Trump & Paul Ryan Team Up To Make Healthcare Bill Even Worse

Update March 23, 2017: as you've heard before now, Mr. Trump's health care bill vote has been postponed by congressional Republicans due to lack of support (not enough votes from their own party since allegedly no Democrat will vote for its draconianess and they need 215 votes to pass it). You may find that these actions and non-actions on Capitol Hill this week are at least partially described by the Mars-Neptune addition below The Young Turks' video report.

Another factor specific to Mr. Trump is Saturn's ongoing transit to his natal Moon (publicity) and South Node (a karmic Saturnian point of separation and/or of falling back on what worked in the past but no longer does = neurosis), a transit which restricts, denies, or delays his need fulfillment (Moon), lowers his popularity or approval ratings (Moon = the public), and may cause temper tantrums. Simultaneously (and because he was born under a Full Moon), Saturn opposes Trump's natal Sun and North Node which accounts for recent photos of a glum Mr. Trump with what is likely to be a bruised ego. Health and vitality may also be affected with transit Saturn opposing natal Sun and conjunct natal Moon--perhaps just a cold in his dose or a slight headache?

Mars in Pisces Not at His Best Then Along Comes Neptune

As you know, now sitting is the 115th US Congress which convened January 3, 2017 with testosterone-driven Mars @11Pisces where confused, confusing Neptune has floated of late suggesting much of the troubles Republicans in Congress are now having with their shaky (some would say, disappointing) attempts to repeal and replace one of their favorite political boogeymen, 'Obamacare' (the ACA). For when transit Neptune spreads all over action-oriented Mars we have a period when deception and delusion undermine physical efforts to the point where some refuse to make any effort (or cast a Yes vote) at all!

Other potentials of Neptune to Mars include impractical, unrealistic schemes that over-promise great and/or quick results (as Trump and the GOP did), and though intuition may run high, other planetary factors must provide stability and cooperation in the activities of the 115th Congress. The GOP health care 'plan' is sub-par legislation on many levels and if we use the Mars-Neptune influence as a clue we find that a potential for "rioting over nationalized health care" could be in our future.

The "Fair Tax Act" has recently been proposed by the House of Representatives. If it's approved, the income tax would be abolished and replaced with a 20% sales tax on all taxable items. Sounds good, but when you do your research, it's really UNfair.

With this plan, everybody would be paying the same amount of sales tax. This means that the person on disability would pay the same amount of tax as Bill Gates, the person on Social Security would be paying the same amount of tax as the Koch Brothers, etc. Basically, the "Fair Tax Act" is a punishment for not being rich, as this would give the wealthy way more to spend, while actually raising taxes on the working class and making the poor actually have to pay tax they can't afford. For something worth two dollars, an extra 20 cents would be added, along with the already prevalent local and state sales tax. For something worth $40, two whole dollars would be added to the overall cost. And considering that states will still have their income tax, this would be something that half the population cannot afford.

As the research in this blog shows, quite a few Republicans are secular or "Ayn Rand" Republicans, meaning that they vote Republican for their tax cuts, while being socially liberal. This tax plan would alienate them, as an even bigger portion of their money would be taken by the government than there was under the last Democratic president Barack Obama, who kept the Bush tax cuts intact for the middle class and lower classes, while only raising taxes on the upper middle class and wealthy. These people would likely become independents as a result if this gets passed.

The tax system, while in need of reforming, would be better off not existing at all. After all, the federal government we send our taxes to every year does not represent us, but rather themselves, and the corporations that enrich them and fund their campaigns. We're basically paying our government to screw us. But how will the government be able to operate without taxes? Well, it operated without an income tax for years, until the income tax was established during Woodrow Wilson's presidency. To go even further, how will we survive if we're not economic "wage slaves"? Imagine a world where everyone had a set minimum amount they make every month, and can pursue the career they want. Or a world where everyone had guaranteed employment, in a field that meshes with their innate astrological nature. Or to be even more extreme, a world where there was no money at all, and thus no way for elites to use the lower classes for their best interests. We need to be united, not divided, and classes are just another method of division, that aren't innate, like our skin color, sexual orientation, gender, astrological signs, generational characteristics, and even political viewpoints are. Economic classes are man made, and not in our best interests, as the lower classes will inevitably be serving the upper classes.

Pluto, the transformer, will be in Capricorn, the sign that represents federal systems, until 2024, when it goes into Aquarius, the sign of freedom. The income tax is one of those systems, along with the financial system, the education system, the political system, the media, religion, the entertainment industry, etc. The first six are not in our best interests, as they're all clearly in place to keep humanity enslaved to the elites, and the entertainment industry, while it does keep us entertained, has a long history of predictive programming (9/11 hints were given as far back as 1979, in the cover of progressive rock band Supertramp's Breakfast In America album! And the film "The Matrix" was a subtle way of telling us the reality of our system).

