Election Day 2020 Voting Mercury Stations Direct

DC Horoscope: Election Day November 3, 2020 Washington DC 12:49:34 pm est, the moment Mercury, the planet of voting and voters, ballots, decisions, news, and communications turns Direct @25Lib55:02. Is this a cosmic picture of voters changing their minds? Or of votes being secretly changed or 'flipped' by hackers and/or other election saboteurs? If the last, we'll be able to identify many of the cheaters via the names of the victors!

Yet Scorpio's symbol is 'the eagle' so Venus must be the dove! Or is she the Oval Office which is a Venusian symbol of The Cosmic Egg which suggests all that Masonic mumbo jumbo and esoteric occultism that America's Founders followed when setting up the Utopian 'New Atlantis' in the New World, aka, America? And has the Great Seal reversed yet?

If so, then it's not very curious that in The Sabian Symbols in Astrology, Marc Edmund Jones gives '26 Libra' a Keyword of: ADEPTNESS. Positive expression: unusually effective self-discipline; negative: unhappy vacillation between ultimate ideals and momentary desires. Well, vacillation and indecision aren't rare within a voting booth on Election Day, of course, and if we consult Adriano Carelli's The 360 Degrees of the Zodiac for guidance on the 26th degree of Venus-ruled Libra, we find mention of "A sturdy, aristocratic physique, very keen senses of sight and hearing; an emotional, perhaps oversensitive temperament; open to danger of jumping to extreme mental attitudes. A two-edged fortune; great chances of victory in the struggle for life, and danger of losing all of one's property."

The Condition of Mercury

Now you see the weighty stellium of karmic Saturn, Pluto, and Jupiter rising in governmental Capricorn--all three destined to meet in Great Conjunctions all through 2020 which is why I listed again their dates, upper right, in order of occurrence. Interesting how voting Mercury squares the trio with its square to Saturn separating (0S28), then a square to Pluto (3A11), and last to Jupiter (4A27). Squares represent obstacles, as you know, so naturally voter suppression tactics come easily to mind, along with potentials for: documents, papers, and/or ballots being mishandled, lost, or otherwise restricted or the count delayed (Mercury-Saturn), impractical campaign promises, inaccurate conclusions, exaggerated information, overblown rhetoric, and erroneous judgments (Mercury-Jupiter), and sarcasm, skepticism, and/or scandal used to manipulate or spotlight the weaknesses or vulnerabilities of others, obsessive thoughts, and/or secret information used to control others for personal gain. In other words, political campaigns and subsequent elections.

And of course you know that all three Capricorn planets are nearing US natal Pluto (27Cap33 Rx) with the karmic planet of restriction and accountability, Saturn, lurking nearest. This indicates a period when issues of power and control are uppermost and situations are simply too large to handle which may be related to past actions and behavior that were not up to Saturn's exacting standards. And with transit Pluto @22Cap42, Americans can feel our nation's first-ever Pluto Return/s coming soon with The Dictator suggested by the Pluto-in-Capricorn placement (Ebertin). So who was 'The Dictator' in 1776? Is Great Britain still in control of America?

Some say, yes, for certainly, control by a foreign power is indicated if nothing else even as some of us think that it's always been the case (by distant wealth-hoarder Pluto in his ivory tower)--and certainly now considering that huge amounts of money are invested in our politicians and they're controlled from afar and from plutonian shadows. Of the trio, perhaps Jupiter conjunct US Pluto will bring better results but more likely only more egregious plutocratic behavior as the rest of our resources migrate to 'the top'. Unfortunately, the American people have only Democrats to depend on for improving such unbalanced conditions but they're corporate-controlled too. So we must forget labels-- let's vote for candidates who actually uphold decent ideals wherever we find them!

POTUS Sun in Scorpio--Plus, Uranus, Neptune, and Venus

The Sun @11Sco46 (leadership) in 9th house applies only once in the chart--a trine with Neptune in 1st house which suggests large, unmanageable events connected to water, oil, gas, toxins--or possibly to fraud, propaganda, theft, falsehoods and lies (positively, inspiration). Religious figures are also suggested by the trine via evangelicals aspiring to the halls of power and 'helping' a figurehead into the Oval Office by hook or crook, if that's what it takes to install their agenda more completely.

Note on Uranus: there is a separating opposition between Sun and disruptive planet of chaos, Uranus (3S12), so by Election Day 2020 there have been challenges to POTUS leadership as he follows a dangerous course and continues to exhibit unpredictable anti-social behavior. So far, Trump does pretty much what he wants so perhaps the Sun-Uranus opposition here relates to finances, personal activities, and eventually having to pull in his sails. Yet with Uranus involved, we can never be certain, can we? For Uranus acts early, late, or never!

Now I confess that ever since the 2017-into-2018 Neptune Returns of the Republican Party (which freakily morphed into the Trump Party--change of identity or, more likely, the Neptunian mask of racism and totalitarianism comes off) I always think of the GOP (or what passes for it) and various of its members when I see Neptune in its own sign of Pisces in a Mundane Chart. So Neptune trine Election Day 2020 Sun denotes successful publicity and promotions for (Republican?) candidates--and along with America's Venusian Election Cycle suggests that the new president of November 2020 will be the old president, that is, whoever is playing the role at the time (Trump or Pence, one assumes) will be triumphant.

That's because 2020 Venus is in her own sign of Libra so odds are, the same party remains in the White House unlike in 2016 when Venus was in Sagittarius, sign of 'the outsider' when a rival (of Barack Obama) 'won'. Wish I could read the chart differently but it's impossible--although it is possible that election manipulation can occur in favor of a Democrat since the Venus Cycle formula did 'miss' a couple of times in the past. Maybe this time?!?!?

So as you see, the heavy-weight trio rising in the chart warns of a picture of Trump's natal Saturn and Venus in Cancer as the trio of planets take turns opposing them, plus, creating other obstacles for him via squares as 2018, 2019, and 2020 trundle along. This cosmic picture for Trump is an easy enough reason to imagine theocrat Mike Pence (as 'priest-king'? he fancies himself a preacher!) stepping into the presidential role before Election Day 2020, the political role he's been preparing for all his life. Maybe someone should inform Mr. Pence that Jesus Christ speaks to other believers, too, and around here He does not promote a Pence White House that would command people to worship Him under threat of man made laws!

Nov 10, 2018: a Military Parade and a Lunar Return

August 17, 2018 Update 1:14 am edt: have just seen a headline that Trump's controversial military parade has been "postponed" until 2019 so the following horoscope and details are now moot! This rather makes sense once you look at the chart. Apparently the huge price tag was ill-received!

August 16, 2018: News reports say that Trump's military parade set for Saturday November 10, 2018 are now estimated to cost $92 million, $80 million over the original estimate by the Department of Defense. Yes, Americans are always proud of their soldiers yet one wants to believe that the DOD has more important things to do than march showily through DC streets and better ways to spend this extravagant amount of tax payer money on what may certainly be called a vanity parade for Trump's weak ego.

America's last such military display was in 1991 to celebrate Bush41's 'victory' in the Gulf--you know the 'Operation Desert Storm' that Bush Sr characterized as "a triumph of the New World Order." That war he and the Pentagon finagled in time for the Great Conjunction/s of Uranus and Neptune all through 1993, a cosmic significator for the 'NWO'. One must assume that their engineered 'WWIII' will 'seal the deal' of Global Government against the wills of everyone except the hidden power elite warmongers and profiteers who pull the strings that send young people to fight foreign wars.

