Horoscope of the White House Nov 1, 1800

On Saturday, Nov 1, 1800, founding father John Adams became the first US president to take up residence in the White House and, writing to his wife Abigail the next day, he included this prayer:

"I pray Heaven to bestow the best of blessings on this House, and all that shall hereafter inhabit it. May none but honest and wise men ever rule under this roof."

Yes, there's much to be said astrologically for using the Nov 1, 1800 date as the White House's natal chart as emphasized by a US president taking 'first possession' of the national Masonic-style building and proceeding to rule our nation from it for a while.

Here you see a map of the heavens for Nov 1, 1800 @ noon LMT, set for the White House, Washington, DC, with critical degrees upon the ASC/DESC axis: 20Cap07 rising which gives a 7th house Saturn (planet of control, authority, restrictions, delays, law, politics, business, and Time-keeping) as ruler of the chart (bwo mystical mer-goat, Capricorn.)

Since an authoritative personage, judge, and decision-maker is represented by Saturn, a Fixed T-Square with an apex Saturn looks to me to be 'running away with the chart' and thus is pivotal in a consideration of the White House as the center of our nation's civilian power. The noon Hour is Lunar and new presidents do like to emphasize the changes (Moon) they intend to make to the country which are always touted as improvements.

You see the modern ASC for all US Inaugurations since FDR's time conjunct the stable (if stubborn, greedy, possessive, and possibly intolerant) Taurean Ic, the Foundation of the Matter, but also The Drain, and the Ending Point.

Interestingly, Mars 19Tau04 is retrograde and has the midpoint of the powerful moneybags pair Jupiter/Pluto upon it; the Jup/Pluto combo also indicates powerful religious and political leaders, and special achievers who are experienced at mounting large-scale undertakings - such as world bankers and stock market titans.

We may also note our strong Supreme Court (Saturn) as one of the three branches of our government, with asteroid Astraea (law and justice, but also indicating 'starry' connections with Astrology, the study of the stars; other esoteric subjects may be applicable as well; Saturn is the ancient ruler of Astrology; modern ruler - or co-ruler, as I think of it - is Uranus which is quite active in this chart @ 00Lib01, a Cardinal Point, and Uranus is conjunct US natal Mc in the Sibly chart = Astrology as a career guide.)

There are many things to say about this natal chart and I won't get to them all right away; my plan is to update this post as time permits, hopefully before year's end. Thing is, the 2009 Winter Solstice chart is impatiently awaiting attention and should be published prior to Dec 21 or not at all.

You'll find a Feb 15, 2007 post on the White House natal chart here if you'd care for a peek. It's set for the date of the laying of the White House cornerstone (Oct 13, 1792.) Not many details are included yet you can view the chart with its ASC 20Lib49 and Mc 23Can57. The 1792 Chiron 29Can51 is now being triggered by the July 21, 2009 Solar Eclipse @ 29Can27 at critical 29th degree.

Interestingly, when I opened my SolarFire program a few minutes before midnight Sunday evening (having just returned from a holiday trip over the weekend), I found that the White House's current Lunar Return 10Tau39 was about to occur @ 12:11 am est, Nov 30, 2009. This is notated at the top of the chart.

So let's discuss the Fixed T-Square in general first, then its apex (focal planet) Saturn. Notice that Nov 1, 1800 was a Saturday when Mr. Adams moved in, for Saturday is Saturn's Day, the original Day of Rest of the Fourth Commandment.

A Fixed T-Square (T-SQ) makes use of the rigid energy always present in the Fixed quality, thus rigid stalemates and stubborn personalities are typical with this planetary configuration. Demanding needs that are immune to outside influences tend to completely block the needs of others (and perhaps this describes somewhat the 'insularity' of the White House, as we've noticed with all our presidencies.)

Enormous power reserves and emotional stamina make a Fixed T-SQ able to endure setbacks and obstacles without losing its purposeful sense of direction; this pattern is driven to build something long-lasting, solid, and secure, and is intensely determined to succeed at all costs.

Ruthlessly goal-oriented, actions may have an unexpected and emotionally upsetting quality to them - here is a catalyst with poor adaptability toward outer changes; adjustments are made unwillingly in the area of the houses involved - in this case, across the 4/10 axis (Career/Public Status (10th h), and Home/Domestic Issues/ Security (4th h.) The Mercury/Mars outlet is through apex Saturn in 6th house of Work, Service, Health, and Military and Police Forces.

Therefore, both Mercury and Mars square Saturn making the developmental tension of the square aspect (90 degr) very important in the evolution of each president as their terms proceeded.

Battles of wills and and power plays abound especially when controlling Saturn or Pluto are involved (as Saturn is here; both planets add a karmic flavor to the configuration.) If mismanaged, the extreme pressure of the Fixed T-SQ may be released by way of violent actions and/or violent eruptions; this indicates irrational behaviors which threaten others, or self-destructive behaviors - or both.

