In America's Scorpio Rising natal horoscope, ably championed as our natal chart by Michael O'Reilly, the 8th house of Debt, Credit, Insurance, Legacies, Shared Resources of all sorts, Corporations, Star Chambers and Hidden Councils, Transformation, and Death will have a money-laden, ideology driven, politically savvy visitor until approximately mid-August 2013.

As you see in the Scorpio Rising chart just below, The Jolly Giant is knocking at its cuspal door of 7 Gemini 42 as I type and performed a Direct Station on January 30, 2013 @6Gem19. The planet of generosity and investment has gone by many names but we know him as Jupiter. While in our national 8th house, Jupiter will visit the planets posited therein: Uranus 8Gem54, Mars 21Gem17, Venus 2Can57, and then, natal Jupiter @5Can54 which times our nation's (12-year) Jupiter Return.

USA July 4, 1776 2:22 pm LMT Philadelphia, PA; Hour of Jupiter; chart-ruler Mars in 8th house with sub-ruler Pluto Rx in 3rd H; 4th H Moon of We the People in 4th H of Domestic Scene, Home, and now--since the Bush-Cheney regime--of the Germanic 'Homeland Security'. The Sun-Jupiter conjunction gives us a Jupiterian optimism and sense of expansion and adventure. And boundary issues. And American exceptionalism inflation.

ASC 8Sco47 is conjoined by President Obama's natal Neptune at the same degree, and our natal Neptune @22Vir25 in 11th H veils the president's natal Mars, planet of war and weapons, and making his actions and motivations difficult if not impossible for We the People to know or completely understand. However, popularity, charisma, and glamor are constellated by Mars-Neptune however unstable its influence may turn out to be.

And of course, our national misguided Mars-Neptune square continues its bedevilment. Outside the natal horoscope you see the February 10th New Moon @21AQ43, so placed that you may observe transiting Jupiter poised at the 8th H cusp. Here are brief descriptions of the upcoming hits by Jupiter to natal 8th H planets. The first has occurred recently due to Jupiter's Rx period which began in early October 2012 @16Gem22:

Jupiter to Uranus = situations and opportunities broaden, training and travel are emphasized, and lifestyle choices, freedom, politics, and finances are areas which may see improvement.

Jupiter to Mars = physical tasks and competitions go easier and are expected to succeed; good fortune through relationships with males may be evident but laziness will not suffice; expansion of US forces into Africa is already underway and may be increased; sequester cuts may be avoided for the US military (Mars) as resources for troops, weapons, and new battles are actually increased, not retracted (Jupiter.) Soon Jupiter also squares natal Neptune in Virgo, a confusing time of illusion and deception when we should avoid those promoting a "big picture."

Jupiter to Venus = overindulgence, extravagance, and luxury are on the menu (along with caviar? yuck!); some will see success with writing, publishing, the arts; avoid laziness and over-estimations, and don't take anything for granted since relationships may come along that promise more than can or will be delivered! As ruler of natal 7th H of Partnerships and the 12th H of Politics, Self-Undoing, and Karma, this may be a trickier time than usual for US diplomatic matters and for finances. But perhaps money for embassy security will be beefed up by Congress which previously had voted large cuts in recent years.

Jupiter to Jupiter = US Jupiter Return which is supposed to be a time of rewards, confidence, and expansion; commerce should improve along with finances and the National Treasury (2nd H with Jupiter ruling) if negative forces--and people--do not interfere.

And just on the other side of the 9th H cusp lies US natal Sun (leadership) @13Can12 so Jupiter's hit denotes some sort of culmination of something begun 12 years prior. This obviously goes back to the WTC attacks on 9/11/01 so unless much needed improvements and investments occurred while tr Jupiter conjoined our 8th H planets, we may find ourselves up against a tide of similar challenges once again especially with tr Pluto (here @10Cap39 and about to enter natal 3rd H of Communications) and tr Jupiter moving into opposition.

Their opposition relates to the 13-year cycle of Jupiter-Pluto conjunctions, the last one beginning on December 11, 2007 @28Sag24, day of a Fed meeting so we must look to the Federal Reserve Bank for clues concerning this transit with social values being questioned and plans for growth being challenged. Of course, 2007 was the year that structural abnormalities within our financial and housing markets began to be impossible to hide--and Wall Street criminals are still playing their casino games and risking further collapse of the US and global economies in 2013!

Whether America's Jupiter Return on July 22, 2013 will be a successful reward cycle for the US economy depends greatly upon what the political varmints in Washington DC decide to do during the upcoming stalemates they will replay over the next few months. As you know, the Super Congress' (Super Committee) came to no good result in November 2011 other than to force a 'sequester' plan to perpetrate meat-cleaver cuts which, if enacted on March 1 (or ever), will decimate both the domestic and military budgets of the US. Some say that's what the secretive power elite intended all along--it's just that skittish Americans must be handled differently than Europeans.

Now if you remember, the 'Super Congress Eclipse' (as I termed it) on November 25, 2011 @2Sag37 (in 1st house of our Scorpio Rising natal chart) has a 'peculiar turn of events' theme with 'unexpected happenings in finance' and it heralded 'an acute time of confusion in relationships' (Brady's Predictive Astrology.) This 14 North eclipse occurred a mere two days after the Super Congress' recommendations deadline (Nov 23) and is within the allowed two weeks for describing that moment and their sneaky actions only too well.

