J6 Hearing Sep 28, 2022 sports a US Mars Return

Reportedly, the next J6 Hearing of the Select Committee investigating the violent Trump Coup Attempt of January 6, 2021 will be held September 28, 2022, presumably in prime time (8:00 pm edt). So a reader might expect to view a horoscope of the event published here but alas, non!

Because the date of the next J6 hearing can change and the opening hour is uncertain (as far as I know), so the horoscope you see, below, displays a cosmic event which happens to occur on that very evening at 8:22:23 pm edt: the first of three Mars Return/s to the US Powell Horoscope (July 1, 1776 7:09 pm LMT Philadelphia, PA = first vote for independence and the decision to create America with Mars @19Gem22:52 square US Neptune. Listed on the chart, below, are the other Mars Returns: 2. November 29, 2022 and 3. March 1, 2023.

And although the transiting Mars-Neptune square won't be exact until October 12, 2022, a cosmic echo of our nation's problematic Mars-Neptune square will be moving into position on September 28, 2022, as you can see, suggesting potentials for any of the confusing conditions, misguided motives or actions, and cloudy events that such a square implies - militarily, infectiously, media-based, or otherwise. And of course, the Select Committee's J6 Hearings are intended to get to the bottom of events instigated by criminals trying to keep their actions and communications hidden from view while a cornered Tr*mp is feeling extremely hostile (Neptune-sextile-Pluto -->> his natal Mars @26Leo) and may very well become a flight risk:

Mars Return at 8:22:23 pm edt: Hour of Venus (in blue) at a critical-crisis 29th degree of fact-based Virgo (6th house) while popping out of the horoscope is the Uranus-North Node ('NN') conjunction rising (14Tau48) which is also the Inaugural Ascendant when US presidents are sworn into office (with starry Menkar rising: saying what must be said; victim of the Unconscious). Thus a midpoint picture forms of Uranus-NN = ASC: 'strong focus on changing the world; a need for feedback' (M. Munkasey). And of course, the Uranus-NN pairing relates to political reformers, new contacts, and/or excitable people sharing events (R. Ebertin).

Plus, balancing upon a cosmic limb, I suggest that the Uranus-NN/Moon-SN opposition across the ASC-DESC axis of this chart (the J6 hearing) karmically symbolizes Herr Tr*mp himself. Those familiar with his natal horoscope will know why for it's basically a cosmic echo of his Nodal Axis which contains his Sun Gemini-Moon Sagittarius opposition personality blend of the pied piper (same as Newt's: two Peter Pans, now cantankerous codgers). In addition, the Sun @5Lib51 conjuncts Tr*mp's natal 2nd house Neptune, shining a light on his fantasies and his flexible morals - let's say, ethics (driven by his deep love for gold and luxury).

So as you know, Mars Returns herald new 2-year cycles of activity and signal a busy, hectic period with a potential for chaotic or dangerous conditions including headaches. And with this Return being a three-fer for America, an extended period may be expected. By the third Return of March 1, 2023, the chart set for Washington DC shows Tr*mp's natal Uranus (@17Gem53, his 10th house 'guiding planet' of chaos and disruption) rising with Mars which suggests possibilities for accidents, danger, violence, explosions, and/or arrest (R. Ebertin) with focuses on finances and/or the occult.

Meanwhile, lurking in the horoscope you see above, are quite a few financial indicators with most of them highlighted in green. Jupiter, the politician and financier, remains retrograde ('Rx') until turning Direct on November 23, 2022 while the planet of hearings and testimony, Mercury the Messenger, turns Direct sooner - on October 2, 2022. Actually, the Mercury-Jupiter opposition forms a T-Square with Mars containing potentials for: "acting according to deliberation" (R. Ebertin); "anxieties reflected in dreams of anger or violence" (M. Munkasey).

Also note that on September 28, 2022, power planet of extreme wealth, nuclear power and secrets, Pluto, will rise with Scheat, star of misfortune, mayhem, and/or imprisonment. However, on a positive level, Scheat can provide literary ability, and notably, Pluto is involved with publishing which can be powerfully informative but may often promote propaganda and manipulative disinformation, a sneaky way of transforming minds and outcomes.

And mention is due of the April 30, 2022 6 North Solar Eclipse which remains in force into October with themes of 'relationship to authority figures; the need to take responsibility and control'; plus, 'commitments due to another person's illness or unreliability' (B. Brady). You see the eclipse listed in the political 12th house @10Tau28 - also the house of Large Institutions such as the US Congress, and earthy Taurus, a money sign. The 12th house also contains wounded Chiron Rx conjunct Alpheratz, and Jupiter Rx, apex of the Saturn-Uranus midpoint with a significant potential for "a sudden turn of destiny" (R. Ebertin).