Now, to make more palatable to the public Trump's military parade and its wasteful expense and the queasiness of seeing the US military marching through the streets of the nation's capital along with the suggestion of impending war, someone's strategic hindsight has provided the administration with the (apparent) justification of honoring the 100th anniversary of the end of World War I on November 10, 2018 which may salve some folks' consciences but yours truly isn't buying since the date was selected for said justification and has nothing to do with Trump's pathetic and phallic demand for a parade--as if to honor him. And perhaps he imagines that a parade held so soon after the November 6 Midterms will seem to 'celebrate' the expected Republican 'victories' at (hacked) voting booths and election officials' laptops across America with childish Trump playing drum-major-for-a-day. It's Admiral Bone Spurs: cowardly yet 'victorious' by hook or crook!

Of course, there are many other reasons for such extravagant spending on a pompous display of force (Scorpio rising ruled by Mars, sub-ruled by Pluto; proud, showy Leo at Midheaven, The Goal Point), and we can expect that more parade details will come out as November nears. But for now, how about the cosmic synchronicity of November 10, 2018 being a day of a Trump Lunar Return? Below is the Return horoscope with way too many details penned on and color coded for you (mea culpa!).

Even so, it's quite a revealing chart especially if one includes Sabian Symbols, stars, and links to Trump's and America's natal planets, some of which are noted on the chart which has been relocated for Washington DC from his natal Queens, NY; and note that Mr. Trump's natal Moon conjoins his Saturnian South Node, as you know, and is not a natal picture of sustained popularity:

Now as you see, a BOWL shape is in effect for Trump's November 2018 Moon Return with valuable Venus @25Lib58 Rx leading the Bowl's tilt and chaotic quirky Uranus (America's planet of war and revolt), opposite in the 6th house of Military and Civil Service. As we've experienced, Uranus is a zealous Utopian fanatic when in Mars-ruled Aries (Ebertin) and is Trump's guiding planet and 'inner voice' (of chaos and frenzy). Of course, the Aries-Libra axis relates to both war and diplomacy and there's Venus rising in the karmic 12th house of Self-Undoing, Politics, and Large Institutions.

Yet the Venus-Uranus duo is often known only for potential 'separations in relationships' but here it likely relates to the wasteful, extravagant spending of spendthrift Trump (but only with other people's money, not his own) and his enablers. Plus, as you see, the Venus-Uranus opposition forms a T-Square of sorts toward North Node in the 9th house of Foreign Lands--North Node (future direction) at a critical 29th degree of Cancer (patriotism; tribalism; nationalism; protectionism) which, when rounded up to "30Cancer" for its Sabian Symbol, gives a picture of "A Daughter of the American Revolution."

As a midpoint picture we have Venus-Uranus = NN: instincts lead to new associations (Ebertin); disruptive attention-getting methods; presentations of unusual forms of entertainment (Munkasey). Sounds about right.

And actually, if it occurs this parade may turn out to serve as a 'fanatical reform' to our traditions since a temporary YOD (turning point,crossroads, and/or special task) is temporarily formed by the powerful Sun-Pluto sextile at its base pointing toward the Gemini Uranus and North Node of Mr. Trump, a duo of 'radical politics' and such reforms.

Now hopefully you may enlarge the above image for further reading although I shall close this post for now with three significant chart factors--the Sabian Symbol for the degree of Jupiter the General in 1st house: "1Sag": "A Grand Army of the Republic Campfire," warrior Mars @26AQ40 angering some, exciting others of the American people (conjunct US natal Moon), and note that Mercury @10Sag42 conjoins warring star Antares with both conjoined by asteroids Hopi (ambush or prejudice) and Icarus who overdid his objective, flew too close to the Sun, and fell into the sea.

POTUS Sun 2017 Conjunct Icarus

Speculative Horoscope: The Discovery of Icarus June 27, 1949; exact hour unknown; Palomar Observatory California discovered by *Walter Baade. Timing the chart for 10:03:19 pm pst shows asteroid Icarus @11Sag29 Rx precisely conjunct Midheaven (11:29), the Goal Point of any horoscope.

Listed are Carelli's symbol for '11 Sagittarius' (he doesn't round up as in Sabian Symbols) - "An Ape Riding a Wolf" and the Jones version of the Sabian Symbol for '12 Sagittarius' - "A Flag That Turns Into an Eagle That Crows" which of course is a possible picture of America's natal Ascendant in the late afternoon charts on July 4, 1776 Philadelphia, PA. Of course, an eagle is a typical symbol for America (on the Great Seal, etc) and we're accustomed to much crowing over the US flag.

The discovery horoscope of Icarus is currently signiffficant because during Inauguration 2017 as Trump took the Oath of Office, the POTUS Sun (00AQ49) was unaspected (which we have discussed previously as a self-interested leader focused on his own importance and holding himself in high regard--Tierney) but conjunct asteroid Icarus. Therefore, I am relating this horoscope of Icarus to the current occupant now sitting in the Oval Office and note that he is a Jupiterian figure blended with chaotic Uranian and Mercurial trickster-esque tendencies.

As you see, expansive planet Jupiter Rx (weakened) is at a critical 29th degree in 12th house of Politics and Karma and is the handle of a Sling shape which knits together two hemispheres of the chart. As handle, Jupiter's expansive energies are the focus although its expansive activities are partially held in check when in Saturn-ruled Capricorn, the sign of law, government, and business. A Moon-Jupiter opposition suggests emotional vulnerability, lack of a sense of self-worth, the need for expert advice (seldom taken), and a tendency to give others who may not deserve it the benefit of the doubt. Jupiter quincunx reforming Uranus suggests unrealistic expectations which Mr. Trump apparently possessed before stepping into the Oval Office--one example being how "easy" he thought presidentin' would be. Who knew chairing America could be so complicated?

Now I won't fuss on about the POTUS Sun-Icarus conjunction (in force as long as Trump's term goes on) but here are the comments I added to the Icarus horoscope when I first set it up. You may find this of interest now that Mr. Trump's administration has had time to show purposeful disfunction, the sabotage of various government agencies, and his tendency to act alone and seldom in accord with others (unaspected Sun, isolated in the 10th house of the Inauguration 2017 horoscope)--and noting that Icarus didn't listen to his father's admonition, flew too high, subsequently fell, and drowned in a Neptunian sea:

'New Insights into Astrology' page 196 by Nona Gwynn Press (see my Amazon review!); Icarus discovered by Walter Baade on June 27, 1949; in Greek Mythology, Icarus was the son of master craftsman Daedalus and Naucrate, a Cretan slave. Daedalus constructed the labyrinth on Crete where the Minotaur was kept. King Minos imprisoned Daedalus and Icarus in the labyrinth, Daedalus made wings of feathers and wax, and Icarus, ignoring his father's warning, flew too close to the sun, the wings melted, and predictable results occurred.

The orbit of Icarus is between the Sun and Jupiter and it crosses the orbits of Mercury, Venus, the Earth, and Mars. Only comets go closer to the Sun. Icarus (#1566) contains the restlessness of Mercury, the sensuousness of Venus, the earthiness of Earth, and the self-assertiveness of Mars. Zane Stein gives Icarus a feeling of restriction, unrestrained exhilaration at escape which may be followed by a fall. House position shows where risks are taken (10th), and the practice of Politics is associated with Icarus via its 'rise and fall' nature. Assassination is also related to Icarus including character assassination (of Trump, now underway).