Apex Saturn adds a serious approach to long-term goals; the wisdom of having patience, using proper planning, timing, and maturity must be understood, and ambition is an overwhelming motivation. Fearful of exposing any personal inadequacies (ex: can you think of any mistakes you made, George Bush?) the White House denizen is always on-guard and affects a reserved self-presentation. Attempts toward protecting one's vulnerability by controlling others is evident even while utilizing their practical resources and abilities for Saturn's attainment of goals; this is an abusive dynamic unless channeled onto a higher path.

Above average talent for formulating large-scale projects in business is displayed especially in business affairs (US president as CEO?); moves are shrewdly calculated within the need for ego-fortification; here is a commander with an Iron Fist.

So far I've found two US presidents with a Fixed T-SQ and apex Saturn in their natal charts: Teddy Roosevelt and Lyndon B. Johnson; perhaps you know of others.

The midpoint picture formed by the T-SQ is:

Mercury/Mars = Saturn: knowing how to close a sale, knowing how to wound; efficiency and practicality; avoiding discussions about force and might; an old argument is debated; good powers of concentration; a tendency to say bad things or to bring harm to oneself through exaggerating; a desire to harm others; quarrels cause separations.

Now any midpoint pictures from the chart don't indicate that all presidents express all of these possibilities, and some may express parts without the whole. As usual with midpoint pictures, it's an any-all-or-none affair.

Two must-mentions before I close for now are the angular (Mc) midpoint picture formed by Sun/Neptune that by itself indicates mysticism, possibly a religious fervor, and a projection of image upon the White House (PR) which is often - or always - full of illusions and dare I say it: deceptions. Advertising of merchandise is fraught with deceptions, and US political campaigns are known for their time-tested marketing ploys ad nauseum.

Sun/Neptune = Mc: aesthetics take over presentations; learning how purposes can become better realized; maturing in the ability to visualize end goals; coping with reality through idealistic escapes; learning what the world is like; periods of mental or emotional stress.

Sun/Neptune by itself is what the White House projects upon the world stage (Mc) according to this version of the W-House natal chart; the combo includes potential spiritual rationalizations, hypersensitivity, remoteness, illegalities, deceptions, and/or befuddlement are on view for all to see as well.

Jupiter/Neptune, inflationary spending, and Larry Summers

Have you run across Mike Whitney's article Soaring Unemployment and Double-Dip Recession? Blame NWO Larry yet? It refers to President Obama's chief economic advisor, Lawrence Summers, a smart fellow who is opposed to extension of unemployment benefits because he thinks increasing hardship will drive wages down even more than they already are, and will bust unions more completely in the process - a win-win for the power elite.

Mr. Whitney asserts that Summers is "an industry rep whose primary task is the smooth transfer of public wealth to corporate plutocrats" and if you've ever read this blog before, you know that infuriates blogging gnats such as myself, a common-gooder.

Actually, the article contains several references to the inflationary spending of Jupiter/Neptune whose third and final 2009 Great Conjunction takes place on Dec 21, 2009 - just in time for Christmas shopping, and conjunct US natal Moon, the people.

Look for "liquidity trap," rising asset prices" and other high-in-the-sky, illusory, pretend (Neptune) money (Jupiter) terms sprinkled throughout the text of Mr. Whitney's article, especially if you speak astrologese.

And who can forget that Golden Oldie, the leaked Summers Memo of Dec 12, 1991, as good an example of cold-hearted ruthlessness as you'd ever care to read. Want to export prostate cancer to less developed nations such as Africa by way of health impairing pollution? Then World Bank Larry has your back.

This offspring of two economists, Summers' reptilian ways apparently endeared him to President Bill NAFTA Clinton who hired Larry to play the role of Secretary of the Treasury, a post Summers took up on July 2, 1999, in time for the New Millennium.

Since nearly a year has passed since Inauguration 2009, expansive, money guru Jupiter's 3AQ32 position in the chart may relate as much to Lawrence Summers as to Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner, to whom I have previously given the role. Of course, Astrology is all about describing levels in life which are active simultaneously, so Jan 20, 2009's Inaugural Jupiter can signify both 'financial wizzards' as they serve in Mr. Obama's cabinet on his 'econo-team' and take star turns acting and speaking their bits and parts.

To me they're kind of the Bobbsey Twins of Bankrupting America to make clear the way for world government. And President Obama is a close associate.

Turns out that using a natal chart set for noon on Nov 30, 1954, New Haven, CT and progressing it, gives Mr. Summers a Secondary New Moon (fresh beginnings in a new 30-year life cycle) on April 2, 2009 at...wait for it...3AQ16. And any birth time you use will give the ruthless economist precisely the same Sec New Moon degree.

Obama escalates war ~ horoscope 12.1.09

Moon and Sun apply to opposition as mentioned below, a Full Moon 10Gem15; Sun then applies to a trine with Mars (7A39) and conjunction to Venus (9A49.) Trines are usually considered a positive help or talent, but can set one up for a ride on a slippery slope.

At 8 pm there's a Fire Grand Trine highlighted as you see and indicating an adventuresome, daring, and courageous nature. (Ideally for a planetary pattern, the Mc point should have a planet there. There is, however, a midpoint at Mc...Moon/Jupiter = Mc: recognition for ideas and work in expanding knowledge in foreign affairs.)