As for the mundane Moon (We the People, the public; publicity) @14Sco10 and just setting, an inconjunct with wounded Chiron suggests that failure to serve either the Muse or the masses can result in extremely perilous conditions (R. Nolle). Both are at 14 degrees which indicates that karmic conditions are involved as with the Aries-Libra polarity intercepted across the 6/12 axis with its victim-savior issues. To me this means that participants should act accordingly within the realms of ethics and responsibility, and not simply for personal gain. That is, if karmic progress is a goal.

Note: Other planetary changes of direction coming in 2022: wealthy saboteur Pluto Direct on October 8, 2022 (here, conjunct Midheaven, the Goal Point, which spotlights America's surveilling Mercury-Pluto opposition - uncovering secrets since 1776: the Tr*mp stolen government documents fiasco is suggested); lawmaker Saturn Direct on October 23, 2022; and fraudulent, eroding gaslighter Neptune Direct on December 3, 2022.

Also informative is the Sun Libra-Moon Scorpio blend of energies operative during the September 28th J6 hearing for it's a mixture of social idealism and judicial detachment that involves issues of fairness vs personal gain (two of Tr*mp's favorites). Also indicated by this blend of conscious-unconscious energies are controversy, intellectual debate, and survival instincts (Sun Sign-Moon Sign, Charles and Suzi Harvey #ad). Perhaps most readers agree that comrade Tr*mp is fighting for his life. Meanwhile, his natal Jupiter in Libra cries out, "it's not fair!"

Then for the sake of comparison, you may wish to check the horoscope of the first public J6 Hearing where you'll see the above chart's 8th cusp (13Sag03) rising. This is the J6 Hearing that I titled, "A Gang of Robbers in Hiding" - and since the FBI search of Mar-a-Lago on August 8th we see that more than money was plundered from Washington by Herr Tr*mp and comrades. Because selling nuclear secrets must be a very profitable side business for an out-of-work, sore loser, disloyal president acting and pontificating as the figurehead of a global fascist movement determined to coup the US government.

Year 2015: Our Trump Troubles Begin

DC Horoscope: Spring Equinox 2015 and the 'Prez Bid' New Moon of Misfortune

As a cosmic signpost on America's path toward troublesome authoritarian issues of which Trump is merely a figurehead for what is actually a global fascist movement, anyone who expects the venerable practice of Astrology to explain when America's 'Trump Troubles' got up and running might appreciate the Spring Equinox 2015 Horoscope when the Sun hit the Aries Point of world events (an annual event) and conjoins Scheat, the star of misfortune.

Yet as you see in the horoscope, below, there's another feature of the Sun's entry into Mars-ruled Aries in Spring 2015: a midpoint picture formed that year with potentials for 'effective illusions and deceptions; a noted magician performs (M. Munkasey); and/or 'danger of infection; weakness' (R. Ebertin), among other possibilities upon which the Spring EQ 2015 Sun shone and activated. And perhaps, dear reader, we may agree that these potentials have been applicable to events during these last 7 years along with several other planetary factors you see here:

US Mars-Neptune Square On Display: Misguided Actions, Confusion, Fog of War

Ascending is America's natal Neptune with transit Neptune in Pisces opposing (clash of ideals, persecutions), square Midheaven, the Goal Point, conjunct US 1776 Mars in Gemini; Hour of Jupiter (in green, in Leo, and Rx in 11th house) with Jupiter prominent as the handle of a Bucket shape and ruling 4th and 7th houses. As you see, the IC @23Sag05, the Basis or Foundation of the Matter, presciently holds the 4 South Solar Eclipse which occurred on the day of the December 14, 2020 Electoral Vote Count, and lies at the heart of our turbulent, mercurial, Uranian Trump Troubles due to his sore loser 'Big Lie' refusal to accept reality.

Then Mercury in shady Pisces as chart and Midheaven ruler reveals the significance of communications, information, propaganda, oration/rhetoric, trade, commerce, and education to the proceedings with one applying aspect by quicksilver Mercury from its 6th house position (conjunct veiling Neptune: "The Illusionist" when conjunct - A. Oken) - and that's an opportunistic sextile with power planet Pluto, the saboteur. See lower left corner for a few details including Trump's tendency toward morbid thinking (which he seems to be feeling 'for real' now as grim reality knocks upon his door).

Meanwhile, the conjunction in 6th house points toward Trump's natal Mercury-Neptune square of "The Sneaky Mind" (A.O.). Also see the center of the chart with Mercury inconjunct Jupiter: distorted perspectives (supported by unaspected Venus' unusual perspectives and loner status), plus, a tendency toward grandiosity: ya think?