*German astronomer Walter Baade (1893--1960) worked in the US from 1931 to 1960 and with fellow astronomer Fritz Zwicky coined the terms "supernova" and "neutron star." A total of ten asteroids were discovered including Icarus, as noted above, and Hidalgo (#944) which were known as minor planets but are now called Centaurs of which Chiron is most notable.

The 2016 Solar Eclipse That Heralded The Prevaricator

This DC Horoscope image is a re-posting of the 19 North Prenatal Solar Eclipse of both Election 2016 and Inauguration 2017. Its themes still inform the public discourse and affect the current social and political climate with its truth vs fiction, realism and coming down to earth, tackling the truth (Mr. Mueller!), and seeing things for how they really are and not how you'd thought they were (Brady):

As you see, or perhaps remember, transit Neptune, influential in its own sign of Pisces, opposed the 19N Eclipse which denotes multiple negative potentials, some of which are penned upon the chart, upper right. In pink are marked the natal Pluto and Mars of Donald Trump which snug around the eclipse's Ascendant (19Leo40) and form a midpoint picture which is highlighted in pink, lower left: a coercive demeanor that intimidates (Munkasey). And with his already bombastic, imposing personality!

Now normally under the auspices of a 19 North Eclipse conditions would have been more relaxed even as secrets are suddenly uncovered (as all eclipses can do with Uranian flare) but this time we 'gained' transit Neptune and Mr. Trump with his life-long tendency for truth-bending, avoiding responsibility for his actions, and taking credit where it isn't due. His natal Mercury-Neptune square plays right along and describes his fake (Neptune) news (Mercury) antics and the propaganda, misconceptions, scandals, indiscretion, vagueness, deception, and corruption that attend it. Add to this his Geminian tendencies for duplicity and multiple personalities and you get a sneaky Trump hiding behind disguises such as 'John Baron' and 'John Miller' in order to build himself a larger yet false reputation!

Well, hopefully the chart image will enlarge for closer viewing in case you wish to read my notes for I'm tired of typing on this rainy Sunday afternoon in Georgia. However, here is a link to on of my original posts concerning the September 1, 2016 19 North Solar Eclipse sans edits. Cover-ups, leaks, secrets and hidden emotional ties (Vladdie? more ladies? a secret child?), plus, scandals, lies, guilt, and self-pity are embedded within this eclipse chart so perhaps a reconsideration of its implications is merited in light of what we now know of Donald Trump and his personal flaws as he plays POTUS on the world stage, a role he arrogantly assumed would be so easy (or so he said).

As for the eclipse chart with Leo rising, the Sun (leader) rules the chart although Mercury conjunct Jupiter @28Virgo rules the eclipse--details matter, expansive plans implemented, risky reforms are on the menu). Chart-ruler Sun makes four applying aspects to other planets resulting in these possibilities:

1. Sun square Saturn (0A42): a leader expected to measure up and be accountable; 2. Sun oppo Neptune (1A18): vagueness, mystery, disguising one's true self, wearing masks, hidden goals, misconceptions; 3. Sun square Mars (4A47): anger, frustration, challenges and competition, aggression, stress and strain; 4. Sun trine Pluto (5A43): setting priorities, gaining assistance from higher ups (exs: wealthy manipulators and financiers, hidden puppet masters, organized crime figures--Putin? is that you? a different blackmailer perhaps?) Also note that the Sun is the engine leading a Locomotive shape of the planets which denotes a person of ruthless actions determined toward success no matter what.

Oh! And that's Vladimir Putin's vengeful natal Venus in betraying Scorpio at the Foundation Point, the IC of the chart, and in 4th house, a Mars-Saturn conjunction of hard feelings, anger, limitations, and a need for self-restraint over impulses. Add unscrupulous, immoral Neptune to the scene and America is suffering from some seriously eroding power and a leaky boatload of Donald Trump's lies and schemes. Add to the 2016 election and the current US presidency an eclipse in Mercury-ruled Virgo and we have karmic conditions in which a strong sense of duty and honest analysis are necessary for best results, otherwise karmic progress will be stalled if not all together stymied until a later time.

To close, here are some background details posted in 2016 concerning 19 North Solar Eclipses with their previous dates/degrees and a few events and entities they heralded:

July 31, 1962 @8Leo; July 20, 1944 @27Cancer (opposite US natal Pluto); July 9, 1926 @17Cancer; June 28, 1908 @7Cancer (conjunct US natal Jupiter and near Trump natal Mercury 8:51). 19N is the Prenatal Eclipse Series of: America's Great Seal (1782), the Republican Party (1854), LBJ and the FBI (1908), and the death of Marilyn Monroe (1962). Was Marilyn about to 'tackle the truth' too inconveniently for Politics? You see, correlating the years of 19N with events and the presidents then in office can be quite informative since history doesn't repeat as much as it rhymes.

And for those who wish to Look Ahead here's the DC Horoscope of the Prenatal Eclipse of the 2018 Midterms which has been labeled The Tower Solar Eclipse for its theme of collapse and rebuild. Could that be Trump Tower or perhaps the Trump Organization a-jumble in the dust?

The Prenatal Solar Eclipse of America's Pluto Return/s

This Solar Eclipse falls into the 5 New South Saros Series with themes of benefits and peak experiences and its initial manifestation perfected on June 15, 1787 @24Gem20, near the New Moon degree (25:07) of the Uranian Mr. Trump's 'escalator announcement' of his presidential bid in June 2015. It is also the degree of the 1781 discovery of planet Uranus (24Gem27). Will the senior Mr. Trump still be around in 2021 or 2022? We'll see for it may depend on how many cheeseburgers and greasy chicken thighs he scarfs down between now and then (I'm not wishin' I'm just sayin').

Now the US natal chart here is the one I usually tend to favor because it places Cardinal World Points on the MC and IC angles of the chart along with two applicable Sabian Symbols. '1 Aries' = IC, the Foundation of the Matter) = "A Woman Rises Out of Water, a Seal Is Embracing Her" (Jones) which to me sounds like the New Atlantis as America, a 'her', across the sea from England--and America's Great Seal intended to certify official documents and based on Weishaupt's Illuminati Seal design of May 1, 1776. This, plus the natal horoscope's Ascendant degree/s ('12Sag' and '13 Sag'--see chart, lower left) suggests our nation on various levels--one of which is its Freemasonic birth of an idea/ideal that is the Founders' 'New Atlantis' in which men are capable of enlightened self-government for as Thomas Jefferson asserted,

"I have no fear that the result of our experiment will be that men may be trusted to govern themselves." (TJ July 2, 1787.) Do you think that remains the case in 2018 much less by 2021/22? If not, it's primarily due to infiltrators that have infested our country for decades now and their devilish, undermining machinations which are really paying off as they planned long ago. (See my 2005 description of Stars Over Washington under the title, above!)

Some well known historic events that are associated with the Mercury-Pluto duo include: Apollo 11 Moon Landing, Alaskan Earthquake, FDR's first election, East Coast Power Blackout, and Bolsheviks take power (Midpoints: Unleashing the Power of the Planets, Michael Munkasey).

