DC Horoscope: Sept 27, 2015 Lunar Eclipse 4Ari40

The excellent Earth and Sky website has lots of information on the Lunar Eclipse of September 27-28, 2015 including viewing details for this Harvest Moon so called because it's the closest Full Moon to Autumn Equinox 2015, traditionally a season of crop harvesting. This prominent Lunar Eclipse pairs with the September 13, 2015 Solar Eclipse @20Vir10 in the 18 North Saros Series (tap or click to view the eclipse horoscope, or see it below.)

Adding to its cosmic significance, the September 2015 Lunar Eclipse, a Super Moon (Nolle), is the fourth in a series of what some believe are prophetic Blood Moons and is, as you know, a Total Lunar Eclipse @4Aries40 in the Tropical Zodiac opposing the Sun @4Libra40. Perfection occurs at 10:50:29 pm EDT in Washington DC, an Hour of Venus (22Leo10) with Venus acting as lead planet in a Locomotive pattern. This is the high-powered executive determined on success and we may expect with the ongoing presidential campaign that this may represent one of the 2016 feminine candidates--Hillary Clinton or Carly Fiorina (assuming that neither lady has dropped out by September!), or alternately, Venus may describe someone or a group of someones who worships 'the goddess' such as the ones found all over Washington DC...in a word, pagans.

As you see amidst all my astro-notes scribbled on the September 27th chart, the Ascendant @23Gem03 brings US natal Mars in rising position which means our national Mars-Neptune square is in play with its misguided motivations, misdirected energy, and 'fog of war' implications that buttress a 6th house (Military and Police Service) Saturn, a karmic planet, at a military degree (1Sag). Also rising are two fixed stars, Capella and Phact with the Moon-Jupiter midpoint also rising.

Also expressing at an Angle, the MC (the Why? Point of Aspiration) is the restless Uranus-Pluto midpoint which brings in the social movements of the 1960s when the two generational planets met in Great Conjunction in mid-Virgo. Midpoint picture details relating to Politics are found below.

Something I may have neglected to mention in previous posts about the September 13th Solar Eclipse @20Vir10 is that it conjoins the degree of the American Revolution's Neptune (20Vir23 Rx) in 6th house, another reference to military and police matters and to the very foundation of our country. As you know, astrological Neptune tends to bring in potentials for deception, delusion, fraud, criminality, drugs, wrong perceptions, dissolution, contagion, and/or grand idealism. (American Revolution April 19, 1775 5:00 am LMT Lexington, Massachusetts--see sidebar for a link to the horoscope with a few details.)

September 27, 2015: Two Tails Swiping

Now in the Lunar Eclipse chart shown above, karma (reaping what's been sown) abounds for the Saturnian South Node of the Moon (SN), aka, the Tail of the Dragon, has company--Deneb Kaitos, a star in constellation Cetus, the Whale or Sea Monster. Deneb Kaitos is in the Tail of the Whale so that's a lot of swiping having to do with Collective issues from the past bubbling up from the Great Unconscious. These previously mishandled issues will likely be visible on the world stage (10th house) and specifically relate to America with natal IC (July 4, 1776 5:09 pm LMT-->IC = 4th house = Domestic Scene, Roots) at Aries Point (00Ari, a Cardinal point of global manifestation and prominence.)

So besides America's ongoing military and police concerns and problems, it seems that more catastrophes involving water are on the Autumn agenda along with an urge to say what needs to be said--perhaps spurred on the political level by 'truth teller' Donald Trump who apparently has no filter on his unconscious mind from where thoughts go straight to voice. Yes, discussion of financial matters are affected by wealth-hoarding Pluto @12Cap58 in 7th house of Partnerships but near enough to the corporate 8th cusp to manipulate from his ongoing power-challenging opposition to US natal Sun (leadership; the president.) Slow-plodding Pluto is also a karmic planet and is associated with the Collective Unconscious and with Plutocracy as well. Whatever the Underworld One is up to here, the US National Treasury is involved across the 2/8 axis with star-goddess SIRIUS (14Can17; the scorcher) conjunct the National Treasury 2nd cusp opposing Pluto and positioned amidst America's natal Venus, Jupiter, and Sun, we expect restriction in financial areas (8th cusp in Capricorn, Pluto manipulation.) On the financial level, this is an astrological description of the Income Inequality stand-off now in the news with plutocratic Pluto refusing to give up any of his vast treasure, stolen as it may be!

Then at the Head of the Dragon (NN), the other end of the Nodal axis that I fussed about above, is of course the Node, Sun, Mercury Rx and US natal MC. Mercury, the ruler of the Lunar Eclipse chart, conjoins fixed star Diadem, the crown that comes with a high price.

Now there are several other chart factors worth noting such as warrior Mars and expansive Jupiter in 4th house of Real Estate--and royal star Regulus at IC. (Regulus = the Capitol Building = Congress--success if revenge is avoided--Brady.) However, I'd be surprised if any reader has made it this far, so let's add only a few more details about the Lunar Eclipse chart...

Chart-Ruler Aspects = How Things Will Proceed...Haltingly!

Two applying major aspects are made by chart-ruler Mercury because of its retrograde condition which in itself implies delays and other glitches in Mercurial matters (1st and 4th house cusps) so apparently things will proceed and be expressed but under difficult conditions if they are not completely stymied. Experience shows that the US Congress is predictably implicated in the delays, stalemates, and a possible government shutdown over abortion issues. Internet security issues and criminal data collection may also be implicated by Mercury, planet of sight and hearing.

So due to Mercury's retrogradation, we might say that there are major applying aspects: Mercury conjoins Sun (5A13) and opposes Moon (5A13). Transit Mercury's Direct Station the second week of October 2015 occurs @00Libra conjunct the karmic NN by transit and 'passing' the Sept 27th Lunar Eclipse Sun and Moon degrees along the path. Mercury to Sun at US natal MC relates to impressive ideas communicated and to travel, a potential reference to Air Force One and/or other luxury means of travel. Mercury opposite Moon (the public) denotes changes of heart, words not acceptable to the public mood, conflicting schedules and agendas, and/or blocked progress. Campaign 2016 issues are also implicated with a Moon-Mercury opposition.

But wait! If you consider an inconjunct (quincunx; 150 degrees) to be a major aspect as some astrologers do, let's consider Mercury inconjunct that shady 10th house Neptune we talked about before. Actually, this aspect perfects (2A12) before Mercury's influence on the Lunar Eclipse (Full Moon) manifests. (If you were rooting for the Mercury-Pluto square, it's waning in late September but once Mercury turns direct, the square becomes exact during the third week of October 2015.) This Mercury-Pluto intensity may relate on one level to the ongoing investigation of Hillary Clinton's handling of emails and any national security secrets they may or may not contain. Obviously, the FBI here is sleuth Pluto and Mercury is the planet of communications--together they indicate dealing with secrets and surveillance matters. Obviously, the Republican Party is in the mix as well as they prosecute their usual inflated anti-Clinton overreach against a political opponent.

So what about 5th house Mercury inconjunct Neptune?, asked the one reader who got this far (impressive!)

Naturally there is a need for adjustment inherent in any inconjunction and naturally any contact between Mercury and Neptune brings irrational content and misconception into the picture along with a 'mesmerizing speaker' potential (Munkasey) such as political candidates who spout dreamy, impractical campaign promises they never intend to keep--if elected! With the Mercury-Neptune inconjunct, we again find scheduling delays blended with a nebulous grasp of facts. This is the "well, at least I tried" aspect so the endings of certain political campaigns are due especially with such a large field of political gamblers (Mercury in the risk-taking 5th h).

Mercury-Neptune says that crushing disappointment follows for some unless quick and efficient adjustments are made.

