A Brief Astro-Peek at the Great Fire of London

Naturally when it comes to fire, planet Mars must be investigated and on September 2, 1666, the planet of arson was at 14 Scorpio, a sign that Mars rules. Morbid, secretive, sometimes betraying Scorpio is sub-ruled by the permanent transformation planet of wealth, stealth, and sabotage, Pluto (when in Gemini = ruthless behavior toward society or the social order--Ebertin). That Britain's current financial center, the City of London (51N51:55 00W09:22) developed from the clearing out of London by the Great Fire of 1666 is beyond the scope of this post and yet it lurks within my own thoughts, if not in yours. As you know, the City of London is Sui generis as are we all as unique individuals and is a sovereign state as is the Vatican with its scandal-prone Vatican Bank of money launderers and thieves.

A Few Primary Planetary Influences Active on September 2, 1666:

Pluto and the North Node of Destiny were coasting in tandem though Pluto remained in late Gemini (28Gem28--'28Gem' = BANKRUPTCY), yet North Node (the public) @2Cancer58 would soon meet Mr. Hades to form the tiger by the tail duo of Pluto-NN. This pair implies a common and tragic destiny, according to Ebertin.

In addition, another conjunction held sway: Saturn @13Cap59 Rx and Neptune @19Cap38 Rx with loss-bringer Neptune curiously at its 'new world order' degree as in 1993 when the nebulous fraudster met radical reformer Uranus, forming the oh-so-rational planetary pair of the Enlightenment.

(You, dear reader, must be quite fatigued with my near-constant mention of this pair of arch conspirators of Globalism but with all that's occurring before our eyes since the New Millennium, how can I do otherwise?)

Now I have yet to find an exact or approximate time that the sleepy baker left the oven burning but an early night of it must have been the case since bakers must arise extremely early, you know. At 8:02 pm LMT on that date, the Moon was freshly into Scorpio (2:29 and setting) and the Sun was @10Virgo25--with a critical-crisis 29th degree rising (ASC 29Ari06 = fiery Mars ruling the chart and the event, I suspect). Sudden event planet Uranus was not only strong in its sign of Aquarius (21:33 Rx) but conjoined wounded Chiron (22:32 Rx) while hidden by Dark Moon W'Mat2. Intriguingly, MIDAS Rx conjoined Uranus as well and perhaps suggested some type of monetary motivation for the conflagration. Plus, Uranus may cause difficult disruptions and upsets at the most inconvenient of times.

Another reason I like the '8:02 pm' chart is that Egyptian goddess star Sirius conjoins the IC, the Ending Point of the chart where a draining of energy occurs. Sirius is sometimes known as The Scorcher, a most descriptive application in such a case.

Still, the prime motivator of any fiery show has to be Mars, the fire-starter, in mid-Scorpio as noted, conjoined fixed star Zuben Elschemali, keywords: negative social reform. And of course, the influence of Saturn's and Neptune's combined energies by conjunction indicates a time period with potentials for distrust, hysteria, sacrifice, tormenting conditions, illnesses, weakness, and/or a 'methodical execution of plans' (Ebertin). Both Saturn and Neptune are considered karmic planets that can bring losses of all kinds--combined, they may bring societal woes and conditions of suffering that were most likely a long time forming.

As I type at you from North of Atlanta, Georgia, let's consider the Solar Eclipse Saros Series under which the Great Fire of London occurred and a curious synchronicity which you may find rather interesting:

Prior to September 2nd, on July 2, 1666, a Solar Eclipse manifested @10Can26 in the 11 North Series with fiery Mars @7Lib23. Round up the degree of Mars and its Sabian Symbol seems appropriate for our topic: "A Blazing Fireplace in a Deserted Home"..."the ever-nascent HOPE for a rebeginning." (Rudhyar). Of course, much rebeginning (rebuilding) was necessary with perhaps the most famous architect in history, honorary Freemason Christopher Wren redesigning London, cathedrals and all.

And the curious synchronicity? That would be the fact that 11 North is also the Pre-Natal Series of The Burning of Atlanta to the ground, via Union General Sherman and his troops, on November 15, 1864.

And the most recent manifestation of 11 North? That would be what I then called the New President Eclipse of January 26, 2009, the eclipse @6AQ30 (conjunct US natal South Node) which is cosmically imprinted upon the presidency of Barack Obama--inaugurated it, we might say. It's aka, the Ring of Fire Eclipse. 11 North's initial manifestation was on August 1, 1125 (OS) @14Leo33 and its themes that were in effect in 1666, 1864, and 2009 are: suddenly changing groups through travel or ideas and feeling that a great deal may be gained (Brady).

