Cosmic Blinks: 2025's "Wild Card" Eclipses

Viewing Year 2025 through the cosmic lens of the year's disruptive "Wild Card" Eclipses reveals emphases on the signs of Aries (one solar) and the Virgo-Pisces victim-savior axis (one solar, both lunars). This spotlights or activates the planets Mars (Aries), plus, Mercury, Jupiter and Neptune (Virgo-Pisces) for Cosmic Blink imperatives sent from Above. Changes of direction in earthly events will likely occur and secrets and/or inconveient facts are set to be uncovered.

So today, for my Friday end-of-the-week post, you see below a dual image of the two Solar Eclipses of 2025 in the 9 New North and the 9 New South Saros Series, along with a dual image of both Total Lunar Eclipses of 2025.

Meanwhile, here are the four eclipses of 2025 set for Washington DC as a symbol for America; first, the Solar Eclipses:

And below are the Lunar Eclipses. As you see, the first eclipse of 2025 is the Total Lunar Eclipse of March 14th @23Vir56 which conjuncts US 1776 Neptune and squares our 1776 Mars in Gemini. This eclipse ruffles our nation's problematic Mars-Neptune square with its "unconscious habit patterns not appropriate to present reality" (Sakoian and Acker), plus, misdirected motivations, and the fog of war.

Underlying it all is the Moon-Neptune pairing which suggests potentials for refined feelings, subconscious stirrings, faulty assimilation of impressions, illusions and self-deception, oversensitivity, a lack of confidence, strange notions (R. Ebertin) - and the same old mass delusion aligned with our beguiling fantasy that Tr*mp will continue to exploit to the utmost:

By now the world knows that Donald Tr*mp has coup'd the White House and will be inaugurated into office (his hand on the Bible? How so? Will it be held upside down?) via the Presidential Oath to protect and defend the US Constitution, the freedom document he plans to toss in a trash bin, our civil rights with it. Only czarish oaths to his nibs will have any meaning for Mr. Tr*mp and for VP Vance who will follow him - Vance, put in position by billionaire Peter Thiel. Members of the billionire class have invested a lot of bucks and have big plans for Mr. Vance.

To astrologers not enthralled to the harsh authoritarian mindset, Be Ready To Defend America even as we look back with sad disbelief at yesterday's election and the November 1st predictive New Moon in Scorpio, sign of betrayal. On a personal note, my uncles who fought Nazis in WWII and my Revolutionary War ancestors who sacrificed, fought, and died to help set up this country are cruelly dishonored, if they could know about this fascist coup. Instead, I must know on their behalves. And so I write SO'W for 18+ years while hoping for a better America.

As for Eclipse Cycles repeating through the years and rhyming via similar historical events, 2024 Eclipses are repeating from 1934 in the 8 North and 8 South Series, the year that Herr Ad*lf became president of Germany, if you get my drift; here's the horoscope with astro-notes penned on:

No, our fight for freedom and democracy isn't over, it's beginning!

Yet with the current fascist ascension, we must expect a time of trouble with wild cards such as El*n Mu*k and B*bby Kenn*dy, Jr lined up to take over various departments of government to kleptocratically ruin and embezzle what they can. That's if faithless Tr*mp keeps his promises to them. Subsequently, a Large Looting will ensue with or without them, so a global financial crash is expected, and the crypto-currency hoax will be favored to undermine the US dollar.

Then another cash cow for thieves will be our social safety net programs, now at risk more than ever before, and this itself will undermine the US economy since consumerism and buying power will be significantly reduced or taken away. Obviously, much suffering will result for seniors and others, and America's enemies will be so proud of their favorite insurrectionist fox back in the hen house where he can commit the American Carnage he threatened on Inauguration Day 2017 (horoscope shown). Plus, as you know, the Catholics on the Supreme Court gave him a pass for criminal acts. Word is, prosecutor Jack Smith has closed his investigations of the orange felon and has packed his bags.

Election 2024

So! Very badly done, male voters of America - and the Latino voters who pulled up the ladder behind themselves. You succumbed to the influence of the brooding Scorpio Moon of Inauguration 2017, and allowed moneybags Jupiter in duplicitous Gemini Rx and moving back and forth among Tr*mp's 10th house Sun-North-Node-Uranus trio to seduce you and pretend to add to your bottom lines. Good luck with that, you'll need it with the orange grifter back in the White House running roughshod over our society, animated by the revenge on his mind. You assume that you and yours will be spared his wrath but that's yet to be seen. Look up "cut off nose to spite face" in the dictionary and there you'll be.

Plus, even more women can ble*d out in parking lots for lack of health care, chumps.

Yet another factor may be that the traditional apathy of the American people took over and voters stayed home on the sofa so that others could do the lifting. We discussed this in a vintage Jude's Threshold post concerning the unconscious Uranus-Neptune square of July 4, 1776. (Count their positions backward from Neptune @22Virgo to Uranus @9Gemini; the post displays a Scorpio Rising horoscope but the positions of both planets are the same). This hidden square seems to me to be one of multiple astrological indicators influencing yesterday's pivotal situation, and others past, present, and future.

And though it's beyond the scope of this post, we can even look back as far as certain Jamestown Colony conditions of 1619 if we have the time and interest to do so.

Now here's a bit about the Sabian Symbol of the (2017 and) 2025 Scorpio Moon/s:

9 Scorpio+ rounded-up to "10 Scorpio": "A Fellowship Supper Reawakens Unforgettable Ties": "FRATERNITY; negative expression: surrender of individual distinction and exaltation of naive animality" (Jones). However, the "fraternity" may not be the pro-society kind, more like the hooded kind.

Additionally, here are Horoscopes of the Solar and Lunar Eclipses that influenced Election 2024 and which continue to do so. The first perfected in muddle-headed Pisces, then the 8 South Solar Eclipse manifested with its difficult themes of loss, separation, and sad partings (B. Brady). Astrologers warned but not enough voters listened. Or, too many voters are fans of racism, sadism, Plutonian animalism and criminality on steroids, as it turns out.