So the best the congressional committee denizens could do in November 2011 (and since they take orders from unknown entities on such matters) was to set up the sequester to fester until 2013 when I suspect a way will be found by Congress to nix the majority of military budget cuts while, if they can, making harmful budget cuts that will collapse this nation through domestic spending for those who can ill afford to do worse financially than they already do. The suffering has been seen within European nations where austerity measures have been taken and austerity promoters may force them upon the American people after all--by way of automatic 'sequestration', it seems.

Yet the dramatic last-minute 'fiscal cliff' deal postponed the sequestration implementation date from January to March 1st and here's how sequestration would work as our political thespians pretend that--sigh!--massive cuts seem very likely happen. Are they telling us they have no say in such matters? Then tell us what shadowy entity does, oh neutered Congress!

Fast-forward to the current 'fiscal cliff'-sequester negotiations of December 2012 and we continue to see Mr. Obama putting certain concessions 'on the table' than what progressive voters who re-elected him expected since he now so obviously has a mandate from The People to protect us. Social Security? Mr. Obama campaigned on not including it in the fiscal deal since it has no part in creating the deficit. But now 'on the table' is a potential change in SS cost-of-living raises which will affect millions of seniors through disguised cuts as the years go by, thus removing money from the US economy, money that would've been spent. And that doesn't mention the potential for suffering.

Yes, FDR's New Deal programs are under seige by plutocrats as they've been from the time they were set up. But their enemies in 2012/2013 may prove more successful at gutting them than ever before for the culprits are hiding behind the cleverest mask of guile yet taken up by America's plutocratic class of power elites...aka, "the Democrats."

Yes, I do hope I'm being a paranoid Capricorn (very possible!) with this theory and that none of the above is the case, and that the label 'Democrat' still means We the People have a fighting chance to have our concerns addressed and resolved on Capitol Hill with some measure of honesty and clarity toward a 'more level playing field'. Plus, the nasty thought of 'population control' based on a 'survival of the fittest' creed (of Ayn Rand and others) comes to mind because of the coldhearted behavior of Washington politicians, whatever their party label.

So whether you bought that badly-acted Boehner Herding Cats matinee on the evening of December 20, 2012 or not (and their subsequent skedaddle out of town for Christmas break), don't be surprised if things turn even weirder and crazier during the last week of December--under the light of the December 28th Full Moon which takes us whimpering across the expiring-tax-break threshold into 2013. That Lunar Madness under a Full Moon increases the number of crimes has been documented after all, as some police departments have attested--or, is it only because more activity occurs on Moon-lit nights?

The Fed doesn't own the US government (video)

Popular ideas aren't always correct ideas! So standing corrected am I as the following video explains a few things about the Federal Reserve Bank of the United States:

Given today's conspiracy-theory-laden atmosphere, and if the above information is indeed the case, it might have been much smarter of the politicians and big bankers back in 1910 not to have met in secret on Jekyll Island, Georgia (where they'd travelled incognito by midnight train from New York) to set up their plans for a Central Bank in the US, something that many lawmakers of the day opposed.

Due to the Fed's beginnings in extreme secrecy (and the Federal Reserve Act passed in December 1913 when most lawmakers had left Washington for the holiday break)--plus, the bubbles-n-busts that have followed--it's become difficult at best for many Americans to view the Fed as an above-board institution that isn't 'up to something' such as a larger agenda that is not in the best interests of the Little Guy.

MarketPlace: Traders Use Financial Astrology (audio)

Remember the other day when we discussed the Fed, QE3, and inflationary Jupiter-Neptune? Well, today MarketPlace presents a revealing look at market traders who use Financial Astrology and the current Saturn square natal Neptune affecting the Fed's natal horoscope. This is the 'false hopes and promises' transit when deception, illusion, and limitations are part of the picture, at least until the transit passes.

Wonder to which international banking houses America's treasure was sent this time--and why? And what does the IMF know?

As old financier extraordinaire, J.P. Morgan (student and client of master astrologer Evangeline Adams) once famously said, "Millionaires don't use Astrology, billionaires do."

Yet we may never know how many traders take advantage these days of the financial cycles described so well by Astrology since, as mentioned above, its use is often kept a big secret!

9.13.12 The Fed announces under Thor's Hammer

A horosocope set for September 13, 2012 at 2:15 pm edt (the Fed's usual announcement hour after meetings) in Washington DC shows a planetary pattern called 'Thor's Hammer' or 'Fist of God' involving the difficult, ongoing Uranus-Pluto square aimed at the Moon 21Leo23 in 8th house of Shared Resources and Transformation. Since the Moon signifies The People in Mundane Astrology and this Moon position basically opposes US natal Moon in Aquarius (We the People), I assume Thor's Hammer is aimed at the American people. Which may not be a bad thing considering.

If the Fed announces quantitative easing #3 in order to "shore up" EU conditions --the euro is getting a boost today, I hear--and if they prop up mortgage-backed securities in the US in order to aid our still-languishing housing market, the US economy may actually show more improvement than it lately has. Then I could gladly file today's Fed announcement of plans for future growth in SO'W's Whoopee! Department.

And with Jupiter now @15Gem40 and soon in process of a retrograde period, the Great Benefic has and will conjoin the Fed's natal Saturn 13Gem21 Rx indicating some lifting of restrictions and burdens. Of course, you know that transit Pluto in early Capricorn the last two years has conjoined the Fed's natal Sun 1Cap17 while simultaneously opposing the Fed's natal Pluto 00Can05 Rx creating a titanic and global struggle for power and control. We see hints of this in the ongoing problems in the European Community (EU) which adversely affects the economy across the pond (US) and its tentacled connection to our financial system from the City of London and other financial capitals of international banking houses which rule governments more fully than most people care to admit.

