And though a Dark Moon phase is an excellent time to lay low or chillax, my thought is that for best results in coming days, beware too many entertaining distractions because these people play for keeps, y'all, 2012 is upon our doorsteps, and from Sept 27's New Moon into 2012/13 will mark a watershed phase for all of humanity. Messing this up is not an option, really.

Another thought to mention concerning President Obama is that he and MLK share the natal placement of Chiron in mystical Pisces (a Seeker on a Quest, perhaps for the 'Holy Grail'), and BHO is now in the midst of his Chiron Return, a numinous passage in life which occurs around age 50 that, in his case, is a five-fer (5 conjunctions of transit Chiron to his natal Chiron's zodiacal position.) This perfectly timed synchronicity lengthens the timeframe of the course of lessons the Wounded Healer will be teaching Pres. Obama, age 50--including the eternal one about "Be Here Now". jc