So 11 North has influenced at least two major fires burning cities to the ground and a suspicious financial heist that wiped out trillions of dollars from the pockets and pensions of millions of regular folk while the 1% "gained a great deal." Therefore, it seems to me that forms of exploitation and oppression of the masses must be embedded within the 11 North Saros Series. The next occurrence of 11N will be on February 6, 2027 @18Aquarius, fyi, so if you're around for it, please watch your back.

In no particular order, other events influenced by 11 North include: the '13 Bankers' visit to the Oval Office (Mr. Obama's alleged 'pitchfork warning' to the sorry jack*sses), the assassination of President Abraham Lincoln, Bush Senior's Desert Storm invasion (his touted heralding of a 'new world order'), the Hindenburg Disaster of 1937, and the construction of the White House where US presidents have come to expect "a great deal" -- as long as they follow the transnational bankers' script toward Global Banking though the Rothschildian conspirators' long term plan received a bit of a goosing this week as Britons voted to Leave the EU.

Mr. Trump's Conspiracy Theory of a Saturn-Neptune kind

The ongoing Saturn-Neptune square (*Sagittarius to Pisces) with its realism-fantasy vibes has me thinking about certain conspiracy theories both old and new, and wondering if you've ever checked out Conspiracy Archives, a site where you'll find pages such as 9/11 and JFK, plus, the following quote from Chris Sanders, author of Oil, Smoke, and Mirrors:

"The use of 'conspiracy theory' as a derogatory -- as an epithet almost -- is something the propagandists have perfected over the decades, and it's a useful tool for eliminating articulate dissent and other points of view, and information that might be inconvenient for a policy agenda."

Why, even Republican candidate and nominee-in-waiting Donald Trump uses conspiracy theories when they suit his purposes. Like the other day when he tossed out an innuendo about Ted Cruz's father Raphael having his photo taken with Lee Harvey Oswald in Cuba--but was that really a young Raphael in the grainy photo? Donald wasn't certain, of course, but perhaps it could be him...sigh...oh, isn't life simply full of Neptunian uncertainties?

Is it conspiratorial to wonder if there's a link between Trump's Cruz-Oswald photo 'revelation' and the Saturnian fact that candidate Ted Cruz ended his 2016 campaign after his major loss in Indiana and soon after Trump had latched on to the published photo (orchestrated between Trump and the publisher so he could cite it) thus creating a conspiracy theory within a conspiracy theory? Timekeeper planet Saturn often ends things, plus we're under the influence of the 18 South Solar Eclipse with its themes of endings, partings, and separations. Could it be (and this sounds like a Trump innuendo tactic!) that Raphael Cruz actually does have a secret in his past that must be kept hidden which makes any spotlight thrown upon his Havana days inconvenient?

Well, Mr. Trump may have pulled a little Neptunian wool over the eyes of enough of his supporters in time to influence them away from Ted Cruz, but the Saturnian truth (according to the Warren Commission) is that the photo shows Oswald passing out pamphlets on the street with help from a couple of men he hired out of an unemployment line.

So in this case, truthful Saturn blocked (via the square) Neptune but only after conspiratorial Neptune had done its political hack job for Donald Trump with his reality-distorting Mercury-Neptune square.

Now let's close with an excerpt from a March 23, 2015 post concerning the astrological condition of chart-ruler Mercury in the horoscope of Ted Cruz's announcement of his run for president circa 2016:

I set up the horoscope for today, Lynchburg, VA at the moment the TV time-stamped his actual announcement that he's running for president of the United States (10:46 am edt). Rising 12Gem53 (the Descendant in America's natal horoscope for those who use the 'Sibly' chart for July 4, 1776 5:09 or 5:10 pm LMT Philadelphia, PA--possibly showing Cruz's Canadian birth as The Other/7th house?) and of course Gemini is appropriate for speeches, messages, and announcements of any kind. Therefore, Mercury, ruler of Gemini (sign of 'good news') rules the chart, the announcement, and the orator so we look to Mercury's major applying aspects to other planets to see how things may proceed from Mr. Green Eggs and Ham's announcement and presidential campaign, or how (his candidacy) will be accepted.

In the chart, Mercury is in the 10th house of Public Status and Career but is rather woolly in the sign of Pisces (16:40). Pisces is imaginative, yes, but is often murky, perhaps a bit confused, or even deceptive--and this Mercury makes not one major or minor applying aspect to another planet in the horoscope denoting that his bid may go nowhere as well. There is a separating sextile of opportunity between Mercury and Pluto @15Cap23 but he would have fared better if he'd not missed its waxing condition.