Note: Now I'm using the 5 New South Eclipse as the PE of America's Pluto Return phase in general, plus, its degree conjoins our nation's July 4, 1776 natal Ascendant in Sagittarius (late afternoon charts). And so as creepy Pluto in Capricorn (planet of the Underworld, secret manipulators, hidden wealth, sneaky stealth, death, sex, research and investigation, transformation and regeneration) continues plodding toward his natal degree (27Cap33) and reprises his opposition to US natal Mercury (24Can11: '25Cancer' = "A Man Wrapped in an Invisible Mantle of Power") off and on along the way, we can see in the above Eclipse chart some of the general cosmic background influences upon the first-time-ever phase of our exact Pluto Return/s--three in number. Our Pluto Return phase will activate America's surveillance pair of planets ('total awareness' aka, Big Brother) with the duo's (continued!) propensity toward secrets, gathering of information (intelligence activities), top secret communications, security clearances, self-destructive impulses in business operations, political talk of abrupt changes and reforms, breakdowns in road networks, paranoia about secrets or scandals and the leaking or disclosure of them, ruthless behavior, obsessions, eroticism, news about space exploration, orbital weapons, and/or toxins, and the need to control other people (Munkasey) when it's actually The Manipulators who need controlling.

America's 1776 Aries Ingress Horoscope

March 18, 2018: here is a view of the Aries Ingress (Spring Equinox) horoscope of March 19, 1776 (Sun to Aries Point) which shows a New Moon @1Aries ("A Woman Has Risen from the Ocean, a Seal Is Embracing Her"), and marks the beginning of a new cycle of activity and, as we know, heralds the founding of a new nation in 1776--order out of chaos. As you see, the midpoint of the revolutionary pair, Uranus and Pluto conjoins the Sun-Moon midpoint. Uranus-Pluto denotes the "collapse of the old order, construction of the new" and "revolution" (Ebertin).

The Sun Aries-Moon Aries combo? Mavericks and crusaders! Saturn exalted in Libra and rising? Difficulties at the beginning but ideals will be put into a proper form with laws for guidance.

Of course, 'a woman rising from the ocean' hints at a newly invented America and her founding motto, E pluribus unum, 'out of the many, one' and the 'seal' refers to America's Great Seal with its Illuminati symbols as accepted by the era's enlightened thinkers determined on the betterment of society (Sun sextile Uranus). These were our nation's Founding Fathers whose contrary ideals inspired them to become advocates for the common man (Sun sextile Pluto). To me the fact that Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto were not yet discovered in 1776 is of little if any consequence since a Neptune-Pluto trine was above their heads and denotes those who can respond to the invisible realms and forces whether they are aware of it or not!

So when looking at transits to America's natal horoscope (of which there are many versions set for various hours on July 4, 1776), this cosmically timed Aries Ingress 1776 chart is an alternative and may be a chart to keep in mind.

Chiron and the Roots of America: What Kind of Nation Are We?

Transiting Chiron conjoins the Aries Point (AP) three times on April 17, 2018, September 25, 2018 (Rx), and February 18, 2019. Below is a tri-wheel image of the upcoming Chiron-AP conjunctions with the horoscopes set for Washington DC and basic notes penned upon the chart including each conjunction's Pre-Natal Solar Eclipse which are listed, lower left:

It seems to me that any transit to Aries Point is globally significant for multiple reasons, not the least of which because in the US natal horoscope I most often tend to use (July 4, 1776 5:09 pm LMT Philadelphia, PA--IC 00Ari47), the Foundation/Roots/Ending Point (IC) conjoins the Aries Point with 00Libra at Midheaven, two of the four Cardinal World Points of Manifestation. Therefore, Mars, god of war, rules our nation's founding and our ending through its ruler-ship of Aries. This cosmic condition unfortunately spotlights America's natal Mars-Neptune square and one assumes the Founding Fathers would not have been as proud of our national Mars in Gemini if they'd been aware of astrological Neptune's dissolving, undermining, and fraudulent influences upon our country's actions and motives (Mars). Subsequently, misguided, misdirected, off-the-mark plans and projects have abounded and usually in the realms of war and conflict.

So perhaps we should consider what wounded-wounding Chiron, priestly centaur of healing, blindspots, and the Christ archetype in Astrology, represents when in Mars-ruled Aries while remembering that Chiron orbits between inner Saturn and outer Uranus (past + future = present--be here now!, says Chiron), the planetary pair representing Israel and Palestine as well as old order vs new order--and the tension between them that is causing much turmoil across the world today.

Chiron in Aries signifies pioneers, trailblazers, and mavericks, and conjures and stimulates the Mars-Chiron 'sacred warrior' archetype into action. And since astrological Chiron is associated with our Life Quest, we must wonder what new discoveries, break-throughs, or expeditions are in store--possibly concerning America's founding or Founding Fathers (IC/4thhouse); futuristically, more space exploration is included in the Chirotic possibilities. Chiron is also linked to nuclear energy so the atomic realm may also be featured during Chiron's stay in Aries until 2027, the first year Chiron Returns to natal discovery degree (1977) of 3Tau08 in 2027--2028.

Chiron in Aries suggests head wounds (exs: concussions, depression and other mental conditions) and points toward the current mass murder climate and lack of gun control now wounding Americans physically, emotionally, and psychologically. Chiron in Aries tends to be a loner (R. Nolle) and America has always been that--with Trump's isolating policies, now more than ever. Our nation's adventurism and conquest-loving persona 'inspires' many males (US Mars Rx by progression since 2006) to take up arms against their fellow citizens within a hazy, often drug-fueled morass of misdirected targeting.

Yet Chiron also symbolizes "wholeness, the synthetic reconciliation of thesis and antithesis" (R. Nolle--his book is linked, below). Note that Donald Trump's natal Chiron is in Libra, a relatively rare placement for The Centaur, and indicating one who is 'singled out for a special role'. His Chiron is snugged between the speculator-spendthrift-bubbly pair of Jupiter and Neptune, in his natal 2nd house of Money and Values. Now you may disagree, but to me the conflict-loving, gilt-laden man, a specialist in bullying, insults, and chaos, definitely represents wounded values!

Of course, we cannot overlook the fact that the Aries Point actually conjoins fixed star Scheat (29Pis38) which can positively express as intellectualism, or negatively express when combined with a malefic planet as potentials for misfortune, murder, suicide, or imprisonment. In other words, "malevolence of sublime scope" (A. Louis) and this may echo conditions from around the time of the Spring Equinox 2015 Solar Eclipse conjunct Scheat! This was the Pre-Natal Solar Eclipse of Trump's prez bid announcement on June 16, 2015 and we see where that's getting us.

Now using the rounded-up method for Sabian Symbols, US natal IC's degree of 00Ari47 = '1 Aries": "A Woman Has Arisen from the Sea, a Seal Is Embracing Her" which is a handy reference to America's Great Seal and the major involvement of Freemasonry in the founding of our nation. Of course, this word picture (Sabian Symbol) also points to Weishaupt's Bavarian Illuminati and its official founding and seal (May 1, 1776) so like our nation's Great Seal. And though we may not wish to know this, the symbol for '1 Aries' in Carelli's Degrees is: "An armed warrior of herculean build tilling the soil" which he notes is the Sun's degree of Germany's Third Reich. Well, America does like to play the role of adventure-prone strongman Hercules as did Herr Hitler in his day.

America's Founding as a Nation

Now here's a curious note: Chiron's orbital period is approximately 50 years (or, 49-51). Here's a brief excerpt from a previous post concerning America's natal Chiron:

US natal Chiron @21Aries = "A Pugilist Entering the Ring" and with Chiron returning to natal degree near the day of the two Founders' deaths (Jefferson and Adams both died July 4, 1826--50 years to the day after the Declaration of Independence was proclaimed), we see that two of the top 'pugilists' of our Revolutionary era had left the ring of life" and the fight for independence they once championed. Apparently, 'the ring' on one level was global geopolitics--and Washington continues to fight behind the shield of the 'sacred warrior' with our Chiron in Mars-ruled Aries.