The Two Karmic Eclipses That Affect Midterms 2022

Wednesday August 4, 2021: One reason to spotlight here the two eclipses that will affect the Midterms 2022 Elections is because of the clues, hints, and the cosmic information that their horoscopes contain. Yes, previous posts have been published concerning them, however, this dual image of the charts can be seen, below, for the purpose of adding the midpoint pictures from both eclipes: the 6 South Solar Eclipse of October 25, 2022 @2Scorpio conjunct Venus (2Sco39: cooperation needed and material values are involved) and rising in Washington DC, and the November 8, 2022 Lunar Eclipse @16Tau00 conjunct radical reformer Uranus Rx (16Tau56) with the Sun @16Scorpio snugged between Mercury (15Sco52) and Venus (20Sco13) - all rising in our nation's capital led by the transiting South Node in Scorpio which emphasizes the karmic implications for Washington DC of the 6 South Eclipse.

So if we round up the eclipse and Venus degree to "3 Scorpio" we have a clue: "A House-Raising" which suggests that the US Congress is understandably involved (or even eviction notices, see below). Furthermore, the degree's Keyword is: "HELPFULNESS - positive expression: an exceptional power of accomplishment through a consistent success in winning the good will and enlisting the services of others; negative expression: a complete inability to fit into any pattern of shared relationships" (The Sabian Symbols in Astrology, M. E. Jones). And the eclipse degree's Illumination Point opposite at "3 Taurus" = HOPEFULNESS! YBut yes, the Exaltation degree of the Moon (3Taurus) and the Fall of the Moon degree (3Scorpio) may be somehow involved but I suspect that few astrologers use such cosmic indicators these days. It is an axis like the Nodal Axis with the Taurus-Scorpio 2/8 polarity as the focus of both eclipses with the Lunar Eclipse describing our reactions to the events brought by the Solar Eclipse. One end of the Solar Eclipse has vanity, conceit, and self-glorification (Mercury-Venus = Sun) while the other end brings the radical reforms, shared experiences, and potential upsets of Uranus-NN. Then, our lunar reactions include common sense on one end (Sun-Mercury) and ideals (Sun-Venus) while the opposite end expresses potentials for emotional excitability or tension, sacrifice, and/or possible anxiety due to nervousness over reforms and political or social changes. Circumstances will become clearer once Campaign 2024 is officially underway.

Now of course with any Solar Eclipse in Scorpio, society must handle events and conditions very carefully for although strength of purpose, seeing to the very root of our problems, and karmic opportunities for progress are involved, astrologer Rose Lineman points out that such an eclipse can also bring out in susceptible people the negative traits of Scorpio such as vengefulness, hatred, jealousy, and cruelty. And you'll agree that modern society already has an overabundance of such traits expressing within the Collective. Hopefully, the Scorpio eclipse of October 2022 will activate the more positive karmic possibilities so we must concentrate on this.

Meanwhile, as you see on the Solar Eclipse chart (lower left), communicating Mercury (dot all Is, cross all Ts when rising just before the Sun = oriental), planet of young people, brings along fixed stars Arcturus (the White House) and Spica (the spike = the Washington Monument, or, the US Presidency). This 6 South Eclipse of October 25, 2022 is the Prenatal Eclipse ('PE') of Midterms 2022 and therefore is the PE of the Lunar Eclipse itself which perfects on the very day of the election/s (November 8th), as you see:

'Cosmic Blink' Eclipses Are 'Wild Cards of the Universe'

Now you know that all eclipses are karmic and suggest sudden changes of direction in earthly affairs in similar fashion to the erratic planet Uranus which when active seems to spark external fated events but actually has been acting or catalyzing on an internal level for some period of time. Radical politics and reforms accrue to zealous Uranus but in the earthy sign of Taurus, we've also seen changes (Uranus) within the realms of natural and ecological disasters (with Uranus ruling bolts of lightening and shifts), and in financial matters including a large amount of speculation on Wall Street, plus, stimulus payments of an unusual or novel nature. Even eviction moratoriums fall under the influence of Uranus in Venus-ruled Taurus expressing as unusual financial aid.

As you can see, penned to the left of the Solar Eclipse Horoscope, is a fretful note about the 6 South Eclipse which occurred on August 31, 1932 @8Virgo expressing as the 'Nazis Rise to Power Eclipse' - another very good reason to spotlight the 6 South manifestation approaching in 2022. (6 North is worrisome, too, on the level of 'authority figures' and 'taking over responsibility because someone is ill or unreliable' - B. Brady.) The themes of both elipses sound sinister, don't they? Well, forewarned is forearmed!

Midpoint Pictures of the October and November 2022 Eclipses

Now here are the Midpoint Pictures potentials, first of the October 2022 Solar Eclipse in the 6 South Saros Series, then those of the November 2022 Lunar Eclipse @16Taurus on Election Day. Note that any, all, or none may apply and can be subject to transits, directions, and/or progressions - except where Uranus is involved for its quirky disruption can manifest early, late, or not at all:

Solar Eclipse October 2022: Sun-Moon = Venus, Sun-Venus = Moon, Moon-Venus = Sun: actors or stage performers (ex: politicians), harmony, attractive personalities, cooperation or teamwork. Mars-Jupiter = North Node ('NN'): good cooperation dynamics. And Saturn-NN = Jupiter: a change of position, a fortunate separation.

Lunar Eclipse November 2022: Saturn-MC = Moon: depression or psychosis; impressionability; suffering from members of the female sex. With Uranus: desire to obtain objectives at all costs, making the greatest effort (as with 6 South themes), an emotional shock or crisis, emotional excitability (possibly due to fear and anxiety within the Moon-Uranus combination), Uranus-NN = Moon: new contacts which are terminated quickly, showing quick enthusiasm for other people. Venus-Uranus = Saturn: awakening from love iillusions, estrangement, separation, a difficult birth. And Moon-Venus (again) = Saturn: suppressed feelings, separation from or loss of the husband, renunciation; sad or sick women, philosophizing.

March 2024 Trump Trial: a Lunar Eclipse

Today NY Judge Juan Marchan confirmed that the criminal trial of Donald Trump will indeed go forward on March 25, 2024, the day of the Libra Lunar Eclipse displayed, below. Yes, it's difficult to keep all the 'Trump trials' straight, but this the one that concerns Trump's $130,000 hush money payment to Stormy Daniels in order to keep her quiet about their hook-up just a couple of weeks prior to Election 2016, because such a sex scandal might've "looked bad" to Trump voters - and perhaps keeping the illicit night of amour from Melania might have mattered to him.

So above is the Lunar Eclipse Horoscope of March 25, 2024 surrounded by a few of Trump's natal placements highlighted in blue. Primarily, this revealing eclipse lands directly upon agent orange's natal 2nd hou$e Neptune Rx (6Lib55), planet of secrets, fraudulent schemes, disguises, deception, ideals, and more. Of course, "disguising" his actions is what he tried to do, but testimonies from Stormy and others should hopefully remove the mask from his underhanded machinations. Naturally, Trump's natal Chiron and stationary Jupiter in Libra (the boundary-breaker, always whining it's not fair! when he's in a jam) are part of the action via the Lunar Eclipse and this will add additional energies to the complexity of the situation.

Of course, as with all Full Moons, relationships are major components of the Lunar Eclipse and the trial itself, particularly since it's in Venus-ruled Libra, sign of Partnerships and the Scales of Justice. Plus, full awareness and perhaps a culmination phase will be reached issuing from the planning/seeding stage at the New Moon of March 10, 2024 @20Pis17: that's Pisces, sign of secrets and confusion - unless the Piscean fish swims upward toward the higher realms.

So! My study notes are messily penned on the Lunar Eclipse Horoscope in case you want them. Examples include: Moon conjuncts the defendant's natal Neptune, Sun opposes his natal Neptune, Eclipse Mercury (testimony) squares Trump's natal Saturn, planet of realism, facts, karma, limits, accountability, authority, and the law. And as usual with this defendant, delays may occur or be attempted, and/or communications might be limited in some way. A gag order comes to mind.

Then squished into the aspect grid area are a few notes concerning the Eclipse's unaspected Saturn, plus, listed are cosmic links to the natal Sun, Moon, and Mars of Stormy Daniels. Additionally, a dear reader such as yourself will spy more planetary contacts, I'm quite certain.