The Fed's natal Mars-Neptune conjunction in Cancer (both planets Rx) actually opposes US natal Pluto 27Cap33 Rx which forms a midpoint picture--Mars-Neptune = Pluto: tendency to cause damage brutally to others or to suffer likewise (Ebertin) which relates to the Fed's origins in secret in November 1910 (Jekyll Island, GA) and its aftermath as the privately-owned Federal Reserve Bank became law on December 23, 1913--shoved through Congress though most legislators had already left Washington for the hoildays. A secretive bunch of banking cabalists are they.

And by the way: today's Sun (@21Vir21 at 2:15 pm) conjoins Fixed Star Denebola: 'to go against society' which also relates to a doltish US Congress set to pass a stop-gap measure this afternoon to keep the government funded for another 6 months. Joy. But that's if they can put aside playing Politics along enough with America now under threat of another credit downgrade, thanks mostly to a jackassian GOP.

As for the Fed, QE3 may or may not make much difference to their shaping of a "stronger" US economy. (" " from Bernanke's statement after their recent Jackson Hole WY cabal--his statement was not recorded but partially quoted on NPR. Now if you're interested, here's the data I used to set up Fed's natal horoscope:

December 23, 1913 12:07:10 pm est (Sun @MC, Pluto @IC) Capitol Building Washington DC; as you see, in 2013 the Fed will be 100 years old. That's a century of throttling of the US government by a private group of international banking houses for they are the varmints who set up the entity and so happily forced America under the thumb of a global Central Bank--at last, a coup for Alexander Hamilton! And that with the collusion of most of the US Congress of 1913, and with the help of Presidents Taft (1910) and Wilson (1913.)

Also in 2013, the Fed's second round of Chiron Returns begin and it's a three-fer (natal Chiron 10Pis56) which are exact on:

1. May 24, 2013; 2. Sep 14, 2013 3. Jan 21, 2014. Perhaps by then we'll know and understand their truest and deepest Quest.

If you've visited SO'W before you know this dissenting American blogger has done quite a bit of grousing over Fed actions and its shady beginnings, and no less so now. Even just yesterday I blogged about the planetary imprint or signature which seals its meanings and themes into the Obama administration and which will affect his legacy as president (Jan 20, 2009 until noon of January 21, 2013.)

Yet if Mr. Obama is re-elected, the Jupiter-Neptune combo of energies will continue in the background of his second term. Expansive Jupiter and merging Neptune will meet next in 2022 @23Pis59 conj NYSE's natal *MC 23Pis21); or, if another man is selected for Oval Office duty in 2012, Jupiter-Neptune will flavor events, plans, grand schemes, religious flowerings, and more with major associated events and circumstances timed by the pair's aspects to one another as they circle in their orbits--as seen from Earth. Either way, controlling the inflationary qualities of the pair won't be easy and may not be possible, even if that is the Fed's true motivation.

Happily I find that Omid Malekan has updated his video library since I visited so I chose two of my favorites concerning the Fed and "the Ben Bernank", as he's called therein. If clear explanations are your preference and Financial Collapse 2007/08 remains an issue for you and yours, check out the two videos and think of how secretive the what-became-known-as the Fed's planning session on Jekyll Island, Georgia was in 1910 and how the White House and the US Congress colluded with NY bankers and politicians to morph a utopian take-over fantasy into political and legal reality through the creation of the US Federal Reserve Bank set up by an Act of Congress.

And of course for something that unpopular, the culprits sneakily pushed through the legislation on December 23, 1913 when Capitol Hill's Christmas recess had begun and many chambers, halls, and seats were empty of anyone who might've objected to forming a central bank a la Alexander Hamilton-style. For if we're talking Jupiter-Neptune, we're talking visionaries and scoundrels out for their main chance and successfully linking treasuries of the US with that of Britain (City of London) in spite of all the fighting and sacrifices our ancestors did to free us from the grip of the British Empire. Shams and Mystery Plays!

As the video reminds us, the Fed has been wrong about everything from the start and maintains plenty of air with which to blow things up: the Fed wants an inflated economy that continues giving Goldman-Sachs all advantages and leads to a global financial collapse when they're good'n'ready.

Guess it probably should go without saying that the New York Stock Exchange was formed (by a small group, again) on May 17, 1792 under the auspices of a previous Great Conjunction of Jupiter and Neptune in Libra in 4th house, both retrograde in late degrees, a section of the Zodiac where Saturn has lumbered recently (on his way to Scorpio):

Krugman's The Great Abdication (1931 v 2012)

Historical Eclipses, 1930s v 2012, the Fed, and the EU Debt Crisis

If you've read economist Paul Krugman's NYT op-ed of June 24, The Great Abdication, you know that he likens the current financial crisis in Europe and how its creditor nations have chosen to come to the aid of Spain with the actions taken to similar events of 1931.

The Fed in the US and the Central Bank of Europe are missing their marks and not stepping up to take responsibility as it ought to be taken. Now this is a Political Astrology blog so is there an astrological parallel at all which might link together the failures of 1931 and the misdirected actions of 2012?