As you see, the current July 21, 2009 Solar Eclipse (11 South Series) is rising (ASC 29Can00, a crisis degree) with its flavor of 'systems fail; new ideas and methods are needed to deal with events brought by the eclipse; any blocks could be violently or tragically removed.' Now I know the president probably won't begin speaking at precisely 8:00 pm so chart-ruler Moon (the public; Cancer ASC) will soon morph into chart-ruler Sun (the leader) at 8:05 pm est, ASC 00Leo00. Either way, the president's first natal planet to rise is Mercury, planet of announcements, messages, oration, and thought processes.

The president's thinking and planning - nine meetings these last several weeks concerning war escalation, reports NPR - are described here and his n Mercury 2Leo20/Jupiter 00AQ52 Rx opposition (n Jupiter and Saturn 25Cap20 Rx in the karmic n 12th house of Self-Undoing) means that n Jupiter, planet of growth and expansion, sets in the TV address chart.

I have neglected to highlight Mr. Obama's n Jupiter/Saturn on the chart although his other natal positions are marked in turquoise. Some US n planets/points are marked in pink and US Inaugural Moon 2009 (29Sco45) is added because it conjoins Mr. Obama's n Mc along with transiting Venus 00Sag09 in 5th house of Risk-Taking and Gambling. Venus and tr asteroid Cupido (corporatism; The Family) are conjunct here @ '1 Sag' = the "A Grand Army of the Republic Campfire" Sabian Symbol.

Privatized war for profit, a favorite past time of the tiresomely imperialistic 'industrial military complex', is indicated by this corporate significator at this particular degree along with Venus, planet of values, relationships, and revenge when she's scorned. "A Grand Army" indeed - but misdirected energy ill-used, imho.

Messenger Mercury is in 5th house as well @ 24Sag32, a degree traversed by powerful Pluto in late 2004 and all through 2005 which ropes Obama firmly into the Bush-Cheney war pursuits. This is significant in Dec 2009 because the president is having to come up with new ideas and methods in an attempt to finish the objectives of the US Afghanistan adventure, or misadventure, depending on your viewpoint.

Considering that the Big Money 8th house of this announcement has Jupiter 21AQ04, Chiron 21:45, and oily, gaseous Neptune 23:54 posited within, I'd say that the control of the region's natural resources is still on the agenda of the US government - and the speculator pair, Jupiter/Neptune, are leading our expansion of grand schemes and risk-taking. As you know, the two big 'uns will conjunct for the third and final time this go-round (13-year cycle) on Dec 21, 2009 conjunct US natal Moon(the people) which continues to ensnare us and our children's futures within their power play games toward a dominant world government.

And speaking of 8th house, you see that the 8th cusp conjuncts the president's natal Ascendant 18AQ03 (his natal birth data is given below) which personalizes Jupiter/Neptune in his natal 1st house of Self. So contentious god of war Mars 17Leo37 is conj his n DESC of Partnerships and is rising in the announcement chart, as you see.

Now this chart has ~Sun 176 degr 22 mins Moon~ which is a Gibbous phase just prior to a Full Moon @ 10Gem15:05 which perfects @ 2:30:24 am est on December 2. '10Gem' = "An Airplane Falling" or if you prefer to round up, '11Gem' = "A New Path of Realism in Experience."

Since any prior degree indicates karmic conditions for the next degree (such as the above-mentioned change of ASC degree for the Solar Eclipse), both symbols are pertinent in the wheel of life. And by 'karmic' this Saturnian astrologer means past behaviors and inherited conditions, not 'past lives' or reincarnation. Wars and an economically disabled country were passed down to Mr. Obama from you-know-who.

The first transiting midpoint to rise is Moon/Saturn (4Leo42, just passed Mr. Obama's n Mercury = prudence; maturity; the wise thought; sadness, esp among women - Tyl) indicates an astute awareness of ambition, strategy, and direction. A depressed (Saturn) populace (Moon) is indicated, too.

We may not want to look at the mdpt picture thus formed for with our national Neptune conj BHO's n Mars, it's not as if his actions (Mars) are clearly seen (Neptune) by the public, so let's have a peek on this momentous occasion, for cloudiness is a bad idea for the future of this war.

Tyl adds: energetically following one's personal dream; reaching for 'pie-in-the-sky' which is exactly most of what's bothering me about the whole war escalation.

On Thankgiving Day Mary Had a Little Lamb

Sarah Josepha Hale, the influential magazine editor who wrote many articles on behalf of creating a national holiday in honor of the pilgrims' day of thanks, fasting, and prayer, wrote the nursery rhyme, Mary Had a Little Lamb.

On my first day of Band class in 3rd grade I was given a recorder and told to learn to play, Mary Had a Little Lamb. I learned it quickly enough but was too shy to play it in front of classmates, so that was my last Band lesson. Guitar, piano, organ, and autoharp were much more my speed as there was no spit involved.

Another link between little me and the song (stop me if you've heard this before) is that the evening I was born, a personal name asteroid arose a few minutes after I entered the Earth space/time flux, asteroid Judith. The Sabian Symbol of its nodal degree is:

"Mary and Her White Lamb." My mother's name is Mary, I'm continually grateful, and I love cranberries.