Meanwhile, a target is on the US Constitution, as you know, so it may be significant that the freedom document's next Jupiter Return occurs in 2025 - on May 19th to be exact. The document's current return period began on June 5, 2013 @25Gem22 - and Jupiter was conjunct South Node (1Can09) in 1787, with mundane Jupiter being the planet of freedom, freedom of movement, a freedom movement, expansion, and exploration. Yes, Election 2024 Jupiter is in Gemini, as noted, but retrograde. This backward condition did not aid the Harris-Walz Campaign with its freedom slogan and campaign song by Beyonce.

11 South Eclipses: dissolved systems and removals

In December 2017, we considered the Horoscope of Russia - Flag Raised which marks the official moment that the Soviet Union turned into "Russia." Upheaval in society and in government had been occurring for a few years as we read on the events' Wikipedia page, Dissolution of the Soviet Union. And as you know, "dissolution" is one of mundane Neptune's favorite activities.

Crazily, in the Russia - Flag Raised Horoscope linked, above, the IC (Basis-Foundation-Root Point) is @9Sco58 which conjoins the position of the November 1, 2024 predictive New Moon Prior to our 2024 Election @9Sco35. Also, the Scorpio New Moon Horoscope of November 1st shows Russia's 1991 Venus-Pluto Conjunction in Scorpio rising (21/22 Scorpio) which suggests those who wield a fascinating influence upon the public.

Incidentally, Russia's 1991 IC was conjoined by the Inauguration 2017 Moon @9Sco21 which could add to the case of Russia's multi-pronged pro-Donald interference in our 2016 Election. And/or the contact symbolizes agent Trump's 2017 voters being emotionally all-in with his Russia connection and his idolatry of dictator Put*n. According to the November 1st New Moon, these lunar connections continue.

Meanwhile - and believe it or not! - the aim of this post is to publish the Horoscope of the 11 South Eclipse of August 2, 2027 @9Leo55 (shown above) with its themes of "systems fail; new methods or ideas are needed to deal with events; any blocks may be violently or tragically removed" (paraphrasing B. Brady).

A sad example of this theme occurred under the influence of the 11 South Eclipse of July 11, 1991 (conjunct Casolaro's natal Mercury - conjunct the sometimes murderous star Castor) for writer Danny Casolaro was "violently or tragically removed" by "suicide" as he worked on a book about a global criminal network he called, The Octopus.

As for Trump himself, will 11 South eclipse energies that conjunct his Pluto = Mars-Saturn in 2027 be utilized by his nibs against others or will they land upon his felony-prone head? Well, since Astrology is an AC-DC type of situation, things could go either way - or both ways all at once.

Information found via the Wikipedia page concerning America's Robber baron class of the Gilded Age resonates from the 19th century through to our era of American Plutocracy, corporate fascists, thieving demagogues, corrupt politicians, and others who exploit the masses in order to build and protect their fortunes. Win at any cost is their tiresome refrain, no matter the collateral damage along with the degradation of society.

Meanwhile, adding a bit of Eclipse Astrology to the cosmic picture of anti-societal manipulators obssessed with power and wealth may be of interest to a dear reader such as yourself.

Eclipses Place Historical Events in Context

Themes of 2 Old North, a difficult series of unfortunate news; issues of separation or endings of unions; things look glum but outcomes can be positive if fast action is taken (B. Brady). Is it curious that this happens to be the Prenatal Eclipse Series ('PE') of John Wilkes Booth and Donald Tr*mp, two Mars-Pluto kind of guys?

So below is a list of Solar and Lunar Eclipses for the years 1891 and 1892. The Total Eclipse of influence upon Modern Humanity (as timed by Neptune-Pluto Conjunctions of 1891/92) manifested in the 2 Old North Saros Series on April 26, 1892 @7Tau05:06: that's Venus-ruled Taurus, a money sign of possession, growth, and The Bull of Wall Street. We can add intolerance toward others to the Taurean mix, which is a nice way to avoid mentioning their racism and bigotry.

Eclipses of 1891 and 1892:

Messily penned on the above list are a few notes regarding the prominent, forceful, overriding planetary duo of Mars and Pluto which form a cosmic time link between years 072 and 1892!

Of course, these are not the only cosmic influences during either of those years yet the duo points toward the escalating level of violence of our time now affecting cultures around the world, and with the two planets specifically aligning in opposition in time for US Election 2024 in November with many of America's plutocrats, corporate types, and complicit politicians joined together in league to collapse our country, destroy democracy, and undermine the US dollar so that "crypto-currency" can take over (a la Musk and Thiel in particular, former PayPal partners).

One clue of this? That the initial 2 Old North Eclipse of June 24, 072 was conjoined in July 1776 by America's Jupiter @5Can56 with its revealing Sabian Symbol for "6 Cancer": "Game Birds Feathering Their Nests." And isn't that what corrupt politicians, their greedy enablers, and anti-democracy corporatists have been up to ever since - at our expense? Besides, Jupiter-Eclipse energies combined indicate issues of immorality and unethical behavior.

Neptune-Pluto of the Criminal Underworld

Now according to Astrology, the cosmic clock of Modern Humanity is timed by Neptune Conjunct Pluto 3 times: 1. August 2, 1891 @8Gem38; 2. November 5, 1891 @8Gem19; 3. April 30, 1892 @7Gem42. As you see, a midpoint picture forms with US 1776 Uranus (8Gem55), and humanity remains under its sway of potentials for:

Impersonal attitudes about destructive or antisocial activities; unusual means to escape from or change reality; going to extremes with drugs (M. Munkasey); possibly aberrant behavior; disruption to gain recognition; adventurous ego thrust; making waves to get to shore; courage (N. A Vast Rei*h-Wing Conspiracy of Global Proportions vs Democracy

Among other things, the combined energies of the Neptune-Pluto duo represent Underworld Crime and their Syndicates, often described as organized crime and/or mobsterism. My suspicion is that the 1891/92 conjunctions in early Gemini landing upon US 1776 Uranus and occurring during the Robber baron/Gilded Age time frame spotlights today's crop of Uranian Utopians: the zealots, rebels, secessionists, and anarchists of the Maga persuasion - unethical scofflaws who break laws and traditions with abandon and resent any attempts to hold them accountable. And this is the exact opposite of our framers' founding idea: that man is capable of governing himself - without the oppression of monarchy.

Yes, that's Utopianism for you - the idea that man is in no need of laws and can do as he "will." So perhaps we can agree that many so-called "Maga" folks are linked to criminality yet other associations cannot be ruled out whether involving various trafficking activities, financial and religious scams, protection rackets, bribes and favors, political chicanery and/or the occult.