So one reason to post this horoscope in September 2022 is to note that Trump's 'prez bid' New Moon @25Gem07 conjunct Mars (violent, headstrong) which perfected on the morning of June 16, 2015 occurred within the Spring 2015 season (and is listed on the chart, middle right, highlighted in orange, like a fake tan on an old man). Of course, you remember the morning of his Escalator Descent at Trump Tower NYC to announce his 2016 campaign for president to a paid audience, $50 a head, to express his vile bigotry as a signal to "his people".

Now this 2015 Gemini New Moon fell between Trump's 10th house Uranus-NN-Sun trio in Gemini and it started a cosmic clock (New Moon, new cycle) by activating the degree of the 1781 Discovery of Uranus, America's totem planet of freedom, independence, rebellion, protest, disruption, and - most importantly to Trump - chaos.

And America has been yoked to the orange blighter ever since.

When Ancient History Tags Along with Genealogy

The world is saddened today by yesterday's passing of Queen Elizabeth II and for my Friday post of the week, here's a slight departure for SO'W because I've been doing a bit of genealogical research concerning the Scottish side of the family of Queen Elizabeth II (1926 - 2022) via her mother's paternal line of Bowes-Lyon, originally the Lyons of Strathmore, and this leads us to their ancestral estate of Glamis Castle (pronounced "Glahms"), a distant, beautiful, and haunted castle in mystical Scotland.

Reportedly, multiple apparitions roam the family's ancestral home, and in fact, you can hardly do better if you're searching for a ghost-infested castle that even Sir Walter Scott decided to leave after a short while, publishing an account in 1830 that his stay in 1790 had been - shall we say, unnerving. He wrote, "as I heard door after door shut...I began to consider myself as too far away from the living and somewhat too near the dead." No, the famed author's search for isolation in order to do some uninterrupted writing didn't pan out for him at Glamis Castle!

As you see, the dangerous, even sinister, Solar Eclipses of 1933 repeat in 2023 in the 7 North and 7 South Saros Series; their Themes are also listed along with other years in which 7 North and 7 South eclipses occurred. Historical events of those years make interesting reads.

So will this be my final forewarned-is-forearmed post of warning concerning the neo fascist/nazi global network of criminals planning once again a take-over of America after failing in their attempt against FDR in 1933?

When Pluto Hits America's POTUS Sun

Power-Mad Ego-Driven Sun-Pluto Craves Domination!

So will US leadership continue to be global after 2025? These days, forces are working for and against such a continuation, yet tragically, Washington hasn't always handled power well, as you may agree (exs: preemptive wars, invasions, plunderings, financial exploitation). Admittedly, this entire thing with Pluto sounds draconian to me, perhaps powered by Utopian zealotry, but let's proceed anyway.

Well, when it comes to issues of power and the abuse of it, astrologers keeping up with politics and the planets have followed along with powerful, subliminal Pluto as the wealth-hoarding Mr. Invisible has crept toward America's first-ever Pluto Return (to its 1776 position) in late degrees of Saturn-ruled Capricorn, sign of government, law, and business (see tri-wheel link, below). And most folks know that master astrologer Reinhold Ebertin labeled Pluto in Capricorn, the dictator, and can agree that the authoritarian archetype of "the dictator" now vultures over the masses expectantly like a malevolent raptor with humanity in its sights.

The barbarians aren't simply at the gate, they're sabotaging our country from inside the compound. And we should expect that America's current crisis situation with democracy under attack will affect events of 2023, 2024, and 2025 - and will form the basis for them.

So! the following bi-wheel is set up backwards: the inner chart is the Inauguration 2025 Horoscope surrounded (outer) by the transits of February 18, 2024 at the moment (3:11:24 am EST) that transit Pluto @00AQ53 hits the position of what will be the Inaugural Sun 2025 (the leader, taking the presidential Oath of Office at noon on that day):

Why backwards? Because tr Pluto reaches 00AQ53 prior to the actual Inauguration of January 20, 2025 (assuming that we have our traditional ceremony). In fact, February 18, 2024 is the first of three times this conjunction occurs, and penned on the chart are the other dates of exactitude: July 22, 2024 and December 26, 2024.

Now obviously, Pluto's direct, transformative contact to US POTUS Sun (aka, Inaugural Sun: identity change?) cosmically affects year 2024 and the 2024 Presidential Election - before and afterwards (Feb-to-Dec). An extended period of vote counting, plus, contentiousness, seem probable, of course, so there is that to consider but it's beyond the limited scope of this post.

Note that you may wish to check out the bottom of the image concerning 2025 Mars Rx @24Can23 conjunct US 1776 Mercury Rx (an indicator of political conflicts), and the date when transit Mars will oppose the Sun-Pluto conjunction on or about May 21, 2023. Yes, 2023. And, due to the two-year cycle of Mars, again on Election Day 2024! Obviously, other planetary influences will alter conditions with both positive and negative energies, as they always do.

Astro-Notes on The Health of American Democracy

On Thursday September 1, 2022, a prime time address is scheduled to be delivered by President Biden concerning the state of American Democracy. The hour cited is 8:00 pm edt from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, as you see in the horoscope, below.

Descriptively, President Biden's natal Ceres, asteroid of democracy, rises at 8:00 pm edt along with asteroids Juno Rx (nation-state; protection thereof), Astraea Rx (justice), plus, planet Neptune Rx in Pisces which I assume this placement in relation to the president's Address represents compassion for the masses. This resonates with Joe Biden's 'efforts to bring help to those in need' (Sun-Pluto = Moon); Sun-Pluto (Biden) is opposed by radical, zealous Uranus Rx = potentials for 'rebellion, sudden changes, powerful ideas, and/or arrest' (R. Ebertin; Tyl). Of course, mass media, subterfuge, and deception are also in the realms of Neptune. Will Trump's theft of official documents be mentioned?

Then underneath it all - besides America's ongoing Pluto Return of transformation - transit Neptune continues a titanic opposition to US Neptune in Virgo, a period of generational ideals and beliefs clashing, along with various forms of persecution (racism, misogyny, civil rights, exploitation, scams):

Scorpio: Sign of Health and Regeneration

As you see, in 2nd house the health asteroid Hygeia @17Sco15 conjuncts the Moon (17Sco08) so the Health of Democracy, even if the phrase isn't spoken, may be a basic feature of Biden's address along with medical concerns. Meanwhile, the Uranus-North-Node ('NN') duo in Taurus widens yet its 'radical politics' signature retains influence along with the current 6 North Solar Eclipse @10Tau28, also in 2nd house, and thematically bringing society 'relationship to authority' and 'accepting commitments due to another person's unreliability or illness' (paraphrasing B. Brady) - at least until the power-grabbing 6 South Eclipse of October 25, 2022 manifests @2Scorpio with manic energy that will influence our 2022 Midterms.

To close, I direct your attention to the bottom right corner and the excitable Moon-Uranus opposition which perfects at 11:06 pm edt (reactions to President Biden's remarks, one supposes) and, above the horoscope, to the dynamic T-Square pattern their opposition forms with karmic Saturn Rx @20AQ34 in the hidden 12th house which can also denote large institutions such as the US Congress, and which contains potentials for 'self-will; sudden damage; and/or striving for independence' (R. Ebertin).

Yet with America's Pluto Return ongoing we mustn't leave out a midpoint picture formed in this chart with apex Pluto (11th house) - and that's Moon-Jupiter: 'major plans for major triumph; the big picture and the power to make it appear'(N. Tyl).

Perhaps we can agree that America under President Joe Biden would be happy for even more good news!

DC Horoscope May 2017: Trump with Russians in the Oval Office

Shh-h-h-h-h!

The following horosocope and astro-notes concern the fact that during the early months of his White House tenure, Trump revealed intelligence secrets to Russians in Oval Office: officials.

Today I'm posting only a few notes and a DC Horoscope for May 10, 2017 with a speculative time of 1:23 pm edt on the day that a newly inaugurated Trump hosted two Russian "officials" in the Oval Office. You've seen the photo of the trio of comrades grinning like cats who ate the cream, taken by the Russian press because no official US photographs or press were permitted by their orange comrade, our saboteur-in-chief. Putin's proof!

Now my reason for setting the chart for 1:23 pm edt is that it aligns the transiting cusps of the day with those of Herr Trump's natal cusps including his natal Ascendant at the critical 29th degree of boastful Sun-ruled Leo, and spotlights royal Regulus (rising in his natal chart with asteroid Apollo, the 'sun god' - hence his layers of clownish orange make-up mimicking a 'suntan' and his beloved golf resort in Florida). Then as you know, the caution of Regulus is significant: success if revenge is avoided; otherwise all that's gained will be taken away. Well, this outcome for Trump I continue to await for that's one thing the lying grudge-holder seldom if ever avoids: taking revenge.

Oh and look! There are the two malevolent stars at Midheaven, the Goal Point of this and his natal chart: Algol and Capulus - and the 9th house Sun @20Tau14 conjuncts asteroid Phaethon, while the Scorpio Moon floated into opposition with the Sun suggesting a possible 'tug of war' and/or 'those in charge make difficult demands' (R. Ebertin). Yes, I suspect they did. And yet someone in a leadership position (Sun) was feeling invulnerable! Of course, this could be Putin with Sun in the 9th house of Foreign Lands.

They include financial indications such as theft (see the 2/8 houses with money planets therein, and Jupiter Rx conjunct Putin's natal Sun and Trump's natal 2nd hou$e Chiron between the grand schemer duo, Jupiter and Neptune), plus, other 2017 contacts to V. Putin's natal planets (October 7, 1952; see top of the chart: Sun to his Jupiter, Jupiter to his Sun - such confidence!), the Prenatal Solar Eclipse of this event (lower right corner = 19 South: "a lucky win" - B. Brady; the 2016 election was affected).

Also listed are the three upcoming Return dates of the May 10, 2017 event's Mars @13Gem13 (10th house) which are: September 14, 2022; December 15, 2022; and, February 12, 2023. This Mars-in-Gemini period begins in a few days, as you see, and will last into 2023. Additionally, transit Mars will hit Trump's 10th house Uranus, North Node, and Sun trio (@17-23 Gemini) while opposing his natal Moon-South-Node (@20-22 Sag). Naturally, this multiple transit of energy, activism, anger, and testosterone occurs about every two years but his and our circumstances are already on the turbulent, even dangerous side these days, and this must include Putin's ill-advised invasion and war in Ukraine.

Unfit, Untrustworthy, Disloyal, Loose-Lipped, Greedy, and Conscience-Free: guess who?

So out of an abundance of caution for my country and the common good, I'm suggesting that with Trump having natal Mars rising, this position of May 2017 Mars (13Gem13 in the horoscope) may be worth watching in relation to the shady, secretive May 10, 2017 event for it connects with our current crisis of Trump purloining classified documents from the White House as he skulked from office (or before!), hiding them away, then sharing them at will - and recklessly putting America's national security at risk.

Apparently, the far-righters of the Republican Party cult think such a dangerous risk is dandy fine. However, my personal feeling is that on Inauguration Day 2021 (day of the incendiary Mars-Uranus Conjunction @6Tau44) when fear of violence was in the air, everyone was and had been highly focused on kicking Trump out of the White House as per the tradition and many folks were very concerned that perhaps he would not leave the premises - but we ought to have been focused on detaining and frisking the blighter, instead of allowing the orange thief to abscond to Mar-a-Lago with the goods.

And if you feel so inclined, dear reader, comparisons to the hamburgl*r are much appreciated. After all, the blighter is, at the present time, the biggliest ham we've ever known.

March on Rome - March on Washington?

One thing about scowling Benito Mussolini's October 28, 1922 March on Rome is that he grasped political power by becoming Prime Minister the next day, not by armed conflict but by the ruling class transferring political power into his fascist hands. The saga goes that King Victor Emmanuel III feared civil war and Fascists had become quite popular around the country, so on October 29, 1922, the King handed over the reins of the Italian government to Benito Mussolini and his National Fascist Party, thereby avoiding Fascist barbarianism. No doubt, the King was under threat, hence Mussolini's March on Rome.

So that was nearly 100 years ago, why bring it up now?

Because of my belief with which you're welcome to disagree: that during Trump's January 6, 2021 coup attempt against the US Congress, at one point it was clear that the 'Mango Mussolini' knew that his minions were armed, wanted them to stay that way, and was determined to lead their march toward the Capitol Building, which would have been an echo, or historical reenactment, of Mussolini and his Fascists marching upon the capital city again, militia-styled 'blackshirts' and all. Seems to me that the scowling expressions the two despots so obviously share, and the stubborn stances they use in order to intimidate (see above photo, and Herr Trump's typical 'arms folded' across his barrel chest), are in no way coincidental. For Trump, the mimicry is purposeful.

Then a quick glance at the March on Rome's October 28, 1922 planets reveals a descriptive midpoint picture which remained operative on October 29, 1922 as well. See what you think:

Venus-Neptune = Saturn: "A morbid or pathological disposition" (R. Ebertin), and "fear of losing the dream" (N. Tyl). And somehow, considering Herr T's natal midpoint picture of 'deaths of many people, fury, mania of destruction, intervention of a higher power' (Mars-Saturn = Pluto), I suspect that the two scowlers - both blights upon their respective countries - might have gotten along just fine, and passed many wonderful "love letters" between them which would have fluffed up both their massive, malevolent egos.

Our Cosmic Weather As Pluto Creeps Back Around

First off, you may want to watch the Kepler Webinar presented by expert astrologer Gary Lorentzen concerning America's Powell Horoscope of July 1, 1776 if you've so far missed it. This US chart is set for 7:09 pm LMT Philadelphia, PA, the recorded time of the first majority vote for independence, a most significant moment in the founding of our nation.

Now previously on SO'W you may have run across posts concerning America's first-ever Pluto Return/s using one of our nation's several possible (and disputed!) July 4, 1776 horoscopes. But today I'm using the US Powell Horoscope with 1st house Pluto @27Cap37:05, a slightly different position than held by powerful Pluto in the July 4th charts.