Well, since Solar and Lunar eclipses have influence upon the Collective in any area of the globe (and often do), perhaps the themes of the exuberant October 11, 1931 Solar Eclipse @17 Libra in the 5 New South Saros Series will suffice since it marched headlong into the 6 North Saros Series of March 7, 1932 @ 17Pisces (a critical degree.) Together they may provide us a window into how things were going during the last quarter of 1931 and into 1932 with Herbert Hoover as US president and the American people reeling from the Crash of 1929. Click to view the 1929 horoscope and you'll note that in 2012, disruptive anarchist Uranus has returned to its 1929 position in Aries.

Grand Schemes and the Fed: Exuberance Comes Before a Fall?

The 5 New South Solar Eclipse manifested a few months after a Great Conjunction of the Big Banker duo of power, Jupiter and Pluto (the Fed and their directors, the international banking houses) @19Can16 on May 27, 1931, and about one year prior to a Great Conjunction the Fraudster-Speculator-Wastrel pair of planets, Jupiter and Neptune on September 19, 1932 @8Vir25. As you know, the combined energies of Jupiter-Neptune are imprinted forever upon the Obama presidency--first term anyway--since they conjoined and began another of their 13-year cycles three times during 2009 and washed out US natal Moon (We the People) with grander scams, heists, and foreclosures than we care to admit. And we feel them rippling still.

October 1931: 5 New South themes are rather high-spirited (Jupiter was traversing tropical Gemini then as now)--joy, happpiness, peak experiences, benefits, good news. But then came 1932...

March 1932: 6 North themes are quite another matter and relate all too well to current events and the measley actions being taken: relationships to father figures and authority; the need to take responsibility and control; commitments are made due to other people's unreliability (paraphrasing Brady's Predictive Astrology.)

Or they should be if honest brokers were acting. But instead they're abdicating their responsibilities, as Professor Krugman points out.

Now you may know of many events from 1931 and 1932 which are described by the themes of either of these Solar Eclipses but there are two 6N events in particular which must be mentioned though one is from its earlier manifestation in 1914 @6Pisces:

1. World War I ("to make the world safe for democracy"!! Woodrow Wilson had already secretly pledged America into the war when he campaigned on that absurdly propagandistic slogan--at the direction of war profiteers, aka, international bankers and their agents in the US. Big bankers make much much more money loaning to governments than to ordinary folk. President Abraham Lincoln of greenbacks fame didn't fall for their usury interest rate schemes to finance the 'Civil' War and you know how his story turned out.)

2. The Bonus Army of 1932 when President Hoover ordered Douglas MacArthur and the army to fire on US citizens who had honorably served their country and needed the promised pay earlier than the 1945 date that Congress had irresponsibly set. For as you know, by 1932 the nation was into the Great Depression and families needed to be fed.

But Hoover's Bonus Army Mow-Down doesn't provide the typically glowing image of Pennsylvania Avenue so often cultivated these days to exalt Washington DC, does it?

Past Points to Future and Culprits Surround Us

Now here's a last interview recorded with the controversial Eustace Mullins whose book The Secrets of the Federal Reserve: The London Connection details actions and motives while naming many culprits from the past (1880s into the 20th century and into the 1980s of Ronald Reagan) of the financial and political realms. These are people whose biological and ideological descendants continue to bedevil and infest our nation to this very day.

While he was no less flawed than you or me, Mr. Mullins associated with those whom many now consider to be unsavory groups and individuals, it's true, yet if you don't think the shady financiers and politicians who met oh-so-secretly on Jekyll Island, Georgia in late November into early December 1910 in order to set up the Federal Reserve System of banks were unsavory themselves, then there's little to discuss when it comes to their long-serving bubble-boom-bust pattern highlighted by Financial Collapse 2008, the Crash of 1929, the Panic of 1907, etc, etc, both in the US and abroad.

As noted in the video below, the first loan made by 'The Fed' was to England so that World War One could be waged--and huge fortunes made (other sources confirm this.) Woodrow Wilson ran duplicitously for president on keeping the US out of the European war but that was only campaign propaganda meant to persuade the public so if any of this sounds familiar in our current conditions, there are very good reasons! Now how about a quote found in the Mullins book from the controversial 'mad' poet himself, Ezra Pound, an associate of Eustace Mullins (as is well-known); the quote appears in the book's Introduction and imho, has been proven in the New Millennium to contain several kernels of highly uncomfortable truth:

Do you know that the May 5, 2012 Full Moon is called "Wesak" and as such celebrates Buddha's birth and enlightenment? For more info, please allow expert astrologer Dipali Desai to fill you in on that and more concerning the May 5 Full Moon which happens to manifest on Cinco de Mayo.

Plus, the May Full Moon falling in early Spring makes it the Flower Moon of 2012 so this lunation is simply full of meaning on many levels, isn't it?

Recession in the US began in December 2007 and times when the systemic cracks and fraudster robberies could no longer be kept hidden from the public with the full force of Jupiter-Pluto exploding in December 2008 near the very end of the Bush presidency.

Do you know I remain in a major snit of miffdom over their Big Heist? Because I do. Their historial bubble-bust pattern is clear. Don't spew your cereal but it has been revealed that our tricky old Federal Reserve Bank has put US taxpayers on the hook--in a word, responsible--for the financial fall out if European banks fail!

In the brew are two of our usual criminal suspects who got no regulatory approval for this scheme--Bank of America and J. P. Morgan. Meanwhile, the Fed and the FDIC are said to be tussling (my word) over whether the sneaky plan is "sound"!