Now with America's natal Chiron in 4th house, we know that our search for identity is the Quest. The American Revolution supplied the original answer so that now, re-connecting with our roots and honestly assessing our past are imperative if we as a nation wish to heal our current sickened condition. Environmentalism is also suggested by a 4th house Chiron as we watch corporatists and oil drillers plunder our natural resources and poison our waters, air, and soil. Have you noticed how often we hear in the media pundits uttering such questions as, Is this who America really is? Or, What kind of nation are we? Usually these questions are asked when austerity measures and other bad policies threaten the lives and health of US citizens as they do under Trump and the GOP leadership.

Yes, FDR's healing bromide, the test of our progress remains an excellent guide for measuring who and what America really is. Yet these days we're failing rather badly at defining ourselves while plutocratic "economic royalists" are doing it for us. Will we allow regressive 'Robin Hood' politicians and policies that favor the wealthy to rule the day and send American culture back to 1854? Not if Stars Over Washington can help it! For as progressive broadcaster and author Thom Hartmann often reminds us, democracy is not a spectator sport--so how will You, dear reader, answer the question, Who and What is America?

A New Atlantis, Williamsburg, and Our Secret Destiny

Facing Year 2018, America as Bacon's Utopian Dream of a 'New Atlantis' Careens On

First, here is a C-rated natal horoscope for (Sir) Francis Bacon if you're curious. And here's an informative web page that displays and compares Bacon's natal chart with that of his mother, Queen Elizabeth I. Yes, she was apparently his mother so Bacon was a 'Tudor'.

Now Francis Tudor Bacon's birth name was Aron Verulam, Viscount of St. Albans, in case you were wondering. The little prince was born in London, England on January 22, 1561 (OS)/February 1, 1562 (NS) at 7:42 am LMT (original source unknown, hence its C-rating though legendary astrologer William Lilly may have something to do with it).

Now, as we face year 2018, why bring up Sir Francis and his royal lineage here on Stars Over Washington? Not because the Mars rising with royal Regulus (the 'kingmaker' star) fellow named Trump now playing the role of president is a 'monarch' in his own mind (he is), but because I've always included posts here concerning America as the New Atlantis and have added other of the more esoteric topics and mysteries which include what some call The Secret Destiny of America. And that 'secret destiny' is very much linked to Sir Francis Bacon his cousin Bartholemew Gosnold, and others of their ilk who did what they could during their life times to bring Utopian ideals into reality upon this particular continent. That they had plenty of financial, political, religious, astrological, and occult help through the ensuing centuries implementing The Great Plan seems plain to me, but if not so to you, then yours truly has done a lousy job disseminating such intriguing information these 12+ years (and mixed in with my continual 'common good' dissent against rubbish government officials in breach of the public trust; turns out, it's a huge job).

Actually, this post is inspired by my re-reading of Final Warning: A History of the New World Order by David Allen Rivera who has investigated the mystery of the Bruton Parish Vault where Nathaniel Bacon, nephew of Sir Francis, is said to have secreted an unabridged version of Francis Bacon's New Atlantis (America as Utopia)--perhaps along with several other documents, artifacts, maps, and more. Noted author and researcher Graham Hancock has quite a bit to say about this mystery as well and you may wish to see his The Treasure of Destiny page which tells of Marie Hall's famous search for the Vault--she, the wife of esteemed astrologer and author Manley Palmer Hall.

Now for years I've been interested in the Bruton Parish Church and its Vault mystery. President Thomas Jefferson is thought to have been the last person to see its contents in 1803! (Then was it reburied elsewhere? perhaps under the Washington DC Ellipse during the Civil War?) So when my genealogical research pointed toward Jamestown's earliest days and then on to Colonial Williamsburg, I was intrigued to discover that Colonel John Page (1628--1692) had donated the land on which Bruton Parish Church was built (plus, he donated a generous offering to fund it) for there is a Page in my 'family woodpile', you might say.

So were John and/or other Page family members 'in on' the secreting of the historical treasure? Will America's 'Secret Destiny' ever be revealed by its contents or by other means? What did Williamsburg renovator John D. Rockefeller know and when did he know it? And is our national destiny encoded on the reverse side of America's Great Seal (image shown) where, "The mystery and vagueness of these 'disembodied' symbols conceal their meaning?" (Founding Fathers, Secret Societies, Robert Hieronimus, PhD.)

The pyramid shaped grave monument in the Bruton Churchyard is that of Colonel John's son David Bray and wife Elizabeth Page Bray and is said by some to hide a passageway to the hidden Vault. No, they are not in my direct ancestral line for David died young and the couple had no issue, as they say. But if one wanted a mystery to ponder which included elements of history, archaeology, early America, genealogy, secret societies, and esotericism, the Bruton Parish Vault could be a good place to start, don't you think?

Yet for those who prefer modern times, a visit to the Church or the website of the Bruton Parish Episcopal Church may be more to their liking.

Eclipses, Truth Tackling, Congress, and the FBI

With Director James Comey and the FBI under something of a congressional microscope these days it seems the still-current September 1, 2016 Solar Eclipse @9Vir21 has been very active within the Collective in more ways than one. Its 'truth tackling' theme is operative though the American people may wonder if such a noble quest is in need of cleansing since transiting Neptune @10Pisces (planet of deceit, disguise, and dissolution) opposes the eclipse and muddies issues via distraction, insinuation, and outright lies. Subterfuge, spying, sabotage, and hacking are on various agendas these days and the perpetrators are not all based in the USA. And if the undermining of yet another of America's institutions (ex: the FBI) is one of their objectives, the plan is working quite well for public scrutiny is more scathing than what congress members are fitfully dishing out.

And as Hillary met with the FBI last year concerning her emails, I wondered if the 19 North Solar Eclipse would manifest early. (Tap or click and you'll find a link to a post concerning the FBI natal chart and the 19 North eclipse with its 'realism' and 'truth' themes which are background influences in force until the next Solar Eclipse on February 26, 2017--or within two weeks prior to that date; there is also a Lunar Eclipse @22Leo due on February 10th which we must soon discuss).

All this to say that the current Virgo Solar Eclipse (Virgo, sign of discrimination, purification, and criticism) in the 19 North Saros Series resonates strongly with the Comey-directed agency since 19 North is the Prenatal Eclipse of the FBI which was created on July 26, 1908. Nowhere can I locate an exact or approximate hour the agency came into force so noon on that date (Washington, DC) is used to set up a natal horoscope for our domestic spies. Formed during a Uranus-Neptune opposition, the agency formed during a period when one ideology was replacing another and I think most historians would agree that major shifts in our nation's goals and direction took place during the first years of the 20th century. Example: President Wilson campaigned on a 'peace platform' yet secretly pledged America into World War I, the 'war to end all wars' which, as we now know, was actually the war to start all wars, as planned by the racketeering big bankers of the day.

Note that the 'Federal Reserve Bank' of the US was secretly created during those years in order to force its credit and usury systems upon the US government and the American people--once the Panic of 1907 was engineered to make such a change seem necessary to the public.