Now to close, here's a famous quote from a fellow who shares the Sun Aries-Moon Libra combo of energies of this Lunar Eclipse, journalist-essayist-critic William Hazlitt:

"The love of liberty is the love of others; the love of power is the love of ourselves."

To me, this describes the tiresome, anti-societal Democrat v Republican stalemate used by US politicians against us with one party believing that taxpayer monies are for We the People's needs, while the other finagles all monies toward the wealthy class, while embezzling the rest.

On June 11, 2009 Paul Weinstein, Jr called for regulation of Wall Street by the Fed and the FDIC, two entities he says will be "independent super-agencies" that, among other tasks, will regulate hedge funds, insurers, and derivatives markets.

Will this great financial reform be accomplished with the aid of the Lunar Eclipse of July 7, 2009?

Comparing the July 7 Eclipse chart with America's natal chart (Sibly version), we see that the Lunar Eclipse, a Full Moon at 15Cap24, conjuncts the Sibly 2nd cusp of Earning Ability and Values, leaving the Sun 15Can24 to sit directly upon the (Sibly) 8th cusp of Shared Resources, Insurance, Debtors, Creditors, and other high-stakes wheeler-dealers and those under contract to pay them. The 2/8 axis is the Money/Values Axis, as you know.

(If I drift off-topic before I'm done composing this, it's because C-SPAN is on the TV behind me re-running Tuesday's Democratic Leadership Council tribute to Al From - and I'm getting cavities just listening to it. No disrespect intended, and they have a right to uplift whomever they want, for service to the party, of course. And you thought Barack Obama walked on water!)

The Lunar Eclipse occurs so soon after July 4 that we might expect it to be pertinent to US affairs on several levels, but my question is: will it affect the economy of our nation and the implementation of the Obama administration's financial reform initiatives?

Let's keep peeking under the univeral hood, shall we?

The speculator pair Jupiter and Neptune are dancing now upon the US natal Moon '27AQ' (the people; the public) yet I won't bark again about the midpoint picture formed since I've howled so many times here and elsewhere because its influence takes up all of 2009 and goes into 2010. Plus, these two wildly imagining planets of liquidity and grand plans are in another Air sign in the *NYSE natal chart: Libra.

Well, I've yet to give you the details for July 7's Lunar Eclipse chart:

ASC 12Can04; MC 21Pis05 (note that the ASC/DESC and MC/IC axes are nearly the same as the NYSE's angular cusps as listed below); Sun and Moon you know, Mercury 7Can24 which makes Mercury the oriental planet (rising last before the Sun) - the 'dot the Is, cross the Ts' influence of one who deals with minute details; Venus 2Gem14 in 11th house; Mars 26Tau39 in 11th h and conj Fixed Star Algol of intense passion and rage; Jupiter you know; Saturn 17Vir04 conjunct NYSE's natal Mars 18Vir43, a transit of actions restricted, a need for better organizaiton becomes evident, and trying to circumvent rules and regulations ends badly.

The Lunar Eclipse's Uranus 26Pis36 is in 10th house indicating career disruptions or reforms, plus Uranus in now within orb of its transiting square with transformative Pluto 1Cap38 in 6th house of the Lunar Ecl chart.

Saturn in Virgo is actually at Thales Point in the chart for its aid to the opposition of the Sun and Moon - Saturn trines Moon and sextiles Sun.

And when the chart is set for Washington, DC, Sun, Moon, Saturn, and MC (17Pis48) form a Mystic Rectangle, although the 4th point as a chart angle should really hold a planet in order for it to be properly called a Mystic Rectangle (a pattern of practical mysticism.) Well, '17Pisces' is a critical degree, however, and Washington is a mystical place with its buildings based on Masonic principles: the Pentagon's 5-pointed star, White House as White Lodge, Capitol Building as Masonic Temple, and more.

US Judicial System and the June 2020 Lunar Eclipse

Political Power vs Eclipse Power: Wild Cards and Cosmic Blinks

The Judiciary Act of 1789 was signed into law by President George Washington in "the early afternoon" of September 24, 1789 to establish the federal court system of the United States of America. Now under serious assault by saboteurs and villains, the US court system will be eclipsed on June 5, 2020 by a Lunar Eclipse which possibly may bring to light unsavory matters and certain inconvenient facts previously hidden. Major leaks may occur along with some measure of disruption, and as you can see in the charts, below, various cosmic factors may be descriptive of events in relation to the US legal system and to those who are involved with the system including judges, attorneys, officials, and/or culprits and inmates. As Above, So Below.

Using "1:55 pm LMT" (as suggested by expert astrologer Richard Nolle), September 24, 1789, below is the Judiciary Act Horoscope with the June 5, 2020 Lunar Eclipse Horoscope snugged around it as a transit chart. As you see, 1789 Moon @15Sag52 meets the 2020 Moon Eclipse (15Sag34) head-on and a few basic notes are scribbled upon the chart for those who dare enlarge the image to read them (recommended!).

Also notable with the Moon involved is almost certain to be a large amount of publicity in and around June 2020 (in time for Supreme Court decisions) along with the implications of a Moon in Jupiter-ruled Sagittarius, a placement with general potentials for inconstancy, alternating optimism and pessimism, idealism guiding actions, striving for wisdom, and/or multiple changes and fluctuations (Ebertin).

Additionally, July 5, 2020 brings a second Lunar Eclipse which opposes America's natal Sun (13Can19) so for the second year in a row, our nation receives an eclipse for Independence Day--a Lunar Eclipse this year, a 3 North Solar Eclipse in 2019. Then comes the 4 North Summer Solstice 2020 Eclipse @00Cancer, a Cardinal World Point of manifestation and echoing the Summer Solstice Solar Eclipse of June 21, 2001, during the chaotic days of 'Homeland Security', and soon followed by a Lunar Eclipse on July 1, 2001 @13Cap39, another eclipse of US natal Sun (at critical-crisis degrees).

Meanwhile, with my decided preference for keeping our democratic Republic in working order rather than 'hollowed out', this variety of eclipses seems to identify significant signposts upon the path to wherever America is going and indicates a period of time chocked full of important changes and multiple events after which our nation is forever altered. And though few if any politicians want the American public to notice the fact, it remains for We The People to determine which path we trod and where our collective ship of state comes to dock.

Perfecting at 12:44:17 am edt, America's natal Sun (13Can19) is 'eclipsed' even more closely than it was during the 3 North July 2, 2019 Solar Eclipse @10Can37 and you know the turmoil, changes, and disruptive events that ensued for US leadership in the summer of 2019 and beyond. (Exs: Trump's "perfect call' to Ukraine's President Zelenskiy, military and humanitarian aide to Ukraine withheld which benefited Russia, Trump's whistle blower saga still ongoing against the law that protects their identities, plus, Trump's impeachment in 2020!), plus other lunations, some stronger than others. (New and Full Moons may sometimes disrupt and/or reveal secrets much as eclipses like to do.)

And naturally, all Cancer and Capricorn eclipses relate to issues of authority, responsibility, ambition, use of power and control, family and security matters, and/or patriotism, both real and pretended. Plus, commerce, trade, and investment matters are often involved as well, and we should also include the potential for Moon-Saturn influences which may concern health.

Then came the 3 South December 26, 2019 Solar Eclipse with its "traumatic transformation" vibes (Brady) under which we now chafe in 2020 at least until the Summer Solstice 2020 Solar Eclipse (linked, below). And I'll add here a link to a previous post concerning the Spring Equinox 2020 Chart because it's 'good for' the entire year.