Considering how much payback transnational bankers such as the House of Rothschild expect from America and her own debts, I can assure them that there is no 'soundness' involved but there is an abundant of injustice, fraud, and corruption.

And perhaps there is an agenda peeking out: to collapse the global economy for their own purposes of 'rebuilding anew upon ruins' (aka, a NWO, or 'one-world-government'.) The plutonians believe that we must be forced to see that nation-states simply cannot 'handle' the massive size of the world's problems--financial, environmental, social, and political--so, they think, we'll eventually plead for a new system of an illuminized design.

Through the decades they've set up a 'global economy' so it can be knocked down on their timetable--making a worldwide take-over possible. My hope is that the usual 'criminals are stupid' factor will gum up their 'Great Plan' before they do much more damage! Of course, normal people standing up to global banking corruption is an absolute must more than ever.

In Astrology, there is a descriptive midpoint picture to watch for in transits concerning this global take-over topic is:

As you know, the Bankers' Panic of 1907 was used as the justification (cover) for setting up a central bank the likes of which have orchestrated financial booms, bubbles, busts, and crashes ever since. To read the rest of the historical document try the Avalon Project since, if our nations succumbs to a Rick Perry presidency, we may be cast back to the 19th century with all its social ills and backwardness as if that could possibly be a good trade for the social ills and conditions of our forcibly austere time.


Jupiter-Saturn, Financial Cycles, and Societal Ills

Now their relationship should act in a 'checks'n'balances' manner in order to protect our Democracy and the sovereignty and treasury of a US government that is invested with ruling power solely by the consent of the governed. Yet these days, a troubling, undermining behavior is shown when the GOP demands contraction of the US economy when there's a Democrat in the White House but spends like drunken sailors on imperial war and Corporate Welfare when they are the freaks at the helm.

Yet of course we know that central and transnational bankers including agents of The Fed control US Politics with politicians acting as the political arm of a global crime syndicate which is symbolized by Jupiter's tendency to incorporate and grow--precisely how America was founded, by Corporation (East India Company, plus, US natal Pluto 27Cap33 Rx which manipulates from afar since US natal Pluto lurks out-of-bounds from the gestalt of the rest of our national horoscope, no matter which time you use to set up a US natal chart.)

As you've perhaps heard, there are mumblings going round that big bankers of the
1860s era backed both sides of the 'Civil' War (as was their custom in other conflicts) and were determined to hold onto to the South and its agricultural and other resources in order to stop the South from becoming independent trade partners with the Caribbean region, points further south, and Europe. And naturally, given the usury creatures we're discussing, there were large loans that might not be paid back if the South had been allowed to secede, which is one level of action going on in the background of the 1860s and affecting the lead-up to war and describes the motivations of some of the actors and banking agents of those days.

Mundanely, it seems to me that our Capitol Hill Jupiterians (the Grand Old Party) are again using tactics of Saturnian control and austerity when social ills are on the precipice of being addressed and eased (the tension--rulers v people so let's be on guard for yet another war to be waged on borrowed dough whose interest payments will further financially enslave the American people.) Meanwhile Ds (Saturn) want to expand spending and investment (Jupiter) because government (Capricorn/Saturn) must spend when the private sector won't. So we're to believe that the Democratic Party's Jupiter function simply longs to be expressed to aid a struggling populace--but the poor things are frustrated by the Republican Party's inhibiting saturnity.

Checkmate! And we-the-people lose since those who need money for basics and other expenses are the ones who they attempt to prevent from accessing the global money tree when everyone knows that US consumer spending is what can re-float our financial boat. Obviously, there are political, financial, and other factions that don't want the US economy to rebound and have left US workers behind in an Arizona Dust Storm.

Now you may disagree with me on these things, but really, I can't see how you can given the timber of financial and political events which have transpired during the first eleven years of the New Millennium as Washington's jackassian politics spread across the land, snatching away the weak and unwary like hungry wolves at the gate.

Come to think of it, I've harangued here more than once against radical Utopians ('Uranus in Aries = Utopians'--Ebertin) entering and soon re-entering America's 4th house of Homeland, Domestic Scene, Real Estate, and Endings ('The Drain') as Big Bankers and Mortgage Interest Usurers--both here and abroad--take possession of millions of homes and properties in the US, residential and commercial. Hmm...a pattern?

Bilderbergers and a Web Of Debt: Solar Eclipses repeating

The Bilderberg Plan? A 'One World Company' not a NWO

Though Ellen Brown's work is not wholly unknown to me, it's only today that I discovered a series of her instructive financial articles available at Web Of Debt where clear explanations are given for thorny topics such as the Bilderberg Group's involvement (culpability!) in the ongoing financial ills which crescendoed once again in 2008 and which continue to plague financial systems here and abroad.

Here's an interesting quote from Prof. Carroll Quigley, an insider groomed by international bankers, those self-exalted 'Masters of the Universe' who engineer and profit handsomely from bubbles, booms, and busts.

In 1966 Quigley wrote in Tragedy and Hope:

“The powers of financial capitalism had another far reaching aim, nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy of the world as a whole.

The apex of the system was to be the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) in Basle, Switzerland, a private bank owned and controlled by the world's central banks which were themselves private corporations. Each central bank...sought to dominate its government by its ability to control Treasury loans…."

This is why I feel quite droopious when I think of the ability or desire of the US government or any other's to 'repair' the world economy or improve financial systems of nation-states.

For unless the stranglehold now being tightened by Bilderbergers, monarchists, private shareholders, and other participants in the global conspiracy to "own, not govern the world" is addressed at the root level, it seems likely that a global collapse will occur, if not now then later, and that the Bilderbergers' ARISTOCRACY OF PURPOSE between American and European elites will attain their goal to "manage the planet" through a global network of "giant cartels", as reported by Ellen Brown.

(No, I'm not certain what difference it makes whether we call them a 'New World Order' as Poppy Bush, the Rockefellers, and others have done--or a 'One World Company', Limited or otherwise. They su*k no matter what.)

So whenever you, dear reader, feel psychically protected enough to face honestly the hydra-headed 'satan sandwich' of greed and Machiavellian power-grabbing that make up the global banking industry (syndicate), you can do little better than to check out Ellen Brown's series of articles at Web Of Debt.

What Do Abraham Lincoln and JFK Have To Do With It?

Mention there is made of Abraham Lincoln's assassination soon after he had
printed 'greenbacks'--debt and interest free--to finance the Civil War rather than accepting usury interest rates on loans that were offered by central bankers. Culpability for his heinous murder as ordered by certain bankers is not proposed in Ms. Brown's articles but I myself add such an assertion here (click 'greenbacks; link to read about Abe and about JFK's similar actions in June 1963.)

For as you know, it's by making large loans to governments that central bankers acquire massive wealth and daringly, Lincoln had made an end-run around their determination to profit from the 'Civil' War which they themselves had funded in the first place.

And since the shady but not very secretive 'One World Company' must prevent governments from issuing their own currencies and credit in order to maximize Company profits--and keep governments and politicians under heel--we then see all through history examples of bankruptcies, foreclosures, crashes, and sales of people's assets at fire sale prices. And who do you think buys such assets?

Hence the financial precipice we're paused upon as the take-over plan progresses with its deluded idea of a "destiny" that intends to control all resources and necessities of life for the whole of humanity (while retaining only the best of everything for themselves.)

The Process Continues: 2008 into 2009

Now besides 2008, the year 2009 shows prominently in the scenarios and systems detailed in Ellen Brown's articles linked above and so I remind you of the Solar Eclipse of July 21, 2009 in the 11 South Saros Series--at a critical-crisis degree: 29 Cancer 27. This eclipse opposed US natal Pluto in Capricorn (with our Secondary Progressed Pluto 29Cap+, and natal Pluto 27Cap33 Rx in the 2nd house of Money in the Sibly chart.)

11S themes are: 'a need to make sudden reforms; old methods will fail and new systems are required to deal with events brought (or enforced?) by the eclipse; new ways of thinking/handling issues are needed, and any blocks may be violently or tragically removed'.

Past years in the modern era in which 11S manifested are: 1901, 1919, 1937, 1973, 1991, (2009), and next, in 2027. In these previous years, similar themes were experienced collectively along with profiteering from the misery, loss, and death that wars and financial panics created. What the 'One World Company Limited' could have in mind for 2027, I do not care to guess.

But before 2027 arrives, America must first navigate our national Pluto Return/s of 2022 (3x in Feb-July-Oct), the first Pluto Return/s in US history. Background influences of the Solar Eclipses during 2022 include 6N and 6S, both of which had manifested in 1932 during the rises to the world stage of Hitler and FDR.

America Ours or Theirs? We-the-People v Corporate Interests

Beginning on October 6, 2011 in Freedom Square, Washington DC, the majority of the American people have an opportunity to show our strength in numbers and turn up for non-violent resistance against the corporate direction America has taken which is now displayed by presidential hopefuls who are not speaking to the true condition of this nation but furthering the corporatist agenda.

The October 2011 Movement will mark the 10th anniversary of America's invasion of Afghanistan, a war that rages on while being a part of the bankrupting--financially and morally--of our nation. (Such extremist dynamics are explained below in the historical Timeline you'll find linked near the end of this post.)

Lessons from an Arab Spring

Even readers who disagree with this author's continual harping upon a One World Government conspiracy against us, our hopes, and dreams cannot fail to see that current events are undermining this nation's people, sovereignty, and future. What the despots have in mind for our children and their children is demonstrated in the austerity measures now being established.

President Barack Obama, Our Hero? Not So Much

Considering his recent flowery rhetoric and grand plans for jobs creation, I do hope President Obama's ideas for improving our lot are implemented very soon to bolster the US economy, but really: without banding together, what are our chances for real improvement given the last almost-three years of expended political capital, 'free' trade touting (and now, new calls for same), and corporate advice too readily whispered in our Oval Office out of our earshot?

My fret today is that we-the-lazy must finally face the fact that only by our own efforts will America be rescued from the global banking syndicate of crime, take-overs, and greed. Will a Progressive leaders arise? We need them Now!

So is there Anyone who still holds dear the quixotic notion that 'corporations are people' who care nary a fig for those not members of the power elite class? Shall we be snuffed out without a whisper of complaint?

I pray our damaging direction will be diverted and I ask that if you are reading this post and agree with supporting nonviolent resistance against the heartless, imperial path this warring nation's government insists upon, you will stand with the October 2011 Movement by passing along the word, and/or donating to the cause, and, if possible, showing up in Freedom Square on or after October 6, 2011 to add your voice to this protest!

Not mentioned is October 6th participant Matthew Rothschild in this intriguing Timeline of The History of the House of Rothschild by Andrew Hitchcock which includes info on attempted and successful assassinations of US presidents, and on the American 'Civil' War and the reasons it was fomented and fought. Also, President Andrew Jackson's battle against the central bank of the US is noted, the first of which was instituted under the guidance of Rothschild agent, Alexander Hamilton, a rat in George Washington's cabinet, and a political foe of Thomas Jefferson.