(A Mercury sextile Pluto indicates a penetrating mind, a need to remain flexible, trying to control the scope or direction of things, and hypersensitivity to criticism to the point that others may not share negative information which makes honest discussion and rational debate impossible.)

So it's fare well for now, ye crusader dueling with shadows...we hardly knew ya but it was too much all the same.

*Sagittarius, sign of the foreigner, is ruled by Jupiter which in mundane charts can play roles such as politician, ideologue, financier, actor, and propagandist, and Pisces is ruled traditionally by Jupiter with inspirational yet murky Neptune as a Higher Octave influence for cosmic Pisces. And of course, Neptune can wear many masks including that of a fraudster, a liar, and/or a crook.

In 2016, year of the US presidential campaign and election in November, warrior planet Mars performs a 6-month retrograde period beginning in mid-April, just as he reaches pugnacious, belligerent Antares (9Sag), and the action planet's period of inverted energies lasts way too long for anyone's comfort. Frustration, irritation, and aggression are Martian themes, as you know, and many secrets will be leaked or coughed up during the year along with lies revealed. At the end of February, early March 2016, Mars crosses President Obama's natal Midheaven (MC), the Career and Public Status point, and he will be very busy with political projects and self-promotion (which includes promotion of Democratic Party concerns and candidates). it can also denote a time of danger, tension, haste, and/or anger for him in relation to such themes in the public sector. In early June MArs conjoins his MC again and at the end of June MArs stations Direct. Inaugural Moon (We the People) in 2009 is involved as well when Mars conjoins the 29 Scorpio position (30Sco = "A Halloween Jester" degree.) In Politics, this symbol always reminds me of the famous 'October Surprise' perpetrated by the Reagan campaign against Democrat Jimmy Carter in days of yore.

And when testy Mars moves within range of an opposition to President Obama's 3 Gemini Moon more irritation, anger, and potential danger will be evident at the White House (his Moon is in his 4th house of Home). Caution and moderation are advised for him, his family members, and for us, the American people as part of his political family. These Mars-to-Moon periods will occur during March and August 2016.

A hint of better news is that transit Mars will be moving direct after having left his shadow (9Sag where he stationed Rx in April) in August prior to Election Day November 8, 2016 though Mars will be at a critical 29th degree in governmental Capricorn. Rounding up we have '30Cap' = "A Secret Business Conference...OPPORTUNITY...positive expression: a gift for clever planning and successful administration in every area of life; negative (shadow/unconscious) expression: rampant selfishness and rank exploitation of others." Wonder if activist Mars will allow it to remain secret? And will their be explosive events when Mars meets Pluto @15Cap in October?

Now as previously discussed here, bass note Pluto in Capricorn keys such images as 'the dictator' and prescribes a long period when governments are toppled and stable institutions and systems are undermined or dissolved (Neptunian words). As 2016 begins (and with 1776's US Pluto @27Cap33 Rx), Americans are feeling the effects big-time especially since our nation has been held up as a model for the world--of democracy, freedom, independence, humanitarianism, and personal and religious liberty. And our national Jupiter in Cancer turned retrograde, too, in 1905 when its change of course aided the creation of the privately owned Federal Reserve Banking System (SP Jupiter remains in Cancer--@15Cancer, the Pentagon's natal Ascendant showing where most of our money goes.)

Now in 2016, societal concerns affected by their tension-filled square include: Saturn in Sagittarius (foreigners/emigrants leaving their native countries, boundaries and borders, a sense of justice, legalities, asceticism and renunciation) and Neptune in Pisces (fear, paranoia, pessimism, contagions, poisons and toxins, epidemics, oil-gas issues, spiritualism, mysticism, psychism, pathological tendencies, the arts). And of course, Saturn's rigid boundaries are under threat of dissolution by urge-to-merge Neptune so corporate monopolies are under the spotlight as well and the tension of their square suggests weather disasters with earth and tectonic plates (Saturn) and water/floods/fumes (Neptune) needing release.

Our nation has its very first Pluto Return/s to natal position in 2022--will a new order be in place by then? Plus, the next Saturn-Neptune conjunction conjoins the Aries Point (a World Point of Manifestation) on February 20, 2026 and these cosmic events are major descriptions of what all the distopian films, TV shows, and dire predictions for global society are intended to prepare society for--you know, the 'entertainment' (propaganda) we're constantly being drenched with to make the plans of the power elite seem inevitable.

Astro-Notes on 18 South: the First Solar Eclipse of 2016

Astro-Notes: Lunations of March 2016

Most often there are two solar eclipses in a given year though sometimes there may be four as in 1982, 2000, and 2011; 1992 sported three solar eclipses. The first solar eclipse of a year establishes the solar tone or resonance for the year with remaining solar (and lunar) eclipses adding their own vibes, flavors, themes and influences as each year proceeds.

