Astrologer Warns of Pluto Crossing October 31, 2018

April 1, 2018: since today is Easter Sunday (He Is Risen!), family doings are in progress here so this post is merely a quick heads-up concerning astrologer Chris Rogers' warning of an upcoming cosmic event which may, in that history-rhyming sort of way, affect finances of the masses (ex: the stock market) and potentially the power structure in Washington DC and elsewhere.

This is disturbing, I know, yet it seems to me that Pluto's Crossing tallies with the difficult 2 New North Solar Eclipse of August 11, 2018 @19Leo which on Stars Over Washington (if nowhere else!) has been termed The Tower Eclipse due to its theme of 'collapse of existing structures and lifestyles' and the necessary 'rebuilding after the dust settles' (Brady). Basically, this eclipse describes #16 'The Tower' in the Tarot deck for those who use the cards. Notably, 2 New North also manifested prior to The Crash of 1929--follow the link for a few details. Also, 2 New North is the Prenatal Solar Eclipse of the November 2018 Midterm Elections (hacked or crashed voting machines with plutonian Putin's claw prints all over the sabotage?)

Plus, astrological Pluto is also associated with underworld figures, networks, criminal cartels, mobsters and other financial crooks, plus, transnational bankers and foreign power brokers so given the Mueller investigation into the political and financial ties of Donald Trump and his dubious 'associates', major events may be expected before the end of 2018 and into early 2019. Certainly, conclusions will be reached and reports revealed which involve potentials for destruction, transformation, and/or regeneration of a plutonian nature.

Does Astrology Agree a Collapse Is Due?

Disturbingly, the Solar Eclipse Saros Series under which Fiscal Year 2019 falls is the 2 New North which perfects on August 11, 2018 @19Leo, a sensitized degree. This is what I've previously termed The Tower Eclipse for its themes of 'collapse of an existing structure, plans, lifestyles; after the dust settles, rebuilding begins' (Brady's Predictive Astrology).

The August 11th horoscope, set for Washington DC, shows Mr. Trump's natal Pluto rising (10Leo02) and transit Pluto in Capricorn unaspected which to me represents the foreign bankers (ex: House of Rothschild) who secretly control the US financial system via the complicit Federal Reserve Banking System of America--the central bank we never wanted. Now this is my opinion and is not a topic in the above interview. If you view the eclipse chart you'll find shocking Uranus, planet of disruption and separation, at Midheaven, the Goal Point of any horoscope.

When Dark Shadows Fall

In addition, Trump's natal Pluto in 12th house of Back Room Deals, Politics, Large Institutions, Self-Undoing, and Karma, is unaspected in his chart, a condition Bil Tierney calls "one-pointed" and "overshadowed by shadows". Doing business with domestic and global criminal underworld figures can do such overshadowing. However, Trump's primal Pluto is apex planet of a difficult midpoint picture--here's an interpretation of this picture's potentials written by Michael Munkasey for it is part of Trump's psyche:

Years ago, the US Government actually performed its duty and worked for the people.

Franklin D. Roosevelt is the reason for programs like Social Security.

Dwight Eisenhower is the reason for our highway system, allowing us to travel longer distances in a shorter amount of time.

Lyndon Johnson is the reason for Medicare, Medicaid, and the Food Stamp Program.

Even Richard Nixon, who is most known for the Watergate Scandal, is the reason for Supplemental Security Income, better known as SSI, and for the EPA.

Yes, upon a time Government actually worked for the people (the Democrats were becoming the left wing party, while the Republican party was more moderate). When did it go wrong?

In 1981, Ronald Reagan signed the Economic Recovery Tax Act of 1981, lowering the top income tax rate from 70% to 50%, and then in 1986 signed the Tax Reform Act Of 1986, which lowered the top rate from 50% to 38.5%. After these tax cuts, the economy entered a recession in the late 80s and didn't recover until the time Clinton entered office. Reagan is also known for the Iran Contra Scandal, which involved the sale of weapons to Iran.

Bill Clinton, despite presiding over a strong economy throughout this two terms in office, signed the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Act in 1996, which significantly reduced welfare benefits. He also repealed the Glass Steagall Act in 1999, which lifted strong regulations on the banks that were implemented by Franklin D. Roosevelt. The repeal played a big role in the Great Recession that took place in 2008-2011.

George W. Bush is well known for his two sets of tax cuts in 2001 and 2003, both of which heavily benefited the wealthy, and also played a major role in the 2008 recession, as he refused to raise taxes while two wars were going on. He also signed the Patriot Act into law, suspiciously shortly after 9/11, rightly making people wonder if it was a planned attack for the purpose of suppressing freedom of speech by labeling violators as "terrorists".

Barack Obama is well known for Obamacare, which is a federal mandate to purchase health care, and likely a ponzi scheme to make health care providers richer, as premiums increased under this law.

And Donald Trump recently signed a huge tax cut for the wealthy into law, while taxes will go up for everybody else in 2025.

All of this, in the name of making their donors richer at the expense of the "little people".

How To Fix This

Simple. Get the money out of politics! If it was made illegal for corporations to bribe politicians, politicians wouldn't feel the need to make the rich richer, and have more freedom to govern according to the political indicators in their astrology charts. In Obama and Clinton's charts, the left wing economic and cultural indicators are very strong, so it's very likely that if they didn't have to be owned by multi million dollar corporations in order to get elected, they would have run the country in a much more progressive manner, similar to the likes of Roosevelt and Lyndon Johnson. As long as big money is involved in politics, the rich will continue to get richer at the expense of the poor.

Pluto in Capricorn

Pluto has been in the sign of Capricorn since 2008, and will be there until shortly after the 2024 election. It is no coincidence that the Great Recession started when Pluto first went into Capricorn, and that the issues regarding money in politics have been at the forefront throughout this transit. The Mueller Investigation, with Trump, Kushner, and many other Republicans being investigated for collusion with Russia, as well as money laundering, is likely a precursor to future laws prohibiting big money from influencing elections. With Pluto, the transformer, in Capricorn, the sign of government and big business, laws making the bribery of politicians illegal will be inevitable.

And these oligarchs know this, which is why the US Government is growing more and more authoritarian every year, in an attempt to slow down these changes, before Pluto enters the humanitarian sign of Aquarius for good in 2024. However, nobody beats astrology in the end, and it's foolish to believe that you can.

Eventually, the government will once again serve its original role, to work in the best interests of its citizens, keep us safe, and ensure us a good quality of life, but that won't happen until the oligarchy that has been in place for close to 40 years collapses.

DC Horoscope: January 16, 2018 Capricorn New Moon

This lunation recalls the RNC 2016 Full Moon @27Cap40 of July 19, Cleveland, Ohio which seemed particularly significant due to its conjunction with America's natal Pluto and the POTUS Inauguration MC, the Goal Point. Pluto in Capricorn there denotes that the goal is dictatorship (Ebertin).