All of those systems will have to be transformed in humanity's best interests, as the systems that were in place during the last Pluto cycle, which started in 1777, are losing relevancy during the final days of Pluto in Capricorn.

And while fairness is good, it must be in the best interests of everyone, or else it isn't really fair at all. Giving the poorest and wealthiest Americans the same tax rate isn't fair, as it's not in everyone's best interest, but only the best interests of the corporations that own our elected officials, which is why political and ethical indicators in astrology need to be known by everyone, in order to elect people who will serve in humanity's best interests.

Neptune in 1st house with the ASC bracketed by Neptune-South Node (intrigue and unfortunate circumstances, scandals, water damage) also denotes uncertain, unstable conditions that are too big to handle; following Neptune are Chiron, Sun (at Aries Point = World Events), Venus Rx, Mercury at a critical degree, and disruptive zealot Uranus, still opposing Jupiter Rx but separating. Then in 10th house we find a very close conjunction of Moon (We The People) and restrictive, depressive, austere Saturn @27Sagittarius, planet of laws and lawmakers. 'Overambitious pretensions' (27Sag) may be in evidence though strategy, ambition, and a sense of direction are positive potentials of Moon-Saturn contacts. Obviously, extreme apprehension (Saturn) affects the public (Moon) concerning the experiences that are coming up as Spring 2017 unfolds.

Also of concern is testy Mars @7Tau28 in 2nd house of the National Treasury. At the Goal Point (Midheaven, aka, MC) is 19Sag13 with moneybags Jupiter ruling there as well. Plus, Jupiter again leads a Locomotive of all the planets in his role as CEO and roughshod executive in a power position ('full steam ahead') leading onward toward fulfilling objectives which have been desired in some quarters since FDR's New Deal programs were instituted. Mr. Trump is simply the latest 'face' upon the austerity monster.

Social and political stability in 2017 are lacking in this horoscope as might be imagined with enemies of our social safety net now in charge of House and Senate and with their mouthpiece-of-sorts (the tweeter-in-chief) and Mr. Pence in control of the White House helm thanks to the Electoral College who overrode the popular vote in November 2016. Here we have another president with No Mandate from The Governed yet he'll act, talk, and tweet as if he's following 'the will of the people'! Yet in this chart the themes of the rising Solar Eclipse are positive and I'd prefer to hold positive expectations for the presidency of Mr. Trump but I think we all know what sort of things to expect instead from his highly suspicious anti-government/anti-New-Deal Cabinet choices and the overly Republican Congress, the 115th.

The 7th house Syzygy Moon (last lunation), a Full Moon @22Vir13, perfects on March 12th conjunct US natal Neptune, a further example of the instability in our society and current fraudulent political conditions in the US. Of course, Neptune also rules the masses, propaganda, poisons, and the media, most of whom colluded with the political class and their shared financial backers during the 2016 Campaign in order to produce such a 'president' to mislead our nation which will be dismantled along with the social safety net the elderly, ill, and weak depend upon. Survival-of-the-fittest guru Ayn Rand didn't believe in coddling the weak, you know (though she herself applied for and received social safety net benefits in her old age, the hypocrite). Apparently, age rendered her a "useless eater" too but don't tell Paul Ryan and his GOP cohorts (and the duplicitous Democrats who helped enable this whole scam). So it seems that the GOP depopulation program has now been officially established.

Well, today is my birthday and I'm rapidly getting a headache just looking at this horoscope and thinking about how these knaves intend to line their and Wall Street's pockets at our expense (as always but on steroids) as 2017 plods along so I'll close for now and hope to add more details to my astro-notes concerning this horoscope at a later date. As I said, social and political stability in 2017 are lacking in the Spring Equinox 2017 horoscope.

And yet we must not falter for our only hope is ourselves.

Note: since I've never listened to Michael Savage I was slightly surprised to find that he has a book titled Scorched Earth, a phrase that has turned up several times in the public discourse this week. Republicans used 'scorched earth' tactics against Barack Obama and perhaps you recall that we discussed 'scorched earth' in relation to goddess star Sirius in my November 5th post on the new 115th Congress convening soon on a Capitol Hill near you.

Now what if the Democratic Party got together in January 2017 and determined that they would block and undermine every single thing a President Trump and his Republicans planned to do? Revenge may be 'sweet' according to some folk but, as with President Obama's presidency, it would be the American people on the losing end once again. But I guess such a result is merely part of their 'shrink the US government' plan.

Natal Charts Reveal Differences Between the Republican Party and Nominee Trump; Schultz and Nichols Discuss GOP Coup and the Party's 2016 Nominee

With much confusion reigning these days between Donald Trump and the Republican Party, can a brief comparison of their natal horoscopes reveal the whys and wherefores? Below is a brief list of chart factors between them which describe, I believe, at least some of their difficulties.

And please check out the October 13th video of progressive broadcaster Ed Schultz speaking with The Nation's Washington correspondent John Nichols concerning troubles within the Republican Party and the Party's issues with its own 2016 nominee Donald Trump.