Since New Year 2016 is peeking around our calendar's corner, let's consider the first solar eclipse of the year which manifests @18Pisces56 on March 9, 2016 followed by a Lunar Eclipse @3Libra17 on March 23.

Note that in America's natal chart (July 4, 1776 5:00 - 5:15 LMT Philadelphia, PA) our 9th house Neptune @22Virgo and 10th house Saturn @14Libra may be activated by the Moon for their midpoint is 3 Libra. As you know, the combination of Saturn and Neptune denotes potentials for such things as weak, ill, poor, or elderly people and thus social safety net programs to aid them--in a word socialism, but also communism, capitalism, bolshevikism, Marxism, materialism vs spiritualism or idealism, depressed or pessimistic people, undermining circumstances, pain and suffering, sacrifice, illnesses, contagion, neuroses, asceticism, renunciation, natural disasters--quite a batch of negative implications within the duo of societal planet Saturn and outer planet Neptune, the nebulous. Add the Lunar Eclipse of March 23 and we find women's health, difficult emotions, and chronic medical conditions may also apply. From a solar perspective of the Full Moon (Eclipse) there's a lack of vitality involved.

And of course an exact square between Saturn and Neptune occurred on November 26, 2015 with its obvious influences on the Collective via negative attitudes about Syrian refugees and countries and states refusing them entry (or attempting to), racism, protests, and other negative societal conditions which are causing many people anxiety, fear, and paranoia. Meanwhile, many of those with the power to act are indifferent to their duties and prefer to neglect their responsibilities! Apparently politicians behaving in breach of the public contract is not an embarrassment anymore and for some it's some sort of (degraded) badge of honor.

Will You Vote in 2016?

Naturally we expect the March eclipses to affect Campaign 2016 rhetoric and subsequent public opinion and we've already heard plenty of remarks, proposals, and promises concerning social programs particularly since one candidate, Senator Bernie Sanders, identifies himself as an Independent from Vermont who is a Democratic Socialist. Personally I equate the senator's policies with care for the common good which means spending money on our needs here at home and dedicating fewer resources to playing global cop and occupying other countries, though you may of course disagree as you wish.

Now here are brief astro-notes published previously concerning the 18 South Solar Eclipse which begins 2016, a presidential election year in the US:

March 9, 2016 18S themes include potentials for: endings, separations, and partings which can relate to travel or to break ups of relationships and/or alliances; grief and anguish may follow yet the pain of separation is lessened by new situations which create positive outcomes.

The Initial Eclipse in the 18S Series occurred on August 20, 1096 OS @3Sco29 with forceful even brutal Mars-Pluto undertones; this degree conjoins the current position of US Secondary Progressed Saturn Rx @3Scorpio showing America's compromised authority in the world, building most specifically (Rx) since at least 1996. Therefore, we can stretch all the way to midpoint picture potentials which may apply to the eclipse season: Mars-Pluto = Saturn: leaving no stone unturned in pursuit of a particular task (Ebertin); frustrated goals (Munkasey.)

Another major flavor within 18S via its initial eclipse is an obsessive quindecile aspect (165 degr) between two money planets, Venus and Jupiter which on one level can give much creative energy but also indicates an excessive drive for relationships and/or money; ideals, morals, and ethics are often based on material gain, belief systems tend to motivate action, and excess and indulgence are definite potentials. Now an interesting cast of characters, entities, and events were born or occurred under 18S:

Sirhan Sirhan, Craig Ferguson, Rudy Giuliani, Marilyn Monroe, Mark Twain, Piet Mondrian, the city of St. Augustine, Florida, the US hostage release by Iran theatrically staged just in time for Reagan's first Inauguration, and the surrender of General Cornwallis to General George Washington at an hour, date, and location of what is said to have been Freemason George's choosing.

For historical context we find that 18S has manifested in the years 1908, 1926, 1944, 1962, 1980, 1998, (2016); next: 2034 @30Pisces which keys the Aries Point of World Events.

So there it is: the first solar eclipse of 2016 once the current eclipse of September 13, 2015 (18N) fades with its high level of stress and overtaxing of strength themes.

Now that restrictive, conservative, status quo Saturn has settled into Jupiter-ruled Sagittarius, sign of the emigrant, refugee, stranger, and foreigner (plus, ideals, ideologies, religion, and a need or desire to travel) we have a long haul until the old man planet of lessons, tasks, losses, and hardships enters his own sign of Capricorn in December 2017. During that period he will approach, conjoin, and cross one of the four Cardinal World Points of Manifestation, 00 Capricorn, in order to vacate Sagittarius where issues of justice, legalities, religion, and philosophy are prevalent topics in society which demand addressing.