Am I angling here for an invitation to your Thanksgiving Day feast? Are you serving turkey, ham, or lamb? Now I'm about 95% vegetarian these days and have been 100% in years past, so don't pass me any ham 'cos I haven't eaten pork in over 30 years. But yes, turkey is good with the right stuffing or dressing, and plenty of cranberry sauce. Pumpkin Pie is all right by me though I like Sweet Potato or Pecan Pie better.

So of all the meats I occasionally miss, lamb with rosemary would be the one yet I can't remember the last time I had lamb chops. Hmm...may have to do something about that.

So because of Sarah J. Hale's continual efforts, President Lincoln proclaimed a national holiday, Thanksgiving Day, in 1863. Even President Washington had gotten into the act with a Thanksgiving Proclamation in 1789 when he called for Americans to "unite to render to Him our sincere and humble thanks for His kind care and protection."

Now I know George Washington was a Freemason, a deist, and who-knows-what-else, but his call still holds water around these parts, and I hope around yours, too. So...

Yes, I know our nation has gone astray with endless war, greed, and fraud, but it's the best nation that ever was and I'd be really thankful if it would continue standing for 233 years more. And stop meddling in other nations' affairs.

Jan 15, 2010 Solar Eclipse: more details

The Jan 15, 2010 Solar Eclipse @ 25Cap01 in the 12 North Series is now on the radar and will occur quicker than a puppy can chew your left shoe.

Will there be a royal wedding under the influence of this Eclipse? Perhaps. Ms. Teal predicts a ceremony of some sort in the US and says that people will be 'well-disposed toward the government' - now that would be a refreshing change!

With Jan 2010's manifestaion of 12N falling in 3rd house of the chart set for Washington, DC (2:11:12 am est), communications, neighborhoods, and siblings are somehow affected. Excitable opinions and increasing publications (more?!) will be featured on the front burner.

The word 'siblings' for me brings to mind secret socieites because of entities such as The Brethren and other Family-related enterprises.

Astrology of the Nov 21, 2009 Health Reform vote

Tonight on Capitol Hill a procedural vote is scheduled for 8:00 pm est on the Health Care Reform Bill of Senator Harry Reid. My previous post cites an afternoon NPR Breaking News alert that Dem Senator Blanche Lincoln will be voting with her party thus giving them the elusive 60 votes needed to avoid a Republican filibuster.

Formal debate on the bill can begin after the Thanksgiving break if Dems get 60 votes, says C-SPAN.

Now I'm of two minds on the whole subject of this bill due to the tiresome 'unintended consequences' that so many congressional bills cause and lacking trust in my overly aggressive government, I believe most of the 'unintended' results are actually intended. But maybe that's just me - or FDR, who said, "In politics, nothing happens by accident. If it happens, you can bet it was planned that way."

So let's take a brief peek at tonight's horoscope set up for: Nov 21, 2009 8:00 pm est, Capitol Building, Washington, DC to see how things may get on during this Saturn Hour of control and authority:

ASC 17Can04 making the 7th house Moon 28Cap56 (conjunct US natal Pluto 27Cap33 Rx) the chart-ruler. Applying aspects to the Moon are indicators of the proceedings as they move forward this evening.

Sun sextile Moon (0A56); Moon trine Saturn (3A21) with Saturn the planet of the Democratic Party in Mundane Astrology; Sun 29Sco51 conjuncts 2009's Inaugural Moon 29:45 and Sun = leadership in a mundane charts. This times a promise of health care (insurance!) reform which the Obama administration made to the American people. Remember the president said that our economic woes are based on a health care system and its costs being out of control. (Just paraphrasing him there. That Reid's bill will repair the cost situation is a risk.)

Moon also sextiles (60 degr, an aspect of opportunity - and 60 votes needed!) Mc (The Goal Point; Mc 29Pis04 at 8 pm) very closely - 0A08.

Of course, the vote will probably not begin precisely at 8:00 pm; at 8:09 pm, Moon reaches *29Cap00 - a critical or crisis degree as is the Sun's 29Sco); at 10:10 pm, Moon will enter Aquarius, 00AQ00, which conjuncts the US Inaugural Sun (president) degree but also 2009 Inaugural Mercury Rx which described so well President Obama's second Oath-taking due to Chief Justice Roberts' mess-up. Mercury - oaths and votes; Rx = do-overs.

This indicates to me that the president's imperative to pass health insurance legislation has a good chance to be forwarded this evening with the vote at 8:00 pm.

However, if Lincoln and Louisiana's Mary Landrieu change their minds later on, the bill could be in trouble.

Mercury 9Sag19 in 5th house of Risk-Taking and Gambling indicates the ladies' concern over their own future political prospects; Mercury conjs Royal Star Antares ('anti-Aries, or anti-Mars') with contentious Mars 15Leo03 in 2nd house of Money and Values. '15Leo' is the Lion's Point degree and one of the Dark Moons (w'mat2 @ 15Leo29)) conjuncts Mars indicating that something is being hidden about Mars' position or by Mars himself. (Mars = males between the ages of 25 to 35, give or take a year or so.)