Its eventual success was assured in December 1913 when an infiltrated US Congress passed the Federal Reserve Act and thus we see how 'The Fed' works against the American people today.

When the Fed's Ben Bernanke is scheduled to speak today in Washington DC at 2:15 pm edt, rising is money/big business sign Scorpio (21:40), Midheaven 2Vir38 is ruled by Mercury Rx 29Leo19 conjunct MC from 9th house and conjoining Royal Fixed Star Regulus (now @ 00Vir00), keywords: success if revenge is avoided.

Opposite the 29th-degreed (critical; crisis) Mercury is nebulous Neptune 29AQ53 Rx conjunct Chiron 3Pis00 Rx, not a stable 'base' (IC 2Pis38, ruled and co-ruled by speculators Jupiter/Neptune; 4th H = Real Estate, the millstone round our necks) so his remarks or ideas may not carry much weight. Also just entered into 4th H sizzles Uranus 4Ari12 Rx (Uranus in Aries = Utopians) conjoining the 2:15 pm chart's Part of Fortune 3Ari31.

With Mercury retrograde, Mr. Bernanke repeats what's been said before and/or reconsiders his and the board of governors' views and plans--their meeting's purpose, one assumes. As the planet of Communications, Announcements, Speeches, Trade, Commerce, and Decisions, trickster Mercury's Rx Neptunian condition may not help in the confidence department even though that is just what global markets need most at the moment.

And with a Mercury/Neptune opposition across the Home/Security--Public Status/Career axis (4/10), plans are confusing, deceptive, and/or illusory. Of course, the Fed could buy up more securities to create liquidity, something the money-printing Jupiter/Pluto pair of large project managers and big bankers may prefer--Jupiter and Pluto now trine one another yet are separating (4S25) in materialistic earth signs (Tau/Cap.)

As you know, liquidity is a province of the bubbly, spendthrifty Jupiter/Neptune duo--NYSE was born with a Jupiter/Neptune conjunction in late Libra. Perhaps the Jupiter/Pluto-esque Fed will de-quiver the securities-buy-up arrow and set it flying high into Jupiter/Neptune's grand scheme territory in spite of inflation worries.

Also rising--on the ASC, in fact, at 2:15 pm--is the depressive Moon/Saturn midpoint which also indicates: awareness of ambition, direction, strategy (Tyl); thus a midpoint picture is formed: Moon/Saturn = ASC: a reserved self-presentation; a strong need for emotional control. That's our Ben.

Soon to rise is the difficult Saturn/Pluto midpoint 24Sco09--with ASC = an environment giving the impression of silent power or continuing influence (Ben hopes); concentrating on important matters; assessment of how to work with those who have power or influence; sadness. Well, everyone is feeling sad these days unless their incomes fall into the top 2%.

Now money planet Jupiter is in bullish Taurus (9:39) in Cadent 6th H indicating financial preparations (and military spending weakening our employment investments), and it's interesting that Jupiter is in greedy Taurus as world markets plummet. Someone is making tons of money! Jupiter's Station Rx on August 30, 2011 @ 10Tau20 indicates a retrenching of some kind in financial matters (and possibly in faith and ideological concepts, too.)

So what about the 2nd H of Money, here ruled by bullish Jupiter, co-ruler of the 4th H of Real Estate? North Node (NN @ 22Sag11) and powerful, secretive Pluto 5Cap14 Rx snug around the Moon 28Sag41 creating a very descriptive midpoint picture of what's going on with the populace (Moon):

Pluto/NN = Moon: inhibitions in development; reaching for the big picture; ambition, or there is too much fear to take action.

Perhaps you've noticed in the news lately the word "balance"? NN conjoins Fixed Star Ras Alhague, keywords: a desire to create balance or to heal. NN = future direction, the path and you don't need Astrology to know that balance is what's required. My common good politics tell me that addressing the financial inequality gap in the US is what this indicates, yet it's precisely what the power elite seem determined to avoid--and their intransigence is triggering the Uranus/Pluto square into riots, strikes, protests, and revolution.

Opposite 2nd H in another money house, the 8th, lurks out-of-bounds Mars 4Can15 and since he is OOBs, I have no idea what he's up to, do you? Mayhem cannot be ruled out for we see his feiry actions in the Uk now. Mars rules disruptive Uranus in Aries, and the 5th H of Gambling and Risk-Taking (5th cusp 4Ari30), and is chart-ruler through Scorpio rising--see below for his applying aspects which tell how Bernanke's remarks will proceed.

Ongoing is the oft-mentioned picture still in force: Jupiter/Neptune = Uranus: imagination v reality; coming down to earth with a bump; sudden recognition of a difficult situation.

Plus, Mars/Pluto = Uranus: sudden calamities of great consequence (the stock market plummet included and violent riots in the UK--jc); cruelty, violence, brutality; dangerous sense of attack; a chip on one's shoulder; fight first, talk later.

In 9th H of Philosophy and Foreign Lands are Sun 16Leo49 and evaluating Venus 14Leo58 yet they are intercepted in 9th H which describes the few options for action available for ego-expansion and goals. Venus rules 6th H (Tau) and 11th H of Groups, Associations, Hopes/Wishes with Saturn posited there @ 13Lib03--poised for the third of three conjunctions with US natal Saturn (14:48) on August 28, 2011, a key date in the current American tableaux as our accountability chickens come home to roost and previous slackness surfaces to be dealt with--positively or negatively. Saturn does sextile (60 degr; opportunity) Venus but the aspect is separating.

The Beginning Is in the Ending

There are more factors worth mentioning but 2:15 pm nears so I'll close with what I should have begun with--the applying aspects of chart-ruler/s (Mars, and also Pluto, if you prefer.)

Mars:

1. opposes co-ruler Pluto across the 2/8--not so good a portent, 0A59--the initial response to Mr. Bernanke's remarks may be stalemate and disagreement; a major power play is described.

2. semi-squares Sun, a minor yet irritating relationship (2A25.)

3. opposes Moon (5A34)--wait till we-the-people get a load of what his remarks indicate--anger, annoyance, provocation.

(Another midpoint picture may fill out the scene: Moon/Pluto = Mars: too much energy not knowing where to go (or money going into gold?); frustration and anger; an intense emotional crisis. (This is only temporary, dear investors--calm down, stop whining, and step up!))

Pluto makes no other applying aspects in the chart other than the Mars/Pluto opposition and his overbearing conjunction with the Moon. The Moon/Pluto pair indicates exaggerated new plans, zeal, and/or upheavals. Zealous Mars/Pluto = excessive effort, extreme force, and/or persuasion, control, brutality.

Pluto/NN = common destiny of a large mass of people--not good, imho, with the people sandwiched between this 'connections or encounters (NN) with the powerful (Pluto.)'

This horoscope indicates to me that today's announcement concerning our nation's current economic condition and what the Fed may do next will require quite a performance from Mr. Bernanke if it's not to cause markets to react negatively.

And we-the-people are already frustrated and angry with the greedy power elite who seem determined to crash the US and global economies while gutting our valuable social safety net--today's tension-filled, emotionally volatile Moon/Uranus square shows that the American people feel we are not being given an even break in the "shared sacrifices" department--because we're not.

Well, I'm glad I'm not Fedhead today. Not that I'd ever have wanted to be a wonk for the NWO. My bet is placed squarely upon we-the-people who are now Awakening!

Implementing Those Utopian Dreams

In the video above, we learn that old David Rockefeller turned up in St. Moritz as did known war criminal Henry Kissinger, both hoping to seal the NWO deal before they kick off to the Great Beyond. Hopefully, neither will 'let the screen door hit their bums' on the way out. (No, I never tend to wish for anyone's demise, but really!)

Well, you remember David Rockfeller's famous speech before the Trilateral Commission in 1991 about establishing a New World Order (aka, one-world-government), right? Here's an illuminating snippet:

"But the world is now more sophisticated and prepared to march toward a world government. The supranational sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national auto-determination practiced in past centuries."

And former presidential candidate Nelson Rockfeller was squawking about the same totalitarian bilge back in the 1960s when it was reported by the AP that, "as president, he would work toward international creation of a new world order." He'd have to in order to become US president! Yet another took his place at the helm.

Often I think of Rockefeller's pledge in 2011 as national leaders are shown the door (in the Middle East and elsewhere.) One assumes they're not cooperating well enough while wishing to retain a nation-state status for their own purposes and for NWO types, nation-states just won't do.

But pursuing either idol - Satan or Lucifer - results in worshiping death rather than life.)

The Frothy Inflation of Bubbly Jupiter/Neptune

Yes, the Jupiter/Neptune conjunction/s (the speculation/grand plans pair) that occurred all through 2009 (on May 27 - I began typing this on Friday, the first anniversary, July 10, and December 21) tangoed together squarely atop our US natal Moon (we-the-people) all three times and the trio just keeps on giving...I mean, keeps on taking.

You remember the midpoint picture, right?

Jupiter/Neptune = n Moon: instability; insecurity; wastefulness; becoming involved in speculation; little sense of reality; a desire to dream; uncertainty about what is real and unreal. (Ebertin; Munkasey.)

Simultaneously this timed a Neptune to US natal Moon transit which brought fraud, deception, lies, loss (Neptune) of homes (Moon), confusion, and a sense of rootlessness to our collective psyche and emotional lives so that even with tr Neptune just barely into Pisces now, the orb is still near enough to affect and undermine us. Unfortunately, Neptune will be backing into Aquarius again for a continuation of The Gaseous One's dissolving effects before re-entering Pisces which it co-rules with Jupiter.

And of course, oil, gas, water, and poisons are ingredients in the fraudulent Neptunian brew of damage and harm as well, with both Moon (ruler of Cancer, the Crab) and Pisces relating to the oceans and all things marine.


Oh, and on that Hitler 'did it' thing? Jupiter and Neptune conjoined @ 8Vir25 only once in the 1930s: on September 19, 1932...conjunct Hitler's natal 11th cusp of Associations, Hopes and Wishes, and opposite America's natal Ceres (security issues and needs; food supply) which conjoins US natal Pluto/Chiron midpoint, the Plutocracy duo of oppression, disenfranchisement, primal violence, Corporatism, Fascism, and other such cruelty-based -isms that no decent person cares to receive or perpetrate against his fellow man.

For the German despot (who wished to establish a New World Order to be run by himself), events of 1932 occurred during an expansive Jupiter trine natal Jupiter transit, a time when success with attainment of personal goals seems easy and the circumstances and people one encounters are compatible with Jupiter's desire for broadened horizons and gaining more more more.