Penned upon the chart are basic details (please enlarge) along with the RNC July 19, 2016 planets that are here conjoined (2018 to 2016) as if in a Return chart or very near it: Mars, Uranus, Neptune, and centaur Chiron, with Uranus and Chiron (as a pair, the chaos creators) on their exact July 2016 degrees. This suggests a sort of time link with history rhyming, folks, as the Trump regime and the GOP control of the three branches of government continue, at least until the November Midterms.

Also significant during this time of confusion, falsehood, unreliability, paranoia, propaganda, fear, disappointment, delusion, dissolution, and contagion is the fact that the American people are mired within a five-fer Neptune Return of the Republican Party (14Pis01) which began in 2017 and lasts through the end of 2018 into 2019.

So as you see, Jupiter leads a BOWL shape of the New Moon planets but from what is traditionally known as an 'evil degree' (19Scorpio) which Nicholas Devore has called "the crucial point in the war between the Ego and the Supreme Will." And I have little doubt that since it's expansive Jupiter there, issues of banking, financing, funding, budgets, debt, military spending and troop movements (Jupiter the General), and guns vs butter are some of the things described here with funding stalemates in Congress and a potential government shutdown looming (as I type on January 8th) at midnight on January 19th. Will ego be the prime consideration in these important matters in Washington DC 2018? Can politicians get out of their own ways long enough to 'do the people's business'?

For clues, perhaps we should note the T-Square with apex Jupiter penned, lower right. It says: Pluto-ASC = Jupiter: a large gain; a fortunate turn; an imposing personality (Ebertin) which these days tends to signify Mr. Trump. Another midpoint picture is Neptune-ASC = MC: acting under the influence of others. Well, hello! Lobbyists, big donors, and/or ALEC bill writers, perhaps? Trump's influence over Republican lawmakers? Well, most Americans agree that a majority of 'our' congress members are compromised by such influences and seldom if ever vote their consciences. Or what's left of them for the ones who had consciences to begin with. Gutting social welfare programs would seem to indicate a dearth of Christian charity operating in DC, imho.

So! What new beginning is suggested by the January 2018 New Moon conjunct US natal Pluto and the Inaugural Midheaven? Is it merely a cosmic signature of a new year starting or is there more to it? What seeds are being planted now that will sprout under the eerie light of the January 31, 2018 Leo Lunar Eclipse?

Well, we know that with manipulative yet coping Pluto in the lunar spotlight this month we can expect issues of power, control, and great wealth to be on the menu with Jupiter in Scorpio, sign of Big Business, spying, and betrayal, leading the march--and speculator Donald Trump's Neptune in Libra is first of his natal planets to rise in the New Moon chart and bringing his Chiron and Jupiter to the party. Can warmongering and profiteering be far behind? Are certain foreign agents such as Putin involved in the lunar-plutonian picture? Is Pluto's nuclear button safe from Trump's twitchy little finger?

And yet the 2016-2018 time link suggests that there are fresh potentials for new leaks, scandals, and/or secrets concerning Mr. Trump's campaign 2016, his GOP nomination, and his subsequent selection to play president perking within the darkness of the January New Moon and may be revealed by the light of the January 31 Lunar Eclipse @11Leo37 which manifests so near Mr. Trump's natal Pluto!

Pluto in Capricorn and Neptune in Pisces: the Push for a Compassionate Government

Q: Are rightist authoritarians pushing our society too far from a common sense moral center? Here's an answer from millennial astrologer Kevin Estes:

Pluto In Capricorn and Neptune In Pisces - The Push For A Compassionate Government Universal Health Care, Universal Basic Income, Universal College. All ideas that were once crazy 15 years ago, but are now gaining huge momentum. Why? Pluto in Capricorn and Neptune in Pisces

Pluto, the transformer, has been in Capricorn, the sign of government, big business, and institutions, since 2008 and Neptune has been in Pisces, the sign of compassion, sensitivity, and spirituality, since 2011, and it has been no coincidence that policies like these have been gaining momentum throughout these transits.

Add the fact that the Pluto in Sagittarius generation from 1995-2008 is starting to become adults, this means the Pluto generations from the 2nd half of the zodiac, regarding the collective rather than the individual, will be the majority of people alive, and they don't value things like status, greed, and materialism the way their parents do. The Pluto in Libra generation from 1971-1984 is about fairness, the Pluto in Scorpio generation from 1983-1995 is about the cold hearted truth, and the Pluto in Sagittarius generation is about freedom.

Our current system is not fair, is not what's best for humanity, regardless of what our politicians and the media say, and it does not give humanity true freedom. Take the recent tax plan for example. The middle class only gets a small tax cut until 2025, while the wealthiest Americans get an even bigger, permanent tax cut. This is NOT what's best for America, regardless of how poorly the Republicans tried to spin it, and it is anything but fair because it allows the wealthy to have even MORE wealth, despite them already having enough to where they don't ever have to work another day in their lives, and while many people are struggling to make end's meet. And outside of that, our current economic system does not give people true freedom, as it's extremely difficult, if not impossible, to have a good, quality life without being a "wage slave".

The current system encourages us to go to college for 4 years, enter the work force for 40+ years, then when you're at a certain age where you can't be reliably productive anymore, you're then eligible for Social Security. If that's unnerving enough, the Republicans want to cut Social Security and Medicare in order to help fund these tax cuts (and wars, of course). Imagine working for all these years, and then not being able to have what was taken out of YOUR paycheck, in order for people who already have enough to purchase every property in some cities to have even more. That's not Capitalism, that's Fascism. Notable fascists include Hitler, Mussolini, and Vladimir Putin.

That is why the younger generations want a more fair system where everyone is taken care of. Nobody should have to live a lifestyle like that, especially if they're not going to be justifiably rewarded for it, and have to pay income taxes to a government that has no interest in their well being.

Taxation without representation

And in the current administration and the previous two administrations before that, the President has been ruthless in forcing the positions of his party on the whole country, such as Bush's wars and push to privatize Social Security, Obama with Obamacare and forcing religious organizations to provide free contraceptives and conduct same sex marriages, and Trump with the tax cuts and the pushes to take away health care and build the border wall as well as the travel bans. The extremism of the current and recent administrations has divided our country heavily, and it's no coincidence that the time period of the last President who governed like a moderate, Clinton, is also the last time our country was functioning normally. Is there a reason for this? Yes.

Natal Pallas as Ethics Indicator

In Bill Clinton's birth chart, while his economic and cultural indicators lean heavily to the left, his ethical indicators, represented by the asteroid Pallas, lean defensive, or Libertarian. The first half of his first term included a tax increase on the wealthy and a push for single payer health care, known as "Hillarycare". The people weren't ready for that yet, and the GOP was the majority in Congress from 1995 onward, and this is when Clinton began to govern more moderately, as the welfare reform in 1996 and the repeal of the Glass Steagall Act in 1999 (something that's still effecting us to this day) were during this time, as well as a Capital Gains tax cut in 1997.