Mars opposite Jupiter 19AQ43 in 8th house of Big Money and Transformations) which means the instigator also opposes Mr. Obama's natal ASC. Chiron and Neptune 23AQ47 are posited in 8th house as well showing the inflationary pair of speculators (Jup/Nep) readying for their 3rd and final Great Conjunction of 2009 on Dec 21.

As you know, their conj occurs again on the US natal Moon (Sibly chart) so we have a midpoint picture to consider with 'grand schemes' Jupiter/Neptune as given here previously, and blending Tyl, Ebertin, and Munkasey's interpretations....

Jup/Nep = n Moon: going with the wind; little sense of reality; losing oneself in plans; becoming involved in speculation, instability, wastefulness; uncertainty about what is real and what is not.

Well, I meant to cover tonight's T-Squares, one of which has Pluto (1Cap54 in 6th house of Health) as its apex planet in a Cardinal T-Square once the Mc hits 00Ari00, but if I keep typing it will soon be 8:00 pm!

This apex Pluto, planet of secret control, is a loner who refuses to share his power - he doesn't 'play well' with the other planets (actors) and has a chip on his shoulder which makes compromise impossible within his intensely driven goals.

Pluto's only aspects in this chart are: square Saturn (0S22); semi-sq Venus (0S41); sesqui-sq Mars (1A53); and a separating square to the Midheaven. In short, Mr. Pluto isn't happy and yet he is at apex of the Sun/Moon midpoint (29Sag24), so we have...

Sun/Moon = Pluto: increased opportunities for personal and social contributions to be recognizes more universally; important secrets that help achievement. (Munkasey.) Noel Tyl says, "critical time of development."

Also of note: a **Cardinal T-Square indicates concentrated focus being applied toward major here-and-now goals; looking before leaping is necessary for there may be unintended consequences.

It's those unintended consequences I fret about for the American people even if tonight's vote reaches the magic number of 60, and a reform bill eventually becomes reality. White House Reality isn't the same as Common Good Reality!

Finally, in a previous post on the health care/insurance reform subject I stated the possibility that the bill's passage may be timed on, or soon after, the Dec 21 hook-up of grandly spirited (if overblown) Jupiter/Neptune, the speculators.

In the wee hours of this morning I was on my WordPress blog attempting to do some code posting that wasn't working out when I got a message typed at me on the screen saying 'The Matrix' "has" me.

Funny that a mystery message should happen after the (rare) rude comment of personal attack that I received on this blog yesterday - by a cowardly 'Anonymous', of course - I published it and you may find it by scrolling to yesterday's post about Sarah Palin's disappointing folks who attended her book signing tour.

Well, I guess a rude comment would be from one of her fanatics, wouldn't it?

Astrologically, good old transiting Mars of quarrels and attacks - Mr. Contentious himself - is now opposing my natal Pluto in Leo. Nice. Because as stated in a recent post, it will be 33 long weeks of Mars in Leo!

Book Tour of a 'quitter'? Palin's OOBs planets rogue it up

Perhaps Sarah Palin's book could be more properly titled 'Going Quits' or something along those lines as fans waiting in the cold all day had to leave without their copies of Going Rogue being signed by Sarah Palin.

Between 'going rogue' and being a 'maverick' we might expect Palin to have out-of-bounds planets in her natal chart or in current Secondary Progressions, but no, she does not. (OOBs planets - genius or instability - are detailed more in my previous post of this morning on Oprah Winfrey.)

So I checked her current Minor (mental plane) and Tertiary Progressions (intuitional and spiritual plane) to see if any planets are now OOBs by progression and I found two such: Moon (+25:29) and Venus (23:58) in Palin's Tertiary chart (Tert.)

Further study is needed but this is an indicator of a mavericky 'doing anything I want' syndrome (Venus) along with massive public appeal and fame (Moon) so perhaps it's no surprise that her disgruntled book purchasers with frozen noses and no autograph after all their troubles are understandably alienated by her disappointing prima donna behavior. (They spent money on her book - suckas!)

Interestingly, Sarah Palin's Secondary Full Moon (a life culmination point within a 30-year cycle) occurred on March 15, 2009 @ 7Lib27, a waning time of life shared currently in the Secondary charts of America and the Republican Party.

Sec Full Moons aren't bad times, but part of nature's cycle when one has expanded as far as one can and it's time to savor past achievements - the bad things would be overreaching, over-estimations, and grandiose schemes when your time to shine is passing. Things may still be accomplished, but getting a grip on one's overblown efforts makes more sense in the long run.

Also in her Tert chart, Palin has a midpoint picture appropriate to our considerations...

Bernie Sanders vs Greenspan 2003 video + AUDIT the FED!

On Sept 16, 2003, Sen. Bernie Sanders 'dressed down' then-Fedhead Alan Greenspan in front of the House Financial Services Committee and it does my heart good to see and hear Sanders' rant again. It does my heart angry to hear Greenspan give his namby pamby answer which fails to address the basic accusations leveled at him that wealthy people in country clubs are the exception and are not the real people of America.