Now a tri-wheel of all three Pluto Returns (set for Philadelphia since the Return planets and house cusps resonate more closely with the July 1, 1776 7:09 pm chart) but I'm posting a tri-wheel so that all three dates and times are displayed in case a curious reader wants to set up any or all of them. The Returns may also be relocated to Washington DC which makes very little difference with house cusps except for the December 30th charts which switch Ascendants from late Aries to early Taurus; no planets change house positions with either location:

As you see, a few notes are penned on including the applicable Solar Eclipses. Return 1 fell under the auspices of the 5 New South Eclipse (in 2nd house, not highlighted in red) of December 4, 2021 @12Sag22 with its themes of 'benefits' and 'good news'. Return 2 in July came within the influence of the 6 North Solar Eclipse that perfected on April 20, 2022 @10Tau28 with themes of 'relationship to authority figures; accepting commitments' - in Taurus, this one has ruffled the actions of disruptive, chaotic Uranus in Taurus (the rebel and zealot) and through earthy Taurus involves finances, development, and environmental issues such as weather disasters.

Return 3 comes under the sway of the 6 South Solar Eclipse of October 25, 2022 @2Sco00 conjunct Venus (vicious when scorned). Themes include 'being forceful, taking power, manic energy and strength especially in group endeavors; sudden events.' (Paraphrasing B. Brady's Predictgive Astrology #ad).

As noted on the tri-wheel (lower left corner), 6 South is the Saros Series of the 'Nazis Rise to Power' Eclipse of August 31, 1932 @8Virgo, and the 6 South repetition on October 25, 2022 @2Scorpio makes it the solar eclipse influencing our 2022 Midterms - elections which are all about taking power, as 6 South eclipse themes support. Unfortunately, as in 1932, cheating, deception, baldfaced lies, and barbaric threats could manage to alter and disrupt what should be our election outcomes which is why only a massive Blue Tsunami turnout of women and Millennial voters will save our democracy on November 8, 2022. The barbarians cannot take the field, my friends!

Cosmic Weather: February, July, December 2022 into 2023 and Beyond

Now here are brief notes concerning the Sun-Moon blends for each US Pluto Return, some of which may sound familiar - for me, the third blend's Images stand out due to the anti-democratic barbarians, seditionists, and financiers currently bedeviling America, so hate-filled and desperate to ruin everything as they are, and ruthlessly determined to seize power:

1. Sun Pisces-Moon Scorpio (double Water: subjectivism; emotionalism): "The agony and the ecstasy"; strong in adversity; complex emotions; weakness for sensationalism; gaining power through manipulation; Images for Integration: "Steinbeck's The Grapes of Wrath; Longfellow's poem The Secret of the Sea."

2. Sun Cancer-Moon Scorpio (double Water again): secretive, perceptive, self-centered; unafraid of the dark; undaunted by the truth; moody and magnetic; Images for Integration: "Under a full Moon an exorcist performs a life-giving ritual; the possession fades away and a child's life is saved...Whilst preparing his genealogical tree, a young man discovers the lost grave of his great-great-grandmother."

Mercury-Neptune and The Presidential Records Act

Selling Secrets and An Unfit President With Odd Ideas

Due to The Presidential Records Act of 1978, legal ownership of official presidential and vice presidential records changed from private to public, and new standards of management were established for records created or received after January 20, 1981. Therefore, changes and standards have been enforced since the 1981 Inauguration of Ronald Reagan, his first.

Now as you know, the requirements of the 1978 law (updated in 2014) have apparently been followed by all presidents and vice presidents until the haphazard "administration" of Donald Trump, a loose-lipped opportunist who thinks, or pretends to think, that presidential records can belong to him! Naturally, astrologers can easily recognize such indiscriminate, fantasy-spinning, scheming behavior via Trump's natal Mercury-Neptune square, and notably, astrologer Alan Oken has labeled this particular square aspect, The Sneaky Mind: Mercury (thought processes, communications, negotiations, planning) and Neptune (sneakiness, deception, spying, surveillance, mass media). Word is, that Trump watched the August 8th FBI search at Mar-a-Lago on CC TV from his location in NY or NJ, wherever the brazen blighter was on that day. If so, it's because his Mar-a-Lago resort is wired for surveillance. And why wouldn't it be?

Of course, there are other planetary aspects in faithless Trump's natal chart which can support such sneakiness (and evasiveness) if that's how he chooses to use the energies, but his Mercury-Neptune square leads the bunch, in my estimation, or perhaps I should say, forms the basis of his thought processes.