Now there's that pesky 19 North again--helping us see things as they really are rather than what we previously thought they were! Apparently, 19 North is a handy lens of clarity through which to see through propaganda and how the American people have so often been duped into accepting banker-engineered wars and now, a presidential campaign and 'election' full of lies, fraud, innuendo, and--as it now seems--interference by foreign governments. Yes, opposing Neptune in its own sign of Pisces is at work dissolving the US election system and the government that goes with it.

And I don't know about you but personally I'm tired of the media-fueled 'debate' of distraction from real issues over why Hillary Clinton lost the 2016 election. She lost because the Electoral College selected Donald Trump to play a presidential role he's ill suited for in spite of the populist campaign promises he had, and has, little if any intention of fulfilling. So thanks for nothin', Federal Bureau of Investigation, your "cabal within" played a large part in the current political drama with Neptunian flair and ideological zeal in the ongoing plan to take over America and rule the world. After all, 2017's transit Pluto @18Capricorn = 1993's Uranus-Neptune conjunction/s: *the big picture demands a certain course of action, very little option to do otherwise.

Politics, White House Transition, and the Revealing January 2017 Full Moon in Cancer

Today on my Jude Cowell Astrology blog I have posted a video report by Barbara Goldsmith on the January 12, 2017 Full Moon @22Cancer27 (posted there not here because I prefer not to change titles that people give their videos and this one is about 'Finding Love', something of a foreign concept in Washington DC political circles). This is a not-to-be-missed video!

This powerful Cancer Full Moon is the first lunation of the New Year and comes two weeks after the New Moon @7Capricorn59 (conjunct victim star Facies) of December 29, 2016 so that 2016 and 2017 are cosmically knitted together into one big hair shirt for the American people thanks to the ongoing train wreck they call the 'Trump Transition' and the specter of a Trump-Pence-Conway presidency looming on the 2017 horizon. That America is improved and not destroyed by Mr. Trump and his anti-government cohorts is my fervent hope for hope must always spring eternal, right?

Now the December 2016 New Moon and the January 2017 Full Moon charts may be viewed here where you can see that the New Moon is rising in the Full Moon chart set for Washington DC, a sign of the knitting together of which I grouse today. You'll see that the Cardinal Grand Cross is highlighted on the chart as well with the Jupiter-Uranus opposition emphasized and engaged in a BOWL shape with corporate CEO and political planet Jupiter in Libra as leader (and, I assume, signifying Mr. Trump, the Jupiterian character, wrestling promoter, newly formed politician, and broadcaster of wild theories he presents as 'facts' and tweets). Mr. Trump is currently enjoying his 12-year Jupiter Return reward cycle, a three-fer this time (dates are listed, below) and I do believe he's feelin' it.

Jan 4, 2017 Update: I neglected to mention that the Jan 12th Full Moon shines upon the natal Saturn of one Donald Trump posited in his 11th house of Groups and Associations. Plus, his Saturn conjoins Venus, a conjunction suggesting a serious focus on relationships but also dissatisfaction--will separation between associations come to light?

As for 2017's Cardinal Grand Cross (or Square), we may expect those in and about-to-be heads of government to act aggressively assertive and impatient which will result in quick but poorly planned actions. A lack of cooperation and assistance may occur (ex: The Resistance) unless these dynamic energies are harnessed by common sense and we've heard an echo of it in the charge (later walked back) by Trump that President Obama has messed with Trump's 'smooth' transition into the White Lodge...er, House. Mr. Trump is said to be a Freemason as many US presidents have been so in my book, Lodge it is. Plus, the presence of anarchic zealot Uranus in the Grand Cross configuration adds to its chaotic, extremist quality which has already been active thanks to the tiresomely ongoing Uranus-Pluto square.

Now astrologer Bil Tierney writes about the pitfalls of a Cardinal Grand Cross: reckless moves, bad timing (Trump's natal Moon-South Node conjunction supports a tendency toward bad timing), over-assertion, and head-on confrontations which should be avoided if ultimate success is the goal. A competitive spirit is very strong in the Cross which is composed of oppositions and squares yet learning to be more deliberate and thoughtful is necessary for best results. Situational crises will occur that call for decisive action and Trump's typical 'shoot from the hip' method will seldom suffice. Does this self-interested materialist Gemini have what it takes to stay the political course? Maybe not but reliance on theocrat Pence may be even worse for a nation founded on secular Enlightenment principles. If this all sounds like a major identity transformation of America is underway that's because it is. And the ongoing Jupiter-Uranus opposition has given Trump and his team the idea that the world is there for the taking--and they have and they will while the January 12th Full Moon, a phase of total awareness, forecasts the major reconstruction coming in 2020 via multiple planetary conjunctions.

Another cosmic message is provided us by the January 12, 2017 Full Moon in Cancer for it conjoins starry Pollux, key themes: danger of disgrace, cruelty, murder, rape, danger from women or poisons - A. Louis) and although 22Can27 is not within a one-degree orb of US natal Mercury Rx (July 4, 1776), the Sabian Symbol for US natal Mercury may be activated since we're talking about Politics Gone Wrong against the original intentions of 1776 so let's close with the symbol that conjures a vision of the pyramid of power and All-Seeing Eye of Horus (of total awareness, our surveillance state identified by the US natal Mercury-Pluto opposition) purposefully placed upon the obverse side of America's Great Seal and the backside of the dollar bill by Freemason FDR:

25 Cancer: "A Willful Man Is Overshadowed by a Descent of Superior Power" which Rudhyar explains as: 'a more transcendent expression of "success." It is not merely external success (as is given by society to its prima donnas), but a spiritual response, a sign of inner strength and uncommon ENDOWMENT." And Jones gives the descriptive, negative (shadow side) of this degree as: 'a tendency to unwarranted presumption if not outright megalomania'.

Ah, yes, the inner strength and megalomania of changeable Gemini Mr. Trump with his natal Uranus disrupting the 2nd hou$e of the Inauguration 2017 horoscope. What could possibly go wrong?

St. George and the red cross are emblems used by many countries, regions, organizations, and entities through the centuries, including medieval times. Today the modern 'Red Cross' organization is a well known example of its use as a symbol or logo and the 'rosy cross' of 'Rosicrucianism' represents a secret organization that favors a mythical beast that is seldom if ever glimpsed by non-members. Yes, the Banner of St. George was notable (and one supposes inspiring) at the Battle of Agincourt and yet my current fuss is this: precisely why is a flag or banner with a red cross on a white field prominently displayed in the following painting of a tableaux of Thomas Jefferson's presentation to Congress of the completed Declaration of Independence? You see the red cross floating over Jefferson's head so is this a wordless message revealed via symbol? For one thing, Jefferson's effects after his death (on July 4, 1826) included a Rosicrucian decoder intended to read and write secret messages. And yet it was Great Britain where Rosicrucianism became uppermost, with Templar Freemasonry sprouting and growing wildly in the New World of America (though some say the two brotherhoods united at some point).

Here are details on John Trumbull's famous painting, above, of the moment Thomas Jefferson presented the first draft of the Declaration of Independence to John Hancock, president of the Second Continental Congress, on June 28, 1776. Last I heard, the 12' x 18' masterpiece hangs in the Rotunda of the Capitol Building. Standing with Mr. Jefferson are John Adams, Roger Sherman, Robert Livingston, and Benjamin Franklin.