On the contrary, Trump's ethical indicators are mixed, likely leaning authoritarian, Obama's ethical indicators lean heavily authoritarian, and while Bush shares "defensive Pallas" with Clinton, his VP Dick Cheney has a strong "aggressive Pallas", and it's been widely speculated that he was actually running the show the whole time instead of Bush. As my blog shows, people's political ideology and ethics are shown in their charts, with around 1,000 examples and counting. Political ideology, like career, belief systems, and overall personality, is something people have a binding tie to, and thus is shown in the birth chart and not attributed to free will, like the food you eat, clothes you wear, when you go to bed or go to the bathroom, etc. is.

By this logic, under the current electoral system, half are happy, and half are unhappy every presidency (and it does seem that way every presidency). So how do we fix this?

Simple. Go full Libertarian on social issues, and remind the people who are cultural conservatives that forcing your views on everyone is wrong, and make sure that everyone is taken care of unconditionally. I'm sure even the biggest economic conservatives will eventually warm up to Universal Health Care and Universal Basic Income when they happen (it will be inevitable, like same sex marriage was before its passage). For ethics, use astrology to make sure the candidates will work in the best interests for everyone, as well as actually have the political viewpoints they express as my research has exposed quite a few "fakers".

Like Jesus said, the only rule is to love your neighbor as yourself, which is to treat others how you want to be treated, also known as The Golden Rule. The current GOP, the "Christian" party, is so unlike Jesus when you read about what he actually did. Can you picture Jesus supporting a tax cut for the wealthy while cutting programs the most vulnerable in society need? Or supporting going to nuclear war? And while right wing Christians often say "Jesus didn't say the Government should do it", the point is that it isn't Christ-like to support taking from the poor to give to the rich and war mongering. Voting for Republicans these days is supporting these policies.

The Golden Rule. Things would be a LOT better if we went back to living like that, and not worry so much about greed, status, materialism, and being better and more powerful than others.

Dec 28 2017 Doug Jones Certified to Take Senate Seat

Although loser Roy Moore filed a lawsuit yesterday to block the certification of Doug Jones for the Alabama seat in the US Senate, the certification of Doug Jones is scheduled for today at 1:00 pm CST in Montgomery, the capital city.

Update Dec 29, 2017: MSNBC reports that Doug Moore was certified yesterday at 2:10 pm Eastern Time. At 1:10 pm CST in Alabama, the horoscope remains basically the same with Taurus Moon and Jones's natal Mercury rising.

A quick peek at a December 28, 2017 1:00 pm cst Montgomery, Alabama horoscope of the certification reveals the natal Mercury in Taurus of Mr. Jones rising just after the transiting Moon in Taurus @7Tau21. The natal Sun of Doug Jones @13Taurus rises soon after.

At MC, the Goal and Career Point of the certification chart (24Cap14), in 10th house is the natal Chiron Station Retrograde of Doug Jones and at 28Cap39, his Chiron conjoins US natal Pluto. As you know, the Pluto-Chiron pair is a marker for Plutocracy and the oppression and primal violence it tends to use in order to get its way. With Senator Jones it remains to be seen if or how he will favor plutocratic actions for he is joining Plutocracy's politicians on Capitol Hill. Plus, Jones's natal North Node @16Cap42, has recently been conjoined by transit Pluto today @18Cap40. With Chiron in 10th today at certification and his natal NN in Capricorn, Mr. Jones may be feeling somewhat insecure as to his position--even after his certification.

This degree of governmental, legal Capricorn (18Cap) activates the 1993 Great Conjunctions of Uranus and Neptune with the trio's 'the big picture must be followed, very little option to do otherwise' (Tyl) demands which Senator Jones will surely deal with in the US Congress and be forced to vote as party leadership dictates. The natal Pluto @22Leo32 of Doug Jones is extra strong for it's Station Direct in his natal chart. Of course, his Pluto on one level relates to his legal profession and the criminality it necessarily involves.

And with US natal Pluto at the top of the certification chart, US natal Mercury is placed at the IC (24Can14) with 1776 Mercury's very interesting Sabian Symbol, "A Man Wrapped in an Invisible Cloak of Power," a cosmic shout-out to manipulating Pluto, planet of power, wealth, and the cape of invisibility that plutocrats in charge prefer to conceal themselves behind. And it seems that they want Doug Jones seated in the US Senate which does, of course, lessen the Republican majority there. Maybe one day we'll find out other reasons why Jones is their choice though it may be due in part to the cantankerousness and 'independent' thinking of the very controversial Alabaman, Roy Moore.

Republican Tax Cuts to Harm the American People

Update Nov 20, 2017: Bruce Bartlett has a piece published today in The Guardian today, Republican tax cuts will hurt Americans. And Democrats will pay the price in which Bartlett asserts that Republicans know they'll lose in 2018 and 2020 which will put Democrats in office but Democrats hands will be tied on the economy and budget for years to come. And that's a major goal of their 2017 tax cut tactic. It's part of the '2 Santa Clause' con game that both parties engage in. (See video link, below). Original post begins here:

The indented paragraph, below, was originally posted January 27, 2017 here on Stars Over Washington yet for legislative reasons I'm re-publishing it today, November 18, 2017, because the House passed the Republican Tax Cuts and Jobs Bill this week. And so mayhem has occurred on Capitol Hill as billionaires and other GOP donors rejoice at our expense.

The tweeted announcement of the bill's passage that I saw Thursday afternoon was time stamped 1:58 pm on 16 Nov 2017 by @HouseGOP with deceitful Neptune in Pisces rising and austere Saturn in Sagittarius at the Goal-and-Aspiration Point (MC) of the 1:58 pm est horoscope set for the Capitol Building. As you know, the Saturn-Neptune pair relates, among other things, to social concerns and programs for the retired and the needy among us, and suggests America's invisible (Neptune) government (Saturn), what some now call the 'Deep State'.

See 115th Congress: Tax Cuts and Jobs Bill but now the US Senate version of tax-cuts-for-the-rich must be reconciled with the House bill, for better or worse. So while we still can, we must express our opinions by phoning the US Senate at 202-224-3121.

And remember that the Republican Party (March 20, 1854) is now in process of a drawn out Neptune Return of five conjunctions to 14Pis01 extending from 2017 until the end of 2018. Illusions and delusions abound! Plus, an interesting midpoint picture formed on Nov 16, 2017 at 1:58 pm est of Sun-Neptune = Pluto (@18Cap): tragic deceptions or illusions (Ebertin). Yes, I believe that tragedy will be the result of the GOP tax cut legislation if the Senate chimes in and passes the bill in order to make the Koch Brothers and other billionaire donors wealthier by making the American people poorer.

My suspicion is that most people could agree that the positive traits of Pisces such as compassion and creative inspiration are much preferred when dealing with societal problems and issues rather than austerity measures that cause suffering when cutting funds for social programs such as Medicare, Medicaid, and/or Social Security (insurance premiums paid in for years by holders who trusted government officials who now make up a long line of embezzlers, thieves, and worse). Such cuts will not only cause suffering and harm to the American people but will seriously affect the US economy, damage that is already in the works under the GOP 'repeal and replace' ideology meant to sabotage the ACA and end or limit health insurance of millions of citizens. Such massive social safety net cuts will also affect the middle class via family ties to the targeted individuals--the elderly, ill, dying, mentally impaired, and needy children.

Destructive Pluto, the Creeper and Saboteur

Please note that for yours truly, it is not the form of the US government (a Republic with representative democracy) that this American has lost faith in, it's the infiltrators, saboteurs, and agents of destruction who pretend to represent their 'constituents' that I take major exception to. They are, in fact, in breach of the public trust while merely masquerading as US politicians. Yet even if the centuries-old Grand Plan to destroy civilization is fable and not fact, such agents are perpetrating before our very eyes exactly what the 'Great Plan' outlined years ago and called for with the Hegelian Dialect as one of their main tactics--create the problem (thesis) then apply a previously designed 'solution' to it (antithesis) which benefits members of the ruling class and the international bankers who fund them. This describes events such as 'false flag ops' and weather disasters which are not so 'natural' after all---one as a pretext to dismantle more of our freedoms and rights and the other to commandeer property for corporate interests. For the ruling class, any depopulation which occurs from these events is considered by them to be a bonus.

The 'New World Order' Pair of Planets: Uranus and Neptune

In the New Millennium, as transit Pluto in Capricorn repeatedly creeps over the Uranus-Neptune Conjunction/s degree of 1993 (18Capricorn), a revealing midpoint picture uncovers a suspicious tale of: the big picture must be followed, very little option to do otherwise (1993 Uranus-Neptune = 2017 Pluto--Tyl). In Sabian Symbols, the Key phrase for '18Cap' is POLITICAL POWER...with its negative/shadow side/unconscious expression: 'smug or strong-armed paternalism' which ought to sound extremely familiar and disturbing to every American since it's occurring now. And we have the current sexual misconduct and harassment against women (and against some men) to show for tolerating such rampant paternalism.

The natural outgrowth of the original idea is the opposite idea or anti-thesis, which will breed its own defense and offense. The predetermined answer of the power elite class will be the synthesis of both sides of the conflict--win-win for them, lose-lose for We The People.

In America, probably the most familiar example of the Hegelian Dialect is the Republican and Democratic parties. On the right are the Corporate Fascist Republicans that are pro debt, pro war, pro corporation, and pro austerity for We The People. On the left are the Socialist, Communist Democrats who are pro tax, pro social issues, and pro labor. Both of these factions (of one political party!) fight back and forth year after year in a contrived, scripted drama known as Washington Politics. The synthesis of these two seemingly opposite ideas or parties, is the middle of the road 'lesser of two evils' conundrum that comes up most clearly in every election, debate, or in legislation yays and nays on Capitol Hill. Thespians all!

Now many times since SO'W began in 2005, I have posted that, My only nag in the race is America and so I post it again today. Yet tragically, Mr. Trump has been in office less than one year but so far he and his fellow conspirators have managed to handicap our nag in major ways--by tactics such as relinquishing the reins of global leadership and by attacking from the inside what America has traditionally stood for, imperfect as our nation is. Do you believe that the Republic of China is the next 'world leader'? Then, dear reader, we are in complete agreement. Unless top dog turns out to be Trump's favorite, Russia.

Campion) for the Pilgrim Fathers (chart #362): December 21, 1620 6:00 am LMT Plymouth Massachusetts with Winter Solstice Sun @00Cap09 and Moon @2Sag11. There are two conjunctions in force and combining their strengths: Mars-Neptune in mid-Libra and Jupiter-Pluto both @11Taurus+ Rx. My guess is that the Mars-Neptune pair shows their deep motivation and the energy to cross the sea and actions inspired by spiritual beliefs while Jupiter-Pluto suggests religious fervor but also an enormous determination toward success, the financing of the adventure, a desire to exploit resources and expand their wealth and possessions (plutocrats), and an obsession to control everyone around them...lest someone be caught having fun while avoiding work.

July 10, 2017 Update: note that the year 2009 timed the congressionally mandated switch from analog to digital which was thus cosmically imprinted by the Great Conjunction/s of Jupiter and Neptune. Since then, subliminal symbols and images can be more easily slipped in on us. This, from a Jude's Threshold post:

On June 9, 2017 two cosmic events occur: a Full Moon @18Sag53 perfects, and, 52 mins 30 secs later, Jupiter turns Direct @13Lib12, a conjunction by transit to US natal Saturn (restrictions partially lifted; possible success with legalities).

The following Full Moon horoscope is set for the White House and shows that North Node (a point of encounter and future direction) points to Mr. Trump's natal Mars, planet of aggression, there's a dynamic T-Square from the Full Moon to the delusional 8th house Neptune in mid-Pisces (conjoining fixed star Achernar = crisis; risk of rapid endings), the 8th house of Corporatism, Credit, Debt, Insurance, and Transformation also contains the currently reigning Solar Eclipse in Pisces which manifested @8Pis12 on February 26, 2017, US natal Chiron conjoins the goal-oriented Midheaven (21Aries: "A Pugilist Enters the Ring"), stationing Jupiter is in 3rd house as is Mr. Trump's *natal Jupiter which was Station Direct at his birth, Venus and Uranus are in the 10th house of Public Reputation suggesting the potential for lack of resources and/or erratic or eccentric spending, the Full Moon conjoins authoritarian Saturn, and the Gemini-Sagittarius planets are intercepted across the 5/11 Will axis suggesting something hidden, secretive, and/or karmic is afoot.

This Full Moon horoscope's ASC-DESC house cusps are in the same signs as those of Mr. Trump's natal horoscope (though in earlier degrees) and the June Full Moon echoes his own natal Sun Gem-Moon Sag opposition (his natal chart is linked, below). The Sun to his natal Uranus transit denotes a brief period when group organizing is difficult due to issues of disloyalty, unreliability, and/or stubborn pride, non-traditional solutions and methods are sought (pretty much his modus operandi), and Mr. Trump's uniqueness and unpredictability are singled out to receive more attention than usual (which is hard to imagine how much more he could receive--and we could tolerate).

Of course, this Full Moon in freedom-loving Sagittarius, the natural sign of Jupiter, so perhaps its perfection denotes a sort of culmination, fulfillment, or an ending of political alliances.

Now as you know, astrological Jupiter can play many roles (exs: broadcaster, CEO, banker, financier, guru, actor, politician, the General) and once the Great Benefic of Good Fortune begins to move forward, Jupiterian matters in legal, diplomatic, political, religious, and financial realms will progress as well though this shall be more obvious once transit Jupiter leaves his own shadow at the degree of his last Retrograde Station (February 6, 2017 @23Lib08). Will generous, jolly Jupiter's forward movement aid a grumpy Congress in their careful deliberations? What careful deliberations?!

Tragically, the US Congress seldom if ever engages in such exalted non-partisan activities these days since the majority of them serve corporate interests rather than The People's.

Capitalism, Socialism, Communism, and Fascism Defined: Which Is The "Right" System?

The US is commonly labeled as a capitalist country, but when looking at the definition of capitalism, the US is clearly not a capitalist country, at least not anymore. The four main economic systems, Capitalism, Socialism, Communism, and Fascism, will be defined in this post, and the system that fits the current US economic system will be quite surprising for you if you don't know what all of them truly are.

Capitalism

"An economic and political system in which a country's trade and industry are controlled by private owners for profit, rather than by the state."

In a capitalist society, there would be no public schools, no public colleges and universities, no state funded highways, and no safety net programs. This sounds good to many with strong right wing economic indicators (Venus and its ruler in aspect to the North Node, 2nd house, and the sign of Taurus, with cultural indicators and Pallas aspects varying), which indicate a preference of capitalism, but many people need those safety net programs, especially those with low incomes, disabilities, and people who get laid off. Of course, it's easy to say "that's what your family is supposed to be there for!", but quite a few people don't have family members in close proximity to be there for them, as they can be living in another state, not on speaking terms, or even worse, not be alive at all. And some will also say that it should be the church's job, but many aren't religious at all.

Socialism

"A political and economic theory of social organization that advocates that the means of production, distribution, and exchange should be owned or regulated by the community as a whole."

In a socialist society, the needs of everyone are met. Safety net programs for people who are laid off or just can't work at all (retirees, mentally ill, disabled), free public schools for children, health care for everyone, business regulations to improve the quality of the work environment, etc. The US is much closer to socialism than capitalism, though not purely socialist. Socialism in the natal chart is generally indicated by left wing economic indicators (Venus and its ruler in aspect to the 12th house, the sign of Pisces, Neptune, and the South Node), with defensive Pallas (Pallas and its ruler in aspect to the Sun, Mercury, and North Node), and often with left wing cultural indicators (Moon and its ruler in aspect to the 12th house, Neptune, and the South Node), as making sure the needs of everyone are met also involves social issues like abortion rights, gay rights, minority rights, environmentalism, etc.

Communism

"A political theory derived from Karl Marx, advocating class war and leading to a society in which all property is publicly owned and each person works and is paid according to their abilities and needs."

Communism is basically an authoritarian version of socialism, in that private property is not allowed and society is completely devoid of economic classes. Basically, everyone's needs are met, outside of freedom. Communism is indicated by left wing economic indicators and aggressive Pallas (Pallas and its ruler in aspect to Pluto and the South Node and in hard aspect to Jupiter), generally with left wing cultural indicators. The US has never been communist, as economic classes are still prevalent to this day, though they're dwindling rapidly, which brings us to:

Fascism

"An authoritarian and nationalistic right-wing system of government and social organization."

Fascism is a right wing economic system, where the corporations control the government, opposition is stifled, and is occupied by nationalism. Sound familiar? That's because it is. Ever since 9/11, many have been arrested as "terrorists," just because they were true patriots and whistle blowers. In the current Pluto in Capricorn era, corporations have gained more and more control over the government, and as a result, the wealth gap has been expanding rapidly every year.

Fascism is indicated by left wing economic indicators (because the wealth of the people is being dissolved and going to the 1%, which is why there's such a large gap between the rich and the poor, while the middle class is disappearing rapidly), along with aggressive Pallas and right wing cultural indicators (Moon and its ruler in aspect to the 4th house, the North Node, and the sign of Cancer). The left wing economic indicators and right wing cultural indicators are present in numerous GOP politicians, including George W Bush (he has defensive Pallas but his VP Cheney had a strong aggressive Pallas), Ronald Reagan, Paul Ryan, Rick Santorum, Chris Christie, Marco Rubio, and Condoleezza Rice, which is basically a "who's who?" of the GOP establishment. Out of the four systems, fascism is what the US is closest to right now, and what the economic system will likely be if the NWO actually comes to fruition.

Many Republicans who are anti-socialism and anti-communism, yet claim to be capitalist, may actually be supporting fascism instead, especially if they're in favor of deficit spending on the military rather than the safety net programs, tax cuts for the wealthiest Americans regardless of how much job growth they're creating, and not batting an eye when GOP politicians like Trump attempt to suppress freedom of speech. Not everyone with left wing economic indicators and right wing cultural indicators is fascist though (ex: the Catholic doctrine is known for promoting a socially conservative doctrine, while promoting a very leftist economic view).

The Right Economic System

With all these economic systems defined, which one is the right one? Technically, none of them. Out of the four, socialism is the closest, as it makes sure everyone's needs are met, while being significantly less authoritarian than communism, though the government plays a huge role in socialism, which brings the risk of its growing into communism over time. However, as I've mentioned before, the economic system itself is a modern version of slavery, in that in order to make a good living, you need to work an average of 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, for over 40 years until you reach the age where you're no longer productive enough for the elites anymore, which means you'll be eligible for retirement. I am not saying that people should sit at home all day, but that it's immoral to force people to be "wage slaves," or else have extreme difficulty surviving. If you cannot survive without being a "wage slave" to the elites, then it is not true freedom.

Personally, the "right" economic system is one where everyone's needs are met unconditionally with free health care for everyone by way of Medicare expansion, with the freedom for people to pursue whatever career they want, yet not rely on that career just to survive, as work life and family/social life would be more balanced and everyone would have enough to survive comfortably unconditionally, which would happen by way of something like a Social Security expansion for everyone (jobs would give people the extras, such as traveling and seeing the world). That system doesn't exist right now, as it would have to be created when the current system, which encourages people to want more and more in order to get ahead financially, collapses. With Pluto in Capricorn and the Pluto return coming in 2022, and Pluto entering Aquarius right after the Pluto return in 2023, this could actually become a reality.

Fair Tax Act? The Unfair Tax Act

The "Fair Tax Act" has recently been proposed by the House of Representatives. If it's approved, the income tax would be abolished and replaced with a 20% sales tax on all taxable items. Sounds good, but when you do your research, it's really UNfair.

With this plan, everybody would be paying the same amount of sales tax. This means that the person on disability would pay the same amount of tax as Bill Gates, the person on Social Security would be paying the same amount of tax as the Koch Brothers, etc. Basically, the "Fair Tax Act" is a punishment for not being rich, as this would give the wealthy way more to spend, while actually raising taxes on the working class and making the poor actually have to pay tax they can't afford. For something worth two dollars, an extra 20 cents would be added, along with the already prevalent local and state sales tax. For something worth $40, two whole dollars would be added to the overall cost. And considering that states will still have their income tax, this would be something that half the population cannot afford.

As the research in this blog shows, quite a few Republicans are secular or "Ayn Rand" Republicans, meaning that they vote Republican for their tax cuts, while being socially liberal. This tax plan would alienate them, as an even bigger portion of their money would be taken by the government than there was under the last Democratic president Barack Obama, who kept the Bush tax cuts intact for the middle class and lower classes, while only raising taxes on the upper middle class and wealthy. These people would likely become independents as a result if this gets passed.

The tax system, while in need of reforming, would be better off not existing at all. After all, the federal government we send our taxes to every year does not represent us, but rather themselves, and the corporations that enrich them and fund their campaigns. We're basically paying our government to screw us. But how will the government be able to operate without taxes? Well, it operated without an income tax for years, until the income tax was established during Woodrow Wilson's presidency. To go even further, how will we survive if we're not economic "wage slaves"? Imagine a world where everyone had a set minimum amount they make every month, and can pursue the career they want. Or a world where everyone had guaranteed employment, in a field that meshes with their innate astrological nature. Or to be even more extreme, a world where there was no money at all, and thus no way for elites to use the lower classes for their best interests. We need to be united, not divided, and classes are just another method of division, that aren't innate, like our skin color, sexual orientation, gender, astrological signs, generational characteristics, and even political viewpoints are. Economic classes are man made, and not in our best interests, as the lower classes will inevitably be serving the upper classes.

Pluto, the transformer, will be in Capricorn, the sign that represents federal systems, until 2024, when it goes into Aquarius, the sign of freedom. The income tax is one of those systems, along with the financial system, the education system, the political system, the media, religion, the entertainment industry, etc. The first six are not in our best interests, as they're all clearly in place to keep humanity enslaved to the elites, and the entertainment industry, while it does keep us entertained, has a long history of predictive programming (9/11 hints were given as far back as 1979, in the cover of progressive rock band Supertramp's Breakfast In America album! And the film "The Matrix" was a subtle way of telling us the reality of our system).

All of those systems will have to be transformed in humanity's best interests, as the systems that were in place during the last Pluto cycle, which started in 1777, are losing relevancy during the final days of Pluto in Capricorn.

And while fairness is good, it must be in the best interests of everyone, or else it isn't really fair at all. Giving the poorest and wealthiest Americans the same tax rate isn't fair, as it's not in everyone's best interest, but only the best interests of the corporations that own our elected officials, which is why political and ethical indicators in astrology need to be known by everyone, in order to elect people who will serve in humanity's best interests.

DC Horoscope: Saturn-Pluto Conjunction January 2020

Here is the horoscope set for Washington DC of the Great Conjunction of restrictive Saturn and powerful Pluto @22Cap46 on January 12, 2020; Moon in Leo and Venus in Aquarius are both unaspected and the Hour belongs to a Capricorn Jupiter strong in its natural 9th house of Philosophy and Foreign Travel:

Saturn conjuncts Pluto in the publicly visible 10th house of Public Status and Career with authoritative Saturn ruling 10th house (MC 18Cap06) and Pluto's Scorpio on the Descendant of Partnerships. The Aries-Libra axis is intercepted suggesting something hidden or karmic in the realms of the 6/12 polarity in relation to alliances, diplomacy, war, police/military forces, and/or health and civil service issues. Chart-ruler Venus makes no applying (or waning) aspects at all so her house and sign positions are emphasized and you see by her degree (28AQ) that US natal Moon in Aquarius has been conjoined recently by Venus which suggests a harmonious period when intuition leads and the cold, hard facts are ignored or bypassed. But with the January meeting of Saturn and Pluto, 2020 will be a year when cold hard facts cannot be ignored or denied and may be forced upon society.

'Facing hard facts' relates to the crisis-ridden 'YOD' (not exactly one since the MC is part of it) that points toward an unaspected Moon @17Leo13 in the 5th house of Risk-Taking, Creative Pursuits, Romance, and Children. Strain (inconjunct) is upon the people (Moon) and issues from the Neptune-MC sextile which indicates those in authority who influence people and public policy in subtle ways in order to gain their acquiescence and avoid opposition (like they've practiced against us for years with varying levels of success). The Saturn-Pluto conjunction may be the catalyst that further solidifies global corporatists' totalitarian power with Pluto in Capricorn as the dictator, according to Reinhold Ebertin, and of course, Saturn in its own sign of Capricorn is extremely strong but times financial difficulties--though not necessarily for the win-win types). And we have America's first-ever Pluto Return coming up in 2022 to cement the Saturn-Pluto deal of 2020.

As for the Moon as Bucket handle this denotes some level of inspiration and zeal coming from the realms of Leo and identifies those who adapt allegiances where they can count for the most (Jones). A Bucket pattern suggests a cause or a mission to fulfill but is the Moon-as-handle advocating the cause or playing a different or an opportunistic tune? Saturn-Pluto likes to use secret police and military agencies to dominate the public and creates turmoil in traditional institutions especially if they're resistant to change. The duo's affairs are not open to public scrutiny as governmental checks and balances are upset (they already are) and secret preparations are being made for more restriction in the future which is underscored by the chart's Aries-Libra interception with its hidden, secret, or karmic (reaping what was sown) quality.

Upper right is a list of Jupiter's conjunctions with Saturn and Pluto, all in 2020; this chart's Saturn-Pluto conjunction is the first of them and denotes bleakness, brutality, and hard hard work. Also in the 9th house is penned the Pre-Natal Eclipse of this conjunction which occurred on December 26, 2019 @4Cap06 in the 3 South Saros Series (see lower left). 3 South themes are: traumatic transformation via news received or a short journey taken; sudden endings of relationships, possibly with a young person; this series is deeply emotional with Pluto involved (paraphrasing Brady's Predictive Astrology).

Perhaps you recognize this eclipse from the last time it manifested on December 14, 2001 when 'mastermind' Osama bin Laden was (allegedly) tracked to the Tora Bora Caves by the US military, then pouf! he mysteriously disappeared as if he'd never been.

Here's What to Watch For When Trump Addresses Congress Tuesday night, February 28, 2017. Too soon for a State of the Union Address, Mr. Trump has a lot to say and will likely use his air time to bypass Washington and speak directly to the American people. Will American Rhetoric ever have it so good?

Meanwhile, Democrats in 30 states are rebutting Trump's efforts.

And CBS gives 9:00 to 10:30 pm ET as the time frame during which we may be treated to a second speech written by Stephen "the president will not be questioned" Miller, the first being his dystopian 'inaugural address' dumped upon us by Mr. Trump in January. Miller's second speech is said to be more...light, and perhaps so with jolly Jupiter Rx but rising at 9:00 pm and Mr. Trump's natal 2nd house trio of Neptune Rx, Chiron, and Jupiter stationary direct in Libra having just risen as of 8:00 pm.

If we hear the word "fair" as in, "it's not fair!," or hear calls for fairness from Mr. Trump we'll have heard his Jupiter in Libra. Thing is, Mars and Uranus, a combustible and activist pair, met in conjunction on Sunday evening (2/26) and still oppose transit Jupiter (Democrats?) while Venus and the Moon (the public) are conjoined at a critical degree (12 Aries) and will oppose Jupiter shortly. Safe to say that the concept of 'moderation' may not be in evidence during Mr. Trump's non-SOTU address although it will be received quite favorably by the public (Moon-Venus) who voted for him. (Received favorably at least until Jupiter is opposed by Venus but this won't occur until May, thanks to a Venus Rx period when begins March 4th @13Aries).

Manipulatively, there's wealthy stealthy Pluto @18 Capricorn, the POLITICAL POWER degree in the Sabian Symbols with its "smug or strong-armed paternalism' expression (Jones) sitting directly upon the Uranus-Neptune (global government) conjunction/s of 1993. Has Mr. Trump yet received Pluto's 'command' about the only course of action available to a US president, a command that 'must be followed' for the sake of 'the big picture' of world domination?

Well, transit Pluto conjoins a critical-degreed IC (20Cap) (The Foundation; the HOW? Point) and squares (blocks) the Moon, Venus, Mars, Uranus...and Jupiter, the broadcaster, General, corporatist, religious leader or guru, politician, and the promoter of hugeness that now inhabits the Oval Office. Which voices will we hear from Mr. Trump in his first address to a Joint Session of Congress? All of them? Possibly since astrological Jupiter can play many roles including The Actor. One thing is for certain: whatever words we hear, we can count on the Jupiterian Mr. Trump to again review (Rx) his overblown, over-promising, gilt-edged qualities and ring them forth across America's airwaves.

But with the Sun (leader) conjoining nebulous Neptune in shady Pisces (a sign ruled by Jupiter) his usual bluster will be necessary in order to blast his wonderfulness through the Neptunian veil and project self-confidence and a much needed sense of authenticity which the Sun-Neptune conjunction reveals is lacking.

Pluto in Capricorn, Neptune in Pisces, and the Pluto Return

We are in a time period where we are becoming more aware of how governments and big business are in cahoots to screw over the average person, and it is also a time period where we are becoming more aware of our own innate natures. There will eventually be a turning point when enough people notice these things and realize that the current ways of doing things just won't work anymore. All three of these things are because of major astrological transits: Pluto in Capricorn, Neptune in Pisces, and the US Pluto Return.

Pluto in Capricorn:

January 27th 2008 to June 14th 2008

November 28th 2008 to March 23rd 2023

June 12th 2023 to January 22nd 2024

September 3rd 2024 to November 19th 2024

Pluto entered Capricorn around the time the Great Recession hit, then went back into Sagittarius for the summer and fall, then went back into Capricorn for good in the winter of 2008. Before Pluto went into Capricorn, people were spending money they didn't have (housing bubble), global issues were at the forefront (War on Terror), and people tended to actually trust their governments. All are related to the sign of Sagittarius. When Pluto went into Capricorn, people began being more thrifty with their spending, the global issues took a backseat to the US economy and domestic issues such as gay rights, and people have begun to be aware of how their governments are screwing them over in favor of large corporations, whose owners are experiencing substantial increases in their wealth at a time when the middle class is disappearing rapidly. The Tea Party and Occupy Wall Street movements, as well as the Arab Spring began in the early days of this transit, when Neptune was still in Aquarius, the sign of activism.

Neptune in Pisces:

April 4th 2011 to August 4th 2011

February 3rd 2012 to March 30th 2025

October 22nd 2025 to January 26th 2026

Neptune entered Pisces in the spring of 2011, then went back into Aquarius for the late summer of 2011 until the late winter of 2012, when it went into Pisces for good. Before Neptune went into Pisces, people were pretty much addicted to technology and social media. People still are today, but I've been noticing more and more people getting rid of their Facebook accounts, which would have been unheard of a few years ago. Aquarius is the sign of technology, while Neptune represents culture, so 1998-2012 was basically the technology culture, which is quite fitting. Pisces is the sign of sacrifice, spirituality (not religion, that's Sagittarius), and compassion, and it is no coincidence that alternative spirituality (which includes astrology) is being embraced more and more during this transit, as well as veganism and healthier lifestyles in general. I've noticed many innate cultural conservatives embracing gay marriage during this time as well, which would have been taboo in the Pluto Sagittarius/Neptune Aquarius era.

America's Pluto Return

The US will undergo its Pluto Return in 2022, though transit Pluto will still be conjunct natal Pluto before 2022, as early as the time of the 2020 election. What does the Pluto return mean? In generational astrology, your Pluto sign represents the core reality of your age group, and Pluto itself represents transformation. While nobody alive will undergo a Pluto return, countries will. When the US undergoes its Pluto return, our country will basically have to transform, or die. This will likely mean the transformation of values that are outdated. Outdated ways of doing things include the two party political system, where the Democratic and Republican parties get all the media coverage because they work for the globalist agenda, the financial system, which requires you to be a "wage slave" in order to survive until a certain age where you're no longer useful (make no mistake, that's still slavery, just not as in your face), the education system, which basically trains you to memorize and not question authority from a young age (as an Indigo adult, I've always saw through this), and religion, which tells you that you were born in sin and that in order to be "saved", you have to believe in Jesus or else you'll go to "hell" (once again, as an Indigo adult I always saw through this).

These systems can still exist, but need to be radically transformed in order to serve humanity's best interests. Knowledge of people's innate political and ethical natures, which this blog highlights, would allow people to determine if their leaders will work for humanity's best interests or enrich and empower themselves. For the financial system, people can still choose the career they want, but should be given a fixed amount every month in order to survive (and with Pluto in Aquarius, the sign of technology, technology will likely do a lot of the jobs humans currently do) and have free health care. For the education system, the real history of the world should be taught (the Illuminati should be taught in history classes so nothing like that happens again), as well as astrology, in order to get people in touch with their own innate natures (Sun, Moon, ascendant, inner planets, outer planets/generational values, and political viewpoints/ethical natures) from a young age and not feel like they're "right" or "wrong" for being a certain way.

Hospitals should also produce natal charts for every baby along with the birth certificate, so each person can be raised according to their own innate natures rather than how the parents think they should be. Pluto and Neptune signs should be used to define generations rather than years, as they can't be debated. For religion, the truth should be taught rather than that you need a savior because you were born in sin (Jesus' teachings were way different than those of the OT God who is more vengeful, who is the central figure of Judaism. Zionist Jews are at the top of the Illuminati pyramid so there is likely a connection), which is a way of saying that you were born a bad person. The media should always tell the truth and make sure everybody is well informed on every issue. Basically, these systems need to work for the best interests of everyone, not the Illuminati agenda (the Illuminati's Pluto is one degree away from that of the US, so they'll have to transform or die as well).

As I mentioned in my last writing, the elites know that this is coming, and thus have manipulated humanity into ideological and generational warfare, while knowing that political viewpoints and generational values are things we're born with. Thus, these issues will never be settled unless we coexist and embrace our differences and focus on the real enemy, the Illuminati and the politicians, religious leaders, and celebrities they control, who want the New World Order at the expense of innate liberals and innate conservatives. That is their biggest fear, as there are way more of us than there are of them, and innate liberals and innate conservatives embracing their differences and uniting as one will overwhelm them, as will the Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials, and Digitals born in the late 90s-2000s embracing their differences and uniting as one.

If we do that, we can create a better society for all of us.

Well, it seems the Full Wolf Moon @22Cancer on the morning of January 12, 2017 brought interruptions of an unusual variety to Capitol Hill confirmation hearings though I had thought its orb of 2+ degrees from US natal Mercury Rx (which brings along its opposition to powerful saboteur Pluto in Capricorn) was perhaps too wide to cause much trouble in Washington. Apparently I was wrong as you'll see in this brief discussion:

Are you part of the 'Posterity' for whom the Founding Fathers ordained the Blessings of Liberty as written in the US Constitution? Are you a participant in the Great American Experiment established 241 years ago and based on lofty ideals? How easy to forget what men and women sacrificed and died for in those long ago days and to take for granted the Liberty, Freedom, and Independence their actions bequeathed us through the decades since. Ours is not a perfect union, that we know, but it is close enough to be worth fighting for again in 2017 and beyond. Yes, it is a herculean task we now face as we realize more fully in recent months that All Is At Stake.
The forces now lined up against We the People wear a different mask than in Revolutionary days yet conquest and control remain the oppressors' objectives and to this we must respond. Now it is not pitchforks in the streets that are called for as much as righteous indignation and resistance to allowing our nation to take the low road of bigotry and hatred, the narrow-minded path that leads not toward but away from the ideals established by Founding Fathers such as Washington, Jefferson, Adams, Franklin, and Mr. Paine.
Are the American people up to such a task? Are binge-worthy TV shows and tech gadgets lulling us into complacency?
Astrologically, there is a caution perhaps too well concealed from our consciousness unless we purposefully shine a light upon our nation's 'hidden square' of July 4, 1776 (256 degrees) and take its lessons seriously. The aspect is between the Enlightenment Planets, Uranus and Neptune, the planetary pair used by certain social tinkerers and puppet masters as a signature of 'the new world order' or 'global government' which has come to oppress not liberate, to deny not empower, We the People and the rest of the world. The oppressors' watershed moment in modern times consisted of three Great Conjunctions of Uranus and Neptune in 1993, the true effects of which have reached a culmination as transit Pluto arrives at the pertinent conjunction degree of 18 Capricorn and forms a fretful picture for those who prefer the benefits uplifted in the US Constitution and the Declaration of Independence.
1993 Uranus-Neptune = 2017/18 Pluto @18Cap (opposite Pluto's discovery degree and thus more powerful): the big picture demands a certain course of action which must be followed, very little option to do otherwise (Tyl) is the caution that transforming Pluto now embodies with conquest and control the power elite's long-term goal via the restructuring of world power. Those Americans who cannot or who refuse to 'feel it' are apparently inattentive to current societal events or perhaps they feel that resistance is useless, why bother. How glad modern Americans must be that such sentiments didn't hold sway during the American Revolution!
So what potentials and cautions are revealed by the hidden square in America's natal horoscope (and psyche) of July 4, 1776?
Refusal to honor societal obligations, feeling apathetic when it comes to demonstrating our opposition to political subversion, ignoring the corrosion of our traditional values and principles embedded in America's Freedom Documents--these are only some of the effects of a negative aspect between radical Uranus and inspirational Neptune, planet of the masses. Also associated with negative Uranus-Neptune vibes are: muddled thinking, lack of clarity concerning social movements and issues, mild acceptance of the bondage that power-mad leaders represent, fear of 'rocking the boat' or 'becoming involved' lest personal security is adversely affected, laxity toward corrupt political and other leaders in society, apathy about holding crooks and fraudsters accountable for their crimes, a lazy expectation that others 'will deal with it'--the list goes on and the unfortunate results are incompatible with the principles proclaimed in the US Constitution and undermine any moral standards we care to name.
Now is the time when We the People cannot afford to relax our watch though many of us turn away. It is for those who fight and re-fight for freedom, liberty, and independence who must recognize the danger when it presents itself and then call it out for what it really is. For no one ever promised that the Revolutionary era's many benefits would continue forever without major 'tune-ups' and without our dedication and constant attention to what is so easily lost and hard-won when regained.

The RNC Full Moon conjunct US natal Pluto makes me wonder if plutonian sabotage lurks in July amidst the Republican National Convention in order to avoid a Trump nomination! Of course, Pluto can also denote violence out of control and during RNC 2016 the spotlight of a Saturn-ruled Full Moon will shine upon manipulative Pluto. As you know, Reinhold Ebertin says that one of the roles of Pluto in governmental Capricorn plays is The Dictator and this (as America nears her first-ever Pluto Return/s, three times exact in 2022) seems part of an ongoing campaign of sorts to totally take over the US government. Does Trump campaign rhetoric sometimes seem to drift into 'take-over the country' territory? For me it does, but you decide for yourself, as always. I am open to changing my mind about a lot of things.

FDR's "a test of our progress" outs the Plutocrats of 2016

Way back in 2006, 2007, and 2008 on Stars Over Washington a frequent mention or quote involved the following excerpt from Franklin D. Roosevelt's Inauguration Address of January 20, 1937 (the first inauguration that was switched from early March to January 20th and which gave the presidency an airy, more rigid Aquarian Sun of leadership instead of a watery Pisces Sun). Since then the US economy has tanked and somewhat recovered (in an illusory way for the 99%) and many economists, pundits, and prognosticators are predicting another meltdown in 2016 or later.

As an astrology novice, I, too, have been guilty of such doubts if only because of the natural law that 'what goes up must come down' and the bubbly, fraudulent Jupiter-Neptune influences of 2009 and beyond. But one thing as an American and a Child of the Revolution (30 Cancer) that has never seemed doubtful to me is that the following excerpt full of the humanitarian flavor of Aquarius describes a timeless measurement and perfectly encapsulates our current worsening conditions brought on by the steady campaign fought by wealthy, secretive plutocrats against the American people in order to dismantle our social safety net, create chaos and misery, and set up a global government of pernicious proportions. Echoing from 1937, here are the words of President Roosevelt:

"The test of our progress is not whether we add more to the abundance of those who have much; it is whether we provide enough for those who have too little."

Did he mean karmic progress or simply economic and societal progress? Perhaps all three or something else. And yes, I know that FDR was a 'new world order' promoter himself but with a Democratic flair. As for the Aquarian nature of his words it displays in his natal horoscope with Sun in Aquarius and Uranus rising in Mercury-ruled Virgo which identifies him as one who can cope with whatever arises--and, as he himself is recorded as saying--gave him talents such as those required to be an actor, juggler, and magician. As you know, Mercury is also The Trickster, and genius Uranus is considered the planet of progress, progressive politics, disruption, originality, novelty, shocks, and radical reforms.

Also of interest is that at the moment of his Inauguration Address of January 20, 1937, transit Pluto (plutocracy, the papacy, assassins, and such) @27Cancer34 precisely opposed US natal Pluto (27:33) denoting two great powers locked in a titanic struggle for control, wealth of nations included. Well, it's been 79 years since FDR spoke those Aquarian sentiments and Pluto now approaches his natal Capricorn position in our nation's July 4, 1776 chart. My thought is that whoever and whatever groups 1937 Pluto represented now consider themselves in the final stages of their campaign to rule the world in time for, or around the time of, America's first-ever Pluto Return/s in 2022. That this destructive plan so long Pluto's obsession has spiritual as well as societal, financial, and political implications is beyond the scope of this post.