So, although unknown at the time, a previous SO'W post published in 2009, Reaganomics Eclipse 1981 a Turning Point for America concerned more than that era's decade of greed and financial slights-of-hand (cheered on by Reagan's natal Scorpio Jupiter's ruthless materialism - ex: he and his cronies hung the yoke of student loan debt around our necks) because, on what can be considered a positive level, passage of the 1978 Act was due to Watergate lawbreaking ("if the president does it, it isn't illegal," - R. Nixon - a fallacy that Trump likes to go by).

So now, through the subversive behavior of the orange scofflaw, we can discover more about what was going on under the hood of US Politics by a manipulative Herr Trump, a comrade who played the role of POTUS from January 20, 2017 until January 20, 2021 - and departed the White House thinking he was 'owed' more that he'd got. Obviously, monetizing secrets from down in Mar-a-Lago seemed a lucrative scheme although my suspicion is that he was already in that business while inhabiting the Oval Office (free rent!).

Then and Now: Cosmic Time Links via Eclipses and Evasive Neptune

Significantly, the 1981 Reaganomics Solar Eclipse fell into the 1 North Saros Series as did the King of Alarm Eclipse (of Nostradamus fame) of August 11, 1999 - and The Great American Eclipse of August 21, 2017 during which Trump removed safety glasses and stared directly up multiple times at the Total eclipse ('sun god' he, with Apollo rising along with royal star Regulus). 1 North themes include: "unexpected events loom large; make no hasty decisions since information is distorted and possibly false; tiredness and health problems are attached" (paraphrasing B. Brady). But with Trump, we know that hasty decisions are already baked in.

Meanwhile, perhaps a glance at the above linked 1981 Eclipse Horoscope holds a clue or two such as the fact that transit Neptune at that time was retrograde @22Sag23 - conjunct the natal Moon-South Node Conjunction of Donald Trump. This transit suggests a period of eroding relationships when intrigue, mystery, confusion, delusion, and fantasy surrounded him with a feeling of rootlessness which perhaps inspired a leaning toward underhanded efforts such as (lucrative) traitorous activities which were engaged in as his connection to home and country became estranged or weakened. And as you know, for Herr Trump, loyalty is a one-way street, and this was a period of grand promises of expanded horizons - if he accepted a deal. Why, he even enjoyed an expansive Jupiter Return (17Lib27) exact on September 28, 1981, a transit that can bring an end to a 12-year cycle of beliefs.

So if you have a chance, dear reader, check out transits to his natal planets (June 14, 1946 10:54 am edt Queens, NY) for the 1978 to 1981 period for this was a cosmically transformational time for Trump and his ideological principles (to the extent that he held any). For instance: born during a Full Moon phase, and besides spreading its dissolving energies all over his natal 4th house Moon-South-Node, transit Neptune in 1981 was in process of opposing his 10th house Sun-NN conjunction in often-duplicitous Gemini so that unrealistic notions and uncertainty affected his self-image, undermined his objectives and overblown plans - and he could be easily seduced by false flattery such as the sort that foreign agents may have offered. (Of course, with flattery the ladies are implied as well but that's beyond the scope of this post.)

Plus, another factor viewable in the 1981 eclipse chart is the Jupiter-Saturn Conjunction in progress @5Libra+ for it hit Trump's natal 2nd house Neptune Rx (@5Libra50, part of his 2nd hou$e Neptune-Chiron-Jupiter trio of grand schemes, promotion, and speculation). This thereby formed a midpoint picture for him which includes two potentials that, for me and perhaps for you, triggered a basic part of vengeful Trump's seriously flawed personality so let's close today's fussiness with that - and tellingly in Venus-ruled Libra, lover of luxurious possessions and ease:

1981 Jupiter-Saturn = natal Neptune: "Begrudging the good fortune of others; losses" (R. Ebertin).

Oh, and there are two more potentials to appreciate, added to this picture by Noel Tyl:

"Bewilderment; not knowing which master to follow." My guess is that the orange blighter soon figured it out and for transactional Trump, his "loyalty" went to the highest bidder.

Late Summer Lunations 2022: Cosmic Spotlight on the Virgo-Pisces/Victim-Savior Axis - and Mars Acts Up

DC Horoscopes: A seed-planting phase of new plans begins with the New Moon @4Vir03 August 27, 2022 (lower left) culminating with the Full Moon @17Pis41 September 10, 2022 (upper right) spotlighting relationships and bringing fuller awareness and perhaps a measure of fulfillment. So this times a season when practical, methodical, critical Virgo leads society toward receptive, impressionable, secretive Pisces, with the polarity's Mercury-Jupiter and Mercury-Neptune vibrations.

Are These Lunations 'Wild Cards of the Universe'?