Now as you know, Mr. Jefferson was a quiet man who whispered and stuttered when he spoke, and keeping secrets was a natural inclination for such a man particularly when involvement in certain activities could forfeit you your fortune and your life. Perhaps wisely, Jefferson never admitted actual membership in any secret society that I know of but we can surmise his knowledge of principles, plus, Monticello sported paintings of the three men whose intellect he admired most: Bacon, Newton, and Locke.

So I confess that there are times when the idea of an alleged "Book of Secrets" that's said to be for very few eyes suggests to me that whatever American secrets there be are totally different from what we've been propagandized through the centuries to believe about our Platonian, Utopian nation, the only country ever founded upon an ideal. From capstones, hollowed out crevices in cornerstones, and whatever is secreted under DC's Ellipse, to that infamous "Book", We the People surely must have stunning revelations ahead of us if Bacon's Vision is ever fully revealed. We may not like it but there it is.

Now with the recently denied potential of electing the first woman president, I had speculated that if such a thing happened, it could be symbolized by flipping over America's Great Seal in order to bring the more esoteric, unconscious symbols on the reverse more fully into our conscious minds. You know--the 13-step 'pyramid of power' which relates symbolically to the Midheaven degree and sign (on or about 26 Capricorn these days) in America's inaugural horoscopes (January 20th noon Capitol Building) -- the area of the Zodiac where Pluto in Capricorn now creeps. Plus, a late Capricorn MC places US natal Pluto Rx there as well along with America's progressed Pluto at 29 Capricorn, a critical or crisis 29th degree (as is 26 Cap). On Inauguration Day/s, our opposing Mercury Rx at IC echoes, along with sneaky Pluto at MC, the whisper of a nation of secrets, spies, hidden rulers, and a veiled mission.

And since Pluto was discovered in 1930, let's go ahead and say that when Freemason President Franklin Roosevelt had Inauguration Day changed from early March to January 20th (March 1933 to January 1937), he knew exactly what he was doing and what would eventually happen: transit Pluto in Capricorn ('the dictator') would hit the highest, most visible spot in US inaugural horoscopes, the Midheaven, the point of Goals and Aspirations...the pinnacle of worldly power, we might call it...and this would symbolically signify a display (MC) of might and Empire (Pluto in Cap) meant to be seen worldwide across the globe and denote Saturnian control (Capricorn) of the Earth itself.

How quirky that someone has selected a braggart nationalist like Mr. Trump to implement the final stages of Global Government when that's just the kind of thing he campaigned against! Perhaps he's only intended to corral Americans into place while continuing the destruction of the US Constitution that stands in the way of open borders and worldwide corporatism...they've already dispensed with the Constitution in the realms of habeas corpus, preemptive war, and brutal suppression of peaceful protest.

So here is another question: wonder if the Utopian society the Founding Fathers envisioned bares any resemblance at all to the crap government that anarchists have been busy downgrading America to? Because with Trump losing the popular vote on November 8th, consent of the governed is totally missing as is 'a mandate' for president-elect Trump and his austere sidekick, the boo-worthy Mr. Pence of Indiana.

Oct 19, 2016: the 'Mars-Pluto Debate' of Clinton and Trump

As Election Day 2016 (November 8th) creeps up on us, one more 'debate' is set to take place Wednesday October 19, 2016 between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump in Las Vegas, Nevada (9:00 pm edt). Astrologically, it would be easy to suggest that Mars represents Mr. Trump with his Mars rising along with royal Regulus in egoistic Leo while powerful Pluto represents power player Hillary Clinton who is supported by big banks including the transnational banking syndicate now strangling the world.

And perhaps on some level things are that simple though I hasten to add that Mr. Trump is under the sway, or perhaps thumb, of the foreign banks he has habitually borrowed millions of dollars from. So who can say which planet signifies which candidate? Do they alternate on various levels or at different times? Meanwhile, some folks could say that what amounts to a political scare tactic--the Trump campaign--is being performed for a wider purpose than for Trump to sell books and scam money. It has been to persuade voters toward Mrs. Clinton, a candidate who would have had to limp to Election Day 2016 were it not for the huge, abominable circus act put on by Mr. Trump since June 2015.

Now, dear reader, I don't know where you stand on such issues especially since Stars Over Washington (11 years old this very day!) seldom receives comments or queries on the topics and viewpoints published here. Therefore, the Mars-Pluto encounter shall be allowed to debate for itself on Wednesday evening as Mars, planet of aggression, quarrels, and desire (and still OOBs), conjoins creepy Pluto (aka, Hades, kidnapping god of The Underworld), the puppeteer planet of power grabs, secret manipulation, and the dragon that guards hidden wealth @16 Capricorn.

Plus, as you know, the combo of Mars-Pluto, the 'might makes right' duo, is forceful to the point of brutality, assaults and attacks, chaos, mayhem...and rape. Ask Pluto's victim Persephone about such caddish behavior if you require a refresher concerning the myth. Or maybe it will suffice if Mr. Trump tells us more about his magnetic attraction to beautiful women and how he inappropriately and lustfully reacts very much like Hades toward Persephone.

Additionally, the intense pair of Mars and Pluto prominent on October 19th (in the sign of government, law, and business, Capricorn--the 'old goat') may also indicate that war veterans and/or disabled people may be mentioned during the debate which to some of us, oddly enough, includes the unprepared draft dodger, Donald Trump himself. Perhaps his previous mocking of a disabled reporter at one of his rallies will come up. What a man child! Or, at least, he plays one on TV.

And yet this election remains a 'granny vs grampy' affair with an alleged Global Government fighter on one fist and a shill for the New World Order on the other. Not much of a choice, is it? But I believe this has been the global corporate plan all along--to ruin our election process for good--and if their secret 'trade' deals are shoved into place (as they soon will be due to our own apathy), 2016 will be the end of our democracy and the last US presidential election the American public will ever have to groan through as US sovereignty is tossed into the dust bin of history and corporatism finally takes over the US Government completely.

If this turns out to be the case, will it matter very much who's playing mouthpiece in the White House when America's Great Seal turns over? Maybe, but I know whose voice overly grates upon the ear to be withstood for four long years.

Now if you've already consulted the Sabian Symbol for the Mars-Pluto conjunction degree of 16 Capricorn, you know that it pertains to the "maintenance of a healthy society" (Rudhyar). Sounds good but let us also consult Adriano Carelli's The 360 Degrees of the Zodiac:

16 Capricorn: "A man riding a reinless horse."

This degree and symbol, Carelli says, can produce "The Anointed One" and can indicate "faraway travels and independence." That's the positive side; the negative side points toward "sensuality" of a "carefree epicurean forgetful of the morrow," and "sportsmanship (that) will lead to horse racing.."...in other words, a reckless gambler which is how this particular Child of the Revolution must feel on behalf of our country if I should dare to vote for wrestling promoter Donald Trump.

And with that in mind, it seems that holding the last of the Clinton-Trump debates in risk-it-all Las Vegas suddenly makes some sort of perverted sense.

As former senator Hillary Clinton delivers her history-making presidential nomination acceptance speech tonight at the DNC, yours truly will be wondering about many historical things such as the obverse (unconscious; feminine) side of America's Great Seal with its Eye of Horus (son of Isis!) and the 13-step pyramid of power. Another wonderment is the hidden meaning of our nation's long list of male presidents (covert side) which, unless there's a Republican coup of the Venusian Oval Office or a landslide for Trump (and there could be either or both), will soon flip over to a female Commander-in-Chief.

Political Pundits: Why Has It Taken the US So Long to Elect a Woman President?