So this is today's spot check on Modern Humanity. No, we don't actually need Astrology or Eclipses to tell us that things aren't all together peachy at the moment, certainly not for everyone. However, astrological principles can help put things in perspective - at least until we get our ducks in a row - and get them we shall!

The Solar Eclipse of Opus Dei

During all the brou-ha-ha the last few years as the US Supreme Court bench was successfully populated with the bums of theocratic "conservative" judges through confirmations set up and manipulated by a Federalist Society's right-wing operative named Leonard Leo among others, a secret society known as Opus Dei ("God's work") came to attention within our public discourse.

The group was founded in 1928 under the auspices of the initial (very first) manifestation of a 2 New North Solar Eclipse @26Gem21:51. And perhaps you remember that former AG Bill Barr has been revealed as an Opus Dei member. Perhaps you also remember that the theme of all 2 New North Eclipses are: "The Tower - collapse and rebuild once the dust settles" (B. Brady). Apparently, the group's goal is the collapse of America so that our democratic Republic can be "rebuilt" as a fascist theocracy akin to the Catholic Church - from whence arose Opus Dei. Why, even women were allowed to join in 1930! They must have been seen to be useful after all.

Now I won't dispute the decades of degradation in society - in the US and elsewhere - with the enthusiastic participation of the Entertainment industry (sex sells), but attempting to force one's moral and ethical values on others is a senseless endeavor, unless a resort to cruelty is the point.

For as you know, values must be internal and can never be externally forced or they'll merely be superficial, and not genuine at all. Because historically we have the era of The Inquisition/s as a stark reminder of this.

Mercurial! Opus Dei's Eclipse in Gemini

Now in Mercury-ruled Gemini, solar eclipses bring issues of logic, fluency, and coherence in communications; negatively, they tend toward superficiality, caprice, and/or "talkathons" full of little if any forethought. Polling activities may also turn up under a Gemini eclipse (R. Lineman), plus, the fact vs fiction polarity of mutable Gemini-Sagittarius tends to be ruffled by a "wild card of the Universe" eclipse in Gemini.

And so the Horoscope of the Opus Dei "revelation" (October 2, 1928: thus, its founding), is shown in a dual image, below (upper right) set for "noon". Actually, Madrid, Spain may be the more accurate location but cussedly I've set both charts for Rome, where Vatican City nestles.

As noted, the Opus Dei Society was spawned under, and influenced by, the 2 New North Eclipse of June 17, 1928, as its solar and lunar energies "ran in the background of society." Below, the 1928 Eclipse Horoscope is shown lower left, and both charts display a YOD pattern of karmic opportunity, turning point, a special task, and/or crisis for those who care to use the "Finger of God" pattern which tend to work as timing agents; a generous helping of my study notes are squooshed upon the dual image of charts:

Then as you see, rigid Saturn in religious Sagittarius is prominent (see Saturn-SN notes on chart) as is Uranus in Aries (Utopianism = lawlessness); one spot that "vessel" Trump can be found in the eclipse chart is spiritual planet Neptune conjunct Apollo (the sun god: Sol Invictus?) conjunct Herr T's rising natal Mars in Leo (rising with Apollo and royal star Regulus, it seems). As noted, the theme of 2 New North are those of "The Tower" (#16 Tarot card). How curious that poet W.B. Yeats published one of his most famous collections in 1928 titled: The Tower.

Understandably, my suspicion is that the secretive group's Quest (Jupiter-Chiron) is to force their religious beliefs upon society utilizing a self-righteous assumption of alleged intellectual superiority (Saturn is Sag as Bucket handle). Plus, mention should be included here of the Eclipse Horoscope's Mercury-Pluto Conjunction with its spying tendencies and obsession with other people's secrets.

And the Sabian Symbol of the 2 New North Eclipse degree rounded up?

"27 Gemini": "A Young Gyspy Emerges from the Woods and Gazes at Far Cities." Dr. M. E. Jones gives this Symbol's keyword as, "EXPENDITURE"; and its positive expression as: "self-release in the joy of the accomplishments of the moment; negative (unconscious/shadow side- jc) expression: "complete disinclination to enter into the ordinary relationships of society."

Well, to me this sounds on the holier than thou side. How about you?

Not Another Govt Shutdown!

House Speaker Mike Johnson has set a vote on funding which would push back on yet another (Republican) Government Shutdown. Yet Mr. Johnson is admitting that the situation is iffy.

Remember 2020 when Mr. T instigated a Christmas Government Shutdown? A December Full Moon in Cancer had spotlighted his natal 11th house Mercury @8Can51 And of course, we all know way too well about the old fella's Mercury-Neptune square of deception, fantasy, lack of discrimination - and his sneaky mind (A. Oken). His Gish gallop of lies and propaganda comes with the square for free - such a deal!

Meanwhile, Election 2024 is upon us, and some political wags are saying that Republicans will vote the keep the government open because they don't want to be tarred and feathered by a Tr*mp shutdown just prior to November 5th. Plus, the Senate won't play along in any case, and this limitation may be symbolized by lawmaker Saturn Rx @14Pis40 conjunct the 1854 Neptune of the Republican Party - the grim face of reality transit.

And so another government shutdown may or may not occur this year, but I thought as a dear reader you might wish to view a Horoscope just in case: October 1, 2024 12:01 am edt Washington DC; notable are the several fixed stars conjunct planets:

Yet actually, an October 1, 2024 shutdown would practically introduce the next Solar Eclipse of October 2, 2024 in the loss/separation 8 South Saros Series which brings along Election 2024 and Inauguration 2025. The hope I cling to is that the 8 South Eclipse degree of 10Libra falls snugly within Mr. T's natal Neptune-Chiron-Jupiter trio of grand schemes, grifts, and speculation in his 2nd house of Money, Values, Possessions, and Earning Ability.

However, we know that the loss and separation of a government shut down would, as usual, land upon - not just scheming politicians - but on the furloughed and laid-off workers affected, and all of us who depend upon the US government to fulfill its many tasks in a timely manner, automated and otherwise.