Notable is that New Moons can affect earthly events much as Solar Eclipses, disrupting and revealing such as erratic planet Uranus tends to do, while Full Moons can mimic the effects of Lunar Eclipses on health (mind and body), drug reactions, family matters, relationship dynamics, and criminality such as the throttle-hold on US Politics by a global network of organized crime now working in league with white nationalism, a global neo-nazi/fascist movement, and funded by freakish, wealthy ideologues and theocrats, many with bizarre religious views (exs: Opus Dei; The Family, promoter of annual 'National Prayer Breakfasts'):

Prominent indications in the lunation charts include finances (Jupiter Rx until November 23, 2022), women's issues (exs: abortion; sex-trafficking), political power and struggles for control (Pluto in Capricorn in the lead again in September as America's first-ever Pluto Return proceeds with its destructuring-transforming activities of systems and institutions), "rapidly disseminated news" (Mars @"5Gemini" = "A Radical Magazine--"), the Full Moon's "famous revivalist" symbol: perhaps an orator such as Tr*mp, and rebellion and resentment (T-Square: Venus-Saturn = Uranus in the New Moon chart) ongoing by domestic seditionists and saboteurs of democracy many of whom are encouraged and funded by foreign governments (ex: foreign asset Tr*mp with the August New Moon's Vertex - 'VX' - of fated encounters @21Sag30 conjunct his natal Moon-SN with its revelatory Sabian Symbol: "A Chinese Laundry," an obvious reference to his decades of illicit money-laundering on behalf of various countries and oligarchs).

We should also keep in mind that the Sabian Symbol for Tr*mp's 10th house Uranus @18Gemini = "Two Chinese Men Talking Chinese in a Western Crowd" - and disruptive Uranus leads the rest of his natal planets.

A Big Wad of Stinky Old Gum Stuck to America's Shoe

Besides a variety of positive and negative transits to Tr*mp's natal chart during this time frame, of interest here is the fact that the September 10th Full Moon highlights the second of three oppositions by transit Jupiter Rx @5Ari49 to Tr*mp's natal 2nd house Neptune which denotes current conditions surrounding the orange document-thief with vibes of deception, illusion, delusion, unrealistic expectations, and clouded judgment.

This period began for him (and thus for America) with the first opposition by transit Jupiter-to-his-Neptune on June 15, 2022; (September 10); then the third opposition to his Neptune peaks on January 30, 2023. And of course, all of his speculation-prone, 2nd hou$e Neptune-Chiron-Jupiter trio in Libra of grand schemes, bubbles, and fantastical expectations (with wounded Chiron in the middle, a blindspot!) will be affected by the Jupiter opposition as well - opposing his natal Jupiter, no one will be impressed with his overblown efforts, plus, finances may suffer or donations stop piling in; this transit's effects will hit his Jupiter once on March 24, 2023 when "greener pastures" may call his name (flight risk!).

Yet ten days prior, transit Jupiter opposes his Chiron which suggests a more intense period of radical activities such as anarchy and zealotry - and the opposition perfects only once, with concentrated energies on March 14, 2023. I say, Indict Already!

Restless Critic Mars @ Perigee: Bigger-Brighter-Closer!

Now the primary planet to watch during the late August to September 2022 period and into 2023 via the motivational planet's long sojourn in Mercury-ruled Gemini is energetic Mars, moving direct in both lunation charts, as you see, then turning retrograde ('Rx') @25Gem36:50 on October 30, 2022 (at 9:25:39 am edt). Plus, the above Virgo New Moon on August 27, 2022 is squared by testy Mars (see lower left corner: The Cosmic Itch!) and perfects upon the very day that the 2022 Mars Max period begins; the period extends until March 16, 2023 with Mars @25Gem32 ('26Gemini' = "Winter Frost in the Woods").

Unfortunately, More Tr*mp Is Involved

Those familiar with the natal chart of Donald Tr*mp see that transit Mars in Gemini, during the turbulent Max period of perigee, will steam through the orange blighter's 10th house of Career and hit his chaos-creating Uranus (17Gem58 - his oriental "guiding planet") with its typical explosive, incendiary, overboard possibilities of the Mars-Uranus pairing - unstable and volatile especially in Mutable signs such as Gemini. Plus, Tr*mp's natal North Node and Sun in 10th house will also be hit by Mars in Gemini suggesting a period of energy, activism, and his usual duplicitous rhetoric issuing from the Geminian voices in his head.

So, my friends, forewarned is forearmed! Yet these are only some of the cosmic influences in late August into September 2022 which society must navigate prior to Autumn Equinox 2022 which begins on September 22nd when the Sun enters Libra, sign of the Scales of Justice - and transit Mars @17Gem04 directly ruffles the natal Uranus of Herr you-know-who.