And as we see, the desire to emigrate and forced separation from one's country are particularly denoted by Saturn in Sagittarius along with restrictions on accepting refugees who need safety and support and a closing (Saturn) of borders (Saturn again) to travelers and emigrants (Sagittarius). We also notice a tragic lack (Saturn) of wisdom (Saturn and Sag) in the political system (Saturn rules systems) though if political managers listened to those with experience and/or seniority concerning refugee issues, needy sojourners would be treated more fairly and America's ideals so long touted would be upheld like the Statue of Liberty's (Illuminati) torch of freedom. Instead we find the *Saturn-Neptune and Uranus-Pluto squares ruling the day--one indicating loss, painstaking efforts, and suffering, the other describing a generational clash between upstarts and the establishment with protest movements all around.

In case you missed it, the website of Bill Moyers has published an excerpt from a new book The Age of Acquiescence by historian Steve Fraser.

The book concerns the Robber Baron era of Industrialism, the 1880s into the 1900s (sometimes called the 'Generation of Materialism' or 'The Gilded Age') and relates the era to America's current 'gilded' conditions. The complexity of today's conditions is addressed as the book notes an obvious difference: then the populace rose up against the inequities, oppression, and exploitation perpetrated by the Plutocracy and their political enablers--unlike today's watered down efforts by a largely apathetic public.

Since the founding our nation, America has had a 'materialism v spiritualism' conflict (Saturn v Neptune) and perhaps we may say that Alexander Hamilton and the monarchists have won. And unfortunately for most Americans, the November 4, 2014 mid-term election outcomes in Congress will prove this tragically the case as 2015 proceeds along with SCOTUS' 'Citizens United' treason against the foundation of our alleged democracy.

Fall of Berlin Wall Horoscope: Jupiter Rx having a Jupiter Return 2014

Such an awkward title for this post! The point is that on the evening the Berlin Wall fell on November 9, 1989, expansive Jupiter, planet of freedom and overstepping of boundaries, was retrograde @10Can38 and so a Jupiter Return to the Wall's chart has been taking place since August 2013. Due to the planet's regression cycle, the three conjunctions of Jupiter to its 1989 natal position are:

1. August 14, 2013; 2. February 23, 2014 (Rx)--the current phase; and 3. March 17, 2014. So what, if anything, does the Fall of the Berlin Wall have to do with the current crises between Russia, the US, the EU, Ukraine, and Crimea?

Well, for one thing, Jupiter's freedom and expansion principles and Saturn's restriction and control principles are once again vying against one another--and the Fall of the Berlin Wall is one of the signposts on 'the march' to a new world order, aka, Global Government, which intends to disrespect all national boundaries since such antiquated concepts are considered old fashioned and past their expiration date.

That the intrigue going on now in Ukraine and Crimea is related to new world order chaos and the establishment of global totalitarianism, I have no doubt. Yet you, dear reader, may retain your doubt if you prefer.

Below, you see the Fall of the Berlin Wall horoscope set for Berlin and for 6:57 pm CET, the time a government official made the announcement that the Wall was now porous and would be opened. According to the details in Campion's World Book of Horoscopes, the official told a journalist that the decision (see powerful Sun-Pluto = Mercury of decisions--'lording it over someone') was effective "immediately" which was actually not their intention. The people were stunned and exalted at the prospect of being allowed to see family members they'd not seen in 28 years.

Soon crowds gathered at checkpoints along the 100-mile Wall but the guards had not yet been alerted about the change. The first entrance/exit to open was the Bornholmer Strasse Checkpoint at 8:15 pm CET and a horoscope for that moment is relevant as well. Another interesting horoscope is that for 'just after midnight' of August 13, 1961 near a *Jupiter-Saturn conjunction in Capricorn when the Wall was first erected as most Berliners slept. That must have been a true nightmare to wake up to since whatever side, East or West, they'd gone to sleep on, there they remained for decades with the emotional and financial depression the government caused:

Moon square Uranus indicates understandably that emotional outbursts and erratic behavior ensued along with feelings of restlessness and, by some, a defiance of authority. Moon (the people) square Venus, a money planet of relationships, values, and beauty, denotes deep ties with the past, guilt about letting loved ones down (unavoidable under the circumstances), and rebellion against restriction in relationships. This aspect also describes the sad loss of good-paying jobs in West Berlin by those stuck on the Eastern side where economics weren't so rosy.