A bi-wheel image of the natal charts of the Republican Party and Mr. Trump shows some of the planets and points between the two that conjoin although opposing planets reveal some of the turbulence between them. (Remember earlier in the 2016 campaign when 'Trump is not a Republican' was a prominent talking point heard regularly in the news?)

Yes, both entities have the same Sagittarian Moon position which conjoins Trump's natal South Node of neurotic behavior and (Saturnian) separation! Fixed star Ras Alhague is also there (see 'Sapphire Star' post, linked below). But as current political events (to endorse or not to endorse, that is the Q) confuse, we see the nominee's natal Neptune (5Libra50 Rx) rising in the Party's chart (ASC 4Lib23) in opposition to the Party's natal Mercury (5Ari18 Rx) suggesting misunderstandings, confusion, deception, illusions, errors, and loss. This condition is worsened by the fact that Trump was born with a Mercury-Neptune square of distorted perceptions, gossip, and a problematic relationship with the truth.

With Mercury square Neptune, discreet he is not yet this relates to what so many Trump supporters admire: that he 'tells it like it is' (or, how he and they think it is). Well, at least some of his observations are correct enough to discomfit The Establishment and the GOP hierarchy (and Democrats!) as Mr. Trump inconveniently reveals information that Washington is desperate to keep hidden from the masses.

A second factor of note is the Mars-Ascendant-Mars trio at the end of Leo (conjunct royal star Regulus, the king-maker) and the Party's natal Mars @00Virgo21 Rx in the 12th house of Karma, Self-Undoing, and Politics. Mars also acts as a Bucket handle for the GOP with Mars in Virgo exploiting every situation and criticizing every opponent. Meanwhile, Trump's chart shows a Bowl shape of planets with quirky rebel Uranus leading in Gemini, sign of deals and commerce. This denotes one who is a 'convincing' orator who scatters his energies. Plus, as you know, Gemini and Virgo square one another though both signs are ruled by shape-shifting Mercury who knows a lot about lying.

Let's close with another chart factor which is penned across the top of the image: the Republican Party's Pre-Natal Eclipse (PE) @8Sag33 and Donald Trump's Pre-Natal Eclipse @8Gemini48 precisely opposing one another--and both eclipses have themes of 'endings, partings, separations' attached. Plus, Trump's PE is also his Syzygy Moon (last lunation prior to birth) which emphasizes the importance of his eclipse--and 8Gemini55 is the position of America's 1776 'totem' Revolution planet of radical reforms, chaos, and disruption, Uranus (also a planet of separation).

So in charts from 1854 and 1946, the degree range of 8/9 Gemini-Sagittarius spotlights fixed stars Aldebaran (success through integrity) and warring Antares (obsessed with success) as the Republicans attempt to win the White House (and down-ticket slots) on November 8, 2016 (not November 28th, Mr. Trump!) with their candidate constantly making headlines that simultaneously offend and distance large groups of American voters.

And yet...Nationalism promoter and protectionist Mr. Trump does talk big against the New World Order globalists, doesn't he? As if he alone would be able to act on America's behalf and grasp control of the transnational banking syndicate that he himself has taken huge loans from! Perhaps someone should tell him that the role of US president has become more of a facade of power in the world than it is the real thing.

Blaming Hillary for the American deaths during the 2012 Benghazi attack had a devastating affect on the convention attendees and I wonder how much coverage the news media will give a grieving mother's tearful presentation as the convention goes on this week. This could be an early example of plutonian vibes with the Underworld energies of fatality, fear, violence, and propaganda peaking tomorrow evening on some level as the Full Moon perfects while simultaneously spotlighting US natal Pluto in Capricorn, ruled by conservative Saturn, planet of accountability.

The Republican Plan: Destroy The Government, Let Corporations Rule

Since 2005, one major thread of Stars Over Washington has been my complaints over Grover Norquist's ideology of 'shrink the government small enough to drown it in a bathtub' and its harsh effects in the real world on everyday Americans so it's good to hear Farron Cousins describing this better than I can along with the horrible idea of how America and We the People would manage under the heel of another disastrous Republican president:

Bush (from their SCOTUS-installed victory to the attacks of 9/11/01 to the Crash of 2008), why in the world would US voters ask for more of the GOP's authoritarian paternalism and financial oligarchy designed to weaken and destroy our nation? Why? It isn't as if the power elite will ever share a dime of their ill-gotten wealth with pilgrims such as you or me and it's foolish to think otherwise!

Could there perhaps be a much larger long-range plan afoot, a plan to which most of our politicians have taken an oath to that takes precedence over their oaths to the US Constitution and to the American people?

What will tonight's GOP debate/s bring? Will Mr. Trump take his prejudices to another stage and skip the debate hosted by FOX in order to dodge being put on the spot by inconvenient questions?