8 South Eclipse Themes Affect Election 2024

Previously, the 8 South Eclipse of October 2, 2024 has appeared here on SO'W because it's the Solar Eclipse with influence upon Election 2024 and Inauguration 2025. 8 South themes include loss, separation, sad partings, possible physical injury due to overstrain - undertaking strenuous physical activity is ill-advised (paraphrasing B. Brady). So the question becomes, what could we be talking about in 2024 into 2025?

Historical Events Rhyme as Eclipse Themes Repeat

One way to snag a few clues about 8 South's potential future events in 2024 into 2025 is to look at past occurrences of an 8 South Eclipse and the events that occurred under their influences. Perhaps the last 8 South is a good place to begin which is the 8 South of September 22, 2006 @29Vir20:06, a critical-crisis 29th degree of rash energy. And as we can see, the 8 South Eclipse of 2006 perfected the day prior to Autumn Equinox 2006, aka, the 2006 Libra Ingress. This cosmic marker in time added to the 2006 Eclipse's significance.

Note that additional clues can be found in the Lunar Eclipse Horoscope (not shown) of September 7, 2006 @15Pisces, a degree that has been activated in 2024 by various planets including Saturn. As for tonight's DNC 2024 opening in Chicago, this is the degree of VP Kamala Harris' natal 10th house Chiron in Pisces - and Saturn is the planet of authority and responsibility as President Biden speaks tonight and turns over the leadership of the Democratic Party - to VP Kamala Harris.

We should add that the ill-advised Bush-Cheney Iraq War lasted from March 20, 2003 until December 18, 2011 but its consideration is way beyond the scope of this post as are the war's difficult loss-filled events therein.

And so from September 2006 on, consider the 2006 Events in the US which include the launch of Twitter (a "public square" social platform which is pretty much lost to us already unless you're neo-nazi inclined), and ending with the execution of Iraq's dictator, Saddam Hussein, on December 30, 2006.

Pisces Moon Eclipse Sept 2024 conjuncts Pentagon's Eclipse!

All day I've worked with transits to the Pentagon's 1942 founding horoscope for there are several upcoming, significant contacts ranging from 2024 into 2026, some of which began in 2023. I could even say that there's quite a tangle of contacts, activities, and potential events involving our "Death Star" and the US military,, some positive, some not so. The Pentagon's loyal protections of We the People? Well, that this post cannot tell.

However, not wishing a SO'W post to be the length of an e-book, I've narrowed planetary contacts down to the soon-arriving Lunar Eclipse of September 17, 2024 @25Pis40 because it conjuncts the Pentagon's 16 South Eclipse Series (March 16, 1942 @25Pis45) into which the Pentagon became reality, a ceremonial creation by Freemason FDR. For as you know, the US had entered World War Two ('WWII') on December 7, 1941, the day of the Pearl Harbor Attack, and more organization of forces was needed.

As you see above, the bi-wheel with the Pentagon's 1942 Pisces Solar Eclipse (inner) and the September 2024 Lunar Eclipse (outer) also suggests ongoing planetary returns to the April 29, 1942 Horoscope such as Uranus @27Tau05/08, plus, a major transit - Neptune @28Pis35 opposing the Pentagon's Neptune @28Vir35 - an exact opposition on September 17, 2024. This echoes the recent Neptune-oppo-Neptune transit for America (1776) with the same indications: shifting ideals (from factual Virgo to the pathological and/or deceptive tendencies of Pisces), and religious and racial persecutions.

Now since every Solar Eclipse is a New Moon (the seeding of plans phase), and every Moon Eclipse is a Full Moon (the culmination, fulfillment, full awareness phase) we may find that 82 years later, the Pentagon may have an ultimate plan in place that is now ripe for fulfillment.

Or, at the least, we can say that the September 17, 2024 Lunar Eclipse will likely act as a trigger for the 16 South Eclipse's themes (listed on the chart) to "come round again" particularly in relation to possible echoes of events of 1942 which might rhyme in 2024.

These events include potentials for a drive for territoritorial control (Russia-Ukraine? Other?), the tide of war begins to turn (again, Ukraine), internment camps are set up (Project 2025?), in Technology of 1942 the first electronic computer was produced (improved communications), and/or a sudden release of tensions wherever needed.

And yes, every September 17th marks US Constitution Day so there could be action triggered in that department. Goodness knows, its principles certainly need defending!

A result that the Pentagon might be involved with any of these activities remains to be seen, plus, whatever else has been militarily planned for fulfillment - well, obviously, this post can provide only a limited view of potentials.

What we do know is that, if triggered, the themes of 16 South are quite explicit: misguided motivation, wasted energy - take no real action!

Perhaps I was too young at age 9 when I first read The Diary of Anne Frank (#ad) although there is no age that could make her diary an easy read. It is not the kind of book that ever leaves you, and may even haunt you as it has yours truly. And so the impact of diarist Anne Frank's words continues, such as these,

This I also believe with the stark exception of barbarian brutalists re-animated by the destructive spirit that roams the Earth looking for hosts and victims.

VP Harris Courts Gen Z Voters

Hey there! Would you say that Kamala Harris (is the) Gen Z meme queen? Her campaign's appeals to Gen Z members, aka, "Zoomers", are using more modern tactics in an attempt to reach them in their favorite social network lairs, and large numbers of young folks are responding and registering to vote in Election 2024 on November 5th! That merits a huge Hooray! around here.

Because if Democrats can add the Youth Vote to the Righteous Women vote, we'll create a Blue Tsunami on November 5th to drown the fascist Project 2025 agenda with its cruelty and barbarism.

Now as you know, The Gen Z age range is usually said to be those born between 1997 and 2010. This includes those old enough to vote for the very first time in the 2024 Election. This circumstance inspired a look at the Solar and Lunar Eclipses of 2006, the primary year in which 18-year-olds were born.

Significant is the fact that the two Solar Eclipses of 2006 are repeating in 2024, 18.6 years later! It's merely the eclipse cycle, and apart from the themes of the repeating eclipses, it's basically a timing issue because when a Solar Eclipse in a Saros Series that a person was born into repeats (first time for everyone, age 18), it tends to mark a very prominent and active year for that person, and may even signal a personal year to shine!

So below you see a quick (very messy) graphic that lists the Eclipses of 2006 and 2024 with their themes added which "run in the background of society" yet may not have any personal influence at all. One difference is that the 8 South of September 22, 2006 was basically an Autumn Equinox 2006 Eclipse, even though the Sun had not quite reached 00Lib00:00 - but lingered at the very end of Virgo at an impulsive, critical, under-strain 29th degree. (See the events, below, for a Virgoan-digestive health-related incident.)

However, in 2024, 8 South will fall @10Libra and influence both Election 2024 and Inauguration 2025 within Libran and Arian (Aryan?) concerns such as relationships, conflicts, war, diplomacy - and, via the balance of the Libran Scales of Justice - our critical need for fairplay:

Now to put the Gen Z generation into historical context, we can check out US Events of 2006 which lists a variety of positive and negative occurrences. Stand-outs for me include the George W. Bush SOTU Address (his Axis of Evil speech) and the now-unpopular Samuel Alito being sworn in to pontificate on the Supreme Court bench and to subsequently repeal Roe v Wade (talk about loss!) both of which occurred on January 31, 2006.

Then on February 11, VP Dick Cheney accidentally shot his lawyer in the face while quail hunting in southern Texas; and on September 15, 2006, spinach contaminated with E. coli bacteria killed 2 and poisoned over 200 people -- a tragedy close enough to the 8 South Eclipse of 2006 to be affected by 8S themes of loss and separation.

Full Moon Weekend: Will Biden Step Down?

UPDATE July 20, 2024: Adding just a mention here that the Full Moon of July 21, 2024 as shown, below, is or symbolizes a Moon Return to the Lunar Eclipse of July 21, 1861; this cosmically links the July 2024 lunation to the era of the Civil War. Is this significant to current events?

Well, I consider it to be worth consideration because of repeated right-wing calls for a second civil war, and the fact that to me, the Democrats who are pressuring President Biden to step down are doing Trump's and Putin's work for them - enemies of America with their greedy eyes plastered upon the overthrow of the US government via Election 2024, and violence if Democrats dare resist. See Events of 1861 - of a war instigated by seditionists of the same fascist-style persuasion that is now risen again.

First this: Joe Biden insists he will stay in the race despite allies urging him to 'pass the torch'. Yet a rumor floating around is, that President Biden could possibly decide this weekend to step down from his 2024 Campaign while retaining the Office of the Presidency.

Well, I'm no mind reader so I'll simply post the Full Moon Horoscope for Sunday July 21, 2024 @29Cap08 which casts a bright spotlight upon US 1776 Pluto Rx (27Cap33) and US Pluto now progressed to 29Cap32 (and Direct). You may wish to check the Sabian Symbols involved and you'll find Saturn's Symbol ("20Pisces") listed with karmic Saturn knocking at Biden's natal IC of Domestic Scene.

This significant transit times the end of one life phase, and a new phase of life beginning but it won't be an exact conjunction for President Biden's IC until February 2025 (it's penned on the chart). Having more responsibilities in the home are suggested with perhaps fewer professional duties.

Then lower left is the Lunar Eclipse Horoscope of September 17, 2024 (the US Constitution's anniversary date) @25Pis40 with nebulous Neptune hanging nearby, always ready to confuse, hide, misplace, gaslight, project, and/or obfuscate issues:

Now as you know, every Solar Eclipse is a New Moon, a time of seeding plans for new beginnings - but with a disruptive factor of 'wild card of the Universe' energy added; then the culmination stage arrives with the next Full Moon. In the case of the 8 South Eclipse of October 2, 2024, the culminating-fulfillment-awareness Full Moon perfects @24Ari35 on October 17, 2024 across the Aries-Libra axis of Relationships, Alliances, War and Diplomacy.

And as you see, in Washington DC the Aries Full Moon is Angular at sunrise so its lunar effects may be nearly instant. Then prominently, Sun and Moon are part of a Cardinal Grand Cross pattern that includes the forceful Mars-Pluto opposition, a "win at any cost" configuration of heavy-handed energies with a potential for ill-tempers to be shown. Military or police action may also be involved with Mars-Pluto so seditious militiamen come to mind.

Plus, when a Cardinal Grand Cross forms, impatience is baked into situations and oppositional challenges, yet it's cooperation and consideration of others that are the key elements if progress is to be made - if progress is wanted.

Great American Eclipse 2024 Sponsors Both DNC and RNC 2024: Dreams/Visions

According to details on the DNC 2024 Convention, the event is scheduled to be held from August 19 to August 22, 2024 at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois. On the first day of the convention, a Full Moon perfects upon America's Aquarian Moon (in the July 4, 1776 late afternoon Horoscope) with "28AQ" = "A Tree Felled and Sawed." This Aquarian Moon (1776 and 2024) is opposed by Tr*mp's natal Mars rising which describes agent orange's aggressive targeting of We the People. So here's DNC 2024's Full Moon Horoscope with a few of my study notes penned on:

RNC July 2024 then DNC August 2024

Recently we Moon-tracked RNC 2024 (July 15--18, 2024: Moon from Scorpio to Sag). The DNC 2024 Moon (from 12:00 am CDT on August 19th to the midnight hour of August 22, 2024), begins in Aquarius and floats through Pisces into Aries. Not that political events tend to occur in the middle of the night, of course, but because the mundane Moon's signs and aspects provide information concerning the moods, trends, and feeling nature of the public as a convention proceeds from opening to closing day, and perhaps a few minutes before and after.

At DNC 2024, by entering Aries, the Moon crosses the Aries Point (of global events) and the North Node of public contact (7Aries+) along her way - and while in mystical Pisces, status quo Saturn and urge-to-merge Neptune will be met. To me this suggests that topics such as our social safety net programs are on the party's agenda via the Saturn-Neptune combination.

Add this to the Full Moon conjunct 1776 Moon in the humanitarian sign of Aquarius, and cosmic conditions point toward democracy's capacity to once again vanquish the brutality of the fascism offered by the anti-American GOP and their figurehead, agent orange, dictator-wannabe and convicted felon.

At least, that's the fight I hope the Democratic Party has and is prepared for. And We the People must join the fight by Voting Blue in November!

Meanwhile, within both conventions presidential nominations will be proposed, the primary objective of national conventions, expectably occurring during the final evening with DNC Moon in Aries (RNC 2024 Moon in late Sagittarius), along with multiple speeches, an acceptance speech by the nominee, and other events. But our focus with this post is primarily on the mood of the public which includes that of convention attendees and viewers at home (voters), with publicity of and during the conventions part of the cosmic lunar picture.