Out of Touch Out of Mind

The 'greatest gap between rich and poor' in 2003 has only widened under the rest of the Bush-Cheney regime and is continuing to chasm under President Obama who was handed the White House baton of bankrupcty and told to make do. (Or told that world government plans are on track.)

Now this video shows an event that occurred years before Greenspan's 'flawed' remark about his philosophy but is worth your 5 minutes' viewing if only to remind yourself of how Bernie Sanders was on to the deceptions and frauds long before 2008's financial 'collapse' which I assert here again was orchestrated by the Fed and its shadowy colleagues.

And if Alan Grayson has his way, yesterday's approved amendment to audit the Fed will gather support until the American people finally find out what the Fed actually does with all that funny money they have Treasury print in spite of the Constitution's giving coinage powers only to the US Congress.

The vote was 43 to 26 Thursday afternoon (11.19.09) with a surprising No vote from its former supporter Barney Frank (D-Mass) whose actions have become more and more suspicious as time - and the bankrupting of America - go on.

Building anew upon ruins means the NWO can bring the "Change" it prefers in spite of an entire world in disagreement. Makes me wonder if 'insurgents' in the Middle East are in truth fighting against the NWO by undermining American efforts (NWO in the form of Western control of their governments and natural resources) as should be the rest of us!

The Out-of-Bounds Moon of Oprah Winfrey

When natal Moon is out-of-bounds (OOBs) of the earthly plane one tends toward unconscious motivations that can result in unusual fame and prominence and/or emotional roller coaster rides and instability.

Oprah Winfrey's Sagittarian OOBs Moon in 4th house, one of the psychological houses, emphasizes the tendency of an OOBs Moon toward extraordinary achievement but also indicates compulsive eating and obsessions with food and diet as stand-ins for defective mothering in her childhood. Ms. Winfrey's last show on network TV has been announced for September 2011 when she begins broadcasting on her 'OWN' cable network. How many broadcasters can say that, female or otherwise? What a gal!

Now it's been a while since I quoted a degree from Adriano Carelli but I shall in part for '25Can' since it describes an intrinsic ingredient within America's psyche and her founding in 1776. So if America were a coconut pie, Mercury would be the_____well, you get the picture.

Not all his degree interpretations have word pictures but in The 360 Degrees of the Zodiac, Carelli gives '25Can' as "A Wild Horse" and says it relates to a "spirited being, full of noble purposes and setting his sights high, cherishing freedom above all earthly things..." He goes on to say that other stars may help him "make his mark in history" but under less favorable influence "his daring may become a reckless love of adventure, his zest for work wild and fickle fanaticism, his lofty aspirations selfish ambitions.

Okay, there's the word will again - for a man or our nation. Reminds me of cults that use the 'what thou wilt' slogan to justify doing whatever they think to do - Crowley's crowd, is it? It's the old political ploy 'trading security for freedoms' maze we're bedeviled with once again because politicians know we will follow them like sheep when under threat. And threats don't have to come from where we're told they come from, just manipulated against us.

Do you think so few of us demanding accountability from our fraudsters, heisters, and crime syndicate types indicates something of a loss of confidence for the American people?

Fireball over western US turns night to day 11.18.09

FIREBALLS AND METEORS: As forecasters predicted, the Leonid meteor shower peaked during the late hours of Nov 17, favoring sky watchers in Asia with an outburst of 100+ meteors per hour. Just as the outburst was dying down, an even bigger event took place over the western USA. Something hit Earth's atmosphere and exploded with an energy equivalent of 0.5 to 1 kiloton of TNT.

Witnesses in Colorado, Utah, Idaho and elsewhere say the fireball "turned night into day" and "shook the ground" when it exploded just after midnight Mountain Standard Time. Researchers who are analyzing infrasound recordings of the blast say the fireball was not a Leonid. It was probably a small asteroid, now scattered in fragments across the countryside.

Fort Hood, Neptune Direct, and America's Pluto

Astrology Mundo has an excellent post by Monica Starr on the Fort Hood shootings and Neptune's Station Direct of November 4.

Monica had left a comment under my post on Neptune's change of direction where she envisioned 'mass sorrow' due to Neptune's Station being so near the US natal Moon, and sadly, she was on-the-mark with the Fort Hood shootings.

Excellent insights from Monica yet I suspect she agrees with me that sometimes you just don't want to be right.

Yes, we-the-people are having Neptune to US Moon (the people), Saturn to US Neptune (ideals, hopes, dreams) - and Pluto in an ongoing opposition to US natal Venus in preparation for opposing US natal Jupiter, Sun, and eventually, Mercury Rx which stimulates the US natal Mercury/Pluto opposition.

No time to rant on secret hand Pluto's actions now, but if you'll read my previous post from a few minutes ago, you'll find a link to an article on George Soros, Russia, and Freemasonry which excerpts a book on the subject of Freemasonry's history in Russia and includes enlightenment on Freemasonic America's culpabilities.

BBC News broadcast an interview on Nov 17 with linguist and government critic Noam Chomsky who is calling the war in Afghanistan immoral.

As a mother I ask you: aren't they all? Even if a war is begun with 'moral justification' (and ours never are anymore, are they? if they ever were), war contains horrors such as we hear from our returning soldiers, if we listen and if they can mention them without losing their minds or committing suicide.

And that's not counting what our techno-bombing victims experience - I refer mainly to the women and children who are so cynically put in harm's way by both sides. Now that's Evil.

Some Basic Astrology Describes Our Current Condition

America on the downside, Republican Party on the downside - and both have had recent Secondary Progressed Full Moons when a culmination is reached and one must lower one's sights, not escalate them into war and more war - especially with America's Mars, the god of war and indicator of the military - now retrograde by progression!

This is a duh and double-duh situation being described through the lens of Astrology: our nation has to come to terms with the fact that it is our own nation and citizens that we should be making the most directed efforts for (Mars) while counting our blessings for what little our politicians have yet to ruin, spoil, and steal.

When anyone or any entity is in the Full Moon phase and waning, it marks a Save What's Left phase, not an expansion stage, and the longer it takes us to act maturely about the reality of our true condition, the worse our nation's landing will be.

Okay, Capitol Hill politicians, we're down to Health 'Insurance' Reform and some of you are still bucking the idea of an America where decent, timely health care is available to all the nation's citizens at reasonable costs. Now I know many of you have stock portfolios that may suffer a bit if the health, pharma, and insurance industries have their paws slammed in the great cookie jar by new legislation that aids and empowers the common good by putting corporate profits at abeyance. You can afford lower returns on your investments in the health industry sector for you have other lucrative cookie jars at your disposals.

And with my very low opinion of your morals, I believe that population control is part of your plans as you underfeed and un-house millions, prevent lower classes from getting medical care they need (including those made ill from eating chemical-laced foods your other portfolio pals invented), and outsourcing, then failing, to create jobs with which we may attempt to decently support our families.

But putting that belief aside, I ask you now to step out of the way, put controls on health care costs, and repair the health care mess you've allowed and enabled. If you don't step out of the way, your lack of common decency and shriveled humanitarian instincts will continue to hang out like a street walker's frilly bra strap which seems okay by you, for your plans include being ready for the revolution you're working furiously to inspire.

The anti-public-option ruling class should be ashamed that Americans must resort to free clinics and that some patients' conditions are beyond medical intervention due to lack of timely care. To be ashamed indicates you have consciences, yet as many people have remarked in recent years, you apparently have none, only artful rationalizations for your greed and selfishness.

Therefore, you must be led to improve your own karma by those who do have conciences and common good standards, for you made it plain long ago that you consider yourselves above such mundane considerations as being your brother's keeper. There you mess with a Higher Power than your own!

Well, here's a standing question for you from an author whose novels exposed the horrid social conditions of his day, and who expressed himself much better than this gnat of a blogger ever could:

Is it altogether a Utopian dream, that once in history a ruling class might be willing to make the great surrender, and permit social change to come about without hatred, turmoil, and waste of human life?

So how about it, Republicans and GOP handmaidens of the Democratic Party?

This is the 'becoming involved in speculation' picture I've groused about many times here and at Jude's Threshold and the 2009 Health Care/Insurance Reform debate and its possible legislation falls under this category, imho, along with inflationary printing of currency and the weakening of the US dollar.

Wall Street does love a good bubble and Jupiter-Neptune hook-ups are well-qualified to inflate the market with piles of fake money while Washington attempts to pull a boondoggling behemoth of health insurance reform over our woolly noggins one more time - and greatly increases the size and scope of government in the process. To paraphrase President Obama on the health reform issue, This is it.

Saturn 1Lib49 is within orb of his recent and ongoing conjunction to US natal Mc ('Sibly' 00 Lib53) and is in 7th house of the New Moon chart. May Saturn's Exaltation in Libra, sign of the Scales of Justice, aid America with the 9/11 trials in NYC or wherever they may be held. (It's about time, but using civilian courts seems a daft idea to me.)

So with Nov 16's New Moon being the start of a new cycle of activity, we may wish to consider the Sabian Symbol of its degree, '25Scorpio' for any clues for our astro-inquiry...

In case you missed it, you may wish to hear Gerald Celente expressing in plain words what's been going on in the financial system thanks to the mafia types of Wall Street. Feeling 'badgering and biased'?

If you're feeling badgering and biased these days you'll probably adore book author Sarah Palin's characterization of Katy Couric as being just that. Birds of a feather, you.

Yet in a fit of tough love, I shall let you find Palin's book all by your lonesome (if you must.) Toss a browser in any direction now and you'll happen upon the roguish thing.

Now you'll notice it isn't 'badgered' but 'badgering' - Couric's trick was to do the biased badgering in interview form, says not-ready-for-prime time-politics Palin. She wants to do all the biased badgering herself as she plays 'the underdog' with style and with verve, if not panache.

Some fancy pageant walkin' should be cued asap a la Tina Fey's impersonation of Madame Palin which continually delighted the masses during the 2008 campaign - except for the gullible whose particular dish is the former beauty queen and Alaska governor, Sarah Palin. Many of her fans were not amused.

Surprise! Palin's name as McCain's running mate was let out of the bag just on the tail of then-Senator Obama's Apollo-flavored acceptance speech at the 2008 DNC, Denver. This tactic, you remember, was masterful by the GOP for stealing thunder from Barack the Annointed.

So naturally you can read whatever book you want. Just let me know how it goes. And think about transiting Neptune's veils and deceptions still within range (orb) of Palin's Aquarian line-up in her 7th house of Partnerships: a clumped-together trio of Sun, Mars, and Saturn 25AQ12. Let's look at the current configuration formed by tr Neptune with Palin's Mars/Saturn conjunction in 7th house by checking what Michael Munkasey has to say and knowing that Mars/Saturn action is usually brash and has a stop-go flavor:

House passes Health Bill with Hygeia rising

Last evening at 11:07 pm est when the required 218 votes clocked in on the House as shown on C-SPAN, I was watching an animated chart of the scene. When Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced the 15-minute vote had passed the bill, it was 11:15 pm.

At 11:15 pm est in the Capitol Building, 15Leo21 - the Heart of the Lion - was on the Ascendant with rising asteroid Hygeia 20Leo31, an appropriate picture of the proceedings. Eagle Point (15Leo) rising, transiting Saturn at a World Point of prominence 00Lib59 (just gone into 2nd house) conjunct US natal Mc in our 'Sibly' chart.

And at 11:07 pm President Obama's natal Sun was rising indicating a definite point scored for him. Saturn (the Democrats) continues his sit-in upon US natal Mc in the 'Sibly' chart - legislative (Saturn) success at the pinnacle (Mc) for the Dems - but hold on, Myrtle, there's that nasty square from transiting Pluto to consider.

Yet helpfully, string-pulling power-broker Pluto is making an applying aspect of opportunity with Lady Venus, a sextile (60 degr), so it's all good...for now.

Chart-ruler Sun 15Sco53 (the Eagle Point) has voting Mercury 17Sco37 nearby in 4th house. Mars 10Leo12 has just arisen and hides in 12th house (the lone Republican who voted for the bill?) Mars is loosely opposing Jupiter 18AQ17 on the Desc; Jupiter is finally off his Direct Station degree of Oct 14 (17AQ10.)

Since changing direction, Jupiterian issues have moved forward - ideals, expansion, and money.

This forms a T-Square of Mars/Jupiter pointing to an apex Sun...

Mars/Jup = Sun: organizational talent; leadership; success; resolving to correct errors of judgment; receiving respect; strong determination about life's objectives. (Munkasey; Tyl.)

Now this T-square indicates a waning (separating) square to the Sun (the lone Republican's blockage to bill's passage removed?) and an applying/waxing square from Jupiter, the planet that represents the GOP in a national chart. The Senate (Jup) has its role to play in stymieing positive reform on behalf of the American people, and at 2A23, it should be in the first part of the upcoming week that we hear of it - beginning on Monday, Nov 9 and probably bright and early, too.

And of course with moneybags Jupiter, costs will be all important. I can imagine that some senators are chomping at the bit to begin making their undermining statements and promoting more confusions for the Neptunian cameras. They must be furiously finalizing their talking points this very Sunday so they'll be loaded for donkey come time to spout.

In fact, the Aquarian trio traveling in tandem these days, Jupiter, Chiron (the healer), and Neptune are all squaring the Sun and Mercury in last evening's chart by sign if not degree, along with tr *Pandora whose action is expansive in similar fashion to Jupiter's abundane which can soon become over-abundance with Pandora's influence.

Moon (the people) is in 12th house @ 26Can23 but passed beyond the separative South Node. Perhpas we-the-people weren't paying as much attention as we might have been (12th house, the house of Hospitals) to last evening's vote. Venus has just entered Scorpio, sign of surgeries and big business...which brings me to my main beef about the 'House passes Health Bill' situation of Nov 7:

The Sun arose on Nov 7, 2009 with a Fixed Star that relates to social reforms and social justice...Zuben Eschemali which has a twin Star, Zuben Elgenubi.

Z. Eschemali's interest in social reform is the more mercenary side of the picture with highly idealistic changes being made for personal gain with strong power motives. (Brady's Fixed Stars.) Z. Elgenubi's influence would indicate selflessness (but we are talking about self-serving politicians, after all.)

Z. Eschemali is the Beta Star of Libra, Z. Elgenubi is the Alpha Star. Here we have the Beta Star active, the mercenary side of the deal.

Uranus 22Pis56 Rx is in 8th house of Debt, Insurance, Credit, Shared Resources, Transformation, Death, so disruption and the unexpected may be expected concerning this legislation particularly with money matters.

Yet quirky, progressive Uranus trines the House bill's Sun (7A03) and Mercury (5A19) and federal funding for abortion may be the Death matter shown in the chart, waiting for the Senate to take it up. Last evening's Sun/Mercury/Uranus trines may show the Ds working out terms on abortion funding with the Vatican.

With tr Neptune conjunct US natal Moon these days, not much is as it seems, and of course Neptune is associated with mass media and propaganda as well as representing the masses, aka the collective. But it's for certain that Neptunian loss, theft, and veiling of true motives are part of the environment now...especially in the Capitol Hill corridors of power.

And I do think that Astrology has just uncovered Capitol Hillers' motives of the Zuben Eschemali kind.