The political class ask this with eyes wide as if they weren't in on the game! For it seems to me that this change was meant to be and its timing no accident. My assertion is that the 'breaking of the glass ceiling' imagery used in the DNC video to signify a woman breaking through to the top tier of power brings to fruition more symbolism than the American people are allowed to glimpse or understand--it's the nature of mysticism with secret motives to hide information in plain sight.

Actually, such esoteric topics as the Mystery of the Great Seal's Eye of Horus have turned up previously on Stars Over Washington.

For the curious, here is a 14-minute presentation on The Story of The Great Seal of the United States (part 1 of 2) which includes its history, the selection of mystical symbols on its covert and obverse sides, and how VP Henry Wallace (a 32nd-degree Freemason and occultist) brought the seal's obverse Illuminati-inspired symbols to the attention of President Franklin Roosevelt (also a 32nd-degree) who, with little if any public explanation, had the symbols placed on the back of the dollar bill, as the legend goes:

For it's possible that the significance of switching to a lady president is at the very Foundation of America via our natal horoscope if we use July 4, 1776 at 5:09 pm LMT Philadelphia, PA (where the DNC 2016 happens to be located) for this moment places a Cardinal World Point of 00Aries+ on the IC, the Basis of the nation's founding. Round up the degree to 1 Aries and we get the above pregnant-with-meaning symbol. Of course, a horoscope's IC Point also reveals hints about the Draining and the Ending of an endeavor but that's a fret for a distant day. jc

A Discordant Message from Chief Nativist Donald Trump

In American Politics, Nativism is a pro-Anglo-Saxon, anti-immigration ideology in which the wages of 'less well paid natives' are believed to be lowered by immigrants who take jobs of our citizens by willingly working for much less pay. Jettison the inherent bigotry and resultant hatred of 'new comers' and such a point of view seems logical, right? It is, after all, a large part of what Globalism is all about.

Where I can't seem to find a shred of logic is in the nativism of 2016 candidate Donald Trump who bounces merrily along on a Republican bigotry ticket of nativism while espousing such rhetoric as American "wages are too high"! If you tout how immigrants lower the wages of American workers, why promise to lower working class wages if elected? Whaa-a-a?

Is Mr. Trump's unconscious,unfiltered Mercury-Neptune square once again blurting indiscreetly? Or did he simply mean that wages are already "too high" for a minimum wage increase so it's status quo (or lower) for wages during a Trump administration?

Either way, the bully candidate's nativism ploy is championed by power elites to persuade voters to vote Republican on November 8, 2016 - and that's millions of US voters who usually sit out elections for several reasons, not the least of which is the long-growing feeling (knowledge, actually) that our votes 'don't count' (assuming that at some earlier point in US history they did). US presidents are selected by elite committee, I've complained here for over a decade, and elsewhere online. And we can call them super delegates, the electoral college, what-evs...that lesser of two evils feeling never leaves us.

Did you notice when 2008 candidate Hillary Clinton was directed to be patient and stand down in favor of Barack Obama when the two candidates secretly attended the Chantilly, Virginia meeting in June 2008 of the Bilderberg Club? Is that why Bilderberg member VP Joe Biden has stated that Hillary will be elected in 2016--to fulfill a promise that 2016 is her turn to be president? If so, will this symbolize the reversal of America's Great Seal to the obverse side with the 'pyramid of power'?

Will women voters be the deciding factor in November 2016 as many political pundits are predicting?

And though I have yet to hear the Senator mention such terms as 'Templar Knights' or 'Illuminati', we can simply gaze at New York Harbor for a view of the Illuminati symbol of the Eternal Flame held by the Venusian goddess statue sent us by french Freemasons to know who rules this nation. Or, we can check out America's Great Seal which is basically same as the seal of Weishaupt's Bavarian Illuminati founded May 1, 1776.

No, candidate Bernie Sanders cannot "do it alone" and restructure the government of this nation, even with transformative, destructuring Pluto in governmental Capricorn approaching its natal position in our nation's 1776 horoscope (27Cap33). And if by a miracle he is elected to the presidency, a monumental task awaits if he attempts to best the Banking Cartel on behalf of the American people. Yet decades of divide-and-conquer tactics by the power elite have guaranteed them primacy over us since we would need to Speak as One Voice along with Bernie in order to make any real difference in our national plight.

19 North Eclipse affects 2016/17 Election/Inauguration as with Reagan and Clinton

Will the September Solar Eclipse Jiggle Our National Truth-o-Meter in 2016/2017?

In the past, the Solar Eclipse Saros Series 19 North has been influential in US Presidential elections and inaugurations with its noble themes of 'coming down to earth, realism, and a constructive time for tackling the truth' (Brady). In addition, any eclipse, solar or lunar, can inspire the uncovering of truths and secrets long kept hidden with a cosmic peep-eye! quality that may be very inconvenient for miscreants and 'evil-doers'. 19 North (19N) repeats on September 1, 2016 and is the 'Pre-Natal Eclipse' Saros Series of Election Day 2016 in November and Inauguration 2017 in January.

For background, the initial eclipse of the 19N series began on July 5, 1331 (OS) @20Cancer and will end on August 10, 2575. This puts a lunar Cancerian lens over what will be a Virgoan eclipse on September 1st (@9Virgo). Oddly enough, both July 5th and August 10th are dates that are involved in US history since some US Solar Returns occur not on July 4th but on July 5th (SR = Sun to its position on July 4, 1776, our national birthday), and August 10th is thought by some to be an important esoteric date because the Sun as viewed from the Capitol Building sets over the western end of Pennsylvania Avenue as devised by District architect, Pierre Charles L'Enfant (Ovason). At least, that's a cosmic event that L'Enfant planned for the Federal City. (Sun in Mundane Astrology = the leader, leadership, or, the president.)

If you're curious, here are Timelines of Events for 1980 and 1998. See if you can spot any eclipse-inspired 'truth tackling' events in 1998 such as President Bill Clinton testifying on tape to his inappropriate affair with White House intern Monica Lewinsky (August 19), the US embassy bombings in retaliation (taking revenge) against al-Qaeda camps in Afghanistan and in Sudan, and Scott Ritter's resignation from UNSCOM as he asserted that, "Iraq retains the capability to launch chemical strike" (August 26). Was Mr. Ritter tackling a truth that Washington politicians wanted to keep hidden? Note that the 19N eclipse occurred in the midst of these events on August 22, 1998 @29Leo conjoining royal star Regulus (keywords: success if revenge is avoided--otherwise, all that was gained will be lost--Brady).

Tragically for the American people and the rest of the world, US politicians take revenge all too well, don't they? And usually they deny that revenge is the motivation.

Plus, as previously discussed, Regulus in the original grid for DC represents the US Congress with Arcturus (a different approach; patience brings success) standing for the White House, and Spica (the spike; victory; good fortune) as the Washington Monument, our phallic symbol of the Executive Branch. Disturbingly, Donald Trump was born with warrior planet Mars in Leo (super-sensitive ego!) and kingmaker Regulus rising. Speaking of taking revenge, Mr. Trump does like to hit back when others attack him (aren't 'nice' to him!) and being a 'loser' is, he thinks, only for other people, not himself. However, Regulus rising might one day disagree and deal him a losing hand.

Now here's a 1992 Frontline feature investigating the 1980 Election and the US hostage release "October Surprise" perpetrated by the Reagan administration which tilted election results away from incumbent President Jimmy Carter in an untruthful way as Reagan took credit for what Carter had accomplished:
