FBI Admits Serious Mistakes w Pluto conjoining its natal Uranus

The History Channel gives a few basic details on the founding and early history of the FBI if you're curious. And you might be since a current headline has appeared that the Justice Department admits that the FBI gave flawed evidence during criminal trials for the last 20 years concerning hair samples tested by their DNA unit.

Of course, we've seen FBI confessions in the news before as with their clumsy use of wiretaps in 2005 (oops! wrong number!) and in 2007 with Patriot Act screw-ups (aka, abuse of power). Search and ye shall find more such confessional headlines though we must wonder if any improvements have been made.

1908 Meets 2015: Some Erroneous FBI Testimony Resulted in Executions

Now the agency, whose official genesis is timed for July 26, 1908, has again admitted mistakes that led to wrongful convictions as a review of approximately 268 cases between 1985 and 2000 have shown. And astrologers who like to consider history and politics through the lens of Astrology may note that a major transit is now in process: spying Pluto has conjoined off and on the FBI's natal Uranus (14Cap09), ruled by controlling, governmental, law-abiding Saturn.

So with the explosive Uranus-Pluto duo being societal and generational in nature and relating to federal employment and programs, this meeting of planetary titans--2015 Pluto to 1908 Uranus--marks a period when issues of individual freedom emerge (ex: wrongful convictions revealed), the power of government transforms (or reforms? US soon entered WWI after the agency's creation), technological advances apply (civilian populations bombed from airplanes; poison gases), and the government is made to yield to the people it (supposedly) serves--'mistakes' were made. Perhaps we should note that the Internet now makes FBI 'mistakes' more visible to the public. And of course, reformer planet Uranus is America's 'totem planet' of revolution, war, protest, and upheaval. In Capricorn, 1908 Uranus denoted concentrated energy, and fanatical aims pursued with great zeal (Ebertin) yet as most people know, great zeal often gets details all wrong in its haste and determined aggression (success-at-all-costs; the illusion of infallibility eroded).

Curiously, the planets of The Enlightenment (Age of Reason; New World Order), Uranus and Neptune, opposed one another in 1908 across the Security axis of Cancer-Capricorn and this denotes that the FBI was formed during a time of political unrest and strong nationalism when major military power was being developed. Public apathy and indifference allowed such power to take hold as America entered World War I in 1917 for the opposition indicates personal freedoms being eroded and our nation being hurled into the war---after Woodrow Wilson had campaigned on peace (while secretly pledging our nation to enter WWI as required by international bankers). Perhaps you are reminded of President Obama, recipient of a Nobel Peace Prize, campaigning in 2008 against the expansion of war and his pre-election journey to NYC to meet with big bank campaign donors.

Arousing public awareness of dangerous threats is part of the FBI's Uranus-Neptune opposition picture though the agency's integrity and our level of trust in the FBI is being purposefully eroded, inch by inch, as is trust in other American institutions and systems--in part a reflection of transforming Pluto approaching US natal Pluto, our first-ever Pluto Return. As Above, So Below.

FBI July 26, 1908 T-Square--Uranus-Neptune = Saturn potentials include: instability; losses; bereavement (Ebertin); need for recognition; changes of direction; staying put causes depression and loss of self-confidence (Tyl); restraint on use of visionary ideals (Munkasey). The Moon-Neptune pair (see paragraph, below) is visionary as well but can be irrational and...wrong...in its perceptions. And the Uranus-Neptune pair in Politics denotes such things as subversion, exploitation of oil and other chemical resources, revolutionary 'new thinking' (or fomenting revolution?), idealistic structural changes in political and social systems, and/or sudden increases in the availability of illicit drugs (Munkasey) and activities such as drug trafficking. Note that with the Uranus-Neptune-Saturn trio in the dynamic T-Square pattern, no exact time of founding is necessary--and karma is at work as the agency reaps what it has sown. Carried around like an old suitcase is its rabid nationalism beginnings so trite and vicious in this new world in a rather tattered and tarnished New Millennium.

So even though the exact time of the FBI's founding (creation) is unknown (noon is used), astrologically we find that the natal horoscope of the Federal Bureau of Investigation contains other revealing signatures in the signs of Moon-ruled, self-protective, tribal Cancer (Moon, Mercury, Venus, Neptune, and North Node) and Sun-ruled, proud, egoistical Leo (Sun, Mars, Jupiter). Some time during the 24 hours of July 26, 1908, the fluctuating Moon conjoined visionary idealist and speculator Neptune which is indicative of a public service orientation but with potentials for disinformation, deception, fraud, and surveillance (Neptune) used against The People (Moon). The use of 'false flag operations' (ops) and their related propaganda come to mind as well as the use of half-truths as tools or weapons and a handy omission of key details habit in order to skew investigations and divert legal arguments and cases.

Plus, we don't need an exact time of founding to see that the FBI was formed under the auspices of the 19 North Saros Series of June 28, 1908 @7Cancer (Initial 19N July 5, 1331 @20Can32). This Solar Eclipse Series contains themes of tackling the truth (!)(7.12.17: with Trump?), realism, and coming down to earth as old situations are seen for what they really are (Brady). Last manifesting in 1998, 19N will again occur on September 1, 2016 @9Virgo when we may expect revelations galore, possibly concerning hidden responsibilities for the attacks of 9/11/01. Note (7.12.17) that this manifestation of 19 North @9Virgo is the Prenatal Solar Eclipse of both Campaign 2016 and Inauguration 2017. Sadly for this nation, the skeptic Mr. Trump, the conniver-in-chief, will always maintain a loose and contentious relationship with the truth. And the Truth. He thinks everybody lies.

Washington DC: It's Only Words

And so as usual, when it comes to American Politics, Washington DC, and the US Justice System, appropriate words are mouthed by many but good results may be few for actions taken by FBI Directors, Congress, SCOTUS, lower courts, state legislatures, and the White House are what really matter including the results of 'unintended consequences' which may have been secretly intended all along. Words can charm and persuade, yes, but actions taken or omitted by government officials cause the American people more harm than mild confessions of the obvious.

April 2015: Barack Obama's Natal and Progressed Sun-Moon blends

Just for kicks, let's consider President Obama's natal Sun-Moon blend and his Secondary Progressed Sun-Moon blend for April 17, 2015 with the SP Moon remaining approximately 10 more months in the Venus-ruled sign of Taurus:

Assuming we accept its accuracy, the natal horoscope of Barack Obama (August 4, 1961 7:24 pm AHST Honolulu, Hawaii) shows a Sun Leo-Moon Gemini blend of Fire and Air, the "live wire" combo full of bluster and joie de vivre. In dramatic Leo we see a lion; in talkative Gemini is a teacher, orator, and a facile-tongued messenger whose rhetoric is lifted by the fire of his Leonine Mercury.

Sun Leo-Moon Gemini is a humorous, quick-witted, analytical, and resourceful blend of energies with high aspirations--the "thinking activist." Friendly, optimistic, and resilient, this blend can be emotionally fickle, restless, and rebellious like a child; there is a tendency to rationalize.

Sun Leo-Moon Gemini's 'Images for Integration' of the conscious mind (adult) and the unconscious (child) are: "Children singing 'Happy Birthday to you' at a celebrity birthday party...On a bright summer's day a butterfly turns into a radiant being."

Progressing the president's natal horoscope to April 17, 2015, we find his Sun has progressed from 12Leo32 to 4Lib33 and natal Moon from 3Gem21 to 20Tau46 which denotes that Barack Obama has evolved into a Sun Libra-Moon Taurus personality blend of Air and Earth. This describes the rationality of a 'practical idealist' who observes, plans, and takes action. Libra and Taurus are both ruled by Venus within her realms of evaluation, finance, growth (Taurus), beauty, art, partnership, and diplomacy (Libra) and denotes a time of cooperation, campaigning for the social good (except on Fast-Track authority to shove more so-called 'free trade' deals through Congress which will decimate US jobs, various protections, and America's sovereignty--and give Congress a free pass when they're campaigning again--aka, Global Government implementation). Also indicated by this Venusian blend are vanity and promoting the abstract theories of the upper class.

Sun Lib-Moon Taurus' "Images for Integration" are: "A lecture on ancient Greek architecture and town planning...Newlyweds go on a gourmet's tour of Italy for their honeymoon." (Sun Sign-Moon Sign, Charles and Suzi Harvey.)

The first Image reminds me of Masonic Washington DC architecture and its planning by America's early Freemasons and others--built using megalithic measurements as are Stonehenge and other ancient monuments (observatories) across the globe. The second Image reminds me a president's travel itinerary to foreign lands.

So there he is, morphed into a Sun Libra-Moon Taurus personality which will, in about 10 months, change into a Sun Libra-Moon Gemini personality with the SP (Secondary Progressed) Moon in about one year or so reaching his natal Moon position (3Gem21), a personal culmination of some sort, before he leaves office. This will result in a lazy double-Air Sun Libra-Moon Gemini blend that tends to skim the surface and spread itself too thin.

And in relation to Politics and the legal system, one of its Images is instructive, I think: "Having delivered a fair judgment, the chairman of a conciliation and arbitration board chats amiably with the previously opposing factions."

Jupiter Through Pluto Transits for Panama

Panama became an independent state on November 3, 1903 at 6:00 pm LMT Panama City, the location of the 2015 Summit of the Americas. Transit Jupiter in Leo now traverses Panama's 4th house where Mr. Obama's Sun (12Leo) is placed; his natal Mercury @3Leo is in Panama's 3rd house of Communications. Generous Jupiter's Direct Station of April 8 conjoined the natal Sun of Barack Obama, the 'ramp it up or abandon' transit concerning projects begun about 12 years ago.

Tragically for the entire world, Washington has not abandoned war, invasion, or global government goals and Americans suffer lying neocons spouting their crusading rhetoric of aggression and conquest ad nauseum once again. You may disagree but there it is. Now back to Panama...

Transit Saturn now lumbers through Panama's natal 7th house of Partnerships which emphasizes how the country relates to authority figures; things may sour if goals are not aligned. Contract negotiations and other legal matters are in focus as well and responsibilities may increase along with loss through relationship a part of the picture.

Revolutionary Uranus now electrifies Panama's 12th cusp (13Ari42) and will hang out there for quite some time until it leaves the 12th house of Politics and Karma and crosses natal Ascendant @17Tau16. Meanwhile in 12th house, disruptive Uranus will conjoin natal Moon @24Ari54 denoting a nervous and emotional period of new relationships and/or broken alliances.

Later it will also oppose natal Mercury (29Ari37 in 6th house) a time of chaos and radical changes particularly in relation to communication, thinking, methods, and plans and turbulent events such as accidents or riots cannot be ruled out. Before Uranus leaves Panama's natal 12th house it will also oppose the natal 6th house Sun @10Sco22 indicating a time separation and bruised egos.

Nebulous Neptune in Pisces transiting the 10th house will cross the 11th cusp (10Pis05) where Groups Associations, Hopes, and Wishes will be affected--or infected. And transit Pluto in Capricorn has been creeping around Panama's 9th cusp (12Cap14) so 9th cusp and 12th cusp have been sensitized and linked together by the recent, restless Uranus-Pluto Cardinal Square/s with their last exact square occurring on March 16, 2015. Perhaps for Panama, Pluto represents Washington DC and its wealthy, secretive directors!

Panama's natal Sun Scorpio-Moon Aries blend of Water and Fire (steamy! passionate!) is the "rushing in where angels fear to tread" fighting combo of energies indicating national pride, strong individualism, great zeal, and a potential for subterfuge. This 'natural problem-solver' blend is shared natally by a few notables such as France's Charles De Gaulle, Sarah Bernhardt, Bill Gates, Charles H. Mercury applies to only one planet in the chart, a square to Neptune (@9Pis47 Rx in 6th house of Military, Police, and Civil Service, plus, Health and Employment Matters) indicating erroneous or inaccurate information, wrong conclusions that are drawn, and a truckload of illusion, delusion, deceit, and confusion over the course of Summer 2015. See chart, bottom left). Naturally, the media (Mercury and Neptune) are implicated as some of the usual suspects and enablers of various ruses.

Additionally, America's natal Mars-Neptune square from July 4, 1776 is front and center with natal Neptune (obscuring President Obama's natal Mars @22Virgo) rising and our natal Mars, the Warrior, at Midheaven (MC), the Goal and Aspiration Point of the chart. As you see a horoscope for the April 4, 2015 Total Lunar Eclipse @14Lib24 has been set for Washington DC, the capital and representative for the United States of America, and eclipses US natal Saturn.

During an Hour of Jupiter, this Full Moon's perfection occurs at 8:05:32 am edt with Sun @14Ari24 in 12th house of such things as the Unconscious, Politics, Karma, Back Room Deals, and Large Institutions such as hospitals and zoos. We might suspect the halls of the US Congress to be located here as well. A 6th house Full Moon reflects fulfillment, culmination, awareness, and/or relationship issues concerning 6th house matters such as Health, our Daily Rounds and Schedules, Military, Police, and other types of Service--perhaps even the Secret Service which protects the president but has been on the hot seat of slackness and scandal of late. Another personnel shake-up plus a system review may be spotlighted by the light of this Full Moon for they certainly seem due.

Note that there are six 'super moons' (as termed by Richard Nolle) in 2015 with the super moon of September 28th a Lunar Eclipse at 5 Aries.

And with the April 4th Full Moon conjoining US natal Saturn (14Lib48) we may expect the fulfillment-culmination-awareness-relationship emphasis to fall upon lawmakers in Congress, the Justice System, and other institutions of a legal nature with themes of authority, responsibility, seniority, maturity, accountability, and the status quo. Of course, with karmic Saturn's tendency toward reaping what was sown, some element of loss may enter the picture as well. Plus, as with all eclipses, secrets may come to light. And with the Venus-Mars midpoint rising, the revelations could be from the realms of diplomacy, romantic liasons, or marital affairs.

Now a strong first house Venus @21Tau36 (in Taurus, one of its two signs of rulership) is chart-ruler yet makes no applying Ptolemaic aspects in the chart which casts our focus upon the planet's house and sign position since there is no mitigating input or interference from other planets (actors). A hint of dissatisfaction and inconstancy may be attached to 'lady' Venus in money-loving Taurus (sign of The Bull) who was anciently known as a goddess and called by many names all the way back to Babylon and Nimrod's wife, Semiramis.

(I mention what may seem to be an off-topic subject because the Utopian path America has been plopped upon toward the implementation of global government is never far away from my frets on this website and elsewhere--and it grumps me up every time I think about the criminality and cruelty of their plans. For those with eyes to see, the WTC attacks of 9.11.01 were a major signpost on the global government road and a symbol for the demolition of the old Tower of Babel morphed into the new ('World' Trade Center). and of course, the Tower of Babel was humankind's first-ever corporation--now global corporatists are constructing a new order 'built upon ruins' of the old via secret trade pacts such as the TPP which make sovereignty of nations a thing of the past and a clean environment an antiquated idea.)

So Venus is chart-ruler and also rules the Full Moon in Libra, sign of the Scales of Justice and of balance and fairness. In addition, Venus rules or disposits the 12th house Mars and their midpoint conjoins the Ascendant which gives a flavor of diplomacy to the the Full Moon horoscope (set for Washington DC) and to the highlighted events that occur on or around April 4, 2015 until at least the next New Moon on April 18, 2015 in late Aries; romance is also in the spotlight.

A prominent chart factor is the Cardinal T-Square formed by the Sun-Moon opposition which points toward the 9th house Pluto @15Cap30. As you know, the 9th house relates to Foreign Lands and Foreigners, Philosophy, Religion, Legalities, Higher Education, and the Higher Mind. The apex planet of a T-Square can direct the energies of the T-Square and impact the tone of the entire chart and when in Cardinal signs, here-and-now goals are emphasized. And since Pluto tends to work at subliminal levels and Venus makes no applying aspects, Pluto calls the Full Moon tune with radical Uranus near the Sun (leadership) adding disruptive sparks from behind the scenes.

This planetary pattern with Pluto apex may denote poor planning as a vulnerability yet sudden changes will occur, planned or not.

Perhaps it's only a side note but Senator Elizabeth Warren was born with a Sun-Uranus conjunction of originality and genius and this conjunction in Aries in the Full Moon chart is in the 12th house of Politics.

Now when wealthy, sneaky Pluto is apex planet in a Cardinal T-Square pattern a person or group is identified as ruthless, manipulative, and extremely willful toward goals with a one-track-minded deviousness. Here is a high powered executive who acts with a chip-on-shoulder attitude and no one is supposed to stand in his (her, their) way. Obviously with saboteur Pluto, even assassination is on the table for it's 'success at any cost'. Note that Pluto on its own (even without Jupiter, Sun, or Chiron) can signify plutocrats, oligarchs, titans, popes, and propagandists using Psychology; drug use and mind control are also in creepy Pluto's realm of oppression and manipulation.

And naturally for Pluto in 9th house you've thought of ISIS/ISIL and other opponents of the West, haven't you? Sabotage, violence, kidnapping, assassination, mysterious power and stolen wealth certainly apply.

Plus, if we substituted US natal Saturn for the Moon in a midpoint picture (Sun-Moon = Pluto) we get Moon-US Saturn = Pluto and someone being pressured to change their entire value system. POTUS perhaps? Giving back his Nobel Peace Prize seems more and more appropriate yet this picture may also relate to the US Congress Via Capitol Hill legislation and/or US recent indictments for receiving 'gifts' (bribes). As you know, Saturn demands accountability and the shouldering of responsibilities and duties, things that Congress most often receives low marks for these days.

However, there is a mitigating factor and that is the Thales planet of the Sun-Moon opposition--Jupiter Rx @12Leo37 which sextiles the Moon (the 'ray of hope' aspect--Oken) and trines the Sun creating a beneficial condition and opportunity for improvement, perhaps instigated by President Obama since Jupiter conjoins his natal Sun--but then there's the 12-year cycle because...

Jupiter the General, Politician, Banker, Professor, and Guru conjoins again President Obama's natal Sun @12Leo denoting that something begun about 12 years ago must be ramped up or discontinued all together. This has been discussed on SO'W in previous posts so I'll not bore you again for obviously wars we've waged in the Middle East are implicated by this Jupiterian transit to the natal Sun of America's commander-in-chief which now continues as neocons once again spread their war-profiteering slogans across American airwaves and beat their drums of war on behalf of the *Zionists who now rule the State of Israel. Is the Pentagon following Bill Kristol, Dick Cheney, and the others--again? From whence plutonian pressure comes.

Another thing about optimistic Jupiter is that the planet's Direct Station occurs on April 8, 2015 (conjunct the president's natal Sun @12Leo35, as noted--we see how war and war costs in the Middle East are now and will be increased), and in early July, transit Jupiter passes its shadow (Rx) degree (22Leo37) and moves on toward Virgo as political, social-societal, religious, exploratory, scientific, and financial plans and investments proceed however they may.

This morning as I drove home from errands I was somewhat surprised by Herman Cain on the radio playing John Lennon's song Imagine. Mr. Cain managed to work the word 'imagine' into his script several times as he spoke of a dreamy America we could have if only a Republican snags the White House in 2016, etc. You know the conservative/tea party riff, the usual pack of hooey from the Promise Anything to Get Elected school of politics. (Yes, both parties practice it.)

Minutes later I was inside with my TV airing Senator Ted Cruz delivering a speech at Falwell's Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia to an audience of students who were required to attend and lend their ears. If you heard his speech you already know that for uplifting purposes, Cruz used the 'Imagine' theme in his speech--a guy on the radio echoed the other on TV almost simultaneously in that annoying Republican way as if the American people are too stupid to grok it the first time and don't realize it's a set-up. Or as if over and over makes it believable or factual.

Well, I grokked and I set up the horoscope for today, Lynchburg, VA at the moment the TV time-stamped his actual announcement that he's running for president of the United States (10:46 am edt). Rising 12Gem53 (the Descendant in America's natal horoscope for those who use the 'Sibly' chart for July 4, 1776 5:09 or 5:10 pm LMT Philadelphia, PA--possibly showing Cruz's Canadian birth as The Other/7th house?) and of course Gemini is appropriate for speeches, messages, and announcements of any kind. Therefore, Mercury, ruler of Gemini (sign of 'good news') rules the chart, the announcement, and the orator so we look to Mercury's major applying aspects to other planets to see how things may proceed from Mr. Green Eggs and Ham's announcement and presidential campaign, or how they will be accepted.

In the chart, Mercury is in the 10th house of Public Status and Career but is rather woolly in the sign of Pisces (16:40). Pisces is imaginative, yes, but is often murky, perhaps a bit confused, or even deceptive--and this Mercury makes not one major or minor applying aspect to another planet in the horoscope denoting that his bid may go nowhere as well. There is a separating sextile of opportunity between Mercury and Pluto @15Cap23 but he would have fared better if he'd not missed its waxing condition.

(A Mercury sextile Pluto indicates a penetrating mind, a need to remain flexible, trying to control the scope or direction of things, and hypersensitivity to criticism to the point that others may not share negative information which makes honest discussion and rational debate impossible.)

So far the feedback I'm hearing and reading has been negative to near-negative and not many voices are shouting for joy over Cruz's announcement today--but of course, I seldom watch FOX News. I'll check it later just to see if they glorify the McCarthy-esque fellow's bid for the GOP nomination or if they sound iffy.

Now as you know, in 2013 Cruz managed to shut down the federal government for 16 days--now wants to run it and either that's confused on his part or confusing on the part of potential voters. What traction Cruz has is on the far-right side of the voting population but can he win in the general election shouting his accusations from the wacko wilderness? Can his style of anti-communist, anti-government, anti-safety-net-ism rhetoric persuade moderates and minorities that he's worthy of the office and would be good for the country?

If he gained more power, would Cruz shut the whole thing down if he didn't get his way while holding his breath and stamping his wittle foot? That willful, demanding, irrational, power-grabbing, ruthless Sun-Pluto square would be certain to show its ruthlessness though admittedly ruthlessness does seem to be a requirement for Oval Office occupancy.

So at this point, a Cruz nomination seems unimaginable unless mega-huge bucks grease his way and the public suffers a collective stroke during the 2016 campaign. Yet his massive egoism and 'swords vs torches' approach to politics mixed with a rather odd personal magnetism when speaking from a script may keep him in the running long enough for his Utopian ideas to shake up the 2016 debate in a major (diverting) way while putting both Republican and Democratic candidates on the defensive and possibly holding them hostage to his oddball ideas.

As such, Cruz may be used by the power elite behind the throne as just another tool for altering the ultimate outcome of the 2016 presidential campaign. And considering the junior senator's very high opinion of himself and what seems to be a total lack of irony and little if any self-awareness, Mr. Cruz may not even realize what a tool he really is.

Tunisia natal data: June 15, 1956--and March 2015

This region of North Africa has an ancient history of colonization by the Phoenicians pre-500 BC. Independently it was the center of the Carthaginian Empire, it was ruled by Rome from 146 BC to AD 429, and then became the center of the Vandal Kingdom. In 533 Tunisia was reconquered by the Eastern Roman Empire (aka, the Byzantine Empire) until the Arab invasion of 670. The Turks conquered Tunisia in the 16th century and it became a French protectorate in 1881.

An accord for independence was signed in Paris, France on March 20, 1956 (59 years ago tomorrow) though full independence was not achieved until an agreement signed on June 15, 1956. Is Tunisia's 59th independence anniversary somehow an impetus for the March 18, 2015 terrorist attack? My suspicion is yes, as the ancient East vs West turmoil continues.

Therefore, a powerful Pluto @26Leo27 conjunct Jupiter @26Leo19 is a major imprint upon the country yet the Leo-Aquarius polarity is intercepted within the 3/9 houses. Not all astrologers give interceptions weight unless in a 'must be dealt with' manner. Of course, setting up a horoscope with a different house system may dissolve the chart's interception condition but I tend to stick with the Placidus system except for all but the most ancient horoscopes.

So now with Jupiter about to turn direct @12Leo on April 8, 2015, we find Tunisia in the midst of a Jupiter Return which is usually a positive period of reward and increase. However, attached is a Jupiter-conjunct-natal-Pluto transit so in addition there is the typical expansion of power, control, and political issues associated with the Jupiter-Pluto pair. Ruthless Pluto's cape of the saboteur-assassin is emphasized or employed as well (see BBC News link, below).

March 2015

Tunisia's Ascendant = 22Sco10 with Saturn Rx @27Sco41 rising and forceful Mars ruling with Pluto undercurrents. Current transits show that Tunisia has recently had its Saturn Return and although Saturn's upcoming foray back into Scorpio won't take the karmic planet as far as 27:41, it may still be considered within orb but waning. Natal Mars near the IC in 4th house clocks in @6Pis36 where nebulous Neptune has so recently transited and now @8Pisces, Neptune remains within orb of natal Mars.

This transit denotes a time of increased intuition but also false promises, opportunities that may not be what they at first seem, and physical efforts which may be undermined by mysterious or hidden forces with deception in the mix.

And as We the People have learned via America's natal Mars-Neptune square of July 4, 1776, misdirected or misguided motivations and actions along with "the fog of war" can turn up on the agenda through Neptune contacts with Mars, planet of war and aggression.

The current position of the planet of sudden attacks and revolution, Uranus, @20Aries (conjunct US natal Chiron with its Sabian Symbol: "A Pugilist Enters the Ring") transits Tunisia's natal 5th house (cusp 4Ari01) and will oppose natal Neptune @27Lib47 Rx in 11th house (but conjunct 12th cusp 00Sco19, position of the October 23, 2014 Solar Eclipse) beginning in 2017. The limitation doesn't mean more budget-busting spending, it means satisfying obligations the US government has already taken on and neglecting these burdens is what led to America's credit downgrade in 2011, finagled mainly by anti-Obama Republicans in Congress.

Therefore, unless Congress changes its tune, the US treasury can't satisfy creditors as of March 16, 2015--the very date of the final (of 7 total) exact Cardinal Squares between revolutionary Uranus in Mars-ruled Aries and powerful wealth-hoarder Pluto in Saturn-ruled Capricorn, sign of government, law, and business. A past Solar Eclipse @25Cap01 in January 2010 in the 12 North Saros Series may be activated by the SCOTUS decision due in June 2015 concerning Obamacare (ACA) subsidies and the court's potential "gutting" (as the media call it) of the Affordable Care Act which will become unaffordable for millions of insured Americans if conservatives have their cantankerous way.

My post on the Solar Eclipse of January 15, 2010, the year President Obama signed the Act (a potential March 2010 signing of which I was only partially aware when the post was written and published--and not certain the bill would be signed at all) remarks upon the horoscope's emphasis upon 'health' (ex: asteroid Hygeia at Midheaven and apex of a YOD pattern--special task, turning point, or a crisis?) and the date's planets as they link in particular to America's natal Mercury in Cancer. Timing the Natal Chart of Hillary Clinton

Update Oct 4, 2016: thanks to astrologer Marc Penfield, a birth time has surfaced for Hillary Clinton of 2:18 am which gives her a mid-Virgo Ascendant, a 12Gem12 MC, and a 7th house 19Pis50 Moon. The following speculative post was written in 2015 without this information:

The conflicting/unverified timing of Hillary Rodham Clinton's birth needed to set up an accurate natal horoscope for the potential 2016 contender suggests that the lady may be aware of Astrology's uses and its power to 'read' the person under the microscope of the ancient art. Some sources have cited such hours of birth as 1:29 am and 2:18 am, or various times around 8 am or even 8 pm! Correct information is important in order to know what sign is rising and which signs belong on which house cusps with the 10th house relating to Career and Public Status.

Currently a natal chart is shown here set for October 26, 1947 8:02 am CST Chicago, Illinois which gives the former Secretary of State Clinton a Sun @2Sco19, Moon @22Pis51, and 22Sco08 rising---a triple Water signature. Certainly the intensity of Scorpio with its penchant for secrets and life-death matters is evident from her life events and close involvement in politics; her MC in Virgo indicates a career of dedicated work and service.

Plus, her Pisces Moon hints at deep compassion and sentimentality over her daughter and new granddaughter.

No matter her Ascending sign it seems fairly certain that her Sun and Moon signs are correct and if so, Hillary Clinton's Sun Scorpio-Moon Pisces personality blend denotes a demeanor that is aloof yet warm-hearted with a vivid imagination. Hard working dedication is also found within this blend (and compliments a Virgo Midheaven.) Scorpio loves mystery as does Hillary Clinton so subterfuge (having her own private email server for State Department communications!) and/or occult interests cannot be ruled out, hidden though they may may be. This would include an appreciation for and use of Astrology and a clouded birth hour to confuse astrological study.

Sun Sco-Moon Pisces describes Ms. Clinton as a shrewd strategist who is persuasive and sensitive yet ruthless. Actually this is the 'Dr. Jekyll vs Mr. Hide' combo of energies which thrives on challenges and may be addiction-prone; dramatic rebirths are a likely theme through her life as we have seen. Self-discipline and self-indulgence are both present within her personality and a certain lack of objectivity is noticed unless other factors in the chart balance this.

The ability to 'come back fighting' is a plus of Clinton's Sun-Moon blend and a trait she shares with her husband Bill, once known as the "Comeback Kid". Whether she'll be able to come back after the current scandal over her hidden DoS emails is a good question with Republicans like Rush Limbaugh talking today about the scandal being enough to disqualify her from public office--a long-time dream of the #GOP !

For now, the 8:02 am chart mentioned above is the natal horoscope I shall add to my Astrology files in case the lady runs for president in 2016, the year that the stakes for power and control of the entire globe will never be higher.

Neptune-Pluto-Saturn: Netanyahu Addresses the US Congress

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has a 19-year history of beating American war drums against Iran. Yesterday, he addressed a Joint Session of Congress and did just that in what some pundits call an unprecedented act.

Netanyahu also addressed the US Congress in 2011 and on July 10, 1996 during Bill Clinton's presidency as mentioned here at The Intercept. He stated in 1996 that "time is running out...we have to act," which was echoed in yesterday's message concerning Iran's potential development of a nuclear bomb.

A Few Brief Astro-Notes

Benjamin Netanyahu's address on July 10, 1996 falls under the auspices of a 16 South Solar Eclipse Series which manifested @28Aries on April 17, 1996. 16S themes include dealing with issues of wasted energy especially in groups, and misdirected motivation. No real action should be taken, cautions Bernadette Brady in her book Predictive Astrology. This series last manifested on April 29, 2014 @9Taurus and began on September 21, 1653 @29Virgo.

So knowing that transiting Neptune now floats through its own murky sign of Pisces (which is also a sign of war) and nears US natal Ceres and our Pluto-Chiron midpoint (Plutocracy; oppression; racism; Zionism...), it's informative that on July 10, 1996, Neptune had reached late Capricorn (sign of government, law, business, and structure) and conjoined US natal Pluto, karmic planet of power, control, death, transformation, and atomic energy. Also note that 1996 is the year that US natal Saturn turned retrograde by progression in early Scorpio--no longer in its sign of exaltation, Libra, as in 1776--and in 2015 our nation's authority remains in Rx condition indicating issues of weakness vs strength.

Neptune = lies, fraud, or...inspiration

Neptune to Pluto times a period when power is dissolved by subtle means such as treachery and poison, and can favor those with a religious message and/or with psychic power. Did Netanyahu 'poison the well' of the Capitol Building by rallying a US president to wage war on enemies of Israel? Some would say Yes. I would say that his Political Theater performances of 1996, 2011, and 2015 provide the American and global public with futuristic scenes of the Zionist-led global government they wish to set up in Jerusalem.

Does this particular Christian want Israel destroyed? Of course not. Should Christians be worried? Yes, as should Jews, Muslims, and Buddhists for such totalitarian secular regime changers care less than nothing for religion of any kind. They'll have all religions at war with one another before their draconian Utopian vision of global governance is realized and no allegiance will be allowed but to the 'new world order'.

Feb 28, 2015 12 am: DHS funding runs dry--during its Jupiter Return?

The US Congress continues to rule by crisis so funds for the Department of Homeland Security will run dry by 12:01 am est February 28, 2015 unless as the clock ticks the formerly exalted body passes a 3-week band-aid or a clean bill for full funding today or this evening. Yes, Washington DC provides the country with a slapdash end of February 2015 but let's consider the month of March.

As many astrologers have written, March 2015 will be replete with cosmic and earthly events of note as Washington politicians continue to live down to what they're styled into a sorry model of government---sort of a non-governing government brought to us purposefully by sold-out politicians following basically the same global government script while political factions jockey for ultimate control of the Big Picture.

As for 'HoSec', as I've fondly called it, the conglomerate of agencies was hatched on November 25, 2002 at 1:44 pm est Washington DC under a fiery Sun Sag-Moon Leo influence. At that time, expansive Jupiter (the General; the Banker; the Guru) was in the 6th house of Military and Police Service but conjunct the 5th cusp (risk-taking, speculation, gambling) and ruled the agency itself via the Ascendant (27Pis29 with the March 20, 2015 Solar Eclipse @29Pis27 falling upon it this Spring Equinox.) Now transit Jupiter's Rx period has (Oct 2014) and will (June 2015) return to natal degree @17Leo59. To me the fact that the DHS is in the midst of its Jupiter Return (or, Reward Cycle--Tyl) denotes that although funding delays (Rx) are to be expected, current theatrics on Capitol Hill over the DHS budget running dry are merely political antics meant to mar President Obama's White House tenure further and--if hotheads have their way--stop or stall the president's immigration plans.

Does anyone need Astrology to tell them it's all a scripted power play?! Sometimes it seems that obstructionist Republicans are little boys turning blue from holding their breaths in an attempt to get a detached dad's attention!

The next March 2015 lunation is the March 5 Full Moon in Virgo, the date Purim begins. The Full Moon of March 3 is the Syzygy Moon of Spring Equinox 2015 (aka, Aries Ingress) which brings a critical 29th-degreed Solar Eclipse. As you know, Aries Ingress charts flavor the rest of the year in which they occur until the next March--and this one has a weighty Solar Eclipse attached @29Pisces which doth 'lean forward' anxiously to reach the Mars-ruled Aries Point.

Also of importance is the first lunation after Spring EQ 2015 (chart shown set for DC) which happens to be a Lunar Eclipse on April 4 @14Libra, the date that Passover begins. The April 4 lunation 'eclipses' US natal Saturn (lawmakers, laws, authority, accountability, the status quo, old men) which may indicate a cosmic link to the Netanyahu-to-Congress turmoil theatrically set up by thuggish Republicans who go out of their way to undermine congressional tradition while demonstrating once again their disdain for President Obama.

Information found in President Obama's Solar Return in August 2015 is also relevant to the course of our nation along with transits and progressions to all related horoscopes; these must be studied for a fuller picture (although not suitable for today's brief post.)

Full Moon (awareness, opposition, culmination, relationships) March 3, 2015: Sun Pisces-Moon Virgo, the "Faith and Reason Shake Hands" *blend, denotes energies that give broad intelligence, analytical talent, and great perception which will bolster the Full Moon awareness factor. But in what departments of life? On a personal level, perception will be most notable for those who are aware of their natal planetary placements---in which house do you find 14/15 Virgo and 14/15 Pisces for there is where illumination will occur. On a mundane level, we may expect the victim-savior axis of Virgo-Pisces to be highlighted by the light of the March 3 Full Moon and the polarity emphasizes the tragedy of more brutality and revenge, as you know.

*Small events bring enormous consequences

Additionally, sign rulers Mercury (Virgo) and Jupiter (Pisces--with sub-ruler Neptune now strong in its own sign) and the Mercury-Jupiter and Mercury-Neptune pairings of energies are worth considering. In the realms of politics and business, we find Mercury-Jupiter denoting such potentials as expanding communications and transport systems, and discussions on legal, business, religious, and/or philosophical matters and theories. Such discussions and plans indicate possibilities for strained budgets, inflation concerns, religious leaders vying for political power, and scholarship censored by religious beliefs. Well-considered communications bring benefits with Mercury-Jupiter but with a caution against promoting overblown ideas or ideals.

With Mercury-Neptune we find a legislature controlling the excessive dreams and plans of government and business leaders while futuristic visualizations are promoted by leaders sharing their dreams of growth, development, and progress. Of course, the presence of nebulous Neptune, planet of veils, masks, fog, smoke, inspiration, and deception adds its typical undermining influence which leads to instability; weak or artificial plans need rethinking.

Use of delusion to mesmerize the public (propaganda) is evident for communications promise more than can be delivered and serve to divert the people's attention from important matters which may be carried out surreptitiously by fraudsters and spendthrifts with the Neptunian media playing the usual supporting role of keeping the corporate ball in the air.

And since a Full Moon is often a time of relationship fulfillment and brings a culmination of some kind, the Moon's ability to grant us fuller awareness across the Virgo-Pisces axis may clarify that others are not what we thought them to be---or, that they have purposefully deceived or even secretly harmed us. A wise course is to beware of illusion and deception under the silver moonbeams of March!

Now in spite of the fact that a "Faith and Reason" influence adds Illuminati-New World Order-globalism vibes to the March 3 Full Moon via Neptune (Faith, Spirituality) and Uranus (Reason, Science), let's close with some very good advice for all world leaders and wanna-bes, and for the war-wagers who profit from the deaths of others. The quote concerns the victim-savior axis even though as a group the power elite class seems to be too craven and self-serving to learn from it (which to me makes them seem rather ignorant):

The old East vs West conflict replays in the New Millennium as the East uses extreme violence to establish its own version of 'global governance'...just as Western 'new world order' promoters knew they would. To me it seems the influence of the August 11, 1999 Solar Eclipse is starkly revealed by such brutality and power struggles. As you know, this is the eclipse Nostradamus emphasized, the one with its *Oxen, Lion, Eagle, and Angel Points featured as noted in the Book of Revelation---when the angels 'let go the winds of war'. And war is precisely what has been unleashed thanks to power elite politicians, their enablers and financial backers, and "insurgents" as Washington prefers to call them.

Of course, we in the West use our own blend of brutality, violence, torture, snipers, assassinations, and bombs, don't we? And it's usually veiled by propaganda such as "spreading democracy". Even western sanctions against other nations via the UN may starve and kill; meanwhile millions of refugees are created and many are knocking on western doors.

Currently Jupiter now traverses Rx and Direct through the sign of Leo so the planet of increase and expansion now affects the degree (18Leo) of the 1999 "King of Terror" Eclipse (or, 'King of Alarm' Eclipse including financial crises) which is also called the 'Mother of All Eclipses' in the 1 North Saros Series which began on January 4, 1639 @13Cap48. At the least, we now have two sensitized degrees from the 1N Series: 18Leo and 13Cap long with their opposite degrees (18AQ and 13Cancer--the degree of America's natal Sun on July 4, 1776.) Yes, there are rules for the duration of influence for eclipses but to me, this eclipse's powerful affects are ongoing for all of humanity.

As you know, assassin Pluto, powerful and wealthy representative of The Underworld and of the Pope, now creeps through Capricorn and has opposed US natal Venus, Jupiter, and most recently, US natal Sun (the president). You do not need Astrology to tell you about the major conflicts and government topplings the transformative Pluto transit describes in an As Above, So Below fashion for the news media tells plutonian tales 24/7.

1N themes include a caution against making hasty decisions because information is 'distorted and possibly false' and 'unexpected events' along with fatigue and health problems (Brady.) Sometimes it seems the US government has lost any ability it ever had to tell the truth to the public. Not that Washington is the only one using falsehood as a tactic to get its way.

Adding to the intensity is the ongoing Cardinal Square between Uranus and Pluto, the revolutionary pair. Their 7th and last exact square occurs on March 16, 2015 though sighs of relief on that date would be premature.

Events and people born under the 1N Series include: the UN, the first atomic bomb attack, the assassination of John F. Kennedy, and Washington Irving, author of Sleepy Hollow, a novel that now inspires a FOX TV show of the same name which uses such themes as prophecy, horsemen and the Apocalypse, demonic possession, a 'new world order', life vs death, reincarnation, satanism and witchcraft, and Witnesses. Needless to say, the atmosphere of and the events occurring on Sleepy Hollow ring out with vibes of the outer planets, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto, with Mars, god of war, nearby.

And I might even say that the Solar Eclipse of August 11, 1999 influences the show's themes, too. Someone is certainly placing these dark themes within the Collective Unconscious with the satanic 'entertainment' fare we're constantly fed.

Here's a brief video concerning Albert Pike, Confederate General, major leader of Freemasons, possibly a founder of the Ku Klux Klan and member of the Knights of the Golden Circle, World War plotter and strategist, and the only Confederate General immortalized via statue in Washington DC. Attached to his controversial legacy is a creepy tale that his body lies in a vault at the Scottish Rite Temple a few blocks from the White House yet he's listed among those resting at Oak Hill Cemetery in Georgetown, DC (scroll to the letter P).

Yet bodies can be dug up and moved under cover of darkness, can't they? Thomas Paine's was! Or perhaps only Pike's skull 'graces' the Temple in DC for you know how secret organizations with visions of global power are attracted to death, skulls, and bones. No matter where his remains are located, Grand Poo Bah Pike died at age 81 and is long gone since April 2, 1891...

For more info try this interesting site with articles concerning the Illuminati, Albert Pike, his fabled 1871 letter to Mazzini in which he details plans for three World Wars in order to take over the world, and many more such controversial topics, if you get into those sorts of curiosities. Pike's letter may have been written later by unknown sources since a few of its terms were not in use until after 1871. Hmmm...if so, a fake letter full of sinister intent sounds to me like plotters plotting against a plotter!

As for Albert Pike's natal horoscope, I am reluctant to post a version of it due to his birth hour being unknown and the fact that on December 29, 1809 the Moon left late degrees of Virgo and entered Libra at 3:27:28 am LMT (using Solar Fire Gold v9 software.)

Since Luna is the lead planet of a Locomotive pattern (an indicator of executive ability and achievement--Jones) it's quite inconvenient not knowing whether natal Moon was in earthy, practical Virgo or airy, sociable Libra--one sign ruled by Mercury (in Capricorn), the other by Venus (in Sagittarius.) Both Mercury (communication, thinking, planning, travel, the teacher, writer, magician) and Venus (values, relationships, diplomacy--but also, the goddess of love and war) are interesting in the chart with Mercury conjunct his Capricorn Sun and Venus sextile Mars (in Aquarius) and possibly his chart-ruler with Libra rising. In fact, the close conjunction of Sun and Mercury supports the legend of his genius (allegedly he spoke several languages, was a teacher in his early days, and a Jupiterian figure for certain--the General, the Guru, the Priest, the Professor, the Banker, etc.) Check his photos to admire his widened girth!

As you know, using the Sabian Symbols to rectify a chart is a fascinating, time consuming task yet the symbol for '29 Virgo' (Moon?) seems to me to be appropriate for Pike's occult activities and interests: "A Man Gaining Secret Knowledge from an Ancient Scroll He Is Reading...DISCOVERY." Another curious one is '7 Capricorn' for natal Mercury: "A Veiled Prophet of Power...SUPREMACY." You may disagree as you wish for these degrees are rounded up from the 12:00 am chart until the Moon enters Libra which also moves Mercury ahead to '8 Cap'. Naturally there are many other factors to consider as well and perhaps one of you will take a little time one day and spend it with Albert's natal planets.

With Moon in Virgo, Venus May Be Chart-Ruler

Now since his natal Sun (personality) has no other major aspect to it other than the conjunction with Mercury making our picture here of Mr. Pike's character quite sparse, perhaps a few words about his Venus-Mars sextile are in order since the aspect is retained throughout the 24-hour period of his birth date. This aspect (60 degrees) between the relational Aries-Libra pair denotes a good organizer and a 'talent scout'--one who learns to use people, their talents, and resources in the best ways possible. Making necessary personal sacrifices to reach goals is indicated along with an ability to disguise aggressive tendencies though when needed, forceful assertiveness may be used to the point of bluntness.

For some people born with a Venus-Mars sextile, the 'killer instinct' can be in evidence with a strong need to be in charge. Since Pike was in charge--as a Confederate General, as a global leader of Freemasonry--I surmise that he used the opportunities and abilities contained within this sextile to much advantage. And since a determined imperative for reaching closure is also a trait of a Venus-Mars sextile person, my guess is that leaving things 'pending'---especially a 'new world order' or a Utopian global government--is an envisioned goal passed down through the generations which now inspires our current crop of infiltrators and power-grabbers to complete the job. For we now see the plan outlined in "Pike's letter to Mazzini" occurring across the Middle East and elsewhere with America's "authorization of war powers" that will further the goal of perpetual war and collapse.

But with the current theatrically hesitant 114th Congress, our Commander-in-Chief President 'Nobel Peace Prize' Obama has now asserted that he doesn't need the approval of Congress in order to wage war, war, and more war. After all, even the most apathetic of Americans cannot fail to notice that the Pentagon is waging disastrous war in several 'theaters of operation' already.

It's Friday the 13th, 2015 and superstition lingers

A Fuss for Friday February 13, 2015

Surrounded by superstition since the 19th century and even earlier, Friday the 13th is the most feared date in history, perhaps seconded by the Ides of March.

Promoted in such novels as Friday the Thirteenth by Thomas W. Lawson (1907), the date is considered by many to be linked to King Philip's mass arrest of Knights Templar--including Jacques DeMolay--on Friday October 13, 1307, ostensibly to avoid the crown's debts owed to the Templars whose pioneering banking prowess may be the model of, if not the basis for, the world's current usurious central banking criminality and power-grabbiness.

And of course, the number '13' is well known for its numerology symbolism and is usually considered to be *unfortunate though occult sources such as Isidore Kozminsky say it's a number of regeneration, unity, and prosperity. Some of the negativity cast upon Friday the 13th may arise from the crucifixion of Christ on a Friday, the day of preparation prior to the Sabbath Day when mankind is advised to rest and hold sacred from mundane work (according to the Fourth Commandment of God). From my own church experience, I am shown that the Sabbath Day is a 24-hour 'window of time through which we may see Eternity', a description that astrologers and others can appreciate since our work with cosmic cycles makes obvious that 'every 7th day is the 7th day' back to the original--the number a day occupies in the weekly cycle does not change even if its name changes from one culture to another. But I digress. Or do I?

If not, then perhaps there is something to the repetition of the number 13 in a calendar just as a degree is sensitized and thus emphasized by an eclipse manifesting upon it. Such is the case when we look at a sunrise horoscope set for Paris on October 13, 1307 (the mass arrests of Templars began at dawn with 'Paris' as a symbol of France) for some interesting chart factors pop out:

Sun and Ascendant 27Lib08 followed by Midas 28:24 (the Templars?), Mercury 11Sco24, Uranus 11:41, Neptune 12:17, and Saturn 14:01 conjunct Fixed Star Agena (Beta Centaurus: 'the pain of learning'), all in 1st house (Placidus). Agena is an interesting star though not always used and is the 'partner star' of Toliman (aka, Bungala; Alpha Centaurus). Both stars relate to education, learning, and sacrifice at an altar; aligned they point toward the Southern Cross. One of the charges in court used against the Templars was that they practiced unholy rites such as sacrificing on an altar dedicated to demonic forces (Pope Clement V was plotting from his lair in Rome) rather than to Christ.

Also rising in the 12th house of Karma, Self-Undoing, and Politics, is the North Node of destiny @13Lib44 Rx, so recently conjoined by the current NN, the head of the dragon. In fact, today, on this particular Friday the 13th, transiting NN @11Libra conjoins the 1307 date's Pre-Natal Solar Eclipse degree of 11Lib34 in 12th house and although I've searched online and elsewhere, the Saros Series for that Solar Eclipse has not been located--that bit of information seems to be missing. However, the Solar Eclipse in Libra did occur on October 7, 1307 ("Saros 42" say websites but not the number I need for its themes) and was preceded two weeks earlier by a Lunar Eclipse on September 22, 1307.

Scorpio Rising...

So let's consider a few factors in the October 13, 1307 chart with its foursome of planets rising in the occult sign of Scorpio: Mercury, Uranus, Neptune, and Saturn, the last a triple conjunction of heavy hitters. As you know, Uranus and Neptune are The Enlightenment pair which last met in Great Conjunction three times in 1993 at and around 18 Capricorn (POLITICAL POWER in the Sabian Symbols) during the presidency of Bill Clinton. Their last exact conjunction on Oct 24th forms the basis for a modern 'New World Order' natal horoscope often referred to by yours truly primarily because the symbol for 18 Capricorn is descriptive of what is being negatively and progressively implemented in the realm of Politics: "smug or strong-armed paternalism"--Jones. In the chart, the Scorpio foursome of 1307 falls between 1993 Sun and Mars in 10th house (Washington DC).

In the 2nd house of Money and Values is banker planet Jupiter in its own sign of Sagittarius, sign of The Seeker on a Sacred Quest; Scorpio planets Mars and Pluto are in Capricorn and Aquarius, respectively, in 3rd and 4th houses. The first pair of planets to rise are Mercury and Uranus denoting potentials for intuition, astuteness, nervous haste, inventiveness, shrewdness, revolutionary spirit, a scattering of energies, brutal frankness, upset, contradiction, physics and math, the spinal cord, and "too many irons in the fire"--Ebertin. Note that the Templars were tortured into confession with methods repeated during The Inquisition and by the US and others in our era.

The intense Mercury-Uranus conjunction of 1307 was spotlighted (however dimly) on November 3, 2013 by what I've termed the "Illumination Eclipse" due to its initial manifestation containing a trine between the Illuminati-Enlightenment-Age of Reason planets, Uranus and Neptune (Science blends with Religion though some call it Faith).

The November 3, 2013 Solar Eclipse occurred @11Sco15 with Lord Saturn @13Sco52--near its 1307 degree (basically a Saturn Return for the 1307 mass arrests) in the 16 North Saros Series with themes of 'sudden release of unconscious material; illumination of ideas that can be acted upon; a sense of inspiration and deep insight'--Brady). Eclipse Mercury Rx and NN conjoined @7Scorpio---all in the 12th house when the chart is set for Washington DC, our capital city built upon Sacred Geometry principles using the ancient Megalithic Yard system of measurement.

Next up in the 1307 horoscope is the Saturn-Neptune pair indicating such apt potentials as suffering, asceticism, renunciation, readiness for sacrifice, foresight, dual characters, lower vs higher natures (idealism vs materialism), a methodical execution of plans, painful and tormenting inhibitions, painstaking efforts, distrust, peculiar temperaments, poor-sick-depressed people. Saturn-Neptune forms the 'illness axis' of any horoscope. (All planetary pair info paraphrased from Ebertin's The Combination of Stellar Influences).

In closing, I shall add that at sunrise on October 13, 1307, the 7th house Moon @12Tau59 opposed the Scorpio planets. This gives a Sun Libra-Moon Taurus Venusian atmosphere to the day with an Air-Earth quality that 'observes, thinks, plans a course of action, then acts' (Harvey) and this may refer to the monarch of France and the Pope but also to the Templars who escaped the purge---some say first to Scotland and then on to the what was to become America, the Utopian 'New Atlantis' envisioned by Sir Francis Bacon (Tudor), Bartholomew Gosnold (who sailed to Jamestown), Adam Weishaupt (founder of the Bavarian Illuminati on May 1, 1776), and others of the anti-democratic, anti-ownership, anti-religion, anti-government Illuminati persuasion.

And of course, goddess Venus can be extremely vengeful and when last to rise before the Sun (oriental) as in 1307, denotes those who work with very valuable things such as gold, silver, and gemstones.

With the recent Charlie Hebdo attack in Paris as justification, the White House has scheduled an Anti-Extremism Summit for Wednesday February 18, 2015, the day of a major Solar Eclipse at a critical-crisis 29th degree in secretive Pisces, plus, the day of Spring Equinox 2015, aka, Aries Ingress 2015 when the Sun reaches 00Aries00, a World Point of manifestation and prominence. Remember the NATO Summit in September 2014 the 'power elite' held in Wales? In astrological terms I identified the secretive 'security' planning session as a Moon-Pluto Affair and now that NATO is associated with the specter of the 'Cold War' returning we note that its Saturn (cold)--Mars (war) vibes are being purposefully promoted by a complicit media and by politicians who know which side their bread must be buttered on in order to promote 'The Big Picture'.