So here's the horoscope I've (somewhat snarkily) entitled, Happy Independence Day America 2020. (US Solar Return 2020 perfects July 4th at 4:58:57 pm edt--still with a Capricorn Moon and suggesting some 'unpleasant circumstances'.) So between the June 5, 2020 Lunar Eclipse @15Sag20 (not shown but linked, below) and the July 5th Lunar Eclipse you see, above, comes the Summer Solstice Eclipse 2020 which is Annular yet heralds significant world events with its tinge of 4 North influences. Chillingly, we might wonder if the spread of China's tragic coronavirus contagion disrupting the supply chain to the rest of the world is implicated here due to its potential for interrupting global financial markets. That could do it. Maybe this post should have opened with that.

October 18, 2022 Update: First, the 6 South Solar Eclipse @2Scorpio (October 25, 2022 = 'forcefully taking power and control') hits very near the Austrian Psychopath's natal Ascendant - and is rising in his chart, in fact. Then an even more direct 'hit' comes from the Taurus Lunar Eclipse which perfects on the very day of America's 2022 Midterm Elections - conjunct Uranus, planet of anarchy, zealotry, and attack. Erratic shows of anger may arise from nazi-lovers.

So the following bi-wheel of a certain Austrian Psychopath's natal chart (inner) with the Horoscope of the Midterms 2022 Lunar Eclipse @16Taurus (outer) may or may not time significant events in the US, events and conditions which could or could not implicate the ongoing threat of violence by Neo-Nazis determined to take over the US government and turn it into a grotesque likeness of a certain goatish Austrian Psychopath who during his 'career' envisioned a world order that he himself would control. Today's modern acolytes of his violent methods toward grasping power continue to hold such an objective as their own and showed their vicious determination on January 6, 2021 as the Executive Branch of government attacked the Legislative Branch. And as everyone knows, their ring leader and white power mascot is dictator-wanna-be Donald J. Trump.

As to the significance of November 2022 Lunar Eclipse contacts to our 'mystery' Psychopath's natal Venus-Mars conjunction (@16Taurus+) of passion, pushiness, sexual impotency, and/or tactlessness, one factor to consider is that the November 8, 2022 Lunar Eclipse in Taurus - conjunct radical zealot Uranus Rx and opposing the Scorpio Sun-Mercury conjunction - reveals cosmic clues about the Collective's emotional reactions to the previous Solar Eclipse which manifests on October 25, 2022 @2Scorpio in the 6 South Saros Series which happens to be the influential Prenatal Solar Eclipse ('PE') of the Midterm 2022 Elections. Obviously, every candidate's 2022 campaign will also be affected by 6 South's 'forcefully taking power, manic energy, huge efforts in group activities' and 'sudden events' themes and by the Taurus Lunar Eclipse following, but such considerations are beyond the scope of this post. However, I'll add a few notes under the bi-wheel concerning some basic transits of November 2022 to the Austrian Psychopath's natals of 1889.

And please note that on the image, lower left, the 6 South Solar Eclipse is mislabeled as the 'Fascism Rising Eclipse' when in fact, it's a repeat of the 'Nazis Rise to Power Eclipse'. Ma bad. But not to fret for an eclipse in the 'Fascism Rising' series will repeat in 2023 in the 7 North series: theme 'deep passion long hidden' - which resonates with the Austrian Psychopath's Venus-Mars conjunction, suggesting the frustrated, driving force within his power moves and his lust for power. At '30Aries' the 7 North Eclipse of 2023 will conjunct the natal Sun (@00Tau48, a degree of violence) of the Austrian Psychopath whose natal chart you see, below. And let's emphasize that these are 6 South and 7 North solar eclipses repeating from 1932 and 1933 - in 2022 and 2023. So as you see, they frame a period of time - and group efforts to take power and control, thus my "duty to warn."

Midterms 2022 Lunar Eclipse w Austrian Psychopath's Natals (1889): Potentials

2022 Sun opposes 1889 Venus and Mars: urge for power, a desire to fight, headstrong output of energy, injuries; excessive emotional expressions, bad taste.

2022 Mercury opposes 1889 Venus and Mars: superficial interactions, conflicts, rash actions, mechanical breakdowns.

2022 Moon conjunct 1889 Venus and Mars: indulgence, courage, bravery, quick responses, instinctive leadership. Release of unconscious material, uncovering of secrets, hidden motivations, weaknesses and vulnerabilities. With Uranus: radical reactionaries and reformers may be identified.

And note that on the chart, lower right, are the dates when transit Saturn in Aquarius most recently opposed 1889 Saturn in Leo (across the self-will axis!) marking a period when modern-day acolytes of the Austrian Psychopath are working to correct past mistakes in order to try again. In fact, the third such opposition has yet to occur as I type for it perfects on January 14, 2022. However, we should note that a Saturn-oppo-Saturn transit also marks a time when 'crops planted on rocky soil will fail'!

Yet it's true, dear reader: a brutal, evil death cult from the past now attempts to raise its Medusa's Head and take control of our lives - and once again the evil (spurred on by the January 2020 Conjunction of karmic Saturn and Pluto) desperately needs to be resoundingly slapped down!

And if you agree, then you must know that henceforth every vote for a Republican is a vote for Medusa in disguise.

October 18, 2013 Lunar Eclipse Reveals Jupiter at Pluto's North Node

The US is said to be reaching our debt ceiling limit on October 17, 2013 and the October 18th Lunar Eclipse, a Full Moon of culmination, is close enough to be used as a timer for this critical condition especially if the limit isn't raised and a default by the US government occurs. However, a continuing resolution may intervene and 'kick the can down the road', as they say in Washington, so I've chosen to primarily focus this article on the Obamacare situation with a brief nod toward the US economy.

As you see in this image, the Lunar Eclipse of October 18, 2013 perfects at 7:37:39 pm edt in Washington DC during a Solar Hour and across the 6/12 victim-savior axis.

Rising is 23Tau05, the degree of the Great Conjunction of societal planets Jupiter and Saturn on May 28, 2000 and since their cycle relates on one level to finances, it may be important to note that, given current budgetary and fiscal battles in Washington, their recent trine to one another is a positive influence that has lost its strength. Meanwhile, Jupiter remains exalted in Cancer, a sign closely associated with America (our natal Venus-Jupiter-Sun, then Mercury Rx in Cancer)

, and a sign of business, home, and security interests. Cold Saturn continues its trod through business-oriented Scorpio where Mr. Austerity can be obstinate, tenacious, secretive, and probing as he attempts to hold onto the past and the status quo.

Chart-ruler Venus (via money sign Taurus) makes no major applying aspects in the chart, a condition that makes her sign and house position prominent considerations. At 12Sag12, Venus conjoins US natal Ascendant (July 4, 1776 5:10 pm LMT Philadelphia, PA) and denotes issues of valuations and evaluations (US dollar on the wane as the global currency?), smaller amounts of money, diplomacy, blind justice, and relationships, alliances and partnerships. The latter is emphasized by Venus' 7th house position of Legal Partnerships and Open Enemies, and her attraction principle while in Jupiter-ruled Sagittarius may indicate foreign attention garnered, cooperation enhanced, and a general condition of good fortune (off-shored or outsourced jobs returning to the US?)

However, transit Venus has recently opposed US natal Uranus (8Gem55) which signifies a period of being out-of-sync with others when trying to be different or unusual for its own sake which can backfire ("Green Eggs and-" a Big "-Ham", Ted Cruz?), and scapegoating is in the mix. Thankfully, that particular period is ending until Venus comes round again in a year or so. But she will soon oppose US natal Mars (22Gem) when the 'battle of the sexes' will again in the news (Republicans' 'war on women'?), plus, this transit has supported America's now-separated Venus-Mars opposition in our national progressed chart (SP Venus @23Ari29 now in SP 8th house/SP Mars @18Lib23 Rx in 2nd house of the National Treasury: '19Libra' = "A Gang of Robbers in Hiding," a degree spotlighted since 2006 when US Mars turned retrograde by progression at this degree--and you know their names.)

In progress, SP Venus also conjoins our SP Part of Fortune yet SP Chiron, The Wound, is also posited in SP 8th house @17Ari23. I think most people agree that America has been wounded in the financial arena in recent decades in order to bolster the wealth of a select few who are corrupt enough to make the 'Big Picture' happen. If only plutocratic politicians and their weasely corporate backers would get out of the way of Chiron's healing function!

Now while it's true that chart-ruler Venus makes no major (Ptolemaic) aspect to another planet in this horoscope, there is a sesqui-square (135 degrees) between the Moon (the people; the public) and Venus. This aspect may be considered a minor irritant but also denotes a complex square-within-a-square condition which on one level may signify the confusing elements of signing up for health insurance under the provisions of 'Obamacare' (as of October 1st--see link below.)

Some regions are already reporting delays due to computer glitches or other problems, though of course any new law that establishes such a massive program will obviously have its problems and with the October 18th Lunar Eclipse Moon posited in the 12th house of Large Institutions such as Hospitals, the Sun is in the 6th house of Health, Service, and Work--along with 'signing-up' Mercury in regenerating Scorpio and associated in the Greek era with the Rod of Aesclapius, or Aesculapia--so we may expect a few revelations to be spotlighted concerning the 6/12 departments of life which will include Politics and Back Room Deals (12th house) as well as health concerns.

Of interest is the position of asteroid Aesculapia at the moment of the Lunar Eclipse: 6Gem07 Rx, rising and near US natal Uranus which possibly denotes the coming of a new phase in health care once the two conjoin, and a contact soon with Midas, the gold-hoarder, which you see here penned into the 1st house @9Gem51, Rx, and parallel planet Jupiter. A parallel is similar to a conjunction and is handy as a timing device.

Another health-related asteroid and myth, Hygeia--a goddess actually--has risen already @10Tau08 Rx so is not very noticeable in 12th house of Hospitals between the South Node and the current Solar Eclipse degree of 19Tau31, the 15 South Saros cycle of which this Lunar Eclipse is a part. And as you know, Venus-ruled Taurus is the sign of the physical body and of preservation and growth.

Now because we're discussing the 6/12 axis and Full Moons (as Lunar Eclipses are) are always about relationships and awareness, perhaps a question could be: can the Sun (leaders) be saviors of a victimized public (Moon)? In Politics? Possibly yet there's an automatic problem since so much of how we're being victimized by Capitol Hill politicians is hidden within their self-serving theatrics. And crazy-train GOPers seem totally unwilling to accept or to act upon a realistic level. *See below for a quote from a famous writer who shares natally the Sun Libra-Moon Aries blend of energies of this Lunar Eclipse.

Besides all that, the good news is that the Lunar Eclipse chart contains what may be the basis of a solution especially since the current Solar Eclipse theme is a release of tension: the T-Square created by the Sun-Moon opposition with its energies released through the 3rd house Jupiter in protective Cancer and which indicates 'success in joint ventures'. That Jupiter conjoins the North Node, a Jupiterian point of encounters, of Pluto (19/20 Cancer) shows mass destiny of large groups of people and gigantic projects that make lots of money.

Naturally 3rd house Communications and Short Distance Travel are highlighted and will increase under benevolent Jupiter's rays which are aided by the Lunar Eclipse--either to reveal Jupiterian obstacles, both financial and ideological (which some prefer to keep hidden), or, by the T-Square forming an active system of inspiration concerning the vision of how good things could be. I believe we're already hearing President Obama and others doing just this as they promote the benefits of Obamacare which, if the program turns out to be successful, the president says will not be called 'Obamacare' for very long.

And I'm certain you know why for you've seen the Contrarian Party in action ad nauseum, right?

Now wouldn't it be helpful to the American people if the sore-loser Republican Party decided to actually govern and join in efforts to improve any glitches in what is already settled law? After all, if the Tea Party-led GOP is correct about how disastrous the insurance reforms of this law are, it will at some point soon be obvious. And if they are wrong, Obamacare will go the way of Social Security and Medicare and become a popular addition to American society and all the GOP belly-aching will be shown as the bad-faith campaign it really is.

On the Origin of The Covid Eclipse

Traumatic Transformation and The 'Covid Eclipse'

September 4, 2020: While checking out the upcoming virtual ISAR conference on the Great Conjunction/Mutation of Jupiter and Saturn, plus, an astrologer-studded discussion of Election 2020 and the candidates, Reimagining the Future, I ran across the dates that societal planets Jupiter and Saturn were previously in Air signs: between 1186 and 1226. As you know, their December 21, 2020 Conjunction is in Air sign Aquarius rather than Earthy Taurus as on May 28 2000.

This caused me to wonder if I could locate a Solar Eclipse Saros Series that began (its initial eclipse) within that time frame and it turns out that the 3 South Saros Series began on August 13, 1208 with a Solar Eclipse @27Leo10:35 (conjunct Trump's natal Mars and Ascendant with 10:54 am edt as his accurate birth time, June 14, 1946).

Below you see the Horoscope of the initial 3 South Solar Eclipse of August 13, 1208 which I've set for Washington DC. Obviously, the Masonic federal city only existed in 1208 as a spot upon the Earth but setting the horoscope for DC creates in space (for me, if not for you) a cosmic time link of sorts as do solar eclipse cycles with their rhyming, if not repeating, themes. In 1208, this was a partial solar eclipse but its accompanying Lunar Eclipse was Total and perfected on July 28, 1208 @12AQ27 conjunct the August Solar Eclipse's North Node. (Note that the Lunar Eclipse chart is not shown but is listed on the chart, 7th house, highlighted in red.) For karmic progress to be made, a solar eclipse in royal Leo cautions against the negative traits of the solar-ruled sign such as egocentricity, pride, arrogance, conceit, pomposity, ostentatiousness, glory-seeking, and using a half-hearted approach when a full effort is called for. With Leo, the parent-child relationship is also a prominent consideration and must be kept aboveboard with each generation - child abuse and/or exploitation retard karmic progress (R. Lineman).

So why connect the 3 South Saros Series with Covid-19?

Because the deadly virus gained steam in later 2019 into early 2020 in tandem with a 3 South Solar Eclipse which repeated on December 26, 2019 @4Cap06 and which contains appropriate themes (see below). Plus, 3 South's initial eclipse of the series indicates that for more information, a solar Leo lens should be used to view the 2019 Capricorn Eclipse ('Sun-Saturn' vibes: 'lack of vitality; sick people' - Ebertin) and with themes of authority and authority figures, responsibility, accountability, control, finances, investment, lack, restriction, limitation, and other Saturn-Capricorn potentials which guided society into the New Year of 2020. (You see the 2019 3 South Solar Eclipse penned on the horoscope conjunct the 6th cusp of Health, Work, Service, and Daily Routines when the chart is set for Washington DC as representative of America.) In addition, Covid negatively affects the heart and Leo is the sign of the heart so there's a hidden link to the 1208 initial eclipse right there.

Yet it's also Capricorn's avaricious tendencies now being negatively expressed in the world as most folks might agree and viewing the 2019 Capricorn eclipse through the lens of 3 South's initial eclipse's sign (Leo) and house (2nd) adds information that would remain hidden (unconscious) otherwise.

And with a generations-long flurry of synchronicity, the Goal-oriented Midheaven ('MC' @4Cap34) of 3 South's accompanying Lunar Eclipse Horoscope (when set for DC) of July 28, 1208 (9:24:45 LMT) @12AQ27, sports upon it the 3 South Solar Eclipse of December 26, 2019 - what I call 'The Covid Eclipse'. We should note that when the sequential lunar eclipse occurs before its solar eclipse 'mate' (bwo sign polarity--here, Leo-AQ, the self-will axis) the waning cycle of the Moon is indicated denoting a period of decline, passivity (and things going bump in the night!), plus, genetic or inherited tendencies and negative habits are emphasized. And in this case (1208 vs 2019), the egocentricity and vanity of Leo should compliment or be mitigated by the humanitarianism of Aquarius - and with Covid-19 and other negative social conditions we see efforts being taken toward such an eventuality.