Death Cult's Moon 2017 Returns in 2024

For context, when we Moon-Tracked RNC 2024, Luna ranged from 7 Scorpio to 28 Sagittarius (crossing Trump's natal Moon-South-Node conjunction of fluctuating popularity). And perhaps you remember the position of the Inauguration 2017 Moon @9Sco21 so there will be a Lunar Return during RNC 2024 for Trumpers who fantasize about that 2017 feeling, deluded folks as they are. As you know, a Scorpio Moon suggests 'fighting for survival' issues along with the fabled moodiness of Scorpio and the potential for betrayal concerns. Additionally, Trump will experience a Lunar Return during RNC 2024 which for him always denotes a Moon-to-South-Node transit--not the best indicator for good timing or for popularity. Plus, for his nibs, every single Lunar Return is always a Moon-opposite-natal-Sun transit as well, so naturally relationships are involved.

Political Conventions in 2020 Restricted by Covid-19

Nostalgically, another cosmic comparison is when we Moon-Tracked DNC and RNC in 2020 which you'll recall were held virtually due to Covid-19. Even so, the DNC Moon of July 13, 2020 began her journey in pioneering Aries, while the RNC 2020 Moon of August 24th began her travels in--you guessed it--Scorpio, yet another echo of Inauguration 2017's Scorpio Moon.

DNC August 2024 - in Chicago!

Now perhaps you'll agree that the Democratic Party seems brave (or stupid!) to hold their 2024 Convention in the same city as in 1968 considering the upheaval and violence that erupted in Chicago (staged by opponents for the most part--I watched it on my TV: hired thugs). So here's a previous post concerning the solar and lunar background influences of that time via 1968 solar eclipses which have already repeated in 2022 and that is likely a moderating factor for 2024.

Plus, in 2024, came the visionary 8 North Solar Eclipse of April 8, 2024 holding sway over both conventions, as noted, and it's the third of three Total Great American Eclipses. Well, there you have it, a sort of jumbled up assessment of DNC and RNC 2024. Le Donald and "Mama Trump"

Reams of information and opinions have been written about the presumptive Republican nominee for 2024, and when we look at the natal horoscope of Mary Anne Trump, mother of Le Donald, we find planetary contacts between them as one would expect between mother and son, uncontrollable as Uranian Donald is said to have been, and continues to be.

In fact, a "military" reform school became necessary for the little bully and it's said that the young Donald thrived there, enjoying the "hazing" among other activities. It's also said that Mama Trump left New York each summer for Scotland, her homeland, in order to get away from her son. My suspicion is that there was more to it than this, but escaping from an uncontrollable offspring would certainly have been a plus for her.

An Astrological Comparison of Planets

Handily, both Donald's and "Mama Trump"'s natal charts are RR:AA for accuracy. Below you see a bi-wheel with Mama Trump in center, Le Donald outer, plus, the "noon" natal planets of Fred ("Papa" Trump") are penned around the outside of the bi-wheel and are highlighted in green:

Four significant factors pop out to me between Mama Trump and son:

1. Both were born with Mercury-Neptune squares of fantasy, deception, tone deafness, lack of discrimination, and "the sneaky mind" (A. Oken), and 2. Donald's natal Mars @27Leo opposes his Mama's natal Moon @27AQ which echoes the same opposition between Donald and the US 1776 Moon (We the People) of July 4, 1776, late afternoon. The opposition also reveals something about the "grown-up" Donald's shabby, predatory treatment and rude insults against womankind (symbolized by his early views of Mama Trump) but the topic is beyond the scope of this brief post.

Then perhaps with number 3, we see his Moon-South-Node conjunction showing the duo's emotional alienation and estrangement from one another with separations each summer the best outlet Mama Trump could come up with to manage this unfortunate energy and the lack of sympathy it suggests. And notably, Moon-opposite-Mars is the "Don't tred on me" aspect (A. Oken)!

4. As for Mama Trump's difficulties with Baby Donald, a Lunar Eclipse @23Sag04 on the day of his birth suggests what may have been health concerns for her (Moon inconjunct both Venus and Saturn) along with any emotional issues she may have had regarding the pregnancy.

Actually, some form of violence may have been involved, and since Trump's J6 coup attempt upon the US Congress resulted in violent acts, it seems significant to me, if not to you, that his day-of-birth Lunar Eclipse was activated by the Electoral College Vote 4 South Solar Eclipse of December 14, 2020 (@23Sag08) with its themes of 'strong emotions over relationships and/or money; anger, lust; events beyond control; a sense of fatedness; a sudden urge to end unions ("ha*g Mike Pence"?); great frustration due to blocked emotions; avoid taking rash action for best results' (paraphrasing B. Brady).

And so the hostility, aggression, distaste, criticism, targeting, scapegoating, and a variety of negative emotions issuing from Mars-rising Donald's vengeful, grudge-holding personality are inherent within this configuration of conflict (Moon-Mars) with its malicious motives and this ought to be obvious, distasteful, and unacceptable to a majority of Americans as they plan to Vote for Democracy in November 2024.

Meanwhile, Le Donald continues to rebelliously act out against deep feelings of unlovability (from Mama), and the bullying he experienced via Papa Fred's powerful Pluto conjunct his natal Sun in Gemini while opposing and devastating Donald's natal Moon and Luna's reigning need (Sag). For as Donald's natal Jupiter in Libra (conjunct his Astraea, asteroid of Justice!) constantly cries into the ether to anyone who will listen, "It's not fair!"

Herr T's Bullhorn for Subversion

In recent posts yours truly has been known to fuss over how The Apprentice TV show (2004) gave NY playboy Donald a major opportunity to promote the rumor that he was a "successful businessman." If you still believe this absurd fallacy, then reading Stars Over Washington may not be for you! This is your cue to skedaddle away for best results.

Because for one thing, the good people of New York City knew then and know now that Donald was a mobbed-up "contractor" and a deadbeat in the success and finance departments. Unless we count his experience with money laundering for various entities.

Yes, it was NBC's "reality" TV show that ultimately led to Donald's 2016 campaign for the presidency and, aided by Russia, wealthy corporatists, and a hype-believing public, Donald managed to coup the White House as if he'd won the 2016 Election. And you know the rest.

NBC: A Subsidiary of Comcast

My point is that these twisted political conditions have angered me into a snit of miffdom ever since the orange blighter rode the escalator on the morning of June 16, 2015 at the Gemini New Moon and had someone pay a casting-call audience below to listen to his bigoted swill. Therefore, I must consider The Apprentice's creator Mark Burnett (follow the link, above) partially responsible for the anti-democracy campaign against America and the American people, while a large amount of blame for our predicament must also fall upon NBC, nowadays a subsidiary of Comcast.

Therefore, above is a Horoscope of the 13 South Solar Eclipse which influenced the April 19, 1939 founding of NBC TV. (NBC Radio was founded earlier on June 19, 1926 under the influence of an 18 South Eclipse of endings, partings, grief), but it's the TV division of NBC now starring in this fussy post. Of course, you notice that 1939 is the year that World War Two began when Naz* Herr Adolf invaded Poland.

Now as you can see, 13 South themes are listed on the chart, compliments of Bernadette Brady, and include some sinister energy underneath. Plus, there's a revealing square from Pluto (opposing US 1776 Pluto in Capricorn which also squares the eclipse); potentials are listed on the chart. Activist Mars @15Capricorn leads a Locomotive shape of the planets (the ruthless executive), and don't miss Saturn in Aries at Midheaven, too (see upper right corner). The two planets (actors) were possibly a team since they're in friendly Mutual Reception with one another, and Mars is exalted in Capricorn.

Then there's mass media planet Neptune Rx @21Vir01 conjunct Denebola (going against society) so basically Neptune is in process of performing a US Neptune Return (@22Vir25 in 1776) which suggests a confusing period when ideals can shift or be shifted by propaganda and/or advertising, and the mass employment situation wasn't going well as WWII was brewing abroad and the Great Depression was ruining lives.

Now in addition, the 13 South Eclipse of 1939 @28Ari43 conjoined fixed star Mirach ("girdle" of the Princess in the Andromeda Constellation with its restrictive Saturnian nature and Venusuian flavor: the ladies). Then to me, the Uranus-Midas conjunction (see below) suggests the network's (and other media outlets) tendency to create massive fortunes thanks to the radical activities of Uranus the zealous chaos-creator (ex: the J6 coup attempt, ongoing; and the old "if it bleeds, it leads" mantra of news outlets) while simultaneously taking advantage of the quirky planet's novel, innovative creative content that entertains, surprises, and delights the public - or, stirs up the masses, positively or negatively.

Plus, you also notice the Earth Grand Trine in the 13 South horoscope, a protective, creative closed circuit of energies beween Mars-Uranus-Neptune with radical planet Uranus @16Taurus conjunct gold-loving Midas, as noted, and pointing ahead toward the position of radical reactionary Uranus @16Taurus conjunct the 2022 Midterms Lunar Eclipse when rabid Maga-ites managed to infest the US House of Representatives, spouting their Russian talking points and sporting AR-15 lapel pins. Certain corporations have financially supported this - see corporate Cupido in 4th house,.

Then perhaps you remember that a German Media Baron supported the rise of Hitl*r who thought he should rule the world. Oh the compensating absurdity of some men's massive egos.

In closing, you've probably seen ProPublica's updated list of corporations that vowed to suspend their financial support of J6 politicians just after the 2021 attack yet a number of them have continued supporting election denial after all. You'll easily spy Comcast at number 5.

On The Eclipse of David Pecker

Brief Astro-Notes re: Mr. D. J. Pecker

From the Wikipedia page of David Jay Pecker, whose testimony this week in the Trump Election Interference Trial is invaluable, was born in the Bronx, NY, on September 24, 1951 with a misty, ethereal Air-Water Sun Libra-Moon Cancer personality blend of a people pleaser (The Harveys). A mixture of intellectualism, communication, sociability, and sentimentality are indicated.

So without a known birth time, here you see a dual image of Mr. Pecker's noon natal horoscope (upper right) along with a Horoscope of his Prenatal Solar Eclipse ('PE'; lower left) which manifested on September 1, 1951 @8Vir16 in the 7 South Saros Series; angry 7 South themes are penned on the chart, as is the fact that a 7 South Eclipse last occurred on October 14 2023 @21Libra and was operative until the Total 8 North Great American Eclipse arrived on April 8, 2024:

As you see, other study notes are messily penned on for the curious including the fact that David Pecker's Syzygy Moon (lunation prior to birth) was the Lunar Eclipse of September 15, 1951 @21Pis51. Born under the influences of two eclipses makes Pecker something of an "eclipse baby" along the cosmic lines of D. Trump, and this indicates an eventful life, most likely in a public spotlight. Obviously, Pecker's career in publishing and its contact with the public at large are denoted.

The Grand Schemes of Jupiter-Neptune

Also notated on the image is an interesting alignment existing @18Libra between the natal Jupiter Stationary of D. Trump (boundary-and-taboo-breaker), Pecker's natal Neptune (planet of mass media, the masses, subterfuge, cover-ups, deception, fraud and lies) and the natal Saturn of Vladimir Putin (born October 7, 1952).

The last 4 North Eclipse occurred as the Summer Solstice June 21, 2020 @00Cancer (00:21), a Cardinal World Point of manifestation and global events. Based on its Solar and Lunar Eclipses, 1966 was a Taurus-Scorpio sort of year with Uranus-Pluto-in-Virgo undertones.

A current transit to Michael Cohen's natal planets include a three-fer visit from transit Neptune to his natal Saturn Rx @28Pis05 timing an extended period of clouds and confusion for him, but also a time to find new ways to approach his own sense of authority. However, the best way for anyway to handle this transit is to depend on spiritual assets, and the presence of priestly Chiron @24Pis55 in his natal chart, where transit Neptune has already tarried, underscores such a need - spiritualism over materialism. Michael testifying for the prosecution against Snoozy Don is part of this change.

Year 1934 Eclipses Repeat in 2024

For clues about how past events may rhyme once again in our day, the Eclipses of 1934 repeat in 2024 with similar implications, influences, and potential events. These are Solar Eclipses in the 8 North and 8 South Saros Series. Below is a list of all Eclipses in 1934 and 2024 with Solar Eclipse themes included; note that the 8 North Eclipse of 1934 is the Eclipse that influenced Herr Adolf's horrific blood purge (see below), while the 8 South Eclipse of 2024 will influence the US General Election of November 5, 2024:

Apparently, mass murder in order to cement his power was Herr Adolf's "good idea," "new-found inspiration," and "vivid dream" that he picked up from the Total 8 North Eclipse themes of February 14, 1934 @24AQ38:41. This makes a measure of sense if we consider that the bizarre fellow was psychotic, bigoted, and wanted to rule the world.

Then with transit Uranus conjunct his natal Sun in 1934, Herr Adolf forever changed the course of Germany by committing a series of extrajudicial executions known as The Night of the Long Knives (June 30--July 2, 1934; aka, the blood purge) which spotlights the year 1934. Significantly, the Solar Eclipses of that year are repeating in 2024.

So yes, this is another in my series of Forewarned Is Forearmed SO'W posts. And you'll remember Trump's recent remarks about a "bloodbath," "poisoning the blood," plus, his Inaugural Address of 2017 in which he conjured an image of what he called, "American carnage". These, plus the deaths and injuries during his J6 attack on Congress, are unsavory topics, yes, but Herr T and his comrades-in-arms have returned barbarism to the front burner of our society with destruction, retaliation, and "retribution" firmly on their dystopian agenda, as revealed by the Project 2025 purging plan. The threat is real, and how hapless would you and I be not to pass this on?

For details concerning Herr Adolf's 3-day blood purge that opened the door wide to future N*zi horrors, there's a free documentary about the purge that boosted Hitler's Rise to Power Part One of Two. The Austrian megalomaniac had already finagled the chancellorship but the purge rid him of some of his oldest companions and advanced his N*zi dictatorship. Civil liberties, freedom of the press, and other restrictions had already been forced upon the good if deluded people of Germany due to Herr Adolf's blood lust, craving for power, and desire to settle old scores (a model for Herr Donald: the ravenous spirit walks the Earth again).

So this post is meant to answer the question: where are we in 2024 when it comes to cosmic time links that reflect the N*zi era? As you see listed, above, we're 90 years on and two solar/two lunar eclipses repeating, that's where.

And besides this, the blood lust 7 North Eclipse of February 1933 has already repeated in April 2023 as Herr Adolf's "birthday eclipse."

Now in closing: you know that sometimes New Moons affect earthly events in similar Uranian fashion as a Solar Eclipse, and disturbingly I must ascribe such influence to the predictive New Moon Prior to Election 2024, primarily because the November 1, 2024 New Moon conjuncts the Inauguration 2017 Scorpio Moon which is basically a Lunar Return to Inauguration 2017. Personally, I do not care for this, dear reader, but there it is.

Are Dark Deeds Ever Really Hidden?

When astro-notes concerning Republican Devin Nunes were published here in 2018, the fact of his involvement with the Russian propaganda campaign on Trump's behalf was suspected by some folks such as myself. Well today, Lev Parnas testified in a "Maga" House hearing revealing the complicity of Senator Ron Johnson - and former Representive Devin Nunes as Russian agents.

Once again, getting "dirt" on Joe Biden in order to "smear" his reputation and character just isn't working out as planned for Trumpist Republicans in Congress, most likely because there isn't any. Besides, who in US politics could possibly compare with arch villain Trump's level of skullduggery and disloyalty? Why, Donald is known as agent orange in some quarters!

Devin Nunes Center Stage: Peep-Eye!

Below is the Russian operative's natal data along with a few of the current planetary contacts that stand out in my estimation, although you certainly may discover more:

Devin Nunes October 1, 1973 7:07 am pdt Tulare, California; RR: AA; Moon @7Sag13 conjunct Neptune; ASC 10Lib23 where the 8 South Eclipse will land on October 2, 2024 with its themes of "loss, separation, sad partings"; possible "overstrain and/or physical injury" (B. Brady). Therefore, caution is advised!

However, the most current wild card of the Universe has to be the May 25, 2024 Lunar Eclipse @5Libra for it casts its revealing spotlight upon Mr. Nunes' natal Pluto (4Lib26) and brings his natal Sun (8Lib15) into the picture with the Sun-Pluto pair known for craving power and control. You'll remember that Trump's natal 2nd house Neptune will be lit up like a pinball machine by this Lunar Eclipse on Monday. And apparently the natal Pluto of Devin Nunes along with it. Interesting how their Neptune-Pluto connection showcases the organized crime duo of Neptune-Pluto.

Then there's Nunes' natal Chiron @19Ari05 which reveals that his Chiron Return is actually a five-fer. The first Return occurred June 7, 2023, the second on September 7, 2023, and the third conjunction soon occurs on April 3, 2024; this is his closest return to the visionary 8 North Great American Eclipse of April 8, 2024 @19Ari24 conjunct transit Chiron (also @19Ari24) which basically is his Chiron Return #3 of 5 - so his Chiron is eclipsed.

Adding complexity to his April Chiron Return will be a Moon-Pluto Conjunction @1AQ+ which conjuncts his natal Jupiter @2AQ18. This could possibly bring him some luck, or at least it may suggest a way out of an uncomfortable situation. Or not. Instead, it could indicate a cosmic light shone upon certain financial issues (Jupiter), a secret child or an affair, and/or involvement with violent actions such as the J6 coup attempt. Either way, deep emotions are certain to be expressed to and/or by him. Having a Chiron-Uranus opposition, facing deep emotions realistically is not one of his skills, nor is honoring the ideals of others with whom he disagrees.

Then the fourth conjunction of Chiron-to-his-Chiron perfects on December 15, 2024, with his final Chiron Return coming on January 12, 2025. Whew! Quite an extended period of time, so it seems that Mr. Nunes has multiple lessons to learn from his natal Chiron in Aries, restless maverick with a yen for power that he is.

So! These are the soon-coming planetary contacts I see for Mr. Devin Nunes. What fall-out will occur from today's hearing on Capitol Hill and the testimony of Lev Parnas remains to be seen and I'm certain political pundits will inform us. That is, unless Republicans somehow manage to cover it up or spin it to their satisfaction with an election coming up.

Besides, one ace up their anti-American sleeves is that everyone knows how short the memories of US voters can be.