So with transiting Jupiter again reaching 10Can38, its freedom and venturing across boundaries implications are being played out, this time by Russian troops invading Ukraine and Crimea--though some people think that the US has stirred up conflict in the region as President Putin has asserted. In light of the globalists' austere new world order agenda to take over the world and the decades of misuse of the American military in the role of 'world cop'--plus, the foreign intrigues of the CIA, the US involvement theory is quite easy to believe or at least, easy to not discount all together.

As you see in the chart, the significator for Communism, the Saturn-Neptune conjunction @10Cap+, is now conjoined by wealthy, stealthy Pluto which simultaneously opposes the Wall's Jupiter in Cancer. So in the 1989 chart, it looks like happy Jupiter (freedom) in home-loving Cancer is opposed by Communism's depressive Saturn-Neptune on 'the other side'--of the Berlin Wall. Can we agree on that?

Therefore, if the events of 1989 and 2014 are related on a level or two, the third conjunction of freedom-lover Jupiter, the General and the Explorer, to its 1989 position on or around March 17, 2014 may bring resolution to the Ukraine-Crimea stand off between America, the EU, and Russia, if not before. At least, that's my best guess and my fervent hope!

It's an unfortunate synchronicity for all but the toffs among us that when the Sun hits 00Cap:00:00 on December 21, 2013, aka Winter Solstice 2013, the difficult midpoint of Saturn and Neptune ('Saturn-Neptune') trods upon Mr. Underworld himself, the Arch Spy, Saboteur, and Wealth-Hoarder, Pluto, so we end 2013 with a depressive, oppressive midpoint picture of planetary energies affecting the collective mindset and setting the table for major denials of guilt from responsible parties, particularly from within the Plutocracy class of manipulators.

As you know, secret/invisible (Neptune) government (Saturn) is a constant charge made against the United States of America since its founding days with its natal Saturn @14Lib48 in 10th house and natal Neptune @22Vir24 in 9th house snugged about our natal Midheaven @00Lib53, a point that turns up in the horoscope you see above conjoining the Vertex, a point of encounter, and a degree/point which squares the Winter Solstice Sun each year.

Yes, that Point of Fate (VX) sits upon US natal Midheaven (MC) in the 'Sibly' chart (July 4, 1776 5:10 pm LMT Philadelphia, PA) at a World Point of Prominence (00Libra) so the karmic quality we feel concerning current events is well justified by the cosmic reflection of current-day goings-on in Washington, our archetypal representative. Well, perhaps the typing of this post may be completed at a later date for much is there to be done in the real world with more and more Americans needing practical aid especially since the November 2011 'sequester' cuts which slight-of-hand Republicans have managed to make seem like budgetary 'business as usual' and through which Atlas Shrugged adherents--including the blind-zealot Uranus-in-Aries types ("anarchists"--Ebertin says of rebellious Uranus when in Mars-ruled Aries) are determined to tear down, not build up our nation. Throw the weak overboard! they shout, and there will be more for the rest of us!

Which for me supports my personal contention that if we allow anti-government behavior to fester long enough, we've got a major Coup of State on our hands. Yet hopefully, by December 21, 2013, the November 3, 2013 Solar Eclipse with its Uranus-Neptune content will have awakened even more of The Masses to the real solutions necessary to support, not tear down, our America.

The Unconscious and Collective Mind: Neptune and Our False Reality

Weekend of June 1, 2013: now if I don't manage to publish another post over the weekend due to working on a new Political Astrology project nearing completion, the following presentation by Max Igan is well worth 54 minutes 11 seconds of your attention!

From having false expectations of ourselves to indulging in false urgencies and worries, plus, our continual efforts to betray time--often through the negative escapism of drugs, films, TV, music, etc--all are devised and influenced by the veiling, deceptive realms of astrological Neptune now strong in its own watery sign of Pisces, the Two Fishes swimming up to The Divine, or down to the depths.

Not that Mr. Igan goes into an astrological way of translating things--you and I do that. Meanwhile, he reminds us in a Saturnine, realistic way, "Look at the system for what it is." Mentioned as well are the United Nations, and what the illusion of "free trade" actually means, plus, he reiterates his theory of the breaking of the "trust agreement" which ought to remain in force between government and the governed but we in America see it broken every day in Washington politics.

How curious that at each presidential inauguration since 1937, on January 20th at noon in Washington DC, a certain star rises: Menkar with its key theme of: victim of the unconscious. Yet given the win-win conditions enjoyed by the ruling elite and the advantages both public and private of inhabiting the Venusian Oval Office, I'd have to say that the victimization is all on the side of We the People. Wouldn't you?

US Venus Return June 2013: Saturn leads a locomotive pattern

US Venus returning to natal degree on June 5, 2013

On June 3, 2013 at 11:10:39 am edt, White House, transiting Venus returns to her natal degree in America's 'Sibly' chart (July 4, 1776 5:10 pm LMT Philadelphia, PA) of 3Cancer06. Having an approximate cycle of one year, Venus Return horoscopes tell how the year will proceed within the realms of Venus: relationship-partnerships-alliances, financial matters including monetary evaluation, diplomacy, art and music, social and cultural events.

As you know, Venus rules the principle of attraction (to and from) and in shrewd Cancer, America is attracted to Cancerian-Lunar concerns such as home and business, security needs, food supplies, parental and emotional concerns, creative endeavors, art, beauty, and finances (their supply or lack thereof--here, quirky disruptive Uranus @11Ari49 The Rebel is at a sensitive point in the 8th house of Corporations, Taxes, Debt, Credit, Death, Transformation, etc--near the 9th cusp.)

In any planetary return chart, the natal aspect or aspects of the planet under consideration is very important for interpreting the Return horoscope which in the case of Venus, 'looks ahead' about one year until Venus' next return to natal degree in 2014.

In America's natal 'Sibly' horoscope, Venus only applies to a conjunction with natal Jupiter @5Can56 ('6Can' = "Game Birds Feathering Their Nests"--they certainly do) yet in our Venus Return 2013 horoscope, Venus has already moved beyond investing Jupiter (25Gem18.) Both planets are posited in Venus Return ('VR') 11th house of Groups, Associations, Hopes, and Wishes. Also, Venus rules VR 3rd house of Communications and the 10th house of Career and Public Status.

A Venus-Jupiter conjunction indicates generosity, optimism, and financial good fortune but may lead to indolence, laziness, and too much ease when effort is what's called for. Additionally, Venus rules the separative SN conjunct MC, a time when career moves may be thwarted, bad timing interferes, and old habits are out of sync with current trends--thus, recognition is slow in coming, if at all. Yet with the Nodal axis spotlighting the IC conj NN and 4th house of Domestic Scene, we may expect a few improvements to express there including in Real Estate.

Later in 2013, the 2013 Venus Return chart may tell us something of the financial stalemates in Washington DC which are virtually promised by the GOP-Tea Party with their anti-anything-Obama manner of sore-losership and weird ideology of Weishauptian dimensions, an ideology which includes a centuries-old plan for global governance and domination.

Our June 3, 2013 Venus Return Ascendant is @23Leo46 and thus the chart is ruled by the Sun @15Gem06 which makes no applying aspects to other planets at all. However, the Venus Return Sun does inconjunct NN showing a leader (Sun) and the public (NN) needing some type of adjustment between them in relation to Venusian issues. And since US natal Venus conjoins Fixed Star Mirzam (to have one's say--and VR Mercury @7Can55 conjoins out-spoken Mirzam, we may hear announcements concerning financial and/or diplomatic-pacts-alliances with the day of our VR 2013 showing a peak of such activities and events.

Yet naturally Venus and other planets transiting this return chart's planets and angles, plus, the perfection of return aspects, describe peaks of activity as well.

Now if we use the rounding-up method for America's natal Venus degree (3Can06) we find that the word picture or symbol for '4Can' is: "A Cat Arguing with a Mouse" and here is what Marc Edmund Jones says about this symbol:

"4Can" = JUSTIFICATION. Positive expression: a gift for persuading others to accept the motives of self and to co-operate with its ends"; Negative (unconscious/shadow side--jc) :interminable quarreling with the nature of things.

Then there's the chart's locomotive pattern with Saturn Rx @5Sco39 in 3rd house. Power, genius, persistence, and prophecy are some of the gifts in a horoscope containing a locomotive pattern of planets. Karmic planet Saturn when in Scorpio has a 'survival of the fittest' vibe which points directly to Ayn Rand objectivists and the Social Darwinism that certain politicians wish to impose upon everyone but their exalted selves.

And with Taurus the Bull at MC (The Goal; MC 17Tau17)), we may expect the sign's shadow side of greed, bigotry, intolerance, and racism to continue arguing with the Venusian cat in the House on Capitol Hill when all the cat wants is a warm and cozy spot in the sunshine with perhaps a slice of apple pie as comfort food.