And yet, can you feel how greed and Leonine self-interest are interfering with progress and societal improvements? To me it seems that Trump vs Biden 2020 is a direct expression of our Leo-AQ condition with one candidate capable of speaking to and of humankind with compassion and a respect for Science (AQ), while the other is a stranger to any idea or activity that doesn't directly benefit him and add to his hidden bank accounts.

3 South Themes

So! Our country and the world entered 2020 with 3 South themes once again running in the background of society: 'traumatic transformation; deep emotions (with saboteur Pluto involved); sudden endings of relationships, possibly with a younger person (paraphrasing Brady's Predictive Astrology). Society has definitely been transformed - but into what we don't yet know. For clues we can search historical events of 1208 but there aren't very many except for the typical murders, fires, and some papacy action (Jupiter-Pluto!) if you care to look.

Meanwhile, there are two culprits returning in 2020 to the scene of the 1208 'crime': Jupiter and Pluto. For as you know, the two 'big money' planets (of the Fed, corporate bankers, hidden wealth, underworld financiers, the Vatican Bank) have met and will meet in Great Conjunction three times through 2020: 1. April 5th @24Cap53; 2. June 30th @24Cap06; and 3. November 12th @22Cap52, with the third conjunction activating Trump's natal Vertex of fated encounters, possible job change, and/or wish fulfillment (22Cap51). If his nibs longs for a new job I hope his wish comes true!

So in the initial eclipse chart, Plutocracy's Jupiter-Pluto duo of 1208 have a starring role as they rise together in 1st house with plans to exploit and plunder all they can through each generation (conjunct the karmic South Node suggesting inherited wealth and bad blood). And if we look to 1208 Pluto's sign and degree it seems significant to me that 1208 Pluto = Donald Trump's natal 12th house Pluto which always brings along his cruelest natal midpoint picture, Mars-Saturn = Pluto: 'death of many people; brutality; destruction; intervention of a higher power' (Ebertin).

Now as you see, the key planet in the eclipse chart is Mercury Rx @26Leo58 conjunct Trump's natal Mars with the pair typically suggesting potentials for political activities, strong opinions and debates, crankiness, criticism, and involvement in lawsuits and controversies. Or I should say that Trump's birth in 1946 timed a Mars-to-Mercury transit for the 1208 eclipse. Either way, the planetary contact time links the eclipse to his nibs and suggests verbal combat particularly since he's a globally known figure who is intimately involved with America's dire Covid-19 conditions and, whether he admits it or not, is responsible for (mis) managing the Neptunian pandemic. And as you see, contagious Neptune leads the tilt of a BOWL shape in 1208 with the unoccupied section of the horoscope representing challenges to existence. Among other factors, this points to the December 2019 3 South Solar Eclipse in Saturn-ruled Capricorn and encapsulates its themes of traumatic transformation and endings of relationships along with karmic Saturn's government, law, and business involvement, plus, issues of limitation, restriction, and working in isolation. Yes, certain companies and share holders (including politicians) are gaining huge profits from the virus as I'm sure you've heard. DC Horoscope: Lunar Eclipse Aug 7, 2017 and the Planets of Mr. Trump

Here is the Lunar Eclipse horoscope of August 7, 2017 set for the White House, Washington DC (as representative of America). The eclipse perfects at 2:10:34 pm edt @15AQ25 in the 3rd house of Communications, Primary Education, Siblings, Short Journeys, and the Lower Mind. Its Prenatal Solar Eclipse (PE) @8Pis12 in the 19 South Saros Series (Feb 26, 2017) is in the 4th house with mysterious Neptune Rx and wounded healer Chiron (which is unaspected) in secretive Pisces. Yet the Aquarian Lunar Eclipse is the mate of the next Solar Eclipse of August 21, 2017 @29Leo (at Midheaven of this eclipse chart!), a critical and impatient 29th degree, in the 1 North Saros Series, aka, The Mother of All Eclipses. This was the Fixed Cross Solar Eclipse of August 11, 1999 that seer-astrologer Nostradamus predicted and had 'terror' and difficult financial implications for the New Millennium.

Hour: Mercury (in 10th house of Public Status and Career @10Vir27, sign of the critic, the author, the teacher, the scientist) and chart-ruler Mars (11Leo43 in 9th house and just having passed Mr. Trump's natal Pluto, a karmic period of investments and investigations when taking revenge brings perilous results. As you see, Trump's natal Mars rising at his 29Leo Ascendant is at Midheaven along with royal star Regulus (success if revenge is avoided--otherwise, all that's been gained will be taken away), and the 8th house Venus @8Can16 conjoins Mr. Trump's natal Mercury which stimulates his urge to communicate and denotes a potential for good news.

However, Mercury opposes deceitful Neptune and we must remember that Mr. Trump was born under the influence of a fact-distorting, indiscreet Mercury-Neptune square (the sneaky mind - Oken); the Virgo-Pisces polarity is intercepted in the chart indicating something hidden and karmic (reaping what's been sown) affecting conditions in August. With the square, one tends to fantasize and create a personal version of the truth and we've certainly noted this tendency in Mr. Trump in previous posts, thanks to his Mercury-Neptune square.

As the horoscope shows, the Lunar Eclipse in DC manifests across the 3/9 axis so that karmic communications concerning foreign lands and people may be one thing described here with issues involving Education and one's Philosophy possibilities as well. And the 11th house Jupiter @17Lib57 ('18Libra' = "Two Men Placed Under Arrest"...neg: total inappropriateness of impulse and act" - Jones) is in process of completing Mr. Trump's current Jupiter Return (17Lib27). The third of three conjunctions to his natal Jupiter perfects on August 4, 2017 and spotlights the ongoing transit of Pluto square natal Jupiter, a period when more powerful and influential people block efforts at Jupiterian expansion. In fact, it's a time when taking oneself too seriously or exaggerating one's importance negatively affects activities in the realms of Politics, Public Relations, War, and Diplomacy.

Personal Relationship Concerns

As we see in the chart, another cosmic spotlight is cast once again by transit Saturn, the restrictive lesson-bringer and taskmaster, hitting Mr. Trump's natal Moon-South Node conjunction, an ouch! transit if there ever was one. As a Full Moon personality, relationships are prominent in Donald Trump's life but recently the word divorce has surfaced in the media concerning Donald and Melania Trump's marriage (but that's their business, imo). Meanwhile, transit Saturn also opposes his natal Sun (22Gemini) so that ego (Sun) is squelched (Saturn), and his or a family member's health may be affected by Saturn (bones, teeth, skin, calcification, a growth or blockage, etc).

In order of occurrence, the following list of Solar and Lunar Eclipses of 2014 contains brief details for each and includes the Sun-Moon blend Images for Integration which provide word pictures to describe the coordinated blending of Sun (conscious) and Moon (unconscious) energies for each period of time influenced by each eclipse. Naturally, Lunar periods overlap Solar periods which form the background of our astrological motifs for 2014:

1. April 15 Total Lunar Eclipse @25Lib15 (tax day!); Sun Ari-Moon Lib is a Fire-Air combo, a 'live wire' full of ideas enthusiastically expressed: "A conductor leads an orchestra with passionate conviction and a vibrant, pulsating organism of musical perfection is created to the ecstatic uplifting of the audience."

Sun Sco-Moon Sco is a double Water combo that overflows with feelings, imagination, and intensity; "A pile of manure slowly permeates the deeper soil as the November rains soak the still, dark garden...A millionaire businessman establishes a foundation for medical research."

This double Water blend is shared natally by Howard Baker, Georgia O'Keefe, and Bram Stoker whose character Dracula waxed a bit poetic with, "Ah, sir, you dwellers in the city cannot enter into the feelings of the hunter."

On May 5, 2023 a Lunar Eclipse perfects @14Sco58 which conjuncts the Moon in the 1913 Federal Reserve Act Horoscope shown here, upper right; lower left is the May 5th Scorpio Lunar Eclipse Horoscope; both charts are set for Washington DC. As you know, the Taurus-Scorpio 2/8 polarity is the Big Business axis of greed, corporations, finance, and investment, and you'll notice that the powerful Sun-Pluto opposition (upper right corner) of December 23, 1913 tops the 6:02 pm est horoscope at the Goal Point - and the Sun @1Capricorn 'acts as an agent for or against structural collapse':

Additionally, we should mention that the May 5th Lunar Eclipse falls upon America's Inaugural Ascendant-Descendant axis of January 20th at noon, the Oath of Office, so the White House and/or presidency are likely to be somehow reflected, or disrupted, in May by the upcoming Scorpio Lunar Eclipse. Plus, President Biden was born with Mars, Mercury, Sun, and Venus in Scorpio, if it matters.

DC Horoscopes: December 23, 1913 and May 5, 2023

Moon @15Scorpio, the Eagle Point of Regeneration, conjuncts fixed star Zuben Elgenubi with its keyphrase, positive social reform. However, in Astrology when this star conjuncts Luna, the cosmic picture can darken to levels of disappointment, anxiety, and wrongful accusations which seem these days to be the required fuel for Washington DC politics to run on, at least as a tactic for far-right saboteurs.

But then again, yours truly is one of those skeptics who thinks that Fedhead Jerome Powell is raising interest rates (as if) to control inflation when it's primarily corporate greed driving the financial jalopy so that the Biden adminstration can take the blame for the US economy possibly running into a ditch - at least as planned within the fevered brains of far-right Republicans who have peculiar domestic and foreign masters to please. After all, politicians' wildly inflated incomes depend upon their compliance by which they hope to avoid being primaried in 2024 and thus losing their posh seats.

So will the rays of the May 5th Scorpio Full Moon Eclipse lift a veil or two on previous or present financial secrets? Will leaked information cause a financial and/or political scandal or yet another controversy spawned by wild conspiracy theories? Or, is the Lunar Eclipse a cosmic signal that the American people (Moon 1913) are being bamboozled once again by a tone deaf Federal Reserve of 2023 prescribing an erroneous solution that only makes things worse and causes massive job lay-offs? We'll both have to stay tuned to find out. My vote goes to Zuben Elgenubi's positivity!

Additional notes re Jerome Powell: born February 4, 1953 in Washington DC, no known birth time but a noon chart shows Sun @15Aquarius, Moon @17Libra, Jupiter @12Taurus, and Saturn strong at Direct Station @27Libra and exalted. Of particular interest is Mr. Powell's Prenatal Solar Eclipse ('PE") @28Leo conjunct royal Regulus which manifested on August 20, 1952 in the difficult 8 South Saros Series ('loss; separation': B. Brady) because an 8 South eclipse repeats on October 2, 2024 @10Libra.

Therefore, 8 South is the PE of both Election 2024 and Inauguration 2025. My suspicion, unfortunate as it is, is that all this cosmic solar-lunar synchronicity in May and October 2023 could be a page or two from the far-right script meant to undermine democracy, disrupt our social fabric, and demolish the Democratic Party on behalf of a dystopian government take-over such as was seen via the failed January 6, 2021 'maga' coup - a rehearsal, if you will.

Yet perhaps we can agree that one of the comforts of using an astrological lens to study such events, conditions, individuals, and disruptions is that forewarned is forearmed!

Winter Solstice 2019 and a Scorpio Moon

December 21, 2019: Between the House Vote to impeach Trump (December 18th) and family holiday plans and celebrations there's been no time to publish the Winter Solstice 2019 Horoscope so I'll add a few chart notes here along with my drawing, Blue Winter's Path.

Winter Solstice December 21, 2019:

Sun to 00Cap00:00 at 11:19:40 pm est (Washington DC horoscope); 3rd quarter Moon (crisis in consciousness phase), solar hour, with Sun in 4th house focusing on Real Estate, Mining, Roots, the Domestic Scene, Security, and Endings, and Moon @9Sco00 in 2nd hou$e leading a BOWL shape of planets. We The People are feeling Scorpionic these days and on into 2020 at least until Spring Equinox 2020 (March 19 with Moon in Aquarius). And naturally, intense, brooding Scorpio involves such realms as research, investigation, spying and surveillance, Big Business, death, the occult, and regeneration. Death and regeneration resonate with the 'traumatic transformation via news received or short journeys' and 'sudden endings of associations possibly with a young person' vibes of the December 26, 2019 3 South Solar Eclipse @4Cap06 with Capricorn's governmental, legal, business, investment, authority, and accountability connotations.

Also in 4th house with the Sun are protective, expansive, broadcasting Jupiter @4Cap24 (heralding the Christmas 2019 Eclipse which Jupiter will conjunct), Saturn @20Capricorn, a critical-crisis degree, and powerful Pluto @22Cap04 sitting upon the natal Vertex of Donald Trump (22Cap51 = karmic encounters) where the Saturn-Pluto Conjunction will perfect on January 12, 2020. Saturn's position at Winter Solstice also portends the January 10, 2020 Lunar Eclipse @20Cancer conjunct Castor, a revealing lunar eclipse which may provide information about a Senate Impeachment trial in early 2020. And obviously, the January 10th Lunar Eclipse is the Syzygy Moon of the Saturn-Pluto rendezvous approximately 2 days later plus, the Christmas 2019 Solar Eclipse is the karmic conjunction's Prenatal Eclipse ('PE'). Additionally, the January 2020 Lunar Eclipse helpfully provides clues concerning our collective reaction to the December 2019 Solar Eclipse conditions and events with the two eclipses emphasizing the Cancer-Capricorn security axis and its home vs career issues and concerns. Sign rulers Moon and Saturn suggest ambition and strategy although some indication of depression or emotional suppression may be involved--and yes, the harsh Saturn-Pluto Conjunction in January may add to such difficulties for some folks depending on how the conjunction affects their planets.

Also in the Winter Solstice 2019 chart is a hint of freedom-closeness issues (Moon-Uranus oppo) along with the lunar-led BOWL pattern's tendency to suggest people on a mission and/or the advocacy of a cause (Jones). (Impeaching and removing Trump perhaps? A majority of Americans want that, please). And naturally, intense, brooding Scorpio involves such realms as research, investigation, spying, surveillance, Big Business, Insurance, Debt and Credit, death, the occult, and regeneration. To me, 'death' and 'regeneration' resonate with the 'traumatic transformation via news received or short journeys' and 'sudden endings of associations possibly with a young person' vibes of the December 26, 2019 3 South Solar Eclipse @4Cap06 with Capricorn's governmental, legal, business, investment, authority, and accountability connotations. Note that 3 South eclipses have occurred in the years 1911, 1929, 1947, 1965, 1983, and 2001. And here's what I hope is only a cosmic curiosity: the 3 South Solar Eclipse of November 1, 1929 perfected @9Scorpio, the position of the Winter Solstice 2019 Moon.

So as you can see, the "Black Tuesday" Crash of 1929 occurred under the influence of the close-enough 3 South Eclipse in 'Big Business' Scorpio.

Another significant factor in the horoscope set for DC at Winter Solstice 2019: 20Vir34 rises which brings up fixed star Denebola (out of the mainstream; to go against society) and this star conjoins the natal Midheaven of Joe Biden. Is there a 2020 Campaign message about candidate Biden's aspirations here? What do you think?

However, the chart's Midheaven @19Gem15 places Trump's natal 10th house trio of Uranus-North-Node-Sun smack dab upon the most visible point of the chart and gives Winter Solstice 2019 Geminian and Uranian flavors with all that Mercury-ruled Gemini and the disruption and radical reforms of shocking Uranus (Trump's guiding planet). So in relation to Uranian Trump's conduct, we may expect a continuation of duplicity, quirkiness, deception, chaos, upsets, change, superficiality, insults, protests, many communications, gossip, commerce, trade, travel, new and fluctuating ideas and plans, to spew out of his quixotic, sneaky mind.