What may aid us is that locomotive Saturn emphasizes the protective Water Grand Trine between Mercury, Venus, Saturn, and Neptune so that social and civic concerns are addressed if not entirely solved or improved. See my recent post on Summer Solstice 2013 for more details on the transiting Water Grand Trine with its Saturn-Neptune trine (120 degr) which favors those who work on secret projects such as military strategies and other government enterprises involving skillful analysis; social welfare is also spotlighted by Saturn-Neptune and progress can be made with their trine of opportunity--if no one interferes unduly.

Also at MC is the South Node (SN) of the Moon--and the Moon (We the People) is nearby as well, though on the 9th house side of Midheaven. Lady Luna @11Tau49 is in a fated septile aspect (51 degr) with Return Venus denoting possibly chaotic conditions, and VR Mars @3Gem41 in 10th house conjoins President Obama's natal Moon (3Gem21), a period when feelings lie close to the surface, anger may be expressed, and the pace of life picks up even more.

Well, these are a few considerations of America's next-up Venus Return which leads the list of America's 2013 planetary returns--here they are in order of occurrence; all natal positions are based on our nation's 'Sibly' horoscope of July 4, 1776:

2013: Ancient Pluto's Magic Wand Transforms 1989's Saturn-Neptune Pair

In 1989, Saturn and Neptune met in Great Conjunction three times: March 3, June 24, and November 13. These exact hook-ups (meetings, encounters, energies combined into such influences as: Communism, Americanism, Globalism (its implementation unopposed in 1989), Socialism, secret government, hidden leadership and control, Militarism, Nationalism, lack of community spirit, loss, erosion of soil, dissolution of structure, and all manner of other possibilities (earthy Saturn = form; boundaries, authority, walls, restriction, conservatism, lawmakers, status quo, old men, etc, and watery Neptune = urge to merge; dissolution; deception; delusions, paranoia, illusion; fraud, loss; the media/the masses, propaganda, veils, charlatans, mystics and Mysticism, mediums, channelers, spiritualists, gurus, priests, etc.) And...The Divine Source!

Why, even the GOP's illogical theme of 'shrink small enough (Saturn) until we can drown in a bath tub (Neptune) the baby of government (Saturn)' is described by this problematic pair of energies, and of course, we are reminded of political ideologue and operative Grover Norquist, in 1989 and now--along with the Congress-White House alliance that introduced harsh Sequester Cuts that now undermine the US economic recovery, delayed as it's been by political hacks and jackasses.

Saturn-Neptune's cosmic cycle is approximately 36 years in duration and is represented by the 9th Harmonic and the 4th Harmonic if we choose to reduce to essentials and study our topic on such levels (4 x 9 = 36; 2 x 18 = 36; 6 x 6 = 36.)

See Historical Events of 1989 if you're curious for you've already noticed that lumbering Pluto, of ancient beast reputation, has of late visited the range of degrees in Saturn-ruled Capricorn where Saturn and Neptune nestled a'nonce in 1989. Now with the entire 30 degrees of The Goat or Mer-Goat sign said to be a difficult Labyrinth unto itself, we're experiencing transit Pluto transforming facets of the 1989 duo of Saturn-Neptune, blended and working in tandem as they were. Karmic Pluto can stir any pot from beneath his Invisible Cape and Helmet of power, surveillance and puppet mastery--plus, assassination can never be completely ruled out wherever The Creepy One and his minions skulk and snivel.

So if the current trine aspect between Saturn and Neptune doesn't pan out quite as well as society needs it to (Scorpio to Pisces) toward social improvements, we can collectively 'thank' string-puller and wealth-horder Pluto (aka, Drago or Draco the Dragon) for interfering in our business from atop his secluded Ivory Tower while every ill wish toward us is lodged obsessively within the recesses of his primitive reptilian brain.

We speak of cultural and societal shifts that have been a long time coming with Pluto's orbital cycle around 248 years in length. And of course, America's Pluto Return (to 27Cap33) occurs 3x in 2022, as you know,--for the first time ever. Earlier degrees that Pluto crossed leading up to July 4, 1776 are of significance as well and may yield much info if one cares to have a peek at important historical dates and 'match them' with transiting Pluto's positions of the era--then look for Pluto's return to that degree in our modern era, plus, note the positions of other planets at that particular moment in time.

Using the degrees of 2013's transiting Pluto (Mr. Hades) hitting the *10--12 Cap range of the Tropical Zodiac, we find a midpoint picture with several potentials to be aware of in 2013 as they relate to events, entities, and personalities of 1989 (exs: GHWB, RR); you'll recognize some of the Jackassery Politics of our more brash era--above-the-law behavior now exhibited and practiced by those who assume they can get away with whatever bad behavior might gain them their objective/s--and for support, 'behavioral' Uranus now careens and jerks its erratic way through 'upstart' Aries. Radical anarchists, those dreamers!