Winter Solstice 2019's Cosmic Weather

Yes, there are several other chart factors of note, but let's close with a few indications of the Earth-Water Sun Capricorn-Moon Scorpio combination of energies which necessarily must involve the signs' malevolent rulers Saturn, Mars, and Pluto. As a trio, these three karmic culprits suggest Trump's enraged, brutal, even murderous, natal midpoint picture of Mars-Saturn = Pluto. That he intends to take revenge for the Democrats' vote to impeach is a given especially considering his natal Mars rising with royal star Regulus (success if revenge is avoided; if not, all that been gained will be taken away). From all indications (plus, his retaliating nature), revenge will not be avoided. So for now, Big T is like a cobra ready to strike. And the Winter Solstice 2019 North Node @8Can25 in 10th house (the head of the dragon) continues to direct us toward Trump's natal Mercury (8:51) while transit South Node (the tail of the dragon) is ready to swipe transit Jupiter (conflicts of interest; social and ethical aims clash with prevailing customs; and/or obstacles due to bad timing--Sakoian and Acker.)

But back to the Sun-Moon combo of energies - first, an apt quote from Clement Atlee, rival of Churchill, who was probably born under the influence of the Capricorn-Scorpio personality blend: "Democracy means government by discussion but it is only effective if you can stop people talking." I shall assume he was criticizing government's tendency toward 'all talk and no action' (aka, all hat, no cattle) which gets little if anything useful done. Excessive propaganda and overblown boasting fit in there somewhere.

Yet Earth-Water is a practical, nourishing combo with the innate wisdom to know what is important and what is not. Sun Capricorn-Moon Scorpio (best results when leaders and the people work together) supplies courage, dedication, and a "heroic strength of character." The ambition of Capricorn blends with Scorpio's passion and emotional self-control which often creates an attraction to law and social reform, plus, the pair supplies the knowledge that we'd better be prepared for future attacks. Knowing where we stand on significant issues is a must which relates quite easily to campaign proposals and policies touted by the 2020 candidates. All of them including Trump if he manages to stand for re-election. Common sense is definitely a feature of this blend so, personally speaking, if voting for Trump in 2020 (which is a vote for Putin) seems like common sense to you, Lord please help America.

A Coup Attempt *Before* Election 2024?

Cosmic Signposts Include a Lunar Eclipse in March

When we recently discussed how 8 South themes will affect Election 2024, I had not yet run across a tweet from @TheJackHopkins which lays out possibilities for Trump and his enablers to stage a second fascist take-over attempt before the November 2024 Election. Mentioned in his tweet is the disturbing fact that America has multiple military bases in Southern states, including several in one of the original secessionist states, Texas, where the upcoming total Great American Eclipse will enter our country on April 8, 2024, bringing 8 North themes of visions and dreams.

Now the March total lunar eclipse in Libra is enough of a signpost for our risky times especially coming after the forceful, angry 7 South Solar Eclipse of October 14, 2023, but since Mr. Hopkins also mentioned that potential time frames (for the sake of an attack's surprise element) could likely include late February 2024 or March 2024, I was compelled to take a look at the lunations manifesting in the months of February and March 2024 (see the list, below).

As it turns out, interesting cosmic time links exist most prominently including the Lunar Eclipse of March 25th occurring just prior to the April 8th Solar Eclipse in pioneering, Mars-ruled Aries. Trump's Neptune, planet of secrets, fraud, disguise, big dreams, and deception will be under the eclipse spotlight, and his Chiron-Jupiter in 2nd house, will be roped in as well. They are a trio, after all.

So obviously, the legal cases against him will also be on display under the Full Moon along with his Neptunian lies, fraud, theft, and intrigue - and perhaps more disastrously than before. We'll have to see, won't we? As for the very day of the Libra Lunar Eclipse, the current schedule shows his New York Election Interference Trial listed for March 25th but the date is subject to change, of course.

Moon Eclipses: Inconvenient Facts, Secrets, Scandals

Above is a bi-wheel of the March 25, 2024 Lunar Eclipse with Trump's natal horoscope surrounding it. As you see, the eclipse lands directly upon Herr T's 2nd house Neptune and astro-notes are penned on for your consideration. Transit Sun opposing his natal Neptune is signficant as well for it marks a time when fantasies, wishful thinking, and distorted perceptions based on emotional biases are under scrutiny - for him, in a court room, or otherwise.

The Lunar and Solar Eclipses of 2019 with Themes

August 15, 2018: Now that the last eclipse of this year has perfected on August 11, 2018 as 'The Tower Eclipse' during which season the 2018 Midterms will take place, let's look ahead to a chronological list of the Solar and Lunar Eclipses of 2019 with brief details of eclipse planets' links to the natal charts of America (1776) and Donald J. Trump (1946):

1. Partial Solar Eclipse January 6, 2019 @15Cap25 in the 2 South Saros Series with a theme of: 'joining unusual groups and feeling a great deal will be gained'; 2 South's initial eclipse occurred on April 17, 991 (OS) @1Tau47, the spot in the Zodiac where transit Uranus continues to ruffle off and on. As you know, eclipses are 'wild cards of the Universe' and 'cosmic blinks' that disrupt, intervene, reveal, and/or cause a complete change of direction in similar fashion to astrological Uranus, planet of chaos and Trump's guiding planet (his 'inner voice' of 'intuition' in Mercurial Gemini). For 00Taurus is the 'trigger degree' of Adolf Hitler, his natal Sun degree (00Tau48) through which it gained a reputation for triggering violence or military action of a forceful, invading kind when activated--and transit Uranus is known for such ability although as a catalyst Uranus may act early, on time, late, or never.

So 2 South's influence begins in late December 2018 (up to two weeks before January 6) and affects the first half of 2019; this is an unpredictable period and since planet Uranus is America's 'totem planet' of rebellion and war, the Pentagon may lead our nation into what once would have been uncharacteristic actions and reactions (though some might say Not so uncharacteristic but aggressive--similar to a belligerent man with Mars rising). Plus, the association of Uranus with Aquarius and with groups and causes suggests that efforts of the current administration (if it remains in the White House into 2019 as I suppose) will result in the break-up and reordering of the Trans-Atlantic Alliance and perhaps of other traditional bonds. For as we've seen, knee-bowing Trump does just like Putin would do!

2. Total Lunar Eclipse January 21, 2019 @00Leo51 opposes US POTUS Sun (00AQ48 for Trump 2017) and as you see from its date occurs just after the 2019 Solar Return to the 2017 Inauguration horoscope (inner chart); will the eclipse bring full awareness or even a culmination of some kind related to the US presidency? The Syzygy Moon (previous lunation) of this Lunar Eclipse is the Solar Eclipse of January 6 which isn't always the case so January 2019 should be a very eventful month.

3. Total Solar Eclipse July 2, 2019 @10Can37 (between US Jupiter and Sun) in the 3 North Saros Series (the PE series of the 9/11/01 WTC attacks) with themes of 'news that transforms a situation possibly involving young people; information causes worry and obsession and large plans are formed but don't "get carried away."' Apparently, security measures, business, finances, funding, and/or currency issues are involved as perhaps secrets and scandals revealed with this eclipse almost in time to act as a national birthday present.

Annular Solar Eclipse December 26, 2019 @4Cap06 in the 3 South Saros Series and opposes US natal Venus in Cancer (2--4 Cancer) and US natal Jupiter (5--6 Cancer) continuing what is mainly 2019's Cancer-Capricorn themes across the Home and Security axis with its ambitious or depressive Moon-Saturn influences that stretch into 2020 and include the next Great Conjunction of Saturn and Pluto. 3 South contains potentials for 'sudden and (what could be deeply emotional) endings of relationships, possibly with young people'; Pluto @10Leo15 is strongly involved in 3 South's initial eclipse of August 13, 1208 (OS) @27Leo10 which conversely conjoins the natal Mars rising of Donald Trump--and curiously enough, we might say that Mr. Trump's natal Pluto (unaspected in his 12th house) @10Leo02 is a sort of 'Pluto Return' to the initial eclipse's Pluto of 1208.
